When police tracked her to a Dallas apartment building and viewed CCTV footage, they were disturbed to notice that she appeared disoriented and vanished after exiting the frame.
Starting point is 00:02:28 But did the day's volatile events lead to her disappearance or was it something else entirely? This is the story of Prismareyes. Prisma Denise Peralta Reyes was born on March 20, 1993 in Vera Cruz, Mexico, which is a state situated on the Gulf of Mexico. Her birth father sadly died shortly after she was born, so her mom, Liliaparralta, wanted a fresh start for her baby Prisma as well as Prisma's two brothers and her sister. So she left them with their grandmother and immigrated to the United States to get settled. When Prisma was four years old, her mother Lillia married Dan Fuchs, who became her kids' stepfather, but to Prisma he was just her dad because Dan really stepped into that role and just loved them as his own. The family settled in Mesquite, Texas, which is a suburb east of Dallas,
Starting point is 00:03:44 and Dan remembered that Prisma spoke almost no English when shequite, Texas, which is a suburb east of Dallas, and Dan remembered that Prisma spoke almost no English when she first moved to Texas, but that she caught on very quickly and actually became fluent in a single summer, and she really excelled in school as well. And she was actually even invited to a math and science magnet school for gifted children and she graduated early. Dan called her very loving, very caring, very smart. Now after graduating camp high school, Prisma went on to attend Kaplan College to pursue
Starting point is 00:04:15 her dream of becoming a paralegal. And while attending Kaplan, she and her boyfriend Arturo moved in together. In 2014 when she was 21 years old, she found out that she was pregnant but was determined to continue her studies and graduate on time while still becoming a mother. But things between she and her child's father, again Arturo, just really weren't going well because when she was six months pregnant with her son, she and Arturo got into a really bad fight and Arturo got into a really bad fight and Arturo kicked her out of their apartment. They actually never rekindled things but they did stay in the same state with Arturo eventually moving outside of Austin. Prisma's family claimed
Starting point is 00:04:59 that he had nothing to do with Prisma and their son after she moved out, but Arturo argues that he is sent as much as $60,000 in child support over the years. Dan said proudly that Prisma was determined to be successful not only for herself, but now for her son Dominic. Her brother Rudy echoed, quote, ominic was her whole life. Everything she did, she kept striving to try to make everything better for him. In 2016, when her son was just a toddler, Prisma even joined the National Guard, and her parents did eventually divorce, but Prisma remained close to both of them, and Dan has said that he and Lilia have stayed friendly. And Dan began dating a woman named Don,
Starting point is 00:05:46 whom he claimed that Prisma loved and was close to as well. So everybody stayed super close together. Prisma held many different jobs while working her way toward her dream career, including as a maid and as a receptionist. But in 2018, Prisma started working at the major's firm as a paralegal, which is what she wanted to do. She was hardworking and ambitious, and Dan said, quote, every time I talked to her, she was always running around for different lawyers that she worked for, running to the courthouse, doing this, doing that, and all kinds of stuff.
Starting point is 00:06:21 Now in April of 2019, when this story takes place, she had recently started working part-time at a used car dealership called 123 Texas Auto as well, doing administrative work, so alongside her paralegal stuff. On Wednesday, April 17, 2019, 25-year-old Prisma dropped her son off at school, who was about three years old at this time, and then arrived to work at her new job at 1, 2, 3 Texas Auto around 9 a.m. Now, that morning, she had a dispute with a coworker about a parking spot.
Starting point is 00:06:55 Because since Prisma was so new to this job, she had apparently started parking in a spot that unofficially belonged to someone else, and this upset the coworker. Now, obviously, this sounds pretty insignificant insignificant but the coworker was angry enough to turn this into an altercation, which upset Prisma enough that she brought it up to her babysitter later that day. Prisma received two calls from her son's school that morning, one of which she did return
Starting point is 00:07:21 but it's unclear what these calls were regarding. At 12.05pm, Prisma received a call from her ex-boyfriend, Ryan, whom she started dating within a couple years after ending things with Arturo. They planned to meet up for lunch, and a short while later, Ryan arrived at E-Bar Textmex in Northeast Dallas, about 20 minutes from where Prisma worked, which is described on Google as beer, wine, and colorful cocktails wash down Tex-Mex eats at this bar and grill with happy hour specials. She left work to take her lunch break at 1pm, but some have speculated now that due to the workplace drama from that day, that she was never planning on going back.
Starting point is 00:08:02 And because of the details that are to come, it does feel like that is true, that she was never planning on going back. And because of the details that are to come, it does feel like that is true, that she maybe was just like, I just don't wanna do that job anymore. Maybe I'll find something else and keep being a paralegal. Yeah, it definitely appears that that's the way things were going. So at 1.12 PM that day,
Starting point is 00:08:20 she called Ryan while she was on her way to E-Bar. Shortly after this, according to her phone records, she received a call from an unknown number. Now, she arrived at E-Bar around 1.30 pm. She parked and then she went inside to meet Ryan. Now, according to Prisma's friends and family, Prisma and Ryan were talking about possibly rekindling their relationship during this time, which is an idea that was met with very mixed emotions from those who knew them well.
Starting point is 00:08:49 Because they did a pretty tumultuous relationship that was on and off again for two years, and they had even been involved in prior physical altercations as well. So to Prisma's loved ones, it seemed best that they didn't get back together. And actually, Ryan was charged with assault after a fight left Prisma covered in bruises, and the two then broke up. Ryan was also reportedly quote, significantly older than Prisma, though we're unsure by how many years. However, she was attempting to give him another chance. When they met at the restaurant, the two ordered food and drinks,
Starting point is 00:09:26 but strangely, the wait staff there remember Ryan giving them a false name, introducing himself as Matt. That's kind of strange. Yeah, I don't know why someone would do that. It's not like he has a hard name. Saying Daphne over the phone can be really hard, so sometimes I'm like, my name's Olivia today,
Starting point is 00:09:42 but Ryan is so easy, you know, like why would why would you change that? It seems kind of suspicious to me. Yeah, he was also wearing a hat and sunglasses inside for whatever reason, but let's get back to their date. So sometime after 3 p.m. Which would have been about an hour and a half after Prisma arrived. Ryan left Prisma alone at E-Bar after they had a disagreement. Ryan said later that he had still been seeing other women as they were trying to repair their relationship and that Prisma was upset about this. Then they fought for a while and he left. However, Prisma's family stated later that Ryan had lied or at least embellished about
Starting point is 00:10:26 this aspect of the fight and that it was Ryan who was jealous because Prisma had taken a phone call and he accused her of speaking to other men. But neither side of this dispute has been confirmed with certain accuracy, so we really don't know which way it goes. All we know is that Prisma and Ryan's fight was bad enough that it was noticed by the staff at E-Bar. Eventually the two stepped outside together, potentially to say goodbye, and then Prisma came back inside by herself.
Starting point is 00:11:00 She then sat at the bar alone and had a drink. And as Heath said in the intro to this episode, there is a lot of footage in this case. We're going to put just a little bit of video footage from her sitting at the bar alone, just so you guys have a little bit of a visual. Now, at 4.05 pm, so about an hour after this fight broke out, and two and a half hours after Prisma arrived.
Starting point is 00:11:23 Prisma again stepped outside the restaurant and called her babysitter, who was a woman named Maria, who picked up her son from school that day and the two talked for 52 minutes. So again, this is why we don't think that she was planning on returning to work because she's just sitting at this restaurant all afternoon having some drinks. Yeah, it just doesn't seem like. Seems like maybe she wants to quit. But anyway, so during this call with her babysitter, she had discussed with Maria that she was going to pick up
Starting point is 00:11:54 her son Dominic at 7.30 p.m. that evening. So within a few hours of this conversation. And Maria said later that Prisma discussed the terrible day she was having, including giving her rundown of the altercation at work over the parking spot. Prisma and Maria hung up their phone call at 457 p.m., meaning that Prisma was outside on the phone for about 52 minutes, and then Prisma again went back inside to have another drink.
Starting point is 00:12:25 In the few minutes between when she finished her call, walked inside to have a drink and then left the restaurant, she also got into an altercation with the bartender. According to the bartender, Prisma had had too much to drink at that point and was cut off. Prisma was apparently agitated by this and through her drink getting her kicked out of E-Bar. She then left the bar and got into her white 2017 Jeep Wrangler and headed in the direction of her home. She then took a one minute phone call at 505 PM from a number that she did not have in her address book. Then, her day quickly went from bad to worse.
Starting point is 00:13:06 At 5.06 p.m., Prisma was involved in a road rage incident that escalated so badly that she got out of the car and pulled a gun on three women in the other car. Thankfully, nothing else happened, but there was a verbal confrontation and Prisma got back into her car and she sped away. But the three women in the other car did call police to file a report, which was later attributed to Prisma.
Starting point is 00:13:34 The 911 report was made from Haskell Avenue and Fitshew Avenue, which is just two miles or 3.2 kilometers from E-Bar, so this altercation happened fairly close after she left. Prisma's car was seen turning on to Fitzhugh and one minute later onto the cross-town expressway, both of which are in the direction of Mesquite where Prisma and her babysitter lived. Then she was seen pulling a sudden U-turn in the opposite direction and heading toward her ex-boyfriend Ryan's apartment building, which was located in the Olympuset Ross apartments on Ross Avenue
Starting point is 00:14:10 and Dallas. Now during that drive, Prisma called a friend named one and then placed a call to Ryan. But the weird thing here is that her whereabouts between 5.13 pm and 5.47 pm, while she made the small eight minute drive from where the road rage incident occurred to Ryan's apartment are unknown. So there's about 34 minutes, where we don't know where her car is, even though this distance
Starting point is 00:14:39 between 0.8 of B is only eight minutes. But when she did arrive at Ryan's apartment building at 5.47 pm, she stopped her car in an alleyway that locals use as a throughway between apartment buildings and to access the neighborhood. She left it there haphazardly, parked in the middle of the street, and went inside the building, so that's kind of bizarre. It went inside the building. It was inside the apartment building that things began to get even more strange. Prisma could be seen on surveillance camera footage in the parking garage of Olympus at Ross, sneaking in through the gate as a resident drove through with their car.
Starting point is 00:15:23 You know, obviously the gate opens and she's seen kind of jogging inside. She stood in front of the elevators where she was captured on the cameras, swaying slightly as she talked on the phone. And again, we did post this video on our socials and this is the last video recording of Prisma. She called an ex-boyfriend of hers named Jorge, with whom she was apparently still friends, and then called Ryan again. She placed three calls in a row to him between 5.54 pm and 5.57 pm from within the parking garage. She then called a friend of hers named Chris twice in a row, speaking
Starting point is 00:16:05 to him both times, but was apparently confused about who she was speaking to and seemed distressed and disoriented. And like I said in the video, she is swaying, she's kind of stumbling a little bit, definitely enough to notice. Yeah, I mean, she was drinking earlier that day. So this does add up. But also it's kind of strange that she didn't really know who she was speaking to, unless she was, you know, extremely intoxicated at that point. But who knows? Yeah, well, even alongside that actually. So after she spoke with Chris, she called Ryan again, then she called one again, and then she called Ryan another time. And in one of these final calls, she stated that she was confused,
Starting point is 00:16:47 that she didn't feel right and that she needed help. So what does that mean? Yeah, what is that about? Shortly after 6 p.m., so within about 15 minutes of arriving to Ryan's apartment building, the outgoing calls from Prisma's phone ceased. But her phone's location data still showed her in the vicinity of the Olympus at Ross building. Between 549 and 601 pm, she placed 9 calls total, but the calls to Ryan all went unanswered. While Prisma's babysitter,
Starting point is 00:17:24 friends and family were placing calls to her just attempting to find her, most of these went undetected in the sprint call log obtained after her disappearance. And this led investigators to believe that her phone was either dead or turned off a short while after its last location data was received. After that, Prisma got into the elevator with a resident who was returning from walking his dog, and together they wrote up from the bottom floor. There were no cameras inside the elevator, but police were able to track down this resident who remembers that Prisma appeared visibly upset and that she had been crying. Now, the resident and his dog got off on a lower floor and Prisma continued to ride up.
Starting point is 00:18:11 According to other witnesses, she exited the elevator on an upper floor of the parking garage. One witness remembered seeing her crying while standing next to a silver car with its trunk popped open. Which is really weird. Yeah, very strange and suspicious. And actually, this witness had spoken to Prisma who would ask her if the resident knew whose car it was. And I just wonder why Prisma would ask that. Yeah, I mean, I don't really know.
Starting point is 00:18:37 Especially if she was crying. She's upset about something and she's wondering whose car that is. Why is the trunk popped open? Like, so many questions about that. Well, the resident responded that she's wondering who's car that is, why is the trunk popped open like so many questions about that? Well the resident responded that she didn't know who's car this was, and then she walked to the exit of the parking garage and held the door open for Prisma behind her, but Prisma didn't follow her, instead staying inside the parking garage. And that was the last confirmed sighting of 26-year-old Prisma Reyes.
Starting point is 00:19:05 And since then, she hasn't used her phone or her debit card. Back in Mesquite at the home of Prisma's babysitter, Maria and her husband were waiting for Prisma to pick up her son as usual, but she never showed up. So at 9.30 pm, Maria and her husband reported Prisma was supposed to pick up her son from the babysitter's house, Maria and her husband called the police. So now that Prisma had been reported missing, the news began to spread to her family. Maria had contacted the police before she contacted Prisma's family, which kind of garnered her some criticism later.
Starting point is 00:20:26 Dan, who is Prisma's stepfather, worked as a truck driver and was working late that night when he caught wind of what was happening. Early the following morning, as police began to put the pieces together of Prisma's final known evening, they located her car, which was still abandoned in the alleyway. Someone who lived in the area and was trying to get through had called to complain about it, and thus the police showed up. So as police dug into Prisma's strange final hours, they found that she had a bit of a private life that she had been keeping from her family. The jeep that they assumed she had financed and obtained herself apparently had a man's
Starting point is 00:21:08 name on the lease who most people in Prisma's family did not know, and it's actually still unclear who this person was in regards to Prisma. Her family wondered if she had potentially been having financial problems because not only did she pick up the second job at the used car dealership, but she had also obtained another job on the weekends. She had also taken a slot as an exotic dancer at a club in Fort Worth about 45 minutes away from Mesquite and she did this on the weekends to make a bit of extra money. Police jumped on this lead right away because it may have pointed to what happened to her, thinking that it was entirely possible that she had a client who was obsessed with her.
Starting point is 00:21:50 So investigators visited the club and they talked to the employees and the other dancers, but everyone seemed to have the same impression of Prisma, that she was quiet and hard-working and generally just came in, completed her shift, and left without interacting much with others. However, while it's not known whether this is related to the club or not, Prisma had told a friend about a month before she went missing, that she felt as if someone was watching her and possibly following her. Well, and it was because of this suspicion that she had purchased the gun that she, you
Starting point is 00:22:24 know, brandished at the women in the car that she had the road rage incident with shortly before she disappeared. And Prisma's dad Dan later found the gun on the front seat of her Jeep right where she left it. Prisma had also recently had all four of her tires slashed and never found out who had done it. So police wondered if this had something to do with her disappearance or was just like a random and unrelated crime against her property. The last security footage captured of her is in the parking lot of Ryan's apartment building, but unfortunately for investigators, it's a very large complex with many residents and guests coming in and out on a daily basis.
Starting point is 00:23:11 So police scoured the building of course and spoke with residents of Olympus at Ross as well as adjacent buildings just to see if someone in the building or around it was involved or had witnessed anything else. It's also possible that because she was impaired and had an incredibly stressful day that she had an accident within the building, but in an area that was not captured on security cameras which much of the building was not in view of. However, police maintained that they thoroughly searched the areas of the building where an accident was most likely to have occurred, for example the roof, the elevator
Starting point is 00:23:50 shaft, and the parking garage, and they still found no sign of her. They spoke with every resident who was willing to assist in the investigation and strung together as many witness accounts as they could, but it still didn't lead them to Prisma's whereabouts. Search dogs who were trained to indicate to Prisma's scent and cadaver dogs who were trained to indicate to the smell of human decay were brought through the building as well, but they didn't find anything either. Police then brought in their search area to gas stations, apartments, and homes that
Starting point is 00:24:28 were in the vicinity who had surveillance cameras just in order to obtain more footage, hoping to catch Prisma on some of it. But again, there was no sign of her, like there was no proof that she left the building at all. Dan said, very frustrated, quote, I just don't see how, and I said it before, how someone could just disappear like smoke in the wind. Well, you know, the most plausible suspect here would be Ryan,
Starting point is 00:24:56 but he was actually cleared of suspicion pretty quickly. He was interviewed intently by police and was candid about their relationship and what had happened that day. He mentioned that Prisma had been very rattled by the run-in with her coworker about the parking spot and said that they had discussed it. While Prisma's objective at the apartment building is still unclear, like we don't know
Starting point is 00:25:18 why she was there, it turned out that he had left in his car before she had even arrived at the apartment and reportedly wasn't even at the building when she was last seen. He had driven away his out-of-dallast to meet up with some friends that night, all of whom corroborated his story and he didn't arrive back until hours after Prisma disappeared. The building parking garage security cameras also captured him leaving time stamped before she arrived. However, it's been reported that he moved out of the Olympus at Ross apartments just weeks
Starting point is 00:25:52 after Prisma disappeared, which is either suspicious or incredibly coincidental. Now after viewing the security camera footage, Dan believed that she was abducted and removed from the complex in a vehicle, which appears to be, you know, the most likely scenario here, possibly by someone who took advantage of her intoxicated state. And I really just wonder what she meant when she had set on the phone that she didn't feel right, and that she was feeling confused, like was she more drunk than she had wanted to be, or was it something else, like was she drugged, not had wanted to be or was it something else like was she drugged? Not sure by who or what was going on like I think it would also be helpful to know if she was typically more on the
Starting point is 00:26:31 eruptive or aggressive side when she was drinking or if this behavior was unusual for her But then you also have to wonder how she would be able to successfully drive to Ryan's building without getting lost or into an accident Well, I mean from her ratic behavior and the way that she appeared to be swaying on the footage to successfully drive to Ryan's building without getting lost or into an accident. Well, I mean, from her ratic behavior and the way that she appeared to be swaying on the footage, Dan also posed the theory that Prisma may have been drugged. So investigators pursued this theory and questioned those who had waited on Prisma
Starting point is 00:26:56 and Ryan that day at E-Bar, particularly the bartender. But in reviewing security footage from inside the restaurant, which pointed directly at the bar, this didn't appear to be the case. It's unlikely that anyone from E-Bar was involved, but in one report recounting the sequence of events that led to Prisma vanishing, it suggested that Prisma may have hidden
Starting point is 00:27:19 outside the restaurant in or behind the dumpster. A family member answering questions on behalf of her friends and family explained, quote, there was an altercation between her and the bartender or someone who worked there. She thought that the police were called and she was under the influence and she ran and hid, allegedly from what I'm being told.
Starting point is 00:27:39 Still not sold on that she was just drunk, it just doesn't add up. She knew how to hold her liquor. None of her actions after a certain point in the early afternoon make sense. None of them. So this was obviously strange behavior from Prisma, and some have indicated that this was because the wait staff was angry or threatening to retaliate against Prisma for the way that she acted before she was asked to leave.
Starting point is 00:28:04 Again, an unlikely scenario, but just with every other detail in this case, it's plausible enough to take a second look at. Another theory taken very seriously is the possibility of human trafficking. So Texas is the state with the second highest rate of human trafficking incidents in the country after California. And because she was intoxicated and clearly in an emotional and vulnerable state, it's possible that someone who lived at the apartment complex,
Starting point is 00:28:35 or even someone who was just passing through, saw an opportunity to pray on Prisma and took it. Even if trafficking isn't the case, it's possible, and perhaps even most likely, that this was a crime of opportunity because of how quickly she vanished, which is personally what I believe. That's what I believe as well.
Starting point is 00:28:54 I mean, I do really think that this was a crime of opportunity. I mean, there's really no other answer here, other than, because we know that Ryan wasn't at the apartment complex, so that doesn't really make sense. Well, Anne, we have to think about that car that had the trunk open, and for some reason, like why was Prisma trying to figure out whose car that was? Did she go back and that person had something to do with it?
Starting point is 00:29:19 Like, who was that person? Yeah, I completely agree. I keep going back to that silver car with the trunk popped open. Well, let's talk about what Prisma's brother Rudy thought about this. So he claims that they spoke shortly before her disappearance and that nothing seemed out of the ordinary. You know, she was busy. She was focusing on Dominic, which was business as usual for her.
Starting point is 00:29:42 And when asked if he thought that she left of her own volition, Rudy said, absolutely not. In an interview shortly after she disappeared, he said, quote, it's been four days, but it already feels like it's been longer than that. I want to know where my sister's at. She loves her baby. Her kid was her world. I saw that video and it makes me break down, knowing that's the last thing I could see from her. While the search pressed on, Dominic was being raised by his grandmother, Lilia. But on May 24th, a little over a month after she went missing, Arturo, Dominic's father, filed for emergency custody of their son son with his reasoning being, quote, "'since Prisma is no longer with us,' which Prisma's family found very devastating and obviously very infuriating." According to her family, Arturo had
Starting point is 00:30:36 little to no interest in helping raise Dominic or paying child support when Prisma was in the picture, but now that she wasn't, he was taking the opportunity to take Dominic away from the family. But as far as we can tell, this motion was not successful and Lilia remained in custody of her beloved grandson. Lilia feels strongly that Prisma is still alive, that she was kidnapped and is being held captive. She said, quote, I don't feel good, worried for my daughter. I would want the people who see her or if somebody
Starting point is 00:31:10 has seen something to give information to the police. Because mothers and fathers, we love our kids very much. Right now, this can't be happening. My daughter's here. My daughter's hiding, I feel somebody has her captive. Dan was also cautiously optimistic saying, quote, in my heart, until it's proven differently without a doubt, I feel that she is still here. They remain eternally hopeful that despite the lack of evidence that they will find Prisma. Dan said, quote, ever since I started trying to find her and everything else, it's never been about finding her for me, for her mother, for her brothers or sister,
Starting point is 00:31:52 or nobody else, strictly for Dominic. Someday, it'll all come out. We'll find her. Police have stated that they have cleared all of the people that she had spoken with that day of involvement. Ryan, of course, like we said, was questioned at length, but with an airtight alibi supported by video footage in the accounts of multiple other people, he has been removed from the list of persons of interest.
Starting point is 00:32:18 Dominic's babysitter Maria was also questioned and was very cooperative, but many critics of those involved believe for whatever reason that she knows more than she's divulging. And according to a family member of Prisma's, Maria stopped answering any calls or communication attempts from the family, which could be looked at as suspicious or strange. Like, I don't know why she wouldn't talk to any of them, especially since she and Prisma were close and Maria was so close with Dominic, but obviously she was with Dominic,
Starting point is 00:32:51 so I don't know like how or why she would have been involved. Yeah, I don't really see that angle at all. Right, yeah, it doesn't make a lot of sense. So shortly after Prisma's disappearance, a retired private investigator who was very irked by the eerie details of this case joined forces with Prisma's family, as well as investigators, lending her services for free in an attempt to bring Prisma home. Now almost four years later with no sign of Prisma, her family is focused on giving
Starting point is 00:33:24 Dominic the most stable and nurturing home life that they can manage without her. Dan explained quote, that boy needs to know where his mother is and what happened to her, to his mother. He deserves all the answers. He's so intelligent for a six year old, but he's having a hard time understanding what's going on.
Starting point is 00:33:43 He keeps asking for his mother. He knows that something is wrong, but we're trying to just keep everything as normal as we can for him. Sadly, in November of 2022, Dan's partner, Don, who was essentially Prisma's stepmom, passed away, which was yet another difficult loss for the family as she was a large help in searching for Prisma.
Starting point is 00:34:06 Prisma Reyes is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a red polo shirt with black stripes, which was her uniform at the car dealership along with cropped jeans and black tennis shoes with white soles. She was holding a large black purse as well. Prisma has brown eyes and brown hair. Her ears are pierced and she has a tattoo on her shoulder. She occasionally wears glasses.
Starting point is 00:34:40 If you have any information regarding the disappearance of Prisma Reyes, please call the Mesquite Police Department at 972-285-6336 or submit a tip anonymously online on the North Texas Crime www.ntcc.crimestoppersweb.com Thank you so much everybody for listening to this episode of Going West. Yes, thank you guys so much for listening to this episode and on Tuesday we'll have an all new case for you guys to dive into. Cases like this are so difficult when there's just no trace of anything like you said had said earlier. Her phone hasn't been used since.
Starting point is 00:35:35 Her debit card hasn't been used since. It hasn't been tracked anywhere else. Like, you know, sometimes if somebody is met with foul play and somebody's disposing of their body, maybe their phone kind of picks up another location, but that wasn't the case here. Like, she was seen on the footage, she talked to a couple people,
Starting point is 00:35:52 she was on the phone with some people, and then she just vanished. And obviously every case is extremely devastating, but I hate cases like this where there's so much CCTV footage and so many security camera footage or so much security camera footage, I should say. But there's just absolutely no answers. It's like, it's just mind-boggling to me.
Starting point is 00:36:15 Yeah, and I'm sure all of you guys agree how frustrating this is, but it is really important to tell stories like this, even though it is upsetting to us and we all just want the answers, but her family wants answers more than anybody and they don't have them, which is why we like to share stories like this so much, because hopefully, maybe we could help.
Starting point is 00:36:34 So make sure that you share her case on social medias or by word of mouth to your friends and family, and thank you guys so much for tuning in. All right, guys, so for everybody out there in the world, don't be a stranger. ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ‿ʻ you
