Clippers is one of the biggest stories this off season after a bombshell report from respected journalist Pablo Tori on his Pablo Tori finds out show. Tori is a legend that Clippers owner Steve Balmer

circumvented the salary cap by funneling bred to Kauai through a partnership with a green banking company called Aspiration, the crux of potential salary cap circumvention is that Balmer reportedly invested $50 million in aspiration in September 2021 with the Clippers agreeing to a $300 million sponsorship deal with the company that same month in April 2022

the company allegedly gave Kauai a four-year $28 million no-show sponsorship deal nine months after Kauai signed an extension with the Clippers. God is good. Getting paid not to work. Getting paid not to work. Ladies and gentlemen, so Bombers claimed he was scammed by the company did nothing wrong. League is investigating the situation

but doesn't expect to finish that investigation until after All-Star break, which is mighty convenient considering Bomber and the Clippers are hosting All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles this February. So Adam Silver previously said he was unaware of aspiration for acknowledging he was aware of the company and recently was reported

that the NBA vetted and approved the $300 million sponsorship deal between the Clippers and aspiration in 2021. So, I mean, who don't like to get paid not to work? So a question for you, fine gentleman, on this couch. Do you guys have any issue with Bomber allegedly giving Kauai a no-show job to put some extra bread in his pocket. We know who don't have a problem with it.

I know it's been going on and happening, but it just shows how corrupted the league could look like. I mean, you already have trust issues with the NBA because of the Donahey gambling thing. And now you've got an owner out here just paying players under the table. It's kind of like, okay, so this is what the league is about. I mean, you already, like, the fans already got trust issues. Everybody already think it's already a scam and already think it's, they already got their favorite.

So it's like, this is coming out again. The Clippers is on some bullshit again. Balmer, the richest owner. I feel like, they're not doing nothing, though. I feel like if they was winning, it would be an issue. But this clip isn't going to clipper. So you're just paying people just to pay people just, just like a homie, huh, man. You go $28 million just to.

Yeah, but it's good. I don't mind it, but I'm saying it's getting out. So now it's like... You mind that it's getting out. Yeah, I just got a problem with it getting out. Like, it's bad business. Like, you're supposed to be this business guy and you're getting your business coming out like that.

It's kind of sloppy. Well, Aspirations filed for bankruptcy. Obviously, Pablo Tori spent hours and hours researching, checked the bankruptcy filing, saw that Kauai had a company in there, K-O-2 Aspirations, the LLC. That was Oates and Bread that he did not receive. I mean, that's like a side chick coming out on you.

right and it's not your fault she decided to come out right i can't hold you accountable for that um you know what i mean but that you know what i mean when they're like don't let it don't let it i don't want to see it in my face like it wasn't in your face we was doing it behind your back right you know not with bit i mean we expect a chick to say something no what i'm saying no no no no no no no all the time yeah but what i'm saying tell me what chick hold water honesty, I think my whole is right. And someone who's making more money, I don't want to eat at your table. I'm sorry. There's a first class for a reason. There's first class. Then there's some extra shit back there. I wouldn't know because I don't sit back here. Then there's there's shit by the door, the bathroom, right?

Deal with that. If I make way more money than you, don't tell me how to spend it. So if I want to secretly pay you one to the table, I'm going to do it. Okay, so then if I want to go recruit other players. Do it. Then let me, and don't find me. Nobody, who does? They do find players.

So what's come out is he's been playing unfair because he overpaid for a franchise. 10 billion for the Lakers. Is that overpriced? Barely. So now the Lakers can potentially do what they need to do to make moves because the cap goes up for a certain guy.

So it's like Pablo finally found out that it's, he found out this shit was going on with the leverage of the playing field, like you're saying. If we're going to play fair, they're going to be another collective of bargaining agreement. Everybody's going to go back to the drawing board and figure out, hey, man, how can he, how is he being able to do this with them, man, we're not.

That's all the difference is. It's just numbers and dummies that don't want to read the numbers and figure out what's really going on. Bombers feels like he's smarter than other people. I mean, some players are right now still getting paid that people don't know about because of the salary cap that, you know, I want to pay you all your money, but we're going to show this much on the books. We're going to show this much off just to keep our team. What just happened, though?

That's some different shit. You're not playing and then you all of a sudden plan when you get paid. That's different because now that's affecting a team. That's affecting our record.

That's affecting the playoffs based on you doing the under the table deal. So you think he over the playing in the NBA like he's playing in Europe list I ain't playing until you pay me But that's what the find is On my side deal The finders looked like

Reup Hardin with a two-year extension built around their big three. This off-season surrounded Kauai Hardin and Zubach with a solid supporting cast. They traded Norm Powell to get John Collins.

Also signed Bradley Bill, Brooke Lopez, and CP3. So when you look at this Clippers team on paper heading to this season, how would you grade the Clippers' off-season moves? Kenney, we'll start with you. A-A-R-P? A-A-R-P. Fucking Social Security. Damn.

The veterans, the vets. The unctioned that's... 40-year-old, a 37-year-old, another 37-year-old, a 36-year-old, 35-year-old. Listen, bruh. The last day. What, shit, what a year? He definitely can get some burn with the clippers. Shit.

So how you feel about this squad? A lot of people seem to be very excited about this team. Obviously, Kauai is kind of the X-factor if he can play this season to shift the butt. You got Zubaku stepping into an important role, Hardin, who bawled out last season in Kauai's absence. Before this, do they understand how fast the NBA is now? Like, I don't, like, this is real, do they not realize, like, at that one, two, three position what this NBA has become? Listen, man. Like, dude, it's athleticism built on top of speed, strength, and a more athleticism.

speed like dude y'all just getting older like that that shit like okay but yeah i think it's everybody's last dance i mean it's tyton loo's last dance it's james hardin's last dance it's cp3's last dance when we're talking about just in l.a with the clippers like they got to blow this up after this it don't make sense to keep it around just for the sake of you know the nostalgia of old players playing together and trying to get it together. I think we've seen the CP in LA before. I think he's trying to just ride this wave on out. James Harden is still trying to find out if he can still run a team fully

and then try to play back seat to Kauai whether or not, you know, he's going to play the full season or not. And then you still got Zubox. I mean, he played well, but I mean, to have him still there after all these years with nobody to really have his back and play off of him, it's just difficult to see that. Brooke Lopez comes in and they think that that's going to be that's going to be a changer.

I just don't see that being a mover. It's not moving the needle for them. They're slower. Yeah, for sure. Clippers got an old starting five. I think the oldest starting five potentially heading into this season. But still have step playing at a high level. I don't see.
