Starting point is 00:00:00 So we've been doing this podcast for a long time. This is our 150th episode. Yeah. And so we've been learning really well how to talk and how to really start out this podcast well. So we didn't know how to start this one off. So I literally Googled fun facts just straight up. So here we go.
Starting point is 00:00:15 Episode 150. The hottest spot on the planet is Libya. That's cool. Libya tell you about it. Libya. Libya. Put some ice sunscreen on you okay uh turn around and i'll libya uh your nostrils work one at a time how i don't know go what's the next
Starting point is 00:00:36 sentence where you want to do that yeah uh when we breathe in and out of our nose during the day one nostril does most of the work at a time oh now i get it um only two mammals like spicy food humans and the tree shrew how do they well hold on tree shrew that it is a scary looking thing it's a tiny little guy looks like an aardvark that that didn't ever really grow what's the tree shrew consuming like is the tree sure on hot ones and like wow he's enjoying it uh chinese researchers found that tree shrews have a mutation in their ion channel receptor, TPRV1, TRPV1, excuse me, which makes it less sensitive to the hot chemical in chili peppers. As a result, the adorable critters happily goggled up corn pellets laced with capsaicin
Starting point is 00:01:17 while other mammals in the study avoided them. So next, this one's actually very interesting. The wood frog can hold its p for up to eight months eight months eight months talk about a road trip partner you know it would fit and go with the triplets that's right you you do not go not yet i'm raising a family full of what is it wood free to wood wood tree wood tree frog wood frog just frog. We're on stop until we get to Libya. Uh-oh. Ooh, I think this tight beat means that it's going down.
Starting point is 00:01:50 With some random thoughts in white. Me too. Been West Best Friends eating fast food on repeat. So come along, let's have some fun and go ahead, get on your feet. Because it's the Ghost Brothers Podcast. Ghost Brothers Podcast. Every Monday morning we take you around. Ghost Brothers Podcast. okay here's a do you even know this word t-o-q-u-e toque it's like the canadian hat no way yeah it's like a beanie that's what canadians call
Starting point is 00:02:21 a beanie actually toque are you You're like serious. I'm guessing. So yeah, it says a chef's toque contains 100 folds. So yeah, they're talking about a chef's hat. 100 folds? What's that mean? The terminology. Most diners are too busy looking at their food to look at all the whatever. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:02:38 I don't know. But the toque, the traditional hat worn by chefs actually contains exactly 100 folds. Is this a Canadian website you're on? Is it funfacts.ca? No, bestlifeonline.com slash random-fun-facts. I don't know. I know we have a lot of Canadian listeners. So if I'm not right, I'm at least close.
Starting point is 00:02:57 Well, and then like the, if you have to wear a hat on your butt, it's called a tokus, right? That's what that is. A hat on your butt. You have a tocus right that's what that is a hat on your butt you have one of those hats uh anyway i think yeah certain sorry how do you listen to this i oh say something else justin bleep it out okay justin you got plenty of time this week yeah we got you adjusted six days uh yeah if you're listening to episode 150 which you are if you can hear me right now if you can hear me right now right now and also right now and right now then you are listening to episode 150, which you are, if you can hear me right now, if you can hear me right now, right now, and also right now, right now, then you are listening to episode 150. If you are touching your face right now at episode 150, leave a voice memo. You have to, you have to,
Starting point is 00:03:32 you have to touch your face. Be honest. Well, right now too, because now you're like, well, maybe I kind of want to stop itching your face. I know. No, you guys, you're fine. Just push through. Oh, I know it itches, but push through. I dare you. I dare you. Anyway, we recorded episode 149 last night, about 24 hours ago. And so we're back right now. Dudes are traveling. So surely we've done two back to back nights, I think. Right.
Starting point is 00:03:55 I know. And like the teens or the 20s, we did two in one night. Oh, yeah. Those were great nights. Give me the girth was one of those episodes. I remember. Really? We hit our stride because I was the second one we did and we were getting
Starting point is 00:04:05 goofy. Give me the girth. Ba da ba ba ba girth. That's all I remember. I do kind of remember that. Yeah. It was, it was late at night in the basement.
Starting point is 00:04:13 It's so funny. There's a guy that's helping me. Uh, we're getting hardwood floors in our living room. We're, we're taking out the carpet. Okay. Um,
Starting point is 00:04:20 and so we took out the bar area, which I'm going to miss. Why do you guys do this to yourselves? I don't know. Right. Don't you think, you think it's our Right. Don't you think it's you guys? You think it's you guys? Or you think it's one very wonderful woman who I like to serve?
Starting point is 00:04:36 That'd be fun. That'd be cool. That'd be great. No, there's nothing that could go wrong or overcomplicate and make it more expensive. I promise. Like, no, no. And it's a good time. And it's like right before the baby comes. And so like no no and it's a good time and it's
Starting point is 00:04:45 like right before the baby comes and so like there's nothing else going on the baby's gonna love and we're like totally healthy like no one's sick at all uh and like all these stains and chemicals in the air that's great for babies yeah um so anyway but this guy that we knew from biblical citizenship class came over helped me um he's actually the guy that i talked about uh like i don't know 10 episodes ago that was like do i know you from somewhere and i was like i don't know what to say anyway later on as we became better friends i did tell him we have this podcast and actually some of his uh good friends and like their his like good friend's wife went to f12 and so like there's some connections there
Starting point is 00:05:25 anyway but he started listening to podcasts but he's at the very beginning right now okay so talking about give me the girth and all that stuff so he was like asking me all these questions he's like so like what are your top five favorite straws and i was like what are you talking about he's like well you talk about how you love to chew straws i was like yeah i haven't i don't do that as much anymore uh he's like like he's like well where truck? I thought you, I thought you got a new truck. And I was like, I did get a new truck, but then I turned it in for a van.
Starting point is 00:05:49 And so that's my old, he's like, okay. And like Jake, like, like he just seems like he's like, just going to be lifelong single. Right.
Starting point is 00:05:55 Like, it was just great. It was like, he's like, he's just a bachelor. Like he's just so such a bachelor. And I was like, actually kind of crazy.
Starting point is 00:06:01 You know, fast forward. Right. It's just so funny. All these different things. So that was like my friend that I met in Fargo he was just like you know he was only up to date with me in 2019 yeah like so tell me what i'm into right now yeah very fun and he's like you guys still recording your basement it's like that's not where you do it i was like no no we've
Starting point is 00:06:16 been all over the world since then brother we've moved on to a different different basement yeah exactly blank walls how many more episodes do you think it's going to take for us to not have this card table? I don't know. I need to talk to Isaac and be like, hey, can we move the podcast studio to the front of your priority? Because he's got other stuff going on. But what does it take to get up in the queue? Yeah. Just some cookies, maybe.
Starting point is 00:06:40 Make them some cooks. Is that code? Mm-mm. Oh, okay. Just chocolate chip cookies. How do you feel about Girl Scout cookies? They're too expensive. Really?
Starting point is 00:06:49 But I think they're good. Okay. Rachel asked me, she's like, what are your thoughts on Girl Scout cookies? So then I started looking them up. Yeah. Because I'm not that familiar with them. People don't come to my door. They don't sell them to me.
Starting point is 00:06:58 Yeah. But I looked at all the options and I was like, whoa, there's not that many good options from the way they describe it. So many have coconut. So many. Oh, see, but the caramel del many like good options from the way they describe. So many have coconut. So many. Oh, see, but the caramel delights with the coconut are amazing. Delightful. Wonderful.
Starting point is 00:07:10 Yeah. I just thought if the Girl Scout, I mean, if this is what they do to raise money, they sell cookies. Throw me just a nice, rich, just, you know. What do you want? Chocolate. Just a chocolate cookie. Straight up chocolate.
Starting point is 00:07:23 Yeah. That would be great. Yeah, they came out with a new one this year. So Catherine, my niece now is old enough to sell them. And so Catherine all of a sudden went rogue and got like eight boxes or something like that. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Five bucks each. Like these are too expensive.
Starting point is 00:07:37 We don't need Samoa. Whoa, no more Samoas. And but but yeah, there was one new flavor. That's kind of chocolatey caramel, but. Ah, Taylor's version. Yeah, exactly. That sounds good. It's okay. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:50 They're just too expensive, but overall they're, they tilt. Frozen thin mints are very nice. And then caramel delights are the best. See the mint. I don't like the mint either. Yeah. I don't think I'm that picky with dessert. And I'm like, why are we, we should not mix toothpaste and dessert i will do the toothpaste later okay before bed you get if you could find me some
Starting point is 00:08:09 toothpaste that tastes like the mince brother i would have the best hygiene i could become a dentist yeah so anyway um yeah that's how i feel about him okay well thanks we uh guys we just got done with our basketball game this might be a heavy basketball episode. Just with, you know, the only thing that Brad and I have done since last episode is play basketball and we're going to do some March Madness themed things. Yeah, that's right. Brad and I are going to kiss in front of a ring doorbell camera. So. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:08:37 You actually Emily Limke texted me like an hour ago. Haven't heard from her. Oh, yeah. And she was like she wanted to know if Trey or I would be interested in being auctioned off, which I don't even think she listens to the podcast. So for like Make-A-Wish Foundation is like auctioning off like dinner with local celebs. Okay. And I was like, I'm not even trying to be humble, but I don't know if I can raise you money.
Starting point is 00:09:01 I don't think people would pay to go to dinner with me. No, you're a good looking guy. And she said, she was like, I mean, $20 for charity is better than $0. So she shooted for the stars. You're like,
Starting point is 00:09:11 okay, can I just give you 20 bucks? That's great. No, but she doesn't know many details on it. So, cause I'm like, I,
Starting point is 00:09:20 that does sound kind of, I've never done anything like that. Uh, or at least not in that way. Right. Not, not in a while. Not, not since you've been a local celebrity. Uh, that's funny. I, that does sound kind of, I've never done anything like that. Uh, or at least not in that way. Right. Not, not in a while. Not, not since you've been a local celebrity.
Starting point is 00:09:27 Uh, that's funny. I, uh, Oh, I remember Trey, like did like a celebrity pickleball tournament kind of recently. I went to that. That was weird. You had ever talked about that on the podcast? It was strange. I think he talked about it on his kind of randomly a little bit, but like, like there's
Starting point is 00:09:42 not that many celebrities in Kansas city. Like I remember I found the account that was like running the tournament. And like, I didn't recognize me from Kansas city. I recognize like three people and they were probably like AM radio guys. Right. Yeah. And maybe like one newscaster or something like that. Yeah. I mean, there is nobody there. It was so funny. Like there was a girl there who like made it kind of far on the voice and doesn't live in Kansas city anymore. She was there playing. Yeah. I mean, Kansas city is a decently large place and we have just, just D list celebrities at best, except for Paul Rudd comedians. Yeah. Comedians are okay. But even then, like compared to almost every other city, I think we're probably probably not. Paul Rudd's pretty huge. Paul Rudd, Rob Riggle. And
Starting point is 00:10:20 then, uh, Dave, uh, Krasner Kegner Kegner in Eric stone street. Kegner, yep. In Eric Stone Street. Okay, sure. But those guys are all just like, anywhere else they would be like, who? That's not that big of a deal. No, no, no. Like David Kegner,
Starting point is 00:10:33 the guy from Anchorman. Whammy. Yeah. Todd Packer? Who's Todd Packer? Come on. Todd Fudge Packer. Right.
Starting point is 00:10:40 So it's just so funny. Yeah, Kinsage doesn't have many celebrities. So if we get even a little bit bigger. Jason Sudeikis? Oh yeah, you're right. He's big too. he's big too he's big too he's running sedacus well especially since ted lasso you're right i take it back run sedacus or a less i think or at least a minus a minus minus minus um i don't think so i guess ted lasso did do him some favors he won he won grammy uh emmys for that so i think is that good very okay cool um yeah but beyond that we're not like our biggest musician is nick or not nikki minaj uh she's from uh i can't even think of her
Starting point is 00:11:12 name janelle monae you know who that is i thought you were gonna say tech nine tech nine is not as well maybe he's as big as janelle janelle monae is that her first name i don't know i would love to get one of her original tightrope you know just sit down to tyro yeah you first name? I don't know. I would love to get one of her original pieces. Tightrope? You know, just sit down to tie a rope. Yeah, Janelle Monae. I don't know this song at all. You would recognize. She's like a little rapper. A little rapper. Yeah, she was in Hidden Figures. Movie? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:11:36 We'll talk about movies later. I don't know anything we're talking about right now. We're just really... There was a guy that got second place in American Idol. Something Rice or something like that like would you sing the national anthem at every single royals game start like opening day poor guy and it was like oh yeah this guy we love him he like never made it big at all like cool anyway is that the guy that's on the belton water tower maybe yeah i think so he's like from up like in the north i always see it like who is this guy they're proud
Starting point is 00:12:03 of him yeah proud of him belton. Proud of him in Belton. Anyway, that's been the Can't Say Local Celeb. I guess add me to the list if I do the Make-A-Wish thing. Exactly. We're not that far away from becoming local celebrities. No, you got recognized tonight by something that we do together, and the guy didn't talk to... He recognized you.
Starting point is 00:12:20 He recognized you. You're just too big where he's like, you're not a person anymore. I don't know what I would say to him. Yeah. Yeah. We'll get there though uh yeah there was this guy at the basketball game uh who came up to me and was like hey man just want to say i love your tiktoks you know which i never thought i was going to get recognized for like i i wouldn't hate in my in three years ago i wouldn't hate be like yeah i might get recognized someday for being a funny funny guy. Never would I think TikTok was going to be like the classifier.
Starting point is 00:12:47 Like, I love your TikTok. I know. I don't like the TikTok thing. I was like, what about the YouTube stuff? Yeah. Yeah. Check us out more than just TikTok if you want to. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:55 Watch where we get paid. Exactly. David Cook's the guy's name. Sorry. I was I was bothered by that. Oh, nice. Yeah. He had some songs.
Starting point is 00:13:03 Anyway, do that. TikTok today was kind of crazy, which not even that good of a video. I that's yes,. Oh, nice. Yeah, he had some songs. Anyway, dude, that TikTok today was kind of crazy, which not even that good of a video. I that's yes, I agree. Yeah, I think TikTok just like handed us like, I don't know. Is that a favor? Because it didn't do well anywhere else. Yeah, I don't think it's that good of a video.
Starting point is 00:13:16 I don't think so either. Like it was a white middle class, like culture. Yeah, middle class culture. Let's see. I was going to see like as we were recording this, if it's going to hit a half a million views right now,'s at 444 000 that's in like 12 hours uh something like yeah i posted it early this morning so yeah but like yeah just i agree like it kind of bothers me that it's doing well because like not truly bothers me but it bothers me that other ones like
Starting point is 00:13:41 flop so bad and that one does well because i'm like that's not very funny. It takes off so random. I mean, if it didn't look so bad, we should probably post every video three times and just see if one of them pops off. Maybe so weird. Yeah. Um, but yeah, this video, it was kind of fun. Cause you were texting us. You're like guys, every time I refresh it, it's getting like 4,000 views. Like this thing is getting shown to everybody right now. It was, it was really fun. Like I would literally like seconds at a time, like 10,000 views up. And I up i was like we're gonna what's the record yeah 20 million i don't even know maybe this is funnier than i thought yeah yeah i don't know why it got shown to so many people the funny thing is i i think that that suburbs video like that we edited i saw it like derrick cindy and it's me
Starting point is 00:14:22 by myself so it's i'm tuning my own horn a little bit but i think it's we all wrote it uh i think that one's gonna be really really poor performing but i think it was really funny like i have very pessimistic views of how it's gonna go but i really liked that one i'm excited because that was a little different that one's not very catchphrasey that one's more just like uh realism yeah saying what other people say so yeah hopefully people appreciate it um we'll see yeah but it was kind of crazy like how tiktok works and it's like so subjective like who cares who cares that 400,000 people have watched on tiktok it does nothing no we make zero dollars off of that it's just a cool number to watch yeah but anyway it doesn't matter but we can recognize the basketball games from it
Starting point is 00:14:59 you do yes i don't um let's get let's go ahead and get into it let's talk about tonight man let's talk about it uh there's a lot to talk about but in a different way it's I don't. Let's get let's go and get into it. Let's talk about tonight. Man, let's talk about it. There's a lot to talk about, but in a different way. We don't even really need to talk about the game much. We need to talk about the dynamic in the situation. So, OK, Rustin and Isaac are gone and they are good. So we replace them with Joel Garrett's brother in law and then Garrett's friend, Greg. And shout out, Greg.
Starting point is 00:15:22 I told him I'd give him a shout out. Hey, Greg. Shout out. Shout out. And Greg, told him I'd give him a shout out. Hey, Greg. Shout out. Shout out. And Greg, is he really from Illinois? Auburn, Alabama. Oh, yeah. Great.
Starting point is 00:15:33 I thought I heard him say Illinois. Okay, so he flew. He's up here. Joel's from Illinois originally. Okay, yeah. Really thought I heard Greg say Illinois. Either way, they're both not from around here. Joel drove like an hour and a half one way to come here. He and his wife both but they're gonna help us out because we have two games you know
Starting point is 00:15:49 if we win the first one then it's championship game yeah and right before tip off the refs go hey here's the deal um you can't have subs on your team because they didn't pay in this league which is a rule that has never been enforced and i've never heard of it's not like okay they let it slide i've read it on the website, but I'm always like, whatever. They don't really care about that. See, I truly didn't even know it was a rule. I didn't quite understand what was happening. So then we're in this like dilemma of like, okay, they came all this way. Yeah. But if they step foot on the court, then we're disqualified. We forfeits like, what do we do? So that's when we went over and talked to that one guy. We're like, let's just talk to the other
Starting point is 00:16:23 team. Yeah. Yeah. Let's just see if they can, if they'll. And we talked to one guy, which ended up recognizing Brad later. He like knows us and follows us. Didn't say anything at the time. But we're like, dude, how do you feel about this? He's like, I'm not the spokesperson. You should talk to Bryce. And so can we get a spokesperson over here?
Starting point is 00:16:39 Bryce, get over here, man. Bryce, hey, come on, come on. As we're talking to him, the refs are like, it doesn't matter what they think. It's what we, what the rules are. Yeah. So it's like, come on, Malik. Dude talking to them the refs are like it doesn't matter what they think it's what we what the rules are yeah so it's like come on malik dude it's a record yeah and so then what we kind of decided was all right let's play with the five we have and if things get out of hand we'll just sub them in and have fun and then we were just winning most of the game and so it's like okay fun and then i think you were the one who's like okay if we win this game then we can play with joel and greg in the championship because who cares if we technically
Starting point is 00:17:07 forfeit yeah we want to try and win the game right what do you get a t-shirt yeah i don't they weren't walking away with anything those guys afterwards maybe you get a five dollar minsky's gift card mailed to you maybe maybe and that's like one slice like minsky's expensive uh yeah so just we're like whatever we'll see what happens here yeah so it was such a bummer i mean the whole game i just every time i look over there i just think about how they drove all this way to play this basketball game gave up a night and like it was such a i don't know what to do and joel they were both so cool about it and everyone's so nice yeah like joel's like no man like because because his his in-laws live up here anyway so
Starting point is 00:17:42 he's like you know my wife and kids were already driving up here, you know, just get some time with the in-laws. So it's not like I was just up here for the game, but I'm still like, but you did drive up here. You look good though. You kind of got the black on black. The shoes look nice. He's a good ball player.
Starting point is 00:17:56 He's good. Yeah. Half time he went out shot. I didn't see a miss. My man could use that. I'm sucking wind. Like I promise. I promise.
Starting point is 00:18:02 I look at the clock as the game started. There was 18 minutes and 10 seconds left. And I was like, Oh boy, I got to conserve. Wait. Yeah. I didn't really think about that much, dude. Way to go. You played an entire basketball game tonight without subbing out. Yeah, dude, you can do anything. Yeah. What's next for you? Honestly, it was like the endurance. Like once, once I was playing a while, it was fine. Like it was, it was, it was rough at the beginning and then it was like yeah then whatever half second half deuce came came around yeah yeah and uh put on a show in the second half i've never seen brad play any sport like what he did in the second half really i i think that was crazy that was awesome thanks i mean what would you compare
Starting point is 00:18:39 it to i don't know i i've well you haven't known me that long. I just feel like I've I like messed up my knee pretty bad. And I had all these surgeries and stuff like right out of college. And ever since then, I just haven't really been myself. But like, that's fair. I never knew pre-knee surgery. Yeah, I feel like I used to do that kind of stuff more often. And now it's just like I'm scared to like, I don't know, like like I have short steps. You know, me. Basically, Dirk Nowitzki came out and played I mean Brad was hitting like multiple like turnaround fadeaway jumpers like 15 footers probably hit three of them uh like back to back to back it was awesome you were just stroking it yeah and we were in the whole game and then we
Starting point is 00:19:15 lost somehow I don't know how it happened I biffed it guys I biffed it that wasn't totally on you I had a chance to make a shot to bring it within one we all kind of did stuff at the end yeah it's not obviously everyone that knows sports well enough knows that like not one singular play is why but if they were announcers they would have been pretty upset but if if somebody was live tweeting the game they would focus on this biff okay so uh i think we were down by one point luke hoagland. I'll say he's our best player. Well, our best player that was there tonight. Yeah, definitely. Definitely the best shooter.
Starting point is 00:19:49 He gets fouled, goes to the line for a one and one. And as like, I think, oh, you had inbounded the ball to Luke. Or no, maybe he inbounded it to you. And like somehow like three guys like tackled you or something. Yeah. But they didn't call a foul, of course. It was fine. And then Luke went and grabbed the ball and then they fouled Luke. And so you and like somehow like three guys like tackled you or something yeah but they didn't call a foul of course it's fine and then luke went and grabbed the ball and then they fouled luke and so you're like what happened and i was like telling you about what happened real quick and i look over and i noticed that there's a vacant uh like spot in the lane to go like box
Starting point is 00:20:16 out for the free throw like well i was like i better go in there and like right after i like just like really quickly i'm like yeah i don't know like luke just dove on the ball and they fouled him and then i was like oh shoot and i like start running into like, just like really quickly, I'm like, yeah, I don't know. Like Luke just dove on the ball and they fouled him. And then I was like, Oh shoot. And I like start running into the lane. They like pass the ball into Luke to shoot the free throw. And so it's considered a lane violation because I was outside of the three point lane and then went into it and everyone's like, Whoa, you can't do that. And so they call the lane violation and the rest is history. I mean, yeah. So we've been, yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:47 Luke might've missed the free throw though. He might've. Um, if, if you consider like going straight through the rim and the net, uh, a miss, uh,
Starting point is 00:20:54 but you know, it's not about one play. It's, it's about lots of different place, you know? Yeah. It was too bad. It was mainly just like, I wanted to win just so Joel and Greg could join us.
Starting point is 00:21:03 Like that was going to be so fun. A hundred percent. I was more looking forward to that. Yeah. Cause they were, they were such good teammates. They were coaching us the whole time. Yeah. Uh, and there's, is this the same team that we played last week where Garrett gotten a
Starting point is 00:21:12 little bit of beef and there was a little bit of beef, not as much this week. They were pretty, I tried to really be lighthearted this week. Uh, but they were still, we did have fun tonight, dude. We had a ton of fun. I talked more in this game than I think I've talked in a long time. I had a lot. I forgot about that. I don't know how well this is going to translate.
Starting point is 00:21:30 Like, I really think you have to be there and you have to understand the nuance of rec basketball. But Brad loves calling plays that don't exist all the time. Brad brings up the ball. Guys, two. Two. Hey, two. Two, two, two. Run it.
Starting point is 00:21:42 Hey, yeah. Two. And it makes me laugh every time. I've heard it a hundred two and it makes me laugh every time i've heard it a hundred times it makes me laugh every time and this is the first time that the other team i feel like finally learned oh hey these guys are joking around yeah right because i mean no joke probably this first seven possessions on the court we were yelling stack me or brad one hey that's stack stack guys and stack it up my favorite way i don't know why but it's like this like very eighth grade like intangible way of yelling it out like it's not just like hey
Starting point is 00:22:10 stack stack it's like stack stack stack hey stack and then once that got established i mean any variation of the game had the word stack throwing in on it. Hey, reverse stack. Stack. Hey. Yeah. Like defense.
Starting point is 00:22:30 Like, hey, run stack. Defensive stack. There was one time I think Scott threw the ball away or somebody threw the ball at Scott and like it went like it was backcourt violation, like going out of bounds as it was going out of bounds. I was just like, stack, stack. We were just yelling constantly. I like a a long rebound fast break no one's even on this side of half court with me and i was still yelling transition stack transition
Starting point is 00:22:53 stack guys get up here we got a transition stack um so yeah i don't know that was just so funny but because that's like that's like the one play that like third graders run right everyone's like everyone just bunches together and then you slap the ball really hard and so everyone goes in different directions uh that's just the classic stack so uh love the stack anyway that's like classic because i didn't play enough basketball to truly know anything else it's kind of a joke but it's also like okay brad say some other plays i'm like i don't know iso box you know pick and roll i don't know what else to say so anyway it's just it was great but yeah the other team was pretty cool about it yeah they were fun they were uh they were nice and yeah um yeah i biffed it i biffed it bad
Starting point is 00:23:37 i like the word biff that's kind of funny but honestly hey we got to be here an hour earlier you know and we though yeah we actually sat around and talked for a long time afterwards yeah but we had fun we had fun um camaraderie after the game this is kind of funny so garrett comes up to me and he's got that sheepish look in his eye again and i'm like he's about to apologize he's about to thank me for letting him on the team i love that sheepish look i know and i'm trying to get ahead of it i'm like dude yeah he's like jake we gotta talk man gotta pulls me aside i was like dude i because like garrett fouled out oh that was a weird thing too that was weird so we only have five players you know obviously the
Starting point is 00:24:16 whole time uh at one point scott gets really injured so then we're like okay if he's injured can joel play and the ref is like yeah he can scott stays in scott ends up making some jumpers so he's fine i guess no threes though apparently no guys i love pointing that out afterwards like guys i didn't make us i was over 12 from threes and every one of our team was like i thought you made some i'm pretty sure you made he's like no he's like guys i sucked i did not make a single three it's probably oh i guess you didn't okay wow you took a lot of shots you didn't make a single one of those i wouldn't even pay attention um but then garrett who was guarding their best player the whole night did a great job i was very very affirming of him in the play hey good d stack
Starting point is 00:24:52 there yeah way to guard his stack yeah good and um anyway ends up fouling out with like quite a bit of game left 10 minutes left at least yeah eight 10 minutes and so we're like well that's a bummer i guess we're playing with four so like i guess two two zone and immediately i mean they just hit a wide open three on us yeah and then the ref stops the game and he's like whoa whoa whoa where's where's your guy and it's like he fouled out he's like no he needs to be back on the floor we're like no he fouled out out the words fouled out out he he's he's already stacked he's full stacked he's been completely stacked and he's's like, well, the rules say, which I don't know what rules these are.
Starting point is 00:25:29 The KC crew local rules say, if you only have five and your fifth player fouls out, he gets to still play. But every time he fouls from now on, it's a technical. Like, oh, great. Kick him in the crotch then. Yeah. Great.
Starting point is 00:25:43 Make it worth it, Garrett. Yeah. Get your money's worth. Jeez. And then gary had to keep playing with us and so i was just like is gary about to apologize or is he about to like thank me for playing on the team again and he's like dude it's i've had a rough day he's like this and this happened and on top of it all day but thinking about how i need to tell you that peyton and i can't come on that zion trip anymore and i was like oh my gosh you're totally fine totally fine i was like the real car just you know bailed on me anyway the airbnb is refundable rachel hasn't even booked her flights yet it's totally fine it's all good and he was like i know
Starting point is 00:26:19 but it just he you know he's such a people pleaser too he's like i hate bailing and then you talked about on the podcast yeah and you know people are's texting me. He's like, I had multiple patients today. Be like, dude, are you getting pretty excited about Utah? And he's like, no. He goes, dude. And then he said you in the podcast with this sweet, touching note from your grandma saying, if you're going to do something, do it now. And I was just rubbing salt in the wound. He's like, I didn't need to hear that. So that actually really made me laugh that all that happened is the perfect storm so he's sweet man sweet kid yeah i had so much fun with him god we're all playing this team sticking together you know it's like are we gonna go to the nba no nope let's play for coach k one last time run it hashtag
Starting point is 00:26:57 run it back run it back yeah run it back in april we will win we'll win next dude what if it lined up with you know whatever summer date we're doing to try and get the ghosties? I'm coming to a basketball game again. That'd be amazing. Because this viewing it, this would be way more fun to like pack the house. This like where we're playing, where we're playing now, like these seats. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:16 Oh, it'd be great. Yeah, it would. It would be nuts. Oh, it was so fun the first time. I can't imagine how much more fun it would be. They would be like on top of us. Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 00:27:24 We need to look at the dates of that. I'll look at it now scott'll know off the top of his head probably if we text him right now it's gonna be like yeah it's uh yeah may 24th um anyway it was a lot of fun and uh yeah bummer for joel and greg bummer that i guess i don't know i think rachel already took those days off work so now it's fun. You know, April 1st and 2nd is our oyster. So we'll see. We got something to do. I love it, man. That's great.
Starting point is 00:27:53 OK, do you want to do the March Madness prop bets? Yeah, go for it. OK, so I had an idea earlier today. I was like, Jake, what if we did a little bit of like, uh, like we've in the past, like, I think back when we lived at the K-Life houses, do you remember how we did like brackets, but we had classic Jake and Brad, like, let's make it more complicated than it needs to be where it was like, okay, you get to pick a, uh, like you do like the standard, like point system where like first rounds, one point, and then two points and four points, eight points,
Starting point is 00:28:21 whatever. But then it was like, you get to pick a money round. And so every time, every win that you get in that round is double the amount of points as normal. Wasn't it a region too? And then you get to pick a money region. And so not only like, so if you pick the third round of this region and you get it right, then you get like twice as many points for those games
Starting point is 00:28:40 or three, you know, four times. I forgot about that. And so like classic, like Brad, you know, thought of like I forgot about that. Um, and so like classic, like Brad, you know, thought of like, Hey, let's fill out a bracket and, and we, we need to put it on our, like, uh, Instagram, Facebook and everything. There's somebody that made a bracket for us, uh, that we should all fill out together as well. If you're listening to this, it's too late, but, um, but then I was also like, let's do it. You're listening to this. Yeah. Let's do a, uh, let's, let's do like a upset, uh, consequence idea. So like, like fill out your bracket normally, Jake, but then like, show me all your upsets
Starting point is 00:29:13 and let's like, depending on how big of an upset it is, that's how crazy the consequences. And I didn't think of anything like too crazy, but I just have a few upsets on here and I figured you might too. Um, and so I thought we could just talk about them okay real quick i have an update for you uh this is not as easy to figure out because there's multiple days there's like we're not gonna play on may 16th high v rent not gonna play on may 30th memorial day but what i believe is if we make it to the tournament in the championship game next session that'll be on june 6th which is a monday so we could have like june 4th and 5th be like Ghost Runners weekend,
Starting point is 00:29:45 Pickleball Tournament, yada, yada. And then if you can stick around for Monday night, we'll see. I mean, that's a long. Let me see my schedule real quick just to confirm that I'm around. June 4th, 5th, 6th. Yeah, I'm here. You're here. Actually, I don't know if this is on the calendar,
Starting point is 00:30:03 but I think that might be when we're in. Doesn't matter. We'll figure it out. Where are think that might be when we're in. It doesn't matter. We'll figure it out. Where are you going to be? Alabama. Greenbow, Alabama. Gulf Shores, Alabama. But I think I might get back on Saturday.
Starting point is 00:30:12 It'd just be a tough thing to like, let transition from driving literally from Alabama to Kansas City and then put on a big weekend for people. But we can do it. We've done crazier things. Yeah. So we'll figure it out. Okay.
Starting point is 00:30:28 Anyway, yeah, you let them know how it's going to work. Also also i don't even know if i fully know how it's gonna work so i'll pay close attention okay so let's just say so so this is this is first round only so we're gonna have to we're gonna have to release this part of the podcast beforehand maybe like release it on thursday or something on something um just because if not then people won't know what's going on. But, um, this is first round only, uh, upset. So my first, first round upset is I believe, wait, let me see what I put down. I have, I have a number nine seed TCU beating a number eight seed Seton hall. Okay. And, uh, for that, I would like to propose a consequence of if that happens then you have to buy me an ice latte uh before doing a gene shorts brainstorm session great you accept i accept okay
Starting point is 00:31:13 can i tell you my nine seed now yes okay my nine seed yes which i think i have two winning okay um choose one oh you only get one what do you think, I kind of chose my bracket based on like, whatever. See, yeah, I don't think I... No, no, no, let's do it. So I had... I think I really wanted this. I have three 9Cs. I have Memphis, TCU, and...
Starting point is 00:31:36 Oh, no, I only have two. Memphis and TCU. I have Creighton. I have Creighton. If either of them win, then you have to bring me donuts and milk to a G-Shorts writing session. You love those donuts and milk. It g-torts writing session you love those donuts and milk i it sounds nice okay okay what's your what's your tin seed okay uh fun fact i have every single tin seed being beating the seven seed i must love those bring it on uh no but i'll choose
Starting point is 00:31:57 no no no no all of them all of them sure okay what's the consequence the consequence is that you have to go renew your tags come on seven seeds come on seven seeds no more sweating behind a cop at a chick-fil-a drive honestly i probably need this this is like yeah all of the fantasy football consequences were things that would better my life it was like run a marathon get tan or get a new license plate well yeah i got davidson over michigan state san francisco over mur State, San Francisco over Murray State, Miami over USC. And what's the other one? Maybe I just have three. So, oh, no.
Starting point is 00:32:31 Loyola, Chicago over Ohio State. But do you have any of those? I have San Francisco. OK. Loyola. And that's it. So I have those two. OK, you take those two.
Starting point is 00:32:44 I'll take Davidson, Michigan State and USC, Miami, USC,c miami okay so that's the 10 seed for you for me um which this might even out if we get some 10 seed wins you at some point this summer uh-huh have to come to the neighborhood pool and make a scene falling into the pool on accident and let me film it just one time okay just a big whoa whoa whoa whoa i'll be fully clothed like like i'll have jeans on like like i just came from like doing some woodworking or something and i just i need to get it on tape okay so that's that's the one that's the one a little bit once i get yeah i think a lot of yeah even once you get in the water you're not like you're not doing great that's great great. Okay. Thanks. Okay. Great.
Starting point is 00:33:26 You could pick a hot day. Oh, of course. Okay. So then I got an 11 seed. It might be the same one you have. I'm pretty sure it is actually. I have Iowa state beating Louisiana state. Yeah, I have to Iowa.
Starting point is 00:33:37 Okay. Do you have any other ones? I have Virginia tech winning as well. Okay. Then you have to have that one and I'll have Iowa state. Sorry. Okay. But your consequence for that one is you only wear shorts every single day until March Madness ends.
Starting point is 00:33:50 Unless you are performing a public show. Oh my God. You can, you can only wear shorts. Okay. That's not terrible, but it's also like pretty inconvenient. It could be inconvenient.
Starting point is 00:33:58 Yeah. Okay. Yeah. There's going to be a couple of days in there. Okay. Okay. Okay. That's, that's just one, which game is that? Iowa state over LSU there. Okay. Okay. Okay. That's just one.
Starting point is 00:34:05 Which game is that? That's Iowa State over LSU. Dang it. Now we've got to root against Iowa State. Sorry, Rachel. Coop family. Okay. My 11th seed.
Starting point is 00:34:15 What game did we say it is? Oh, Virginia Tech. If Virginia Tech wins. Virginia Tech looked nice in the tournament. Did they? Great. I don't watch any college basketball, so I filled this out in about two minutes. Texas. Oh, I like Texas though, too. Matthew so I filled this out in about two minutes. Texas.
Starting point is 00:34:25 Oh, I like Texas though too. Matthew McConaughey's got a good book, apparently. If Virginia Tech wins, Brad, you have to learn a Charlie D'Amelio dance on TikTok and post it to Patreon. Okay. I was thinking like, is that worse than the shorts thing? I was like, no, because the shorts thing i was like no because the shorts thing is a longer thing there could be some cold days yeah whereas this is it just like just in
Starting point is 00:34:50 general like you have to wear shorts like you have to wear shorts like every single day it's like i don't have any choice and you know i like pants you love your you know i like pants big into pants you're gonna have so many instagram ads for shorts now fabletics or something i'm gonna have to go buy shorts okay uh you got any 12s? I got, I got one 12 seed, New Mexico state beating Yukon. Okay. I think I only have one 12 seed. Oh,
Starting point is 00:35:12 it's also New Mexico state. Okay. We'll have to choose a different one. Uh, you, you take that one. I'm going to choose. Let's see.
Starting point is 00:35:17 We got UAB Houston. I like UAB. They got a kid named jelly on their team. That's fun. That's not his real name, but that's what I call him. I'll take, I'll take UAB over Houston. Okay.
Starting point is 00:35:27 Why not? Your funeral. Houston was going to my Elite Eight. That's fine. Not anymore. UAB. Taking on Arizona. And my consequence for that one is that, Jake, you have to sing the next jingle of Brad's choosing.
Starting point is 00:35:41 So I get to choose any song that somebody's written for us. Let's go Houston. I hope it's easy. You I get to choose any song that somebody's written for us. Let's go Houston. I hope it's easy. You have to sing it. All right. If New Mexico State wins, I'm excited about this one. This one's also in the future.
Starting point is 00:35:53 But if New Mexico State wins, Brad, at some point, just at some point, one time. One time. In our next basketball session, you have to successfully take a charge.
Starting point is 00:36:05 So once it happens, you're off the hook. One time have to successfully take a charge. So once it happens, you're, you're off the hook. Is it a charge or offensive foul? What? Like, Oh, like,
Starting point is 00:36:14 does he have to do this? Or is it like, like if the guy, like, cause Garrett's fifth foul tonight was he was pushed. He pushed off a guy. You think you could draw that foul? I would absolutely try to charge because i guarantee
Starting point is 00:36:25 if i try to take a charge i'm getting five concussions before i take a charge okay i'm not falling very gracefully okay any kind of bridge has fallen down any kind of player control offensive foul okay if you draw it then you're good you just have to draw one of them i love it okay just get in somebody's face and let them elbow me yeah yeah you want some like what i'll just practice my, like my, my flopping skills or something. Okay. That's fun.
Starting point is 00:36:48 Okay. All right. And then I get a little more serious from this point. Okay. I only have one more upset from there. I have a 13 over four. Okay. I got my boys from UT Chattanooga.
Starting point is 00:36:58 Oh, what a name by the way. Uh, just Chattanooga is just a fun. I would love to live in the new, uh, Chattanooga over Illinois. Uh, and this one live in the noog um chattanooga over illinois uh and this one is just yeah i guess this one's kind of serious too you have to cook dinner
Starting point is 00:37:10 by yourself for rachel brad katherine oh that's even worse that rachel's there and she can't help that's even worse just like a dog you know just a fixed dog. Just funny. You bring up dog. No joke. Okay. What I have written down, if my 13 seed wins, which is Akron, I get to name your future dog. Wow. I trust you. I think I could find a good dog name.
Starting point is 00:37:38 Oh my gosh. Okay. Give me, give me just preliminarily right now. You have five seconds to give me five dog names. Go. Okay. Buddy. Marley. Tucker. Yeah. Gunner. No. You're out. Just kidding. Buck. Okay. I like Buck. Yeah. Those are great. Those are great for like thinking on the spot. You would, and you would, I would, uh, trust you to put a lot of effort into this and make sure it's good.
Starting point is 00:38:06 I would treat it like my own. Yeah. And I would have Hattie and Bo in mind. Okay. The third kid. Uh, we'll figure it out. Okay. Okay.
Starting point is 00:38:13 Okay. How fun. That's only, I mean, that's one specific 13 seed. Who's Akron playing? UCLA. Oh, okay. Who went to the final four last year. So, you know, it's a pretty low chance, but there is a chance.
Starting point is 00:38:23 Yeah. Sorry, Catherine. If you're really hung up on naming the dog. she'll be fine cheer for ucla there's a scene in new girl uh where nick and jess eventually start dating he's like just fyi i lost a bet to winston i have to name uh my first child's middle name reginald val johnson which is right away just like just so you know, which is the actor's name. He's like Carl Winslow from a family matters. The dad on family matters. Very random. Yeah. So anyway, just very random and funny. That's good. All right. So you're all done.
Starting point is 00:38:55 I'm all done. Okay. I had some more. I had one 14 seed. Really? Where is it at? Let me try to guess it. So it's either Yale, Purdue,ue, Colgate-Wisconsin, Longwood versus Tennessee, Montana State versus Texas Tech. Man, I can't imagine any of these teams losing. I've never even heard of Longwood, so I guess that's it. Bullseye. I loved it. I was like, never heard of Longwood? That's a pretty funny name.
Starting point is 00:39:19 Okay. And everyone's talking about how Tennessee, like... They're so good. Yeah, I got screwed out of Better Seed. You're like, nope. I like that, how Tennessee, like they're so good. Yeah. I got, got screwed out of a better seed. You're like, Nope. I like that Jake. I like long. I love it.
Starting point is 00:39:31 So if Longwood pulls it out, Brad, don't say that. You have to, this is a classic consequence done before with Garrett Gibson and my mother. You have to email. Okay. Drew Severance. Drew Severance. Five days in a row. Anything I want. Yeah. Anything you want. email. Okay. Drew Severance. Drew Severance. Five days in a row. Anything I want.
Starting point is 00:39:48 Yeah. Anything you want. That's amazing. Out of all people in the world, Drew Severance is a perfect guy for that. I thought it'd be fun. And I don't think he listens to the podcast. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:56 So I thought it'd be fun. I love that. I was trying to think of him or like somehow messing with Isaac since he doesn't listen to the podcast. But yeah. No, Drew Severance is better. Email Drew Severance five days in a row and report back with how it goes because if longwood pulls it out
Starting point is 00:40:07 emailing is so much more intentional than text like you know what i mean like whoa i mean brad emailed me it's like why does he keep like getting like going out of his way to get to this app that you can easily just text me this thing and like sending me this email and i'm just excited to see where it goes because yeah you probably be pretty fun pretty creative on day one and like gosh i gotta send him another freaking email what am i gonna say no knowing me i'm gonna figure out like a way to be productive and like get some business out of it or something like no i'm gonna i'm gonna figure out like either some leadership skills from him or something oh that's funny okay so a lot's on the line the next few days so go back if you're listening to
Starting point is 00:40:41 this uh and the game's already happened which it probably has go back and look and see what happened um and yeah maybe we'll see if you gotta do what yeah if we can just trim this part and upload it as like a clip on youtube or something just a little bonus okay do we want to do like thinking really far ahead in the future do we want to pick a like two sweet 16 teams that like if those two teams don't get in, then the, then I will have to do this. Um, like,
Starting point is 00:41:08 like, like I'm so confident that, you know, whatever Gonzaga and KU are going to make to the sweet 16 that if they don't, I will do this. Why don't we reevaluate after the sweet 16? Let's see like how many consequences are like,
Starting point is 00:41:19 okay, how many of my are about to do right now? You know, you're having to learn how to cook. I got to cook dinner. I got to go to dmv i'm freezing cold i'm in shorts what if it's 100 jake and zero percent me there's no way it's gonna be the other way around i feel like but yeah you're freezing cold like i don't want to do
Starting point is 00:41:36 any more of this so we'll reevaluate once we know the teams and we can make some future bets on the final four or eight or something great that. That's fun. Okay, cool. Starting point is 00:44:03 Let's see. What else do we have to talk about? What'd you do today i went to mclean's oh dude i actually had a good day of i got a i got a really big order like literally a big this woman wants a 12 foot long table imagine that it's probably the size of this room i'm imagining i'm imagining tall got it yeah big 12 foot long table um and so that's just a great order and a huge blessing to me because I've been a little bit slow lately. And then I'm also honing in on this other order for a clothing store in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Starting point is 00:44:32 Walker Brothers. Shout out to them. Sikkim Bear. Wait. Yeah. Yeah. So trying to hone in on that. So I've been working at McLean's today.
Starting point is 00:44:45 It was a good day of work. I tried to miss McLean's dude. Come on. Oh, tomorrow. Okay. I'll come to your house. Yes. Yes.
Starting point is 00:44:52 You gave us 30 minutes extra. Yes. That's McLean's time. Yes. That's great. Let's do it. I'll pick up, or I can just pick you up something from McLean's if you want on the way to your house.
Starting point is 00:44:59 Okay. That sounds great. Oh, now I'm excited to wake up. I needed it. I forgot that we were having to wake up. It's not that early tomorrow, actually. But anyway, went to McLean's, tried an iced Americano for the first time. I don't think I'm going to be back.
Starting point is 00:45:12 No, no. It was cheaper than everything else that was iced on the menu, except for like iced coffee. So I learned, do you know what an iced Americano is? Because I looked it up. That I believe is plastic cup ice cubes um one shot of espresso that is 20 steamed milk 20 uh hold on steamed steamed broccoli dude the other day rachel was making me dinner and it was a great dinner and i literally this i wasn't even joking. I said, what's with this yellow broccoli? She goes, what's up with these oranges?
Starting point is 00:45:50 She goes, the cauliflower? I was like, look, mate, I don't know. You tell me. Cauliflower's not even yellow. It's white. This was actually yellow. Something was going on. I don't know if it was old.
Starting point is 00:46:02 I don't know if it was fresh. I don't know if it was vegan. Yeah. Organic. But it was yellow. And it't know if it was fresh. I don't know if it was vegan. Yeah. Organic, but it was yellow. And it looked, when it's on a plate with broccoli and it's just slightly, it's one color off. What in the world? It's like Kevin on the, like, this is new food for me. This is new food. Justin, put that clip in.
Starting point is 00:46:18 Why are you eating stem first? This is a new food for me. How else should I eat it? He's putting Justin to work. Oh, man. That's so good, dude. What's up with this? That's crazy how they genetically changed this broccoli.
Starting point is 00:46:31 It tastes quite a bit different than the green broccoli. I thought you were about to say they taste the same. I was like, no, they don't. No, a cauliflower is not good. Really? I was about to say, I think you'd like cauliflower. No, I could chow down on some broccoli. But no, cauliflower is not good.
Starting point is 00:46:42 Really? Have you ever tried cauliflower rice? Is that what the yellow rice is? No, I'm just kidding uh i don't know i think it's pretty good cool okay okay i mean you can season it like so yeah cauliflower by itself is pretty bland okay i just love that you're trying cauliflower sure i'm just pumped for you dude yeah rachel's like favorite food is salmon and i've been a big salmon boy ever since the tick bite so i was gonna say you like salmon yeah she she makes that for us occasionally it's nice does she put some nice seasonings on katherine does like a little honey glaze dude one time rachel had like a full like
Starting point is 00:47:13 i don't even want you to call it a boat for me almost she had made four different like palates of salmon and there was a different like palette i don't know there are four different yeah pieces okay maybe it's a palette i don't know what a to different yeah pieces okay maybe it's a palette i don't know what a toque was four different chunks okay of salmon yeah fillets yes fillets is the i see this is something actually that goes on in my brain i knew it was a silent t and i said the wrong word or no wait palettes rt what am i thinking of doesn't matter yeah what is that what it is is there any at the end there is any at the end of palates sometimes and what was the other word filet yeah yeah i don't know i'm an idiot people are people are
Starting point is 00:47:49 struggling right now basically she makes four different ones and like glazes and like salts them all differently oh it's like let me know what you like and i'll make that one for you just blindfold you and like yeah experience your senses yeah she had me handcuffed too yeah that way she's like no it's, it's better this way. Yeah. Trust me. That's fun. How do you does this thing lately? I, I it's on Ratatouille, I think wherever like you taste something and then you're closing your eyes and you're kind of experiencing the food. And so I'll look over at Hattie and she'll just be like, like closing her eyes. I'm like, what are you doing? That's awesome. I think I did that when I was a little kid too. I saw somebody do it.
Starting point is 00:48:25 Anyway, what's an Americano? Uh, you were on the right track with a plastic cup, ice and espresso. I did have that. I think it's just like a watered down espresso. So it's like,
Starting point is 00:48:36 which is kind of like what coffee is, but not really. I know that coffee people out there are like, that's not true. But it's like, it's like there's, there's a very like concentrated espresso that they watered down versus like coffee which is just like a lot of beans watered down i don't know a lot of beans anyway it was fine it was it was like it wasn't
Starting point is 00:48:53 wasn't what i was wanting you just kind of fired from the hip just iced americano out of nowhere yeah i've been trying some different things because i realized like okay i like sugary coffee drinks but i'm also gonna try some like more whatever drinks just a little more bold and you know normal and this one was not the good one for me i tried something called a shot in the dark the other day oh boy i think that's espresso in coffee that's kind of fun okay try something called cafe ole okay i think it's just coffee with uh steam and accent yeah so anyway trying anyway, try and try it out. Okay.
Starting point is 00:49:25 Go for it. So anybody has any cool, fun coffee things out there that I need to try. Let me know. Cool. Rachel spilled some coffee, uh, near like on the carpet near my bed.
Starting point is 00:49:36 So when I go to sleep, I smell coffee every night now. Yeah. You haven't cleaned it. Well, not enough, you know, COVID.
Starting point is 00:49:44 Yeah. Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go know covid yeah i don't know i genuinely want to know what would happen if somebody did that if you get pulled over by the cops and you're listening to this right now like just say just just say covid a bunch of times and see what happens because i guarantee you march 2020 you could have done that like no one was getting pulled over march 2020 no it was awesome it was a wild west it was like bring it on krupke like i don't care 5-0 12 whatever you want to call him so um okay let's
Starting point is 00:50:11 see basketball game i biffed it guy recognizes me on tiktok uh uh we have a another bracket for us for the for the ghosties out there for us um this, this is a bracket called brackets, uh, a bracket of movies that Jake and Brad has never seen. That's right. We are going to be ranking the best movie of all time that Brad and I have not seen. Yeah. It should be easy.
Starting point is 00:50:34 It should be easy. It's bracket season. It's, it's one of those things where it's like, Jake's like, Oh, like you never seen that movie. Like people say that to us all the time.
Starting point is 00:50:42 Um, sorry. And, and it was hard to find ones that both of us had never seen but here we go uh so we got the number one seed versus number eight seed to start out lord of the rings number one seed the big lebowski number eight so the big lebowski is a cult classic right yes many members of cults enjoy that movie yes i mean koresh. Yeah. Other ones. Jim Jones. Yep. When he was alive. Other ones.
Starting point is 00:51:07 And then the rest. The rest. Yeah. Yeah, I know bowling's involved, I think, in the movie. Yep. I think it... Is that what you know? There's some weird scene where he's dancing in front of a really big wall. So maybe it's a dancing bowling...
Starting point is 00:51:19 It's like a musical. It's like a bowling musical. It might be, actually. I think they sampled like the pins like making noise and that's how they like got their that's what yes that's right um yep i think so i've seen like you like we'll search a gif for like excited and you'll see a guy in a mullet and i'm like is this the guy from the big lebowski the dude they call him the dude really the dude okay yeah so we know this movie he's got oh yeah oh yeah well's, that's the point is that we know these movies really well.
Starting point is 00:51:46 And we want to rank them. Even though we haven't seen them. So, I mean, The Dude's iconic. I don't think there's any, I don't, from what I know about Lord of the Rings, there's not really any iconic like storylines or characters in there. Is anyone called The Dude in Lord of the Rings? There's The Hobbit. I think that might be a different movie.
Starting point is 00:52:01 It might be. And there's The Ring. I think it's also a different movie. That one I saw. That one, there were no, like, I don't know. It was a different movie it might be and there's the ring i think it's also a different movie that one i saw that one there were no like i don't know that it was a different world it was not done well but it was in a well it was it was interesting uh no the lord of the ring i think is like uh like there's there's multiple of them so that's nice and there's something called frodo and the my precious Bilbo Baggins. Orlando Bloom was not as hot as he was in Pirates of the Caribbean. For some reason, in my mind, Bilbo Baggins and Frodo were the same guy.
Starting point is 00:52:34 Are they? They are. Are they? They are 100% the same guy. It's just different times of the year. So it's like winter solstice, summer solstice, Bilbo Baggins, Frodo Baggins. Potentially Shrek's wife, princess Fiona situation.
Starting point is 00:52:46 Exactly. Exactly. Well, I mean, it's like the same, like, I think they were both filmed Shrek in Lord of the Rings in New Zealand. Right.
Starting point is 00:52:52 Oh, so like, I think they maybe even have the same set. Probably similar, like storyline, like, you know, similar like parallels.
Starting point is 00:52:59 Like yes. Donkey is Gandalf. Yes. Gandalf. That's another guy. Yeah. Kind of the comic relief. Yes.
Starting point is 00:53:04 He is hilarious. Yeah. Just that old comic relief. Yes, he is hilarious. Yeah, yeah. Just that old comic relief. He's like, don't you dare pass. In the morning, yeah. We're making waffles with our rings. So, I mean. With all things considered,
Starting point is 00:53:21 I'd probably go with the ring, the Lords of the Rings. I've never heard anybody say Lord of the Rings is a bad movie. Anybody that's seen it is like, dude, you got to watch this movie. Yeah, they do say it's good. Even like even like cool people. Even like people that like like like play sports that you would trust. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:53:38 Yeah. No. So I think Lord of the Rings goes past Big Lebowski. OK. OK. Another matchup. So number two versus number seven. Number seven, the Truman goes past big Lebowski. Okay. Okay. What's another matchup? Uh, so number two, uh, versus number seven,
Starting point is 00:53:46 number seven, the Truman show with Jim Carrey, uh, number two, the Indiana Jones saga trilogy. Wow. However many there are, this is tough.
Starting point is 00:53:56 This one's tough because on one hand you got Harrison Ford just in the prime of his life. On the other hand, you got Jim Carrey, Jimbo, um, trying to be serious i think i think i saw him be serious in the number 23 do you ever see that it was about the number 23 okay prime
Starting point is 00:54:14 number yeah good so far jordan is prime yeah i like that but i've always thought the idea of the truman's show is very fascinating because he's like on TV all the time. Like everyone's watching him. He's like some sort of social experiment, I think. But he doesn't know it. Oh, he doesn't know it. I think at some point he has the realization. And then I think it's probably the climax of the movie. OK.
Starting point is 00:54:32 I don't know. I mean, it should be. If it's not, he just goes the whole movie and he's not knowing. He never found out. OK, so it's kind of it's kind of a fun, you know, idea. Like, yeah, it seems like something an original idea. OK, and then indiana jones is just like old paleontology stuff i will say anytime i see a clip of indiana jones i'm like
Starting point is 00:54:51 this doesn't look that good but i think it's maybe because it was old it seems like like the the scene where you see him like running from the boulder yeah go to the side go to the side go to the side or like honestly i could outrun that boulder jogging like he it didn't look like that like barreling of a boulder i don't think so either and also like i've seen the way my car will like roll over something that's pretty flat and like that didn't do that much damage you know like yeah if i were to roll over something like you know like a gallon of milk now we got problems that's a mess i roll over a pancake. Yeah, pancake's fine. Not a big difference.
Starting point is 00:55:26 Yeah, in the morning we're making pancakes. In the morning, you shall not pass. Yeah, I think that's good. I think you become the pancake. There's a lot of ways to solve this. I do know that in Indiana Jones
Starting point is 00:55:35 there is Data from the Goonies, which you probably have never seen the Goonies either, have you? Who's Dana? Data. Oh. The Asian guy. So funny.
Starting point is 00:55:43 His name is Data? Data. That doesn't seem fair booty traps they the asian guy is named data it was in the 90s 80s you know black guys called fast no there's no black guy makes sense it's oregon in the 80s okay you know um but anyway uh data i think is also in indiana jones and he says mr jones mr j Mr. Jones. I like that. So maybe I want to, I want to do they win that. So great,
Starting point is 00:56:08 really original idea from Truman show or Mr. Jones. Okay. There's also like three movies against one. Yeah. I think there's sword fighting
Starting point is 00:56:15 in Mr. Indiana Jones. I don't know if there's any, maybe it's hand to hand combat in Truman show from what I'm remembering. Compare the, the fight scenes
Starting point is 00:56:24 in the two movies like how's the choreography there indiana jones there's at least a few there's one that's like joan arc joan of arc of the covenant or something that's one of them one of those uh emperor or temple tip temple temple run temple run of the lost soul or something like that legend of the hidden temple i think yeah and then indiana jones the hunter of red october i think is the third either way okay i don't know october sky no it's not that okay that's different you idiot what do you think i think uh you know i'm a i'm a i'm a fan of the favorites here so i think i might still have to put indiana jones ahead okay ij going through all right mrs jones next one we got this number 60 this this this number 60 was uh wrongfully
Starting point is 00:57:10 seeded number 60 jurassic park versus number three seed the hobbit whoa okay on one end you've got a movie that's exactly the same as lord of the rings it's exactly it's literally a a print by print scene by scene like shot for shot remake why are we doing this. It's exactly, it's literally a print by print, scene by scene, like shot for shot remake. Why are we doing this again? From what I know. It's just like a miniature version. I think so.
Starting point is 00:57:30 Like the, they live in the Shire and the doors are circular. I think it was like kind of the same time that the Lego movie was getting popular. So like, like let's just,
Starting point is 00:57:37 let's just miniaturize people. Honey, I shrunk, I shrunk the Frodo. Exactly. Yes. All in the same era. Uh huh.
Starting point is 00:57:43 Okay. Whereas Hobbit, Hobbit, like Calvin and Hobbit same era. Uh-huh. Okay. Hobbit. Hobbit. Calvin and Hobbit. It's funny. So it's like Hobbit. Yeah. It's like a comedy version.
Starting point is 00:57:52 Yeah. Gandalf was funny, but he's the only guy. Whereas Hobbit's just like a bunch of stand-up comedians. Hobbit. Yeah. Okay. Versus. Versus Jurassic Park, which was revolutionary.
Starting point is 00:58:03 Yeah. First movie to ever have dinosaurs in, I'm pretty sure. Also hilarious. First, first movie to ever have dinosaurs. And I'm pretty sure also hilarious. Oh, really? Jeff Goldblum. That's right. And the other characters,
Starting point is 00:58:11 uh, data from the Goonies, I think makes an appearance. You might've been in there. I mean, Jurassic Park seems cool. Like which movie do I need to watch tomorrow? Like if I had to watch one,
Starting point is 00:58:21 I would watch Jurassic Park. I was scared as a kid. I didn't want to watch it because of the, the were scary but now that i'm older yeah i think i would watch it yeah i think i don't think i'll be scared anymore this is the battle of uh jake's vacations really we have new zealand versus kawaii right here and i think what's going to send me over the edge is they were both the two most beautiful places i've been to. But I liked Kauai slightly more. Okay. And for that reason, I'm going with Jurassic Park.
Starting point is 00:58:48 Upset alert. Number six over three. Why? The Hobbit's like, why do we even have to play them in the first round? That wasn't fair. All right. Last first round. We got Armageddon versus E.T.
Starting point is 00:58:59 Number four, Armageddon. Number five, E.T. Could go either way. I think here's what I know about Armageddon number five E.T. Could go either way. I think here's what I know about Armageddon. Very little. I know that Bruce Willis and Ben Affleck are in it, I think. Didn't know about Benji. I think that they go to space maybe.
Starting point is 00:59:14 When I think of the movie Armageddon, for some reason, I think about the beginning of those movies where it almost looks like a Google Earth thing. And the sun is coming. It's like a sunrise coming behind the earth and then it ends up being like universal studios or something like that okay for some reason that image is armageddon to me really they use a similar image like why is that burnt to my brain i'm pretty sure that they like just were like hey do you mind if we just borrow this for this movie real quick i think it might have been uh like a palette filet situation like why not like people are pretty much the same yeah so that's what i know
Starting point is 00:59:45 about armageddon i know there's i i envision a lot of like like molten lava fire kind of stuff in it yeah i don't know a lot of decent explosions in the dark okay yeah the cover of armageddon sorry i looked it up there is kind of like you could see the sun behind the eclipse earth yeah yeah kind of that does look like ben Affleck. Good job. I'm pretty sure. And then what is that? Universal Studios? I want to see their stuff.
Starting point is 01:00:11 You know what I'm talking about? Show me Touchstone. Show me Touchstone's pictures. Show me. Show me Touchstone. Justin, put all these up there, please. Ah, no, that's like a circle with like orange flames going diagonally through it. That sounds like Armageddon to me. No, no, no, no.
Starting point is 01:00:25 It's different. It's different. OK, what is the office? The office? Yeah. What do they have at the beginning? The peacock thing?
Starting point is 01:00:33 This is going to drive me nuts at the beginning. Movie production. The office doesn't have anything at the beginning. I feel like I've seen it, dude. I don't know what's going on.
Starting point is 01:00:41 This is a revile, revile, reveal. That's at the end. Really? Revile media or something like that. I hate that know what's going on. This is... Oh, Reveil. Reveil. Reveil. That's at the end. Really? Reveil Media or something like that. I hate that I know all this stuff. Universal Pictures. Is that different than what I did earlier?
Starting point is 01:00:54 I think it's... Yeah, I think it... It doesn't matter. No one cares. People care. People care about this movie. I think it's Universal Pictures and Armageddon. They're the same thing.
Starting point is 01:01:02 Okay. E.T. Okay, so E.T. E.T. Okay, so E.T. E.T. literally brought back Reese's Pieces from the dead. So I think that alone. Did they? In what way? I think Reese's Pieces was basically going to go extinct,
Starting point is 01:01:16 was not a successful product. And then because of that movie, and he was like, Reese's Pieces, they're now still around. I've never heard that quote. Reese's Pieces. It's on The Office. now still in around. I've never heard that quote. Reese's Pieces. It's on The Office. I know Holly does it.
Starting point is 01:01:28 I didn't know what she was quoting. E.T. Yeah. That's what they're doing the whole time. Like Holly like phone. Yeah. Holly misses old phone. Reese's Pieces.
Starting point is 01:01:38 See, I thought it was just like random. Like they're being pretty weird. That's so funny. Like that's how I was in high school. I would watch things on The Office and then like I watch them now and i'm like oh i never got that joke before yeah so also confirm guys it's universal pictures really justin i'm gonna make a request put armageddon on one side of the screen put the universal pictures you know clip on the other side you could see why i think they're the same okay bingo bingo bongo sure love it okay so et armageddon i think et seems like it
Starting point is 01:02:10 pulls at heartstrings armageddon just doesn't really yeah i thought armageddon was sad or is that diehard they're both bruce diehard so good is it sad uh no it's awesome armageddon must be sad armageddon's probably sad but like is it more sad than an alien that like the remainder is not even sad just pulls at heartstrings kind of has a stranger things vibe going on kids i like that they both travel outside the earth though good for them as far as i know in these movies that's how the bracketologists put them together this is the extraterrestrial region okay sounds like you're going with et i am et it is okay so next round we have uh lord of the rings versus jurassic park yeah what do we got there let's see both movies shot in austria
Starting point is 01:02:56 and trying to think lord of the rings do we think that's blasphemous? Yeah. You're right. Actually, this is... How did we even let it get this far? How did they win Jurassic Parks into the finals? Yeah. Because there's no conspiracies or misconceptions about dinosaurs within Christianity. That is rock solid. Yeah. Everyone believes the same
Starting point is 01:03:20 thing on evolution. Yeah. I think the Old Testament talks about behemoths and we know what that means, right? That's a T-Rex. So Jurassic Park is the biblical thing to evolution yeah i think the old testament talks about behemoths and like we know what that means right that's a t-rex so jurassic park is the biblical thing to do yes that's in the finals that was easy and then indiana jones versus et hmm do you think one's kind of blasphemous i don't i don't i was just asking. E.T. I mean, Reese's Bees. I mean, like, where in the Bible does an alien come to life and then ride a bicycle in the sky? When have you ever heard of something coming down to Earth, spending a little bit of time here, and then quickly leaving Earth, ascending? Well, now that I'm thinking about it, Armageddon, if we're going biblical, we should have brought that one in. That was different.
Starting point is 01:04:05 The second round. Yeah. OK. OK. You're right. You're right. OK. So Indiana Jones then over E.T.
Starting point is 01:04:11 Right. Because I've never heard of a story like E.T. before. OK. Like that's the first time you've ever. I'm like, wow, that is a that is a novel thought like coming from nothing, basically. Uh huh. Yeah. OK.
Starting point is 01:04:22 Yeah. Making matter. Yes. OK. basically uh-huh yeah okay yeah making matter yes okay so then the final uh game we got indiana jones versus jurassic park jurassic park okay which we all saw this coming it's a spielberg bracket yeah you know like like there's mid-majors out there but like near the end it's always going to be the spielberg it's kentucky duke you know um great great programs yeah and uh let's see so we have uh experiment gone wrong with dinosaurs yeah wreaking havoc do they wreak havoc in a small area or a big area does anybody do anything uh with havoc besides just wreak it that's how i feel about uh scantily clad can you
Starting point is 01:05:01 be other forms of clad you can be warmlyly clad. Yeah. You be ironclad. Good call, dude. Yes. OK, so two clads. I don't know about warmly clad, but ironclad. That was actually. Yeah, I'll give you two clads. Nice. Yeah. OK, so Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park, I think without watching either of these at all and knowing very little about them, Indiana Jones just seems like he would get eaten by a dinosaur. Like if it was one on one, like I think he has a sword, but I think that I think that dinosaurs could beat swords. Then again, I feel like once a month I see some headlines like we think T-Rex's might have had feathers. Yeah, they're closer to birds than they are anything else i've seen really yeah i mean show me that bird yeah show me that farm show me that farm
Starting point is 01:05:50 with t-rex is right for the bucket here's what i know about these movies okay i tried to watch jurassic park one time when we were in kawaii it was like guys we got to put it on right right fell asleep instantly oh my gosh instantly clad How did this guy get into the final? Well, he's so biblical. Okay. You're right. The biblical dinosaurs.
Starting point is 01:06:08 Okay. So I think Indiana, I love the state of Indiana. Another blue blood. Yeah. Yeah. Who's your mom? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:06:16 Who's your daddy? And, um, Indiana is fun because, uh, half of them, I think that they're kind of half and half time zones. So that's nice and confusing.
Starting point is 01:06:23 So, um, you know, they need it. They need a little break little break okay and we can't forget data from the goonies probably in indiana jones at least once at least one of the movies yeah so indiana jones legends of the hidden temple number one movie that we've never seen classic you're welcome guys you're welcome was that fun yes it's bracket season so yep there you go remember when we did the uh march madness and we just did like things that made us mad oh yeah with our friends
Starting point is 01:06:51 yeah that was really fun that was a good thing that made us mad that was really fun that was a good time i still think spills just got just a bad rap dude rachel spills things constantly and it stinks doesn't it i think of you it's pretty lovable when she does it it's like uh it's almost like a puppy it's like you don't know any better it's just like a kid but it's still like oh that's such a mess liquid spills man are just rough she texted me yesterday and was just like i spilled all of my coffee in my car and she's like i don't even know how i did it she's like i went to set it down and i guess i didn't quite get the cup holder but then i tried to save it and i don't know if the ice is everywhere oh and she's like i don't even know how i did it she's like i went to set it down and i guess i didn't quite get the cup holder but then i tried to save it and i don't know if the ice is everywhere oh and she just always spill on stuff that'll see too she spilled gasoline inside of her
Starting point is 01:07:32 car before um what do you mean i don't remember that was before i knew her i just heard of this story and i was like red flag yeah i don't know we'll see if she doesn't light it she's fine okay justin also put in the clip of that little kid where he goes, I spilled. Do you remember that? He like fills up this cup so big. Oh, that's a funny video. He's like trying to walk around with it. And it's like, you see it coming from a mile away.
Starting point is 01:07:54 And he just spills it everywhere. Because he keeps trying to like pour it and he's pouring it like a kid. You're like, this is not going to go well. Justin, throw that in. I'm not even going to tell you how to find it. Just find it. Uh-oh, I spilled. Uh-oh. it i'm not even gonna tell you how to find it just find it anyway uh that's yeah i biffed it in basketball that's about all i got left on my list anyway um i had a very productive day over at Trey's.
Starting point is 01:08:26 Yeah, we shot a lot of stuff. We shot, we rented out a corporate office space like downtown, shoot like a video kind of making fun of corporate culture. We were there for like an hour and you go in these elevators, no buttons. You push it from the outside. I love those.
Starting point is 01:08:42 I didn't see Trey push it. And so I was like, dude, what's happened? Are we even in control right now? He's like, no, I pushed out there. Anyway, nice elevators these days. That seems like right up your alley as far as a system goes. Yeah, I loved it.
Starting point is 01:08:51 Once I figured it out. It's so efficient. So it's great. Yeah, we had a discerner back when I was a corporate guy. Dude, congrats on that. Yeah. So we filmed that video.
Starting point is 01:08:59 We filmed we're trying a new thing. Utah moms trying to really capture a specific audience. Normally we go relatable. Now we're trying to go for the niche, just real quick. I like that. And then. What's a Utah Mom?
Starting point is 01:09:10 So we've kind of done our research. And well, one, you know, kind of the LDS culture, not a lot of coffee being drinked. And so they drink a lot of soda. And they also drink a lot of soda from the same type of like Tumblr almost. It's called like a Stanley Cup. Oh, yeah. and they're crazy popular out there trade i couldn't even get one they're sold out yeah they're very popular so really okay but i guess it's like that's very much a utah thing i have a friend who's a travel nurse and she even posts on her store i didn't
Starting point is 01:09:38 even ask her for like tips or writing she was like officially a utah and now i have my stanley cup oh really okay this is huge there maybe it's i wonder if it's like based out of utah i don't know dude those those cups so like catherine is big into like like trying to avoid plastics oh you know like because plastics have more chemicals and so both bow and hattie have like these like aluminum water bottles and then catherine has like that stanley like aluminum, which is not a big deal for Catherine, but those kids drop the water bottles 10 times a day. And it is so infuriatingly loud every single time they drop. I would go with the soft plastic. A hundred percent.
Starting point is 01:10:16 Like, especially, especially when it's like, Bo's already having a tantrum. He's already crying and like disobeying you and pushing it away. And he pushes it off and it just throws it oh my gosh i think trevor wallace actually did like an eight second video of like some guy it's like every time i drop my you know whatever my hydro flask you know it's the same kind of thing oh just how loud it is oh it's so it's so so annoying like if somebody i'm sure they do but if somebody can make like a a coating around that where you could just like muffle the sound like a silencer, basically silicone,
Starting point is 01:10:46 I would, I would pay $20 a silencer. Yeah. So anyway, before I forget, I want to give a shout out to this last episode, shout out to all these things that I found in my bedroom. I don't know how long I've had them.
Starting point is 01:10:57 And I sincerely apologize to the girls that made them. I found a note in that went along with them. These have just been my bedroom. I guess I took them from a show or I don't know something emily shang oh shang and abby stall wrote some very kind things uh to me and also made all of these amazing stickers that i never found i'm so sorry that i never like acknowledged this on the podcast i just now found them stickers i don't know where to put them but i love them this one says this one's like a theater backdrop who's ready to drop that deuce uh brad deuce the deuce is loose that
Starting point is 01:11:30 one's awesome are these these are for sure stickers yeah they're not magnets right yeah um this one they're all just designed so well like they're just like fun like look at this one hit it one time for big daddy it's got like the playing cards we have a stink it and because they're not like necessarily the biggest podcast like quotes they're just kind of fun i mean this one is i guess astronaut on mars saying not bad we need them to design our t-shirts go start our life hey emily shang you want a job yeah um you should really go catholic that one looks like some like street wear some like really cool like youtuber merch like a cholo or something um i love this one a little baby fawn that's pretty cute in a knapsack that's pretty it says i bagged my dough yeah wow there's so many there's
Starting point is 01:12:17 a lot this is the looks like outside of a library and it's got the lyrics to move your body like a cyclone which is really fun. This is the, I believe, Norwegian flag. And it says, talk, skull, do, ha. That's fun. I forgot about that one. I know. This is the angry emoji. And above it says, I'll use the I word.
Starting point is 01:12:35 And then it bleeps it out. And then below it says, irked. This is such a funny, like, postcard looking thing. Welcome to the beautiful Traverse City, Michigan. Home of the I'm Down Boys, with all their names at the bottom. Oh, that's amazing. It's just amazing. This one's great.
Starting point is 01:12:51 T-shirt maybe on your feet. I just feel like I should acknowledge these. They're all so good. Yeah, they're all good. If you know, you know. We see into you dental. I don't even totally remember that one. Oh, I see into you.
Starting point is 01:13:01 From Avatar. From Avatar, yeah. I don't remember the context. And then this when we were coming up with fake expressions, are you scrambling my eggs? They're just awesome. Those. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:13:13 We got to figure out something to do really fun with these because maybe we should make a mural on the wall. They look cool. OK, last one that I'll show. This slaps different. But they're all just designed so well. Yeah. This girl's got to be an artist.
Starting point is 01:13:26 That's so fun. If not, you are now. Yeah, you need to be. You are now, M-Dog. Figure it out. That's awesome. Thank you for that, Shang and M. Same person.
Starting point is 01:13:36 Abby Stahl. Abby Stahl and the Shang. Shangster. Stahl one. You want to do some voice memos? Yes. All right. Hey.
Starting point is 01:13:44 Hey, hey. Chill out. let's do something all right um here we go hey guys it's Michaela Stiles um I'm the one that sent you your first Dundee the sexiest podcast in Kansas and my husband Kevin is the Jack Black guy who's in the guillotine league so love you guys Been listening for a long time. I was just wondering, Brad, as you're trying to think about the name for your next baby, kind of what your inspiration behind Hattie's name was. And I was wondering if it was this. 34 in 1816. Hattie McGonigal. She was a prostitute.
Starting point is 01:14:22 I've seen this film. Yeah. And this whole place used to be a brothel. There was a tavern on the ground floor. That's crazy. Yeah, isn't it? She was bludgeoned to death by the business end of a riding crop. Oh, my God. It was gruesome.
Starting point is 01:14:37 They say she walks these hallways. If you ever feel a tapping on your shoulder, that could be Addie begging for her life. Is that it, Brad? Is that it? Do you like it? That is funny. I recognize that later whenever I watch that back.
Starting point is 01:14:56 Of course, you don't notice that. You don't realize what the name was. Great question. For some reason, I think that that is so, like the very subtle things in the office, like the fact that he said brothel instead of brothel because he's like this, you know, German, you know, heritage, like, like just stuff like that is so funny to me. Um, that is not how we figured out that name. Uh, honestly, it was just a name that Catherine came up with.
Starting point is 01:15:20 I remember we were, we were taking a, you know, like pre parenting class or whatever, uh, learning how to put a diaper on a baby and stuff. It was definitely like, Catherine's like, Brad doesn't know anything. We're going to go to this class. Um, and I remember like, we were like, we had these little notepads, take notes. And she just like showed it to me. It's just a Hattie Ellis. And I was like, Oh no, I did not like it at first. I was like, I don't think that's a good idea. I knew, I knew one, one girl, she was a friend of my cousins who was like eight years older than me. And it's like, like growing up,
Starting point is 01:15:55 I knew this girl named Hattie and she was awesome. So I was like, okay, maybe I like it more. And it kind of grew on me. And then we kind of waited. We actually had two different names whenever she was born. And I was pretty fixated on Hattie, but Catherine was kind of on the fence. And so then right after she was born, I was like that she's had it. It's had it. And of course, Catherine's like, she just went through this huge traumatic thing. So she's like, like, she was like, you just took advantage of me. No, but I think Hattie's just a wonderful name. So what was the other name? Uh, Caroline was the other one after her sister. Nice. Which I think,
Starting point is 01:16:23 yeah, I, we liked the name Caroline a lot, but also I'm like, there's so many names out there. Why name it? That just gets confusing, right? Yeah. Which Caroline? Which Caroline? Oh, yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 01:16:34 That's what you would be saying. Little Caroline. You're already confused. Yeah, exactly. Which I guess you guys kind of have that with Steve. A little bit. My cousin has just gone by Steve-o for so long, so it was pretty easy. Yeah, it's not that bad. So we'll call her Caro.
Starting point is 01:16:48 Caro! But yeah, that's funny. That's not why. That's not why. Okay. Hey, thanks, Mikayla. Yeah. Next is Molly. Hey, Jake and Brad, this is Molly from Indiana. I love Indiana. I'm a big fan.
Starting point is 01:17:04 Brings me a lot of joy and laughter every week. My friend Lisa showed me this a couple years back and I've been enjoying it ever since. Her birthday is actually this month on the 22nd. So it would be awesome if you could just send her a little shout out. Happy birthday to lisa and my question to you both would be if animals were to make a documentary about humans what do you think they would include in it what do you think they would say i'm just really curious what you both can come up with so thanks if who made a documentary about humans animals oh fun so it's tomorrow
Starting point is 01:17:46 her birthday's tomorrow so happy birthday tomorrow hey lisa lisa thanks for thanks for spreading the love about ghost runners happy birthday i'm so bad at animal questions usually like that's hard for me so get me started okay how will animals do a documentary about human like whenever people are like what's your spirit animal i'm like i don't know a lion probably i don't like, a lion. Probably. I don't like that question at all. Okay. Me neither.
Starting point is 01:18:08 Yeah. We're there together. Dumb. If animals made a documentary about humans, this is a tough question to answer. Like how big is the refrigerator? Can an elephant fit in it? Like, do they know cinematography?
Starting point is 01:18:17 Like. Yeah. If so, okay, whatever. I'll just answer. Like do they use 8K cameras? What kind of camera are they using? No, I think they'd say like, wow, they take forever to eat.
Starting point is 01:18:25 That's true. They take forever to. Well, say like, wow, they take forever to eat. That's true. They take forever to... Well, or like, wow, food is so easy for them. That's what they'd say. Like, wow. Food is so easy for them? Oh, because they don't have to hunt it.
Starting point is 01:18:34 Yeah. Like they get it on like these, like trucks bring it to them. People bring them food. They get to choose whatever they want to eat. That's true. Yeah. Like everything about them,
Starting point is 01:18:43 I bet they're just very frustrated with how inefficient we are with like so many things though. Like eating, we take too long to eat that's true yeah like everything about them i bet they're just very frustrated with how inefficient we are with like so many things though like eating we take too long to eat mate mate yeah some people yeah like there's like there's there's no romance in the wild probably not that i'm aware of either probably it's hard to find on online david attenborough probably showing some like he's narrated hummingbird you know presenting itself to the hummingbird you know or something and doing a dance but probably probably it's in there somewhere that's funny though i give you some more okay um it's like wow they can't do anything at first like they are helpless yeah i'd say like that calf could literally just stand up and walk right away yeah your baby
Starting point is 01:19:25 can't even you know barely breathe it can't even hold up an aluminum cup for a long time an aluminum cup oh i guess i thought that was i i didn't i didn't get the call back at first i was like that's the most random thing you can think of that's what the animals would say it's their words not mine okay um let's see i think it depends on the type of animal like if it was like i bet they're really jealous of like the fact that we don't have to worry about like getting hunted all the time top of the food chain yeah i like to think that the animals get a pretty good idea of what we're like as you're like okay okay mammals mammals got it like but some of these mammals spend a lot of
Starting point is 01:20:05 time in the water and then some of them are almost flying like i swear they're flying like people like skydiving bungee jumpers like what is going the squirrel suits what is going on there yeah yeah the body suit but they're not staying up there long enough like it's like they don't really get it like they're not that how hard is it to fly they're not that good at flying like their wings aren't big enough most of the time yeah that's true it's like their their mode of transportation is very interesting yeah they stay in one place all the time like they they have one habitat where they always go back to yeah some migrate some never migrate right there's some snowbirds out there but not many hey fun question how did we do answering it? That's tough.
Starting point is 01:20:46 Yeah, it's okay. Let's see. Let's do this one. Hey, Jake and Brad. It's Bree from Georgia. I'm 15 years old. And I started listening to you guys on episode 122. Of course. The one where Christine was being carried out of the ocean in Hawaii.
Starting point is 01:21:03 I'm almost caught up. I'm on episode 95. Anyway, I called because I heard that Brad joined Lifetime, which is really crazy because I actually got a membership there too. Holy cow. My question is a little bit random, but do you like regular Cheez-Its or extra toasty ones? Yes.
Starting point is 01:21:22 Anyway, you guys have really helped me through the hard times in quarantine. You make me laugh every single day. My twin sister and I recite your inside jokes every single day and we crack out twins. That's almost it for today's voice memo, but I have one really important thing to ask you guys. She's going to do the thing. How come there's no,
Starting point is 01:21:41 I knew it. Nice Brie. Episode 95. I knew it. That's Bree. Episode 95, I knew it. That's classic 95-er. Well, that's fun, Bree. Thanks for supporting the pod. And she just wanted to know about Cheez-Its.
Starting point is 01:21:54 I think extra toasted sounds fun. It sounds like Jurassic Park. They're good. They're good. I mean, Cheez-Its in general, the name brand Cheez-Its are nice. Yeah. They're worth it. I really like the Tabasco ones as well. But just, man, Cheez-Its in general, the name brand Cheez-Its are nice. Yeah. They're worth it. I really like the Tabasco ones as well.
Starting point is 01:22:06 But just man, Cheez-Its in general, we don't get them very often. But when we do, they're not around very long, brother. You like Cheez-Its? I think it's... Tell me if I'm wrong, but I think Cheez-Its are a girl thing. But I think, I mean, everyone likes Cheez-Its, but I think girls like... It's like one of those like tacos. Like, I'm a big fan of taco.
Starting point is 01:22:25 It's like Cheez-Its like, don't give me a box of Cheez-Its, but I think girls like it's like one of those like tacos. Like I'm a big fan of taco. It's like cheese. It's like, don't give me a box of Cheez-Its or I will eat the whole thing. I have not observed this. Tell me if I'm wrong. You could be right. What about goldfish? Goldfish is a third grader thing. Okay.
Starting point is 01:22:36 Yeah. Like that's like a, that's like a, yeah, we got goldfish as a snack at Sunday school. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Cool. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:22:43 Unless you get like the exploding like pizza goldfish. Whoa. You know those? That sounds expensive. Very. Like exploding with flavor. Exploding with flavor. Okay.
Starting point is 01:22:50 Yeah. Cool. Thanks, Breen. Yeah. Tell me if Cheez-Its is a girl. I mean, obviously, guys, I love Cheez-Its, but like girls, I geek out about like, I'm just going to treat myself tonight and just have Cheez-Its while I watch Downton Abbey. Maybe that's just my life.
Starting point is 01:23:05 But anyway, tell me. Hey, tell us. Let's do one more. Because Knack Baxter's on the list. What do you remember, Knack? Hey, Jake and BD. It's your boy, Knack. It's been a while since I've checked in on you guys.
Starting point is 01:23:21 Just had a question. If you guys saw the new Batman and what'd you think? I liked it. Follow-up question. Do you think people can change? So anyways, have a great one and I love what you're doing, Pod.
Starting point is 01:23:37 See ya. Okay. Two great questions. Big Batman guys here. Not really, but... I mean, there are some of the only superhero movies I've seen and. Not really, but I mean, there are some of the only superhero movies I've seen and they were good, but I've not seen the new one. Can I say I'm bothered?
Starting point is 01:23:50 I'm bothered to how they keep, they keep remaking Batman. So what are they supposed to do? Not marry, make them and just like, be like the dark night was awesome. I don't know. We're in a capitalistic,
Starting point is 01:24:00 uh, that's fair. They're making money off. Yeah. But like there was a Batman versus Superman movie or something like that. I didn't watch that. Nobody did. Robert Pattinson, man.
Starting point is 01:24:09 Are you kidding me, man? And it took him a long time to go from, you know. I don't. Vampire to bat. Oh, yeah. Holy cow. Long time. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:24:21 A lot of garlic. I don't. Yeah. I don't have any interest in seeing it. I mean, if somebody were like, if somebody were like, there's cheeses in the theater, maybe no, no. If somebody like you, that's like a normal, like not, sorry. No, no, no. Like, like a, like a not super fan of superhero movies were like, dude, that movie was actually really good. Trust me. I'd be like, okay, maybe I'll check it out. But like, I'm not going to listen to somebody who's seen every
Starting point is 01:24:48 Marvel. Like if you know the difference between Marvel and DC, I don't, I don't trust your judgment because you're going to like them all. Right. No, that's a good point. Yeah. I mean, it just like, if you know, there's bias involved, then it's like, I'd rather just have it like an, someone who's not into this. Like all my buddies the other day in the group chat were like, I think I'm going to rank my favorite DC or my whatever, Marvel, whatever they said, like movies in the last 15 years, they're like Wonder Woman, you know, Batman. And I'm like, I don't know. I don't even know what, how to delineate the two. Yeah. So no, I haven't seen it. Knack. I will listen to somebody. You have to prove your credentials somehow. Show me, show me me your credentials leave a voice memo uh with your credentials about exactly uh you know how much i can trust you how you're how you whatever yeah
Starting point is 01:25:31 tell me uh can people change can people change yeah of course he's wanting to know yeah yeah wouldn't it suck if we couldn't it would i uh used to not know how to do anything woodworking related and now i do you feel like that's a way that you've changed? Yeah. 100%. That makes sense. I didn't used to be able to have kids, I think, when I was little. And now I can.
Starting point is 01:25:55 I used to not know the difference in yellow broccoli and green broccoli. I've changed. Turns out I do now. Yeah. This isn't totally on the topic of change, but just recently in the past like a week or two, I've had this thought and it's not like, don't take this to be any thing too like exciting or,
Starting point is 01:26:13 you know, deep, but I've just been having these thoughts of like, you can't preface that. Cause now everyone's gonna be like, okay, here we go. What did he mean?
Starting point is 01:26:20 Like, how could we have taken a deep? Well, I'm just saying like, this isn't like this thing. Like I've come to realize that in life, it all down this is just like this is just a new this is a fresh thought let me just like maybe contextualize like for the longest time i've always i got so frustrated like let's say we're in college and they're like oh they live in um beasley dorm so
Starting point is 01:26:41 you know she's a beasley babe oh and i, well, we all got to sign these dorms randomly. Like I didn't ask for a dorm. There can't be a stereotype of something that was random and people love to assign judgment or stereotypes or stigmas. I mean, you know, you can't help but do it. And that has always driven me nuts. I'm like, we are not that different. Not in this way.
Starting point is 01:27:02 It drives me nuts. You see the same thing with sororities. Like, oh, high five. Classic. Yeah. That makes sense. Yeah. It's like, I mean, there might be some patterns, some coincidence, but it's mainly coincidence. I don't choose the girls though.
Starting point is 01:27:12 You see what you want to see. Now to present day, what I've come to somewhat realize, I'm still thinking on it, is I think so much, so much of everything. We are humans that are quick to judge, quick to analyze. Everything comes down to just it being human nature. I know it's very vague, but it's like, we want to be like, that girl is so annoying or like, he is so prideful, but like, don't you think he's probably acting that way because of his genetics plus the way he grew up? Like he wouldn't choose to act this way if he knew better. I think so many people are acting. He wouldn't choose to act that way
Starting point is 01:27:43 if he knew better. Is that what you said? Yeah. Like, I just think so much people are acting. When you say that last part, he wouldn't choose to act that way if he knew better. Is that what you said? Yeah. Like, I just think so much of what everyone is doing all the time is just a product of what any human would do in their exact circumstance with their DNA, with their parents, with their upbringing. Yeah. You would end up exactly like them.
Starting point is 01:27:58 That's fair. I think, I think to an extent. Yeah. I think, yeah, you're right. It's like, it's a complete product of your environment. Yeah. Yeah. I think, yeah, you're right. It's like, it's a complete product of your environment. Yeah. Yeah. I think, I think you're right. Well, yeah. Take like politics, for example, which I know is whatever we're going to get into politics right now. But like, I think both sides of politics are trying to like do the right thing. And they just think, they just think the other,
Starting point is 01:28:19 the other side's wrong. That's all it is. It's like, it's like, I don't, I'm not trying to be a jerk on purpose on this side or, you know, whatever. It's just like, no, I think I'm, I'm being the nice person. You're being the jerk. And it's like, no, I think I'm being the nice person. You're being the jerk. It's like both, both people are trying to be good people. It's just products of your environment or products of, you know, whatever you're consuming or, you know, whatever you're putting your faith in. I don't know what all these different things. So I agree with that. Yeah. I don't know. It's just something I'm like stewing on just like a new thought of just like for me it's like that's helped me be even like less you know judgmental or less prideful about
Starting point is 01:28:52 anything like thinking i'm better than this person it's like i've had such an amazing life i have a great parent you know of course yeah sure i might end up this way or whatever like look at them and just try to be more like gentle spirited or just like kind of a person in general because it's like everyone is doing for the most part their best with what they were given you know like we would all be you know you can't help what you were given both your your genetics and your upbringing yeah people didn't choose it but obviously people are sinful in nature and so it's like and that's what i'm saying it's human nature. And so it's like, and that's what I'm saying. It's human nature. Yeah. Yeah. It's all like,
Starting point is 01:29:27 we're just doing things. I know. I'm not going to, are we in a simulation? No, not at all. We have free will, but it's like we have free will that coincides with like,
Starting point is 01:29:35 we all have very similar brain that has similar tendencies. It has similar instincts. I just don't think we're that different. Yeah. Oh yeah. A hundred percent. That's it. I don't know what I'm saying. I have a sports marketing degree.
Starting point is 01:29:46 Hey, be proud of a sports marketing degree. Hey, be proud of that sports marketing. Thanks. It took me seven years to get the diploma. So, um, had to go back to chapel. All right.
Starting point is 01:29:54 It is 30 minutes past midnight. Let's wrap this baby up. Brad, do you have a review of the week you'd like to share? I do. It's called an Instagram message of the week. This is fun. Uh,
Starting point is 01:30:03 it's from Sam wick. Twerk. Sam wick is, Twerk Sam Wick is his username. I just discovered the podcast after watching Blue Jeans Comedy since around the start. I've been following Trey for a long time and found you all through that. And then IG suggested Ghost Runners and here we are. It's been a really busy and hectic time for my wife and I lately. And this podcast has been such a big source of joy during my day. We just bought our first house and I'm trying to make a transition at work. So lots of stress and feeling
Starting point is 01:30:27 down times. Listening to y'all talk and joke always makes me laugh. It makes me feel less alone in all of it. I listened to a few of the most recent episodes. Now I'm trying to start from the beginning. Love what y'all do. Sorry. Love what y'all do and the vibes you're putting out in the world, spreading joy joy but also keeping it real thank you sam thanks sam wick yeah it's fun cool my review is from equestrian band geek smiley face oh yeah hi jacob brad and potential ghosties i've been a listener for well over a year now and i've listened through the pod three times my goodness i drive a lot for work and having you guys playing through the speakers helps me keep calm and laugh through hours spent in the car.
Starting point is 01:31:06 There's a teacher that says that. Keep calm and laugh through hours spent in the car. Emily Sheng designed it. This podcast kept me company after moving in with my husband and going from six people in the house to two. Needless to say, it was very quiet and having these guys on in the background while doing mundane house chores
Starting point is 01:31:18 really helped me make everything not bad. This podcast has brought me so much joy and many tearful laughing fits. I'm going to Jake and Trey's show in Albany in May and can't wait to meet Jake. Although the whole time I'll be thinking, man, I really wish Brad were here. No offense, Jake. But seriously, you guys made my Monday so much better. You guys are doing amazing things and I appreciate it more than you'll ever know. Have a great day and I hope to meet you both on your future tour sometime soon.
Starting point is 01:31:40 That's sweet, dude. I listen to, pardon my take it's a not a very appropriate podcast but i laugh out loud every once in a while and i love it but i don't laugh out loud that often and so hearing that she like has cried at our podcast that's so fun to think about like somebody laughing that hard we're not even there like like because it's so fun like i like listening to that podcast for the one time every month that I laugh out loud you know I totally agree yeah it's in so anyway it's just it's just fun to think like oh I made somebody laugh that's that's cool yeah cool thank you very much for that one that was really fun also quick question why does sometimes like websites like when you go to put like an ampersand it like it
Starting point is 01:32:20 just jumbles it you know it has like different like I don't get that yeah websites been doing that for forever figure it out I don't know if it has like different like. I don't get that. Yeah. Websites been doing it for forever. Figure it out. I don't know if it's like you're posting from a phone versus iPad. I don't know. Something like that. But yeah, it's very frustrating. Yeah. A question in Band Geek threw about nine different ampersands in there.
Starting point is 01:32:36 So it was very tough to read. Is it usually on like the apostrophes? Where was the ampersand usually? It was on the word and. Oh, really? Yeah. A-N-D, but there's an ampersand in the middle of it? No, I think she was using an ampersand. it was on the word and oh really yeah a nd but there's an ampersand in the middle of it no i think she was using an ampersand is it standard sand ampersand ampersand
Starting point is 01:32:51 and it changed it from just that to ampersand amp semicolon oh yeah okay interesting why does it do that for also why are you using the ampersand yeah and is it's much it's quicker yeah yeah that's that's our efficiency our efficiency tip for the week just just say and yeah just say and Brad would you like to end this episode with a jingle I would Katie Bennett wrote us a fun one I'm so glad those new lyrics right after uh we talked about it uh it was written on January 18th so it's going to be a little bit of a pre foreshadowing of F12 that already happened, but F12 was so fun.
Starting point is 01:33:28 So let's reminisce on it again, baby. Let's reminisce on it again, baby. You ready? Yeah. Cool. He's Jake.
Starting point is 01:33:40 My name is Brad. Throwing a party worth a hundred grand in a couple weeks. We love our community, can't wait to meet the ghosties coming to KC. Figure out your transportation, join us for a celebration. We want a standing ovation. See you at F12. So come to Lenox Subplex Pod in February for some comedy. Yeah.

Starting point is 01:37:00 Dude, how'd that feel? Fine. How's your ear? It's so weird, dude. I described it to you last night where i'm like hearing these echoes like if you know what those bluetooth uh microphones are where you can like sing karaoke like into a bluetooth and you like barely hear like a little bit of amplification that's what it sounds like every time somebody talks to me yes it's it's and
Starting point is 01:37:20 it's like just barely dissonant as well so it's like it's it's fine it's whatever yeah i'm kind of honestly getting used to it at this point that's not good yeah it's better than being really annoyed and like true in the short term making it debilitating i think it's gonna get better yeah hopefully it comes back who'd you say wrote that one again katie bennett who we met oh yeah yeah yeah yeah she's great she's great she's great so k ben um also wrote the fireflies jingle so she's she's nailing it she's yeah she's on firefly yeah cool uh pretty long episode for recording 24 hours ago a lot to talk about good brackets um man not one of my more intelligent episodes but hopefully we made people laugh
Starting point is 01:37:57 that's that's the gill gill that's the gill that's is the gill and that's how i say is the gill oh we're stupid i know i can't be people listen to us i can't believe like trey lets me go on stage like how many times have you counted do you know how many shows you've been i don't know 75 yeah isn't that crazy that's nuts that's crazy i don't know what cauliflower is why are people laughing at me? I'm so dumb. That's a fun thing to like, I would be interested to know, like, what are people's things that they don't like, like that they're ignorant to like cauliflower? Like that's something that like 95% of people probably be like, yeah, I know what that is.
Starting point is 01:38:36 That's cauliflower. Yeah. What are you in the fifth percentile of knowledge on? Like, what is that thing? Because we expose ourselves to that every single week on this podcast. But I guarantee there's things out there that you are also like that. So let us know in the comments, in a voice memo, something like that. That is fun to think about.
Starting point is 01:38:52 Like, I didn't know about this until I was 24. Like, I somehow never saw a yellow light. I didn't see a yellow star. It was always green or red every time I looked at it until I was 19. Did you know there's people out there with orange hair? I had no idea. Like, I didn't see. It's like a cartoon.
Starting point is 01:39:06 Yeah. I thought until third grade that material was material. Third grade, huh? Every time I read it in my head, Berenstain Bear Books or whatever. Material. Material. Yeah. So that's a tough one.
Starting point is 01:39:18 You got over it, though. Yeah, I did. All right. Yeah. Good job. I know. Ampersand. Anyway.

Starting point is 01:39:56 it if longwood wins fair fair fair fair okay if i adopt no no no i'm calling a 16 versus one right now and if they win any Any of them. I adopt. Any of them? If any 16 seed wins and I end up adopting a kid. Wait, well, if I adopt a kid, he already has a name. No, not always. Domestic, like newborns. You can name them.
Starting point is 01:40:16 Domestic newborns. Oh, I see what you're saying. I see what you're saying. Like American. I was like, does this describe the baby? They're pretty domesticated, actually. They'll cook, clean for it. Yeah, they're potty trained. They don't haveicated, actually. They're cooked, cleaned for it. Yeah, they're potty trained.
Starting point is 01:40:26 They don't have a name, but they are good with dishes. Okay. I'm saying right now, if Georgia State beats Gonzaga, that's the worst 16 seed, or one of them, versus the number one seed in the tournament. Okay, what happens? I name your kid. Okay. Adopted child. No, no matter what.
Starting point is 01:40:41 Okay. No matter what. I believe in you. I trust you. Okay. Okay. If they beat him by five points or more, like make it a little bit harder because I want,
Starting point is 01:40:50 I want to make sure I earn this, this child naming rights. Okay. What's the team gone or Georgia state versus Gonzaga, Georgia state. That was the team. Do you remember like five, six years ago,
Starting point is 01:41:01 the coach was on like a, like a one wheel, like wheelchair kind of thing you know i'm talking about when i say that like like one of those like roller cart things because he like he like broke oh yeah his leg or something and it was georgia state versus baylor i think baylor was like a three seed georgia state was 14 and this georgia state guy made the shot and he freaked out the coach did and like lunged up to like reach out his hand justin put it in right now and like he lunged up to reach out his hands and falls over onto the ground how did i not see this oh it's amazing rj hunter for three god
Starting point is 01:41:34 rod hunter has fallen off his stool rod hunter tipped over his stool after his son made a three to give Georgia State the lead. Oh, it was awesome. Georgia State. Yeah. So go, go Georgia State. Maybe my son or daughter will be named Georgia after Georgia State. I love that name. I wouldn't hate a daughter named Georgia.
Starting point is 01:42:01 Yeah. Son named George. I love that name too. Georgia State. Yeah. My mom is Georgian, so I've thought about naming my child. Yeah. I think a daughter named Georgia.
