This is what I was doing with what nobody knew.
Y'all don't know what we're going to practice.
We're going to lock them.
Agency, bro. Change it, yeah.BGM Welcome to Lexi's Arena presented by Underdog Fantasy.
Whoa, whoa! Whoa!
I love it.
They got the graphics.
They mean business here at Underdog Fantasy.
Joined by the arena's former namesake, Gilbert Arenas.
What's up, man?
Also known by the chat as Agent 12.
I'm here to snitch.
For a 12-point performance, the first ever.
Dun, dun, dun, dun.
Damn snitch.
Damn snitch.
See a lot of niggas who didn't get to the second round
here on this couch. Same finish.
How y'all feeling?
Damn, brother.
Yeah, he coming at the next.
That's where you at?
Okay, that's where you at?
Yo, I was at CVS this weekend, saw mother and her child.
Child burst into tears when he saw me.
He said, how you only made 12 in the first round?
What kind of shit is that?
And I said, child, I don't know.
Child, child.
I will ask him on Monday.
That was almost 50%.
Okay.
You said 10,000 to make 12 shots.
You should have took 20,000.
Yeah, I would have had 24, boy.
I would have been right in there.
He was 10 short.
But how y'all doing?
We good?
I just thought I had to beat the first, the guy I was going against.
I didn't know we was all, like, going together. So that's why I thought I'd beat Peter Jennings. Like guy I was going against. I didn't know we was all going together.
So that's why I thought I'd beat Peter Jennings.
I'm going to be all right.
I didn't know it was everybody.
But it was cool, though.
Either way that would work, I would have still lost.
I don't know.
High school threes was looking pretty easy.
They were struggling.
They were struggling when they had to
do the high school
and the college threes.
Are y'all done?
Y'all done?
Who finished the highest
on the count?
I beat both y'all
so that don't even
fucking matter.
How do you beat us?
How many you make?
I lost in the first round.
How many you make?
I lost in the first round.
I'm just asking you a question.
Statman, Statman. Yeah, man stat man. Yeah, that's you
Yeah, that's you we all lost in the first round. Did you wait? How many did you made you? No, no, I'm not gonna lie
You clean you how many did you make? Why are you ducking the court? I'm saying how many did you make?
I'm a 16 you may see how many man 12 you may 17. I'm a tool
What's the most between all of us? Oh the champion
This answers the question. Okay
The person he was going I know
Okay, who did I come to be the person you don't I come to be the champion?
I come to be okay. What round did you get? Okay?
Statement I thought the what was I was going to win the I didn't come to win the contest
So you're a stat man. I didn't come to win the contest. So are you a stat man?
Did you make it out of second?
I mean, he dressed like he won it.
17 to 12.
He dressed like he won the event.
Frank Lucas.
Yeah.
Clean.
Hold on.
Hold on.
Move back.
I got to win.
Hold on.
Uh-oh.
Uh-oh.
It's going down.
Hey, Rick.
You playing with his name now, Rashad?
Hmm?
He's not Gilbert anymore?
Oh, man.
No, I get that.
No, Gilbert.
Gilbert.
No, I get that.
I'm just trying to figure out the stats.
Ain't no stats on this shirt.
No, stats work today.
Ain't no stats on this shirt.
I just want to know, does the stats work today?
Can we use stats for you?
I ain't going to cheat you.
I'm going to beat you.
But you didn't get out of the first round.
I didn't plan on it.
I didn't plan on it.
What I'm saying is you didn't beat the guy you was shooting against either.
I didn't plan on beating him.
We all lost in the first round.
You said.
Did you win the championship?
Hey, did Gilbert say, I don't give a fuck who wins as long as I beat him and we both lost
And who did he beat?
Nobody nobody. Who did I be nobody? I had more than him
That means so that's I win again. Hold on. Hold on before you go today. I'm not doing it
Lexi said this she said if he gets farther than you who won you said if he gets farther than me it's one one
there means you won and then i know if i got to the second round you know if you beat me
beat me period no i said to brandon i said brandon when i say you're more than him hey
brandon i said if he gets 18 he pushes me and you both out and that means he wins even because i'm
going to the second round you know even if you don't make it to the second round because he still
has somebody in you want to get somebody
So I said Gil all he got to do is give 18. I'm like damn. I'm like
Man, I'm like that man. He did. Oh you're gonna use your stats here. But then why are you and I'm watching him suit?
I'm watching him suit. I'm like this feels like that game in the playoffs
Where he just didn't show up for the contest we're doing this oh my god. Oh my did you see him sweating?
Hell yeah, I was sweating. I think I was the only one sweating
I think I was the only one sweating and I wasn't even jumping or nothing and they made me go first and I was off three
Of them boys from last night. I don't know what y'all know what three of them boys is. I walked in with my peoples.
She drained me dry.
And then I didn't even train.
I didn't even train for it.
I said, I'm just going to show up.
My sister, she can vouch for me.
I told her.
And get out of the first one.
She said, are you going to prepare for this, y'all?
I said, I just want to show up and beat this nigga without even doing it.
Without them.
Well, this is Lexi's Arena, presented by Underdog Fantasy.
We've got Brandon Jennings here with us.
What up, what up?
Back in the arena.
We've got Rashad McCance turnt up already with the Gilbrick t-shirt.
Mm-hmm.
Hip-a-lito Alejandro in them.
So we held the first ever Gil shootout this weekend.
The rules were simple.
Whoever from the crew won got the show rebranded in their name for the following week.
If nobody won, they would become Josiah's Arena.
But I was so impressed with Lexi's bucket getting, I decided to give her the arena all week in my honor.
So it is Lexi's Arena all week long.
We appreciate y'all pulling up and supporting.
Lexi couldn't be here today, so she sent in a special message for the crew.
Lexi here.
Just wanted to let y'all know that this week is Lexi's Arena because I am officially the best shooter on the couch.
Shout out to Anthony for winning the Gills Arena shootout this past weekend.
I had a blast, but like promised, Lexi's Arena for the whole week.
Shout out to Mr. 12.
You know who you are.
Mr. 12.
See you tomorrow.
So here we are in Lexi's Arena presented by Underdog Fantasy.
What, what?
What, what?
Here's what we got cracking in Lexi's Arena today.
Agent 12 and the rest of the crew recap the first ever GIL shootout.
And winner Anthony Miracola is here with us today
To talk about winning that hundred thousand dollar grand prize. I should look butter
What kind of butter you talking about great form across the board but the same butter that has you leave is not butter
I mean listen we all
It's only one person I mean I'll beat you even I mean, and I beat, you didn't even beat the person you win against.
Do you see that form?
Are you serious?
That look.
That form.
Are you serious right now?
That form.
You see it?
You have three.
You lost two.
You're not even in the picture.
We're not even talking about your form.
That looks like it's.
You lost two.
Like, he acted like he went to the second round.
I looked like I was competing.
Like, okay, let me beat Peter Jennings.
He had two chances to win and lost some bone
He lost when he had he went cold to
He had a chance to get to the second round and lost that one to a boy was your co-owner
Hey because you allowed don't me it don't it don't increase the number of shots you had to change
It don't make 13 he lost you he lost volume goes up it don't mean you don't matter teen 14 50 still 12
Moving along he was he lasted 30 seconds more than I did
It's gonna be it's one of those days in Lexi's arena ladies and and gentlemen. He lasts 30 seconds more than me. That's what she's saying.
See, see, see?
Get him out of here, man.
D'Angelo Russell has been playing his best ball this season the last five games,
but will that stop the Lakers from trading him?
And Kevin Durant wants to know why he doesn't belong in the GOAT conversation.

for the first ever Gil shootout.
For those of you who missed out,
here's a recap of what took place on Saturday.
-♪
-♪ Welcome to the first ever Gill shootout
presented by Underdog Fantasy.
Whoa, whoa!
We're gonna find out whose jumper
is the most dependable in hostile territory.
That's another one he don't want either, that one-on-one.
Come on, Gil!
This is called Gil's game!
He just missed again!
I took 10,000 shots to make 12.
Look at us, girls taking over.
It's gonna be me and Jen at the end.
You're calling it now.
Yeah.
Yeah! We got it! We are called the, ladies and gentlemen, the Anthony Miracola, the first winner of the Gil shootout presented by Underdog Fantasy World. Take your check and give Jack your respect.
This is what hard work looks like.
This is what an underdog story looks like.
Way to go Gil.
I just shed a snug tear.
I don't know about y'all.
That was beautiful. Yeah. But in all sincerity, Gil, salute to you. Been tear. I don't know about y'all. That was beautiful.
Yeah.
But in all sincerity, Gil, salute to you.
Been talking about this thing for a long, long time to make it come true.
Did our best numbers ever in the history of the Gil's Arena YouTube channel.
On that live stream, had about 500, 600 people pull up to the event.
Over 30,000 were watching live.
And there was a playoff game on, so we took some of that.
From the NFL. But Gil, you had 12 in the first round. Brandon had 16. Rashad, a playoff game on, so we took some of that from the NFL.
But Gil, you had 12 in the first round.
Brandon had 16.
Rashad, you were the leader on the couch of this current episode with 17,
but didn't make it out of the first round.
Trash.
So we have a mostly fans question
from Icy Da Boss.
Hey, yo, what's good, Gil's Arena?
Hey, this question for the whole couch. For real, for real. Hey, what's good, Gil's Arena? Hey, this question for the whole couch.
For real, for real.
Hey, what the fuck, man?
Yo, what the fuck?
Y'all fucked up my parlay like five times, like everybody on the couch.
Except for Lexi.
Hey, look, you almost won, but other niggas fucked up my parlay.
Swaggy P, Gil, Rashad.
What the fuck, man?
As you know, we don't do parlays in Underdog Fantasy.
We do pick-ems, but we will forgive Icy the boss.
He's not on the couch.
But, guys, what happened on Saturday?
He said we disappointed him five times.
Mm-mm.
I only disappointed him once.
One time, baby.
Like I said, I thought I was moving on to the second round.
But next time. Okay. It I said, I thought I was moving on to the second round. But next time.
Okay.
It's all right.
We shot.
He wasn't going to move on if it was like that anyway.
Let's be honest.
I can't talk.
I lost.
I lost.
I lost to.
But we all lost.
I lost to my matchup, too.
I did.
He had 16.
Yeah, he had 16.
I did what I was supposed to do.
Okay.
I did what I was supposed to do. So. I did what I was supposed to do.
So Brandon Rashad, you both scored higher than Gil.
Do you care that you lost that chance at that 100K
or is packing up Gil good enough for y'all?
It's worth more than 100K.
More than, okay.
Listen, I already 10-1.
I can take that to my grave.
I was cool with that.
I was cool with that.
Never playing this nigga ever again.
And he's like, oh, let's do it. All right, I'll give you a chance again. And then you lost again. I was cool with that never never playing this thing ever again
I give you a chance again, and then you lost again Yeah, after trying to cheat me and home the court advantage all that so you done you're done. We can play something else
Like talk we play talk space all the way bowling M's in whatever you like to compete with girls in his life
You know one ball in, whatever you like to compete with girls in. He don't want bowling.
So Gil, the former namesake of Gil's Arena, now Lexi's Arena, presented by $100 Fantasy Woo Woo.
They called you Agent 12 in the chat on Saturday after your 12-point performance in the first
round.
Are you prepared to accept that nickname?
Yeah.
I don't mind.
Okay.
No more Agent Zero.
Agent 12.
Hey, hey, hey.
That's 12 more than zero.
10-1 moves to 17-12. That sounds a lot better.
Man, I can't wait till the next one.
We will be doing more. That's why somebody tried to tell me,
you can't say first annual. Yes, you can, because we're doing more.
Technically, that was the pilot.
Yeah.
That was actually the pilot for them to see it live and
and give me the okay so therefore there will be four more this year
I don't know underdog knows that but they know it now Nothing you can do about it. He'll have said it. He'll put it in the universal calendar.
Oh, well.
This is how this went.
Hey, did y'all like it?
When can we do the next one?
Underdog? Perfect.
Yeah, that's fine.
Most likely, we're going to try to get one in March.
Okay.
And then we're going to get...
You're not on that email.
It's just me and them. I'm telling y'all what to do. And then we're gonna get yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, you're not on that email So we're gonna try to get one in March and then probably
June July August
Did be Lexi. Oh, we got one, huh? I definitely said one of us gotta win one now good
Have you told y'all y'all know if if it's really rigged, if the champions or everybody who scored over like 15, if y'all not in it.
10 and below, so that's just me and a dude who had 10. Just us two.
Did you get approval from Lexi? Y'all can't come back. Did you get permission from Lexi to do four more shootouts?
No, this is Lexi Arena.
It's still Gil's shootout.
Okay, okay, okay.
Beautiful, beautiful.
Uh-oh.
Somebody at the door.
They got past security.
Ladies and gentlemen, we have a special guest making his debut in the arena.
He dominated the Gil shootout trial back in December to punch his ticket to the main event.
Then he pulled up to the first ever Gill shootout presented by Underdog Fantasy,
dominated the competition through four harrowing rounds,
going 42 of 50 from the college three and NBA three
to be crowned the first ever Gill shootout winner
and take home that $100,000 grand prize.
Mr. Anthony Miracola.
Welcome to the show formerly known as Gill's Arena,
now Lex's Arena presented by Underdog
K. Oh, he got the check. He got the check. He got the check.
He got the check.
What's up, baby?
What's up?
What's up, brother? Appreciate you pulling up. He got the check with him.
We all looking at the check like, damn, that should have been us.
He got the straight face, too. He's like, yeah, motherfuckers, look at this shit.
Yeah, look at this, son of a bitch.
Here you go. Right here, nice and secure. He's like, yeah, motherfuckers, look at this shit. Look at this son of a bitch.
So, Anthony, how you doing?
Good, man.
Appreciate you guys having me on.
So now that you have some time to let it sink in,
what does it mean to you to be the first ever winner of the GIL shootout presented by Underdog Fantasy?
It means a lot.
I put in a lot of time and effort for years and years.
Really cool to do it on the big stage with, you know, with you guys involved and all that, able to kind of
put it out in front of a bigger audience, and really cool. I'm happy, you know, and still kind
of sinking in, you know. It's crazy. 100K, yeah, it's beautiful. I wish I made money working on
this show, but I will live through you. Let me hold something.
So you went last in the final round, a shooter before you, Michael Wynn, put up 40, which was a high bar for you to have to top.
What was going through your mind in that final round with $100,000 on the line?
You know, to be honest, not a whole lot.
Just trying to stick to the basics.
Like I said, all the time and effort that I put in and just focus shot to shot, rack to rack and not get caught up in any other distractions besides that. And just,
just, just like I said, anytime I was being interviewed at the qualifying thing and the
round around just, Hey, just trying to do the best I can do. That was really it. No real secret.
We got some highlights for you. I mean, you was out there really getting buckets.
Like I said, it came down to the wire.
You had to beat 40.
You got it on the final rack to seal the win.
Yo!
Patiently waiting.
Dominated the middie.
Dominated the NBA 3.
You are a machine.
Dominated while our empty mouthpiece
talking quite loudly, trying to throw you off your game
but came through and got it done so we got the final round right here
oh did you ask for the ball back to finish yeah i was really pissed to be honest with you i got a
little distracted because some people started moving into my peripheral and the strobe light
For some reason caught into my eye
I was like what the fuck you know as I was shooting it and I was just mad cuz I want you know I was I
Was locked in there's no reason I should have missed that much. I want to make it
Yeah, I got kind of just threw me off for a moment, but yeah, no big deal
No, so after you won you was counting in my head. I knew I had it. Oh, yeah
After you won you immediately headed the stands to hug your wife.
What did this win and this 100 racks mean for you and your family?
It meant a lot.
It was cool because she helps me with stuff a lot and supports me and all that.
My parents, her parents, spend a lot of time doing it, shooting and stuff. I think the one thing I do want to clear up
from what everybody,
like my daughter has Down syndrome
and she had open heart surgery
and she's doing good.
She's got probably some more surgeries in her future.
She eats through a tube.
She's two years old, but she's doing great.
I don't want people to think
I got this really sad story,
but it's just reality.
But we don't really necessarily have bills
that are piled up, but you never know. My wife's constantly on the phone with companies, this, that, and you
never know what's going to actually happen. It's just nice to have some security. We're comfortable,
but it's nice to have some security in case it's nonstop riffraff that we deal with, with all these
different insurance companies and the hospital bills. I mean, she goes to appointment after
appointment. It's just crazy. But again, I don't appointment after appointment. You know, it's just crazy.
But again, I don't want it to be some big, sad sob story.
You know, we're a happy family and all that.
So hopefully we can just kind of put it aside
and save it for a rainy day.
And it'll help us, you know, with our future.
That's for sure.
For sure.
So the Inside the NBA clip
where you're taking on Kenny Smith
has been circulating for a few years now.
What really happened with your appearance on Inside the NBA clip where you're taking on Kenny Smith, been circulating for a few years now, what really happened with your appearance on Inside the NBA?
It always has to get back to that, man.
Yeah, it was just kind of like I said briefly on the microphone.
You know, they were being real secretive on the phone before we went there.
And, you know, it's a thing where it was just bizarre.
You know, they reached out to me in the House of Highlights and all them.
They were real cool, man.
They posted different videos of mine, and everybody was cool on the phone.
And then they said they wouldn't pay for my wife's flight.
It was just like a really weird vibe, man, when we got there.
And got to shoot around a little bit.
I was hitting the ceiling over and over.
So I was like, hey, what's going on?
I can't shoot threes in here.
I mean, if I went back, I couldn't shoot threes.
It's not a secret.
It's a little studio.
Honestly, you guys got more wood on the floor here
than they did there.
It was, like, bizarre.
You couldn't even fit your feet in,
and, you know, and I had to sit in there for an hour,
and then they pulled me out after just, you know,
and then they put me on the spot,
and we all, beforehand, we all agreed
that we're going to shoot free throws
because I was just totally uncomfortable, you know, and they were all, okay, yeah, whatever, and they put me on the spot. I should all, beforehand, we all agreed that we're going to shoot free throws because I was totally uncomfortable, you know, and they were all okay. Yeah, whatever. And they put me on the
spot. I should have just walked off, but it was, I just kind of felt like weird about it because
there were cameras everywhere and we were going live. And, and I think really what tipped it off
was after the segment, they all thought it was funny and stuff. And, you know, I spoke up for
myself and they kind of, in a sense, shooed me and my wife out of there. We were, you know,
just like this.
I was on the show, and then I was supposed to hang out on the side, chill, do whatever,
and they just kind of shooed us out because I spoke up and said it was bullshit.
This isn't right.
Oh, everybody knows you can shoot.
You set the world record for NBA threes.
I said, no, no, no, it's not.
I didn't come here to humiliate myself.
You guys were all secretive about everything, and then we agreed to do free throws.
You flip the script on me, you know, and, like, everybody,
oh, man, you were with a bunch of legends.
I don't know.
You guys might think, like, you guys might think they're legends.
To me, those aren't legends, people who use you and just do, like,
to me, that's like, like, you guys don't have to kiss my ass, man,
and I don't have to kiss your ass,
but we can have mutual respect for each other.
Legends, to me, are guys who,
yeah, maybe on the court,
but treat people the way you want to be treated.
I know you guys are all about jokes and stuff,
and that's what I was telling them.
Yeah, it's cool to joke around,
but you're fucking with my life.
And I knew what was going to happen before it happened because I knew everybody was going to judge me based on it.
And I didn't feel any pressure.
I was actually confused.
Like, what the fuck?
I'm shooting threes?
We said we were shooting free throws.
It was just a really bizarre situation.
The whole vibe, man, the whole time,
my wife and I, from the time we got there,
they just were, you just got this impression
that they just thought they were better than us type of thing.
And it was always like, oh, they're joking.'re joking like oh man you're a little guy man you're
you're so little you ever even played basketball you know oh man you got a man bun like i'm thinking
myself you know i didn't know this was about appearances and stuff you guys you guys look a
little bit out of shape i mean i'm just i'm sitting here looking like. Are you talking about him and not the kids? Because Rashad is not the kids.
No, no, no.
He was looking at you.
No, hey.
He's not talking to me.
He's not talking to me.
He's looking at you.
He's not talking to me.
He's going.
Oh, dude.
Finally, we got your ass back.
Yeah.
Don't get it twisted.
I'm on growth hormone again.
We can run a slipper.
Don't get it twisted.
I've been like this since high school. No, I mean, but seriously, that's what I'm on growth hormone again. We can run through it. I've been like this since high school.
No, I mean, but seriously, that's why I'm thinking my side.
I didn't know, you know, because they kept chipping away at us, like, before we got on
air.
You know, like, oh, man, you're so, you know, like, they wouldn't even let you finish sentences
and stuff.
I'm like, you guys don't look like you're in great shape.
And then I'm like, man, you got buck teeth, man.
I mean, you got your balls.
Okay, let them know.
I got a great set of hair on my head. Why are you saying I have a man bun I said I got a
ponytail actually it was just like the whole thing and it wasn't about all that because they may be
great guys they weren't great to me they were very disrespectful and we just got this vibe the whole
time we were there and then it took place it was just it was just weird man you know like they
congratulations them they have a great show but they know what they did to me. This isn't a
secret. You could hook me up to a lie detector and they just, but it was just what it spun into.
I had things lined up. I was supposed to be on a few shows. I was, you know, sports illustrate.
I said this to Gil, they, they sent some people out to my house, did all this filming and different
things. They were supposed to make this big blow up article on me. And they just basically,
they told me on the phone, Hey, we're, we're trashing it. You know,
as a TNT stuff. And, you know, I had a few sponsorships lined up and my, my manager ditched
me. Everybody just threw me to the wolves, man. And it's, and the, and the thing, the other thing
I said was, this is five years ago. And they, now, because of the, I think because of the way I spoke
up for myself afterwards, they, they didn't like that, and they just keep reposting it and giving it to other people and reusing it and acting.
People think that it just happened.
It was five years ago.
Since then, I've done all this stuff.
I've won all these competitions.
I'm sure you guys don't even know.
This is the second time I've won $100,000 in a competition.
Oh, so this ain't even a lot of bread.
I beat a bunch of...
The other one was 110 guys.
It was all people, ex-college, ex-pros that I took down.
Single elimination.
You know, it's like...
You know, I set seven world records since then.
I mean, I'm not bragging, but it's just like...
You should.
Hey, talk your shit.
You should.
Talk your shit.
You should.
It ain't about that.
Because even now that I won this,
I don't have any shit to talk, man.
I won it.
I think my shooting spoke for itself.
And you know what, man?
Next time I go to compete or do something,
I still got to back it up.
So there's nothing for me to say.
That's just not how I am.
You know, I'm glad I won.
Anybody can have a good day.
Anybody can have a bad day.
Anybody can have a good round.
Anybody can have a bad round.
You know, I just didn't like the whole how everybody just took this TNT thing and ran with it.
Like right now, why are we talking about it?
Who gives a fuck?
I mean, it was five years ago.
It was bullshit.
They set me up.
It was in a studio.
It wasn't even a court.
It was just bizarre.
And it's just, hopefully this helps to just put it to rest.
I will.
And I just want them like to me
It's like what they did to me was wrong and they know it and I don't really have anything bad to say about them
They just they just basically played me and that's it. It's you know, you know what it really was
It's more of the competition of ex players, right? Yeah, we compete all day, right?
Yeah, but you know when you're bringing a guest on and you're bringing someone in to show his talent, you're supposed to make them look.
Exactly.
Like, you're bringing them in to make them look better in front of the world, not to embarrass them.
Yep.
So, you know, even when I seen the clip, which was two weeks ago, I thought it just happened.
Yep.
Right?
Exactly.
So I'm like.
Because they keep reposting it and they keep changing the caption and putting words into my mouth.
They keep saying that I said I'm the best shoe rider.
I didn't say shit like that.
I was really nice, and that's the whole thing.
Like you were saying, that's exactly how my wife and I felt.
Aren't we here for something that I achieved?
And it was like, it was more so the stuff that,
what they did on camera was what it was,
but a lot of it was the stuff off camera.
It was like, you know, like, not one of them even said,
hey, man, great job or nothing.
You know, like, hey, congratulations.
It was never anything.
Like, were they mean?
No, but it was just weird, man.
It was like, you know, and it was like,
we got the impression, too, her and I, when we talked,
it was like Ernie was off to the side.
He was real cool, but it was like,
he was almost like a dude that was like a kid on a playground
watching another guy get bullied
and just kind of standing by like,
hey, you know, he didn't say nothing,
but, you know,
and that's kind of how the whole thing was
and like, what was I supposed to say?
You know, like, okay.
You know, like, what the hell, you know?
I'm glad you stood on business
because that's what I do on a regular basis
and I've been shunned for it a whole lot.
So I'm empathetic to you
and I'm glad that you're able to
be able to speak your shit, right?
Yeah, I am too.
Address it, right?
Walk away from it and say, look, we've been over this shit, but look, it was fucked up what you guys did.
And I don't appreciate it.
But at the same time, you go on and you win $200,000, $300,000 in the last five years.
So, I mean, I applaud you.
You're a hero to a lot of people, bro.
And it's like when you stand on what you mean, and you speak up for yourself
Some people don't like that shit
And that's what drive people to push you away because it's like who you think you are to speak up for yourself
Yeah, no I agree man cuz you don't like I mean you guys can all secretly think you're better than me as a shooter
That's fine. I don't care. You don't mean your competitors just like me. You know that that's fine
You don't have to agree with me, but don't, you know, humiliate me and
ruin my life and keep reposting. You know, that that's where the line is drawn. And that's,
that's where I had the issue with it. And that's the thing. It's like, you know, have I played in
the NBA? No, but I told Gil, I was a hell of a player. I don't even talk about that, man. Most
people thought I was a better dribbler than I was shooter.
And again, this is my moment to tell people.
I played in high school.
I averaged almost 24 points a game.
I was first team All-State Michigan.
I was like the best guard in the state of Michigan.
And I was also the only guard that played in the All-State game that didn't get a Division I scholarship just because I was small.
Let a name say you're no.
I'm not in the NBA,
but I've competed. I've played. I've played in all kinds of adult leagues and tournaments against
ex-professionals, ex-college players. I've always been able to hold my own. I get my shot off.
I can shoot fast. Again, that's not what this is about, but everybody thinks they can block my
shot. The way I shoot in a competition is the way I shoot in a competition.
You know, I can get down and I can play basketball.
That's how this began.
I played basketball just like you guys.
Yeah, for sure.
I love it.
Well, Anthony, we got a surprise for you.
Gil's got a quarter of a series.
We're going to do a special shooting.
No, I'm just kidding.
I'm just messing with you.
But one thing, even interviewing at the event on Saturday,
just talking about what people don't realize,
that clip circulated for five years,
all the hate that you get as a result of social media
and people looking at it and kind of trying to tear you down.
So the floor is yours.
What would you like your haters to know?
Let a naysayer know.
Not really a whole lot, man.
I mean, I'm kind of saying my piece here,
just that, hey, I'm just a regular guy.
I enjoy basketball, and I'm a fan of basketball. It's like, look, man, if you like basketball, you should like me.
I'm into basketball. I might say a few comments on the side to a friend or my wife, different
things, whatever, but I'm not going to get out there on social media and start cutting people
down. That's just whatever know whatever i mean a joke
is a joke like i said but you know people just take it too far there's never really nothing to
say i feel like you know as long as i keep doing what i'm doing that speaks for itself yeah i mean
so so what you're saying is you know them naysayers you know the the people that put you down
you know they got the gill brick call them at 12 this is i should take this is a congratulations
so i should this is a congratulations.
This is a congratulations.
This is Gil.
You did exactly what we thought you would do.
Yeah, see?
So I should take this as motivation, huh?
And then come back and whoop their ass.
You took the 10-1 as motivation.
That's what got you shooting 10,000 shots the first time.
So how many shots did you shoot?
How many... Fuck that.
How many shots did you take in How many shots have you taken?
Like, I mean, just, you know,
for someone who shoots, you know,
since I was little, right,
preparing for the contest,
even though I had 12,
how many shots do you put up,
just like weekly?
You know, it's, man, hard to say say it fluctuates from time to time what I do
It's kind of like a chef giving away his recipe
Number two recipe is a recipe but only to cook and still cook it, right?
You know what I mean?
A lot, man.
More than anybody.
Oh, fair.
I'm confident in saying that,
that I've made more shots than anybody on planet Earth.
So let me ask you this.
That's fair.
Did you make less this time than you usually make?
In the competition?
Yeah.
You had 42, so have you made more than that?
I've made more, but I wouldn't say I necessarily made less
in the big scheme of things,
because you've got to take into account
the uniqueness of this competition.
I didn't really have anything to go off to prepare.
It was like change,
and I honestly didn't know what I was even doing.
So I was just shooting a lot of shots,
and if you take that into account, It was like change and I honestly didn't know what I was even doing. So I was just shooting a lot of shots and
With if you take that into account mixed with you know
You guys like you good shooters like in it most of people in it were pretty good shooters
I mean that like you're looking at that first round like damn everybody's
No, it was so anything you know the pressures a big crowd everybody's watching, you know, so, and then, you know, the pressure's a big crowd. Everybody's watching, you know, through the stream and everything. So I think it was, I'm satisfied. Could I have shot
better? Yeah, but I could have shot worse, you know. I think it was, I'm, you know, I'm happy
I won, you know. I think it was, I think I shot good and consistent round around, you know. You
want to just keep making it round around, you know. Yeah, so what's next for you? I don't know, man, just this. And then
hoping that it clears my name a little bit, you know, and then hoping that maybe somebody would
give me a chance, you know, like at, at this point I still have almost no followers on social media.
I got nobody that'll get every, I'm not kidding. I've had so many people, you know, from that,
that just, it's no, no, no. It's, I've had people actually tell me, no, that TNT thing, you know,
and then other people just know, like, I've never got a chance. I have at this point,
no sponsorship. I hope someone will pick me up, give me a chance. All I do is shoot. I've, I've,
I've had multiple managers that just left me in the dust. I've parted ways with, I, I don't know. I just,
I've just, I've called companies myself over and over, tried to send footage. Hey, you know,
what do you want me to do? I'll hang up the phone. You tell me what color t-shirt to put on. I'll
make a hundred straight threes right now. Send you the footage. What do you want me to do?
You know, I'll do, you know, I can prove to you right now. I can do this. You know,
this is what I do. You're not just, I don't know. So Anthony, you right now. I can do this. You know this is what I do Yeah, just I don't know so Anthony said you got one so you following a sponsor
underdog fantasy
Gay you 100 records no no no and the sponsorship is coming occur to see Alexis arena
How we approve this with Lexi Lexi's arena is here. Okay? I'm just
Do not mix this shit up. I'm just going to text her right now.
Girls don't run this shit.
Girls don't run this shit.
Who runs the world?
Girls, we run the world.
She got a week.
She got one week.
You got a week, Kevin.
Tell people where they can follow you at on social media so we can help you run some numbers up.
Yeah, and all the handles, Miracola360, M-I-R-A-C-O-L-A 360, Miracola360, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, whatever.
For sure.
Yeah.
Well, Anthony, we appreciate you pulling up to Lexi's Arena to come back in the glory of your first ever,
being the first ever winner of the Guild Shootout presented by Underdog Fantasy.
Hope you enjoy those 100,000 bands.
Absolutely.
Really get to turn up. We will see you
at one of our events in the near future.
You got to defend your crown.
You got to defend your crown in March.
More bags to be secured.
Anthony Miracola,
the first ever winner of the Gil shootout
presented by Underdog Fantasy. We're going straight to the top.
Shout out to Anthony, man.
It's cool, not cool, but hearing the other side of that.
You know, on TV, they like to set you up a lot.
Not here at Lexi's Arena.
We're very transparent about what we got going on.
But just to hear his story.
Not getting to thwart the haters. I ain't know nothing about none of that.
It makes sense.
Even when I seen like three shots,
like, come on.
I thought the same thing. I was like,
he's supposed to be making them.
But it was only like three shots. And then Kenny,
I'm like, you can't lose to a nigga who needs touch.
But you can see the setup.
Like, just shoot. You can watch it and see like that's not what you know. Yeah, he didn't look it didn't look comfortable
He didn't look like he was in an element. So I was like, okay this don't feel right and nothing here
It just makes sense now. So but did he five years ago?
You shouldn't be getting backlash still from that but it's been 20 years for me, so I understand. The Internet does not forget.
But we do got to show.
I know, right, because 10-1 was like, what, six months ago?
I still got to get the backlash.
Was it six or seven?
Was it seven?
I don't know, but I'm still getting the backlash.
Not no more.
You don't got to hear 10-1 no more.
I know.
Just 12.
17-12.
It's a whole new category now.
What are you going to do?
We're going to get to that.
You don't got to hear 10-1 no more.
It's 12.
It's 17-12. Yeah, more. It's 17-12.
It's 17-12.
But we are a basketball show here at Lexi's Arena,
so we got some things that we need to discuss.
Let's start first with KD.
Rashad, I know you previously said KD,
when it's all said and done,
better career than LeBron, Raymond, James Sr.
Absolutely.
So Kevin Durant did an interview with Dwayne Rankin
from the Arizona Republic recently,
took issue with his name not being mentioned in the GOAT debate, saying, quote,
why shouldn't I be in that?
That's the question you should ask.
Why not?
What haven't I done?
So KD, first ballot Hall of Famer, resume very impressive, two-time champ finals MVP,
10-time All-NBA selection, six first teams, four second teams, 2014 MVP, four-time scoring champ,
two-time member of the prestigious
50-40-90 club, also scored the most points in Team USA history, which I don't think a
lot of people realize.
Right.
More than Melo.
So, Rashad, I'm going to start with you.
Does KD belong in the GOAT debate?
I believe so, because, you know, I've taken Mike and Kobe out. So if it only leaves guys like LeBron and them,
I think KD can definitely make an argument.
It's not even about him going to the Warriors
because LeBron went to the Heat.
So everything balances out except for him reaching the accolades
and the accomplishments.
And the question is, what kind of pace does he need
to continue to reach LeBron's, what is he, 36, 37,000?
Who, KD?
No, LeBron's points, total points.
LeBron will be somewhere in the 40 or beyond K range when it's all said and done.
40K.
So wherever KD is now, is he on pace to get there?
If he is, it's a conversation to be had.
I mean, because skill set-wise, he's there.
He does it.
You know, he plays both ends of the floor.
But, I mean, it's going to be subjective at the end of the day.
What is the GOAT?
Like, what defines GOAT?
It's subjective to everybody.
That's a Mount Rushmore, right?
Like, you don't have a Mount Rushmore, right, to be the GOAT?
No.
Or the GOAT is just one person?
One person.
So KD has 27,913 points in his career as of right now.
How many?
27,913 career points.
So he's a little bit off that pace.
He'd have to play.
Really depends on when LeBron retires,
but he'd have to play well into his 40s to even come close.
But BJ, got to know, does KD belong in the GOAT debate,
in your opinion?
Be honest. The GOAT debate? Like, the GOAT is one GOAT debate, in your opinion? Be honest.
The GOAT debate? Like, the GOAT is one GOAT, so...
No, because it's only one person.
Who is it?
I don't know. I mean, that's up for you guys to decide.
I mean, I don't know...
It's up for you to decide.
I mean, I don't know who the GOAT is.
I mean, I told you I'm gonna wait till they're all done playing.
So, but the GO goat is one person.
So ain't no goat right now?
Not to me. I think we got
to wait until they're done.
We got to wait until everybody's finished. We got to wait until LeBron finishes.
There's a few people that are finished that I never
plan again. Is there a goat?
Yeah, I mean, you can put Mike in there. You can put
Kobe in there. I mean, it just depends.
But, I mean,
I'm definitely going to wait until LeBron James retires
and Steph Curry.
Okay. But as of right now,
do you got Mike in that spot? Is he holding it down?
Or who's the most compelling GOAT argument?
I don't think it's no GOAT. I think we just wait
until LeBron and him finish, and then we can start
talking about that.
Okay. But, having said all that,
does KD, because there's no GOAT
right now, if we're having a GOAT debate picnic, does KD get to come and does he get to walk away with a GOAT plate?
If he finishes his career, does he get to be a part of the conversation?
Yeah, a part of the conversation. Yeah. A part of the conversation.
So Gil, does KD belong in the GOAT debate?
In the debate, where would you rank him?
I'm merely a host.
There's only, what I'm saying is, a debate,
because there's one GOAT, right, Michael Jordan, right?
The only person who can get into the debate
will be number two, right?
If you're three, four, five, you're
not part of a debate anymore, right?
So if you're, a debate, who is the GOAT
has to be the best
two players that ever lived.
Right?
Kobe stopped.
So if he's second in people's
minds, third in people's mind, if he's third
in people's mind, he can't have any more
statistical stats. He can't have no more
accomplishments. So he would be considered out of
the GOAT debate. If LeBron James is third, he is still in the GOAT debate because he's still
putting up numbers, right? If he's second, then that's the GOAT debate. Then whoever's playing now
is still running their numbers up to actually be put inside the GOAT debate.
That's how it's supposed to be done. There's just not this room where everyone
who has a great career, you're a part of the goat debate, right? You can't be fourth or fifth
and be considered in the goat debate. It's only one and whoever's chasing that one.
But I guess who determines, we just asked Brandon, who determines who's second, third,
fourth, fifth? Who determines that's second, third, fourth, fifth, like who
determines that?
You said third, fourth.
I'm just saying when we're having this discussion, I feel like different people are going to
have different people that they put in that position.
And that's the problem because no matter what you say, you're going to change the rules
to put whoever's in it, right?
And is it your resume?
Is it who we like what is the criteria because no matter how you say it is going to conflict with whatever you're trying to say if you use rings as goat
debate then michael jordan would be 12 and no bill russell and that that bill Russell will be one you know Bill Russell will be one um then you
have with Sam Jones and Robert Horry and like you know what I mean so if you try to use that
as the standard championships then Michael Jordan wouldn't be in there now if you just go off of the
rest of your resume then that's going to be another group of people. So you have to put the criteria down. Or are we just doing the eye testing? Who made us feel good when we looked at
the game? Right? There's so many criterias that you can use, but no matter which one you use,
you will contradict yourself. I think off the court matter too, though.
No, I don't do off the court because it's you.
It's what you did on that floor.
Yeah, but that's a lot of it though.
Influence.
Your influence.
Off the court matters too.
You can't be in the GOAT and off the court you corny and things don't wanna fuck with
you.
Or your shoes don't sell for the last 30 years, 40 years.
All that has to, because it's the business.
You guys didn't even have shoe deals.
Michael Jordan.
Who has the goat?
Michael Jordan has been surviving. No, guys, we're naming the goat.
His name has been surviving because the Jordan sneaker, the influence of being Gatorade, Wheaties, all of the things that advertised and marketed him.
Yeah, that shit matters.
Keeps him there.
Like, if he doesn't have all of that and he's not the good-looking, darkinned black guy in the 80s and 90s and like we don't have the conversation as much if it's dominique wilkins or if it's claude drexler
it made sense for it to be mike it's or it's just or yeah or a hundred percent
come on bro so you're using every element that has nothing to do with basketball it does it does
bro just like your influence with your shoe when you was able to bring it back out because Kyle Lowry was wearing it, that's the influence that kept you relevant to everybody.
Who had a signature shoe before Michael Jordan?
Exactly.
Magic Johnson.
They had it together.
That wasn't him and Bird.
Him and Bird and the rest of the league.
So no one had the, he was the first signature shoe, in a sense.
Like that's what I'm saying.
But there wasn't no companies actually trying to find a spokesman to have a signature shoe.
Michael Jordan was the first one.
You've seen the movie.
It was the air.
They developed that because they had a product now.
So is he your GOAT?
Mike?
Yeah.
No.
Who's your GOAT, Rashad?
Kobe.
Okay.
Respectable.
So, Gil, you talked a little bit about ring culture.
If ring culture didn't exist, would we view Kevin Durant as the best basketball player ever?
Then what are we going off of?
What else?
If you take out rings, because rings is team.
You have to have a team too and we just went off of everyone's everyone's body of work
body of work right that should be okay lucky for me I have no I'm not gonna say
no names I'm gonna just read off their body of work it's going down to Lexi's
arena all right 13 time all-star 10 timeStar, 10-time All-NBA, 10-time,
I mean,
two-time NBA champ,
two-time Finals MVP,
two-time All-Star MVP,
one-time MVP,
Rookie of the Year,
four-time scoring champ.
Okay?
That's one person.
18-time All-Star,
15-time All-NBA,
12-time All-Defense,
five-time,
we're going to take
championship out,
four-time All-Star MVP, two-time Finals MVP, two-time scoring champ, five-time. We're going to take championship out. Four-time All-Star MVP, two-time
Finals MVP, two-time scoring champ,
one-time MVP.
We have 19-time All-Star,
19-time All-NBA,
six-time all-defensive,
four-time MVP, four-time Finals
MVP, three-time All-Star MVP,
one-time scoring champ,
one-time assist champ, rookie of the year.
Okay? That person has an in-season tournament championship also in the resume that man's not man 19 time all-star 15
time all nba 11 time all defense six time uh nvp four time block champ two-time scoring champ two
time finals nvp one-time rebound champ rookie of the year 12-time all-star 10-time Finals MVP, one-time Rebound Champ, Rookie of the Year, 12-time All-Star, 10-time
All-NBA, five-time, no champs, four-time All-Star Champ, three-time Finals MVP, three-times
MVP, two-time All-Star MVP, two-time Steel Champ.
Last, 14-time All-Star, 11-time All-NBA, 10-time Scoring, 10-time finals MVP, 5-times MVP, 3-times All-Star MVP, 3-times Steel Champ,
1 defensive player of the year, 9-time all-defensive team.
Okay.
Now, if you put all these guys together, right, and everyone had to stand on their own,
then you try to figure out who will be the GOAT.
And that's how you should do it.
We shouldn't, you should,
I don't like when you talk about GOAT stuff and you do this.
This guy did this, he couldn't do it.
Right, you talk about one's greatness
and you take away what someone else couldn't do.
Just name everything everyone did that was great so if Jordan won six rings you say six
rings right six MVPs if LeBron won four you say four you don't say four for ten
right everyone throws the negatives on someone else's that make it look worse
just say everyone's greatness
and then go from there.
That's because as a child with kids
a lot of these... Mike
ain't never left a kid crying or
upset for losing.
So if you, Mike, and you're running
through a whole era, yeah, I'm going to bring that up.
Every time I test the finals, I've never lost.
So yeah, I don't care how many times you've been.
When I go, you know I'm coming back home with one.
That does matter.
That's a big statement.
But then someone can say, I never lost in the first round 46 times.
That's fine.
But I never lost in the finals, though.
The finals.
The finals.
The finals is the biggest thing the NBA ever has.
What I'm saying, if you're that great, stand on your greatness.
Don't throw salt on someone else's greatness.
Who?
Anyone's.
If I went to the finals six times, I have six finals MVP.
That should be all that's being said.
You just said.
I don't need to say that you've been there ten times and lost six.
I don't need to do that if I'm secure with the shit I did.
But you just listed off a bunch of stats.
Like 17-12. A bunch of stats. Like 1712.
A bunch of stats.
I knew you was going to do this.
That's why I told you to stand.
Are you a stat man?
Or yeah, yeah.
See, I lost that argument.
You just listed a bunch of stats.
I knew you were going to do this.
I knew you were going to do that.
I lost it earlier.
We're talking about the stats.
I'm not talking about the stats.
I'm talking about the stats.
I'm talking about the stats.
I'm talking about the stats.
I'm talking about the stats.
I'm talking about the stats.
I'm talking about the stats. I'm talking about the stats. I'm talking about the stats. I'm talking about the stats. I'm talking about the stats. I'm talking about the stats. We're talking. you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you
