Episode Date: January 27, 2026Gilbert Arenas & The Gil's Arena Crew react to Kawhi & The Clippers ripping off 15 wins in their last 18 games to get their season back on the rails following a dreadful start and break down how Kawhi..., James Harden & the rest of the Clippers turned into the dangerous team many picked to lead the NBA's Western Conference. They then react to the Greek Freak going down as Giannis Antetokounmpo will be out for awhile after suffering a calf strain and break down what this injury means for an already depleted Bucks team that was already in jeopardy of losing their franchise corner stone. I'm a killer.
It's Arc versus Arc.
I mean, I'm Raiders versus Raiders.
Yeah.
I don't know what that means, but
human versus human.
I don't even look at the machines no more.
Okay.
So as soon as you said it, it was,
I pop that.
As soon as I was, I'm reading what they're saying.
Like, come on.
See the next to Gil.
We got NBA champion of the world,
Swaggy Pete, Nick Young back here with us.
I like this shit.
One shave this beer and one keep growing this shit.
On this side of the couch,
we got the distinguished gentleman from Oak Cliff,
former number one pick Canyon Martin back here with us.
I like it, though.
Keep it going.
And representing tough crowd
and a card-carrying country club member,
we got Mr. B. Brandon Jennings back here with us.
Oh, oh, oh, oh.
Oh, oh, oh.
Two points.
Our Barry on Tiger Wool, I like he.
Thank you.
So we got a lot of things to discuss.
The best golfer, the best golfer on the couch.
Okay.
Y'all were exchanging videos this weekend I saw.
Waiting on Ken videos.
Who was exchanging videos on the golf course to each other?
No, like, I play a lot.
He plays with him.
So they just, they just, they just film the stuff that you see right there.
Just, they go in one time, that's the ball they're going to show.
That's the ball they're going to show.
Well, I don't know.
One good, they film all good hit.
I haven't played golf with Brandon yet.
I played golf with J.C. the other day.
No.
No, J.C.
No, he was, yeah.
Hit the ball well.
Hit the ball, yeah.
Yeah.
He did.
Absolutely.
No, I ain't going to say, you know, boys.
You can't give him a compromise like that, though.
He can get the ball.
Get the ball.
I'm not, you can say it.
I'm not, y'all.
Like, he hit it straight or he, like, was playing well?
Play well.
Oh.
But he wasn't talking.
But he helped me, and he was helping me on my game as well.
So he was quiet.
What you mean?
No, we talk and shit, but I'm not trying to destroy.
But am I?
Oh, okay.
Not in the competition with JC on the golf course.
Oh.
Right, why would I be?
Like, I don't even, the scorecard stayed on the fucking, on the steering wheel the whole time.
Come with me.
That's the way out there.
That's what I did?
Yeah.
He's a practice player.
Put him in the game.
What?
Put him in the game?
Oh, you're not going to have played by.
Oh.
He didn't hear shit.
Well, from what I saw, he was all right.
Hey, I just started talking game, man.
Y'all good?
Everybody good?
Well, one thing for sure, two things.
He better to me.
So, hey.
J.C., a fine haircuts.
Appreciate you.
He wanted to quit on the first hole.
I could show my lineup again.
Take eight hours.
I started talking to him,
having a conversation, and he don't talk.
I told the people I was playing with before.
Everybody behind shush, shush.
I said, do y'all not realize I played in front of
25,000 people regularly?
Like, you're talking while I'm swinging doesn't affect this swing whatsoever.
Is it going to go straight or it's not?
It's not going to affect the swing so y'all can.
That's a metaphor for right now.
Well, we got a lot to discuss.
Here's what's cracking in Gil's Arena today.
Janice is out for at least four to six weeks with another calf strain.
Are the Bucks playoff hopes officially cooked?
I can look at Mr. B's face right now and feel like we have our answer.
Clippers are won 15 of their last 18 games have the best record in the league since January 1st.
It's the time to start taking L.A.'s other team seriously.
And Derek Rose became the fifth player in Bulls' history to have his jersey retired.
We reflect on what D. Rose means to the city of Chicago.
Before we get into all that, as always, this show is brought to you by Underdog.

All right, Mr. B, you got SGA, higher 28.5 points.
Thunder taking on the Pelicans.
You got Kay Cunningham higher 7.5 assists.
Pissons are at the Nuggets.
And Jamal Murray, higher 23.5 points.
His pack is boosted and you can win over 2.9 times your bread if this pack hits.
Is everybody rolling with Mr. B. Parker?
Good pick three.
Good reliability right there.
See, my dumb man, I get to them three black.
Oh, that's good.
My dumb ass, I add three more two.
Can you know, but you know, would you start going to you like, he can do that?
Because he's true, right?
These definitely going to hit, right?
You're like, let me pick three more for show.
Let you know if I come out and get under their averages, I'm going to be hot.
But that's how it always starts.
I'm going to do two.
I'm like, oh, no, he can get 12 points.
Yeah.
When we get 11.
Sitting on 11 with seven minutes ago on the game.
Like, you know, don't want to shoot the ball.
Don't want to be aggressive.
Yeah.
I'm not speaking to anybody in particular.
We're probably just running up and down the goddamn court not engaged at all.
So we ask the chat if they are riding or fading with Mr. B's partner pack tonight on the underdog app.
64% of the chat riding with your partner pack.

So we're going to start this show in LA.
Clippers appeared to be ready to gift the Thunder,
their 2026 lottery pick after a six-and-one start,
had them near the bottom of the West standings.
At that point, Tyloo said the team's goal was to go 35 and 20
for the rest of the season with the hopes of finishing at 500.
No team in NBA history has gotten to 500
after starting with six or fewer wins in their first.
27 games. But the Clippers appear poised to make some history, and they literally have at least one fan ready to eat their own words.
So with their win over the next Sunday, they are now 15 and 3 in their last 18 games.
So when Tyloos said the team wanted to go 30 and 25 for the remainder of a season, a clipper's blogger by the name of Robert Flom tweeted this.
He said, if they go 15 and 3 in any stretch this season, I'll print this and eat this tweet.
So after doing what previously seemed impossible,
the Clippers quoted the tweet,
hit him with the eye emojis,
and also printed out his meal for him
on an unseasoned piece of white paper.
We got that right here.
So here you go.
So Flan proved to be a man of his word.
Did, in fact, eat the tweet during his stream Monday.
So Clippers, two stars.
It's been a big reason for the turnaround.
Kauai's back to playing into all-N-B-A-level clause
appeared in 26 of the Clippers' last 29 games,
scored 20 or more in 24 straight games.
Longest streak of his career,
he also has three 40-point games in that span,
including his career high and franchise record tying.
55 he dropped on the Pistons on December 28th.
Clips have beaten the Pistons twice during this 15-and-3 run.
James Hardin also been balling as he looks to keep his playoff streak alive.
Beard is averaging.
26 points, 8 assists in five rebounds in 42 games this season.
The 26 points of Most Hardin put up since the 2019-2020 season.
Clippers are 10th in the West, 21 and 24.
Six games behind the wolves for the six spot.
So Gil will start with you.
How impressive has the Clippers turnaround been
since their six and 21 start this season?
You can say some nice things about the Clippers, Gil.
It's been amazing to watch them
on whatever channel they come on.
They come on.
One of the many platforms that the NBA has has.
Oh, you mean regular TV?
That's not HBO?
It's a restaurant.
Huh?
They do not come on Prime.
They do come on Prime.
Prime gun.
Relax,
bro.
Don't even.
There are multiple
BCOx
Prime.
Regular TV.
BBA TV.
Turn it on.
It's been the 3, 7,
12, 14.
Channel 5KTLA.
League pass,
fatigue pass,
wherever you want to get it.
I mean,
listen,
they were supposed to be
a
championship
contending team.
So I don't know
why I'm not
going to hold them
to that standard.
Right?
I'm not like
this is a
how they're supposed to start it this season, and they didn't.
So trying to give them praise for something that they were supposed to do,
like they were supposed to be a top three seed team in the NBA.
They started all rough.
Now they're showing what their capability is.
Good for them.
I'm a player fan.
I don't like the clippers.
Do you like James Hardin and Qua?
Yes, I like James Hardin.
I like Kawhi.
Do you like the staff?
Okay.
Right?
It's just the jersey itself, right?
You know, it's just the clippers as a, as a.
So you're gonna trip for all Los Angeles seems?
You been from Los Angeles?
No, if the Clippers make it to the championship,
oh yeah, I'm there.
But that's only time.
Only time.
I'm a bandwagon.
Wait, you're going?
Yeah.
I'm a bandwagon Clipper fan, but I'm not a Clipper fan.
But if they, if they play like a rival, oh yeah, I'm Team Clipper.
Team Clipper, yeah.
But I'm a Laker fan.
A Laker fan would not like that.
So bad, good, but they are in the championship
and it's like them versus like an East Coast team,
it has to be them versus the East Coast team.
No, I'm just saying.
So I'm rooting for them.
Well, not necessarily.
The school is a conference team.
I mean, Easton conference team.
You're not like that?
No, the Clifford.
If you're a Lakers fan, you don't ever go over.
If you're a Laker fan, you don't ever go over.
Like you go against you, you four years.
No, you're for your city.
I'm a diehard Laker fan.
I'm a bandwacking if it ever happens.
Like, we never had to worry about it because it's never
happened because it's the Clippers.
So we never had to worry about this.
But if they're in the championship,
it's red and blue for the city.
Crip and blood.
That's the biased people.
That's how biased people are out there.
You buy them.
Buy it out there.
How you can be from like the city, like New York, right?
You've got multiple teams, like you pick teams like that.
Like, you're a true New Yorker, right?
Yeah.
So you're going to stand like that's, yeah, your team leave,
and they represent, like, if you're in the city,
and the team is number one, and they're in Miami,
I'm going to go to the game.
Really?
Tadena.
Back when the Clippers used to play in Stable Center,
you could go see other teams around the league
at a very significant discount compared to a Lakers game,
like the wolves were in town.
Not anymore.
Warriors.
I haven't been to the Intuit Dome yet.
Never yet.
Y'all ain't made?
You ain't into it?
Facial recognition came.
I'm not a big technology fan, despite.
Like for nothing?
A concert, like nothing?
No, I just...
We have crypto.
I don't want them to recognize my faith.
We have crypto.
We have the crypt.
We have crypto.
Where is that stadium?
Englewood.
City of Championship.
Englewood always up to no good.
Right by the air.
GPS don't go that way.
All-Star game.
What airport?
L-A-X?
L-A-X?
Yes, right down the street?
I go to Burbing, man.
No, you don't.
You go to L-A-X like everybody else.
Don't give away to sick you.
L-A-X.
Burbank Airport is trash.
Which one sounds safer?
Burbank.
Burbank.
Burbank is trashed and not go.
Burbank, you get it.
Long Beach.
And-and-out.
Burbank, end-out.
You're all you get.
Oh, yeah.
I'll take a regular.
I'll take Southwest before I go all the way to L.A.
That is true.
That is true.
That's all back.
That's not.
That's not.
Stop.
Stop.
Anywhere local.
Southwest Spirit.
On South West, go to Dallas, nigga.
I'm right there.
Burbank to love field.
Yeah, Southwest.
Absolutely.
We have two former clippers here on this couch.
We'll start with you first, Swaggy.
How impressive has the clippers turn around been since they're six and 21 start?
Oh, man, it's big time.
People that's Laker fans don't want to give the Clippers they credit.
What they did to the Lakers, you know, last week or a couple weeks ago.
And right now, they've got the best record in January.
They're 10 to 3 in January, 15 and 3 overall.
They're healthy.
You don't want to, you know.
People hate to see the Clippers win like this, but they're winning.
And they got a chance to, right now, they're better than the Lakers to me.
At what?
At basketball?
Right now.
Right now?
Okay, in this stretch, yeah, this last 18-K.
No, they're just like, they do more.
They play defense.
They play both sides.
they two stars that they know what they're going to do out there on the court.
They're not fighting for, you know, starting.
James let Kauai ball out when it's his time and Kauai do the same.
You know, Kauai right now playing second behind Janeline Brown for a best-of-way player right now.
So Clippers are two-on-one against Lakers season.
This stretch actually started, I think, with that first game on December 20th.
So Clippers got off to this 15 and three-stop.
What they asked, right?
You know, it was closer than the season.
score alluded to but
who asked what?
Someone called an asswomen.
As well. Lakers have won a game as well, but let's shift over
this thought. Mr. B.
Clipper, start a season, ticks and 21. No team
that's when six or fewer games
in their first 27 has gone on to finish
500. I think the most the team has done is gone 36
or 46 after a start like that.
How impressive is this Clippers turn around been?
It's very impressive. I think we
sat on the couch when they
had, you know, they was having problems in the
locker room. They had to get rid of
some people and things that things were able to turn around for them.
Co-WAC playing great.
I've been open up the floor for James.
They're big as an averaging double doubles.
You know, we had them pre-season top five.
So, you know, they're playing well right now.
Long as they can stay healthy, I don't think they'll have any issues.
They can't really make any moves or anything, so they're stuck with what they have right now.
I mean, they have a little flexibility.
There was talk in the previous weeks about a potential Demar DeRoson.
You got John Collins with expiring contract.
Bogdano's with expiring contract.
Some pieces to make, obviously, you still have CP3 on the roster, remains to be seen.
What's happened to him?
He hasn't been with the team since December 3rd since.
Uncremonious exit, but...
They flip that switch.
Let's shift over the distinguished gentleman from Oak Cliff Canyon.
How impressive is his clipper's turnaround been after a six-and-twenty-one start?
Won 15 of their last 13 games.
21 and 24 right now, 10th in Adam Silver's Western Conference.
I don't know. It's a president, because I thought this season was done.
Like, I thought they was out of it, out of it.
Yeah, they three games under 500.
Yeah, so, yeah, making a push for it for T-Lew's prediction to be accurate.
I think they can surpass that.
Yeah.
Keep going to where they are, right?
So 15 and 3 since he said they wanted to go 35 and 20.
Yeah, so I think he sold himself short, to be honest.
If they responded to that kind of pressure, right,
If he said it publicly and put pressure on the guys to go out to compete better than they are and have been with Zubak missing time and things like that for them to still be where they are.
Yeah, no, it's a testament to the guys buying into what Tulu has been preaching and Kauai playing that like we know he can.
And shout out to James, man, for holding the fort down, man.
Like him and Kauai has really been doing their thing,
but for James to still be doing it at a high level,
at a higher level than he has as of late,
for far as the scoring.
He's always been distributing the ball lately,
but to pick his scoring back up to what the team needed
in order to be competitive.
There's a lot about his skill set.
IQ.
Yeah.
You got James, I mean 26, Kauai Everett, 28,
both playing at an all-star-worthy level.
Game is in the Intuit Dome, obviously.
Yeah, no.
That's good.
But yeah, I think for them to respond to that kind of pressure and public criticism from the coach,
I think what goes long way with some guys.
And I think they knew what they had, start the season.
Like you guys stated, it just got off to a rough start for them.
So you look at this Kliber squad.
Well, they did all that winning.
They're still behind Portland.
I mean, come on.
Come on.
Season's not over here.
It ain't over.
And it ain't over.
A game behind the blade.
Blabes have been playing very well.
We saw what the issue was.
They got rid of the issue.
Now they're hooping.
But they got the same amount of losses.
So it's, that's, yeah.
They got 24 losses apiece.
They're two games behind.
Two games.
They'll catch them.
Go to state ain't no better.
We know where Portland was supposed to be in the lottery.
The other team was supposed to be in the champions.
They're supposed to be.
What's the top five?
So the fact, no, no, they had them at three.
Pre-season prediction number three.
Who had him?
Who had him?
Who had him?
Three.
No.
Nay, nay, nay.
Three.
Pre-season three.
Okay.
They were three.
Okay.
I don't know.
That's the wrong, because now when they started that year,
when they started the year with, shit.
37-year-old, 37-year-old, 40-year-old, 40-year-old, 46-year-old.
They were 36-year-old.
They did.
That's what, God.
That's what team?
They're about to go, and all.
Yep.
I forgot about Bill.
Yeah, Bill?
Yeah, it was the favorite.
He was up there.
Yeah.
But they had an issue.
Yeah.
Yeah.
They got an issue too.
No, no, I'm saying they had a issue.
Right.
Yeah, but they're playing.
They're behind Portland.
They're behind Portland Trailblaze.
They are, but at 15 and three.
Behind Portland Trailblaze.
Yes, right?
Yes.
He was healthy when it came.
He helped it when it started.
Not good.
He was healthy.
No, he missed like 10 games earlier to start the season.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Yeah.
This is why they were like that.
They had it.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's why they were left.
Yeah, that's why they was losing?
Yes.
A contribute to the huge part.
Yes.
Yes.
You're missing 28 a night?
Yeah.
You're missing 28 a night?
You don't think that's going to affect the team?
Look, he shut this.
Oh, let's get.
Okay, let's get these motherfuckers smoke because they're behind Portland.
Get one.
No, 15 and 3.
Yeah.
Smoke being in 10 place.
Oh, that's, that's a playoff spot.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
In this NBA, that's a playoff spot
So, Kauai missed that 10 games were 2 and 8
in the 10 games that he missed Gil.
They've since come back to Kauai.
They're playing at very high level.
James Hart playing at very high level.
Yeah, there's a playoff spot right now.
They are in the playoff.
They are in the playoff.
They thought they were going to come off
that lottery pick given it to the thunder.
They're giving it to the thunder.
Okay, it was a lottery pick.
It's going to be a lottery pick.
Long as they can stay healthy.
And this NBA.
Yeah.
They just got to stay healthy.
It's still a lottery pick.
It's still currently a lottery pick.
But it was a thottery pick.
But looking at this Clippers squad,
should the Clippers ride out with the squad
or look to make a move before the deadline?
Like I said, there was some talk
that they were looking at Damar de Rose.
Yeah.
You got John...
No.
Keep this team as to death.
Those motherfuckers look good.
They beat the shit out of the Lakers.
That's the crazy part.
Eating two in the last 10?
What's wrong with you?
I'm just saying the Lakers are...
Come on, they...
They...
What does this have to do with the Lakers, bro?
That's what you're making.
I didn't make nothing about the Lakers.
Did I mention the Lakers?
Yes, that she did.
The clippers are in 10th behind Portland Trailblazers.
Gil, you're picking one thing.
We want to celebrate them because they had a nice little good spit.
Portland got the thunder.
They had the best record in January.
The month is still going.
It's a 10th spot.
Okay.
Well, 10th.
They're packing up.
They're going to have another February like that.
Okay.
Another March like that.
Another April like that.
And it'll be in seventh.
No.
They're going to be in seven.
They're going to be seven.
They're going to be seven.
Most pains would have been.
Not that they're doing 15 and three stretches,
they don't want.
The hard cap.
But they've got you got John Collins,
this firing contract.
They're out there attached some draft capital
or whatever deal they make to likely make them.
You got boggy, boogie who got.
You don't go 15 and 3.
You have a little bit of flexibility.
You still have CP3.
who obviously they're trying to get off of.
I don't think they can just waive them right now
because of the cap and the roster issues.
I think they stay where they're at.
They're going to stay.
They should keep that.
Yeah, don't make no moves.
So we asked the chat, do you believe in the Clippers.
69% of the chat said they do not.
Of course not.
Who does?
But before this season's start, we looked at this Clipper squad.
It was the unction, right?
Very old team, my oldest team in the league.
But you guys said that this team was designed for playoffs.
When the game slows down with this crew,
they got out there, obviously lost Bradbill.
And we said that also do they got to get there
in order for that to work.
But do you still feel like this clippers team
can be dangerous if they make the playoffs?
No, you don't want to play them.
Hell you.
I don't want to play them.
You don't want to play them in the playoffs.
Healthy, too?
Healthy clippers team?
Yeah, a pretty team.
Nothing you got a guy like Kauai that can
average 35 in a series.
James.
James can average a huge double-double.
Is that a back working?
Yeah, that's a scary team
because it's a half-court game and matchups.
And they got a good coaching staff over there,
the game playing,
take certain guys out of what they want to do.
Yeah, I think they are,
they get into playing game, and trust me,
they're playing right now.
They can get the eight, seven.
Six.
Six.
You know what?
So.
Six games behind the wolves now for the six spot.
I don't know how really that is.
I think, what, five and a half?
What's their next five games?
Halfway through the season, right?
Yeah.
What's that?
I'm making like they record as they wreck it.
Clippers next five, they got the Jazz, Nuggets,
Sun, Sixers, and Cavs.
So definitely beat the Cavs.
They're playing well.
So tomorrow.
Listen, they can go four in one or they can go O and five.
Are we lying?
No, but nothing in between that.
That's where the team is.
They can literally go four and one.
Those good teams they plan.
They're like they play in the bottom of league.
Them good teams they plan.
Yeah.
What was the teams?
I heard jazz.
Jazz is the only down team.
The only team that's not.
And they play hard, though.
And they got some...
They do play hard.
And they got a boy over there and putting that ball in that bucket.
At the garage.
George, out there put that ball in that bucket.
So at the jazz, at the Nuggets, at the Sons,
then they got the Sixers in home,
calves at home, and then they're at the Kings.
They're six.
The only for sure winning that is Sacramento.
Nah, they can't...
Yeah.
No, because they got a boy over there who don't like them either.
They're going to be Sacramento.
Sacramento some shit.
Yeah, Sacramento.
dumpster juice.
What's wrong with you?
Is it because your dad played there?
What's the name's wrong with me?
I'm just a condo.
I'm just a condo.
Is your dad played there?
Like, I'm trying to figure up with all this clipper.
They still are on some checks.
Oh, they still on some checks.
Okay.
I eat that.
There's still looking for you.
It's not safe for you on these streets.
My daddy is money, niggas.
Yeah, the clippers.
Ten, three, it's January.
We show love here at Gills are gonna present about 100-Doo.
I hate it, though.
I just want you know.
You sound like a real hater.
I never liked the clippers.
Support L.A.'s other team.
Like, you know how it hurts me to wear, like, James Hard and Chris Paul in a jersey?
Does the clipper cross it?
Hmm.
They play for other teams.
You can wet-o.
I got those.
You can wear those?
Like, I got the Bills Zero jersey.
You know, it's like, we will keep this thing moving.
Yeah, I know.
I'm not about the...
Let's shift over to the...
I got your sorry-ass jersey.
I use her to wash my cat.
You got a cat now?
A beard and a cat?
I don't got a cat, but if I had one, you got a beard and a cat.
You think I do?
I look like a cat person.
Right now, yeah.
Let's shift over to the Eastern Conference.
Things just keep getting worse for the Milwaukee Bucks.
The honest me, y'all, for the foreseeable future after suffering another right calf strain,
we have the video of the injury to show you guys.
The injury curve late in the fourth quarter of the Bulls.
Bucks lost the Nuggets this past Friday.
So when Milwaukee was rallying back from a 23.4th quarter deficit,
Yannis suffered the non-contact injuries.
He tried to run up the floor, lifted the sideline.
Obviously, it was not okay to let Doc Rivers know that he was done for the game.
He said, Coach, I can't go.
He also got consulted by his brother, Fanasis, as he sat on the bench,
tried to walk it off in the tunnel.
It was obvious.
He was going to be unable to go.
So Janice was hampered by right leg issues for most of the.
the game with limited mobility and explosiveness.
Rivers said he was defiant about staying in the game.
Doc said he'd asked a training staff multiple times throughout the game.
If Yon should stay in, Yannis said he wanted to play.
So afterwards, Yannis provided this self-diagnosis of the injury.
So probably the next steps will be in the MRA tomorrow.
After the MRI, they will tell me probably a pop-tops-up in my calf,
one of my soldiers or something.
something, the probably gave me a protocol of four to six weeks at Raviyah.
This is from my experience being out in the NBA.
After that I'm going to work my butt off to come back.
That would probably be end of February, beginning of March.
Hopefully the team win the place that we can at least make the play.
Or be the playoffs.
I'm just thinking there by day, but I do it get better.
get better.
So Janice's assessment proved to be spot-on,
has MRI, I believe the next day, revealed.
Calfranes.
So you previously missed...
Go ahead.
Go ahead.
No, I'm just...
So you previously missed eight games
with the right calf train earlier this season.
While strains to his left calf
caused him to miss the 2024 playoffs in 2025,
all-star game.
Greek freak streak of nine straight All-MBA
and seven-strait first-team all-N-BIA selections
will end this season.
These will be ineligible for postseason awards
due to the 65 game minimum.
So Bucks are 3 and 11 in the 14 games
Janice has missed so far this season.
Mr. B, our resident, Milwaukee expert,
Mr. 414, Mr. Bucs is 6.
4-1-4.
What does Janice's calf strain mean for the bucks
for the remainder of this season?
You can be honest.
You and our love.
It's over.
Time to tank.
Time to tank.
No.
Time to tank.
Yep.
It is time to tank.
Don't do that to these poor boys.
It's time to tank, man.
He ain't got no choice.
Kevin Porter,
Kevin Porter, Jr., he's out, too.
I mean, it's time to tank right now.
I mean, you're not going to be able to trade him.
He's hurt.
Got $20 million, got three first-round picks.
Time to tank is time to get on that board.
Start figuring out what's next.
It's not going to be hard.
It's not going to be hard to tank.
You know, they got a sample size already.
14, were they 3 and 11 without it?
So they got a sample size on what it's going to look like.
They ain't got to try hard to tank.
They got 18 wins right now.
Tank winning.
We mean you just go out and just play basketball?
Just go play basketball.
How did they've been doing?
Yeah, just go play basketball.
Just go play basketball.
Just go do what they're going to lose.
I mean, you got to lose.
They're going to lose.
You ain't got a fake tank.
I mean, I'm just saying, but like, Charlotte ain't got a tank.
Milwaukee don't got a tank.
And, you know, Wizards ain't got a tank.
There's just certain teams that they don't.
They don't have to actually.
They can just play, go out there, put this five out there, right?
Some of them, you're going to lose.
On the point, I'm glad you said that about Charlotte.
Yo, the fact that they are outscoring their opponents
and they have the record they have is fucking impressive.
Like, it's the craziest shit ever.
They outscoring their opponents about a point in a half a game.
You've got a losing record.
But, yeah, Milwaukee, yeah, it's over.
Yeah, just go ahead and sit their boy down for the rest of the season, man.
Get a decent pick.
Because there's no need for him to come back at the end of February.
Y'all going to...
How is you?
So this is, come back in March,
they're going to win three games this month, four games this month without him.
Yeah, I wouldn't come back to him.
They're going to have 22 wins at the end of February.
Him coming back in March, yeah.
I'm going to be honest with you.
It could be his last game ever that we just saw.
Ever.
In Milwaukee?
Yeah.
Yeah, it's definitely a good trading off season.
Yeah.
Yeah, great issue.
It's hard over.
Use your draft picks you got.
We got three first rounds.
We got three first rounds, 20 million, 22 million.
Use that and let that boy go on by the business, man.
I don't know.
That shit over.
How old is, Janice?
31.
31?
32.
31 years old.
Yeah, 31?
I think he could keep that up?
Is that because he going coast to coast at seven feet still doing that?
You're all shit?
Does he?
He ain't played a full season in a while.
Oh, no, the way he played.
That's what I'm saying.
Yeah.
Yeah, he can't play.
Yeah, he plays down here.
Everything he does is hitting the floor, is tearing, bumping knees, bump getting, yeah, yeah, it's strange.
He hurt a lot.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Especially the playoffs as of late.
So that's what I'm saying.
So we were saying on this couch, that's where a system would be good for him, like having a system in place for him.
So he was able to play in half court a little more.
He's also, he's also had to do a lot more than when he did.
But he always has to do.
But not when, like, Chris Milton was healthy.
Still was the same workload, though.
Damn.
Yeah, but it was different, though.
Like, the last year's when Chris was hurt, he ain't really have, like, bro, he was by himself.
Yeah, yeah, he's had to do a lot.
He's had to care of that, yes.
We don't talk about his injuries, like, like, we do, like, Kauai's and all that.
He missed down to every playoff, too.
But he's playing, though.
He's playing during the regular season.
He's playing in the regular season.
But he's getting hurt in the game.
He's played way more games than much.
You can't put him in the same category.
Not this season.
So, oh, now you just want to count this year.
Now you just want to count this year.
He's played about 61 games, the minimum per season, but let me pull it up with.
65 is the minimum.
So he's been all NBA every year, so he's played a minimum of 65 games.
But the 65 just came in in 20, 23.
Mother dudes ain't played that.
You can't put him in the same kind of government.
He played 67 last year, 73, the year before, 63, the year before that, 67.
Played 61 in the 20, 2021 season that was shortened, obviously.
The short-d-old.
My question is this.
Joelle ain't played that.
Kauai ain't played that.
So what are you saying?
See, Kauai played in the playoffs.
When?
Last year.
Did he?
And did what?
To champs, defend the champs to seven.
Shit.
I'm taking Kauai right now over Yonis.
I didn't know that was options.
Yeah, that's fucking, they do.
The niggins don't play.
He always.
What I'm saying is, I mean,
I'm pretty sure.
I'm pretty sure
Kauai was going on.
Kaua's 400 and some games.
Yon has always hurt too, though.
He missed half.
I didn't even know this is the conversation.
Kauai missed half the games he's had the place.
What do you say?
If Kauai was on that team
and he was healthy,
they're not going to win because it's not the position.
They already got a three man.
You're talking about health-wise.
You said you would take one of the other ones.
He said we don't talk about Yon is getting hurt like we do everybody else.
He's got hurt to playoffs.
You got hurt in the playoffs.
The last team.
Hamstring, gab string, bumping.
Now this shit, like, it's being hurt.
That's my fan.
You got to be available.
He's been available.
To win MVP's in all defensive players?
So he's been available.
He's made nine straight all-N-B-A team, seven straight.
That means he's been available.
In the playoffs when they count.
He's been available.
But I don't even know what they're going to do with.
You said what?
He has one of those.
I don't know what that has to do with.
Within this time frame that we speak of.
What was the question?
What was the question?
He has a championship and MVP's in all the championship?
30 years. It's being hurt. During this time for that's a statement. That's a statement.
Last three years, right. What's your question?
And we don't talk about that. Like we do talk about it. We talk about it when he had the tail, booze bone, he lost to Miami.
We did, we did talk about those. We talked about those when they had it.
Buck's three straight first time. How is it going to affect him? In the playoffs. We talked about it in the playoffs while we were doing playoffs.
Three straight first round. He do get a pass. Obviously, bucks have tried to surround him with.
You get a pass every time he gets hurt? Yeah.
The jokes don't come out like with Kauai
Because he didn't have
Half the game that he's been available
When did we talk about Kauai?
When did we bring up topics
He want to talk about?
Oh, I know, when the fuck did we talk about Kauai?
He got to talk about Kauai.
Riley told him the motherfucking talk about
Kauai, niggins.
When did we talk about Kauai?
Listen, what year?
What year?
No, we never talk about the Kui.
No, no.
We talked positively about Kauai earlier in this show.
No, no.
Nope.
We talked about positive today.
When did we talk bad about Kaua?
No, when did we talk?
What year?
I didn't even go to say what day.
What year did we talk bad about Kauai?
I'm just look.
I figure it.
Next time it happened, I'll tell you.
About Kauai?
We talk bad about him.
Here.
Okay.
We talk bad about, I talk about the clippers.
Hey, brothers, not the players.
You got it.
I know.
I know.
I'll ask a real question.
What is the problem with the lower body of the players in the last few years?
It's the training, though.
It's the way they work out, bro.
They don't do cap raises?
No, they're not doing that.
Like, I'm trying to figure out, like, why is your lower bodies like?
So you know who never get hurt?
The one guy that never gets hurt.
Russell.
Russell, yeah.
Right?
Russell Westbrook.
And he plays that style.
Russell Westbrook never gets hurt, right?
You know why?
Because how he trains, who he trains with.
Go look at it.
He goes, he's throwing weight around, he's pushing shit, he's doing shit.
He ain't doing that new training shit, that safe train and bandwork shit, man.
He ain't doing it that way because the guy that he trains with is a fucking maniac.
Man.
I'm just figuring like, why?
He don't get hurt.
He play up and down.
He's been running around, same speed, same athleticism, same shit at all these other dudes.
doing during the off season
and he takes that same workout
to the season and he continues doing it.
I never seen so many.
All these, I never seen so many
calves. He don't play like them, Nick.
Cavs, Achilles.
Caves Achilles. Cahs.
She plays like Janice. She plays like
Rochette plays athletic fast.
They don't get hurt. The low top
but. No, it's not. I know.
I know. I don't say it's not that. It ain't the shoes.
It's how these dudes training, man, and lack of.
Like, look,
I've never seen a calf injury on a
On a game, Nick is.
On a player like that.
They're working on their game, absolutely, more than they're doing anything else.
They're working on their basketball shooting and skibbling and all that shit.
They're spending two hours on that.
Cool.
What are you doing for your body?
I love calf races.
The way I played the game, right?
Athletic, this athletic, explosive jump out the fucking gym.
I ain't never had a calf injury.
I ain't ever had a hamster.
injury. I ain't never strain this,
poor, nothing.
College, four years in college,
15 years in the lead. Never have.
You know why? Because I trained a certain way.
I did certain things. I was
doing explosion exercise
and all that. But you still
got hurt, though. No, I didn't get
hurt, but I had
from overuse, I didn't get hurt. I didn't have a
soft tissue. Nick, what are you talking about?
I had micro fracture surgery.
That's cartilage.
that has nothing to do with soft tissue injuries.
I had my patella repair from chronic tendonitis.
That's a tendon.
No hamstring, no calves, no groinings,
in four years in college, 15 years of the pros.
Practice for three hours every day for Bob Huggins,
hard as a motherfucker.
Worked out in the NBA, did all that shit,
never got hurt because I was throwing iron around doing explosion shit
that was for my body type of the sport that we were playing.
You got to train a certain way.
They're not doing that.
I've seen it with my own two eyes in these locker rooms,
watching guys work out before the game after game,
the shit they got them doing.
It ain't that.
These are facts.
Taking the calf string over that, though.
You also previously said to, in addition, doing all those things,
drinking hand to see and going to the club as well.
Smoking dope.
Eating pork and drinking milk.
Eating pork as well.
They're well-balanced diet.
Doing the work, but also preparing your body for you.
Yeah.
Smoking, dope, eating pork.
You're looking, didn't you.
Like, drinking here.
You're looking when you play.
Like, I'm looking at somebody who's explosive.
Never had cap injuries.
Like, I'm looking at, you know, Amari Stademeyer to see if they, they didn't have those injuries.
That's what I said.
These injuries to these players that's doing this is weird.
Cap?
Akely's crazy.
Achilles.
for jumpers.
That's the strongest part of your body.
I'm telling you right now, man.
But Janice's leg appeared, you know, he was slowed down for the whole game.
He's been slowed down all the last two seasons with a calf strain.
Tell you.
Nowhere in history, besides this, these two, three seasons for guys that have that, that attribute, right?
We know knee-tend to night.
Jimpers knee.
Had it.
Yeah.
That's what those guys had never heard of cap, strains, or Achilles tears on athletic players.
Because that is what they do.
They get off the floor.
They make dices, all, all, right?
They have knee injuries because somebody ran into them.
I'm sitting right here.
But like ACL tears and stuff like that, that's what that injury.
Never cap and strains and Achilles and hamstrings.
Hamstrings
Brough.
Constantly,
what,
what,
Zion goes to
what Zion?
He trains wrong.
Like that,
this is where
your power is
never lower than that.
He needs to train
like Gerald them did.
Football.
It's just,
you need to do,
pushing sleds and shit.
It's weird.
Yeah,
they need to go to sand dunes.
He need to do that.
It's just a weird
injury.
Same thing with the boys
in Orlando.
What were the injures?
I had a conductor,
but that's like
connected to the grain.
Yeah.
That's,
What are y'all doing?
That's some weird shit.
But all these lower body, Achilles, calves, hamstrings,
that's just a direct correlation, bro.
Yeah.
No training camp.
Lacker, not getting your body ready to play seasons.
Overdoing it.
Yon is overdoing it.
His shit is just overuse over time.
Right?
But it's too many of the same injuries happening.
Year in, year out there we never heard of, never saw.
In the locker rooms you were in,
the locker rooms I was in.
The locker room you're in, all of us have been in these NBA locker rooms over years.
These injuries now are more common than they ever have been.
And it's a, I'm telling you.
This is worse than a growing.
Like ours is growing injuries.
Uh-huh.
Gosh, I can't go to that.
There's a straight calf word.
And I just look at the way Russ.
I look at the way Russ trains.
I look at how he trains and what he does, man.
Just, yeah, that's just, from somebody who was explosive.
And I looked at the way
what I did, post knee injuries prior,
all that, they never had it, bro.
Jason Richardson, I was looking like,
oh, man, it's micro fracture surgery.
It's tendonitis.
So I want to go back to something you said earlier, Mr. B.,
you feel like we might have seen Janus play his last game
in a Milwaukee Bucks uniform.
He has yet to personally request a trade,
has not requested a trade,
but last week was asked how confident he was,
he would finish the season with the Bucks.
He said, I don't know,
I take it day by day.
Now he's out the next four to six weeks minimum.
Could be longer than that.
And then with the schedule and how they're playing,
I mean, I don't think, you know, you should come back.
And then you have to go into the summer and then we'll have to see.
So it is a possibility that that could be the last time.
You know, the Milwaukee Bucks will see Yonis in that jersey.
So he has a player option next summer eligible for an extension this October.
You want to stay at Milwaukee.
Bucks have previously tried to surround him with championship level teams,
making moves for Drew Holiday,
They're bringing in a damn living.
They try.
If you're going to be in a small city, they tried.
Just like Denver's trying, right?
It's just, you know, you just can't get certain people in certain cities.
It's just really hard.
You're going to get in the middle of the, in the middle of the pack players,
that you're going to have to overpay a little bit or you make a trade for a player, right?
That's how you get those guys in small cities.
Neither one of them want to look bad.
That's the problem here.
Janice don't want to demand a trade
because he knows if he says, I want out.
It hurts his stock and image from the media.
We know how that game works.
So he said, I'm here.
If they trade me, y'all give more grace
for a player who got traded versus a player
who requests it out.
The team is like, well, you're the city.
if we say we trade you
we want to trade you
they're going to kill us
they're probably not going
we're going to you know
the season ticket is going to go down
for a couple years
and we're not trying to take that here
so we need you to say you want out
so we look better
so they both sitting at the same
standpoint
it's the mellow shit in Denver
yep
yep
that's exactly what that is
but at the end of the day man
you're going to have to make a move
right the team
you're going to have to make a move
right
You did what you did.
You got everything you could out of them.
So unless you're going to try one more shot at it,
and the problem what it is is he wants championship,
which means you're going to have to keep spending money,
but at the end of the day, I'll call his bluff.
I wouldn't.
No, the reason is he's never going to ask for a trade.
Okay, cool.
Sign his extension.
Bo!
Your ass is AI over here.
This is going to be you running up and down every goddamn game.
You think he would find that?
What can they offer him right now?
Super, Super, Super, Dupers, Duprooops?
Four hundred, maybe?
In McDonald's a game team?
Oh, no, hell, no.
Shit, the nine in the road don't count.
I got died of him.
She's just out of it.
Pick one.
He's had a four-year, I think, $275 million, if I'm not mistaken, on October 1st.
Were you a 270?
275?
I don't know if that...
October 1st this year?
This October.
Okay.
That's the start of the new season.
Yeah, I mean, I think it's time, man.
This summer, I think, realistically, like B was saying, man, this summer, you just start over, bro.
Like, I really think you need to just start over.
Get rid of doc.
Get some fresh blood in there.
Get a new coach.
Get a young coach in there.
Get some young players.
three first round picks you can package them up try to move up to get a fur get
the first second first third pick give somebody them three first round try to move up
I'm just I'm I know I mean yeah I'm just I see where you're going yeah but you can get
number two get the boo get young booze or something at number two you got three you got
three nice little big wings too so you got the kid from North Carolina yeah he's nice
yeah so you got some nice ones you can pick from I just think packaging them picks up
They got both sides got left.
And you can get some more picks.
You trade Yonis.
You can get you some old shit.
Yeah.
Right.
You trade him to the right situation.
You trade.
In the summer.
You know what?
Go on the trade.
Number one.
They got picks.
Three-first round pick and like 20.
We'll get your chat.
We'll get your chat few of these picks.
Yeah.
I didn't want to say that.
Oh, sorry.
No, I'm just saying that feels like.
Oh, I didn't mean too.
I'm just saying that feels like your face.
A lot.
A lot.
You can get back.
Add enough in the bucks.
I don't want to be loyal.
They got to put some more bread in it to make it match up, but that's what I was telling you about the Thunder Squad.
Doort.
Hell yeah.
But Yonis?
Thunder. Chad Caruso.
Chet Caruso.
Wiggins, Joe.
I'm trying to think of the style to play with O'K.C.
Three firsts.
They got the ones to give.
We'll give you the clippers pick from this year.
That's what I'm saying.
You get the clippers pick from this year and get another two first round.
I'm thinking that don't fit, but OKCC.
You'll have to get a, you'll have to get a.
stretch a stretch guy yeah what chet does it he keeps to he keeps to he keeps you i got you he's your
but when you look at yannis in these recent injury issues with these cap strains is that that impact
his trade value at all said again uh with yonis with these recent calf strains he suffered from one back
he can trade it right now doing doing doing this doing this season yes it impacts it right
can you say that with your chest yeah like like let it spit let it out like you've seen it for
real. I'm asking you, does it impact his trade value with all these calf trains and injuries
right now? If you're not care. I thought you said that. Get traded right like like before
February 5th deadline? Before February? Yeah, it affects that. So you think the other 29 teams
they dangle Janus like this. Nobody's going to bite at that bait? You think that kind of injury
is that stopping anybody from biting at that bait? Huh? They digger that bait out there. You think
somebody's gonna stop you know what he got a cab injury they would take him be if they if philly did this
and be with the knee they know the we they bite him the knee they got they're going to bite at it
everybody ain't dumb and some off yeah we can get him healthy we can get him healthy we can get him
keep him healthy hey we got one we got we got one in the back right now for him we hey we play
new york is we got glass over here yeah we got we got
Got a spare alternator in the back.
You need it.
God damn it.
Whatever need you need.
Okay.
Yeah, that.
Yeah, I don't think it, yeah, the Gilles,
I don't think it affects anything.
And just hypothetically, if Janice were to stay with the Bucs,
who's the ideal player that the Bucks could go out?
Oh, man.
Ideal?
Oh, shit.
You got to go, man.
That's got to go, man.
Some Michael Porter Jr.?
MPJ?
MPJ?
MPJ?
The guy Kyle Kuzman.
Like, okay, when you say what type of player he needs...
Yeah, I'm just here to host.
No, what is it?
We're in 30 games, we're in 40 games, like, what, what?
To stay in contention in the Eastern Conference.
Yeah, like a...
They ain't been in contensions for how long?
Four years.
Yeah, so we might as well just do it like this.
He needs another super...
He needs two more superstars.
How about that?
He needs to...
We might just go to...
He needs two.
Two superstars?
Yeah, yeah.
We just go...
We just gonna throw it out like that.
I don't think you need to.
No.
No.
We need somebody to go average 25
and somebody average 19.
A Michael Porter Jr.
And a Jamal Murray.
Nope.
Something like that.
No, no, no, no.
Hell no.
You need a Brunson and a cat.
No.
We don't.
They don't need a cat.
We don't.
That's 19.
Somebody different.
A different position.
He need a tough one.
He need a wing.
He need a wing and a PG.
Yeah, go ahead and trade him for Julius Rand.
He's a wing and a PG.
He's easy to find a shooter.
Easy to find a tooth.
We can't help the heroes?
I'm saying?
You're getting to...
Gregor Nigerians?
No?
Yeah, I think you're getting a...
All right, shit.
On the way, I'm telling...
That'd be a good matchup.
I like Donovan and Janus together.
Depends where they lose over there.
True.
True.
That's who they lose.
I gave Evan Mobley up for Yannis.
I give Evan Mobley up for Janus.
Avivably?
Who?
Yeah.
I give Evan Mobley up for Janus.
I want to do that if I was clear.
If you're Cleveland?
If you're Cleaver?
Yeah, you would.
Yes.
For sure.
Yes.
Donovan Mitchell and Donovan Mitchell and him alone with that.
Oh, there's what, 26?
I don't know how old he is.
It gets us over the top.
We know what Donovan.
Like, Donovan is probably.
probably low key.
If he was in any market besides Cleveland,
if he was in Miami,
if he was in a tier two market,
he'd be getting MVP candidate claims right now.
Like just to talk about it because of his personal play, right?
But the fact that he's in Cleveland, right?
The demand won, what,
I don't know how many games he won last time
before we even mentioned it.
It had to be in a team.
He was first team on NBA selection.
But I'm just saying it had to be in the teams
for the team to be talked.
about.
15 and I'll start.
So you add his play with a player like Janus.
Ah, that'd be very different.
That's tough.
I will.
That's because it's dominant.
I like that.
He goes for fit.
Like when we're talking about a playoff game, he's personally going to win at least
one and a half games.
Guarantee two, right?
I guarantee two.
So he's going to have 40 or more.
He's going to take over that game.
It's the three games that he needs his team.
Yeah.
He ain't got worried about motherfuckin' out that's to play.
My thumb hurt.
I ain't playing today.
In a playoff game, game, game two of a playoff.
You got to get rid of the garlands?
I get rid of golden.
Yeah, but I say you're going to have to get rid of garlic.
All right, well, let's keep this thing moving.
Let's shift back over to the Western Conference.
They button hands in.
Just get some, just flat out shooting.
They button heads in here.
So, Luca made his return to Dallas.
There we go.
You should have led with that.
It was called building up excitement and tension.
You see the shirt today?
Shout out to Camp Beat LA.
With the LeBron's on, though, because I'm supportive.
Luca Mayers returned to Dallas for the second time
since being traded before the deadline last season
continued to show his former team.
They made a big mistake getting rid of him.
Let's take a look at the highlights if we can.
Please.
Lakers were up 13 at the half,
but proceeded to trick off their lead in the third quarter
with the Mavs outscoring the purple and goal 35 to 14
in the third frame.
Mads outscored the Lakers 41 to 14 from the start of the third quarter until early in the fourth,
turning a 13-point deficit into a 14-point lead.
Lakers were down by as much as 15 in the fourth quarter.
Former Laker Max Chrissy led the Mazz with a team-high 24 points.
Najee Marshall had a 21 and 11 boards.
Brandon Williams had 20 off the bench in 20.
And Cooper Flagg had 16, seven boards and six assists in his second game against the Lakers.
Lakers rallied back midway through the fourth quarter,
Why did he have a game?
21 to 4 run to take back, control the game.
Luca dropped his third straight 30-point game on Dallas,
finishing with 33 points, 11 assists, and 8 boards, and 39 minutes of action.
LeBron scored 11 of his 17 points in the fourth quarter,
adding eight rebounds and 5 assists.
And Rudy Hachamora had 17 and 8 boards off the bench going four of seven from deep.
There you know.
Putting this four-point play right there.
I hated that, boy.
Don't you do that show with me.
It was the Lakers' fourth.
win this season were trailing by 50 or four points
high with the wolves for the second most
in the NBA. Oh, I knew it.
I knew it. I knew it. I knew it. I knew it.
It just looked like he was going to be. I know, man.
Luca put the exclamation point in the game. So it is four
games against the mask. Lucas average 32 points, 10. It says nine
rebounds on 51, 44, 86 blitz.
Gil, good to see Luca improved a 4-0
against the MAV.
how dirty they did him with the trade.
Get the candy, come on.
Because that's how good it is.
When you're whipping on your old team's ass.
That's like when you get traded and you get to come back,
that's what it's supposed to look like.
Like, you're never going to beat me.
Up 15 in the four,
mads fans feeling good about themselves.
Still love Luca.
But hey, we got Cooper Flagg now.
We got a new exciting one.
Listen, the world know they messed up.
when new people come in,
they try to make,
they try to put their stamp on something.
And it usually never works out.
It does not.
And they're trying to go in a different direction.
So you're going to have to see how it is, right?
They literally have a championship contending team
the way it's constructed
because two people are out
that are all NBA Hall of Famers.
And most likely,
They're not going to say, you know what, let's just try this out.
Cooper Flagg played the whole year.
He's a very different player.
We add you two.
We can actually try to win this thing.
Or we can just trade Anthony Davis and trade Kyrie in the summer.
And then, you know, what's the name going to do?
We can rebuild.
And that's most likely what they will do because I don't think they're thinking about.
We can win a championship or contend for next year.
and then do the same thing in.
I can try to win in next year
and then break the team up.
I think they keep Kyrie and trade Anthony Day.
Cooper Flack does needs...
I think with Jay Kidd still coach,
I think they will try to win.
Then AD?
But yeah, I can't...
I think keeping Karee and getting rid of Anthony Day.
AD has been the subject of trade talk.
Yeah, I'm not trading.
I'm not trading Kariq.
I think he's good for Cooper Flats.
Who?
I think Kari is good for Kui.
I think Kari is good for Kui.
They're going to dump that money.
They're going to dump that money.
You know, when you buy a team,
they're going to dump.
to money. I dig it.
I did it.
That's all. They're gonna try to come up off that money.
That's why I keep it for one year.
Should they talk about building a new stadium in Dallas too?
Yeah, I keep it for one year because it's here.
You know what I mean?
It's here. I don't have to do nothing.
I can just roll his team out again. Everybody's healthy.
It didn't go.
No, not with AD though. You know AD ain't gonna be healthy though.
Say what?
A.D. Not where AD. You get what you can for him.
Nothing.
You're not...
You're what you can for him, though.
AD...
Got it.
You said,
motherfucker.
You just said M.B.
You can wave M.B.
You can't wave M.B.
You can't wave M.B.
And do the same?
No.
Somebody going to bite at it?
No.
Yes.
Nope.
Dallas bit for it, motherfucker.
No, they didn't...
Yeah.
They didn't bite.
But they...
The fact that they dangle...
The fact that they dangle Luka to two...
teams before that and then get it?
Nico, no longer employed by the Dallas Mavericks.
But AD has a player option in 2027, so under contract this season, next season.
You don't wait to see what you got with Kyrie, AD, Cooper.
I'm going to get rid of Anthony Davis, though.
Kai.
You said, you heard my piece.
I don't know.
I'm just, you don't.
Kyrie supposed to come back in March.
You don't wait.
You don't just see.
I'm keeping Kyrie.
Keeping Clay?
I'm keeping Clay.
I'm keeping Clay.
Okay.
But can we play a couple games together this season?
If it don't work out, then we can make a move in the summer.
That's what I fucking just said!
Okay.
You know I don't listen to you, okay?
I see.
One track of mine.
We're talking about Mr.
Honorable human being.
The spirit of a shot.
Just listen to the same thing out and then say it again.
I'm saying this previously.
A.D. and flag and curry?
No, I don't trust Anthony Davis.
I don't trust that any day.
I don't trust that any day.
I think I need to be on the contender team.
I don't trust him to be there.
Defendant.
So, hold on, I'm going to.
Najy Marshall can play too.
Yep.
How many games?
And that little boy at Brandon Williams is shifting.
Is it a little guard?
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Brandt Williams, Shifty with that thing.
He keeps him gotten every time.
Yeah, he's shifting.
He fast as a motherfucker too, boy.
I was watching the game the day, Nick, he was pushing the pace after every score miss.
He was supposed to do it.
Ad, he played in 20 games this season.
That's what I'm saying.
Last played on January.
You got, like you have the pieces, you know, you got PJ who's playing different.
Hey, Lakers fans.
You got Christy.
Josiah.
Yes, sir.
Lively's out too?
Y'all better start playing some defense.
The Los Angeles Lakers?
Yes.
Kenny, four and one in the last five games.
Y'all are outscoring y'all.
Brandon.
Yeah, Brandon.
One points a game.
Okay, I've never seen a game where a team won when the score was
0.1. Offense wins.
That's what I'm saying?
116.3, 116.2 is what y'all.
You're telling me?
Yo.
Do.
Y'all a game away from having that shit flipped.
Nah, this team can be dangerous.
We're talking about the Dallas man?
Because they can play really big.
With Anthony Davis?
What are you saying without?
With Anthony Davis?
With Anthony Davis?
Oh, my God.
Anthony Gaff, I mean, when you're talking about rolling out.
So right now they got 19 wins.
Yeah, but they're missing two players.
That's what I mean.
So let them.
Two all NBA players.
So what do you think?
You take two all NBA players off a team.
What that team look like?
Yeah.
So you let, so you sit them for the rest of the season.
I send them for the rest of the season.
And not get rid of the day.
Bring him back as healthy as he can possibly.
Yeah, we'll be training all summer.
We'll be doing something.
Like this is a show.
We're going into the summer.
We're trying to win a championship next year.
We're trying to win the championship.
I'll get rid of...
I dig it.
We got the young kids, so I might get rid of Russell,
try to upgrade him, right?
I mean, you got lively back there who hasn't played.
I mean, you have Williams, obviously, who's been good.
You got Marshall who plays well.
I got it.
I'm so...
The reason, I'm so close.
I'm so close with this team.
If I have...
if I have AD and Kyrie healthy.
That's a big issue.
The fact that I'm looking at,
what I'm looking at my rookie,
and my rookie is a guaranteed,
he's a guaranteed third option
on a championship team,
and he can push for the second option.
I'm going to take that chance.
Okay.
Right now,
he's a guaranteed third option.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
Right now, like,
if you got Cooper Flagg as your third option right now,
that means he's never going to be doubled.
He's not going to have the primary defender
on him ever. He's going to eat.
Shit, he's moving in a second.
Yeah, that's what I said. He's going to eat. I think he's moving
shit with Kyrie. I'm
shit, he could be fair.
Second option with Kyrie out there.
There you have. Do you still got PJ Washington and Clay
just floating around? So even a small
ball is big. Yeah. No,
I like them. Yeah.
I got to like. But Anthony Davis's
the question of my way. With them going into the all season, I think
sitting for the rest of the season is the smart move.
Hmm? Sitting Anthony Davis the rest of the season
is the smart move. Because you got it for
more years.
I don't have to, I can do, like I can try it.
And then if he gets it, I can get it.
You got it for one more season, a player, player after now.
Like I said, you got it for two more years.
So you got to make a decision by that trade deadline next year if you want.
He's going to opt in, if anything, if it just depends on how it goes.
Depends on how it go, you're on the hook.
Yeah.
Right?
Either he plays well, you got to extend him, or he doesn't play well and opt in.
And you got it.
You got to, you got to pay him.
Either way it goes.
He's on the book for two more seasons.
I got to try it.
You got to try now.
I dig it.
I dig it.
Sitting, yeah, no, there's no need to rush Kyrie back right now.
You got 19 wins.
Halfway through the season, you got 19 wins.
Yeah, sitting Anthony Davis out the rest of this season.
Hey, yeah, AD got to go.
Come on.
And you get a decent pick that you get you one of these old-ass college players right now that can help you.
One of these motherfuckin' 27-year-old motherfucking rookies that's about to come in.
I can tell you that.
They're not coming in.
Oh, something forced to leave.
No, some of them got to leave.
No, no, what I'm saying is, no, they got to leave.
They got to leave.
Oh, they can help you win.
That's your ass, that shit working in college.
They can help you win.
You're averaging 15 in college at 27.
They know how to defend it.
Hey, the biggest been in college for seven years.
You know how to, you know how to.
They already been dropped it.
You can, you can guard his 19-year-old.
The biggest has been in college for some.
Yeah, the last four years, they've been,
no, the last three years, they've been gone to the age.
Who?
They've been gone another 25, 25, 26, 27-year-olds.
What?
Like, no, they're a miggas old, man.
This is a big in bread.
Last year, he was playing it to the final, to the championship game.
These niggas, the average age was like 25.
How many of them in the NBA?
They went back to school.
And they can't be any money, though.
They went back to school.
That's the one thing.
They are making more money than the second round pick.
Bro.
They're making a, shit.
Even a lot, no, no, no, no.
You're crazy.
Second round pick and making money.
That's not, they mean, they can, they negotiate their own deal.
So somebody making 9 million, 13 million, 12, it goes all over.
Yeah, it's different in the second round now.
Hell yeah, it's different.
So the second round is going to negotiate for 9 million.
No, there's a, so there's like a 31 pick, he making 6.
The 33rd pick making like 9, the 35th pick making 12.
Because all they're doing is just they're working out for the teams and they're negotiating with that team.
so that person who's 35th, he could have been the first
He could have been that early pick or second round pick
But he already negotiated and that's where he's going to go
Yeah, the second round is very different
But them college kids
It ain't standing no more
Yeah, a few people are coming in there
They're going to be able to play right away though
Them college kids?
Yes, they're going to be able to play right away
Man, I can say right now
They're treating like the NFL, bro
Nobody looking at those kids
They ain't looking at
them 25-26 trolls
They're not looking at them anymore
It's a college thing
Because now I have a older guy
The lottery pick going to be young
I agree with you
The lottery picks are young
Those are bad teams
Right
The teams that's trying to win
Oklahoma City, Denver, New York
Detroit's all them teams
They are drafting older guys
They can come in and play right away
You know how bad you have to be
if you're 25, 6, 7 in college?
Yeah, they said.
The rules say you can.
But do you know how bad do you have to know?
It ain't bad.
So why am I trapped?
It's money now.
Okay, you hear what I'm saying?
It's money now.
So I'm asking you a question, Gil.
How bad of a basketball play?
No, you're not bad.
If you're not in the NBA or overseas at that age.
Because I can make more money here.
Yeah.
It's not bad.
I can make more money here.
So let me ask you this question, Gil.
Let me ask you a question.
So we're talking basketball here, right?
So do you think that these coaches are going to go out and get a kid
$7 million that don't know how to play basketball?
College?
College, that don't know how to play?
No, they're not.
They're not, Gil.
They're not doing that.
They're not doing that.
It's college basketball, bro.
It is college basketball.
It is basketball.
How good is college basketball?
It's basketball.
How good is college basketball overall?
It's basketball.
What are you talking about?
There's 14 lottery picks.
It's high level.
14 lottery picks.
That means there's 14 people that are potentially lottery.
That's good.
There's 8,000, 9,000 kids in college.
Okay, not on the basketball.
That's a lot of kids playing college basketball.
There's 60 NBA picks.
60 NBA picks.
60.
Right?
Yes.
So of the-
So how good.
outside of those 14, then what's next?
How good are you?
Good enough to be good enough to play basketball.
College basketball?
Basketball, period.
Bro.
So you think that's true stops?
How many lottery picks did you play against?
So do you think that career starts?
Man.
Do you think I know that?
Do you think their career stops after they don't play college basketball?
I answered your question.
I don't know.
You don't know how many lottery picks you played against?
That I played against?
In college.
You're a senior junior.
No.
No.
Why would I count that?
They don't matter.
It doesn't matter.
Who doesn't matter who I played again?
Who was the most talented person that you played against that made it to the NBA?
In your position.
My position, Strowe-Miles Swift.
Okay.
I didn't play against him, but he- Oh, you never played against him?
No.
No.
So who was the best player you played against?
Quinn Richardson, he was in my conference.
In your position.
So now you want to change the-
I said in your position.
Why doesn't have to be my position?
Why doesn't have to be my position?
Because.
It's basketball.
How many games you played?
in college basketball.
60, 70, 100?
You can't name the best player
you played in your position.
It kind of tells you.
Marcus Pfizer.
Perfect.
It kind of...
He was the fourth pick in the draft.
It kind of tells you the landscape
of real college basketball.
What?
In your position alone,
you personally...
What part are you making?
If you just let me say the guy...
Get to the point.
Get to the point.
You interrupt me every time I talk.
You haven't played against nobody.
That was worth playing against in your position, meaning college basketball as a group.
You are a number one pick.
You didn't play nobody in your whole college experience that tested you, right?
So you have 14 picks.
That means the rest of the field is not as good as it is.
It's a team thing.
So if you can pull a 26-year-old or a 25-year-old and you put him in the landscape of college basketball,
He will be decent because 90% of college basketball
won't make it to the pros.
So if I get a 26-year-old
and put him against 18 and 19-year-olds,
I will hope he can average 10 or 12.
10 or 12, as a 26-year-old,
I will pay $2 million because it would help me win.
That's what I'm saying.
He's good at basketball, Gil.
So what the fuck point are you making?
They're going out and giving him money
because he's good at basketball.
So let me ask you a question.
So, so do you think when they leave college, a lot of them do is career stop?
Do they not know how to play basketball after they leave college?
So is the NBA the only place that you can go to play basketball?
Is the NBA the only place you go play basketball that matters?
Is the NBA the only place that you can go play basketball that matters?
For the highest level, yes.
That matters.
He didn't go undefeated, though, yeah.
You're getting paid, right, to go play basketball, right?
For you China, China, Europe, Australia.
Was your team?
They're paying money to play basketball.
How many players on your team with?
On your Arizona team went to the NBA?
Let me ask you a question.
Because that's what you may say it made no fucking sense whatsoever?
If you're 26, what difference doesn't make?
I'm going to finish.
If you're 26, what difference does it make?
If I'm not on a drive board, I'm saying to get money.
How much should you average in college and you...
You're in college is hard, motherfucker.
They play zones, all that shit.
You didn't average 26 in college.
What?
No.
26 in college.
Well, nobody was 20,
who was in school, didn't know.
If you 25 or 26 in college basketball,
Nick, oh, man.
And you good?
Nick, what the fuck are we talking about?
Nick.
If you're 26 in college,
what is being good, Nick?
What is it good, yeah?
In his basketball, so what is being good?
So what is being good?
So what is being good?
So what are you saying?
They can be good in college.
But they're not, are you serious?
Are you serious?
Are you serious?
Are you serious?
This man said,
I'm not good enough in college basketball right now.
NBA teams were drafted.
Yes.
They did.
But they didn't draft them at 25, 24, 20, what the fuck where they at?
They drafted them.
He just, where were they at?
They wasn't good enough from 19 to 25.
Hold on.
What is the part to put your name back in to go to fucking school?
What the fuck?
We're speaking facts here.
Can you name a 26 year that guy dropped last year?
Name me a 26 year that guy dropped last year.
We're speaking fast here.
We're speaking fact here.
Speaking facts, we'll show you facts.
So therefore, just because yel-in this shit
don't mean you right.
We're going to pull the facts.
A 26-year-old in the NBA draft.
So the process is you can put your name in
and go back to college, right?
Is that the process?
So cool.
They could test the water and took their heads back to school.
Yes and no.
Yes.
The money, I was going to get drafted.
I'm making more money here, so I'm going to stay here.
These are facts.
Why would I go over here and make less money
when I can make more money over here?
All right.
Kevin Morgan, the quarterback.
Why would I make more here and go over here?
I don't know.
The quarterback from order.
I don't know, get, hold on.
Come on, put you on.
Five.
A 26-year-old, they're 18, 25-year-old.
Look at 24-year-old.
Look at a 22-year-old.
Look up a 21-year-old.
Anybody that's over the age of 19, 18, 19, or who they like.
Look up in there, motherfuckers then.
You bumped it down six years.
Yeah, because they're all eligible.
You bumped it down six years.
They all eligible.
Hold on.
So you picked one age, grab.
You picked one age.
You picked one age.
You got 25-year-old, 24-year-old, 23-year-old, 22-year-old, 22-year-old, and they're making more money in college.
I know that's why they're in college.
Michael Joe.
No, they're making more money.
Because that's why they're in college.
They make it more money.
Why would they take a pay cut?
Pay cut from where?
To go from college to go be in the NBA and be a late first round pick or second round pick.
Why would they do that?
Michael Jewel.
They do that?
Why would they take a pay cut?
The pay cut is where?
Can you go into the NBA?
That's not a pay cut?
For some of the bills, yes.
For some of these 26 shows that's a million and a half, that's a pay cut?
Why are you talking about it?
After tax, it's a pay cut.
Gail for some of them dudes, absolutely.
You name this second round.
Gil, I'm trying to find it by age, right?
Some of the pay cut, Gil.
I don't have all the answers.
It's not a payout.
Yeah.
Who are you the second round?
The kid Dylan, the kid Dylan Mitchell, went to Cincinnati, could have came out.
Could have came out in different.
And put his name back in the draft and went transferred to St. John.
He was making money at Cincinnati.
Wasn't going to make the same money at getting drafted.
Whatever his draft slot was, he took his ass to St. John.
How much you to get to get to St. John?
I don't know what he's dumb about, but these are facts.
He got bored that he was getting at Cincinnati.
No, I'm sure he got more than he gets Cincinnati.
And he was going to get less in the league from where he was going to get drafted?
What was he going to get drafted?
Do I know that position?
His words is it didn't equal up to what he was making then.
So he took his ass back to college.
Was he going to get drafted?
I don't work for the NBA guild.
I'm going on what the young man told me.
Second round.
I'm looking.
I'm going on with the 26thold I got drafted,
so you don't even got to fucking look.
I know that answer already.
Cool.
Nobody dropping a 26-year-old dog.
Cool.
You know how much you got a half?
Brother 4.
23-and-a-half.
If you're the same difference,
if you are 20...
If you're 20...
They ain't taking the pay cut.
Bro.
They ain't taking the pay cut.
I let you talk.
And I let you talk, too.
If you're...
If you're...
You ain't going to give me to shut it.
I'll let you talk.
Bro, you don't talk everybody.
Nicky, you do too.
I don't say shit.
Yes you do all the time, nigga.
Never.
So just between this motherfucker loud and wrong.
Ebony.
Shit, how many 26th?
No.
Right.
So I was right.
You're a 24 year old?
There was a 24 year old.
23 year old.
Shout out to Nick Clifford fan of Gills Arena.
So the same difference.
I said, we love the niggas chest,
testing the water and putting their name in the draft going back to school.
Because they don't want to take a pay.
Where the fuck are you getting this pay cut from?
Every time I ask you something, you said, I don't know.
I just gave you an explanation of a guy who I had a personal conversation with.
You asked me, for example, yes or no.
Yes.
Did I give you an example of me?
Dill admit you.
Did I not say Dill admit you?
And I said, I don't know how much money got.
Then, how do you know he took a pay cut of him?
Because the conversation I had with him, Gil, what the fuck are you talking about?
Because you weren't done with a conversation, the shit happened.
How much did he get paid in college?
More than he was getting and going to the league, niggas.
I don't pocket watch.
See, that's what you want?
Don't pocket watch.
You keep making the same.
So he went back, he went back.
How much money did you make?
So he went back?
Yes, I know this, nigga.
He stopped.
He was after the CAA workout.
I had a conversation with it.
This was the fucking reason that he told me.
Okay.
This is the reason.
I think you're missing the part.
I ain't missing shit, nigger.
If you listen, I listen and I'm missing shit.
See, if he goes to the NBA and he's
ain't missing shit,
and a second round pick,
this kid makes three to four million.
Dylan Mitch.
million here he wouldn't have been
taken a pay cut in the second round
picks guaranteed guild some of it
I had asked you that nitty so look
you know I can do this right I can
let's note what is guaranteed contract
what are you researching what is guarantee
are all first round
contract contracts guaranteed
are all first round
contract guaranteed
first round contracts are guaranteed
if you're drafting the second round
are those traditional draft picks guaranteed
I don't believe that they're guaranteed
but some of them should be negotiated and guaranteed
The official situation was he would have got drafted somewhere in the second round.
His words was, I would have been taking a pay cut to go there.
I didn't say, Dylan, how much money was you going, how much money less than what you're going to make?
I don't pocket watch, niggas.
I don't give a fuck.
You're making a statement.
This is a statement.
No, the statement that's factual that I had with a kid.
It's not factual because you've been taking a pay cut.
How is it not factual when he said this out of his mouth?
Because, huh?
If this man said, yeah.
No.
If this man said he's taking a pay cut.
24 and older.
Gil, if this man said he's taking a pay cut,
what am I supposed to call him a liar?
I'm looking.
Keep looking.
Kobe Brown, 26.
If this man says he's taking a pay cut,
so I'm supposed to call him a liar and say you're not,
we have to see the number.
There's a number, right?
You tell me you're taking a pay cut, right?
Am I supposed to call you a liar and say you're not?
I'm not going to ask how much money you're making,
because that's not my business.
I don't care.
You're making it as a statement.
No, this is his statement.
He's not making it as my statement,
nigga, this is his.
I'm not making it as my statement.
This is a conversation that was had.
What is that kid?
He's talking about.
Dylan?
Let me double track.
Give me a second.
23, 22, 21, 21,
I don't know how to fuck holding the kids.
I think he went to a school
before he got to Cincinnati.
So he was at St. John?
No, he at St. John's now.
Okay.
He is 20, turned 22, in October, I believe.
normal. Okay. But could have had the opportunity to go.
So roughly every second round pick in the, oh, this is NFL.
Wait, wait. When you're talking about place for Cincinnati now?
He did go to Cincinnati. He did St. John's now.
Okay.
Lefty athletic kid, last name Mitchell, man. Dylan Mitchell is his name.
I'm going through. Oh, yeah, so he was. Okay. Texas is Cincinnati.
So he was at Texas first, then went to Cincinnati, then went to St. John's, right?
But I was All-American in 2022.
Okay, cool.
We're in October 3rd, 2003, according to the final.
folks at Google.
And this thing was where I would have got drafted at was not good enough.
When I can go to St. John and make more.
I ain't making this shit up.
How much did he get paid?
I don't pocket watch, Gil.
I'm answering your question.
I did not ask Dylan how much money you're making.
It's not my business.
And don't say it as a fact.
What is not a fact?
Because I'm asking you, how much did he get paid up?
Because he told me making the pay cut, Gil.
Okay, see, listen, when you're saying this is a fact,
And you're jumping with the fact.
Yes.
The fact means I go, how much did he get paid here?
Gil.
Where was he slotted here?
This person got it.
So this person got a three-year, $11 million deal in this slot, and he got a million dollar and a half.
He did not take a pay cut.
Gil.
Gil, do you know how much money is making?
No, that's why I ask you.
And I don't know how much money is.
So you can't say it's a fact.
What?
That's the problem here.
Gil.
You're saying it's a fact.
And you're arguing about a fact.
No.
That's not a fact.
It is a fact.
It's an opinion.
No, it's not my opinion.
It's not my opinion, Gil.
Because he's going to make more.
This is not my opinion.
Then I said, how much did you make in college?
How much did that?
Yeah, I didn't ask you that.
How much did you make?
So, Gil, let me ask you the question.
So, Gil, if you tell me that you make a certain amount of money.
Yeah.
If you say I'm over here because I'm making money.
And you tell me, you tell me you make a certain, like, you go over here.
And if I go over here, I took a pay cut.
I'm supposed to be saying, no, you're a liar?
Huh?
How much did you take?
I don't care.
That's your business.
I didn't ask him that.
That's your business.
You told me a statement, right?
I took a pay cut to go here.
My business, my next statement is not,
you know, shit, how much you take less?
I'm not pocket watching a young man.
The man said the facts are he were,
where his draft slot would have been.
I don't know where that was.
His words, where his draft.
stop place was.
It made more sense financially
for that young man
not to keep his name in the draft
and be a second round pick wherever it was.
Was it the first round a second round? It made more
sense for him financially to go
to another university.
So that tells me it was a second round pick.
Okay. So with that
be doing that. So if a second round
pick is guaranteed two and a half
to three million. That means
in college basketball, that
player will have to be getting at least
$3 million.
Can I ask you a question, though?
Is the second round pick from 31 to 60?
Yes.
So he could have been 60.
And 60 can get two and a half to three.
What did Ronnie James get at 54?
You can't.
You can't.
No, what did he get in?
There we go with this shit.
7.5?
Think about this shit.
Think about what.
Here we never mind.
I'm asking the question.
It's not the same.
It's not the same thing.
No, we're not going to do this.
You got a four-year-7.4-9 million.
Basketball comes in.
I asked a convert.
He asked me a conference.
I said the second round contracts are not the same as ours.
You can sign for any amount of money.
Okay, I heard that.
I heard that.
60 can get paid more than 30.
Is it guaranteed, Gil?
60 can get paid more than 30.
Is it guaranteed?
Who is it guaranteed?
Who is it guaranteed?
Can you ask my question?
In the 2024 deal.
How about last year?
And ask him what his money was.
How about last year's draft?
But is it guaranteed?
Was it lightly?
So was it getting?
Livingston?
No.
How much did he get paid?
He was the last.
Why he looks that up.
Why he looks that up.
Guaranteed.
On draft day, is it guaranteed?
Is it guaranteed?
Yeah.
No, that was in 2024.
Hold on.
2023.
Was it guaranteed?
What?
Our second round picks contract guaranteed before the draft.
If they sign a contract, they're signing contracts before the draft union.
This is not our time.
In those slots, right?
But to do, so you acting like we, so, Gil, our first round picks guaranteed.
One through 30.
One through 30 is guaranteed.
31 through 60.
How does it is it stated that those contracts are guaranteed in the collective bargain agreement?
If we sign it guaranteed
You split hairs
We're split hair what we're
We're signing contract dog
What does the contract?
If you don't know the rules just say you don't know the rules
What does all the board the board agreement?
Don't know the rules
You don't know the rules, you don't know I know it's okay
What does the collective bar degree say?
I don't get fuck what it says if I
If I sign a guarantee con what it says
If I
I signed a guaranteed contract.
Is it guaranteed?
Okay.
If I signed a guaranteed contract, it's a guarantee.
I'm saying that for the draft.
I'm saying yesterday.
In the collective bargaining,
it's, second round contract is not guaranteed.
So I will read you.
Second round contracts are not guaranteed in the NBA.
Hold on a second.
You can negotiate that with,
you could have been doing that when we was getting drafted.
See, don't draft him here.
We've got a teamer that's going to pick him.
That shit's been going on.
You signed a 4-7.7 million.
That shit's been going on.
What pick was up?
He was the 58th pick in 2023, the last pick of the draft.
The last pick of the draft signed the guaranteed what?
Cool, because he had to negotiate before.
A 4-year-7.7 million.
I don't know how much that was guaranteed.
I don't know how much that was guaranteed.
So what did he say?
But it wasn't guaranteed beforehand.
So that means the kid you originally said has to be getting $3 million.
How do you know what he's getting?
You don't know what he's making?
He has to.
No, he don't.
He has to be getting at least $3 million to take a pay cut.
No, he does not because it was the only way to be, he was.
He would be getting that if he negotiated the shit before the draft.
That's the only way he could be getting that.
Why go take a chance when there's no guarantees over here
when I know how much money I'm making over here?
Huh?
What time is it?
Yeah.
It's like it's always time for beautiful conversation, discussion, debate, passionate.
He always argued about these old niggas and they don't get, they're not there.
These old niggas is not there in the NBA.
That's where it started for them.
The 26, 25-year-olds, and these teams are going to,
going to pick them. They're not.
Cool.
Because it goes back to the same thing.
So the conversation, I'm doing it.
If you were a 26-year-old playing against 18-year-old
in college basketball, you're not that good.
So being the biggest scream of things.
What good?
My question was, can we name the top five or six?
How college scores in college basketball right now?
You care about one side of the ball.
Can you name them?
Can you please?
God, damn you got a nigga on.
Please name the job, Josiah.
The top six players are high.
Not a basketball.
Research is not in my job, but to hold them.
We want to lead in this story.
You don't see no other host doing this.
Me, what, it's scoring?
And then you let me know if any of them are 26 or 25.
So that's one side of the ball.
So we can see how good they're 26 or 35.
So that's one side of the ball.
You got AJ DeBancor.
That's one side of it.
No.
Dior Johnson, though.
Let me see how are Dior is.
22.
So.
Camboozer.
Is he 26?
No, he's not.
Nick Martinelli over Northwestern.
Is he 26?
He is old.
He got the little curl, but now I don't know how old.
Okay, keep going.
So you're picking one age.
So there's not a lot of 26-year-olds.
Huh?
PJ Higertie.
Go, so is anybody else that you want to look up 26-year-old?
Right?
That was the age you talked about.
So when you said you was going to go.
So there was one age gear.
So 22, 22, 23, 24, 25.
You put the age.
They still in college.
They're still in college.
So the point I was making was older players can help team.
You always make that point.
You always make that point.
The point I was making was older guys can help teams win.
That's not in the lie.
You should have used those words.
You shouldn't put the age on it.
Nick, I can use what I want to fucking use because I'm a grown-ass
motherfucking man, nigga.
No, I get that.
Point blanks.
You got both very good looking for a man.
You're arguing as if you're right.
No.
And you said 26.
Okay.
Yeah, get your ass down.
Get your ass down.
Nick, 20, 25, 26.
Bring it down to Earth.
How about this?
Bring it to 22 and 20-20.
Because you win.
26 and you got smacked out of here with the conversation.
Not at all.
Bring it down to 22.
23.
You did.
Older guys can help team win.
Older guys can help say to win.
21, 22, 23.
Can help teams.
Stay your ass on 25,
26, 27.
21, 22.
23.
What, hey.
Hey, if you're 26 playing college football,
are you getting drafted?
Are they looking at you?
Like, ooh, man, this is about to be a beast right here.
If you are 20,
college football.
Think about 26 playing college football with some kids.
You know how good.
Gerald.
Think about what you got to do at 106.
Would you tell us?
26.
Why do they make you outstand school?
And make them stay in school.
Who's 26 right now?
26.
Is that the moral?
There's not to Mark Jackson.
Who's 26?
Oh, yeah.
Carson Beck.
Just 20.
Think about it.
Man.
We hurt.
Hey, 26.
Hey.
Hey.
Hey.
26.
Why do they make you out in school, girl?
26.
Is there a reason?
No, think about what I'm saying.
Football is different from basketball.
No, but think about what I'm saying.
He just wanted to talk.
If I'm 26 years old in college.
And I didn't get drafted at 25.
Hey, what's sports?
24.
23.
Yeah, what if you were more, but you went to the Navy?
21.
Okay.
20, 19.
How many points do I have?
to be averaging as a 26-year-old playing against an 18-year-old
to be even looked at by the NBA.
100, 70-fucking five?
Damn.
At least 30.
That's a lot of points, guy.
I don't know if you can do that.
26-year-old in the NBA right now is Luca.
If Luca was playing in college right now, how much is he averaging?
A hundred?
No.
Seventy-nine?
Yes.
They're running.
So if a 26-year-old is averaging anything less, if a 26-year-old is averaging anything less,
if a 26-year-old is a average-old.
average in anything less than 35, bro.
Good job.
Help my college win.
Get this money.
Go take care of you.
I'm going to pay you.
Because a college program.
Because a college program,
a college program
can pay me at 26 and 25
because he don't want to,
he don't want to rely on 18-year-olds
so I can help him win games
because I'm playing against an 18-year-old.
Because he know how to play basketball.
I am a 26-year-old playing against an 18-year-old.
I've been in college 14 years.
Of course I should be able to beat this motherfucker right here.
On all that note, it's a good place for us to wrap up.
Make sure you stick around.
Nothing.
What?
What?
Right now?
Nick you can't even walk.
I can get tail-
