Morning, everyone. It is now 4.45. Today is January the 14th, and it's 2025, 2025. 2026. Why I still say 20, 2026. And we are on Wednesday, Tomp Day. So yesterday was, well, what did I do yesterday? I did one video yesterday. Oh, we went on Apple. Apple Shrap balls, I call it. I have an hour. I have an hour. Apple 2 plus. Still, I haven't sold anything off of it yet. But we looked at it. I'd gotten a VGA upgrade, modernized, but then it made the power supply stop the smoke, so we're not putting that back on. So we went through that a little bit. I have a little teeny mini-me monitor. It's really cute. It's an original Apple monitor. I'd box too, but it flickers just a little bit. But it's good enough just so I can test what I need to test. And yeah, we went through some of the I have a couple of different boards for it.

And then the disc drive, also model two disc drive, model one, and I have the card for it. So the power's up and the drive powers on. I just don't have a floppy. Yeah, we're going to get some sort of a floppy for it. I was going to start tearing it down and sell it, but not quite seven. And then I spent the little bit after that expanding my desktop. I brought in a giant rack with three shelves to the right of mine.

gaming space here, a working space, so that I could have more room. It doesn't really, if it takes up my own, but then I get more room because I have three shelves to put a lot of my stuff on. So what came in yesterday, which is pretty awesome. I'm waiting for it. It is a conversion. It is a Raspberry Pot conversion board. It's a T-T-Y to HDI.

It's from my T-N-D, T-R-S-A-D-D-R-S-A-D-D-2. 2000 at two miles. So now my desktop is much more wide open. So we can pull those two out today and we'll test this board. This one I didn't get on eBay. I had to look around for it. I asked my buddy Zippy what I could use for conversion. And this is the one you just plug the thing in and it should just convert it. Hopefully it does. So we've got two of those T&D TRC 2,000 models to test. I believe both in them work. It's my monitor. That was the wrong monitor had to be 26. something hurts and the only one I have a CM-11 it won't work on that that's why it was flickering I couldn't get the flicker to come in and then you need a CM-1 and I know I don't have one so we're going to go on this route it's a lot cheaper they go this route and try to go out on another monitor take up so much space hopefully this will solve my monitor problem so we'll see what happens all let's see what's going on this morning so the Patriots officially playing dexons it's going to be a time

Tough tough to Texans. I'm sure they're not going to be favored to one. I'm not going to be a Patriots. I mean, the Texans will be favored for that. They got home field advantage, but I don't know. Really hard. They beat up on the Steelers. That should be the next coach.

I believe it's his time. It's up to a lot of more coaches getting fired. So let's see what's going on in the business here this morning. Etsy nothing. I've had nothing for a couple weeks now, Netsy. Quite the dry spell. You say I get one order or two here and there.

Make it worthwhile, but nothing. I have taken Etsy down before, but we're going to keep it. We just got to add some wee stuff to it. Oh, then I spent, I decided, you know what, I'm just taking the rest of the day off. It's about 2 o'clock. I shut down everything, and we just played Death Stranding 2. I really bummed out my controller, which is a Death Stranding 2, original controller. It's really drifting on the left knob.

and everything spins around. It's a real problem. I looked into getting a different one. They have some ones that are aftermarket that look pretty cool. They're a little pricey though. Maybe in my forecast, though. Let's see.

All right. So, that's so now. So Etsy had nothing going on. Let's see. So we had another little problem with a potential buyer yesterday. I have 30% off discounts, which is a lot, I think.

I have $1,298 in Parachmark. So it's 30% off for sale a month. It's 10% up to a certain small amounts, 20% in the middle amounts, and all my large stuff is 30% off. That's pretty awesome, I think. But of course, I still have best offers on everything. I'm not going to take best offers off

just because I'm having a sale. But it doesn't mean I have to use them. So yesterday, as usual, I had a buyer on one of my Apple products on Apple board thing that's kind of hard to find. And it's way down with the 30% off. And yet they were trying to discount you on Best Offer on another $4 or $5 off, and I declined it. Best offered again. Same deal. And I declined it.

And then he went in contact me. That's a last thing you wanted to do. It's like my biggest pet peeve ever. Don't contact me if I decline you think. I decline because I don't want to take any more off. No, I'm 30% off is plenty. That's as far as I wanted to go. And of course, I get the message,

oh, why you're not taking more off? And then I just let them have it. It wasn't pretty. But you know what? I just don't care. Don't contact it. And it was something about, oh, we run a small business,

saying we need to cut money, cut corners where we can. Yeah, yeah. I'm a small business. I'm a one-man shop. Getting small to me. So I just didn't want to deal with it. And I just blocked them because I didn't want to deal it anymore. Because if you're going to contact me, you're all confused and wondering why I'm not

taking more money off? Because, no, I don't want to take more. If I can't afford it, everybody's doing lots of sales as it is. People just completely miss the, and there's something about, well, you should take down. all year best up no I don't have to take anything down because sometimes even with the 30% off on some of my big and I just I've done it many times I will take a little bit more off but on that it was already way down to not me making not much I'm not taking my what I would have made much of off because you want to take more off heck now don't contact me ask me why that's the last thing you

should do all right so so it was a little interesting thing yesterday but I just And again, everyone, if buyers had it, they would be free shipping with everything free. I just can't do it. I got to make some money. Especially if it's something's a little bit harder to find, especially an Apple product. I'm not going to keep taking money off of that. It's already about half of all, 30% off. At the last one, I sold the same kind of thing, I got it for a full price.

So not happening. All right. So we get off track, punch mark. All right. Always a day. So after that, and then I was like, you know what? my day's done. All my orders, of course. I got all my orders done in the morning, dropped them all off, and I had orders a little bit throughout the day,

and those were all in the mailbox before the mailman came late against it yesterday. So every order was out. So instead of trying to dollar me for more off, that buyer, if they would have purchased for the extra three or four dollars, I think, they would have had that already in the mailbox and mailman would have already picked it up yesterday instead of all the other

nonsense that went out. Now I just block them. Because I don't want to do it. Send someone like that and I'll want to get some sort of feedback. I think I was called condescending. But hey, I don't want to keep taking money off. So RSS feed.

We had three downloads yesterday. 704 in the last 30 days. That is crazy numbers. I mean, 2,211 all time. It's my message in a bottle over the internet ocean, wherever it may go. Oh, Netherlands. We've got Axel back. Remember in Netherlands, Axel? I've seen them before. Canada, Toronto. I've seen Toronto for, I don't know if this is the same exact same one, but pretty awesome. That's awesome. So I got two dots now. Across the other side of the world, Singapore and Netherlands. They're also worlds away from each other. That's pretty wild. I like the little red dots. It's like a flat map and it just gives you dots, but it doesn't specify what dot is which country. I just have to assume not really do with geography, but I actually learned from geography from doing this.

Because now I can see the mat, I can take the dots, reference, who downloaded it, and then pretty much figure out which dot is which. We'll make a little project out of education wherever I can. At 50, it will be 58 in April. This age, I am such a sponge. For any knowledge I can possibly stick in my head. It's pretty wild. I've been cleaning sober since 2011. Since then, once I cleaned up, you got Claire. Boy, did I want to learn stuff.

It's craziness. I wish I would have done it all along, but I didn't. But we're here now. So from 2011 until now, boy, I learned a lot of things. All self-taught, of course. By now, that has no bearing on anything at all out of those hundred three thousand I do a video like I did a video yesterday it gets 30 views so it's really only 30 subscribers of all those hundred three thousand actually come back and look on out so my view is still up though 1.7 million which is crazy watch hours 12.2k but then and end of the day estimated revenue 21 dollars and 41 cents so I only might

My dishonest, many times a dishonest sneaky buyer, has gone to my number one spot, 27.9K. After 5 million views, 27.6K, that one still hanging in there. And then after that, it drops. Death straining, too, I had 607 views. I did another one yesterday, too. I forgot to put this one as public. We'll do that one now. Those are just little short ones.

So, in some reason, I swear they did it because that's... what I do they turn the live feed into a flash live feed for the live feed live highlight it's just like my flash 15 seconds that gives you a little snippet of the long I think I played for two and a half hour just said and it's exactly like I do with my long videos I do flash 15 seconds and I also do quick three minutes because they're offered someone put a comment that my video is useless but YouTube offers me something I can do, I'm going to use it. In every avenue possible to try to make it do something, and I do.

I get lots of views. I'm closing on 600 million views. I mean, not 600 million views. I think I was at 505,000 just recently. It was pretty cool. So the views are there. How long people stay on is my thinking. But I stay on the one they used to.

Not, but I just don't have to come back at all. And this is really the last video for the month and definitely promoting. Keeping that main video of the debacle of the cartridge slot is my main video. When you first come to my page, I'd stay in there until the end of the month. We'll see how high we can get with it. You can watch how high it will get. Pretty awesome. We did have some sort of a conversation with Google, someone from India, but didn't really go there.

but didn't really go that well because they just think I'm promoting through Google page, but I promote through YouTube, which then goes through the Google Promotions page. I really didn't get anywhere. I think I might have gotten a check. I'm trying to ask how I get my credits. I should be, I've spent so much money there. I actually have lots of credits, but I haven't been able to get anybody because it doesn't technically think I'm promoting on Google. So we're at 94,330 views where many times a dishonest sneaker buyer.

Again, I was so aggravated about all this, and then right underneath it is the first link is the resolve when they came in. I didn't promote that one. So maybe people will click on that and see what happens at the end. So it's like the end of the conclusion. So yeah, so this one we're leaving just where it is, and it'll continue to promote it heavily until the end of the month. 31st. We'll leave it there until the promotion finally ends. I never really done that before. I normally each day I changed I changed my main video but not for this one. This one was a special video. I want to make sure

it just kept running and running forever. And then you can see the conclusion that everything was as I shipped it. It was all big mess but nothing. All right. Let's continue to look at some of the things there. So it's there and no comments. Comments I didn't get that many. All right, let's get two business eBay. Well, it's this a few things I was gonna get, and then I changed my nine. So I actually canceled two orders yesterday.

It had been a day and a half, and neither order had shipped out, and I changed my mind. That's why we want to ship things right out, because people change them. I do a big items too. I decided not to get either one, and I got refunded for both. It worked out pretty awesome. Can't really play around on stuff right now.

I got one big sale that really helped me out. Now I can sit back and relax a little bit. But I'm still gonna put up a lot of new stuff on. So that'll give me a big hit. And also my repainment, it was a huge repainment. Wow, it's a big chunk I just chopped off of that. Whoa. Huh.

Remember, we're doing, we're doing an upfront capital alone through Libris first one I could do through eBay where they take 29% off your sales you you're offering X amount and then they add a Y amount as the interest all the up front and then you just paid off as you sell stuff and we're I chop and where I'm employed I just hit a big big chunk off of that so that's pretty awesome and they got enough for me to pay the bills for the month so cool so only have one sale today's not a bad thing pretty much So I need to do what I needed to do.

So there are a couple more big items. That was my biggest item I had. And I got to make sure everything goes all right too. Should get it in a couple days. I didn't do a packing video because it was already. It was two boxed up. Both boxed up, ready to go. Wasn't really that much of a packing problem.

We'll say. All right. So waiting shipping. Where we have? All my orders are out of intact black front panel. I have one, I think. Those are hard to find intact. Let's see what else we have.

I have to make listings that are at least $13. And with discounts, it's down to $12,060. And that's going to cost me about $9 to get it out of the door. Leave me only a few dollars. So the buyer wants to knot. There's three pieces to this listing, two LED covers and two weights. No, it's fourth Xero. So he wanted just the LED covers.

I told him I can't really go on any much lower. So for just the two LED covers, I'll say I'll do $10. Make the offer. And then I still make a couple of that. With note for just. I'm not going to do two of something. So what it is is the more you put discounts, the more people think they can take offers this way out so if I had no discounts I wouldn't get many offers so it's a it's a
