This is a podcast where we talk about all things from, from babies being born, all the way to other things that could happen to anyone's life. People dying. People dying. From womb to tomb is what we say here on the... It's always been our motto.

Yeah, we're womb to tomb. We're wombers to tumors. And maybe tumors in between. So this is how we're going to be. going to start this thing, huh? I just want to start with this. I texted the, I believe it was session three group chat last week. I said, guys, you know a trip was really fun when Tyman licks a jellyfish and we don't even talk about it again.

Like that's how crazy our ghost runners get away were. Yeah, dude. Timon, timing straight up just took his tongue right to that jellyfish, dude. To like the bulbous part or to like the... Yeah. I mean, these jellyfish are small enough where no big deal. The bulbous part is just basically the whole part.

So yeah, yeah, I licked it. Yeah, he licked it. He licked it and we didn't even like talk about it twice. Like we literally, it wasn't even like a meme or anything. It was just like, so many things happened that was like, yeah, time and look to jellyfish. And then somebody else looked at jellyfish too, right? I think so.

Who would that have been? That's crazy. You don't know who looked at the jellyfish. Probably seek. Probably Zeke. Yeah. Learn some more things about this. Zeke too. Um, so did you

Google the jellyfish skin beforehand? I would be scared to do this. I, let me, let me just, it was such a small lick. Also, this was after like, was it a small lick? I feel like I saw it, dude. Like, it wasn't like that. I think it looked bigger

because I was just like easing into it so much because I was pretty nervous to do it. Okay. All right. But then it tastes like nothing. I was like, surely if it was poisonous or it'd have a bad taste, right? That's usually how that works. I mean, it was a lot of, like, we were all sitting in the, or standing in the water. And it was like pretty still water so you could see all the things in there. It was cool. Dude, it was weird. Those fish, remember that?

Yeah. Those fish were just swimming up on us, like, like, nibbling at our toes. Yeah. And it got, I don't know if you were out there later that day, but it just got like more and more intense. They were like, once it was feeding time for like the seagulls, the fish were just everywhere. And like, if you stood there, they would just be trying to like eat your feet. Dude, it was. Yeah. They were like burrowing under your feet. And so, like, we saw that. And so, like, we saw that. that and then all these like the tiny little jellyfish like almost like not real jellyfish but like we were still like can those get you because if so we need to announce every time we see these jellyfish yeah and it's the size of a we're talking to uh uh uh like a oh gosh a very

a huge grape but like a small plum is that accurate i've never seen a grape that's no that's not okay a genetically modified massive grape a cut off um the type of cream can so Sure. Not the shape of that at all, though. What? How can it be a plum and also a cut off coat can? I thought it was like a tiny little like sand dollar almost. I feel like they're pretty ovular. Oh, wow. I mean, he licked it. I didn't. I thought they were flat and circular. You're the liquor. I feel like they were pretty spherical.

But we just kind of decided we're like, okay, it is like the barbs are the things that sting you, right? So we don't need to worry about this. We went back and forth. We did not Google it somebody. I think it was just time. Time was just a brave soul. I did not touch it first. Was it Stol's, Stoss? I think it was Stolt's face, as Zagl's him. Maybe he picked it up first, did all right.

And then Taman's like, I'll lick that thing. Why not? Licked it. Huh? Yep. So. And now it's finally getting talked about it. Right.

Exactly. I did all that. And it's been two weeks and now it's finally getting brought up. Finally. So, yeah, it's like Emily Brace also announcing she's pregnant. You looking at jellyfish. Just poor timing. Unfortunately, you know.

Yeah. Just like a second fiddle, you know. There was, I think, I know, I know there's examples of this in sports. It's hard to think of them all. But like the day that this happened also, like I know Donovan Mitchell scored like 60 something points. Also the day that I want to say that Kobe scored 81 or something like that. Okay. You know.

Kobe died maybe or. Yeah. Donovan Mitchell was born the day Kobe Bryant died. That's what it was. Wounded a tomb. Yeah. Uh-oh. Ooh, I do I think this tight beat means that it's going down with some random thoughts

and white. Me too. Then West Best Friends eating fast food on repeat. So come along. Let's have some fun and go ahead. Get on your feet because this is a ghost from a podcast. Do you have something turned on on your computer? I feel like I'm...

Voice cancellation or something? Or echo? I feel like I'm hearing... Maybe is it just the echo in here? Maybe we're just so hot. Test, test. It might just be the echo in the room that I'm hearing. I think I'm just making stuff.

Yeah. And Scott's like, yeah, I might. Well, that was funny. The way he did it, he was like, what do he say? He's like, like, he was getting a call. He's like, dude, LASIC, the LASIC doctor's calling me right now. And we're like, oh, what's? He kind of,

acted like he didn't know what it was about or like yeah it was a surprise like yeah it was like like this like you know like I can't believe they're calling yeah I was like kind of like this like you know like I can't believe they're calling yeah and we're like oh what's that about he's like well I think I might be getting LASIC it's like oh so he's just oh that makes sense they're just yeah they're doing their job oh got it like he made it sound like he was getting like some I don't know yeah secret like he found some hack or oh they're in trouble or whatever it was but Some sort of Blu-ray LASIC. Oh, I just filled out a contact form

and they're following up with that contact form. So new eyes, who it is. I hope it goes well. I think anything I hear from LASIC is like 99% of the time, you're in and out in two minutes and you can't believe how great and how fast it is. But like the 1%, you go from womb to tomb pretty fast.

Yep, yep. Yeah, I bet the number is even higher or like lower. than that. But it is pretty nice. When I did it, I had, I rubbed my eyes on accident. And then I, yeah, it is hot. Can we, can we turn down my? Is your computer volume turned on? 100% it is. All right. Nailed it. Boomer over here. I thought that was going to help earlier. My gosh, what a dingus I am. You're good. It sounds so much better now. This is great. We're not playing speech jammer anymore.

I woke up from a nap and I rub my eyes right after Lysick and so I had to go get it. done twice. Oh. Really? Yeah. Wow. Because it messed it up. Yeah, I'm a little scared of LASIC.

Just based on what you said, Jake, the 1%. But, like, man, that'd be amazing. I hate we're in context. Should you be scared of 1% you think? I don't know. I think anything under over, under 5%. I'm not scared of that. If it was 5% of people had like irreparable damage after LACC would you've done it?

I don't know. 1 in 20? one in 20s I mean that's all of a sudden like I can imagine 20 friends right now and like if one of us has like irreparably terrible I don't know yeah that is a good like what what what what is common in 5% of people like can we look that up like you know and like yeah like how I think homosexuality is around 5% how do you know that I heard it I don't know I heard it somewhere I don't know how do you what do you Google for that what is what occurs in 5% of people. Yeah, I just look up things that are common among 5% in people. I was looking into buying a plot of land a few years ago down in like Paola or, you know, Tyman's neck of the woods.

And they said it has a, initially they were like, it has a 1% chance of like a terrible flood. I was like, 100 year flood plane or something like that. Nothing. But then once they say a terrible flood happens once in every 100 years, then I was like,

oh, that sounds way scarier than just like a 1% chance of flooding. Yeah. Because then it's like... Oh, it will happen. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. I was like, well, when did it happen last? Extra taste buds, what Google says.

Okay, okay. So, being able to raise one eyebrow. What? That feels... You serious? Dude, you're at 5%. Can you do it? I don't, I don't know.

Okay. I don't know if I can fully keep other ones still. I'm in the 95%. For real? There you a T? Okay. Maybe Jake's the 5%. I feel like the other one's kind of moving.

I don't know. Am I tried to like... Yeah. It's all of Indiagra. I can't do it. Oh, no. Oh, boy. Oh, no.

What have I done? Oh, no. Okay. Okay, what else is on the list? That's a good one. Let me check. Pre-a-a-a-aicular pits. A tiny denoucular pits.

genetically inherited hole or dimple in the skin near the outer cartilage of the ear. That one I don't think I've heard of. You've never... I'm going to be honest, I've never heard of pre-archicry. I don't think I've even heard of prior to your pits. Yeah. That's a new one to you? Yeah, it is.

Okay. Yeah, I don't even understand exactly what they're saying. You have dimples, ear dimples? Yeah, I have no clue. Okay. That one's got to be 1%. I wonder what percentage of people have dimples? I don't know.

No way of knowing. Yeah. Anyway, 1% I would not be that nervous. I would roll the dice. But then again, with your eyes, that would be kind of scary.

Yeah. Those are big dice to roll. And then you might never see the number again if you go. Yeah. It goes wrong. Okay. Can I know some other things about the getaway?

Yes. Timon liked to fish. Timing like to jellyfish. Timon got a little on. Hinge session three, I would say, just in general. There's a, there's, there's a picture of us. We played, what's it called, Up Jenkins that last, was it last night? Yeah, it was last night.

It was the last night. And timing all day, just, was it a choice or was it just like a conscious, like, I'm going to, you know, stick it to the man? Yeah, I think that I've always been a little stubborn about sunscreen for no great reason, I'll think. But, like, I definitely, I think if I'd have known how bad it would have been, I probably would have put some on. But by the time I was realizing it was bad, I didn't

want to chicken out now. So I just got the most burnt I've ever gotten in my life. Was it really? I think so. I don't remember ever being that red. Oh, he was like all day. I mean, he was out baking the sun playing volleyball with that massive volleyball that glow brought flow and

yeah, just all these different things. And like I think at one point we were playing pool of volleyball and somebody stopped and they're like, I'm going to stop timing you have to get sunscreen on right now. Deney made me put someone. Yes, Denae, you know, great mom that she is. And so, but of course you got it, you sprayed it on and then you're like, right back in the pool.

So I don't think it really made a difference. I don't know how much it did. So anyway, Tyman's just like, just almost like bring it on to the sun. Like just like was just like feeling just wild and crazy. And so that last night we're playing up Jenkins. I mean,

he's just shirtless with everybody else. He just looks like like a surfer bro with this crazy, you know, poofy hair. Yeah. And I think that truly it probably was just like session three. I'm like, I don't actually. actually care anymore. Right.

Because my clothes hurt too bad. I was like, it hurts to move around. Right. I'll just take my shirt off. And every other evening in the house, like, I was pretty chilly.

Like, the house is kept pretty cool. Like, I tend to just be cold. But I was, I was a perfectly fine temperature with no shirt on because my skin was so hot.

That's, yeah. Yeah, I wanted to ask about, I forget if it's session two or session three, but someone whose name was Ryan, what's the story, with that. I'm just

a bad person basically and I honestly I think I probably called him Ryan the entire week and I didn't even realize it. So this guy, I won't say his full name because maybe he'll get outed for this or whatever but you would be absolutely baffled and

like love this. This guy has figured out a way to basically not count cards but like hack slot machines and so he goes and he knows like the right number that certain slot machines have to say on them and we'll just go and play that slot machine

and basically win every time. So he's not hacking in the sense that he's manipulating the computer and the machine. He's playing just as if we were. Correct. But he knows the specific slot machines that do this, they have this progressive jackpot that has to hit by a time it hits a certain number. And so he basically like will watch maybe somebody else,

from what I understand, watch a, you know, elderly woman play for two hours, lose eventually and like leave. But if it says the right number up here, he knows it's the right machine, he'll go in and like swoop in and make $2,000 in a, you know, two hours or something like that. Just like goes after it. That's crazy. It's like, like the way he was saying it, I was like, Jake would love this. Jake would be so interested in this.

I think this is what like my dad and grandma think they're doing. Yeah. Yeah. Probably. And like, so he, yeah, he literally. will just go from casino to casino doing this. But there's only certain machines and certain, you know, number combinations. So sometimes you have to wait for a while before that happens or whatever.

But anyway, I'll have to say this guy, his name is Kyle. Somehow I thought his name was Ryan. And I swear I call him Ryan. I don't know if I like referred to him by name very many times. Yeah. To his face. But like on the podcast, I was telling a story. Did you hear about the coozy?

Yes. Oh my gosh, dude. It was, uh, that, like there's certain times where it's like Jake, I just with Jake like, like, because like if there was anybody to get that coozy and, and really, really not won it, it was Thomas. Thomas texted me yesterday. Just like, hey man, I hope you're doing well. I think he was like, I was born early.

You know, whatever. He's just, you know, reaching out. I was just like, dude, thanks so much. Sounded like you had pretty fun time. in session two. It was awesome. I mean, he went from the coozy to the do rag. I mean,

oh yeah. Did we tell you what his CQ was? I don't think we did. It was something about one to the other. I mean, I had the notes. I was like reading them all. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Anyway, we won't say it on here.

But I'll have to say. It was just so funny. But he had the coozy for a while. And then like there was like this rumor all of a sudden spreading about like, oh, Kyle was the one that brought this coozy. And all of a sudden it was like, oh my gosh, Kyle seems like this perverted guy that has this coosy. And so I told the story on the podcast of like, yeah, and people kept saying like, oh, I think Ryan brought that coozy. And so I was like pointing to Ryan back there.

And the whole time Kyle's just like staring at me. I was like, what's going? And you know, and then we get done. And people are like, dude, his name's not Ryan. His name's Kyle. And he's like, wait a second. You were telling that story about me bringing the coozy and I thought I was the one. And so then we come.

kind of joked about like, oh, Ryan is his like gambling, you know, alias for the casino kind of thing. So. Because yeah, I just saw all the memes that were about like Ryan's secret identity. I was like, what does that mean? What is that? I'm so curious. Yeah, basically I just messed up his name. And I, but like, at first I was like, no, I know your name's Kyle. But then after realizing I called him Ryan on the podcast, there were a few times throughout the like the next couple nights where I was like, hey, Ryan, Kyle. Kyle, my bad, dude. I think I just genuinely thought his name was Ryan or something. I don't know, but that was a pretty good time.

Yeah, pretty funny. I'm trying to think of other specific, do you have any other questions like that? Like, that you're like, what does this mean? I should have written doubt. I should go through the memes again. I mean, like, over half of the things I saw, I was like, this is hilarious. And then the other half is like, that's still hilarious, but I don't understand it whatsoever.

I mean, it's so funny. Yeah, go ahead. Sorry. No, no, no, go ahead. Well, it's just so funny because, like, we record the podcast and then, like, we record the podcast in the final full day there. But then that night, so often just like the social dynamics of the very last night, people are just like looser. I mean, they've been there the longest. Obviously, they're most comfortable with everybody else. But they also feel this sense of like, well, I can get summer. It's the last day. You know, or I can be crazy. It's the last day. And so so many things happen that last day, too, because I think people feel this sense of like, we got we got to go for it here. Yeah. There was a really. Fun Moment session one that we didn't talk about. It's so funny because I don't want to talk about it in session two's podcast about session one. Anyway, all right, Jake, make the noise.

He does strictly diaper, diaper reveals. Yeah, it's crazy. The diaper reveals. So yeah, he will come to hospitals. Along with hospitals, he'll do, you know, church camps. conferences, colleges, church events,

whatever it may be, he's done big, he's done small. Junior colleges. Yeah. Trade schools. Nursing, nursing schools. Yes.

J.R.OTC. Yeah, I think he's done a few at DeVry back in the day. Tulsa School Welding. Check your diaper. Yeah, I think he does like to specifically target church events. You know,

he'll often perform. at family nights, youth groups events, children's ministry events. But he's just awesome. He's so fun. He's clean. He'll call it an illusionist if you don't, if you don't agree with the magician thing. It's fine. Yeah, it's like he'll perform in churches, the ones that are okay with witchcraft.

Yeah. He'll, he'll meet your theology where you are at your church and do a great job. So no, he truly, it was, it was so fun having him. I feel like it was a highlight of session three was that magic night. It was awesome. I feel like I figure out how he got the diaper on me

and the first It was wild I was like like okay fine You got the card in there But how did I I didn't put the diaper on And it was a preemie size diaper That somehow he was nuts

It was Teddy's diet It said Teddy on the front Which he didn't even know at the time He already painted the picture of time of being shirtless So like he really is gonna look like a baby We're wearing only a diaper with four diamonds He turned time into Cupid

Yeah And he had two hearts Yeah Every time I do see magic It's a reminder of like Dude this is so good Magic is awesome. It is.

And it's so fun. And it's like you kind of think you're going to see what's coming. And then he does something to change it up on you. Even like he does this trick with the books and the mind reader thing. And I'm like, okay, that's pretty clever, silly, whatever. And then he flips that. I don't know. It's just awesome.

where he would play this random music for us. And so this year he came prepared with like a playlist of 400 songs, completely random. And I brought these like buzzers. And so like, and so it would know like who buzzed in first, all this different stuff.

And so we played this game. And it was so, it was, I thought it was so fun. Did you think it was fun time? Yeah. I actually had a great time. I wish that I was better at it.

Yeah. It was kind of crazy. Also, now I'm finding out, so you brought the buzzers when you probably rigged them for yourself. Oh, yeah, that's the explanation. Yeah, my team did win. But my team won partially because of me, but partially Dom and Lizette and Emily, they all.

Thomas, Thomas, they answered one question. Thomas nailed that one. I forget what it was, it was some funny thing that he shouldn't have known, but he knew it. But no, Brett, you are insane at that game. Good job. Thank you. You know so many songs by name and I don't know how you do it. I think, yeah.

I was a music guy back in the day and still enjoyed a lot. But anyway, you know, Clay's, Clay's got, I mean, Clay's the game master of this whole thing. So like, and you know, Clay, he's got his hilarious, hilarious to us, because we're not used to it, Northern accent. And so, and just the way he talks and, oh, this guy, you got to know it faster. Okay, who's next? You know, oh, Livier Rodriguez.

Good job. Good answer. You know, like, but then, like, he was kind of, I mean, you've heard of Minnesota nice, like the idea of it. He was kind of like trying to rig the system, almost like back in the day when you, you played NFL Blitz. And it was like, hey, if you're down by 45 points, all of a sudden people are getting interceptions,

they shouldn't be getting and stuff like that. It was like, like, if I, if I would buzz in and we didn't answer right away, he'd be like, no, too slow, too slow. You got to know it when you, when you buzz in. He'd like take a, you know, point off. But other people, like, you know, Tyman's group wasn't, timing was with Maddie. And Maddie Diderly had to answer the most wrong out of anybody.

I think so much confidence. Yeah. I feel like, and I'm sorry, Maddie, I feel like she would just go by the beat before any chords would kick in. And there's a lot of, there's only so many drum beats out of right. And so.

Boom, boom, boom, yeah. Taylor Swift, shake it off. Yeah. Not even close.

Hey, Nikki, you're so fine. Yeah, exactly. All of it. And so, not even close. But he would be like, ah,

give him a point. Give him a point. And so he'd be like, what is this? you're being so strict on me. He's like, they only have like 10 points. You know. And so all of a sudden some of those people came back and he's like, well, now I got to be

stricter on these people. You know, he's just being hilarious. But like, I mean, we play. I bet we played 250 songs. Like there were so many. Yeah. And is this around the pool? I'm imagining around the pool.

No, this was in this was in the like just the dining room. Like we're like there was. I thought like maybe eight, 12 people were going to play. I think every single like everyone played. Yeah. Like it was like. We got in groups of, you know. It was a session-wide activity.

Yes. Yeah. And he's like, okay, we got, we got two more songs. And, you know, he played Toby Keith's courtesy of the red, white, and blue. Oh, yeah. And somebody answers it, of course, he's like, I got to just let this one play out. And so, you know, it's just like, it's just play it. Suck and bin Laden.

Yeah. And all of a sudden, Stolzfuss, Stalsfuss, I'm trying to say it right. Stalsfuss. Depot earlier that week. And so he goes out to the beach, it gets it, brings it in, you know, we'll put a boot in, you know, whatever. And Uncle Sam, and we're all just like banging on the Uncle Sam and today, you know, it was, it was electric. Like, we were just absolutely going nuts, just out of nowhere, just, just banging and going wild. So that was a fun time. It was awesome. He got the, you know, his last name is Zimmerman. So his award that week was the, since he, since he just

kind of gave out points randomly tried to make everyone equal. We gave him the award, the DJ socialism award. I like that. Which was pretty funny compared to his wife who was also getting an award for disliking or maybe

talking about the small hat people. That's great. So I don't know what that says about the Zimmermans, but anyway, that was a pretty electric moment of just like, just out of nowhere after we listened to all these songs. Finally, he lets one play for like two minutes. Tyler's just swinging the flag around. We're all just going nuts. Meanwhile, Maddie dearly still try to buzz in to figure out what

his song is. Oh, I know it. I know it. Yeah. Um, it's like you were dying. Something, something. Something like that. That was hilarious. Anytime Maddie would get one wrong, but who was even more funny was Stalsfuss, once again, would, uh, just like, I mean, he would just buzz in with the utmost confidence and be like, summertime sadness. And he'd be like, not even close. Yeah. No, no. So, yeah, that was a good time. Can I ask about the, um, the assembly of the wall? Oh, sure. The pool volleyball wall.

Did you, were you at, I, I, that was not me. Yeah. I, I think like it was after Tyler Tong had spent, I want to undersell, but he might have, he was down there for like a pretty short, short stint. He was like maybe 20, 20 minutes or so. They remind people what. Yes. So pool volleyball.

The ball goes over the short wall all the time. So someone has to be down. there to just like throw it back up because it goes over all the time. So. So. So, we referred to them as the bridge troll. Yep.

And so yeah, Tyler Tongue, I've been the bridge troll, maybe 20, 30 minutes. And that was enough for him to realize something needs to be done about this. Which that's, I love that about talking. I mean, the amount of time. it went over by probably what 80 90% and it would have been even less if samuelson didn't play it was unbelievable how many times he hit it over more than everyone else combined like it was it was crazy and that guy's a swimmer that guy's comfy in the water exactly it was wild so the wall was it was awesome and like people later like I think session through was like wait that wasn't just already there I was like no we like Tyler Tongue yeah installed that so yeah that was fun it's still yeah no one need to be the bridge troll but

it still did go down there a decent amount. But it was nice because it was like, it was few enough times that whoever hit it out could be the one to like, as a little like walk of shame. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. And you never think it's going to be you? Did you ever do it?

I don't remember if I ever did with the wall. Okay. I definitely did. I think I was in the clear. I also didn't play quite as much after the wall. Or whatever reason. I don't preach. At one point, I gave like a bounty.

I mean, if you set the scene for this pool, it's like, I don't know, how wide, 10 feet wide. 10 maybe. It's like the lane in basketball almost, I feel like. Yeah. It's like super, super thin, like as far as pools go. Yeah. And so it's kind of comical to say, hey, go back and forth on like side to side on this

thing. Because it's basically like, like at one point I was like, what if you just pushed off with your arm or pushed off with your legs and then push back with. with your arms back and forth. Maybe that would be easier. But they, yeah, there was like a competition like, how many times can you go back and forth? And I would set that over under.

Like I would be like, okay, if timing can go more than 15 and a half. So 16 or more and you bet that then you win. Or 15 or less and you bet that you win. And so people are going. And so timing knew his number that you were trying to get, right? Yeah, it was 60 or over, I guess. Yeah. Based on that.

And so once I, yeah, I just like, I was, it was tough. I mean, it's in one breath. So by the time I'm, probably like a little bit like, it's mainly turning. Oh, for sure. And I have no,

I have no like swimming in lanes experience. Like I don't know how to properly turn around. So I was just trying a different way of turning every time. It was not efficient. But, you know, I go in fairly confident by the time I'm at like nine. I'm like,

okay, this is pretty hard. And I'm running out of breath. Yeah. And so I'm like, well, I got to get over 16. Yeah.

And so I think I got to 17. and I remember like hitting the wall with my hands and then I remember like waking up standing like looking at people like guys I just passed out they're like no you didn't you're like guys yeah I'm like no I know what it feels like I've done it on purpose and this is and I just like it's weird it's a strange sensation because it's like yeah everything goes about oh yeah I'm in gold shores oh I think it's passed out I was like I got 17 though And I think only one person, I think Deney maybe saw it. Danay was the only person that noticed that anything was wrong.

Like I think you were just like, yeah. And what's great is, especially because you're there to like help. You're not a part of this economy. I feel like this happens every year where the person actually doing the feet gets nothing from it. Everyone else just made thousands of dollars off of you. I had nothing to gain. No. Yeah.

But you should tell the ghosties. it was so funny like not last night yeah we're doing speech jammer Alex Payne and uh and the boys had already gone upstairs and you used here

all of a sudden like it was like their room was right above the living room or something because you just hear this like oh and then they like come like almost like bouncing down the stairs like

who and like it's like these three like young boys you know young men and Tyler Todd Tyler's just kind of like, you know, just hesitantly like coming with them. Like, we're going. We're going on a night swim. We're going to the ocean.

The fact that Tyler Tong is with them makes it just even more special. Oh, because it's like, he's like disappointed in them, but also like, I can't not go, you know. Oh, yeah. And so then all of a sudden like Brandon and Samuel, I think, I don't know if there's other guys that came to. But like, I think that was it. A bunch of you all just ran down to the ocean and swam in the ocean that night last night. You know, we got it. We got it.

It was the last night. Yeah. Was it a, did you guys do a one to ten or something? Oh, yeah, yeah. I think it was like, Zach and Tyler Sosfus. Like, yeah, it's like, what are the odds? We go to the ocean, one in ten. Both said seven.

It's like, well, now we have to. And I was on, I was on Tong's side. I was like, I just, I'm like laying in bed. I'm ready to go to sleep. And then, but they quickly were like, you're going to regret it if you don't. Like, it'll be fun. And I was like, all right, well, Tong has to go if I go.

And so we start, we just like start, chanting like, tongue, tongue, tongue. Like to get a bit. That, I don't know how to explain that how funny that was in the moment, but we were just like, chanting Tong's name. And he was like, it was, it just, it really did feel like a bunch of little kids, like, convince their dad to go, like, jump on the train. It was.

It was. It's like, mine. It's kind of fun. Like, you guys were doing so many, like, inside jokes that weren't even like, really inside jokes. You just like, I don't know, we started saying this. Like, it was like, it was like, what's the deal? with this thing. I don't know. We just are doing it. And that was one of the things like you guys all

together is going, dom, dong, dong. And Tyler just got to shaking his head at it. It was so funny. That and you guys kept saying, cah. Like they just like, that's nice. You know, all right, cah, you know, over and over again. It's one of those things were just like, you guys were yeah, I can't explain or tell the story of how that, like, just because I don't know how it even happened, but that was just one of the funniest things. I don't know. Yeah. It's like one of those moments where I've, I felt like, man, I really want to be a part. this inside joke, but also if I get too involved in the Sinsai joke, I might kill the inside joke

because I'm like the old uncool guy doing it. So I'm like trying to find the balance there. Yeah, you start doing it. Tyler kind of gives you the totally, dude. Good try with that. Totally. Yeah. Anyway, so. Totally, car.

I'm curious, do you guys have any maybe like unexpected friendships from the trips? I know it's tough to like single someone out because someone's like, oh, I thought would say me as his unexpected friend, but it's just always fun. You know, you're just like, I randomly had a three hour long chat with so-and-so or, you know, things like that's a fun question.

You're supposed to like, or yeah, it's a quartering your hand. Yeah. And you're supposed to, you know, disguise that you have it or whatever. And so before you say up Jenkins, you like pass it under the table back and forth. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Then all of a sudden, as the, The other team's passing it, Dustin, like, it just falls on the ground. You just hear, like, that classic, like, ding, d'al-ling, ding, ding, ding.

And he's just, like, looking straight ahead, like, trying to be, like, serious. Like, right. He was, like, what was that? I don't know who. Yeah, everyone was just like, what, Dustin? That was you, man. What was that sound right under my chair? That was really funny.

So, no, I don't know if I have a great answer for that, though, Jake. Me and Dustin kind of bonded over. He had, like, when. I brought up John Van Dusen on the podcast, he was like, that's the only person I've ever heard also know of this guy. Oh, really? We both listen to John Van Dusen. Okay. That was fun.

And so that was really good. Just that like goofiness of like, oh, my gosh. It's just, I think I was reminded, who was it by? It was by, I was by Jason Morse. you know like and just like making this different and I was like oh that's a good reminder of like voices are funny I need to you know just do different like stupid characters more often like that because that was cracking me up here and Isaac just like turn into this you know old timey like black and white radio announcer. stuff too. And I was like, that's hilarious, you know? Yeah. I think just like my favorite scenarios are just like lots of people doing like a game or something like that. I just I love that. Oh yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

I don't know. I can just be there and it's like something funny comes up. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's just a good time. The getaway is truly so fun. It's so fun.

It's different than anything else that you do in the world. You know, like yeah. And just opportunities that it has. And I think it's so fun reminiscing on it now. Like even like watching the people that were there for the first time now reminisce and like kind of realize like, oh, that was really special. I mean, you feel, you feel it in the moment, but then you look back out of it again, like, oh, that was hilarious. That was special. That was so fun. So glad we did this. Oh, that the cooking by our tinsia. That was amazing, you know,

whatever, all these different things. I think next year, you should leave early and you'll really cherish it. Yeah. It's like, hey, I had to leave early. So now you have to leave early. Yeah, yeah. I think that's fair. I think part of what you pay for is to see who's even there. Will it be Jake and Brad? Maybe just one of it. I don't know. Who knows? That's why I have to pay to find out.

What are you thinking for next year? Good question. I was going to talk to you about it, honestly. People were like, are you going to do three sessions again next year? And I was like, I don't know. We got to talk, I got to talk to Jake. I got to talk to Catherine. I got to talk to Rachel.

We got to figure out. I mean, it's one of those things where it's like at this point, you know, you're always high on, like, the camp high of like, yeah, let's do it all 10 times next year. Yeah. But it's like, you know, I don't know. Do you have any initial thoughts with it? Like, I was, I'm always. From your standpoint, like was three a lot.

I mean, no. Yeah, but not. I mean, I think it's, dude, just micro, no, macro, macro feeling of like, I'm starting to get passionate about whatever this is. Is like, there's something mental about when you know you're almost done, things feel more difficult or like you, like if you don't, if you, if you think we're only doing one getaway, like one session, at the last night, you'll be tired. If you think you're doing 10, the last night, you'll be tired. Like, but there's something about like, or like,

even like the micro version of that. And I don't think that any of these are invalid for the record, but like when Catherine knows I'm about to come home, all of a sudden she's like more on edge with the kids or more frustrated because she knows like, oh, it's been, it's been all day and it's been a long day and I'm finally about to get relief or like, like, yeah, I felt that way with, you know, at camp, like when you knew you were about to. get a day off, it was always like, oh, I'm so tired today. So I think there's something about like, no, mentally I just didn't allow myself to think that way until it was time to think that way. You know what I mean? Yeah. So I think we do 10 and we'll just pace ourselves differently,

obviously. Like, like, even like I think I did. I paste myself a little bit differently this year of like I tried to be intentional about like six to seven hours of sleep. Like I think last year, we played pickleball sometimes like before breakfast. Yeah. Like got up at what time would we leave 6.30, 7 a.m. or something like that. This year we never did that. Like it was like, hey, breakfast is at 8. You know, I'll be there by 8.07 and, you know, we'll go play pickleball after that. Like, that way I can at least get seven, six hours sleep, whatever. So I don't know. It wasn't, no, it was, it was great. Honestly, I don't feel like, like, like, I talked to all of the staff before session three of like, I want to make sure that no one feels

like they're getting our leftovers for Shes Shesh Shesh on three. Yeah. That's exactly how he said it. We were like, what? But like I was like, I don't want it to feel like, oh. What are we giving them or not showing them? I don't know what's Sheshwan chicken for leftovers. Check the pantry. I don't know. Just got it to them. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I was like, I don't want people to feel like they're getting our leftovers like, oh, we should have come to the owner of the first one. So like, I don't, I don't know, you can ask session three people, but I don't feel like time and let up at all. I don't think like anything was any different. If anything, I remember Stalsfuss had come back for session three after session two, he was gone for a wedding. Yeah. And it was like I was like kind of conserving my

voice for the first two sessions. And then like session three, I was like, I'm just yelling all the time. You know, we're taking the governor off now. Yeah. Your voice did last though. That's another thing is like probably because you knew I think a little bit. I think a little bit. I knew about, yeah, I was trying to be conscious of lots of water and a little more sleep. Like, and I think those two things are huge for that. And just like trying not to scream all the time. Every once in a while,

I'd be like, Hey, Jensen, can you get everyone's attention and pray for us real quick? You know, whatever. So I don't know. Yeah. So,

I mean, my initial reactions are like, that's not the problem. The problem is more the logistics of us and our schedules, like as far as can we take that much time? And then obviously our families and then the people helping. Like, because that's a huge, if we don't have great helpers,

we're in trouble. You know what I mean? Like if Tyler Tong's not there the whole time and he's only there for half of it and then we have to figure out like, kind of piecemeal them together, that makes it so much more difficult. And so it's like,

it's hard for us to find those extraordinary people that are also available for 10 days at time. So, um, I don't know. So that, yeah, how about that for some thoughts?

Don't get something to treat than leftovers. Ha ha ha ha ha. everybody pound everything's optional and everything's not mandatory i figured it out did i tell you what is it i think it's everything's tentative everything's optional that sounds right i think i think that's what i said i found it in an old note you did yeah yeah oh thank goodness everything's tentative everything's optional because then it was like hey we're gonna probably you know eat this time whatever, but, um, no, I, yeah, I don't know. It's, yeah, I was going to talk to you about the whole thing, though, like, obviously times are changing for you in more than one way. The time's a change and see.

I tell you what, now you're in mountain time and, uh, or what are you? What are you over there? Arizona time. Is it, like, its own thing? Kind of. So technically we are in the mountain time zone, but we don't do daylight saving time. So right now we're aligned with Pacific time. Yeah. Okay. Football season, I think that could be nice. we've talked there has been murmurs of going to saturday church wake up have a nice little breakfast 10 a.m game yeah buddy do it's been murmured you i mean you could you could you could get a full 10 hours of sleep after the sunday night game if you want to that's amazing a lot of possibilities um yeah i always i always think like i have some buddies in california i'm like man be kind of nice to like you know

real quick, we'll wrap up with this. We should tell the ghosties and really timon about this thing that's kind of all over social media right now. I can't believe how popular it's getting, but I think it's because more things

keep coming out. So I don't know how to really pronounce his name, but there's a guy. Tyman who has just found out he's been pretending to be a San Francisco 49ers receiver I don't know months years yeah um which is not a really a crime but in his you know conning of that he is used that to then defraud 26 different women out of a total of like 1.3 million dollars and I feel like way more people are going to come out. There has to be more than 26.

One, because the math doesn't add up. 50 grand per woman. Like how is that possible? Who are these people? Right. So Tyman, what he's doing, I think this is getting so popular because this guy, like, I guess did a good enough job to, like, fool some people. Yeah.

But like now that all the receipts are coming out, it's just hilarious and you just wonder how this guy ever got away with it. So you might know, you might think to yourself like, okay, some of the football players you do know, Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelsey, maybe you've seen them on Instagram. Have you ever seen Travis Kelsey like holding his helmet while going to the Met Gala in public? Or Patrick Mahomes like holding his helmet while holding his kid? No, you've never seen that. No.

Any sports fan knows like you don't take the helmet with you. So now everyone is like kind of posting their like perspective of like, oh, you're. yeah, he came and visited and got his dreadlocks done here. Here's his DM, which is like hilarious. And here's the picture we took. He would take his 49ers helmet with him everywhere he went. He has like Instagram stories of him driving a car that he for sure rented just for the day. Helmets like sitting shotgun with him.

He took his helmet to the beach. He would like take it to his haircut. It's just hilarious. That's so funny. How did it explain to me the first part of like, what does it mean to pretend to be a 49ers player? like he just acted like just I'm on the team now. Yeah, like his social media. I think he even like tricked the algorithm a little bit.

Like if you Googled him, I think the first thing that would pop up is his social media profiles. And so like you would see like, okay, it says 49ers wide receiver right here. Yeah. Yeah. He bought, you know,

the replica gear and shirt and helmet, everything. Which is so true, dude. Like any athlete that plays for that team never reps that. Like that's like the like almost like the cardinal rule of like, you don't, you don't wear chief stuff.

out in public if you're a chief's player. You don't want the extra attention. And this guy not only is like wearing a like a practice shirt or something, he's bringing his helmet. They probably they probably even say like, hey, don't bring your helmet home with you. Like that's probably like a rule. Oh, yeah. It's like, you know, like, hey, this is your helmet that you keep at the facility so we can like care for your equipment. Yeah. Do not ever bring any of it home.

You're going to forget it. And then like, oh, shoot, I forgot my helmet at home. Like, you have to the beach. You're going to get sand in it, dude. Like, it is kind of unbelievable. Funny. Yeah, just how like, so at first it was a lot of like, I think real DMs. Now it's become such a meme that people are faking it. And it's hard to know what's real.

But in the beginning, there was a ton of real like businesses being like, oh my gosh, he DM'd us six months ago. Here's his DM. And they're all hilarious because he's like, yo, what it do? I'm sure y'all know who I am. Like he would start every DM with like, I'm sure you know who it. It me, you know? Yeah, yeah.

And he would do it. all that and be like, um, I would love to get some like custom rims for my car. Uh, I could stop by whenever. Don't worry about payment. I'll hit you with some shoutouts. He's telling the business not to worry about payment. Hey, just don't, don't worry about it. Don't worry about it. I should start that. That's a strategy right there. Hey, hey, don't worry about charging me for this one. Um, I got you. Yeah, just, just get me on this one. All right. Don't like that. That's like that. that because it sounds like it does sound like it's good for me I'm like oh sweet I don't have to worry about that anymore I don't worry about it great I'm gonna take that off your plate just don't worry about

because it's hard to know how much I charge you for custom rims I don't know don't worry about my plate also I think he like obviously in order to play in the NFL you have to have a decent pedigree to like you know a decent career before that and so I think his excuse for that was that he didn't play in college because he heard his pinky. Is that right? Have you heard this? I didn't know that. That was his excuse.

Like, I hurt my pinky in college so I couldn't play at all. Like I don't think there's like any highlights. Before your injury. And so obviously if you don't play in college, it's pretty hard to get drafted and play in the NFL because why would they draft you? There's no proof that you're good. And it's but people just kind of bought that,

I guess too. I'm just like, I don't know. he doesn't have much experience but it's because he hurt his pinky but he must be really good because look at him he's carrying his helmet around everywhere look at him he's got his helmet at the park

why would he fake it dude it's crazy you see some of the DMs like I've seen women be like this is kind of embarrassing because like I somewhat fell for it but here are the DMs from my perspective and sometimes they would be a question like okay why don't I see you on the roster

and he's like dude it's all it's weird it's all politics he'd like so basically there's Like there's waivers and then there's rosters. And to clear waivers, you need to, there's mental, emotional, and mental. He said, oh, he said mental twice. Or I think he said physical, mental, emotional, or whatever. I mean, just making up stuff that's, you know, yeah.

And. I think that might be, that might be true. I don't know if that's true or not. Oh, I saw Travis Kelsey making fun of it. Oh, he did. Okay. Yeah, him and Jason were making fun of it. The amount.

I bought it. You got me. Like, I think I've heard of that. Like, they have. like this, yeah, physical, like the physicals that you have to pass, but also like, they'll check on your wellness or something. Anyway, you're not on the roster. You don't need to worry about rosters. Rosters are, yeah, they're made up. I'll take care of it. Totally, yeah, yeah. I'll totally take care of it. Totally. I think there's like, yeah, there's like, there's practice

rosters out there, you know, because that would be kind of confusing. There's some guys on the chiefs like Garrick Deter, your buddy, Pickleball buddy, who was on the chief's practice roster. Would he be on the roster if you looked it up? He'd at least have a highlight of him. I'd have to see if he had his helmet on him at chicken and pickle. What is that the equivalent of? Like, I don't know. Like, pretending to be a musician and taking like, like sheet music with you. Yeah.

Like, why would you bring this? Here's a doctor going to a concert with a stethoscope or something. Like, just in case, guys, got it. Obviously, you can tell what I am, you know. Just so funny, they could think into like, you know, why would you ever bring your helmet with you for those places? Dude, it's in like every picture I've seen of him that's come out. He has his helmet. It's unreal.

Anyway. So yeah. Dejohn Love, I believe his name is, right? Yeah. Yeah. So I looked him up. He also doesn't look that much like a football player. Like if you've seen football players are absolute specimens unless they're quarterbacks.

Yeah. Like they are absolutely like the most jacked guy you've ever seen in your life. Like just so in shape. And it's like, this guy looks. fine, but like he looks like a normal guy, you know? Yeah. So anyway, all the videos that are coming out, there's got to be more and more, but they're all just, just priceless.

Just telling some girl about all the mansions he has, all the comments are like, if you're this wealthy, you don't tell a girl on Instagram you just met like all of your assets. You don't tell them. Here's, here is everything I own, just FYI. Oh, that's pretty funny. I wonder how many, like, do you think he's going one percent, one percent success rate? Like, do you think he's DMing so many girls?

Or how's this? Yeah, you're right. You've got to take a lot of like steps up to the batters box to get 26 to. He's taking a lot of shots. So who knows, man. But he's like getting investigated by the FBI, I think, right? Yeah. Yeah.

Like he's like in big old trouble. So don't do it, time. If you were thinking about it, don't do it. Don't worry about payment. Okay. It sounded like it worked for him. Gosh, can you imagine time and just walking around with the chief's helmet? Just like hanging out of the plaza.

Any, any news? Oh, I mean, sure, probably. But I mean, for the most part, everything great. Just little milestones every day, fun things to celebrate. I think there's been a siding, there's been a second dimple side of. Hello. Okay. First one is huge.

Second one's growing in. Awesome. I love to see the second dip. He can wear clothes now, which is fun, because now he kind of like looks more like a real baby. You know, it hides the cords and the tubes and everything a little bit more. Did you say, hey, you're a real human today? You look like a real human. You don't look like a freak today? Good morning. Yeah, that's how that one nurse would probably treat him. I'm glad she's not allowed in there.

Dude, it's impossible to get these little onesies on, especially with all the cords and the tubes and everything. I can't imagine. It's impossible anyway, dude. You're going to struggle for for six months, at least with those things. Yeah. And what else? I already texted you guys this, but yeah, I'm holding them skin to skin. Dude, there's actually been quite a few stories of, you know, Rachel and I, one of us is almost

constantly at the hospital, Colingham. Now that we can hold them. It's like, why would we not? Right. So it's a lot of skin to skin. And nowadays, it's more just one of us, probably there. And the other, either at home working or getting some sleep. And so you're pretty just like stuck in that position.

So it's like, all right, Rachel, before I leave you, let me get pillows under the elbow. Let me prop up the laptop. Like, let's get everything ready. Right. Because everything's out of reach. Even things you think are within reach. You can't reach anything. Because also it's like, I guess I could, but I'm not going to wake them up.

So there's just some funny stories. I ask Rachel's like, hey, how's it going? Because she could still like have her phone. And college volleyball is back on. so she's been trying to watch college volleyball. And FS1, Shannon, you guys really dropped the ball here. Rachel went ahead and turned it to FS1 because... What's FS1?

Fox Sports. What? Oh, yeah, I thought you're... Sorry. Fox Sports. Oh, go ahead. Volleyball was going to come on afterwards. They changed it up.

They're like, hey, volleyball is actually switching to FS2. We've got live from Bristol. It's NASCAR. Oh, Rachel just watched. Watch like, I don't know, an hour and a half of NASCAR until the nurse came in. She's like, can you change a channel or just pause it? Yeah. And then I had just hold them.

I'm like, I could feel something. Kind of like in the office, like, oh, I hope it's urine. And but everybody's gone, you know. Yep. Like what could I? I'm just going to let him sleep. And anyway, yeah, open it up. And it was a little, little Dijon mustard.

Oh, yeah. But not. I know that's confusing. So that was a special bond. Yeah. And yeah, I had to wash a lot of stuff. It's kind of crazy how it can just go all over. Yeah.

It didn't smell, though. I'll give them that. It doesn't smell it first. It smells eventually, but it doesn't smell it first. It's kind of nice. Believe it or not, the smell does come. Yeah. No, but for a while, it's like, I feel like God, you know,

eases us men into fatherhood of like, hey, It's going to be gross, but it's not going to smell. Like, it's just going to be like, the stuff. Especially the beginning, kind of the black tar stuff, barconium or whatever. Dude, that is wild. Yeah. Sticky. Real sticky.

Like, you need, like, some special wipes or something for that. Yeah, we got this pressure washer. This cream pressure washer. It's very sticky. Went from black. And then we had one, like, kind of transition period where it was green. I, I, we opened up the diaper. Oh, we got a little tomato sauce.

Nurses actually like that one. A little salsa verde over here. It sounded like they had not heard that one before. That's exactly what it looked like, though. And then now we've kind of moved on to some sort of mustard. Yes, just a spicy brown. We get it, man. Don't mind to one bit.
