So Gil, you point out you're a big three champion. So let's start the show with a little big three. Big three
tipped off this weekend. Tensions ran high right from the jump. First game of the season
featured Lance Stevenson and Dwight Howard both making their big three debuts with Born
Ready's Miami 305 squad taking on D12's LA Riot. So let's take a look how things went
down. Things got chippy with Stevenson and
Jordan Crawford got each other's faces with Crawford sticking his finger up Stevenson's
nose and Born Ready trying to swing on Crawford. Both players remained in the game shortly
thereafter things got turned up again with Stevenson and Dwight got each other's faces
when Lance took exception to a foul. Dwight eventually pushed Lance and it turned into
a wrestling match as both players grappled their way into the crowd.
We got multiple angles of this so you can get the full perspective of what went down.
At one point, Lance actually got D12 to the ground with the standing over.
As you can see, a baby in the crowd.
You don't need to be seeing this.
Turn this back on the action.
He wanted nothing to do it
So afterwards last on hopped on IG to offer his side of the story
saying quote
He had ten fouls pushing everybody. He was out of control a guilt. You also
Wanted you responded to less?
We're laughing emojis
Yeah, it's in files Responded to last We're laughing emojis It should be noted that Lance Stevenson and Michael Beasley were actually teammates in this game on the heels of their one-on-one battle with
The next chapter in which Beasley had Lance shaking ass saying they made a sex tape Kim K would envy
chapter in which Beasley had Lance shaking ass saying they made a sex tape. Kim K would envy. Beasley was antagonizing Dwight Howard the entire
game as well just adding that context they were going at D12 but what's your
reaction to the Lance Stevenson Dwight Howard melee in their big three debut
and also Jordan Crawford sticking his finger up Lance's nose too if we want to
hit that as well. It was a first game? Yeah, the first game.
The very first game of the big three.
2025 season.
They set the tone for entertainment, I guess.
It was entertaining.
Fucking team for the Reggie Evanses.
I don't like this shit.
I don't like this shit.
I'm telling you why, it was a good match.
I mean, especially game one, you had Lance and Beasley just coming off all of that internet success.
Then you add Dwight Howard to the mix.
Oh, it's not even playing though.
I mean besides that, I'm just talking about just the atmosphere itself.
Oh, yeah.
You know.
So is that how shit goes down at the Big Three?
We got a Big Three alum here on this couch.
Nah, I don't think it goes down like that, man.
I think that's the only way you could beat us is try to do that Reggie Evans shit, just
screaming, fouling.
Shit dumb, man.
If you want to start to play like that, you know, you got to protect the white out there.
They roll with just the gun coming and you be a liquor store nigga, so.
I didn't like it. Where you change from a liquor store intoigger. So I don't like it.
What would you change from a liquor store in the Big Three?
Is it comparable?
No, it's too jailhouse, man.
If you still want to see basketball at the end of the day,
you know, and the refs took too much of the stars this week,
I feel like.
I blame coaching.
I don't think the coach was controlling his teammates,
his team, very well.
I think the coach was controlling his teammates, his team very well.
The man lay right is not another, you know,
interesting team that had 10 fouls.
I mean, you know, you gotta tell,
coach gotta tell his ass, you know, relax, you know,
this is game one, relax, you know,
play some basketball because it could get
a little, a little wussing in.
So, you know, whoever the coach is need to be,
he's a answer, you know, for, you know, whoever the coach is need to be, he's the
answer, you know, for, you know, what happened on game one. Who is the coach of
the LA Ryght? Who is the coach? Holy man, you know, it's okay, you know, it's okay.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, that was... That was my team, yes. The honorable Swag
Elijah Morgan. I wasn't there though. It would have been very peaceful if I was there.
I don't condone in that type of energy, you know.
So who was coaching?
Jeff T. was supposed to fill in for me.
But he didn't show up. He was hurt, I guess.
He had some other situations he was addressing.
So we was just...
Getting their get back from all the years Lance was missing from up in the league. They getting they get back now
Let's shift over to this side of college. What's y'all reaction to seeing Lance Stevenson Dwight Howard?
Unfaced
They not playing basketball I ain't talking basketball what we talking about?
Sips tea.
Put your hands up.
It's all the grill.
I'm sure you guys have all played in the big three.
How intense do those games get?
Is this just par for the course or is this a little bit too much?
Depends on who's getting their head bussed.
They get their head bussed and they start acting out. Yeah.
Had to get out of there early.
Too much.
It's just a toxic environment right now.
Everybody's energy's up.
Yeah.
Everybody's hostile.
Hostile for no reason at all.
For no reason.
Built up on old stats and old memories and highlights and shit.
Oh, no, there's a reason.
He's like, oh, my God.
Oh, no, there's a reason.
I'm just saying, go tell people business, so.
Oh, so this is deeper than the picture. Oh, yeah, deeper than rap. Oh, it is Oh no, there's a reason. I'm just ain't gonna tell people business. So, so this this is
deeper than the oh yeah, deeper than rap. Oh, it is. Oh,
between those two gentlemen. Deeper than rap. Okay. For
them to deeper than rap. Born, born ready to win. Right before
the game. Oh, right before yeah. So, yeah. Yeah. And I
don't know if there's anything to do with their worst video
pregame of Michael Beasley in the locker room talking
place. Okay. Not even that. that ain't got nothing. Not even that that's gonna do a be in the end. Trust me
Okay, now that Mike was having fun Mike just troll. Yeah, that's what that was. Mike having fun. Somebody said something to somebody
Oh, yeah, it's a deeper listen Jack
But it ain't my business to tell you
You're a good man, can't you? Oh, you know, it just ain't my business. So I know what happened.
I was, you know, people that's still within the.
So this just wasn't promotion.
This was some real real shit going down.
Yeah.
Okay.
This wasn't just a camera.
So he was in the locker room.
What did you see in witness on the day of? Camera so he was in the locker room
And witness it on the day of
When George scored last little ball, yeah, it was I mean finger in the nose Yeah, finger in the face in the actual nostril
That ain't, that ain't, that ain't. Where's the game at?
Messing with the nasal passage.
Oh, and then it got, listen.
I don't know, I don't know guys enough to hit that personal.
It got waves.
To do that.
Or you wanna touch, nah man.
Yo, shit went.
But it started from Lance though.
Oh, don't be like that.
Shove the ball in Jordan's chest.
Shit went left in Chicago, bro.
I don't do that.
He scored.
So, Lance started first?
Yeah, Jordan scored on him, put the 25 to go to halftime.
Lance walked up to shove the ball at him.
And then Jordan stuck his finger in his nose and then.
It is not true.
His nasal patches.
Yeah, you ain't skittin' that.
Like, that ain't scripted.
All I seen was ice cubes like that.
Like, you ain't put your finger in nobody's nose and script it.
Like, nah, that ain't scripted, brother.
But it looks good to see these guys still playing at a high level.
It means something, right?
It means something.
It means something, man.
You're also the sponsors.
You're the sponsors. You're the sponsors. You're the sponsors. it's scripted. Like, nah, that ain't scripted, brother. But it looks good to see these guys still playing
at a high level.
It means something, right?
It means something.
It means something.
Most of the sponsors, you need to tone it down a little bit.
So certain people just don't know how to act.
When it comes to securing the major bag
to upgrade the whole shit, all you got to do is act right what are these specials? It's similar if Kayla Clark would have took that big three offer and been playing in the league right now
I'm sorry. Yeah, don't be full of shit anyway, bro
Yeah, they're full of shit Kayla got hands I don't know if y'all know that
Yeah, they foolish shit. Kayla got hands. I don't know if y'all know that
So unsurprisingly that wasn't the only altercation of the day as DMV trilogy head coach Stephen Jackson had to be separated from Houston rigs hands big man. Jaylin Johnson
Let's take a look at that video if we've got it. So incident occurred after stacks while lost a game
He ran over to Johnson. I'm looking for some postgame fistica
Told him to meet him in the back. You also see
Vernon Maxwell there with Stack. That's his assistant coach on the squad.
Situations spilled over to backstage where he and Stack had this message for
Johnson and others within earshot. I'm not these niggas Google me bitch. I will burn one of you all
Say Google me bitch. I will burn burn on you
Like I said, you may have noticed Mad Max
He's about to have a doc soon
Too much energy
So what's your reaction to Stagg trying to fight you?
I'm not going to let you go
I'm not going to let you go
I'm not going to let you go
I'm not going to let you go
I'm not going to let you go
I'm not going to let you go I'm not going to let you go I'm not going to let you go I'm not going to let you go Like I said, you may have noticed Mad Max, assistant coach on Stagg's team.
He about to have a doc soon.
Too much energy.
So, what's your reaction to Stagg trying to fight a player on the opposing team?
It's the same language I was using.
Google me, bitch. What's your reaction to Stag Wilde in trying to fight an opposing player after his squad
lost?
You're the coach.
I mean, you're the coach now, man.
That's lit, man.
Yeah, you can't.
There's just things you can't do as a coach now.
As a player, we'll do whatever.
But as a coach, you know, you're supposed to be above,
above the stuff like this,
especially since you are part of the big three,
part of the coaching staff.
And sometimes I think the coaches who used to be players
think that, you know, they can keep talking
and use that same player energy.
It's like, nah, y'all have a different, y'all got a different job now.
You're all supposed to just talk trash and just move on.
You can't.
Was that your coaching philosophy in the big game?
Nah, he didn't even show up.
Okay, he did win the championship though.
He was there to break people down.
Ooh, I wasn't arguing with no coaches.
No, he was just breaking people down.
I was talking trash, but that's all this.
That ain't my job.
What's being said though?
What's being said though?
What's being said to bring that type of interview?
I don't know.
Everybody was this angry.
Game one.
God damn.
In that situation, I'll listen.
It's Saturday in Chicago.
Chicago?
You look at that shit.
Any insights that you can share on it.
I don't want to get you in trouble.
So once again, thank my bitch.
It's sick, man.
It's sick, man.
So it was a reason for that, too?
No, not for that, but it got way out of control, bro.
Man.
Man.
Like, it got, yeah, it should just, like, me, like, I've
been on both sides of the player and coach, right, in it.
Right.
Yeah, when I started coaching, I had to change my,
the way I was, you know what I'm saying?
Like I couldn't,
and the great Dante Jones told me something
that was actually true,
and my only response was like, man, fuck you.
Right?
So I tell you. Right?
So I tell you something true. Like we were,
asshole one,
this fuck,
him, right here, this guy.
Him, right here.
Former big three MVP.
Yes, and,
teammate then, I'm coach player.
Tried, yeah, my fucking well-being as a, yeah.
So tough.
And now here you all are on Guilty Reader presented by the coach.
Yeah, you motherfucker.
Don't foul.
Team mates again.
You, yes, you, yes.
Don't foul, you wanna foul.
Twice.
Maybe three times.
It was once.
No, it was once.
No, it was, no, no, no.
I called the coach player.
Yeah, it was the only time.
No, and I called the time, I had to burn the only time out I had. There called a coach player. It was the only time. No, and I called the time.
I had to burn only time out I had.
I had to burn only time out I had.
My mother, you fouled twice.
So Dante was like, boy, they can't care.
I said, you can't put your heart into them.
I said, oh, fuck you.
Oh, Dante's on the other side.
Listen, I left.
I'm going through the, we in Dallas.
I'm walking through the garage to the hotel to the W
He coming to the game. I'm walking through the garage. He's what's wrong and I'm just I'm staying
Fuck you take
Was straight to the bar.
So, like I said, we got a ton of big league vets here, big three vets here on this college.
Were all the opening weekend altercations a good or bad look for the big three?
I don't give a fuck, be honest.
People are watching, man.
All right.
Are we not role models?
Nope.
Who's this people though?
At what point, at what point, at what point we want our own league?
At what point do we want people to come and show up and expect it to mimic what we see in the NBA?
I mean, at some point, us as players, we need accountability, coaches need accountability, but just professionalism.
The people are watching.
This shit going viral, it's not a good look.
Oh, for them it is.
For them, for the big three it is.
For us.
Yeah, but for the big three it's a good look.
We're forced to talk about this now from a perspective.
That's like, all right, what perspective are we going to give?
Was it right? Does it happen? Is it cool?
It's like, nah, let's be professional.
We didn't have to talk about it until I chose to talk about it. I just wanted your guys' opinions on the nah, let's be professional. We didn't have to talk about it. Josiah chose to talk about it.
I just wanted your guys' opinions on the...
I'm just saying, we didn't have to.
But you had to.
It can get nasty.
Because I had no intention to.
It's not like that.
Nothing crazy like that.
You can go find them, nigga, backstage and get them
if you want to.
Without cameras and all that.
But it should never get to that point.
It is.
Basketball, yeah.
Basketball.
It's basketball. But it's's basketball. It's basketball.
But it's older basketball, too.
You're going to see each other for 10 weeks.
But how long is it?
Should they play for 10 weeks?
They're all in week one.
So if y'all really, no, if it's...
If it's that serious.
That's the one thing that...
The one thing that's...
I paid attention to that.
No matter what's going on there,
that's where it stays.
Yeah. No one's, I on there, that's where it stays. Yeah.
I've never seen no one fight.
You're fighting and you gotta show up
very next week and a very next week
and a very next week in the same hotels
and what you're gonna do.
You're gonna bring your boys, they're gonna bring they boys.
Like it just, once everything calmed down,
you realize this is not like I'm saying some shit to you
and then I go back to my city and
I don't have to see you into the next game fucking five months from now or whatever
No, we every goddamn Friday Saturday
You know what I mean the league has been going on with eight years now and
We haven't heard that you know, it's a real real fight
So, you know, obviously it's you know, you got to put it on the entertainment
side of it that just got a little over aggressive for no reason.
First week, everybody was excited.
Trying to get the whites, you know,
Lance trying to make a name for himself, the white trying to make a name for itself.
They're not used to the lead too.
And you older, I mean you older, you play harder too.
All you know how to do is some old man shit, post moves, strong moves.
You ain't doing what you used to.
So everything you doing is off of touch.
You touching somebody, you bumping somebody.
And you don't like to lose.
So all that shit built up, man.
I think we'll be all right, though.
Just got to calm it down.
Can't let it spill into the crowd.
No.
Very honorable take.
Damn.
From Swag Elijah.
All right, well, Norris, we got you on the couch.
You've been hooping in Puerto Rico,
so we got to talk about a situation that went down out there recently.
So last week, Billy Cousins was suspended for the remainder of the season after an
altercation with some fans.
As a reminder, here's what went down in the game for those who may not know.
Boogie Wilde.
You want to play together?
I guess he's probably.
Fan called him in a car, baby.
My God.
Boogie is wilde.
He's a player.
Back and forth with some fans. Obviouslyogie jacket from the game as I mentioned suspended
for the remainder of the season.
I had to be separate the fans fans through all types of stuff. On him as he left the court. This boy is a soldier, boy.
That's...polizia.
That's Jeff Van Gundy right there.
Getting them off.
Took nearly five security guards to get them off the court.
But Norris, from your experience,
obviously playing in Puerto Rico, what's it like playing in Puerto Rico?
Were you surprised to see Boogie get so upset with fans out there?
Do fans get turned up out there like that? I mean, the fans are great in Puerto Rico, were you surprised to see Boogie get so upset with fans out there? Do fans get turned up out there like that or?
I mean, the fans are great in Puerto Rico and they talk their stuff.
I don't know what they said.
They don't talk crazy.
I've been to crazier places.
Eastern Europe is crazier.
Serbia is crazier.
But the fans out there are not like feisty.
But what they do, if they feel disrespected, they'll let you know that that's their island.
And that's what they was trying to do to Boogie right there.
Especially after he, you know, disrespected that man, put his hand on, you know, all in
his face.
And his nuts in his face, like yeah.
I don't even feel comfortable saying that.
Like it was, he crashed out.
It was a crash out moment.
Because that arena is one of the best arenas to play in.
Bayamon.
Bayamon is one of the best arenas.
Bayamon?
One of the best.
One of the best money I think.
Man, Carlos Arroyos has this team out there.
Javell McGee played for that team.
Alan Ari.
Chris Porte.
Best work in the island.
Bayamon.
And the people that sit court side, like them cats got money.
You don't know who they are.
A little cat this tall can run the whole island, and you're disrespecting them.
You got to be careful.
You got to tread softly out there.
I don't know what he said to Boogie, but obviously Boogie, he wasn't having it that day.
He crashed out, and they had to show him, like, hey, we don't care who you are.
Don't disrespect the island, and that's all that was.
But the island is great, though. They do everything for for us out there and give us everything we need everything we want
I mean we be stars out there, but
They always tell you don't disrespect the locals. That's rule number one. Do not disrespect the locals
Yeah, I'm gonna catch no literally no no no I'm saying
Absolutely cut you from the team or cut you. No, literally. No, no, I'm saying they'll cut you. Oh, yeah. Absolutely. Absolutely.
Cut you from the team or cut you from the club?
Oh, no.
They'll physically cut you.
Like he was trying to run back out there.
That's the original Buck 50 gang, dog.
Yeah, that wouldn't have been good to run back
from that crowd.
I said that wouldn't have ended well.
If he would have ran back into the crowd,
that wouldn't have been good.
They would have poked him.
Boy, man, that ain't cool to Kante.
No, they're the original Buck 50 gang. Listen, they raise the blades in the jaws. I want hell? What the hell? What the hell? What the hell?
What the hell?
What the hell?
What the hell?
What the hell?
What the hell?
What the hell?
What the hell?
What the hell?
What the hell?
What the hell?
What the hell?
What the hell?
What the hell?
What the hell?
What the hell?
What the hell?
What the hell?
What the hell?
What the hell?
What the hell? What the hell? What the hell? What the hell? What the hell? He could have said that too crazy. Put your nuts in the nigga's face.
It was over the short, so let's just make sure we point that out.
And then put his hand in his face afterwards, total violation.
What?
After grabbing your dick and touching my face?
This nigga's nuts was big.
Can I get a shot?
Yeah, let me go ahead.
All right, let me go ahead.

So Shams broke the news that the Grizzlies traded Desmond Bain to the Magic for Cantavious
Caldwell-Pope, Cole Anthony, four unprotected first-round picks and a first-round pick swap.
Magic sent over their 16th pick in this year's draft plus unprotected picks in 2026,
which includes swap rights with the Sons of Wizards along with 2028 and 2030 and a pick swap in
2029 that is top two protected. So Bain averaged 19.6 rebounds 5 assists with 48, 39, 89
shooting splits in 69 games this season. One of three players to make 800 three-porters with 40%
three-point shooting since entering the league in 2020. Bain also shot 43% on catch and shoot threes in the past five seasons.
Third best rate among players with at least 1000 attempts.
Magic were a league worse, 31.8% from three last season on 35.3
attempts per game, which was 23rd in the league.
So Bain has four years and about $162 million remaining on the five year,
$197 million extension he signed back in 2023.
Meanwhile, Magic shipped
KCP Colt, Anthony a draft SS to Memphis. So KCP played one season in Orlando after signing
the three-year, $66 million deal last summer.
All right, don't worry.
It's amazing.
Wednesday, Thursday, we'll see what it looks like. Three-year, $66 million deal last summer,
one-year remaining plus a player option.
Anthony was a starter his first two seasons in Orlando,
shifted to a solid reserve the past three seasons.
Nine points, three rebounds, and three assists.
So after Trey was announced, Desmond Bane posted
the following reaction on Twitter.
Well for Wednesday it's gonna be amazing.
I don't know what you talking about.
Okay, we'll see.
What the fuck he talking about?
We'll see.
What the fuck he talking about?
What happened to Wednesday?
We'll see. I the fuck are you talking about? We'll see. What the fuck are you talking about? What happened to the win? We'll see.
I'm excited for it.
So good, after finding out about the trade,
you posted this on threads.
Orlando Magic right now, four unprotected first picks.
Urbain, you have a clown wig on, throwing up the peace sign.
You have an Orlando Magic jersey.
So did the Magic get fleece for Desna Bay fleece?
They're not fleece it's just dumb
What you think though, it's Orlando is tax write-off. It's literally Orlando magic
They just it's Orlando magic like I mean, I'm sorry, but there's some teams out here
that just don't care.
So they don't care about their future.
They're just, they're not, they're not good enough
to win a championship to have,
to give away four unprotected,
like you don't give away four unprotected first round picks
because you don't know what they're going to turn into.
Right?
I mean, dynasties was built off of stupid decisions like this.
That's how Lakers got a lot of picks.
That's how Boston got unprotected.
That's how Detroit got the second pick.
I mean, it could have been Mello or, you know, but they chose, but that's how they got that
pick.
Right? You are, you're,
the trade is fine, it's the picks.
You don't know what's gonna happen to your team, right?
At least protected, at least top three.
But to have unprotected and you get the number one,
two pick if something happens to your team,
you just lost it,
but they don't really care about building.
They want people right now because,
this was a win nownow move obviously win now
But a team that's not gonna win now. You're not good enough to win now your franchise
I mean from when I was there and before that is Disneyland. It's entertainment. They're not trying to win a championship
The grandfather was a tax write-off the father was a tax write-off the kids was a tax write-off and
was a tax write-off the father was a tax write-off the kids was a tax write-off and the kids are the kids. Grant is a tax write-off they're just using this for
tax write-off he owns the white socks to tax write-off. I mean this is I mean you
know but I just I mean I mean the smart man to say I give you the four picks but
I'm gonna at least protect top four. Did they have to give away that many though?
No. They could have gave away one or two I guess. You want to
get rid of KCP that bad out there? Well one of them picks ain't there so it don't
matter. So it's just... It seems like a lot though. One of them is... it is what it is man.
No, no, no. The trade itself is a The trade, the trade itself is a good trade.
The picks though, that's a lot of picks.
And they ain't gonna be in a lot of them.
You don't know.
Their thought process is that they gonna be winning,
that they not gonna have them picks no way.
So, if the pick is in the 20s,
they looking at it in that manner.
So, I know Jamal trying to win,
I don't know what he talking about. Yeah, yeah. Jamal Mosley trying to win. Jamal, I know Jamal trying to win. I don't know what he talking about.
Jamal Mosley trying to win.
Jamal the coach trying to win.
For sure.
I don't know, the front of the owners,
right off all that shit, the fine and dandy.
I know the head coach, he trying to fucking win.
And they can.
Potatoes hurt next year.
Self-treatment, I mean the Pacers,
I mean ain't no juggernaut in the East no more right now.
This is the time right now.
At least next year, we don't know about the next year after that, but this coming year, anybody can win the East.
That's the squad.
So Sean, what do you think about the Magic bringing in a proven 20-point game scorer,
three-point threat, and Desmond Bane to help bolster their roster?
They got Wagner, they got Paulo Banquero, Jalen Suggs will be coming back this year.
It seems.
You have a sensible mind. and Carol Jaylor Suggs be coming back this year. It seems. Well, that's.
You have a sensible mind, right?
I'm a reasonable human.
Long-winded, but reasonable.
Everything starts with foundation, correct?
Right, I think you're building something,
you start with the foundation and they have foundation,
they develop foundation, they show promise,
up until what, third in the east?
Second in the east, maybe?
For two years straight, they've been showing progression.
And what's the one thing they lack?
Shooting.
At that what position?
Two.
Okay, all right, so we handle that, right?
Still got Anthony Black over there, Suggs,
we still got some guys who can move and shake.
This is one particular move, right?
If you start with foundation, you're not gonna sit there
and rely on those unprotected picks
to be something that you get down the line.
You gotta stand firm on, we build it from here.
This is gonna be a guy who's gonna put us where
Palo can't double him, Wagner can't double him.
Bane, you might wanna send one sometimes.
He's coming off whatever, right? And then you don't know what you can get to send one sometimes. Coming off whatever. Right?
And then you don't know what you can get in a trade they might be setting up. Which could
bring somebody to Orlando. Now you look at Orlando, New York, and Cleveland. Three teams
that nobody would ever predict that would go over and above Milwaukee, Philadelphia,
and who was the other powerhouse in the East? Boston. Boston, Boston.
Right?
You think those would be there because of who they got.
And then these other teams are starting to creep up
because it's real basketball being played.
And it's small market.
Okay, don't do that, George.
We're not here for that, okay?
We're speaking of the small market.
We're not here for that shit.
2024 Magic finished fifth in the East,
go to seven with the Cavs.
Last season, dealt with a bunch of injuries,
Paolo and Wagner missed a ton of games.
Finished seventh.
Damn.
Finished seventh with a bunch of what they made.
Damn.
How many injuries?
A bunch of injuries.
It's at least 40 games.
So Van Carrol and Wagner missed a ton of games.
I might be like,
You don't know what like you said,
you don't know what them picks gonna become, man.
It could be something, it couldn't be something, but we're not going, we'll cross that bridge when we get to it man.
Like we'll cross that bridge, they got somebody that can go with this motherfucker, can go out there and do right now.
He'll 20 point score, he's shooting like 40 from three, whatever, high clip from three, you know what we gonna do, so.
Des been a good basketball player man.
We close, we close, we close.
And we say we might not be close to winning,
but what's New York?
Yeah, not Atlanta.
We feel like we can beat New York any given time
we match up with them.
And Indiana.
We feel like we got Indiana numbered.
I don't want to get better.
Shit.
It's always, you know, it's always say fuck them picks
because what I was told is usually people
who give away picks, they don't trust their own eye.
So they're rather a player already be developed because they don't want to develop them.
So I'd rather give you my picks, give me proven players today.
But history has shown that those picks, those picks have changed dynasties because just like
Dallas got the number one pick, that came from somebody who didn't think they
were going to be in the lottery. And they end up being in the lottery.
Hold on, hold on.
Gere, hold on.
Gere, Memphis ain't gonna be no dynasty no fucking time soon.
Who said anything about Memphis?
Because that's where the picks going.
Yeah.
The picks went to Memphis.
But are they staying there though?
But yes, the fucking picks staying there because Memphis is absolutely losing. They ain't gonna need them. Fuck yes. I'm saying Memphis is gonna make moves with those picks. Yeah Yes the picks are in Memphis. So you don't know who the picks are going to become. You say, okay, now what those picks have become a dynasty. You see you. These are your words. Yes. Those
picks want the Memphis Memphis. Orlando dog, but they trading them. If Orlando loses next
year. Hold on. If they get hurt like they did this year, it's a bunch of F's again.
If they get hurt like they did this year and they get a top three pick. If it's protected,
they get that pick. if not if it goes
to them yeah so you always want to put a condom on your picks because you don't
know what's gonna happen to your team that's in the next four six years They don't think that is good. You don't want a raw dog with a pig. So you're saying that the college landscape.
That's what I was thinking.
There ain't nothing out there to develop.
They're looking at the college landscape over the next three,
four, five years.
Hell, yeah.
That's what I'm saying.
What is out there?
Nothing.
What is going on?
The NIL is going on.
These kids are not.
Do you know how many kids went back to school this year?
Kids are not coming out, Gil.
They're looking at the landscape moving forward. The Gail they're looking at the landscape moving forward the land on back to get the landscape moving
forward is there anybody out there that's coming up in high school college
right now that we're looking at the possibility if we keep the could help us
and they came up with the answer no not in the next three years therefore we're
willing to get off of these picks to get a guy that we think that can help us in an area that we struggle
And which is shooting three easy to you already had the problem
You already had him there's no way to you
You don't think that you would have been done if I said I want to protect no you can have four picks
I protect the top three picks. What was Baines contract? What was
your one Five year 197 and 197 bang got 197 four years left
Is that what happened what what you just said not a the franchises under pressure So they just wanted to get off of KCP. So they just did whatever to make the deal done.
So they offered.
So KCP-
So they thought they was filling the void
when they signed KCP.
He defended-
Yeah, he defended.
And it was supposed to be a three-pointer.
And it didn't happen.
That didn't pan out.
And he gave up on the last.
And he could get away with it.
They gave up whatever the case may be.
So now you go out and get a guy that's been doing-
28 games.
Yeah.
Multiple years now, right?
Second option for the Memphis Grizzlies.
So we're filling the void in that manner. Like I said, they looking at the landscape man moving forward
the next however many years.
Ain't nobody out there that can help.
They wouldn't be there.
They don't got the gun security.
They have picks. They have drastic bigs and this and...
Wendell Carter, L.R.
So they got everything else in place.
John and Isaac, Ike.
Are you actually listening to what I'm saying?
Yes, I hear what you're saying.
So you're saying...
Yes, I hear exactly what you're saying. I listened. You what you're saying. So you're saying yes. I heard that. Yes I hear exactly what you say. I listened you don't want you don't want Bain
I'm giving you four first-round picks, but I want to protect the top three
Cool, but you think you think Memphis said nah, we wanted unprotected. Yes
Wrong they offered it. They just wanted so is that what I asked you is that what happened in fact?
So you know that for fact? Yes, that's what I'm mad. I asked you that offer too much. is that what I asked you? Is that what happened? Facts. So you know that for facts?
Yes.
That's what I asked you that.
Offered too much.
That's what I asked.
They offered too much.
They just wanted to give him a KCP so much that they just offered.
I think they were sold on bang too.
They was like, he's the perfect fit for our team.
If that's your guy, there's no crisis.
As a business, I got to worry about today and I got to worry about tomorrow.
So even if you're doing a deal with me,
if your coach ain't gonna be there for you,
I'm giving you four picks away,
I'm gonna protect the back two just in case.
No more.
How much the KCP average?
I'm gonna protect the back two.
KCP average is nine points a game.
We wanna get rid of him so bad,
we're gonna get a 20-pointer guy, a night guy.
Yeah, there's no price that you ain't willing to pay for that.
Well, just tell me how it makes sense.
How would I go trying to get rid of something that I don't want to get into something I
ain't never think I can actually get?
You got to overpay for it.
You got to overpay for it.
You got to overpay.
And then you're looking around the market and you're like, well, what can we get for
this right now that even makes sense for us?
Extension, you know, no
Right to your point absolutely doesn't mean a thing these days signing decision as a coach don't mean the absolute thing
So it don't matter coach other years you get for all it don't matter, right?
right, but I think they see something within what they have and they gonna ride with it for the next time
for many three four years and if it don't two three four years if it don't
work then they're gonna get off of it. And they got rid of Co Anthony too.
That they didn't want? Think about that. And he was an easy contract to get off of.
The ACP got two years, three million player option in that final year. Co Anthony's got two years,
26 million for the team option. Yeah they two years, 26 million, but a team option.
Yeah, they got subs, Howard Steel, black.
So they still got people that...
They got a good young coach.
I mean, you're acting like I'm saying the deal is fine.
I get what you're saying. He offered too much.
You were so scared to try to negotiate
that you just said four unprotected.
They didn't want to negotiate.
Yeah, they didn't want to negotiate.
Nah, I don't want to negotiate, huh, man?
I just don't want to give this here.
There's four of them.
Here.
I want Bang.
I want Bang, yo.
And I was like, you could have just
said the last two pigs protected just in case.
But think about what?
This is six, seven years from now.
I'm Memphis.
I don't know where my program is going to be.
Just in case, we might fuck around,
get the number one pick, and I get to keep it just in case.
They got the number one pick in Pink Arrow.
You can't be joking.
So they don't need the number one picking pink arrow
Six sector right here's a man this
2020 I'm trying to figure out like okay you guys want my guy our second guy
He's 22 at night
He can be 25 a night
40% from the three you think we just gonna give them up for Cole, Anthony and KCP?
Nah.
Straight up, Bane and them, straight up.
Come on.
We gotta dress it up a little bit more than that.
Listen, you gotta take the condom off.
You gotta put makeup on this pig.
Yeah.
And for Orlando, they gotta drive.
You gotta tell her, you gotta tell her.
You gotta tell her she gotta show up with no panties.
They been trying for five years to get that filled out. I like Orlando. I like that piece of Orlando. They been swinging at it. She got a show up with nobody
They've been swinging that they've been swinging that swing
They got it this time
Some good for down job was out. Hey, yeah He held that shit down with jobs as much as he could much as he could much as much as he could. He can play well off the ball with them.
He plays off the ball.
Orlando, he plays well off the ball with them.
He's a catching shoe dude, man.
We talked about it.
The East appears to be a little wide open now.
Tatum injury.
But how much has Bane moved the needle for Orlando in the East?
Talking about the team that was fifth in 2024,
seventh last season, but dealt with some injuries,
had some scoring issues.
You gonna help?
Now you're a lot of lineups with Suggs, Bane,
Ben Carroll, Waggie Waggie. Jamal gonna go to that window card action. A're going to help. Now you're going to have a lot of lineup with Suggs, Bain, Ben Carroll, Waggie Waggie.
Jamal's going to go to that Pindow action.
He's going to go to a lot of Pindow action.
Another year on them young boys' belt, man.
Top four.
They'll be all right.
They can be top four.
Top five.
Depending on what else happened.
That's where they was the year before.
Depending on what happened with Yonathan K.D.
They was five the year before, right?
Yeah, they did.
Five.
Seven games with the Cavs.
With them bum-ass Cavs. And through the year last year, they was with the Cavs. Yeah, especially with them bum ass Cavs.
And through the year last year, they was like 2-3.
They had another team.
Yeah.
They started out good.
Injuries to Ben Carrell and Wagyu Wagyu.
They really want to.
They look stuck as well.
How many else it feels what they need right now?
But can this squad make a run like the Rockets
are saying, get to that top two, top three in the East?
Why not?
Making a run for, making a run in regular season is regular season.
Like you know this is getting out of the second round.
Will they get out of the second round with this pick?
So will they get to the conference finals basically is your point.
It depends on matchups man.
It depends on what they're playing.
It depends on matchups.
It all, well we all know how this shit has been man
Matchups injuries is fucking year in year out somebody's out somebody get hurt doing it
Just if it's unfortunate, but it happens
So right just depends on where they finish if they finish healthy or not if they do they gonna have a better record
They did last year. We know that yeah
Depends on who they match up with.
Yeah.
OK.
That's it.
And last thing on the Magic front,
so Desmond Bayne will wear number three with the Magic.
Magic fans are calling him Three Rex.
That's his nickname.
Doesn't he?
Because he got short arms.
The T-Rex arms.
How do y'all feel about that nickname?
That's terrible.
Bro, you just came up with that.
Yeah, I was about to say, did you make that up?
That is so insane.
You made that up?
Twitter user LeCron. And then he just blamed it on Footer.
Twitter user LaCronz was the first one to tweet it.
That's not how he's gonna pick on me.
That's not how I get down.
That's what the chat saying.
No, nigga, that's what you said.
What the chat saying is a good go-to whenever you have something on your mind.
But nah, Twitter user LaCronz was the first one to tweet it out.
That's terrible.
That's terrible.
Damn, that one got no neck.
He's calling by his name.
Desmond?
Why not?
It's what his mama named him.
Okay.
Blame.
Mom called him.
That's terrible.
That's terrible.
That's terrible. That's terrible. That's terrible. That's terrible. He don't got no neck. He's calling by his name. Desmond?
Why not?
It's what his mama named him.
Okay.
I'm going to call him Des.
I'm going to call him Des.
So now let's look at it from the Grizzlies side.
Grizzlies now have foreign protector first round picks at their disposal to help shore
up their roster after back to back disappointing seasons.
Obviously they've been hampered by injury.
John Marantz played a total of 59 games the past two seasons,
one previously due to injury and suspension.
Grizzlies set a then record with 51 different starting lineups in the 23-24 season,
which the Sixers broke this season.
But what do the Grizzlies need to get back amongst the top teams in the West?
A miracle.
A miracle.
Get the hell out of Memphis.
Let's go to Nashville. Let's go to Nashville. I ain't saying leave of Memphis. Go to Nashville.
Go to Nashville.
I ain't saying leave the state.
Go to Nashville.
Go to Nashville.
Nashville.
Oh man.
Yeah, that's all I'm saying.
Need to for sure.
What they need, but it's...
I don't...
Pick up the whole thing.
About to rebuild.
Y'all down on Memphis?
No, they about to rebuild.
I'm not down on them.
Who been up on them? I think they can. They about to rebuild. Who been up on Memphis No, they're not the real damn who been up on I think they can they brought the rebuild
I'm gonna stay healthy. I never thought they was I don't know crazy. I'm about to find the playoffs here
I'm just saying that I don't care. I know you don't know but damn don't do it. If it's a fine
I'm betting against Memphis air playoffs
Even if they healthy even if John healthy can't trust your jacks got no draws on ain't been up to he gonna file out
He gonna file out. He gonna file out.
Now they got assets.
If it's a seven game playoff set, he gonna file out five of them seven.
You right, but they got assets.
They can maybe bring in a piece for that.
When?
With him.
Not this year.
Not this year.
Ain't nobody coming there.
Ain't no free agent coming to Memphis.
Ain't no free agent coming to Memphis.
Oh, buddy, that Torres Aquiles, he a good piece too.
What's the backup center?
He can help him out?
Edie?
You got Edie?
No, not Edie.
The young fella with the cart.
Yes.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yes.
He's going to be back from injury.
You got Scottie Pippen Jr.
You got a good fan of him.
I know.
That's why I brought him up.
I'm a big fan of Deuce.
Absolutely.
I'm going to believe it.
You just got four unprotected.
You got a sharpshooter, Luke Knorr.
You got the 16th pick in this first draft.
Bro, you're about to break that team up.
Build around Edie and whoever else you got left.
I think they're going to give Jai one more year.
So hearing that owner, that whoever that was that got up
there, I was like, yeah, man, it's not good enough, man.
The Grizzlies have shown to be pretty good at drafting in recent years.
Who?
I'm just...
No, I'm just saying, I'm agreeing with you, yes, but it's Memphis.
They're not dudes.
What does that mean?
It's the same thing as Orlando.
Well, what are they going to do?
What is history is showing?
Like, I'm sorry to tell you this
and some of you fans out there.
At least 15 of y'all teams
don't give two shits about basketball.
Okay? Probably more than that.
Right? It's not about this.
You are a basketball fan. Those are businessmen.
They care about the business.
That's a fact. These are tax write-off.
I don't know if you know, but you might want to look into the owner's history.
Tax write-off.
They didn't make their money from the NBA.
This is a hobby.
Side pocket, conversation shit.
Yeah, you know, I own a, you know, I own a Grigley's and a Patriots.
And that's, that's, it's a conversation for amongst these, you know, these, these billionaires.
So yes, they're going to break that team up.
It's, they can't afford to pay him for one.
They can't afford it.
They cannot afford to be any fans to give me to cut y'all.
But to give us point,
they can't afford to bring no more major free agents
in that month.
They don't sell enough tickets.
They don't get enough revenue in that bitch.
And to his point, Tennessee is a tax free state.
So it's, it's it's but you
got job discount I got everybody I'm gonna this guy didn't win defensive
player but at the end of the day they both get ineligible to what am I doing
don't know what am I doing here what are we doing where we going we're going
nowhere right we're just sitting here just chilling we're going nowhere so might as well just, you're gonna come up off those asses,
gotcha, right. You're gonna sign JJJ back because you got to fill up the roster,
right. Jaws gonna be on the move either this summer or next summer, for sure.
Because you're not gonna win enough to do nothing impactful with the group you
have now for you to say you know we're gonna keep these. No. You got four unprotected picks
all you doing just sitting there praying some
some lightning happens Orlando where you can get motherfuckers somebody
why not though? Huh? You don't think they gonna win? Who?
Win what? Who Orlando? Yeah Memphis no. What am I winning?
They won. They won before though. I'm winning, six of them, five go to the playoffs.
It's crowd shit. It's crowd shit, man.
I don't know, bro.
This is business. I mean, only five or six teams trying to win the national championship.
So you're saying Johnson not trying to win?
No, not players. Owners.
You know how much pressure it takes to win?
Think about what I'm saying.
When you win, when you're
winning, you have to be there. Every decision you make has to be on point. You got to be
smart as fuck. Nobody want that kind of pressure. Orlando don't want that pressure. God damn
Memphis don't want that pressure. So just imagine Memphis was a 2 seed a couple years
ago right? But they didn't do that shit since was a two seed a couple years ago, right? Mm-hmm.
But they didn't do that shit since.
Since.
Sacramento was what a few years ago?
Three seed.
Three seed a couple years ago.
End of the playoff draw.
Hey, motherfuckers been shuffling players in and out
of that motherfucking, hey, you know what?
We finished, hey, coaches and players, like, it's.
And nobody, when you're in the small market, nobody cares.
But if you're in a small market, are you looking at Indiana?
Are you looking at OKC, what they're doing being cool. I was right now saying
Ross just put together though nothing about that. I think about my mother nothing about the pressure
Indiana is gonna have next year to get back and it's when you succeed
There's pressure for you to keep doing it because now the fans want it
So so some teams just want to be in the middle row like me a major make
my little case So some teams just want to be in the middle of the road. Me and Major making it to the final four. Just give them a little taste and then we back to media.
Me and Major making it to the final four this year.
They're playing basketball.
The players are playing upper management.
They're playing a different game.
But still, you can't control, like, if John really...
I ain't seen John look like John a while
What is the angle? I get rid of his friend?
I can make John not look like John get rid of this friend. So you know what this in the new post changes
Let's pick
So we got two polls to read. I got one more question for you
So we asked the chat
Trading for Bane was a good move 62% of the track chat said that the magic trading for Desmond Bane was a good move
We also asked the child with the magic make the Easter Conference finals after this move at any point in the near future
71% said no, so
After anywhere in time in the near future like that's just so vague
So after anywhere in the time in the near future like that's just so vague
Why it's just a country next couple seasons with this with this bang boom. They gotta make it who says this? Oh, this is near future. They get what they gotta make
But after the hall that the Grizzlies got for Desmond Bayne, some have argued that they should explore the trade market for the other stars on the squad.
Gil, you said you think the Grizzlies should consider going in full rebuild and moving
on from Jod Morant and Orshon Jackson-Jerry.
That's what they're doing.
They're not considering that's what they're doing.
You just gave them four unprotected.
They can trade that with someone.
They're going to trade two of those with Jod.
They're going to trade two of those with JJJ.
I mean, it's going to be rebuilding. I mean, it's gonna be rebuilding.
I mean, there's nothing to hope for.
I mean, look at the team.
Like, what are you selling?
Drive fix with Jai, though.
Huh?
Get more drive fix with Jai.
No, no, no, no.
The problem with Jai is he's undervalued
compared to what you're gonna get back.
So you're getting rid of a superstar name,
but because he's not a super super max guy,
you're gonna have to throw in picks to get a super max guy.
So you will want to trade, you know, him for a max player.
But do you want to trade him for a super max guy?
That's the question though.
So you train him for a super max guy?
I don't want to trade a nigga for somebody regular.
But then?
Who got a regular ass contract.
So if you got a super max guy, you gotta pay a superman contract is that what you want to do with your missus? No
What you say
Get a bunch of pics, but look at that uh, I didn't look at that turn out great for okay see
Look at that turn out, great for OKC. Yeah.
FF is in New Memphis.
You know what I mean?
Clippers is kicking their ass ever since that, but it made sense then.
This trade makes great sense for Orlando today.
We don't know what it's going to make six years from now when those picks start turning into something.
Then we get to see, but it's still all on who's picking.
If you don't have an eye, like when people talk about,
I don't care about the draft, you should.
Because every player that's in the NBA damn near,
it's been through the draft.
The fuck are we talking about?
They been, they coming through the draft.
Your picks ain't worth shit
because you don't know how to pick, right?
Oh look, Wiseman with the second pick,
well if they would have picked LaMelo, it would have been different. If they would have picked LaMelo it would have been different. If they would have picked this
player it would have been different, that's who they picked. Or if they would have let him be a
player that he is and not try to turn him into Draymond. Detroit Pistons with that pick, right?
You got that squad, that pick came from what, Otis Thorpe back in 97?
That could have been Mello, that could have been Bosch, that could have been mellow that could have been Bosch that could have been goddamn Wade. Yeah, you you picked wrong
You got fucking full power force back there. You gonna pick another power for Darko Miller. That's your that's your fault
Don't say that the draft the draft players was there
for Hall of Famers out of five picks
picks. You picked the wrong one. Those picks hold a lot of weight if you know how to draft correctly but the Grizzlies have been solid in the draft. But Detroit had a team. You
already got a team. The draft pick you picked didn't have nothing to do with the championship.
So now imagine you did pick Mello or Wade or Bosch. That secures
your greatness for moving forward.
Why wouldn't they pick Chris Bosch?
I'd do that spent their growth though. Go in there.
Damn Mello. I just really thought. I honest because everybody this whole time been Mello,
Mello, Mello, Mello, Mello, mellow, mellow, mellow, mellow.
I really just like, why the fuck didn't you pick Chris Bosh?
He left-handed shooter, face, fucking dark omit, like, why the fuck didn't you just go
Chris Bosh?
Prove it, you saw what he did in college, you saw, you put your eyes on him, you saw
him here.
They ain't win a ruffle, no feathers.
Okay, but never mind. I literally...
That's crazy though.
Yeah, why not?
Did they just win the championship that year?
No, they wanted to...
They wanted that year.
That year, that year.
That year, that's what I'm saying.
No, the year he got drafted.
The year they drafted him, they wanted that year.
That's down to four.
Down to four.
As a rookie.
That's what I'm saying.
So that pick right there,
like was supposed to keep their future going.
They had Shee, Tayshon though.
So according to Shum,
They had Shee and Tayshon already.
They wouldn't have played any of that. Cause they traded forezy that season. Who would have played that year? You think D Wade would have played? Chris Bosham. But you still got him. Not over but he did something different. I felt like we wouldn't have a D Wade. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. But you got him. is you got it with a big cut no, but knowing how Larry Brown Larry Brown feels about rookies you think
Was what it was what I got I'm talking about 2006
Think of that Larry Brown's
Like I because then you could win
So already everything at times somebody coming as a rookie so at times Ben Wallace is on the floor and he hurt your team
Right because he came make free throws. Yep, because you can make free throws. So listen
Got Boston she'd or I said motherfucking now. It's a different ball game at times. That's what I'm saying
Being on the floor
He's been on the floor. This ain't this NBA, this is that big NBA.
Oh, Chuck, I know that.
I have to say, yeah, they, yeah.
But they're talking about right now.
Two years from now, Boss would have been continuing to develop.
Then he would have been plug and play
when those guys are irrelevant.
Boss would have been dead already.
They would have.
They don't always work like that.
Boss would have been done for in the mind.
You think so?
Because Larry Brown is tough, bro.
I'm going to be out of here.
He ain't been want to play.
Look.
He had them dudes, man. The USA team. They had all them dudes. Them dudes to be... He didn't want to play... Look, the USA team.
He didn't want to play LeBron.
The USA team, come on, man.
And he's talking about the GOAT.
He didn't play...
He wasn't the GOAT then.
Shit.
The GOAT now.
Okay.
I'll just make it clear.
See how he was looking?
You know what I'm talking about?
Wait, wait.
What did you say?
What y'all talking about?
Y'all keep saying that...
What?
That G-O-A-T word.
Like, what are we talking about?
Who says something about what happened?
The GOAT. Them two. I'm just... I'm just... Wait, whoa, what y'all talking about? Y'all keep saying that G-O-A-T word. Like, what we talking about?
Who says something about what happened?
The goat.
Them two.
I'm just a conduit.
That's what you were.
LeBron?
Yeah, they keep saying.
I'm just a bad guy.
I'm not making sense.
Oh, that's what they say.
I'm not God.
I'm just a preacher.
Oh, you've been gone.
The goat playing today right now.
You've been gone.
Oh, I keep saying that.
The goat playing.
Like, Jeffrey Jordan. No, no, they've've been saying no and this guy is a sidekick.
Him. Jeffrey Jordan. He's a sidekick. He ain't the GOAT. This guy's a sidekick and then yeah.
Yeah the GOAT. He didn't let the GOAT play. You know you would say Larry Brown and let the GOAT play.
Because in which what the Olympics? Yeah he didn't want to come out for the Olympics.
Because they shouldn't have been there.
But that matter, it don't matter.
Yes, your face, what are you, are you confused young fella?
Yeah, yeah, I'm very confused.
So before when they brought that medal home
that they shouldn't have brought home.
Talk to me, please, what are we talking about?
You got a smartphone, go look up the team
that went to Puerto Rico to qualify.
Who's on there? Look it up, get your phone. Nah, I know that team, team that went to Puerto Rico to qualify
The team that the qualifying team that went to Puerto Rico Rico 2000 look that team He was on that team yeah, yeah
Please listen to this team Alan Iverson j-kid team act Jermaine O'Neal Vince Vince Carter, Mike Bibby, Canyon Martin, Ray Allen, Tim Duncan, Elton Brand, Richard Jefferson, Giggler.
You said, Brian, I shouldn't have made the team?
There's rookies, boy!
We go to the Olympics, we don't bring home bronze.
With that team?
With that team, we don't bring home bronze.
For sure.
We win gold.
100%.
All right, so they just added Brian and...
The rookies, dawg.
They wasn't ready to play?
All three of them. They wasn't ready to play? All three of them.
They wasn't ready to play? Or was they ready to play? They definitely needed them to play.
Yeah, man. Who was the best player?
We just won the gold award, we ain't gonna qualify.
What team you talking about?
They didn't even qualify.
2004, this team.
AI, Steph,
Lamar Odom.
Was it Michael Redd?
No.
They took Richard Jeffers,
this great kid off our team.
No.
Shane Baddie, eh?
No.
They took three people off of that team.
Payshon Prince.
No.
Tim Dunn.
They took three people off of this team.
I'm not gonna lie for it.
Mecca.
Now that's dumb too, I ain't saying that ain't dumb, but like, say they wasn't ready on that team. They took three people off for this team. Mecca. It was them. That's dumb too.
I ain't saying that ain't dumb, but like, say they wasn't ready on that team.
Nick was not ready.
Don't play me.
Braun and Mello ready, bro.
They were rookies.
Braun and Mello ready, bro.
They was ready.
Mecca.
Nah, bro.
That team over the guys that they was playing.
Yes, bro.
Braun, Mello, and Wade should have been playing over the guys that they were having.
100%.
Over Olympic team.
Yeah.
I'm not saying that your team. The guys that they were guys. They should have been playing. Over the Olympic team. On the Olympic team.
I'm not saying that your team.
The guys that were there.
The people that were there.
I'm not talking about your team.
I'm talking about the team that was there.
They should have been playing with them dudes.
I agree 1000%.
They should have been playing.
But the team that should have went was that team.
I ain't gonna argue with you on that.
But those dudes that was there,
they should have put them young fellas in there.
Absolutely.
1000%.
1000%.
What?
But that team won the Puerto Rico. They did not play. They didn't play at all. I know they had them cast out. I know they happy they didn't go to the... in there absolutely that one thousand percent one thousand percent but that The same
Same shit in college
Fuckers singing this shit on the bus
It was really it was more of a clusterfuck because of they didn't have they didn't have no shooters Oh shooters everybody it was everybody ran into them near Tim Duncan everybody was mid-range that mid-range group
Even more

2004 something was crazy for me
I'll get this make the Olympic team fucking didn't get off a contract jersey this summer was fucking rough it was good after the fact it turned out well but I'm really thinking about this yeah 2004
something fucking hell he still waiting on that call
From the net and team USA and team USA
They didn't just tell you are they just team USA. They call you. They just don't call you
They don't kill you I mean obviously they was
They took a mega-ocu-for over me, really? Yeah, that was good.
Who was running at that time, Phil Angello?
Did they just win the national championship?
I don't give a fuck.
You took me.
But I'm just saying they did.
I signed for fucking $90 million this summer.
You don't take a rookie.
Let's not do that.
National championship, $90 million.
Come on, man.
I was him that summer.
Don't do that.
I don't give a fuck what people might think a nigga's sitting on these cars now, but that summer, I was him.
Money don't mean everything.
Talk that talk.
Talk that talk.
Him.
Champion.
They was taking names, trying to sell jerseys.
That him.
2004 summer, him.
But I'm not here to reign with your parade.
You couldn't, you can't.
They picked a winner over the money, you know.
Who, winner over what name? you know. Who? What name?
Who?
All-star, that coming off finals appearances?
I don't know what you talking about.
We're not doing this.
No, what the fuck you talking about doing this?
I'm saying, don't they pick-
I was him.
Don't every-
Yeah, after they put his name in.
I was him, fuck America Open 4.
Like Christian Laker?
When?
Open Shack.
Open Shack, see what I mean? So you should feel good. No, after that, they stopped that shit after that. Christian Laker went over Shaq.
See what I mean?
It's how you should feel good.
No, after that.
They stopped that shit after that.
I know.
Because I don't know.
The Dream Team, too, didn't have it.
Christian Laker went over Shaq.
No, the Penny Hardaway, that next group, that was in the 2000...
No.
No, sorry, not 2000.
The 96th team.
The 96th.
Hold on.
The 94th team is the one people don't remember.
If you're going to wear a skirt, you need to...
Nobody cares about them.
You need to cross your legs.
That 96 team is the one people...
Learn etiquette. Skirt etiquette. Skirt etiquette, bro.
I don't know nothing about it, nigga.
You wear shit underneath it.
I wear the pants when I wear my shit.
Everything's intact.
You forgot something. I didn't wear the pants, man wear my shit is everything's intact to say this balls
Let's keep this thing moving so Desmond Bane is the only player on the move with the reports the Suns are actively shopping Kevin Durant after being unable to move met the trade deadline this season while still clear where the 15-time all-star will land
According to Shams KD has narrowed down its preferred destination to three
options. The Heat, Spurs and Rockets making the final cut. Shams also saying
those across the NBA have been made aware those are the three teams that
Durant would commit to long term. So KD averaged 27.6 rebounds, four assists and
62 games this season. 53, 43, 83 shooting splits.
In Elisabeth will make an all NBA team this season
because they only played 62 games,
but did make second team all NBA in 2024.
So between the Heat, Spurs, and Rockets,
which of those teams benefits the most with KD on the roster?
Well, we can eliminate the third team, you said.
Well, what was that?
The Heat.
You can eliminate them all after the conversation.
He didn't go there with Jimmy Butler, why would he fucking go there now?
It's a different situation now.
Ain't no Jimmy Butler.
Who's there?
Heat culture, Norris, right?
Who's there?
That's the best place to go if you're trying to win a chip, because the West is brutal.
You can't, you're not winning in the West.
You need to clear his path, it's coming East.
No matter who on the team.
Can he get cookies on the plane?
If Jimmy Butler can get to the finals twice,
come on, Spoke can do it. He can work with you. Bring him on.
But how did he make that move without giving up?
Don't matter. Trust in Spoke and Spoke we trust, bro.
Or Hero.
That shit sound good. That shit sound good.
Spoke we trust, bro.
We understand you got two chips there and all. They signed a car track at one point and
all that shit. We get that. But this time, his team ain't fucking winning shit
with Kevin Durant.
So.
Did Jimmy take the walk-ons to the finals?
Yep, I did.
Did he do it or not?
That's what they said.
That's what they said.
That's what they said.
That's what they said.
What does KD do?
So now you're back drinking the water again?
No, not at all.
No, that's what everybody said, though.
They weren't walk-ons, and they didn't prove it.
They didn't walk-on.
No, but I'm just saying.
You moved on from him and them so you not allowed.
You moved on from him and them.
You gonna jump back on? It's moving too fast.
He's a free agent this summer.
I see what you're doing. Go ahead.
You're trying to jump over back from a bugger Bugatti right now.
You see it there, go get it.
But you gotta go get it. If I tap out, you gotta go get it.
You gotta go get it if I tap out now. Go get it. This you gotta go get it. If I tap out, you gotta go get it. You gotta go get it if I tap out.
I'll go get it.
This is a different situation, bro.
I like the Heat.
No.
Okay, well we're here.
And I trust Spoh.
He ain't gonna be the only move.
If he comes there, it's not gonna be the only move.
That's all I'm saying.
Yeah, I'm asking.
And they're gonna be the only move.
The easiest path to the championship is to go east.
And that's what I'm saying.
I mean, when you think about it.
But those are on one team.
I'm just saying, if you go east, it's's what I'm saying. I mean, when you think about it. But those on one team. I mean, no, I'm just saying if you go east,
it's an easier path because,
Houston, San Antonio.
One, right now you got Cleveland, New York, Orlando.
And B hurt, Paul George hurt, Jason Tatum and them hurt.
You don't prey on nobody being hurt,
but that's the fact of the matter.
So now you go down and you're in the same situation
that you were in.
And Brooklyn.
No, me and I'm looking around at motherfucker like,
you got to get rid of Tyler Hero.
But it's the East.
He's automatically the top player in the East after Yannis.
It is the East.
I hear you.
He's automatically the best player in the East after Yannis.
The West.
So just hear me out.
So who would, hypothetically, who would Miami
possibly get rid of?
If you are sons, you're gonna ask for,
obviously, just Bam.
Yeah, because you can't,
because you got Brad still there.
No, you only got that seven foot, where?
I want Bam.
You got where, yeah, you got where.
But still, but, I don't wanna talk about...
They won't give up both.
If they give up Bam, then where's,
he starts his ascension as the young big.
He'll be you, Luke.
I think Phoenix won't wear, though.
Because he like, he like white side got he giving a Hassan white side feel
KD for wear no not just
Not by himself, but that's the premier young players that you trying to get so well Phoenix is in front
They want young players in picks. No old cats like I'm gonna answer my question. They don't have I mean what who is gonna matter?
Yeah, what what do the Miami have, It's gonna be the three team trade. Yeah.
Three team trade.
What do the Miami have,
he'd have over there that the Phoenix Suns would fucking want?
Three team, it's a combination of things.
It's gonna be a three team trade.
It's gonna be a three team,
for sure it's gonna be three team trade.
The Mikes, y'all know how the Mikes, y'all.
The Mikes, they're gonna be a three team trade.
Middle, middle guy.
They don't have any assets like, right?
There's a little rumor that goes around with Miami
Don't pick that we don't need these guys are free agents
Cuz you know spol and they know how to maximize this talent and when we bring them over here
We don't have infrastructure for those type of and they sold on that so we yeah, so we whether it's right or wrong
They know what we're looking at. I at Miami Heat ain't what we going to get.
I didn't.
Now, Pat already said this team, the cast on it,
this is not going to be the team next.
Yeah, I'm just saying when you get them,
they're not going to look the same way.
Just it's going to be a down version.
They got to do some work before they trade for Kevin Durant
for me to say that this is a destination.
And do you want to?
I'm just saying the best path to the chip is coming east, bro.
I hear you.
Just in this period.
But as constructed, the yes, but as constructed.
The Miami team, as constructed.
Them trade for Kevin Durant, you gotta get off some pieces
that you're gonna need in order to try to win
whatever you're trying to do.
You're gonna need some of the pieces
as constructed right now.
Moving forward, you make some moves,
then you get Kevin Durant, then it's like,
it might look different.
Then I'd be like, yeah, yeah, they're motherfuckin' tough,
they're a bad motherfuckinucking team over there, right?
Well, I know they doing some stuff.
So it ain't gonna just be that.
Norris, question for you.
You said that KD would be the second best player
in the East if he came over to that side.
Automatically?
Giannis.
Giannis is number one.
Giannis is number one.
He said second.
Be clear.
Giannis.
That's what he's saying.
And you guys agree with that?
We all knew that.
When he said it.
When he said it.
I got that., we all know that
You want to argue in yon is with
Okay, the rest of the players I mean my god besides John, you know
No, very well, you got a potentially healthy and beat on me, but Duncan Roberts. Oh shit Bullshit. I pray and I have hope. Who would you say is over here with KD?
I'm saying if MB comes back and playing at the level
that he's playing.
MB, MB.
MB got my leg, man.
Donovan Mitchell made first team on the NBA.
Kevin Durant.
Wait, what did you say?
I don't care what he made, he's not better than Kevin Durant.
Kevin Durant, bro.
I didn't say he was.
Kevin Durant played 62 games.
Y'all didn't say Kevin Durant.
What are we talking about?
If he played 65 games, he'd make an all-NBA team. 100%. I don't care what the fuck thing you talk about Joe side. I don't do that
Over Katie right now at this age. Yes, you say you would take them
But you don't think they're better than't think they're better than Kevin Durant?
No.
When he was younger?
37.
37.
Right now.
Yes.
Right now.
27, 50, 40, 90 right now.
Right now.
Right now.
He average 27 right now.
Right now.
Man, that's what you don't mean.
He average 27 before Achilles.
He average 27 after Achilles.
He average 27.
He's just a walking stick.
But you're using, but you're using,
what he's saying is you're using stats.
I'm not a stat man.
He's saying A's play a part.
He's saying all these things.
I'm going to score 26.
I got A's.
He's fucking shot right now.
I'm just saying when I watch him play basketball, Yannis is the only guy in the East that's
better than him.
I'm losing by 20 if I get 30.
When I watch him play basketball.
That's cool.
Better than Kevin DeVos.
In the East.
This don't mean nothing. It's meaningless basketball. We have some Cavs fans in the East. This don't mean it's meaningless basketball
We have some Cavs fans in the arena. I'm just pointing that out. All right
My camera okay right now. Yes. No, come on. Well, we watch
Keeping KD here is making it hard for the other guys to even come up. I'm not saying
It's making it hard for the other guys to even come up. I'm not saying that.
But I never said nothing about nobody else.
I just said-
But that's what the conversation is.
You saying KD's second in the East.
If he comes to the East.
If he comes to the East.
He's the second best player in the East to become the American.
KD might be-
And you saying like-
They still them.
KD might be what?
We're not discrediting them.
But they're still embied.
But we're not discrediting them.
I never said nothing bad about them.
We're not discrediting them.
That's the thing.
They're not better than them. Like Kevin Yeah, third. He'll be third.
Behind who?
Yeah, we all got an opinion.
We all making opinions on the conversation.
So I'm thinking KD coming in.
You still got other guys over there.
He could be 304.
He could be number two.
Pizzle listed in.
Jalen Brunson.
I believe Kevin Durant will be the second best player It's on joint. Pizzle listed in. You're leading number two. That's why I do. Jalen Bronson.
I believe Kevin Durant will be the second best player he's come.
It doesn't take anything away from Jason Tatum, Ken Gunn, Duncan Mitchell, Jalen Bronson.
None of them.
And B, it don't take nothing from none of them.
The chat is saying Tatum is hurt, so we don't know what he's gonna come back
You line them up give me give me easy money snipe So can I ask you a question a game, metal game, hey man. Jaylen Brown, okay. Donovan Mitchell, first team, R&BHP.
Pablo, they called him.
So can I ask you a question?
Have you seen any of them on the team by themselves?
Yes, all of them, I think K by himself.
No he's not, they built the team around him.
The team is built around K.
So what is the team built around now with KD?
So have you seen them as superstars?
Come on, what is KD built?
All right, so where did he win?
I'm not about to get into disrespecting KD
because he's with the round booker.
Because this is where the conversation goes.
We got to dig in.
We digging at KD.
The point is clear.
He's making a clear point.
Like KD, none of them right now is more valuable
than ever seen in their work.
See, that's what I'm saying. I hate when they do that. I didn't see you want to said that in what I'm saying right now.
I'm saying that right now.
So as y'all being triggered, you're being triggered.
I can't even finish what I'm saying.
Why can't I change a word?
Because value becomes a thing. I'm talking about value what I'm saying! Why can't I change the word? Because value becomes a standard.
I'm talking about value!
I'm talking about- That's not what we're talking about!
I ain't even finished my statement!
That's what we're talking about, but we're not talking about value.
I haven't even finished my statement!
So I can't use the word value?
No!
This is the word, I just gotta get this.
I ain't even finished my fucking cover!
I didn't even finish my fucking cover.
I didn't even finish my sentence.
Are you going to tell me what I was saying?
Go ahead.
Figure it out.
Figure it out.
You're trying to use it.
You're trying to change it for this conversation.
Change what?
I didn't even finish my sentence.
I said, bow you, and you niggas went berserk.
No, because you trying to change something.
You see how I'm triggering these niggas? Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no Hey, you got an opinion, right?
We're talking about who's better right now.
Bigger kids cook, this is an opinion, right?
Right now, that's the conversation we're talking.
He wants to change it to value.
That has nothing to do with what we're talking about.
So if he changes the value to try to prove a point
that we said, that we're saying,
it's a different company, who's more valuable right now?
Ain't that the same team?
Can't you just go valuable right now?
That's not the conversation wrong.
Y'all said he would win a championship.
No, we didn't say that.
Josiah, correct him.
Josiah, correct him, please.
He just said, Norris said if he went to the Heat
because the East is weaker than the West,
that Kade would be the second best player in the East.
Best player. Not the most valuable.
Kade is the most valuable of them.
So that's the question.
And that's something real deep,
real deep, right.
Is something valuable?
Better.
Can something be better than something that's valuable?
If we're talking about in real time right now.
Like a Bugatti.
Right now.
Right now.
Valuable.
Yes, something can be valuable.
Does that mean like, can it be the best
if it's like the most valuable?
Is it the best?
No, it's context.
No, it's not always the best.
What's the context?
I just said, if it's the most valuable.
No, no, no.
It's not the best.
I'm going to use no argument.
No, there's something better than what's the most valuable.
Well, SGX, most valuable player in the NBA.
So what's better than what's the most valuable?
Tell me what's better.
Michael Jordan did not win most valuable player every year.
He was the best player in the league.
That's your opinion.
No, it's no opinion.
Yes, it is.
That's fact.
No, it's not.
Let's ask Chad Jephine.
Let's ask him.
How's it affect?
You did not listen to what I was saying.
He's not listening.
Say it again.
Slow.
I need to say it again.
Say it again slowly.
Say it again slowly.
He's supposed to respond.
No, say it again slowly Slow. Say it again slowly. He's supposed to respond. No, say it again slowly because we're paying attention.
Michael Jordan is the best player in the league.
Ten out of thirteen years he was in the league, his first thirteen years in the league.
He didn't win MVP, ten MVPs or thirteen MVPs, but he was still the best player.
Is that your opinion?
You're smart, Norris.
It's fact.
You're smart. Is that your opinion? You're smart.
Norris, you're smart.
Is that your opinion?
It's a fact.
Let's ask J.B.T.
Hey, how about this?
Treat it like a watch or a house
or something.
Or some unique car.
In real time, it's worth something.
Right? In real time is worth something, right?
In real time.
The value of it goes up over time.
Or down.
Or down.
Right, so a wine, a Rolex, right now, 20,000.
It's not the best watch today.
The value of the watch later on might be worth millions.
So what is KDV?
K value, age, his play, his value is gonna be clearly.
Right now in today's work, today's value.
Kevin Durant.
Today, we're not talking about tomorrow.
We're not talking about next year.
Kevin Durant.
Kevin Durant.
We're talking about the better player today.
Well, speaking of Kevin Durant.
The most valuable watch in the world of the most valuable watch in the world.
You should know that.
The most valuable watch in the world was better than the most valuable watch in the world.
The watch I have on?
All right.
That is a nice catch, K.
So you have on the most valuable watch in the world.
No, no, no.
So do you know what the most valuable watch in the world is?
But the one I like.
I'm asking.
Yes.
I'm asking.
Do you know what the most valuable watch in the world is?
Cool.
The one that holds value to you.
Yes.
What is it?
It is.
Okay.
That's the correct answer.
That's the correct answer.
What's the correct answer?
Post strikes again.
What did you just say?
The one that holds value to you.
The most value to you.
This is something costly.
You're talking about a monetary value.
Yeah.
You're putting monetary on it then.
But it is, okay, whatever that watch.
I just said value.
No, whatever it is, whatever the most expensive watch is,
it is what it is.
So what's your point?
It's considered the best.
Okay, cool.
No, it's not.
No, it's not.
They all tell time.
So they do tell time.
No, you can Google it.
The best watch in the world.
The best watch in the world right now.
What are you talking about?
Rolex.
It's a Rolex, but it ain't the most expensive.
The most expensive.
It's not the most expensive.
The most valuable is the $40 million watch that nobody looks like they'll wear.
So it's value expensive that we're putting a number beside the value?
The problem is you know exactly what we're talking about.
Right. You trying to play like you don't know.
I just want y'all to get into explaining what y'all talking about.
I'm a fan of the surface word.
We were talking about using surface word.
I want you to get into it. I don't believe you. What we're getting into is... I don't fucking believe you. get into it don't believe you what we're getting into is
Convince me today we don't need to today. We say he's better today
I don't agree
Why can't we disagree? We are!
You can't!
You can't keep saying value though!
You can't!
Because y'all can't give me nothing else!
The most value is the best!
No!
When I watch Kevin Durant play, he'll move into the East, he'll be the second best player
in the basketball standpoint.
He can score a lot of points and they'll lose a lot of games.
Speaking of watching Kevin Durant play, it's all subjective man.
If you get a camera, that motherfucker be $100,000 and you can go ask a photographer that has one that costs 45
He'd go to that motherfucker that cost 45 dollars better than my father. So six four five
Yeah, no time about the idea one, but I got we're talking about six four five six four five
We're asking watching KD next
We asked the chat what team is the best fit for Durant?
55% of the chat says the Spurs
28% of the test as the Rockets only 60% say the heat so let's talk about Spurs Rockets
How would you like KD with either of those squad? He's talking about pairing a KD with Wimby. Hi
the best pure skill and talent
Today most valuable impact and importance later
So now I gotta believe AI now.
Whenever you gotta go.
We win.
We go to the next topic bro.
So how do you know?
I don't just talk.
It's me and him. Y'all just cause y'all lost together.
Me and this nigga high five.
Shit.
Let me show you what a win sounds like for him.
I said Kobe Bryant from the first three championship rings was the sidekick
I called him Robin to Batman. It's true. Yeah, you said that's true. Yeah, okay. He disagreed he said
He's
Batman to Superman. No or
1b no the fuck is 1b to 1A? Number two, right? Two, if so.
Who is Batman a Superman?
Batman is just a dude that put on a suit, right?
Superman is what?
A whole alien.
He's a different dude.
He's an alien.
Batman movie still more.
No, no.
He's an alien.
No, what I'm saying, he's an alien.
I'm just saying, Batman movie.
When he puts the cape on, when he puts the cape on, he's still an alien.
He's still Superman. When Batman take his cape, he's a regular n***a, both ways.
Nah, I'm not gonna go that far and call Kobe no regular.
No, what I'm saying is, there's never no f***ing regular.
He was never regular. He was never regular.
That's my play.
No, but it's different though though. What I'm saying is...
Shaq is different though.
What I'm saying is Superman to Batman.
Superman to Batman, Batman to Robin.
No.
What did Shaq call him?
Batman.
Shaq said, hey, it's Superman and Batman.
Shaq is very respectful, especially after he passed.
He was being respectful.
So we're going to ask Shaq.
No, no, no, no.
You know when people die, people kind of get extra sentimental.
So it's tough to even talk about it.
He called him Batman after the third championship.
Now, what is Batman and Superman?
Who is Superman and Batman?
Who is one and who is two?
Superman is over Batman. Everybody knows that.
What?
What's the Justice League? Do you know what the Justice League is?
We're talking about basketball.
Man, I'm about to say, we ain't gonna go there.
In real time, we know that it was Shaq, though.
In real time, we know it was Shaq.
You played Shaq?
Hold on, I ain't playing on the team with both of them.
Against both of them.
During that same time, right?
Yeah.
The time that we speak of.
Who was option one, who was option two?
It's clear.
Oh, shit, what'd he do?
Man, it Was very clear
You was in middle school you was in middle school
He did he left a year later and won it with D-Way. What are you talking about?
So what?
In Laker, you mean?
They was together.
They came in together.
Nick.
Nick.
One got traded and another one got drafted that year.
Are you going to box out?
Are you going to box Nick?
Damn, these men.
He like George.
We got him.
We got shot.
There's no game that we came up with.
And then we traded for no game plan.
You can't do it for Coach.
Hey, Josiah, can we clip it so these two niggas agree?
These two niggas agree that Kobe Beam Bryant
was a sidekick.
To Shaquille O'Neal the first three rounds.
And Shaquille O'Neal has said on multiple occasions,
Kobe Bryant was never a sidekick to me.
He ever see him play the game in the first finals.
Who?
Cole. When did he say that? That first finals, he in the first finals. When did he say? Cold.
When did he say?
That first finals, he just...
Oh man.
When did he say?
When did he say when he was playing?
He said it on podcast.
Then he said when he was playing.
I know what he said.
I know what he said.
He said it.
Yeah, you know that first one.
What did he say?
He was never a fucking sidekick.
No, he was not.
A 19 year old is not a sidekick.
A 20 year old is not a sidekick.
The Shaquille O'Neal who's the MVP.
The whole league was a sidekick to this nigga.
Like I don't know what you talking about, man.
I don't know what you talking about. I don't know what you talking about. I don't know Who's the MVP the only was a psychic to this nigga? Like I don't know what you're talking about man
He said, he's the first person to say, man, it ain't good enough for me to just win three because I'm playing in the shadow of him.
And he know, because he got to practice against me every day.
He know I ain't no motherfucking psychic.
Ask him.
I'm so done.
But nobody asked me to play in fifth.
Two and three.
You can tell when niggas don't like Kobe though.
You can tell when niggas don't like Kobe.
And you can tell when niggas don't like Kobe.
And you can tell when niggas don't like Kobe.
And you can tell when niggas don't like Kobe. And you can tell when niggas don't like Kobe. And you can tell when niggas don't like Kobe. And you can tell when niggas don't like Kobe. And you can tell when niggas don't like Kobe though.
You can tell when niggas don't like Kobe.
It's Kobe B, 24-7-365.
Y'all niggas gonna sweat when y'all see me because it's Kobe all day.
It's never gonna be enough.
It's never gonna be enough.
It's never gonna be enough because he can't fight for himself and I promise you
We wouldn't be having these conversations bro. The conversation was already
Because if somebody talking so crazy about somebody gaming
What's crazy in real time that's what it was
Who bugging you bugging me
Bugging you bugging me
Doubled in triple team never win in the playoffs
Easy baskets that Shaq was getting. Boom, boom, boom.
You're talking about 2002-03 on.
You're talking about the third year
when he was the number one option.
You don't know what I'm talking about.
You don't know what I'm talking about.
Motherfucker, I was there.
I haven't given you context of what I'm talking about.
You're talking about when Shaq.
There's footies. I didn't have to be there.
Hold on, man.
There's footies.
There's footies.
You didn't have to be there.
You can go watch it.
But you can watch it.
But I was there. Regardless of you there, I can play the footies. You don't have to be there. You can go watch it. But you can watch it. But I was there.
Regardless of you there, I can play the footy and say, look.
I was there.
I was there.
That's a double thing.
I can say this.
Y'all are the best team in Kobe.
I can say, look, in this footy, y'all are a double in.
I'm about to pull it up right now.
In the 2000 finals, Kobe Bryant had 15.6 points a game.
Not when Sacramento played him. Not when I a game. Not when Sacramento played him.
Not when I played him.
Not when Portland played him.
I talk, I talk, I talk.
I can't believe y'all going against this and forcing this to be a contest.
You're talking about 2003 or.
You're talking about 2003 or.
I can't believe y'all are forcing this conversation about that.
I'm talking about the 96th since 2002.
He averaged 15 points a game in the first championship.
The first title he averaged 15 again
This weird question first championship was 15 you're saying that he was Batman in the first championship, the
19 year old.
Come on, Shadi, you're smarter than that.
Come on, man.
19, man.
You can read.
You gotta do something.
What does that say?
That says 15 points a game in the final, so you wanna argue that?
Can we bring Swaggy basketball shorts?
Pants or something?
I had, you gotta close.
We not fit to sit there and do this.
I had a full conversation.
Hold on.
We not fit to do this though.
You said something before.
I got shorts on.
You got shorts on?
Let's keep the talking.
We trying to, but you.
I don't even respect that you talking about Shaq ducking on your ass.
You get a bad bitch.
Let's just keep this shit back to Kobe.
Let's keep this thing moving.
Damn, this dude wanted to talk about it.
I was there.
He wanted to look at some footage versus the nigga that was there in real time.
The footage you're going to look for is 2003 moving on.
Listen.
I know what you're going to look about. Listen, the championship game.
No, I said the first three championships.
The first three championships.
When we got swept, we played the latest in the championship.
Four games in a row.
There was no game plan that included us
double teaming Kobe Bryant.
But you couldn't buy it.
I couldn't go to Kobe.
Are you kidding me?
Kobe was young.
Go look at the chat average in the finals against us.
I can call Bos Bobby Wells right now.
Bobby Wells, there was no double on you.
I called Mike Bibby.
There was no double on him yet.
Yo, Nick.
When he turned it, that 2002, 2003.
That's when he, yeah.
When he did what he did against the Spurs and they won a championship, that right there
is what turned him into the new guy.
And that's when the NBA stepped in and said, yeah, we're going to play a zone.
We're going to do a zone.
I refuse to have this much fun.
I'm not going to do that tonight.
No, no, no.
Use it.
Use it.
Nick, that man has a certain 60%.
I want to see the footage.
That's crazy.
I thought you was a man.
You guys want to see the footage of old finals.
Let's talk about current finals.
Rest in peace, bro.
I know who he turned into.
I know when he turned into.
So this is the thing, right?
I'm not delusional.
So this is the thing. So just I'm not delusional. So this is the thing.
So just because we say this man was him,
we're not saying Kobe Bryant was the fucking
Nesbets thing to him, right?
We're not saying that.
Kobe is him.
That's what damn Robin is.
Robin is saying, you helped me when I kneeled.
Still him, but this dude Shaquille O'Neal
was a fucking different animal during that run.
100%. There's no denying that though.
Most dominant ever.
Has anybody ever challenged when he said it?
No.
That's my thing.
So exactly Superman is diminishing Shaq for calling Kobe Batman.
No.
No.
Not at all.
Why he call him Robin?
He got the most dominant player traded.
Because I'm not saying Superman to Robin.
I said Batman to Robin.
Batman to Robin.
They changed his Superman to Batman.
One, two. No matter how you do it.
Alright, well let's keep this moving.
One A, one B.
B!
He's not Robin.
B to Batman!
To Batman
It's to Batman
Ain't no semantics
Ain't no semantics
Ain't no semantics
Robin is a sidekick
Batman and Superman are the main guys
Two guys are main
You niggas got it fucked up
Robin is a sidekick
No Bezos and Elon when they're together.
No, no.
Not when they're together.
No, no.
Not when they're together.
No, no.
No.
No.
No.
No.
No.
No.
No.
No.
No.
No.
No.
No.
No.
No.
No. No. No. No. No. Robin to Batman one can do more shit than one could call the other
Now let's shift over to the current NBA finals going on so Pacers rally back in game three I'll score in the Thunder 32 18 in the fourth quarter to take a 2-1 series lead
How Lee stuff the statue with a near triple double T Iakam had his best game in the final with 21 points.
Ben Matherin, one of the best scoring performances
off the bench in finals history.
Indy improved to 5-0 this postseason in games
following a loss.
So entering game four, Thunder were 17-2 in games
following a loss, 5-0 in the playoffs.
But just 4-4 on the road.
With their season on the line,
SJ put the team on its back with a heroic fourth quarter to even the series let's take a look at the
highlights if we can't please Paulo so Thunder Thunder moved Isaiah Harden
Stein back in the starting lineup for the first time in this series opting to
go back to the double big but it had little impact early on as a pager
raced out to an eight-point lead with Pascal Siakam leading the way with ten points and four steals in the first frame but
Thunder responded Jalen Williams scored 12 points Cruz coming off the bench with
seven points after knocking down his first three shots Indiana shot 55% from
the field 50 from three and 90 from the line only led by one point after the
first 12 minutes of action their first lead after the opening quarter in the
series so TJ McConnell was solid again in the first half all eight of his points
in the first two quarters Thunder rallied back in the series with TJ McConnell solid again in the first half all eight of his points in the first two quarters
Thunder rally back in the second frame with SJ scoring eight points on four six shooting in the period
Thunder led by as much as six late in the quarter
But the Patriots went on a 15 six run to in the quarter to take a three-point lead into the break
But highly getting this
Nice one right there and then in the half off with this and one
They let they said if daddy come back to the games daddy can sit back court side did his ball head
give him away game was back and forth early in the third quarter with the Pacers holding on to a
slim lead but ob top provided the spark off the bench knocking out back-to-back threes to help
indiana open up an eight point lead.
Toppin scored eight of his 17 points in the period Pacers led by as much as ten points in the third quarter.
Their largest lead of the series, but OKC stayed within striking distance,
Trellin by seven,
entering the final frame. Indiana's offense went cold in the fourth quarter. Tyrese Halliburton being the only Pacer to make more than
one shot in the fourth quarter. Tyrese Halliburton being the only pacer to make more than one shot in the final frame.
Howley scored eight of his 14 points in the fourth.
Also had seven assists but five turnovers.
Siakam led the pacer with 20 points along with eight rebounds and five assists.
And five steals, scoreless in the fourth quarter.
And with under, yeah, you see it, J.W.
With under five minutes remaining in the game and the Thunder trailing by two, SGA went
ahead and took over the game, scoring all 15 of his fourth quarter points in the final
five minutes and 15 of the Thunder's last 16 points to end the game, including 11 points
in the final three minutes.
Thunder was just three for 17 from beyond the arc in the game, but Shea hits the most
important three of the game, which we will see in just a moment after how he made it a four-point game she came back
down hit the three they were three at 17 in the game so MVP finished with 35
points on 12 or 24 shooting knocked out all 10 of his free throws going a fray
from the line in the fourth quarter as she didn't have any assists for the first time this season.
Jalen Williams had a 27.7 boards.
J-Dub had consecutive 25 point games for the first time in his playoff career.
Alex Russo became the first player with 20 points and
five steals off the bench in the final since 1974.
Chet Homer in 15 and 14, he was dealing with an ankle injury.
Thunder outscored the pace with 31-17 in the fourth quarter.
Indiana was 5 for 18 from the field, 0 for 8 from 3 in the final frame.
Thunder entered the game on a 12-1 run to even the series, heading back to OKC for game 5.
Fourth double-digit comeback this postseason. First road win in franchise, first road win in the finals of franchise history.
After the game, SGA had this to say about his dominant fourth quarter. I just tried to be aggressive.
Like you said, I knew what it would have looked like if we lost tonight.
And I didn't want to go out not swinging.
I didn't want to go out not doing everything I could do in my power, in my control.
To try to win the game.
The guys deserve that much from me, the coaches deserve that much from me. everything I could do in my power and my control to try to win the game.
The guys deserve that much from me, the coaches staff deserve that much from me.
And I just tried to be aggressive.
But also just let the game come to me, not try to force anything too crazy.
And I guess it paid off.
Like I said, SJ 15 of his 35 points, final five minutes of the fourth quarter.
Yeah, the mannerisms and everything.
So how impressive was SJGS Clutch performance in the
Thunder's game for a win?
Y'all calling him little Kobe, so.
Manorisms speaking.
He sound like a star.
That's a superstar right there.
Is that a superstar?
That's what Lou said the other day.
That's what Lou Will said the other day.
I mean, it's, I mean, you know, he, just like you said, he, you know, you go down 3-1, you know.
It's totally different.
You know, history has its own, you know, numbers on something like that.
So, you know, for some, you know, go out there fighting, you know, to make sure you give yourself
and your team a chance to win was what they went out there and did and you know pulled out the win
So in order watching SGA final five minutes take over the game. It's like a defining moment
You know every like superstar they have those moments in the playoffs or in the finals
And that was that was his one of his defining moments right there like he took over it was a game where it's statistically
They should have lost they made like three threes for the game.
They only had 10 assists as a team.
Yeah, more turnovers and assists.
But he's him.
He just took the ball the last three minutes
and was like, I'm not letting us lose.
And that's a defining moment for him
as he emerges into Superstart.
All right, let's shift over to this side.
Canyon watching that game, seeing SGA dominant in the clutch.
How impressed were you with his performance in the Thunder's game for a win?
Very, like he stated, he knew what it would look like if they lost that game.
And him being who he is for his team, being MVP, his words,
his team deserved that from him, that kind of an effort.
His team deserved that from him, that kind of an effort.
Yeah, no, he just showed that he is one of the best, should right now play an NBA,
as far as MVP votes and stuff like that, man.
He did what he's supposed to, man.
It just, it's,
it's poetry and like emotion,
like it's good basketball, it's not forced, it's very meaningful approach to winning.
So, yeah, no, I'm saying game foreshowed a lot,
because like you said, going down three one, man,
it's uphill battle.
Do you think the best and the most valuable player
in the league right now?
Well, he's showing it right now. I'm saying in those moments.
I'm saying, these moments, yes.
Right now, he's still doing it.
Still in it.
I'm saying, still in it, still doing
what he needs to to put his team in a position
to win the NBA championship.
So I guess the MVP means something to him.
So he's trying to show people.
Sonny, what did SGA show you?
Fourth quarter team on the verge of going down 3-1,
down 10 near the end of the third quarter,
able to bounce back, I think down 7,
and 8 at one point in the fourth quarter.
Put the team on his back to get the win.
Must win, you know?
I think he answered the question of
whether or not he can do it.
You know, put the team on his back
and will them to victory
both sides of the ball.
Think he played solid.
He didn't look tired, which is a plus for him
down the stretch this time.
Think that enough got a better feel of when to sub him in
and give him that time that he needs to finish the games,
especially the way that the paces are pushing him.
That pace is important because if you don't learn from the New York series, you see how
they push Brunson to exhaustion and then down the stretch they couldn't deliver.
So I think that he's taking advantage of that.
They needed that big time win.
Now they go back to OKC, they got a chance.
So shall you talk about that?
The Thunder made an adjustment in game four with Jalen Williams bringing up the ball for the bulk of the game initiating the offense. So did you like
Thunder moving Shay off the ball letting Jaylen Williams handle the rock more to
help preserve some of his energy for later in the game. Once he got to winning time.
It was the biggest thing we talked about. We talked about it with the New York
series. They couldn't find to do that with Brunson. They didn't do it and then you look
at how effective it became once they figured out what they were doing. They were doing the same thing. Get the ball.
I don't understand how any coach can see a team full court press and not have a solution
for it. Boom, boom, boom. Nobody should even take a dribble. I don't understand it, but
here we are. Now you look at Jalen Williams bringing the ball up. He can be aggressive
because his guy doesn't want to pressure like that. He don't have any Smith or any hard guard in him.
So he can actually.
But then he bringing the ball up
and you pressuring him like he shade at the time.
Like he driving right by you, get to the basket.
I'm like, yeah, I'm like, man back up.
So I guess they don't know it's his.
I guess he did it and they asked him about him
handling the ball.
So I guess he used to play the point.
Yeah.
I guess he grew up playing the point. He got that one legger.
Left or right.
He gets you right to it.
Behind the back, same hand, same leg.
It was nice.
Yeah, so he grew up playing the point.
So he didn't play the wing until he got to college.
So now he's comfortable being in that role.
So yeah, now that's what your number two is supposed to be able to do for you, right?
Take some of that pressure off. Take some of something like that when things need to be adjusted.
You got that to lean on.
Yeah, it's a team.
It kind of reminded me when I was on the Special Force show.
I was in that hole.
I could have quit.
But my team dragged me out of it.
It all comes in, in the full circle you know it takes guts man.
When you're back against the wall in the dirt and you got bombs and shit going on.
Backs against the wall in the dirt you had actual bombs? Crawling through this mud.
I didn't want to jump off that plane. Who would have thought I'd jump out of a helicopter and shit?
Not me.
But my team was right there.
Reminds me of Jalen Williams.
I was like,
grabbed me and said, let's go.
And the nigga just threw me off the plane.
It was either shit, dive or fly.
That was bars.
Bars.
Bars.
That's how you feel today. That skirt. That's skirt style.
Cross your legs.
We appreciate that.
Everybody on this side of the couch.
We'll take your workforce.
Hey, yo.
Hey, yo.
Hey, yo.
How did you feel about Thunder moving Shay off the ball and Jaylen Williams bring it up?
It ended up working out.
It was a good one.
It was a good one.
It was a good one.
It was a good one.
It was a good one. It was a good one. It was a good one. It was. Hey yo. Hey yo. Hey yo. Hey yo.
So, Gil, how did you feel about Thunder moving Shea
off the ball letting Jalen Williams bring it up?
It ended up working out, but we're good.
It seemed like they, they,
they was conserving his energy for the end of the game.
I think game three, it looked like he was pushing,
fatiguing at the end.
Indiana did a great job of making sure
that they pressured him.
You know, if you're going to bring the ball up,
you know, you're going to have to go 90-4 both sides.
So it just seems like they adjusted very well.
I mean, Rick Carlisle himself is a better end-game coach, right?
If he had the same amount of talent,
this would be over for OKC,
but because OKC talent is just a lot better,
they're getting away with a lot of things.
You feel like the Thunderstruck
is far and away better than what you think.
I mean, if you look at game by game,
the talent, the OKC is just flat out more talented than them.
Just moments got away from...OKC is playing...
I mean, Pacers is playing a better basketball game,
up and down, they're playing better basketball game.
Just OKC is just naturally just more talented than them.
One is coaching a lot better in game.
But they are just they're just they're just very well
by putting Jaylen at the point given.
Given him some room to relax a little bit offensively
so he can take over the
last five minutes and you can see now he's playing both his bigs to secure
rebounds and throw you know lobs here and there so you know the fact that he's
playing bigger you know at the end is key too. That's how you offset them threes
off his rebounds. They can't run when you get off his rebounds.
It looks better, but I don't think it.
Just because you could dribble and look future,
that don't mean you better.
I don't know.
No, up and down, one through five, roster-wise.
Yeah.
I don't know.
Not a team.
Come on, bro.
Are y'all really looking at the rosters?
Yeah, I'm going to say, if they equal,
then why did one team win 68, another team won'm about to say. Jalen Williams, SGA.
Jalen Williams, SGA.
There was one team that was the fourth seed in the East.
It was 82 games.
For the last two years.
Jalen Williams, SGA.
And they back up bigs better.
OKC's back up bigs are better than...
Obi-Jabba? No big, so better than I'll be chopping more time.
I'll be way more talent.
Bathroom way more town way more talent.
Wow, that's two players.
So half for two years.
Okay, so you've been the top in the East or West or what?
And they've been moving to that because you got a first five.
How the bird is that better than what you mean? How the bird better thaniburton. Is that better than the show? What you mean?
Halliburton's not better than the show.
I'm not saying they're better.
We're not talking about better.
So the first five don't match up.
We're talking about talent.
You saying that OKC's more talented than any other.
Yeah, so you gotta move Mathern and Toppin'
into your top five and move coverage.
We just line up talent.
Memoir this.
We line up talent with SGA, Halliburton.
So SGA wins that.
Right, so.
So next card. Two. Let. So, um, Mountain.
Why do HGA win?
Short, short, short, shooting guard.
Who's the shooting guard?
I don't believe HGA is better like that.
No.
You don't think he's better?
Not if you said like that.
It don't matter if it's like that.
It depends on what you want.
If it's one point or two points.
No, if I, Hanenberg is a better point guard.
He's a better scorer.
One at a time, gang. One at a time.
You got Jalen Williams.
Jalen Williams with the same
bathroom. No, it's not with the bathroom.
It's across the board. It's three nothing.
Okay, then y'all go ahead.
No, me and y'all.
So we line up.
So we line up. So me and him said, so we said SGA, Tariis Hallenberg, SGA.
We went, Chet Miles Turner second.
I said Chet is more talented than Miles Turner.
He farted at first, then he said yes.
Then he's number three, Jalen Williams or Benjamin Mattson.
Siakam?
Siakam? Siakam. And I'm gonna say Siakam. Wash. Okay, you go, I think that's a wash. Jalen Williams or
Okay, you go I think that's a wash
You that on the strength on the strength talent cuz it's the years and ever talent now still
Five you gonna give it all come in jail but you're gonna put the I come over jail alright let's put a no
all the other ones match up with Neem Hart Matt Smith who matching up with them Dory Wiggins and Joe Isaiah Joe's about them three. No love but then you got oh boy
Shepherd is a better shooter than them
I'll line him up with Isaiah Joe any day. I'll pick a shepherd over here. I'm going out because I'm a shoot
Just got a shooter. I see it. I like Isaiah Joe. That's what I'm saying. I'm saying it ain't far off
what I'm saying it ain't far off. It ain't far off.
The big kid that come off the bench
is the shooter number six for OKC.
East and West.
The big kid number six that come off the bench
is the shooter for OKC.
Wallace.
But then we got old boy.
We got old boy.
The guy with the foot.
The one that be hitting with the foot.
We got old boy.
Who's our guy?
No, no, no.
Is it Wiggins?
I'm talking about Williams.
Indiana Big. What's Indiana Big? What's Indiana Big that shoot threes? Thomas Brown can no, no. Indiana Big.
What's Indiana Big that shoots 3s?
Thomas Brown, he shoots 3s.
He messed up with
Hemingharkestown Watch.
What's the starting 5?
What? Thomas Brown and
Harkestown Watch. What you talking about?
What is the deficit of the two starting 5s?
It's OK to top up how much?
Point differential? Yes.
In the first and third quarter, what is this?
It's a massacre.
Cleveland is not playing bro,
you need to relax over there, okay?
Okay?
Alright bro,
you gotta pipe down a little bit.
But again, it was a smart idea for them.
They changed the Cleveland shit.
They're talking about a lot of shit. Pacer starters, for the game. It was a smart idea for me. Thunder Starters somewhere around plus 16 over Pacer Starters.
Around for the game.
No, for that game.
No, I'm talking about the whole thing.
It's like about 40-50.
For the playoffs against them it's about 40-50.
OKC's Ross is more talented than top to bottom.
OKC's Ross is more talented than Indiana.
68 wins.
So who's more told,
Jalen Williams, Pascal, Siakam?
All NBA, all star, defense.
I'm not, I'm just talking about them as players.
But in this series, or just in general.
But just them as players, Peter.
No, not in this series, just them as players, Peter.
Worst case scenario, wash.
Worst case.
I don't mind washing it.
Who's better, who has the most value?
Siakam, Holly, Miles Turner.
They get washed out by the other three.
They getting washed out?
So everybody else on the roster.
So everybody else on the roster.
Do you know they got two R's in the A-P-R-E?
That's the everybody else on the roster.
I was talking to them.
They're the six players. You're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say you're going to say wasn't the only NBA player last year. So you're going to say Jalen's way is better than his? One at a time fellas.
No he didn't.
Damn.
He did play 65 games last year.
Okay.
Who did?
That's why he was mad right?
This year.
No.
So why did he make the All-Star?
I mean the NBA.
Who?
Jalen Brown last year.
He didn't play this year and I don't think he was eligible.
I'm talking about last year.
I'm talking about this year.
Last year he played 65.
Last year.
I'm talking about this year he didn't play 65 or he would have been qualified.
Last year.
Last year. Last't play this year. I'm thinking he was elder. I was talking about last year. Last year he played 65.
Last year you were talking about this year he didn't play 65 or he would have made it.
Let's talk a little about Jalen Williams if we can.
So after being held under 20 points the first two games of the finals,
Williams back to back 25 point games for the first time in his playoff career.
Averaged a 22-6 forces this series so I talked to ESPN Tim McMahon
Said Jalen Williams said he feels like a new age Scottie Pippen with the ways he can impact the game on both sides of the ball
So so question for y'all with SGA and Jalen Williams. Are we looking at a new age new era version of M.J. Scott?
Let's win some chips first before
new era version of M.G. and Scottie. Let's win some chips first before we go.
Let's win.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
They got a result check.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
The 90, before that shit, Scottie Pippen was impacting.
That's where he's at right now.
He feel he's the, before they won a championship,
Scottie Pippen.
If you look at their trajectory at the age.
At the age and that same timeframe?
At the age.
Defense, offense.
Malik conversation to have.
I like the mindset.
I like the mindset.
I'm not saying that they're Scottie and MJ.
No, no, what I'm saying is I like the mindset that he understands who he is and what he's
willing to, he understands his role.
So that means moving forward, there would never be no clash.
He understands who he is to him, just like Scottie Pippen knew who he was to
MJ.
Especially if they go win this championship, it's going to be solidified.
He's saying, I'm the Scottie Pippen to Michael Jordan. He's establishing who he is, what
he wants to be.
For this team.
For this team.
But if SGA leaves and goes and plays baseball for the number two team.
Then he's going to be Scottie Pippen, number one option.
Let's make it system.
All right.
And then they're going to go get Tony Kuko.
I was watching last dance all weekend. Cut this thing off. I was watching last dance all weekend. baseball. He's gonna be study-pipping number one option. He's shown a little bit of immature
basketball play and excellent basketball play and that's you know that's what the series
is. You know he's learning in real time, making mistakes in real time,
adjusting.
First two games, not so well.
These last two games, excellent.
Happens in your finals.
His game ain't stable enough yet where he can do what the
Shea is doing, what the greats have done.
How long did it take Pippen and them to get to the
championship?
They lost to Detroit two times. Pippen had to keep getting better. Once Pippen and them to get to the championship? They lost to Detroit like two times, right?
Pippen had to keep getting better.
Once Pippen was ready though.
Yeah, once Pippen was ready.
Once Pippen was ready, it was over.
It was basically once the number two option defined as the number two option.
Yeah, because he had a migraine the first year.
Once everybody got older.
No, they weren't older.
No one older.
Can't be they got older.
They made it to the finals.
So they won in the starting fourth season.
Yeah. Like once he became a real number two. They like to say he got older,. They made it to the finals. So they won in his Scottie's fourth season. Yeah.
Like once he became a real number two.
They like to say he got older, but they made it to the finals the year before.
Now they ain't got older.
No, it's about the other players.
Like Laker.
So he made it to Scottie's fourth season.
The Pistons swept the Lakers.
I don't know.
So.
Won the chip in Scottie's fourth season.
He was 25 at the time.
Average 18.
Laker made it to the finals in 1976.
76 that year.
Made it all the way to the championship for the first year.
That year they went to. finals in 1976. 1976 that year. Made it all the way to the championship for the first year.
That year they went to the championship.
His fourth season, 1990.
It was basically him who had to turn into what he needed.
Oh 1990.
Magic retired after that, right?
No.
November of 91.
No, I mean, if Magic was healthy, then I mean,
if the Lakers is healthy as a group, right?
Because Byron Scott didn't play many games and-
Magic Mayer may not have been-
And Worthy didn't play many games in that series.
So that, who knows?
That's the argument.
For here and there.
The Lakers series.
91.
91.
Worthy was hurt and Byron Scott was hurt.
They wouldn't go to Williams.
They're average-
They probably wouldn't have won, but-
Double, double.
Fair to compare SGA, Jalen Williams, to a young version of Scotty and Mike, at this
point, just based on trajectory.
We're not saying anything, but just...
We're not saying anything, but a great one-two punch?
Yeah.
Thank you.
Thank you for saying that.
The way they are heading, especially if they win it.
If they win it.
If they win this championship, you can start putting them...
Even if they lose this one, you know putting them they are the name
They lose this one, you know who they are
I mean stephen clay whatever right?
Whatever want to you won't even I wouldn't put him tatum and brown because that's still down I don't know if they know who's who's who but but groups that we know who the one two punches
And it's not apples for apples comparison
But what Scottie brings on the court term the defense and all the other stuff. Jalen Williams seems to mirror that
He ain't Scottie Pippen yet. I'm not saying Scottie Pippen. He does his part.
He does his part.
The man is a really good basketball player is what he is saying and Scottie was a really good basketball player
In order for them to win he's looking at what Scottie did
attributes
skills all of those things
attributes, skills, all of those things. Until all of it to be what we need,
I have to tuck the ego in order for this thing to work now.
So, here we are.
Alright, well let's shift over to the Pacers side and control the game.
Pacers and Six. For 38 minutes before letting this one slip away, can you say Pacers and Six?
Is that just to antagonize Gill who's a currently a hundred?
I said that from the beginning with Bay picks.
But just want to make sure you're still holding firm.
He did, he did.
Still holding firm with your belief?
Yeah, I'm still listening.
Hey, it ain't over.
Hey, I still got a shot at it.
So question for you, what were the Pacers' biggest issues in game four?
What adjustments do they need to make in game five?
Still getting that one now?
What were the Pacers' biggest issues in game four? What adjustments do they need to make in game five? What were the Pacers' biggest issues in game four?
What adjustments do they need to make in game five?
Was headed in the right direction.
They looked like they were-
They just didn't make shots in the fourth quarter at home.
Right, if they make shots, it's a different ballgame.
They went cold from the field.
Couldn't make, and Oakland City just stayed the course.
But.
No, they know they can win there.
It was ugly.
You got one.
No matter how you got it, you got one down one down there so just looking at the film man and trying to Halliburton can't have five
turnovers huh average of four for the series yeah that's too many very
uncharacteristic but that's the testament to okay it's he's deep yeah
they reach for the ball to get the hands on a lot of dumb deflections and things
like that so no man just come down there you can't go and get the hands on a lot of the deflections and things like that. So, no, man, just come down.
No, you can't go get the first five minutes of the game.
You can't let that let it get out of control.
Like, that's the game, in my opinion.
Okay.
You can't go down in the first five minutes and be down 15.
You did say five.
I mean, six. You did say six.
Yeah. So you can't be down 15 in the first five minutes.
That's going to be uphill battle down.
So, Pacers already stole the game. And obviously, now it's the best two out of three first five minutes and that's gonna be an uphill battle down there.
So Pacers already stole the game and obviously now it's the best two out of three series.
Two of those games will be in OKC. Already stole the game in OKC.
Do you feel like they can steal another?
Yeah, I think they go down and win it. Like, not steal it, go down and win a basketball game.
But win a fourth quarter tough basketball game like they've been playing.
So I think they can do it. I just, it's the finals, man. It's adjustments, it's game five.
It's about we all now.
It's about who wants it more.
It's about going out and implementing
whatever game plan the coach has for them.
But it's the best of three now.
Sean, do you agree or disagree with what Kenyan's saying?
I saw you grab the activator.
You look like you were gonna give a spray,
but then you just put it back down.
you grab the activator you look like you're gonna give a spray but then you just put it back down.
Pacers at this point just need to weather the storm I think. At best continue to do what you do.
Depending on hitting them shots, play good defense.
And try not to foul.
I mean, that's the best thing I could see for Indiana.
I'm not rooting for OKC, so I don't want them to go out there
and do anything crazy to go over the top.
But I do want to see good basketball,
so that's a very important thing. So, Indiana just need to deliver. That but I do want to see good basketball, so that's a very important thing.
So Indiana just need to deliver.
That's what I want to see.
I just want to see good execution, good defense,
no fouls, running back on defense,
rotations, crackdowns, good basketball.
All right, now let's shift over to this side, Norris.
I think OKC is going to win tonight and going to win the championship in six.
When you look at the controllable things that you can control and the things that make Indiana good,
OKC can kind of neutralize that by how they play. Offensive rebounding is a strength for OKC that
stops you from playing at the pace that they want to play at. Drawing fouls, OKC is great at that.
That stops Indiana from playing at that pace.
And I think they just have the better player when they come down to it, and SGA.
Like the number to think about is 110.
Whenever the Pacers don't score 110, they lose automatic.
And I think that OKC can do that at home.
They can hold them under 110 and get a dub.
And then carry that momentum either back to Indiana
for game six or it doesn't end up going back
to OKC for game seven.
So, guys, I see you currently wearing Oklahoma City jersey.
Yeah.
Stephalosha for those who can't.
There's no number on the front.
Stephalosha.
Nobody going to remember that number two no more.
Number two.
Oh, SGA now.
Number two to two.
Do you feel like the Pacers let the series slip away with that game for a loss?
Had a chance to go up 3-1, 10 point lead, largest lead of the series.
I don't look at it like that.
I mean, you know, you can say OK, see, let game one get away from them.
Right?
So, you know, what we have right now is two-two.
Right, now, if you're Indiana,
the concerning thing is always,
you're starting five is getting your ass whooped.
That's a fact, that's just pure numbers, right?
Your bench is saving you.
So for you to even have a chance,
you have to make sure you're starting five,
the people who are starting this game
is competing at a level that Obie Toppin
and all these guys are not coming in
playing hero basketball for you.
Like you're getting down,
you're usually on the verge of getting blown out.
Like you're needing hero plays by your bench squad
to keep the game close to bringing the game back.
Like there's always this 10, 11, 12, getting ready,
two shots, game over,
and then you got TJ making three, four steals.
This is like, you got seven for nine.
Like you, your bench is saving you in this series. For the first time you won first quarter and second
quarter last game end up losing the fourth but for the most part first three
quarters are getting your ass whooping you got to play hero basketball in the
fourth but that's your bench starting the fourth for you so second and fourth
is your bench and they're keeping you guys in the game. So, you know, if I'm Rick,
I'm paying attention to the first quarter.
That's important for me.
Are you starting your best five?
Are you starting Ben and Obie?
No.
Which makes you a good team.
Turn 10 is gonna be a short leash.
Short leash.
The fact that we got a good.
Short leash.
I can't. Man, get him out of there. Check think that you got a good bench. Short leash. I can't. Short leash.
I can't.
Get him out of there.
Check taking one time to the hole.
Get him out.
Get him out.
Yeah, I'm not.
I don't want to mess it up because we are 2-2.
Yeah.
And these three have been playing very well in how they're coming in.
I don't want to start them, throw it off because Ben has only been because the other people
are not in the game.
I got you.
I do.
I do.
I do. I do. I. I got you. I do. You know what I mean? Just think about adjustments. Just think about certain things.
But if we change anything we've changed,
we're not going to be in place to come back
the way we've come back.
Yeah.
The reason we got our team set up this way all year
is to have a benchmark comeback.
If we get it out of hand, we down 15.
We down 15.
So you're playing them.
That's what they're there for.
Nah, I don't want to be there.
They're going to run out now.
I know.
They're going to run out.
Is that what y'all are using?
You're progressing their excuses instead of just crediting the fact that they're doing what they're supposed to do. No, I on the big stage. Eventually they'll run out now. Eventually they'll run out. Is that what y'all are using? You're progressing the excuses instead of just credit
on the fact that they're doing what they're supposed to do.
No, I'm just saying, you don't want to be down
and have to come back in time.
That's not the plan.
If we are, guess what we know we got?
Yeah, but that's not the plan.
Aw, man.
You're going to the plan, going to beat down on 15.
It ain't got to be the plan.
It's the solution.
Fuck the plan.
We ready for this if this happen. No, not yet. When it plan, it's the solution. Fuck the plan, we ready for this if this happen.
No, not yet.
When it happens, it's happening.
My bench is ready to get us back in the game.
That's what we here for as corner boys.
When we the corner boys in the coach looking at us and saying,
Nick, Nick, it's your time.
And you like, oh, it's my time.
Y'all think, yeah, let's say, bitch, ma, assemble.
You know I know about that.
I said, what's up?
What you mean?
We ain't trying to be down no every time
It ain't got nothing to do it. You know, we don't control with them first niggas do that's the fact
So when we come in we ain't worried about what we trying to do. It's our time. Fuck that shit. Hey, sorry
We're about to bring us back, but you like me on the back when I come over here when I
Increase the lead instead of having to that's cool
the lead instead of having to. That's cool. That's the plan. That's the plan. That's the plan.
But listen, this is basketball. Shit happens on the floor. They made a run. We come in. Nick, you know what it is. Up one. Let's go, baby. Let's bring it up. Let's bring it up. Nick,
you know what we got to do? Bring the energy. Let's go. Can I? So let's not sell the people
what it's not. Let's tell them what it is
Bullshit, how about that? I'm selling this hope shit
You're saying you're trying to win a championship but it has and
You're in you've only won two first quarters out of the whole series and that's what you're saying championship basketball
You're saying you would rather be down 15 so y'all can do your job or I'd rather you be tied
So then when y'all come in y'all up 15
We put him in place to win
11-day game winners
What made the Lakers bench great what made Golden State now
We go into some when Golden State was up five or ten
The bench came in to push it up to 20 so stephen have to come in the game now
What it looks like if stephen are losing every first and third quarter
How do you supposed to win a championship?
This is your old We're talking about a solution.
We're talking about a solution. You're talking about keeping it the same.
But that's the solution though. That's not a solution.
That's what it is right now. What would you change?
That's what he asked. I just posed the question.
I said, what do you change? What would you change?
I would change. Your whole starting line-up?
No. I said I would change my story to line up getting off to a better fucking start
That's what my solution was get to a better start because we're getting our ass
So what are you gonna change your lineup to to get to a better start change my line? I change his lineup. Oh
Who said change lineup? He's not changing his line. So what? I didn't say change my lineup.
So what are we doing?
Quicker.
I said the team need to play better.
Play better in the first, I will focus on the first quarter.
Hey you guys, let's make smarter decision.
Let's play better.
That's the emphasis on the board.
Point of emphasis on the board.
Let's not be down 12.
But if you are.
If you are, you got to be.
Just because they say it on the board, are if you are you got a good way just cuz it's saying on the board
But we come back in here
We need to change some shit. That's basketball, bro.
Our bitch mob came in, delivered us where we supposed to come
when our main guys was missing.
Our main guys missing.
They having a bad night.
Man, our bitch McConnell.
All these guys come in and they OP topping.
Give us energy.
Play good.
Can I ask you a question?
The question is, what would you change for Indiana?
Just say nothing. Because that's what you're saying. Just say nothing. I said it. OK, what would you change for Indiana? Just say nothing.
Because that's what you're saying.
Just say nothing.
I said it.
OK, what did you say?
I said nothing a long time ago.
OK, all right.
OK.
Well, I'm asking the question, what would you change, though?
That's what I just fucking said!
And you two been talking the same shit!
He's asking you!
Y'all been taking up more than one
of the emphasis on the team to play better.
I said, my team, I would tell my team to focus on the first quarter
Because right now we're at a deficit where my bench has to bring in the energy if
I can least keep the game tied my bench can push it up 1015 which forces
Okc to play a different game. That means you probably can't sub out Shae you can't do this
like I need to focus on the first quarter because out of four games, they've been whooping
our ass in the first and the second.
That's the fact.
You don't think they've been trying?
That's what I would focus... You asking me what I would focus on? That's what I'm saying
I would focus on.
I didn't hear you.
I was...
I didn't say train nobody, I didn't say subbing nobody.
That's what I thought you were saying, sub.
No.
I'm saying if Miles Turner... Y'all just be making up shit. I hear you. I was I didn't say train nobody
If mouse Turner y'all just be making a subbing him out quicker, that's what you say what if mouse turn it on got it going
So my quicker will be over quickly. That's what I'm saying
Cuz I think as we get in the later games all that playing the bench half and half
These star players about to be 40 42 minutes something like shit.
Then why would you ask me to what would I change?
Yeah, but just dumbest shit ever.
Y'all this is yeah, I even if it's to to though you can
still make adjustments.
Don't question.
Yeah, you just lost the previous name.
Don't lose the next one.
You can make adjustments.
But they're saying what would you change? Just lost the previous
Play harder
Yeah, I'm trying to figure out
So we asked the chat who we
Taken over the arena. The honor of pointer boys, the honor of Waglej and Muhammad.
Like you know when they said, what would you do if you OKC?
What would you do different?
And then we would get the ball out of SGA and so he don't get pressured
and put it in somebody else's hand.
That's a solution for this problem.
And they did it and they won.
So then you ask, what would you do the
different solution is just saying play order try not to be I will focus on
the solution is that I have to be down that's what we say here that's all you
hearing I can't hear he heard he heard about new players he don't know what the
fuck y'all one
Who will win the NBA finals
55% of the chat right now is rolling with the Thunder series tied to two game five tonight smart. So let's talk about 15
So talk about one of the biggest stories from game four wasn't the actual the court about 15
So one of the biggest doors from game four wasn't the action on the court but action that was going on in the stands during the game. Steven A Smith was in the building covering the files for ESPN but got caught
slipping when a fan appeared to spot him playing a game of solitaire. So let's
take a look at the photo. Twitter user by the name of BleedBlue1986 posted
this photo of Steven A Smith with the solitaire screen open on his phone said
how can you have all these opinions while you're playing solitaire instead
of watching the game?
Steven,
they say crazy.
So naturally photo went viral.
Uh,
Kevin Durant posted it on his IG story.
Just the photo.
Just the photo.
Steven,
they had this response,
uh,
to the photo of him getting playing sides.
I said, yep,
that's me.
Who would have thought I can multitask,
especially during timeouts, all caps.
I hope you are enjoying the NBA finals.
This is going seven games now, peeps.
All right.
But it appears that Stephen A might have been capping
because we have video footage of the situation.
Oh!
Are you watching this? Are you getting some face or something? situation. Oh! He's watching, he ain't swiping.
He's watching some things or something.
I'm just curious.
Nah, he watching, he ain't swiping.
It ain't like he was making no moves on the solitary.
That's fair.
So, no issue with that?
No.
Okay, just making sure.
This is crazy.
This is crazy, bro. You can't. This is crazy, brother. This is amazing.
Damn, man.
You can't do nothing no more, boy.
I'm listening to you watching.
Now you got as many opinions as him.
Oh man, let's see.
Let's see what he got from what?
Giannis under a chair.
Giannis shit.
Yeah, I'm just saying.
Yeah, this move, yeah.
He giving him this unrelenting press.
Whether he playing solitary or not.
Yeah, with that man. he doing what he doing.
No issue.
We still got playing solitary during the NBA finals game is
covering.
Hey brother.
It's the NBA finals of the two teams that obviously small
American America ain't really been paying attention to and
the numbers have shown it if the man want to play solitary
dice or if he want to play on his phone instead of watching the shit that's going on out there who blames him
Three million people that's doing other shit than watching the game from what the numbers say
She we done with it. Hey, we're doing playback. We're talking about everything but the game
Shit like let's stop pretended that we're not all doing the same thing for the majority of the time.
It looked like a time out there the way they was playing.
What the fuck is that, man?
Shit, what's that score?
Yeah, it's time now.
Who's in?
Shay's out, Holly's out.
Yeah, this is it.
I gotta get a screen cover.
You gotta have a screen cover.
For sure, bruh. Who the fuck you painting on? Yeah, this is it. I gotta get a screen cover. You gotta have a screen cover.
Who the fuck you painting with?
You're just seeing big ass on my screen.
You're watching that.
That was Ninja Turtles.
Y'all not doing that shit on Lamar Oda when he watch it.
You got to bro.
You gotta have that.
You gotta have that.
We can almost, I tell you, we do what we can.
And it's just like when your kid gets up out the game, bro. I know. Bro, you gotta have that. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. That ain't Cabell. That's why you gotta have that.
We can almost.
I tell you, we do it almost.
And this is like when your kid gets hooked out the game, man.
Just like, all right.
All right.
What's going on?
What's going on, line?
Right.
This is the same thing when Shane and Holly is out the game, man.
Nobody's paying attention.
Let's just be honest.
All right.
Not a big deal.
Let's keep it moving. Now let All right. Not a big deal.
Let's keep it moving.
Now let's move on to Moseley fans.
Oh, we did.
Hey, man, wait.
First of all, can you go back?
Can you go back to that game?
No, no, no, no.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
I want to go back.
I just need to see something.
Yeah, I need to see the game,
and I need you to pause it on where he's at.
You want the Stephen A clip or the Stephen A solitaire clip?
Alright, right there.
Go back a little bit.
Right there.
No, no, no.
Right there.
All the action?
It's an open layup. Okay so is that where the media
usually sits? I'm unaware of the NBA final seating arrangement at game
Bridgefield house. Indiana. Will not be leaving this couch. So can you please
media has court side seats a lot of times but during the finals with the TV
setup they'll have a specific suite where the ESPN setup is.
I haven't been in there myself.
Oh look at your ball.
All right.
So, okay.
So it's fan view.
It's a suite fans reasonable section.
I was so I mean like so from that from the suite.
Do you get like extra Intel on like play column or something?
No, just what you see is what you wouldn't get that since you're not on the court
So right so the suite next to you is gets the same
visual as you I
Would have to say yes
Okay, just wondering thank you girl Okay.
Okay. All right.
Just wondering.
Thank you, Gil.
Now it's time for mostly fans.
Presenting our friends at Underdoc.
Download the Underdoc.
I do a promo code.

You're watching the game, either.
Right.
That's the point.
That is an astute assessment, Gilbert.
Yeah, they wasn't watching the game either.
You can't drink that poison though, brother.
Get your poison out of your body.
Stop drinking that poison, man.
Sharif, get off the toilet.
It's going through your pores.
And you get like me.
Man, all this brother knowledge shit.
So our first question, email question, from a person by the name of Countryman,
not an underdog user, has not downloaded the AppUse promo code, go to get a thousand dollars in bonus cash plus special pickin'.
And now you're not getting fifty dollars for asking this question.
Would you consider D-Rose a superstar throughout his playing career or only during his MVP run?
Who?
Derrick Rose.
He was a superstar from high school.
Middle school.
He was a superstar.
He was ranked number one every year.
Even after he got hurt, he's still a superstar.
His shoes was top selling Adidas.
He was a fan favorite.
His jersey was always top five, top 10, always.
Even when he was hurt, he's superstar.
His play might have declined a little bit.
Opened up a rose.
But his star never left.
Should we decide on the couch you consider D-Rose?
I missed the D-Rose wave, so.
Yeah. You're retired? I don't think nobody just heard.
We all went in.
You went locked in on the damn.
Just didn't, I'm sorry, I was there, I just didn't,
I missed it, bro.
Like I'm, maybe I'm.
It's hard to say.
I missed it.
Superstar. Superstar?
More like sad.
No, superstar, it has nothing to do with,
like it's basketball, but when you're done playing basketball,
You can still be a superstar.
You're a superstar.
Like when he goes somewhere,
Yes.
He opens up a store that the world knows he's opening up a store.
It's been going weird though.
In Chicago, yeah.
But I don't think people, it'll be alright. I don't know what open up a store. It's going to be weird though, in Chicago, yeah. But I don't think people will...
It'll be alright. I don't know what to talk about.
No, I get what you're saying.
He opened a road store in Chicago, like,
of course people gonna go.
It's just like certain
places where people are like...
When he go to Asia and Europe too,
he do, anything he do.
Jersey, China.
We all can do that in China.
We can't all do that in China.
Give him his roses, man.
Just give him his roses.
That's what I was saying.
Just give him his roses.
Yeah, definitely give him his roses.
I'm just saying, you don't drop.
Some can.
How many who's?
I'm trying to figure out.
Maybe I'm a hater, but I missed it.
Countryman's question?
Yeah, I missed it.
I really didn't.
Like a superstar.
Yeah, I missed it.
I really didn't.
Like a superstar.
Yeah, I missed it.
I missed it. I missed it. I missed'm a hater, but I missed it. Countryman's question. Yeah, I missed it. I really didn't.
Like a superstar name that. Because what year did he win the championship? I mean MVP again?
That was my last year in Denver. Oh yeah, I was fucking checked out.
Yeah, but I mean his superstar. I solid. I mean, that's what I said, eighth grade, number one.
Oh, yeah, no, I was all the way checked out.
Oh, and that 10-11 season in Denver?
Yeah, just straight in the middle.
Oh, yeah.
Mayo was number one.
But eighth grade, he was number one, yeah.
Yes.
Checked out, he's not worried about anything else going.
The season was fucked up from the beginning.
The talk of the town, Trace was going on all season.
He's older than us, Mayo.
Yeah.
But he was number one on all three.
Oh yeah, I was checked out.
So you know what, D-Roy, I don't know, no hate, no disrespect, brother, but I wasn't,
I was in uniform and on team, but I wasn't there.
It's okay to unplug sometimes, kid.
I was all melt through hell.
This is a weird question. Yeah. This is a weird question.
Yeah, it is a weird question.
I think it is.
I think I have questions.
His game though, after he got hurt, didn't warn like Superstar, but he was already a
Superstar though.
Like the damage was done.
His jersey sales was like top of the line.
His Adidas shoe brand was top of the line.
Like when it came to fans.
Lifetime.
Talking about fans.
You can like his shoe or not, but I've seen it.
Every away game he went to, it was rolls, jerseys, everywhere.
That's Superstar.
Hurt, not hurt.
He shows up.
Going to Europe.
That's what the fans are coming for.
I just missed it, but yeah, cool.
Next question, email question from underdog user Amoney00.
Who would win in a one verse
one Orlando T Mac or okay see Paul George
from the fan sir I did not write this question Oh shit. I beat that in one on one. You said Magic's Orlando T-Mac? Oh my God. There ain't many people that's beaten Orlando T-Mac in one on one.
Okay.
It ain't too many people that's walking the Earth
that's beaten that T-Mac.
They aren't, that statement is true,
but that other man does play a little bit of defense.
I ain't saying it's gonna matter, but he does play a little bit.
P.J.
Yeah man, make him think that ain't gonna matter.
I gotta say it.
I gotta say it, right?
I gotta say it, right? I've already conquered that. Yeah, man. Make him take him. That ain't gonna matter. I got to say it.
I got to say it, right?
I've already conquered that.
T-Mac ain't gonna have no problems with that.
Ain't no problem with that.
I ain't no problem.
He ain't gonna have no problem.
There ain't gonna be no problem.
We bring out the shit I know he got.
He ain't gonna be a goddamn problem in hell.
Yeah, that was my welcome to the NBA Mac is like that
before he heard his back bad back Mac is some of called him see see nobody said back, Mac, not today. Not today. Not today. Gotta go with the weird.
Before you heard it, but we asked the chat who is a one-on-one
Orlando TMAC.
Okay, see Paul George 89% 88 89% of the chest says Orlando
TMAC numbers.
What's right another easy one.
Last but not least.
We got a email question underdog user G1234.
What's up with media today thinking they're bigger than the sport?
He wants to know what's up with media today thinking they're bigger than the sport?
We do not think we're bigger than the sport here at Gils Arena presented by underdog.
Might be other media they're referring to.
Bigger than the sport?
Don't make nobody mad now.
Is that like about the bigger than the sports?
In real time I said that.
Chat GBT.
I ain't never gonna listen to AI over coffee.
This question from G, underdog user G1234,
said, what's up with media today thinking that they're
bigger than the sport?
Nah, they don't think that.
Yes, they do.
Shit.
They're bigger than the sport?
They don't even have a job if they ain't for the sport.
They can't think that.
Well, shit.
It seems like it sometimes.
I just think the social media, if you get followers,
they're not bigger than the sport.
What sport are they speaking of?
I would imagine the sport of basketball.
Well, because if you have a dad.
You can't be bigger than the sport of basketball.
Right.
You can think you are though.
Know what I'm saying is.
Now you're talking about Tom Michael Jordan
doing fucking CBS games.
Yeah, he can think he's bigger than fucking basketball.
Tom Brady doing fucking,
he can think he's bigger than football, absolutely.
But not too many people can say that.
You can't be bigger than a sport
that if you jump into the sport
and you talk about that sport, you become big.
Right, that's what I'm saying.
Right, like, I mean, we got the hockey dude that,
the big hat. P.K. Suba. He's been viral two times and the two times he
went viral he's talking about basketball. I don't know what other sports he talk
about. I don't know. I imagine hockey might be one be one of but he's been viral two times for most of those guys are famous
Cuz and they get their name from
basketball
and talking basketball
There's this weird thing with when you talk about football and basketball that football is bigger
The sport of football is bigger,
not the players themselves.
Very different thing.
Basketball players.
So if you wanna make it famous for football,
you have to talk about football as a whole.
You can just talk about one player in the NBA
and become famous because of that player,
because that player is big. And we've seen it through media. You either talk about LeBlanc, because that player is big.
And we've seen it through media.
You either talk about LeBlanc, you're going to be big.
You talk about KD, you're going to be big.
You're going to have to talk about the organization.
Yeah, you're going to have to talk about the organization.
You're going to have to attack the whole cowboy nation
for you to get traction.
And that's just...
Yeah.
They can't be bigger than the sport.
It just can't be.
No, they can't, but I mean, they're getting their name from it.
You can't be bigger.
You get your name from it.
Not only Michael.
No, not even, yeah.
Probably Mike would never say that he's bigger than the sport.
No, no, he wouldn't say that.
He wouldn't say that.
Because he loved the sport.
Probably me.
People don't understand, like, Mike loves the sport. He wouldn't say that. Because he loved the sport. People don't understand
like Mike loves
the sport. Yes. And these young dudes
like he don't really hate the sport.
Man, eyes feel different.
He do billionaire stuff though. I mean he chillin.
He don't gotta be everyday no more.
He shouldn't be that straight out. Eyes.
You can see it in the eyes.
Your eyes? You can see it in the eye. What's up? Your eyes?
You can see it in the eye.
That ain't for sure.
That's 36 holes of golf with Cognac and
cigars in your system.
There's a little something in his eye.
On that note, when he tell you
look at me, you got to tell me that's the black cat.
You know the black cat?
The black cat got yellow ass right there.
Don't cross the black cat, he has it it. She built cross the black cat. Yeah, I said trouble
Don't know how we got here. You know, but we are you know the black cat but appreciate everybody
No, I'm checking out the shoulder. They appreciate everybody on this couch or is great to have you back in the arena
You don't know that well, I can't know they say when you cross the black cat is bad
Look, the world is that's his that's his nickname black cat. So if you cross him is bad
