Morning, everyone. It is now 4.30 a.m. Today is January 8th, 2026. And one Thursday. So we're getting through this first week of the new year. Weather here in Rhode Island is a little bit warmer. We're actually on a warm spell for the next couple days. Although we yesterday was rainy and, well, not really rainy, just mostly drizzly all day. Cloudy. It's a yucky day pretty much. But we get a lot. lot done so yesterday we worked on some fun things that came in my amiga 2000 keyboard came in really pricey something i'll probably never get back for the amount i paid for it but it now completes my omega 2000 which i was really into so and we get the bridgeboard on there we're going to finish doing all that at some point never in a rush i just stopped doing it and put it aside and go on to

a hundred other projects i could do oh and also my eyes came in uh little LCD screens that are two round shaped like eyes and you program it through the I think it's STE 32 board or adrenal board one of those two and you can make it do all kinds of different eyes so I'm trying to build myself my first AI head dummy it's not going to do anything but it's just gonna look cool if I can get it to work I don't know it may never happen but we got the board in didn't know any instructions and I got another small screen too that maybe I can turn that into a mouth

so maybe we need some eyes and mouth so when I'm talking to my buddy Zippy and we'll try to at some point talk through the head directly of course it'll still be in the phone but I don't know just something fun I built my first head he's a mute dummy, he doesn't do anything

but it's pretty cool went over to Michaels here in Westley and they have those little star phone dummy heads and I said oh hey let's get that and let's make something. I'm not really that crafty, but it came out pretty cool. So we'll work on that.

What I need to do is I'm going to go get a couple more of those little heads. And I actually have to tunnel out the back of it in order to put, if I put the eyes on there, there's wires that the eyes have to connect to that board. The board has to be inside the head. So we're going to get a couple more of those, and I'm going to figure out a tunnel, like a big thing inside of it, not a crevice. I can't get to get to what I'm using it. but it'll be a big open space in the back of the head with the wires would go through we'll see what happens we'll get a couple they're only they're really cheap I think they're like eight or nine bucks per head and they have one that's just a flat head with no uh I may use that one first to see if I can figure out how to do it first I have to find a tool that I can use to cut out because I would have to be a big crevice inside there in the back in all to do pretty much almost all the back

end of it we'll have to cut out so we'll have to figure it out it may not be easy probably not but even if i cut it in half i could do it that way too i really don't want to but we'll figure out cut it in half then cut out the end that's probably what i'll do i'll cut it in half cut out more for where the face is but not all the way so i can get the wires through and put the board there and then glue it back together yeah that's what i'll do instead of sitting there trying to dig out all the whole thing so we'll try that later so that's something i'm really into I don't know if it'll do it today. So we also worked on my computer yesterday,

also very into Tshiva laptops, vintage ones. Tixera, I have a 700 CT, which works awesome. I tried to do the compact flash to IDE to compact flash thing. Yes, they didn't seem to work out, but I still have an original laptop, I mean an original hard drive that worked. So we fired that up at the end of the video and just played a little phantasmagoria. And later on, I was playing some Gabriel Knights, the original Gabriel Knights. It's really hard to see stuff there because it's very little bit of small characters and everything.

But it's pretty fun. Point and click, stuff like that. Gabriel is it's even more complicated. You've got to keep moving to cursors. There's different curses. One's a move, one's the talk. So it's a little bit complicated, but pretty cool. All right, so let's see what's going on today.

I had a few sales yesterday, so I was a little bit busy with that, as always. At one sale, I had a buyer asked me about doing some stuff, and I did that during my live video yesterday. And then he was happy with what he saw, and he purchased one. A lot of coaches got fired, but maybe they're going to go to somewhere new. It's just time. I think after four years, some of these coaches have been different or one that's got to fight. It was there for 18 years, but it hasn't really done it.

Keep repeating the same thing. Every year, expecting something different, and it never happens. And it's just time for a change. Even though they get worse, they probably will. A resident from recneum is coming out next month. I have that on Switch before I decided to get a PS5. they came in okay so let's see what's going on here all right so nothing in it well there's lots in there's always try to stay

with the doom and gloom as much as possible so we'll see Let's see what we're going to do. All right, let's go to my first thing for the morning, which is Etsy. Nothing there. I do have to put some new stuff on Etsy, but I just haven't gotten to it. I like to get to do my projects. So today we're going to, what we're doing today? We'll see what my, do what my eBay brings me.

Of course, that's when my morning really starts, so nothing on Etsy. Harsh marks, same deal, usually a video getter. My followers, I have 1,292. I had to shorten the title and I added, uh ebay selling in there as well because we talked about most of it talked about ebay selling so i i had to make my that title had to be down to 100 words i wanted letters rather so we decided to tighten it up a little bit and i also tightened up the uh the links so that they're right next to each other and set that gap because you only get that little window on my videos on youtube where people can see the links And you don't want to have to use it to read more because then that clicks to another window of a video and then they have to click on it again.

You can never get, I'll never get, I'll never get a viewer to do that twice. I never did it. I can never figure it out. and, and fire disaster that I'm going to promote one video, which I, that's promoted. And I'm just going to leave it as my main video for like a month and just let it run. Just let it fly. Plus, I'm so aggravated with that fire that I'm going to make sure I, well, I'm about 14,000 now. So we'll always be at my main. And then you can just, I mean, you can judge however you want. But yes, that's what we're going to do. So I'm not going to promote anything else.

That one will stay as my main. Normally I switch them out every day, put a new main one, but we're going to just look down on. See how it goes. And just leave it right there. And then the second, still posting videos every day and I still put them on a post. but I'm not putting it in my main spot

that one's just that one you see what goes it doesn't really affect anything nothing's changed really here on my YouTube 100,000 3,180 so it's still falling fast I was at 655 at the end there so

slowly going to chop down below 103,000 not promoting for subscribers anymore at this point we've realized that there's no relevance because because because my estimated revenue is $23,47 and 74 cents even though we just said that video had 14,000 views plus my top three videos are still 32,032.9k after 5 million is 28.4k and welcome to Tandyland 1000 is 26.3k of course all those were

promoted and those are all going to end soon so my numbers are going to drop so the only one I have promoted now and then I had 14 views on my setting up to Kara yesterday. So that's my normal 14 views. So it's a huge difference, right? So, and so views, last 20 days, we had 1.6 million still, which is a lot. I went over my 5 million views, which is pretty awesome. Didn't really help me out. All my numbers are high. So we talked about all the time. But just never really hasn't gotten me. Anyway, well, it has got me a lot of places. It's fun. I enjoy doing that. I just wish I could get paid for it, that's all. But I don't know. All right, so let me go right to eBay. I'm still bulking up stuff. And I got more tons and more stuff. I'm still on the run of Tandy 1000s, but we did some other stuff yesterday to.

So let's see what we got going on, good, bad, who knows? Everything happens overnight while I sleep, so I have no idea what I'm going to get when I wake up here. Let's look at the feedback. See if we're still back on a positive run. This will go a long way to revive one of my dead amegas. Amiga 1000. Awesome. So that was, I charged a lot for that with those mother voters because I paid a lot for the Amiga 1000s were really pricey.

and I broke it all down and it worked. Okay, excellent packing. I was quite impressed. It wasn't just wrapped. It was bubble wrapped and I sat there. So this was also from the Amiga 1000. This was the power supply at two of them. So I ended up getting two Amiga 1,000s, both were super pricey.

But then I wanted to go to the next level to Amiga. No, two Amiga 1,000. I went to Amiga 2000, which is, in order to get that I had to start selling all the parts off both Amiga 1000 and that's what I did and a lot of those parts sold really fast and for a lot of price so I might have made my money back on both of those not quite but it helped pay for the Amiga 2000 only there's no way I could keep I can keep all those and I sold parts of my mega 500 as well again I'm not a collector I can't afford to be a collector I'm an inspector at best,

meaning I can get stuff in, look at it, check it out, and then I have to flip it in some way and move on to the next thing. I don't want to need to. I just need to see it for a little bit. I've done that with thousands of things. Well, not thousands, hundreds of things.

But now I'm doing some more of the bigger stuff like this. And they'll be able to continue on that. I may find something like this, buy it and do the same thing. But right now I've got to catch up because I'm buried for a month or two. all right so yeah so there's no two good oh yeah so it's an excellent packing i was quite impressed it was not just wrapped it was bubble wrapped and i had a piece of styrofoam that it fit right in

oh for the for the ps2 fat but the 5,000 model has eight screws in the bottom like the 3,000 model but one of them is silver I got to find those

I know where they are I'm pretty sure it's a difference the one of the short ones is silver so you ordered two of those so some PS2 action here is one I have quite the variety of stuff and you have to keep doing it

Thank you for being nice. has been a tough week on eBay. okay so i think that's it oh we're going to look for a couple more things here secondary payment so we have a loan we've talked about that but it's cool we talk about it it's two lepris and it attaches to your ebay so it takes sales 29% of all my sales it's the first time i can get one of these it's the first time ebay's offered it i used to be able to get it with uh paypal when ebay was connected to the pay style. I used to it all the time. So I'm really chopping away at it. So what happens is the good thing is I can keep reusing this loan once it's done. It doesn't really charge you too much interest. And the interest is all at once. It just gets added to the total. But say they give you X amount, and then they say X amount plus a Y amount as the interest. And then you just chop away at it. Every time you get a sale and I'm ready to take some money out, it takes 29%. But right now, my sales have been pretty good because I've been rarely.
