Morning everyone. It is now 4.56. Today is January 6, 2026. I guess yesterday I said 2025. So we're only six days into 2026. It's going to be many times where I'll probably say 2025. It takes a while we get used to saying 2026. So we've got a lot of things going on yesterday. Ended on a really negative note, but we're going to go through all that. We'll do a video about it. blasted with two negative feedbacks, and we're gonna talk about it. I already replied to both of them. I knew they were coming, but we're gonna talk about the buyers choose a sneaky un-contact option

in purchasing, and then expect me to just to take them all back without some complaint. It's just not gonna happen anymore. The days of try it before you buy it, I just can't afford to do it anymore for these exact reason. you'll see we'll talk all about this negative feedbacks and how they happen and of course yes i take returns something goes wrong like i said just had something recently that i've been working with the

guy to try to figure out but this wasn't what that was about this was someone who bought one didn't work figured out heck i'll just purchase a second one try that one too and see if it didn't work and both those parts my working parts did not fix his motherboard problem and he's like all right so that i'm just going to return them but not only am i going to return them i'm going to put all kind of false stuff in the return so that I think it would put it as the not as described. That's a heck no. I fought that one over to the end. But as always, eBay never has my back.

I gave him the video showing them all of all those tested everything and they still didn't have my back. So the buyer got to get to return. He got to put both blasted negative feedbacks. And at the end day, I was able to school this buyer to say, heck, this is not. This is not cool what you did, but it just is what it is. I always had to take all the abuse at the end and the refund and the money and the shipping and all that stuff. I take it all in there. But it's something to talk about because it was not right the way he did it.

And that was the point. I would have never had, I would have never known, I would have never let him purchase his second one. If I would have known what he was doing or wasn't working, never would have done that. We wouldn't have gotten to where we are, but we are. So we'll deal with it. All right, so let's first see what's going on in the world. Patriots play next Sunday night. I actually might step to watch that playoff.

Charge is going to be tough. They're at home. Charges can be really tough. All right. So, I want to see if Miami fired a coach. I expect a Miami decision on. Now Black Friday arrive and coaches, already involving classes to hire,

generally, it's fired out to it. So they may, they keep them. Interesting. So, we have no footballers this weekend. So we've got some playoff games this weekend. Rams, Panthers, Packers, Bears. I like to see the Patriots in the Packers. I mean, the Bears and the Super Bowl are real.

And Buffalo is playing Jagu. Jaguads are really hot right now. I see the Jaguars. But you never know if I was Buffalo. I believe it's at the Jaguars. so that'll be interesting games lots of good playoff games this weekend I'll watch some of them I may stay up more till 3 on Sunday I've changed my sleep schedule a little bit all right so let's let's see what's going on in the world let's get some a little bit

and I know was bypass the doom and gloom try to give everything upbeat positive but when it comes to my eBay store sometimes we have to talk about negative stuff Just being in just I have to be human things have to go wrong and I always react how I'm treated image not just a push over or do whatever you want with my parts kind of sell of anyone I've really never been but now I'm really not so I'll just take the abuse and then we'll talk about all right so let's go to oh cool all right so we're going to go to Etsy I have an order for one buyer he wanted or some board on Etsy and I had I listed it on eBay for it's for the the tent now Sega model 2 the dreaded model 2 1631 it's a VA 1 motherboard

but it's into our client usually they have some sort of an audio issue And put the solder joint where the plug was in was a little bit loose, but it wasn't making it go on and off. And I put that in the video. I made a video form so you would see it. And I tried to tighten up with some, getting it and solder up a little bit. It seemed to help a little bit, but those solder joints never seemed to hold up. Bad design there at that point because you're pushing the plug in it out, and it just loosens that solder joint. All right, so no activity.

got all my orders out yesterday so it was quite the day this morning yesterday to get all my orders out I was out I was at the post office by 9 o'clock which is quite the feat for the amount of orders I had and random amount I thought things I had to pull I had to do all that on Sunday so I could be ready to pack it on Monday morning at 4 a.m. usually between 4 and actually by the time I get up so more like 6 to 8.30 I was packing up stuff And then we're at the post-ups, but we want to have the answer set up. Although, well, see. All right.

read more, because then it brings you to the video again. Then you have to click on read more again. And there's no way if buyers do that double click. I'm never trying to find people's links on YouTube. They have to do a better way than that. It's a terrible, it's two clicks of what buyers, I mean, what reviewers won't do. So I've got one little space, I believe I could put one more affiliate. We did a video on finding affiliates the other day.

So I can't make money at all through YouTube or with AdSense. So I thought, well, maybe if I can put some affiliate links, I might have a chance at making something that way. at making something that way and my store but we'll see we'll always come up for new ideas so i mean i have all the numbers now but they just don't add up anything we'll look at a second so what am i doing oh rssssf me sorry i got distracted for a second there let's get back in track all right rsssf we had one download yesterday never know the exact one for that day i have to I have to shorten my, I got to shorten my podcast because it's not fitting YouTube.

All right, so let's take my analysis here. So what's going on? Oh, we had six now in the last 30 days. 383% still, 2,172. And a message in bottle over the internet ocean, wherever it may go. And in Singapore, they've done 558 downloads. That's pretty awesome. So I'm glad I'm in another country across the world.

I mean, I can see the dots where they are, but I don't know that. which is rich pretty cool and we always like to keep track them and monetize so you guys know the big bucks i make here but it is my oh i'm 31 cents now so i've ratcheted way up there this happened before my first thing i was at 45 cents for estimated balance and it only ended up being 15 cents

as i actually got a lifetime withdrawal which goes to my PayPal so far since being on podcast I've probably got monetized somewhere in June, I think. I've made 15 cents. You don't make pennies in the United States, but I still make pennies. So now you know. But I'd like to do it as long.

And it was an option. For my YouTube, that's why I started it. Because if I thought, this is what I'd like to do is my third affiliate. I've got one more spot. Okay. Now, we still have some promotions going on for views in my website, I mean, my eBay store. So we've got eBay has been my favorite place, 32.5K. After 5 million views, which is to the other day, what affiliate? Now I found the affiliate I want to use, which is rs.com, 27.5. There was other options. Welcome to my tandy land. It's 25.6. Once those end, you'll see it when it happens. And of course, my revenue is really tanked, $23.30. Bummer. So, all the top videos, once all our promotions are done, will be like, uh, tens, 20, 30. So my video last night I did,

here's my 10 day working on that for quite some time this day. 28 views. So that's normal. So my last few days I've got had 28 views. The video was 24 views. Really one that was 96. So that was normal for no promotions. 96.

But we did hit the $5 million. Five million views. That's a pretty cool accomplishment. doing it for me i've been going to get there so that's why i figured if i had three affiliates on the main page in your first look at the video even if you only look at the video maybe you'll go over and click on those affiliates or my store my own shop the only option i have left to try to make anything i got nothing left because i got the numbers both for subscribers i paid to get there but i got them both the subscribers at 103 000 that made no that that has no bearing at all

and helping me out and then the numbers i got the numbers up which is views highest my highest video was uh so my highest videos now if i look at lifetime so it's just a struggle ahead to be a small small channel 363 000 184 is my top video at 1.1 minute and 50 seconds it's good that's a good duration and then next one below is 288 2080 2038 2030 years so this is the numbers I never had until I started promoting using a third option or adding your website or store so I got the numbers so I got one two three four five five way over a hundred thousand reviews yeah that didn't do anything either so i got no options left so my total

my total estimated revenue since i got monetized a little over a year was five hundred sixteen dollars in 86 seven that's my total revenue views have had 5.3 million watch hours this is all time watch hours 42.2k subscribers under 3.2k those are all lifetime but the key that's not here is I've probably spent $4,000 on Google promotions so I'm way in there by really upfront but I want to see things grow and I thought maybe somewhere one of these things would balance everything out and I'd start catching back up to everything but just so we'll try affiliates and that's a lot of I'll add one more little link or look to my videos every day as always all

All right, so let's really get to the serious stuff. Series and all the time I want to talk about it. But, of course, the first thing I'm going to do is talk about it. It's important. I think it's good to share the good and the bad, and I talk about it all the time with buyer, about dealing with buyers and all of that problem. And it would have been a simple return if the buyer chose a correct option.

negative feedback they're both in the same buyer and this is the buyer that's what one cartridge slot didn't fix his broken motherboard so he sneaked and didn't contact me any way at all he should have contacted me as soon as his first one didn't work but he thought he was smarter than me I guess I thought he was uh I don't know he thought he was but so he sneakily ordered a second one I didn't realize it was the same but I would have never let him buy a second one because therefore I would only have I would only have I probably wouldn't have any negative feedback but you order the second one that one of course is not gonna fix his motherboard problem because he has a motherboard problem so then he

opened up a return for both of them with some nonsense about about both of them about both of them of my my slots being the problem I get the videos you can I'm gonna attach the video when I do a little video later you can see all the contract slots I don't have any of it didn't work And one didn't work for a second, and I cleaned up a lot, and it worked fine. But that's not the one. He bought the really clean ones. Those work fine.

All the videos are there. I wouldn't sell when it didn't work. So my thing was, I was mad that he snuck a second one through, then waited and think, oh, it's okay. I can try it once. I will do it again. We'll try it twice. If it doesn't work, okay, I can just return. He cares.

But I have no returns now, so we have to open a claim. And, of course, he says, in the second. Oh, yeah, and the second feedback, negative feedback, talks about telling other people to do the same thing. If you're not 100% just open as not as described. So eBay never has been back. I knew they weren't gone out, but the reason why this escalated as it did

because of fact that he was sneaky about this, never contacted me, and then opened up as not as described and put all kinds of fake stuff about it. that's what got me we have treaties the way I react so rude snide yep I was very I started out all right but I wasn't I said just reselling so when it comes to this if you're a buyer if you make a mistake or if it doesn't fix your issues just resell don't send it back to the seller I would never do that I call it manning up man up

and just resell it fully worked I even showed in the videos I said you fully worked basic okay so but it just didn't fix my issue I want to turn it yeah what you should have done what we're avoiding all of this is when you first got the first one contact me to say this isn't working those things is no returns of course if it was the first one you contacted me I would have said I definitely would say I'm not selling you another one if you would try to sell it and buy another one I would I would I would have refunded him and not done I want for this exactly reason so now I would only have maybe one

negative feedback or and if you would have done it the correct way contacted me so it didn't work I would just say you got a bad motherboard and that's it and then just let it take return the first one and we would have been done all done but no we ended up here

and it's important to show how we ended up here so the my two cartridge slots in question is not definitely not the problem and did I react to I did sure absolutely because you were sneaky about it and you thought I was okay to do that but it's not cool man so sometimes the buyers need to be schooled I've had a run of some really

difficult purchases on eBay but never I always think of five full stock feedback because what I don't want is my my account name next to a negative feedback as a buyer. Never want to do that. So I always need five-posts and stock feedbacks. However, I will contact the seller directly, try to work something out as soon as I have the problem. Now, it's seven weeks.

Obviously, this guy waited, you have to wait seven days so you can blast me. Sometimes buyers once in a while will blast me on, right on the positive feedback because they just don't want to wait. I don't have that many. So as with the other, I have one of the neutral feedback before this one.

But in between these, well, these two are related, and the other couple I just got, I probably sell a thousand other parts. So he puts it in there, make sure to see all the, or see my pre, he always made sure to say, read all of his negative feedbacks. I have took, besides your two,

I have two more out of, I don't know, how many thousands of things I sell for a lot. stuff all right so we'll leave with that but we're going to do a video about this later on so I want to check out the video we'll rehash it again and then after that I'm done I'd like to share it very important but you out there that's selling stuff I just don't put up it's a and I don't tolerate sound spires and sneakiness I don't do any of that I'm not to try it before you buy it for years I did that I just let people do whatever they wanted to get it

And I think it's good that buyers need to be schooled about being sneaky. And this other buyer, I don't know, he just didn't read the title, said, chip on the thing. So we're going to send a message to that buyer as well. And we're going to block him to you.

you're going to get blocked if you're going to so if you work something out with me I will more than be happy to do something but not that way so let's all right we'll talk about the video later I have this detailed right in the main title. I would really not have to worry about this as much. so I just took one off and then that one was a little bit more but make a couple dollars so just a one order of ship now yeah I could have a hundred percent discount but a hundred percent off still people would want to do a best offer but of course I'm always going to leave that stuff because a lot of times I will use them but Not if you've hacked me down to when I already have only a few bucks left for me to make. Seems like I complain about it. I probably do, but it's my only place to that.

And no, when things go good, but when they don't, we like to talk about it. So later on, I'll have a video on that, and we have the one order now. It's pretty easy to take a break today. Right now I have six neutral and five negative.

That's about average for the year. And then anything that just happened now, a year for now, will disappear. I never asked for any sort of feedback revision because it's really important to show the good and the bad. When I get a bad one, you just reply to it and talk about it. The good thing, though, is each one of these ones, they're blocked. I won't have to deal with this yet from the specific buyers. So I just deal with it now, keep it for a year, and then they're blocked for it. That's the way it works.
