I'm Jack Quist-Peace Thomas, and on this season of the Black Lit podcast, we're outside asking why.
Starting point is 00:01:11 They don't want a whole bunch of little Ella Bakers, Michael Rexes and Martin with the Kings running around. And when you look at a lot of different cultures, they're like, we need to know where you came from. And considering this is Black Reading Month, the only real question is, what are you reading next? Listen to Black Lit from the Black Effect Podcast Network,
Starting point is 00:01:27 We're on our iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcast. I'm Fox Sports Reporter Jenny Taft. And I'm former U.S. Women's National Soccer team player, Carly Lloyd. And on our new podcast, whatever it takes, nothing is off limits. I played with players that didn't truly love the game. I found the love with the ball at my foot. I don't care what I'm being asked to do at Fox. I'm going to go get some reps and love it and embrace it.

Listen to Hurtle with Emily Abadi on the IHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. All right, well, you guys talked about Joker. So let's keep this thing moving. We've got some Yonkish conversations to have. So NBA may be the best and highest paying league in the world, but with the 82 game season, there are constant complaints about how trash the regular season is. Look at his time.
Starting point is 00:02:54 Look at this. Look at this. He went to the final. Defense. Defense. Defense. Defense. Defense.
Starting point is 00:03:01 Let me see. Defense. Defense. What was the defense? He got. Atombo on the Lord. A.I is 31. Eric Snow 9.
Starting point is 00:03:10 George Lynch 8. Tyrone Hill 9. Kinebe. All right. Defense. All right. All right. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:20 All right. Come on. Come on. That same team he had beat Milwaukee that. Milwaukee that beat team back in the first round, right? All right, now I'll be good. I just got mine off
Starting point is 00:03:31 too. I let you get yours off. Let's talk about Joker. There's been some gig out, ladies gentlemen. 2001, defensive player of the year, Matumbo. Defensive player of the year. You see the accolade there? Defensive player of the year, Matumbo, an All-Star,
Starting point is 00:03:47 a second-team all-N-B-A player. That's the team was designed defensively as a Juggernaut team. Okay, I handled all this. Orlando wasn't, it was... How did you even get that many points? You got somewhere that was eight, nine, eight.
Starting point is 00:04:05 That's why everybody is so high on that he took offensively, but defensively they were, they was nice. Like when people talk about Chicago Bulls and said it wasn't like this super, super team, defensively, it was probably one of the best teams that's ever created top to bottom. Like, Jordan wasn't even, we know him as a stop two,
Starting point is 00:04:24 two defensive player like crazy. When Dennis Rodman got to the team defensively, he was God on that team to make Jordan a regular person. And then Scott. And how does that happen?
Starting point is 00:04:40 Right? Like you're talking like how people look at Golden State where Steph, Clay, and then someone comes above Steph, make Steph two defensively that's what that was. You had Dennis Rodman come to make Jordan's second option to make Pimp and third option to people don't even talk about Ron Harper as a defender.
Starting point is 00:04:58 And he was a lockdown guy. Defensively, you're talking about nobody's school. They had a good team. Oh, they had a good team. No one calculated. Eric Snow and. Defensive. They had a good defensive team.
Starting point is 00:05:12 Defensive team. Hell yeah, they was locking up. The fuck? Let's keep this thing moving. But before we do, appreciate everybody. Tune Hill better. the chat right now. Do me a favor.
Starting point is 00:05:24 Go ahead and hit that like button. Show your support and love for the show. Let's get these numbers up. God bless y'all. Season's almost around the corner. NBA preseason starts this weekend. It's about to get real here in the arena. It sounds like a group.

Hey, everybody, it's me, W. Comaubel. This season of my podcast who's with me, I speak with two-time Emmy winner and weirdly one of my best friends, Kevin Avery. Everything up to that point, Bill G. was a comic.
Starting point is 00:08:29 Us going on the road, doing Battle Mountain and Ely. Yeah, you took me, you were one of the first people who took me on the road, which is funny because at the time I was like, I don't know if I like this guy. With rapper, actor, David Diggs. The jump off for me was Hamilton, and it was the most popular thing in a very long time. But it was still, for me, it was me and my friends making something dumb. Bruce Lee's daughter and Brandon Lee's sister,
Starting point is 00:08:54 Shannon Lee. Back to your initial point of stewarding my father's legacy and giving my energy to that. You're lending your life to stewarding somebody else's life. Listen to Who's With Me with with W. Come out Bell on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. You broke me. You do not deserve happiness. I'm Andrea Gunning. On this season of betrayal, we meet Carl Bryant.
Starting point is 00:09:22 Carl thought he was living a normal drama-free life until the messages started. You will have hell to pay. For nine months, someone infiltrated every aspect of Carl's life threatening to ruin him. Cyberstalking, swatting, extortion, impersonation. And then the text threats escalated. Someone's not going to make it out of this alive. Yes, department. is playing out in real life, not just on the phone.
Starting point is 00:09:56 Every piece of evidence pointed to one man. But every piece of evidence was a lie. He was not going to stop unless we stopped him. Listen to Betrayal Season 6 on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. NBA may be the best, highest-paying league in the world, but within 82 game season, there are constant complaints about how trashed the regular season ends with the league trying to raise the stakes to make games more meaningful with things like the NBA Cup to create an atmosphere similar to European soccer and basketball
Starting point is 00:10:30 games. Three-time MVP Nikola Yokic spent his offseason in Serbia training and playing with the national team. During Nuggets Media Day, he was asked about his experiences playing back in his homeland and if that has helped him grow as a player and had this response. I mean, definitely, you know, the thing in Europe and the thing in a for national team, the most important thing is to win the game. I know it sounds stupid, but you know, in this league, you can see certain players, certain people, like it needs to get their shots, needs to get their points, whatever, stats.
Starting point is 00:11:09 But I think in the national team and in Europe, the most important thing is to win the game. And I wish everybody, every player in NBA should go play. like a six months in Europe just to see how pressure used to play. You play Wednesday against Olympiacos in Greece, and then you're playing at home against Red Star or partisan. And if you have a three loss in a row, it's a big deal over there. It's like people are taking it serious, taking it like a lot of pride.
Starting point is 00:11:46 So I really wish that NBA League can play six months. as Europe. Joker saying he wished NBA players could spend six months in Europe, basically calling you guys selfish assholes that only care about your stats over there. It's about winning. Same Joker who averaged back-to-back triple doubles, first center to lead the league and rebounds and assists in a season. But let's always, you like context.
Starting point is 00:12:11 So let's provide a little context. For context, EuroLeague features 20 teams playing a 38-game regular season schedule in conjunction with their domestic league. So they're playing both at the same time. up to eight more playoff games, which includes a playing game for the 7 through 10 seeds, a best of five series for the eight teams that make the playoffs, then one semifinal game and one championship game if you're fortunate enough to get all the way to that championship game. So Swaggy, we'll start with you.
Starting point is 00:12:38 Obviously, a fan of Europeans, near and far. What's your reaction to Yolka saying he wishes every NBA player would spend six months playing in Europe? Oh, man, they're getting bold, man. Starting to show their colors. I think, you know, after you get punk like that, how they did in the playoffs, you feel a certain way. So you get mad at your teammates, you fight blaming them for certain things, think they didn't play hard last year during that time. But it's disrespectful, let's say something like that, to come out. All the support, all the MVP's, Dana and gave you, Wheeling gave you.
Starting point is 00:13:20 all the height and you just don't want it in their faces all these media people how they just praise Joker saying he's right better than Shacks and all this
Starting point is 00:13:34 and he don't really care about the States and he wish we could go over there and play so hey man they're showing y'all they just showing y'all they're showing us the true colors I'm a joker I'm a smoker
Starting point is 00:13:49 I'm a Midnight Tonkers way Yeah. That's all Jamie Daniels for. Jamie Daniels did call them all by name, say they were trash defenders, proceeded to drop 32 on them in a series clinching, playoff win without Ant Man, Dante DiRitino. I have assumed that's neither hearing or there. We'll talk about that in the moment.
Starting point is 00:14:07 But, but let's shift over this side. You hear Yolke's three-time MVP. Like I said, spent the summer Serbia training, playing with the national team. Mm-hmm. I think Feeble World Cup qualifiers. But when you hear him say that he wishes every NBA player would spend six months in Europe just to see what that atmosphere like, see how much the game, I think, means more to them out there.
Starting point is 00:14:25 How much wins and losses mean more? What is your reaction to that? So what I think I'm hearing is basically, you know, their culture around the game of basketball as far as the fandom, the appreciation of the sport, you know, shit like that. And I've had the experience to see overseas basketball, and I can agree.
Starting point is 00:14:46 It's a huge love for it. It's a huge passion for it. everything he's saying, but as far as how this game goes where we at right now is the standard for basketball. We made this shit cool. Until that gold medal goes to another country
Starting point is 00:15:06 consecutively, there we go. I'm not talking about, oh, we got it this year, oh, we got it 10 years, like, I'm talking about the way we dominate every single year. Until it gets to a point like that in another country, I don't want to hear no more, like, Like, it ain't no fucking comparison. We're the standard of this sport.
Starting point is 00:15:25 Simple as that. So that's all I really got to say. It's not even a conversation. Hey, we can have a few guys from overseas that are, you know, playing really, really well in our league. I get it. You know, every year they got the top five guys is some guy from Europe or whatever. That's five guys. This is a league of more than five guys.
Starting point is 00:15:48 Also, when it comes to their selected country. We're talking about an individual from... Yeah. We're talking one individual from their country. Just one. We just had a whole conversation about one guy ain't winning you shit. So like I said, when we lace them bitches up,
Starting point is 00:16:04 World Cup, Olympics, that's your time to show us that you're the standard in basketball. The results have been, the goal comes home to us. Until those results change, this is some bullshit. Simple as that. But I do agree with him as far as,
Starting point is 00:16:20 the love and passion that they show for the game overseas. That part, he's 100% right on. And it is an experience to see. We're talking about motherfuckers shooting fireworks, flares. It's a crazy scene. It's way different than how we do it in the stage. But it's only a certain amount of games, too, though. But you got Euro League, you got Domestic League.
Starting point is 00:16:41 I think you have Cups. But I'm only speaking on the experience of the game. I'm not talking about the level of competition. I'm just saying it's an experience to see. It ain't no different than when we go watch soccer overseas. Like, it's just an experience to see. But that ain't got shit to do with the level of play. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:00 So, yeah. Gil, go ahead. I thought you were going to switch into your yokees jersey. Did not. Like, I didn't, he used us. We need to go over there for six months. I'm thinking he's talking about the fans. That's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:17:16 I think he's talking about the fans. Like New York, New York. What New York did, that's the level that he's used to a fan. For sure. But when he mentioned national team, they don't care about stats, nor did the USA team. That's how we beat y'all ass and friends. We didn't care about the stats. We won the gold.
Starting point is 00:17:38 If that's what you're talking about. If you're talking about EuroLeague, we don't need to play in the Euroleet are trash. The niggas who can't make these rocks. They're the best player in the Euro League. And they're the best player in the Euro League. Right. The Americans are the best player in those countries. Like I'm pretty sure.
Starting point is 00:17:59 Where's he from? He's from Serbian. I know. But there's an American that's probably leading that team in scores. So what are we talking about? Like it's the guys who can't make this that go overseas and they dominate and make a living. You're not over there. You're not, but you ain't played there since you win pro.
Starting point is 00:18:18 there's there's what 14 Frenchmen that's in the NBA right now if we watch their regularly trash because the best players are on the teams here Wendy's not playing over there SARS not playing over there
Starting point is 00:18:37 those guys are not on those teams if we was there six months Zach O'Sachette Gill also he's not over there but said he came on here saw what it really was they're not on those teams that's playing through those leagues. Those players are here and we're supplementing that league with a bunch of players from all over the world that's going over there and they don't go play there until they don't play. They go there at the end of their NBA career. It's just a
Starting point is 00:19:03 weird conversation of what the what they're what they're talking about. Like I understand the fans off the chain. Like if we can put that here, we're in jail. Yeah. Right? You know, like with the WNBA, the green goblin? It's some safety concern. You know, that's the other thing. There's some safe.
Starting point is 00:19:25 The green goblins that's just flying through their hidden shoes. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's what that's, that's the beginning over there. Right, they throw. The guildos as that. Yeah, yeah, the Gilgoblins. The Gilgoblins. Right, so that's the atmosphere.
Starting point is 00:19:38 So I understand the atmosphere. I understand the atmosphere. But when you're talking about play, and you're talking about New York Knicks going over there to play. He said he taught him. Who the fuck are they playing? He said, all you men. Who won Euro League last year?
Starting point is 00:19:54 Was that Keedrick Nunn him? Is that Keedric's team? That's who he's playing. Kendrick Nunn, I think, believe, uh, Ponzi. That's who he's playing again. Y'all don't care about this week. Brunters is smacking all through that gut. He'll average 100 over there.
Starting point is 00:20:07 Nobody's stopping him. You muck is. Like, what are you talking about? You baboons don't care. Like, he's not here. He's not there. My white America. It just makes no sense.
Starting point is 00:20:20 It's just these weird narratives that people have and not actually thinking about what they're saying. You look at the Euro roster. The Euro roster in that lineup to play against the champions here. Oh, you monkey. That is trash over there. You all just want to make money.
Starting point is 00:20:39 It's the weirdest. It's the weirdest conversation. Like, oh, you think you're going to go, like, everybody from here, right? Like, everybody from here, like, all the freshmen are going to go, play on some random-ass team there that didn't win. Like, we're not playing nationals.
Starting point is 00:20:54 We're playing whoever the Euro champion is. You want to read the roster? You're going to refrain from doing that. Okay, I think thank you. NBA Europe might be taking over the pain next season, NBA, looking to take over Euro League. And with that, it's only the top Euro teams joining. It's going to be American.
Starting point is 00:21:13 There you go. Euro League as it stands right now. Why not all of them? Top 20 teams, NBA Europe. They'll have 12 mainstay teams and the four teams that will basically be able to compete in the league from year to year. What they need to do so they can see? What? Huh?
Starting point is 00:21:27 They be able to play in the NBA? No. So NBA Europe, what they're trying to do out there right now, trying to take over EuroLeaks' corners or potentially partner with them. So Euroleague right now is 20 teams, top 20 teams in Europe, play a season in addition to their domestic season. You know what they should do? Everybody's stay in their own fucking country. How about that? So we can see who's who, right?
Starting point is 00:21:46 So all Americans that they're going to try to sign. the enhanced A team. Nah, you play for an American trash can team. That's you. American trash can't. Yeah, yeah, yeah. The bad news bears, you can't go
Starting point is 00:21:58 three Americans on the Greece team and y'all play and y'all talking about, yeah, Greece is the best. I go even further. Like, I've played in leagues to where you know, it's a rule as far as how many imports are on the floor.
Starting point is 00:22:11 Oh, yeah. Yeah, that's in China. In China, but I play with Mongolia and it's a situation to where it's two imports on the table. The only time the two imports can play together is the second and third quarter. First and fourth, it can only be one.
Starting point is 00:22:26 Everybody else is a local on the floor. So that's not like my youth league. That's not in China, for sure. I mean, it just goes to show. If basketball is as equal as they try to make it seem all over the world, then why are we putting these rules in place to limit the imports? and the imports on top of it are also the highest paid guys on the team. For sure.
Starting point is 00:22:52 So that in itself kind of puts things in the perspective of its levels to this shit. Yolkes saying he wishes every NBA player could play six months in Europe to see what it is. Play six months. Be the change, Yolkis, go play six months here. You know what? If we play six months over there and get that experience, then we would be just like him. Looking at our fans like, what the fuck is this? Like, what is this?
Starting point is 00:23:14 This is how you guys greet us? You know what I mean? This is how you greet us. Like you got to think about it. Oh, you're going to get a great. They are the Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Magic Johnson, all in one to their country. Right? It's one guy representing the country.
Starting point is 00:23:34 So when Yokish plays on the game, the whole country's watching him. When he comes back to town, the city shuts down. So him and he playing there. as the best player, that's a whole other feeling. Right. Right, that's a whole other feeling. You're watching one guy in the whole country. And then we come back to the Denver.
Starting point is 00:23:57 Listen, you ever been to China with like a cold or a team back there? The thing is, right. That's exactly what I was about to say. The thing is, if a LeBron or Steph, a kid you go over there, they're being treated like a God. On top of that, these same countries are paying to see our people. from the state. It's not the other way around. We're not paying to Jeremy Lynn come do a fucking a pop-up in the state. Don't nobody give a fuck. But over there, you're going to,
Starting point is 00:24:29 you can find, over the summer is endless tours or NBA players. Over there, you're going to find a love. They don't love you. Listen, when I went to China, that's the difference. When I went to China, trust me, it was amazing. Like, you know, I'm getting booed over here. I got one for you. I got, yeah, I got a China deal. I'm getting booed over there. When I went there, man, and everybody was so happy to see me, man. It was like, man, I don't never want to go back to the States. And I think he's talking to.
Starting point is 00:24:57 You get treated like a god over there, bro. Yeah. And, you know, it's fun. Sorry to cut you up. It's funny because, you know, you get to a certain point in your career or it may go a different route and, you know, the people here they make fun of it. Dilo, signing with Shanghai. It's like, ha, he's learning China.
Starting point is 00:25:14 Man, that dude over there living the fucking life. living a life, trust me. And it may not be documented, it may not be across ESPN, but it's the reason dudes go over there and settle because it's a good life. And that's what he said. That's not what he's saying. No, that is exactly what he said. He hasn't played for a, not a national team, but one of those leagues since he was 18.
Starting point is 00:25:34 He knows what he's saying. Since he was 18 years old, just like we was 18 and you go, college losses and you lose three in a row, you care. That was the last time he actually played in the league. Other than that, it's, it's national. Black motherfucker. Right? It's just like we care in nationals.
Starting point is 00:25:49 Like, you can't use your national experience to say you care more, but we keep whooping that ass. Right? Like, can you compare it to a college atmosphere? What I'm saying is your 18-year-old him before he got drafted, how they took the game. Yes, that's no different than us in college. How we're taking the losses, Cooper Flagg losing. Look at him. He's hurt.
Starting point is 00:26:11 Yeah. Right? That shit hurts him. But that's us. Don't use that experience and try to protect. 10 is different now. When you're losing these games, game by game by game, we rarely see you mad.
Starting point is 00:26:25 Man. We see you mad in the playoffs, but during the regular season, you're no different than everybody else. Lose, let's get ready for the next game. 82 game schedule versus a 38 to 40 game schedule. Three losses in a 40 game schedule, close to 6, 7 losses in an 82 game schedule.
Starting point is 00:26:38 I think at that point, that's a big deal, right? How would he know he ain't been here in fucking 10 years? I'm just saying from a losing experience. Again. It does make a difference, though. He ain't been there for that experience. But I'm saying it... Tell me the American that's taking that loss.
Starting point is 00:26:54 I don't want to hear from somebody that is not there in real time. You was there in 18, so I'm pretty sure them lost this count. They hurt. They hurt in high school. They hurt in college, yes. When you got to the pros and you're playing so many games, eventually you get numb. For sure.
Starting point is 00:27:12 Like right now, you got to play for your national team to try to make it to wherever it is. So wherever your players are coming from to make your team When the last time we had to qualify? Richard Jefferson. Richard Jefferson. That's the point on.
Starting point is 00:27:27 It's team that are on a yearly basis Got to qualify. Got to qualify. They, like, I've done the research. And it's a national team, but it's not a national team. Like, because everybody that's playing,
Starting point is 00:27:46 land in these countries ain't from those countries. But you got to understand. Every foreigner feel like their country is better than everybody. Like, you feel like L.A. is better than everybody else. But I get it. And I understand that. I understand that part. But it's a lie.
Starting point is 00:27:59 But they're starting to say it out. But it's a lie. It's just him. He's there from his country. I know. Luca is from his, that's it. Yeah. Did he play in his country growing up?
Starting point is 00:28:09 No, he played in Spain. He played in different places to get better comp. I do. Look at it as, you know, I mean, when I go to these different countries, the last thing I'm doing is like I don't really compare and I, and the last thing I ever do is try to take my ways from the States and apply it to their country. It's just, it's two different places. You got to, you have to go to these places and basically act accordingly to how they carry themselves and all that. So to come out here and even say that. Yeah, it's crazy, bro.
Starting point is 00:28:44 Well, that's, like, it's almost like, it don't, it really don't even matter because you're saying that here, nobody here is going to be able to relate to what you're going. And like I said, the reason I can understand. Would you go to Syria and be like, y'all should be more like the U.S.? Like, I went to that, to the fans? No, no, no, I get on the mic and be like, yeah, y'all need to come. Yeah, like that's what I'm saying. Yeah. But it's like, but that's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:29:11 I take it as your. You're feeding into narratives that just isn't it just isn't it, right? I hate the way. Fans being fan. Like if you're telling us that we should go over there to play for six months to feel the love, like people who really genuinely love like the sport, I can understand it. Because I can, we can see that. I've been in China.
Starting point is 00:29:41 So I know what that fandom actually feels and looks like. No different than going and playing in Duke or something like that. Yep. Right? You're talking about people like NBA is very different because there's so many games so many times. So everybody ain't getting up 100%. Right? Football in the playoffs, right?
Starting point is 00:29:58 That's a different atmosphere. New York in the playoffs, different atmosphere. Football in the regular season. Yeah, yeah. It's only you get eight to nine home play, a home games plus a special playoff. So there's actually a buildup and I want to do it. That's still three to four games in a week. That's still amateur to the shit that goes over there.
Starting point is 00:30:14 Even soccer. That shit is great. Bro, like I, to his point, the experience is fucking one of one. So I understand that part. I don't think he's talking about fans, though. But he's talking about the fans, the atmosphere. I mean, you hear stories about a fan bringing a grenade up on Rick Petino over there and all the stuff that goes on, fireworks, you know, storming the court, all the shit.
Starting point is 00:30:37 They don't. They don't throwing battering, calling you out the game, all that shit. They complain, but does the NBA actually really want to? that. They could pretend like they want that. No, this is a billion dollar business. They want a tamer version of it. If a fan throws a battery out of playing in injures? Man.
Starting point is 00:30:54 Like I wouldn't, like throwing stuff, okay. But popping off in the crowd, having that money. Like if I own a team, I need my arena unwinnable. I don't want you to win in my arena. So I'm going to make it so uncomfortable from when you get off the bus, From when you get off the bus, all that shower's going to be cold, lights going to be off. None of the amenities going to work in that motherfucker. When you come in, the rim going to be down.
Starting point is 00:31:25 Like, I'm doing everything. Even with New York, like, you couldn't wear another jersey to the arena without getting your ass. That's how I want it. Yeah. Whip your ass. That's not cool. Like, we say we want that atmosphere until you really get that atmosphere. But your kids' favorite player with the Ben Spurs.
Starting point is 00:31:41 And everybody was. So you roll around in a winery jersey and you get. But everybody, like, what is your son's favorite player was? Wimby, ain't you putting it on, y'all go to New York. He'd see his daddy getting his ass whoop. Like, that's a, huh? Uh, yeah. Then, but then his daddy is a stupid motherfucker because he doesn't watch three other people
Starting point is 00:32:00 during the other rounds. But it's your son favorite player, though. They got their ass whooped all three rounds. So he's going to begin. That's the problem. That's the problem. We watch it on YouTube. Like, they won't do that to me.
Starting point is 00:32:13 Everybody don't watch YouTube, though. You don't see New York Knicks fans whooping ass the whole goddamn playoffs, and you're doing this. It ain't going to happen to me. Put your jersey on. Go out there after the game. Yeah. Spurzy.
Starting point is 00:32:30 My. Take it off. You're your dad. Now, you're the next goddamn viral moment. Swaggy, you have hands, though. I was sued in New York. You're the host of the whole city. That's the closest we got.
Starting point is 00:32:44 The closest we got. And then before you got to Sacramento, before you got there. When I was there. When it was dollar beer night, where you parted? No, man, Sack be rocking, bro. That's one thing. That's something that I've always loved about.
Starting point is 00:33:01 They rocking with you through every long. I mean, it's a lot of losing. The fans, great. Incredible. You should have been there in Dollar Beer night. I heard about the cow. Bill. Did Dollar beer
Starting point is 00:33:13 a night? It was always against the Warriors. Hell yeah. So they're serving Dollar Beers. Oh, Warrior Games is always. The dollar beer,
Starting point is 00:33:20 so now everybody drunk, so they started the whooping the ass. Dollar beers? They started the whooping the ass on opposing jersey. That's 10 beers. Easily.
Starting point is 00:33:33 Now, imagine Warrior fans. So when Warrior fans came in there with the jerseys, they got their ass whopped in the stands. I bet. Unfortunately.
Starting point is 00:33:41 I don't do it. I don't do it. Let's keep this thing moving. It's time to try and finesse some bread on Polly Market. This is put that on something. We're going to give you a trade on the Polymarket app. You got to pick a side, put that on something. So let's talk Nuggets.
Starting point is 00:33:54 Nuggets finished third in the West last season, record of 54 and 18 for getting packed up by the wolves in the playoffs for the second time in the past three seasons. Jada McDames, called them out by name, said they're all trash defenders, backed it up. So despite returning their entire starting lineup, starting lineup, including arguably the best player in the world. The Nuggets win projection for this season is at 49 games.
Starting point is 00:34:17 65% of traders think they'll hit that mark. 65% of traders praying for their downfall. Do not think they'll hit that mark. 49 games. But you will start with you. Will the Nuggets win at least 49 games this season? 49? 49.
Starting point is 00:34:32 Do do, do, do, do. Oh, shit. That's tough. That's a little tough. They got the best player in the world, right? Mr. A triple-double. Man, right now, I'm like, fuck, heck, fuck y'all leave.
Starting point is 00:34:51 Hey, man, fuck. They can't wait to go back home, man. Who did they bring over? Demar de Rosen. They lost Peyton Watson. Lost a few other players. Shout out to Debo, man. Brought in DeMarterozo and brought Cam Whitmore in on a two-way.
Starting point is 00:35:05 You got Ryan Neffarder. He used to be on the Mavis on it, I think, a two-way as well. Hold on you said, what, Marvin Bagley is over there? Marvin Bagley over there as well, Gil. This is first year there, right? This is... 49? 49 wins for the Nuggets of Derry.
Starting point is 00:35:20 Me personally, I'm going up. You said up to pretty much damn to every team. Everybody came. Hey, hey, hey, hey. I'm going to be right at some point. Yeah, somebody will be. I ain't going to be awful. 49.
Starting point is 00:35:38 I got O-G-C. I got Spurs, OKC, Minnesota. I'm gonna go under. Okay, they will go below the 49 win projection. I'm gonna go right at like 47, 48. Swaggy P, NBA champion of the world. I'm going under. You're going below the 49 win projection.
Starting point is 00:36:02 Gilt, only one who believes in this Nughey squad. They got Joker, Jamal Murray. I mean, they've won 50 every last four years. Christian Brown. They got all your favorite nuggets coming back. getting worse and worse. Yeah, yeah. If you average a triple-double, for a season,
Starting point is 00:36:16 that got you at 47 wins. So they just got to pull in three more, I'm taking, I'm taking a 50. He's going to take it. All right, well, that was put that on something presented by Polymarket. Everybody getting better, though. Download the Polymarket app.
Starting point is 00:36:26 Use Code Arena to get $25 in bonus funds where you deposit just $10, make your next move, your best move, and join the revolution. Polymarket, no limits, no house, instant cash shop, the most accurate sports odds and forecast in the world. All right, we got one last thing.
Starting point is 00:36:39 So, shit, then, Marvin. He's in the league. Come on, man. He's from the Valley, man. He's a Valley. I mean, they paid him to come here, but we still represent. Transplant, brother. Yeah, he's a transplant, man.
Starting point is 00:36:52 He live in this general vicinity. The Adam Silver get ready to learn Chinese buddy meme, one of the most recognizable in the basketball community for DeAngelo Russell is now become a reality just days after getting released by the Grizzlies. Following a trade from the Wizards, Dilo agreed to a deal to play with the Shanghai. which were reportedly making the highest paid player in the league. He's also reported to be getting a signature shoe from Chinese sneaker giant, Lee Ming. Oh, look.
Starting point is 00:37:19 Lee Ming. Not to be confused with Ling Ling, where he's been since 2019, since leaving Nike's Odillo. Spent last season with the Mavs playing 26 games while averaging 10 points, four assists, two rebounds, and a little over 19 minutes per game. He traded to the Wizards at the deadline, never played a game with Washington. Got traded again to the Grizzlies this summer and released. Swaggy P, we will start with you. What's your reaction to Dilo?
Starting point is 00:37:45 Go to China to play with your thing on the shorts. As far as the ass needs to be in China. Hope his ass don't come back. You can't snitch on the news in Chinese now. You can. You can. You can. You can.
Starting point is 00:37:58 You better think about this. Shout out to Magic. He was the first one. No, no, no. We don't think of. And shout out to the Wizards. I'm back on the wizard's side. They cut the NIN.
Starting point is 00:38:07 All right. You ain't looking. that you ain't looking at this landscape, brother. You better, you better open your motherfucking eyes. What are you going to do to me? He can't do the me. He's a whole day in front of me. I do got Chinese people out there.
Starting point is 00:38:22 I forgot. Yeah, where you sit, where you sell your ass at? China. Yeah, you're going to miss it every few months. You're right. He's the man over in China now. Your ass ain't going nowhere. Realistically, he should still probably be in the lead.
Starting point is 00:38:37 Like, a team like Miami could use Dilo. Like for real team like Miami could you be low To be joined on the squad by Javelle McGee
Starting point is 00:38:49 Yeah I think he's on Javelle McGee team Javelle McGee off Oh yeah Javelle watch out Stay away from the technology Hey man Hey listen that This looks more like a business move
Starting point is 00:39:01 Man great business Yeah where you're talking about Your shoe companies there You get to market yourself You get to open up stuff there Like they love Americans and the fact that he is, he do have a signature shoe there, right?
Starting point is 00:39:14 Business is about to be, that's big Dilo. Yeah, U.S. Big Dilo. I'd rather go to China. Dilo going to be on the side of the buildings. Like, he's in Shanghai. That's New York City. Or Vegas, that's, that's New York.
Starting point is 00:39:26 Like, start a whole new life out there. So I get very heavy in China. Not no more. Fish. Yeah. Dilo by the shit down. I'm going back. I got something for you.
Starting point is 00:39:35 You ain't got shit for me. I don't even want to be attached to you now. Dilo run that, motherfucker town. Dilo run. He's in Shanghai, brother. Right, all that little shit you be going to, all that shit does. Swagger, do you go to Shanghai or do you go to auxiliary?
Starting point is 00:39:49 Yeah, I wish that at the game. Shanghai versus... What's the ducks? The Beijing Dux. That shit's curd. Yeah. Let's shift over to you, but... D.L. about do all this right here.
Starting point is 00:40:00 Right. But you talked about Dilo a little early in the show, but what's your reaction to Dilo. I love it, man. I love it, man. I love it. I love it. I think it's obviously a great business move.
Starting point is 00:40:10 You know, already being signed to a Chinese sneaker company and, you know, now going there and being a part of their culture. They're going to treat him like a guy. He's going to live an incredible life. He's going to play, he'll have a lot of fun playing basketball and put up great numbers. Just an extension of, you know, basically transitioning from, you know, one league to another, one career to another. It's life after the NBA. I know a lot of people laugh. A lot of people laugh at it and frown upon it, but... Yeah, that's the adjustment you're going to have to deal with, though.
Starting point is 00:40:44 What? That, like, not being in the NBA no more. That's an adjustment in itself. It really ain't. You say it, but it is... The only adjustment is the amount of money. Shane hot, shanghai. And just mentally, too, though.
Starting point is 00:40:59 No, no shit. Shatheight, let me ever go over there and be cooling. It's a great feeling when you come off the plane, everybody love you and all that. But out here, like, people, that question, why you're not in leaving him on, man? He ain't got to worry about that. Shanghai? Oh, he ain't here.
Starting point is 00:41:16 Yeah, you're right. That's like a witness protection plan for him out there. No, listen, Shanghai is an international place. So most of the people are going to speak English. Where they have him at? Yes. A lot of people in the Shanghai. Everybody's going to speak.
Starting point is 00:41:29 I mean, even if he don't, he's going to have a translator. Like, he is in a good sign. Like where I was, where I was in Shanghai. They got an American. They got American mall. They got the American mall. They had Brazilian restaurants, Mexican restaurants. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:42 They had everything right there. It's lit in Shanghai. They got a cheesecake factory. A cheesecake factory? Yeah. They got a lot more than that. I know, but I'm just saying. They got, I like, I like Shanghai.
Starting point is 00:41:55 Hey, you know, the Americans are those balls, like the clubs. All ain't got shit. Yeah. Shanghai is more the young. Yeah, I've seen a 14-year-old by a hundred-something bottles. They had to carry a little nigga out there. At the club? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:07 They don't have no age. Money counts. Money talks. How would they do that? So, Gil, you play... Money count. You played with the Shanghai Sharks, 2012, 13th season.
Starting point is 00:42:15 That team was owned by Yao Ming at that point. What was that experience like for you? How did it compare to playing in the league? It was amazing, to be honest. Like, just the... It was amazing and sad, to be honest. I was... Like, amazing means, like, you know,
Starting point is 00:42:33 me where I was coming from a little dark place, you know, the gun theme, not being in the league, right? Injuries go over there and then, like, I'm wanted. I go to the mall. It's like I'm, you're the man, right? Because, you know, my shoes, I did all my shoe stuff there, so I'm really big in China.
Starting point is 00:42:52 They call me Jay Jajun, right, the Grand General. Who made that name up for you? They did. So you just rolled off, they said, J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J. Right. I'm damn, now. Now, what I mean by sad is, you know, when I'm working out of in a gym, I realize
Starting point is 00:43:09 these kids that are in, I guess it's the college thing that they call like whatever that comp. They've been there since four years old. Training two, three times a day. Year-round school.
Starting point is 00:43:23 Year-round school training. Man, bust your ass. And it's year-round school that they're not in school, so they don't really have their education. So these kids are burnt out by 20, 22, 23. Hell yeah. Right? So what ends up happening is...
Starting point is 00:43:37 Toughen up. It's like a little prison. Like, so it's like the fun, the fun of it. They lose it at an early age. It's like you just, like when you see the little Asian movies and they've been hit with sticks to the beat. No, they still do. Perfect.
Starting point is 00:43:52 They do that with. Like they're, like I'm coming over there in Hollywood, so I ain't practicing. He's motherfuckers running up and down three times a day. I'm like, yeah, I ain't doing none of this. Y'all got me fucked up. Right? How did your coach feel about that? That's why they changed.
Starting point is 00:44:05 You got me fucked up. It changed the whole league because people like, yeah. Started doing month-to-month contract. They changed the whole league because him. Team out. Yeah, yeah. But no, it was just, you know, like, they was happy to be around, you know, like me. But just like listen to their stories and stuff like that and just realizing, man, it's just like, man.
Starting point is 00:44:30 Man, this ain't the life. And then once they're too old, 31, 29, you can't make the national team anymore. They don't have nothing for you. That's the end of life for you. I'm going to go to China next week. You can't afford me, bro. No, I'm going next week. I'm not going to be able to be here.
Starting point is 00:44:47 That's what I forgot. You can't afford it. You going to China? Yeah, on the 7th. You're not coming to the arena? Bro. I'd rather tell you on TV for you can't sit. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:44:56 I'm sorry, I got to go. I got to go. If you're in China and you see him at any parlor, please take a picture. Like, if you see him at one of the little sweatshop, paul is doing things he don't supposed to be doing on 1F, bottom flow? Take the picture, please.
Starting point is 00:45:11 One F. Yeah, it's bottom flow. That's where it's where it get down. Because I'm just be honest, man. You ain't doing nothing in your career to be going to China, getting $200,000, $300,000 every two months. Yeah, I'm hating. Because you ain't do shit in your career to be out there. A Laker
Starting point is 00:45:27 champion. Play with Kobe, yes. Laker, 18, Lola Lakers, Swaggy P, they love me. East the West, Nicky, Swaggy is the best out there, yes. Mean. Remember all that? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:39 I was, I was disrespecting you. Hell of a resume. Hell of a resume. Hell of a resume. East of West, Swaggy P is the best. The resume has nothing to do with the basketball, but I get it because...
Starting point is 00:45:51 Played for the Lakers! Yeah, that's the shit that they fuck with. Call me, call me. No, no, no. I was the star on the Lakers. It was my team. I won 20 games. I moved Paul Casas out the way.
Starting point is 00:46:01 He got a jersey in the right. Right, I forgot how Chinese... How many games are won that season? Probably the same as many as you did. Oh, no. Like, he did the same thing. No, we did. How many games you won with Sack?
Starting point is 00:46:12 We beat y'all every game. But how many games did you win, though? Oh, that don't matter. What the fuck? No matter. Hey, what's your Chinese name? Neo. Neon.
Starting point is 00:46:24 Neon. Actually, find out. Find out what you're trying to go. You asked what your Chinese name. What's yours? Demco. Yeah. It really is.
Starting point is 00:46:39 Oh, you just made that shit up? It's East the West. I don't know how they said, though. I forget how to say it. Neo. Oh, is it going to East the West? Yeah, East the West. So, what last thing?
Starting point is 00:46:48 Last thing on this topic. So with the announcement that Deelow is taking this town list of China, naturally jokes started to fly. Not everybody was feeling Delo getting clown, including Quinn Cook, who actually had his contract rescinded by the Warriors back in 2019 after the Dubs completed a sign and trade for Dilo. So after the news broke,
Starting point is 00:47:04 Cook decided to cook the haters on threats. with the following post, he said, I never understood people making fun of NBA players going to China, literally getting paid the bag. It's not quite top tier
Starting point is 00:47:15 or middle tier NBA money, but it's still unbelievable money and you've skills to get to play the game you love. Salute to my dog that's still pushing. That's fun. I've got a wave of support,
Starting point is 00:47:24 including performing NBA player T-MAC, also known as T-MACA in China. Living Legend in China. He said, let them hate little bro. China has a great league
Starting point is 00:47:32 for boys to go play and feed their families good. I love playing there for that one season. The NBA ain't for everyone. So, but you hear. It's all facts. We're cooking.
Starting point is 00:47:41 Team maca. T maca. It's all facts. Like I said, it's a good living over there. It's a way to continue to play the game that you love. And I don't think people realize, like, even a guy like Dilo, I'm not sure how many years he did, but a guy being able to last over five years, three years, four years in NBA, that's successful. Like, you overach. What's the, what's the, what's the, you?
Starting point is 00:48:06 Life man, three years? Three now? It was four or five, right? Now it's three. I think they're pushing it now. They're pushing now with all... Four point four to five years. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:48:18 You make it over five years. You overachieve. So they made $180 million in his career, not to pocket watch, but just to support him. What I'm saying? So if... If that makes you a loser, I'll be a loser every day.
Starting point is 00:48:29 I think it's more of what he did. That's why they laugh. They don't laugh at everybody. What did he do? What did he do? I'm talking about with you? Yeah. You know, he's been a snitch all his life.
Starting point is 00:48:40 That's why. He's six, nine. He learned from you. You was his vet. He wasn't getting in that, no, no, he wasn't getting in trouble when he snitcher. He did that shit for fun. Weren't you his vet? He got, he got traded.
Starting point is 00:48:48 He's a second pick. What I'm saying is, he wasn't in trouble with him. He didn't. I never told the nigger to do that. You taught him everything he knows. He taught me everything I know. He stopped telling after he left you. That, no.
Starting point is 00:48:59 Listen, listen, I know, I know what happened. This is the shit they do. Even magic's in like that shit. Magic trade. It's number two pick. The hard to trade number two, pick. Context is everything, Nick. And I remember you two motherfuckers back there.
Starting point is 00:49:12 This is the shit they did. This is what they do. They put the record on. They'd be like, hey, so look, look, what about them holes, you hair, Larry's not? That's what they were doing. That's what they were doing. Oh, I didn't say, oh, Lutham Holes. Hey, them holes.
Starting point is 00:49:27 So you be cheating on your girl out of? You beat you doing? That's what they was doing. Both all of them. That doesn't sound like the fun act. That was the Lakers. I never sent this. It seems like you guys could have been doing other stuff.
Starting point is 00:49:36 I never sent it to the TMZ. Didn't he put it on the snub? I never posted it. It was crazy. Hey man, look. That's need to be under China. That's what it is. Hey, who was getting all the shots then?
Starting point is 00:49:49 Me. He needed your ass to go. You was in his motherfucking way. We got to lift each other up. I was the number two pick. Why I gotta get it sticking a ball? Come on, Neon. Neon.
Starting point is 00:50:05 Come on, Nina. Send the video. You all let that shit go, man. You're happy now? Living a life, you're feeling me. You got to let the white girl go, man. You got a nice little black queen in the crib. She got seven, eight years, man.
Starting point is 00:50:22 So you can't keep calling him Little Dio, man. You little Dilo, though. That was for the best. But you little Dilo. But I'm saying, that was for the best. He's a big Dilo. You're for the best, right? Once y'all broke up, you had a family.
Starting point is 00:50:33 Grew up, matured. Yeah. I'm not going to take this too much longer. I'm just saying. Putting lotion on your hands now. You're blaming DeLo for your family? Because that's what it resulted in, brother. Think about what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:50:44 You keep talking. I'm going to tell Big Baby where you stay. That's why you've already done that. Where we stay. We've done that. Where we stay. Hey, you should have Big Baby in the arena, I think. I know.
Starting point is 00:50:57 I'm going to get on here. I said that yesterday. What's we doing? You got to get on here, bro. We got to, we got to show the, listen. Now I know the video. Look, I ain't gonna lie to y'all. That was some funny shit in this video.
Starting point is 00:51:11 But it's funny, but you went on the 30-minute rant, though. 15. But still, I'm going to jail, though. Like, I can laugh at how hard, but then you just kept breaking him. I'm like, you kept. No, I wasn't breaking him down. It was just, he said, he said, I got a cold imagination. He said, you know, I'm gonna be jacking off in the bath room.
Starting point is 00:51:29 Oh, took the chicken. I'm gonna choke the chicken in the bag food. I was like, that's the last person with a choke of a chicken. It's in the bad fruit. That's where it goes down. That's how you get raped. That's what I was saying in the video. I mean, unnecessary, girl.
Starting point is 00:51:43 I know. But it's the bathroom. Like, we've seen all the jail when it go down. That's what 50 cents got beat up in the bathroom. Right? You don't want to be in the bathroom choking your chicken. That's all I was saying. And I was saying, also, you didn't want to name Big Baby.
Starting point is 00:51:57 Yeah, it's a lot of chickens. Last thing you want to name is just. Why are you always talking chicken? Like, a adult baby? Oh, I forgot. Buck for the chicken. I forgot. Also in the video, he was on the plane.
Starting point is 00:52:09 Eating the pop-ups? With a big bucket of chicken. That's it. The bunch of niggistry. All this niggatory going on. Yeah, that's Joker. See, that's what Joker said. All that dickety going on in this video.
Starting point is 00:52:21 Let us move on to Mousley fans. He's not coming on this show. I ain't going to watch it. Hey, man, that was a funny video. All that digotry going on in this video. A bucket of chicken being big on a plane with dollar bills. Ladies and gentlemen, this is Mosey fans. Hot, hot, sweaty.
Starting point is 00:52:36 and greasy. Look at the reveal. I love the reveal of the green. That's why you're on your left? He's going to tell you. You know, but those is just jokes. Let me.
Starting point is 00:52:46 Come on, man. Big bucket of chicken. All this is jokes. He was all greasy and hot. I was fooling y'all. A lot of jumps out of jumps out. You have a whole lot of jumps out.
Starting point is 00:52:59 Ladies and gentlemen, this is mostly fans. He should have through the chicken of the bucket. Shout out to our crew. Shout out to our lovely green screen. Shout out to our cast for not wearing green today. He goes with my house. Except for Swaggy's pants.
Starting point is 00:53:09 We may have some issues with that. All right, chat. I might be going next week too if you're fine. So we've got a lot of great comments in our super chat today. Shout out to everybody watching this show wherever you're at.
Starting point is 00:53:20 Ni'i-how, if you're in China. First comment from elevated form said Zion on the Lakers at the four question mark. He said championship. The Snowtime Lakers with Zion? Gil has agreed and gave you some smoke.
Starting point is 00:53:38 I like, look at the, I like that. I like that, I like that little photo. This reminds me a Nick Arcade back in the day for anybody. That's crazy. That is beautiful, hold on. That's like a goddamn button. That looked like an NBA hallway. It looks like a weather, we have a weather system moving in to Gil's Arena.
Starting point is 00:53:58 And when I first got into the lead, that looked like, high pressure. After that drug test happened on October 1st, October 2nd. October 2nd. What it looked like? We got a comment from Mike. Super 17 says since no one else want to say it, I will, Agent Zero used to bust LeBron's ass. Facts.
Starting point is 00:54:16 You average 34 with the LeBron average? 36. 37? Go up. You have it's 37? I always round up, go out of respect for you. So you round in, was it my 34.2? Yeah, there's something around.
Starting point is 00:54:29 Push it down. The year he tapped me. Average 34. He average 37. So, laying down a nigga who's guard? I was trying to get them to play defense so I could try to get my name. We got a question from Shata Rattori.
Starting point is 00:54:48 I don't know. Shada Rautori is way too many A's and T's and congestion with each other. Shada Rattori 8-5-65 said, y'all used to pay us to ask your questions. Now we've got to pay y'all. That's why I'd be like, fuck Hector. I was going to say that. Like, the way you said, fuck, heck. Like, you know how you'd be really like, yeah, we got to finesse the bag?
Starting point is 00:55:05 I always keep saying, out of the fans. Like, you look like you're about to say that. Mm-hmm. Yeah, I'm trying to just keep us employed gamefully. We don't need that money. Last year they needed it. Hey, but look, anyway. We need every dime Tuesday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Starting point is 00:55:23 Five hours. We got a comment from No Way, Brick. I don't want you guys to respond to this comment. I'm just reading because they put something to offer and play. Kaelin Clark, still a baddie, be looking good to. I'll just keep moving. We got one from E. P underscore, would it Zion to Miami with the medical staff and weight management be a great fit?
Starting point is 00:55:42 Where are he going to play? All right. Where are you playing? He ain't playing over Janus or, bam. That's pointless. They put his ass over Williams. But that's nasty. It'd be three.
Starting point is 00:55:53 Having with Pat Riley? Be a big three literally. So we got a comment from Brandon Johnson, 6-3-17. Does Philly need a clear-cut number one option, or can they go game by game with a different number one option? depending on who they play. They have multiple number one options. However the game is swinging with them. Man.
Starting point is 00:56:13 Like it's, like who is the, like, you know, like, it's, like, when people ask that, like, if I say who is the number one option on the GoTo State Warriors, right? You ask 10 people that have 10 different answers, right? And, you know, you're like, oh, Clay, Curry. But when you're whooping somebody asks because you're just more talented than them, you only have to worry about that 10 games a year, right? And then whoever's, whoever's, whoever's, whoever's, don't fire that game, that's who gets it for the most part.
Starting point is 00:56:40 But, you know what I mean? That's a problem that they can figure out during the season, but they're not going to be playing a lot of close games, hopefully. Right. Okay. Starting point is 00:59:31 drama-free life until the messages started. You will have hell to pay. For nine months, someone infiltrated every aspect of Carl's life threatening to ruin him. Cyberstalking, swatting, extortion, impersonation. And then the text threats escalated. Someone's not going to make it out of this alive. It's playing out in real life, not just on the phone.
Starting point is 01:00:01 Every piece of evidence pointed to one man. But every piece of evidence, was a lie. He was not going to stop unless we stopped him. Starting point is 01:00:35 Us going on the road doing Battle Mountain and Ely. Yeah, you took me. You were one of the first people who took me on the first people. road, which is funny because at the time I was like, I don't know if I like this guy. With rapper, actor, David Diggs. The jump off for me was Hamilton and it was the most popular thing in a very long time. But it was still, for me, it was me and my friends making something dumb. Bruce Lee's daughter and Brandon Lee's sister, Shannon Lee.
Starting point is 01:01:01 Back to your initial point of stewarding my father's legacy and giving my energy to that. You're lending your life. to stewarding somebody else's life. Listen to Who's With Me with with W. Come out Bell on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Um, bobo, bo, bo, bo, bo, bo, bo. So, great question from Aunt J7.
Starting point is 01:01:27 Said, what's good, Gills Arena crew? Random question, but if you had to choose, would you rather have no fingers or no toes? If you had to choose between the two, would you rather have no fingers or no toes? Fuck. I've seen niggas with no hands. I'm cool.
Starting point is 01:01:42 Give me the toes. Yeah, I think I would go no toes. I don't need to have a size 14 anyway. Everything is good at a nine and a half. Anything is good at a half. Walk on the back of your foot. You can still moonwalk. Wait, wait, can you walk with no toes?
Starting point is 01:01:55 I'm better to walk then. You can hop. I'm ready to walk in your heel. You can hop, brother. Think about all the things you can't touch no more. Yeah, that's... No fingers are no toes. You only can eat.
Starting point is 01:02:08 You can eat donut holes. I think I might go with that nub, though. Both of them is nubs, though. Which one you want? That nub. I think I'm going to go with the nose. That's right. You can't even throw up.
Starting point is 01:02:20 You can't throw up the 16. Call it a day. Take it some rollerblades? Something. Something. I'm a moving wild. I go, I go to no toes. I ain't got no toes now, I feel like.
Starting point is 01:02:32 Question for you, Boogie. Manny 77 said, Ask Boogie about the cat meme, the famous cat meme. When about it. When you're a garden. They just wanted to know. It's just a mean, man. Did you enjoy it when you saw it the first?
Starting point is 01:02:43 No, I was just in that mode, that game. I've talked about it before, but it was more so Jeff T. He kind of was agging on the situation. I just, it was some straightening needed and, you know. Okay. But nothing more, none less. I think the internet ran with it more than it actually was in the situation. But, you know, that's what the internet do.
Starting point is 01:03:06 As we tend to do. So we have a. Okay. Comment from Cherchay Legrams. I think Shershay's third, four straight day, commenting in the super chat. Shout out to the big baller to the owner, Shurchay Legrams.
Starting point is 01:03:16 Moral victories is for minor league coaches. Let's stop putting act risks next to losses. Hashtag loser mentality. You know what's so funny about... Where has he won? Cherchay Legram. He has won the Gills Arena, mostly fans' question of the day.
Starting point is 01:03:32 Got you, no, I'm telling you. He's a winner. I don't know. I just don't understand people when they... It's the name. How do you have a mindset of winning and you ain't never won shit? You know, if we treat everything like we do in school, right?
Starting point is 01:03:51 Ds and F's is failures in a sense. These get the-A's goes from 100% to 90%. Which means if you're making it to the playoffs, you are an A student in your craft, right? Joe Masula was doing an interview and he said, exactly what I've been saying. He said, one, he said, the
Starting point is 01:04:16 winners that people are calling winners in the sports, they win 20% of the time. Right. He said, they win 20% of the time. The rest of the time they're losing, trying to figure out how to
Starting point is 01:04:33 win. But they're winning. He said, the winning is in the progression of you and the craft it's They can only be one winner in something. Exactly. Right? So he said the winners are the people who are getting better every year, every year.
Starting point is 01:04:54 There's only a few small, fortunate people that actually gets to put the crown on. You can't say this crown is the one winner, everybody else is loser. He's a 100% score, 99, 98%, 90%, 90s. Like, these are all a students, but you're calling them losers in their craft. So basically, everybody in the 90s is losers besides Michael Jordan. But even to get to this, but even to get, fuck the playoffs, fuck the regular season. Even to get to the point of being in this league is a win in itself. Because it's such a small percentage.
Starting point is 01:05:32 So I don't know. It's just baffling to me on what we consider a winner and a loser in a very, very, very small category anyway. So, no. Yeah, I don't know what that feel like. I just, I won everywhere I win. A champion? I don't know what losing is.
Starting point is 01:05:50 How many games y'all win at USC? Yeah, I had the most most wins when I was there. How many of you win? 27. So another comment from Sher Shane Legrams. Try a child, Sher Shail LeGrams, keeping us employed. I haven't lost.
Starting point is 01:06:06 Even when I lost, I ain't lost. Joker didn't say Americans aren't better. He said Americans are selfish divas. It's not about the game. It's about money with Americans. Nicole Iokic's second highest paid player in the NBA behind Steph Curry. He said, no, because he said during nationals, he used the frame of nationals, which unfortunately, that is our Olympics, which we are unselfish because we have to try to go win the gold.
Starting point is 01:06:38 So what he's using is our example of USA, which that's why I said. We win the gold during that time because this has that's what to do with money. It's free. When is his next? Yeah, you don't even get paid to do. I think he can get, I think the eligible for an extension. Now maybe you're going to take it. If it's all about money, play for free.
Starting point is 01:06:59 That's what I said. How he use it is like, that's what you're saying. You want a super team? Get your whole cereal. Yeah, I don't know. So we got a comment. He'll get his whole Syria team on Denver, and y'all just play against everybody in the air. Don't worry about stats.
Starting point is 01:07:16 Yeah, say, I don't want my money. I pay everybody on my national team. We got a comment from Delivery Guy 91. So much Nuggets hate in the arena when they finish higher than the Spurs, all everybody send me a signed jersey. So when the Nuggets finish higher than the Spurs. I haven't, I had him winning over. Yeah, but more wins than the Spurs?
Starting point is 01:07:36 I don't got on more wins. When the Nuggets have more wins when the Spurge, you guys all got to send this. Oh, I don't care. I bet anything over 50 y'all, anything over 49? I got that. That's it. All right, two more left. We got God's Colon 389.
Starting point is 01:07:47 Said, who are y'all sleeper teams, West and East? Give me one sleeper team in the West, one sleeper team in the East. Utah. The Utah Jazz. The heart of Caucasia on the western part of the United States. Utah and Atlanta? Utah and Atlanta. I got Utah and Wizards.
Starting point is 01:08:00 Utah and Wizards. I got Houston and... Houston and... New Jersey Nets. Houston and New Jersey Nets now Brooklyn. Sleeper team.
Starting point is 01:08:19 Cherokee Lagrangee Lagrange, another comment. More Brett said Nixon 5. Shout out Shurray LaGrains. All right, man. Yeah, man. God damn. Here's the last one. Elijah Trujillo, 1662,
Starting point is 01:08:28 said y'all got to do another all-time 2K draft. Oh. Yes. We will do it. Yeah. We should, yeah. And on that note.
Starting point is 01:08:37 We should do a draft. We should do a regular season drive. A corner niggas, all-time. Regular season drive and let two-k-s. No, no, no, no. No, can I have my own award? Like, all the corner niggas in the NBA and I go, like, give out a corner-nigger.
Starting point is 01:08:51 Can we do the top 25 corner niggas of all-time, since you love lists? No list, no corner-nigger list has been documented yet. Yeah. We can put this list out. It could be stamped and it could be got in. The difference is, the difference is, he doesn't know what the corner is.
Starting point is 01:09:06 I do. Him and then. him and Danny Green are not the same, they're not corners. Danny Green is a corner guy. He wasn't a corner guy. I knew how to be in a corner though. I had to be in a corner. You only had to be in a corner because Kobe told you all has to get in the corner.
Starting point is 01:09:21 When Kobe was not on the floor, you was not a corner dude. When Tim Duncan's not on the floor, Danny's in the corner. When Tony Parker's not on the floor, Danny's in the corner. When all three of them are not playing, he in the corner. His job was right there in the corner. That's quarter. But it's levels to corner. No, there's no levels.
Starting point is 01:09:40 There's, there's a... Now you're gonna tell me about my job. Y'all's... I gave you the job. That was mostly fans. What you think? Appreciate you to all our crew. All our staff here.
Starting point is 01:09:52 Hold on. Talk about... See, that's that starship, y'all. Beautiful. You got to have your own category. Like... Brother, okay, let me ask yourself. Because if you say what I'll did was wrong,
Starting point is 01:10:04 how many plays you think we drew up for Deson Stevenson? Okay, so I was drawing plays up for you because I wanted you in the corner, but you're going to come up with these plays. You're right about that. Okay, so I was giving you plays. You're trying to milk you in, get you in part of the program. Shout out to D-Love. Shout out to Kats, shout out to Katz Dad. Pulling out the receipt, shout out to everybody in the chat.
