He says skirt. Oh, your deconstructed shirt. Sorry. I was like, wait, am I wearing a skirt? And then I'm wearing this little, like, blazer dress that has, like, buttons on the side, but I made it more like blazer than dress. You love a button. I do.

Yeah. Well, they're secure. You can rely on them. Much more than a man. They're not going to lie to you. Yeah. They're not going to go through your phone. They do what they say they will.

And based on your outfit, it's perfect because we are doing some work wear questions and even some men's wear questions. Well, one of my favorite things about fashion is being like a little bit more masculine dressing. Yes. Like I like an oversized blazer with like an oversized pan about. I love when you dress oversized. We like to play with the masculine and feminine. Yes. Also I'm wearing like a Packers T-shirt that was like,

Deconstructed. I don't know. That's what they say about food. You love anything deconstructed. I love A cheeseburger, a t-shirt. Either or. I'm so excited. I love getting the fashion takes. The gigglers are fashionable. Yeah. And there's a spectrum. Yep. And they always have an interesting problem that goes along with said fashion question. It gets a little dicey here. It gets specific. With that said, let's get into it. Hi, Hannah. Hi, hi Paige. Longtime listener, first time caller. So I know we're seeing a lot of like tailoring and suiting on the runways right now. And I'm very much into this like men's wear as women's wear trend. But how are the fashion girlies hopping on this?

Are we doing blazers? Are we doing, I mean, obviously Hannah's a trailblazer with the ties. But I feel like I'm so close, but I don't really know how to make it a fit. You know what I'm saying? So appreciate your help. I did ties first. I just want to point that out. She's steaming from her ears right now.

I did ties first, okay? It was a Valentino tie. I wore it with a Valentino skirt, BravoCon, two years ago. Block it. There's only been two years. It feels like a decade ago. I wish. Can I say something like what she said, though?

Yeah. Her worry is so valid because there's something about a blazer that makes me scared I'm going to look like a millennial going out. Do you remember when we'd go out just wearing blazers? Like a fitted blazer? Yeah, like to the club. Like, I just don't ever want to look like a Karen or like a mom. I get what you're saying.

So how do I make a blazer chic? Okay. Well, I think what she's referring to on like the runway with workwear, it was very why a sell is like the brand that does suiting the best. And they typically do match like an oversized blazer with a matching pan. I think oversized blazers are, I don't find them to be millennial at all, but I am a millennial. have to go oversized.

Yeah. You're going oversized. You just have to make sure the fit is what you like. So, like, yes, there are girls that are wearing super oversized pants, but you could also do, like, a more fitted pant. You can also do, like, a cigarette pant that's, like, kind of like a capri. I actually have a pair of leather capris that I'm, like, really loving, and I wore it with an oversized blazer the other night to dinner.

With what shoe? I did a kitten heel. Oh, thank God. I thought you forgot. I was actually going to, like, call it the police. I'm like, where's page? I do have to say one thing about these fashion call-ins, which is cool, is that me and you also have different body types.

I'm bottom-heavy, you're just not heavy. So I like to show my waist because I could look very square-ish. Yep. So I like to add a belt to an oversized blazer. But remember belts like five years were like not good? Like five years ago, if you wore a belt, it was like chuggy. Yeah. Where now belts are so in.

Well, I think you can do a belt on the pant, which that will, like, since show that the difference between your waist and your, like, your top and your bottom. But, like, YSL was doing it very literally. Like, they were doing white button ups with belts and, like, actual, just, like, suiting. You can also do, like, pencil skirts. Yes. Pencil skirts and, like, I'll oversized blazer and then, like, long leather gloves are really in. Yes.

So that's, like, a way to make it. Let's bring in, like, when you have a blazer. putting a sweater over it. Actually, that's a good idea. Sweeter over your shoulders? Yes. If you want to go full preppy generational wealth. But wearing, you know, a button up all the way to the top with a tie.

Yeah. Like I think like go full into it. Don't be afraid to go full 100% business. Yeah. And then do your hair in like a sexy way. Yeah. Like a Pamela updo or a tussled messy wave. Tossil.

Tosseled. I think the word you were looking for, but yes. Grace, next question. Ladies, I'm grabbing dinner with two of my girlfriends, and constantly I feel like they're looking chic, interesting, variety, and I am constantly wearing pants on a cable-knit sweater, pants on a cable-knit sweater, pants on a cable-knit sweater. What do you need the men in your life to be wearing,

to complement your look, to elevate themselves, and just bring the right vibe? Pants in a cable-knit sweater. All I want is my man to wear. wear pants in a cable and a sweater he's perfect but i'm like bopping to that the pants and a cable sweater pants and a sweater um i'm a big what am i a big fan of that men wear vulnerability listening they're listening um i think men should wear more bombers wait that's so crazy because i was about to say i don't want them in bombers i feel like bombers are too try hard well because here's the thing when I think of like what's my ideal man wearing jeans and a t-shirt yeah

gay men can wear bombers because I know it's their choice when a straight man does it it's like someone cooked here okay here's one thing I want to tell him so they're modernizing they're redoing the rugby so like you're gonna you're seeing like a lot of collared shirts that have like four buttons you're buttoning all those buttons up and it's like a sweater you're tucking it in that's like a different play on a sweater yeah um so like horizontal stripes are really big like a traditional rugby but you can also do like a cashmere rugby what about a cardigan love a cardigan i could see him in a cardigan just like a t-shirt and an oversized cardigan and then like a fun jacket and a scarf and it's like boom boom boom layer yes let's have fun with scarves i like when men wear scarves

especially gay men um i hate when a straight man does a scar yeah yeah i'm like you're probably gonna strangle someone with that you don't need a weapon you don't need a weapon sir have a cold neck unless you're blindfolding me then I'm into it I don't want to see you okay so I'm I'm I think he'll be okay about a leather jacket I'm just I'm weary of a leather jacket on a man are you weary of a leather jacket because you're afraid they'll just go full Danny Zuko? I think a leather jacket holds too much power for a man. It's like unless you're in a full biker gang, which is

on its own problematic. Or you live in France. It's not real. It's not very young. All right. Stir up leggings. Are they chic or giving horse girls? I bought a pair and wore them with heels and a long sweater. What's the chicest way to style them? If at all. What's a stirrup leggings? I'm obsessed. One

that Chris read it. too that you're so like unbeknownst to me what a stirrup legging is i love it a stirrup legging is when it has like the foot thing that goes around your foot let me show you a picture of a oh so it doesn't go around your toes no like you wear it with like a ballet flat yeah oh that's like an 80s aerobics thing yeah okay okay okay i personally would wear it with a ballet flat or with a um Would I do a full pump with it? A pump might be like 280s. I would say like a kitten heel.

The molecules in your brain are working so hard right now. They're working overtime because I'm like there is a world where there is a pump that you could use. Yeah, yeah. Well, the good news is with a lot of this trendy stuff, I love to find them on Deepop because you get them at an affordable price. Also, this trendy stuff that people bought then decided I'm not into this trend. And you'll find it there. So I like to buy stuff on Deepop. that's trendy. Okay. That's actually so perfect because it's like, yeah, stirrups were trendy at

some point. They've come back. They're recycling, which means they are going to go out. So you don't have to spend a lot of money on them. And Deep Pop is perfect for a stirrup. And also Deepop is perfect for an oversized sweater. Like she said she styled it with. I think that's how I would also style it. What colors would you get? I would do all black. See, because I'm afraid if I did like a green, I would look like Peter Pan. Yeah. I think it's something that like you're doing. It's a legging. You're treating it as a leggings. So if you're wearing black, and you wear black leggings, you do like a different colored sweater if you want or all black.

I'd either do an oversized sweater or I would do like a waistline, like black bomber or like a waistline jacket. Sorry, I'm just crying because I envisioned you running in with stirrups going, are these the auditions? I love the stirrup leggings. Can you say it? I'm sorry, is this the audition for Pippin? Is Pippin wear red stirrups? I don't even know what that musical was. All I'm capable of right now.

Also, one of my favorite things about Deepop is, like, it's winter. So you know there's like a couple things that you're like, wow, I need all new sweaters. I need all new, like, jackets. where my, my toes are becoming like numb. Yes, like the first two toes you can see them. They're back, well back to like our stirrup leggings. You could wear them with those. I personally think they're more of a summer shoe. Yeah. Like I think you're going to see it more. Like I started wearing them at the end of this summer.

I think you're going to see them more like spring into summer. but yes, peeptoes are back. I like a peepto because sometimes I don't like all my toes showing. Yes. Yeah, like, you're like, oh, cover up. Sorry, I'm a little bit of a prude. Like, let's start slow with a little peepto. I like that.

But her question is, are you wearing them to the office? I don't know what your office vibe is. We're not allowed in offices. I would advise maybe no. Because unless, like, in the summer, if you go to your office and you wear like open toe shoes, then okay. it's just like I don't know I don't know

I think if you're wearing like a flare pant you can wear them but maybe it's not like the whole main show oh my god quick story there was a girl in a good flare pant in soho and I walked by her there's nothing more than a girl in a good flare pan because it was like a statement

and she was standing there like taking a picture of herself and I was like okay like she clearly likes her outfit and I just decided to be like so thoughtful and nice and give her a compliment. You're like, that's a good for your pants. I said, I love your pants.

And she just looked at me and said, thanks. And I was like, well, I'm never complimenting anyone again. Yeah, that's sad. If a girl, and this is the thing, yeah, she said thanks. But if a girl doesn't look at me and say, oh, my God, thank you. That's the nicest thing you ever said. Where do you want to? Like, now I'm like, I'm going to fight with this girl.
