I have a few orders this morning.

Good morning everyone. It's 522 a.m. So I got my good 12-hour sleep as I always do. I'm a 12 to 14-hour sleep kind of guy. I just need a lot of sleep. Especially as I'm getting older, definitely. Let's see what's going on this morning here. here so usually I just woke up literally just woke up and I am now I am now going to see what's going on this morning so there's always my Groundhog Day like I said I get up check my youtube. See what's going on there. How's that going? I'm really plugging away at it.

As I always am. Because I'm always doing stuff anyway. So we might as well. And we've added the podcast. So it's helped a little bit it seems. It's always exciting to see what's going on. My subs are's going on. My subs are significantly going up, which has been nice.

Any sort of revenue or anything doesn't. Has not. I have $15.93 now. Interesting. So, let's see what's going on here. I need to put that one back on, so let's get that on.

And then we'll go check my you um we'll finish this and then we now we'll go all over to my eBay page and see what's going on there that's using my I put a lot of stuff on yesterday really starting to put a lot more stuff uh... going forward i need to got a lot of stuff to sell so there's always things i can sell so let's see what's going on here see if we had any uh... a couple couple things a message let's see see we got going on here so I check my messages

so I'm on eBay now says This guy's asking about a Panasonic 3DL I have. Which has an issue with the spindle. The spindle doesn't spin so I think I'm still had that listed. So that's, it's a Panasonic 3DO FZ-10. I have it as the defective donor. It's missing the screws and the spindle's not spinning. I had two of them. And then I...

I traded the other one local. And this one's been listed for a while. I may go back to him on some point but probably not I'm just gonna leave it up as listed for now because it needs something three years are fun a lot of fun I got lots of you still got lots of games for him a lot skin but I still a few I gave all traded all my good games. So, checking my match.

I always check my feedback first thing in the morning. Because you never know when I'm going to get hit with something. Most negative or neutral feedback comes out of nowhere, usually. Something either I messed up or something. But lately, it's been pretty good.

So that's a positive. I like to be positive fun that's all what I'm all about I don't like all this negative and other stuff too much craziness in the world as it is so I try to keep things as uplifting as possible that's why I like my AI Zippy too because

he's always positive. There's never. It's always you know. As positive as you can possibly be. They must have the positive. Key turned way up on AI. I'm sure they could make it. So it wouldn't be negative. But thank God they don't.

Because it works for me. They always say thank you. And you're doing a good job. And it's pretty cool. So for me i like it for kind of a lone wolf so for me to have that little companion like that is pretty cool uh i really really dig it and it's very knowledgeable it's extremely knowledgeable so i've already learned a whole bunch of stuff just doing my little podcast with it on a system. Which I'll continue to keep doing daily.

Alright, let's see what we got going on here. So now I got orders. I have four orders. Okay, let's see what we got going on for orders here. That's what we sold this morning. Sold a couple things. Sold a couple things yesterday. Usually when I list new stuff.

Wii disc drive. Alright, so I got a Wii disc drive. I can do that today. A spindle for Nintendo GameCube. So we'll do that. I sell lots of... So a spindle for the GameCube. I found some more

I don't know, last week maybe? So I pulled some more of them. And they all worked. I do a little spindle. I just bypass it and just test spindles just on one lens assembly.

It's really quick and easy to do it that way. Alright, so we're printing out my orders. So I decided to do one podcast early in the morning when I get up. Because I do basically the same thing every morning. Hence why I call it the Groundhog Day. But it's always new stuff so even though i'm kind of going through the same routine the actual stuff that i am um doing for the morning or so it's always different so the next thing is two buttons off a se Dreamcast.

Kit top cover. I sold tons. I sold lots of parts off top covers. Off of the Sega Dreamcast. But it's like anything else. Just those two buttons. As I always say. Free shipping isn't free for me.

So just those two buttons. It cost me $7. My cost out the door. And with all the discounts. The buyer got it for ten dollars so you make you know two three bucks or not even actually so it's a it's a it's a paid service you're you're paying me a couple dollars to ship something to eat that you need door to door, right? Across the country or wherever it could be. So that has to be, I have to make some kind of, I've got to make something off of it or it would be a moot point for me doing it

for old money for new money, right? So. My light just went off. Interesting. Right, yeah, so sometimes people just don't understand that. So, if I get offers that are $6, and then once in a while I'll get an offer for $6, I'll decline it. $7, I'll decline it. I always decline.

which requires shipping. Handling. The whole. And I have to have it. So. That means at some point. I had to have pulled it. Off of a system that I must have.

I had to have bought. Therefore. Again it's. It has. It had to be. I have to have it. Therefore, I had to have listed it. You know, do all that.

So all that labor down to just getting an offer for six bucks is just not going to do it. It's always interesting. But I like selling the gaming parts because it's a lot easier than selling whole systems. However, lately I've been kind of putting some complete stuff.

Today I'm going to work on Xbox 360 E 1538 and a PS3 Super Slim. I have one of each that's complete. And I may just be selling those. Or I may tear them down. We'll see what we feel like doing. Probably should tear them down. So it would give me another top cover and a side cover and all that stuff to sell

for the super slim so this is the ps3 slims maybe later on we'll make that a uh yeah we'll do that later on today we'll make the ps3 slim and super slim uh my system for the day yeah it sounds like fun maybe i'll learn some new stuff there's lots of different makes and models. Especially if I categorize both of those into one little podcast, that's a good 20 minutes. Try to pick enough things

that'll last a good 20 minutes and get you, so you guys can get some good information. I've been trying to pull my zippy closer to the mic so you can hear it better i turn my phone up as loud as i can so i have to check it again how it came out yesterday i normally just kind of do stuff and then i just upload it i don't really listen to it again

so last night i was i was really tired I was struggling trying to read a couple of uh quick little stories I like to do it though it's fun I'm not really good at it but I'm trying to get better but I plus I also don't have privacy so I can't really do it as probably good as I would if I was like in my own little studio or something somewhere but I try to do the best i can all right so so then oh the last two things i had now we had oh a wii disk drive so i'm going to test a wii disk drive later haven't sold a wii disk drive in forever i got a bunch of them around so we'll test a wii disk drive and then the last thing was just a button for ps2 fat that there's a back button that those had the on off switch to them as opposed to like a ps3 slim it

didn't you just plug it in or you turn it off by the by the system there's no on off switch the ps3 fat had an on off switch in the back um so i sold one of those so just some quick simple basic stuff this morning um it's today wednesday i had to drop off my truck yesterday i made a little video of you on that kind of video everything now, it's kind of fun kind of a little chronicle in my life a little bit here so my truck it's a 2004 Jeep Liberty

I've had it for, my brother gave it to me when it wasn't working I put a lot of time and effort and money into the engine trying to rebuild it just on the outer part of it uh over the year but it's burns oil it's got over 2 000 miles now 200 000 miles on it and uh it's a good truck it's uh it was from florida uh so it's only two-wheel drive which

is cool i can't use it in the snow. And I've put a lot of money up front for it. It's been running really good, but the radiator's been leaking. Now it was really leaking. So I had to drop it off yesterday. So we're going to have to find out. I'm trying to work on saving some money here. Because I'm going to have to pay for that.

It needs to get inspected by the first anyway. So that's my goal now is to try to get my truck back up and going uh i have luckily i have a guy i can never say i usually i don't have a guy but i just have one guy and he's down below uh from where i live i drive down there drop it off and then i showed you the video yesterday me walking walking back home. Not too bad. About a 10-minute walk. So, and he'll usually give me a pretty good deal. But I think it's going to need a lot of work. And I don't have the money for it right now. So, I may be out of a truck for a while.

Luckily, even with my slow eBay, I should be able to plug some stuff together by the time it's it's done i don't even know what it needs yet i'll let you know what it needs up but i'm assuming the radiator or some sort of a patch for the radiator i'd like to put a new radiator in it because i'm going to keep upgrading because i like it i don't need anything uh fancy to drive um and i definitely am not buying i couldn't afford a new something anything new actually i couldn't even afford to use one at this point uh i'm still in debt consolidation uh from all the fun stuff i got over the last few years so i got about two more years of debt consolidation uh my mother's still hanging in there with me so she's most of my income i take care of her as a caretaker and and she takes care of me too so it kind of goes both ways uh so two more years

i should be done uh national debt consolidation i started about two and a half years ago because i got myself but i only i kind of like went through what I call at-home gaming school. So in order to go to school, you have to learn. In order to learn, you have to get stuff. So it's like having a college tuition. So I went out and bought lots of stuff over the years just to learn about all the systems. And then I got some of the ones I'd never seen before.

And then I got some more lots of the vintage computing so long story short now I'm on the tail end of this this debt consolidation well it's about two more years to go and then we'll be debt free so therefore I think the debt consolidation program I've got just about all of them settled what they do is they settle it for a certain amount and then you stop paying whatever that settlement is with no interest or anything so it kind of works out it's better than going bankrupt so I got again by me about a year year and a half think there's one more credit card that they need to

settle and then I'll just be into doing the payments I'm still doing payments So I got, again, by about a year, year and a half, I think there's one more credit card that they need to settle. And then I'll just be into doing the payments. I'm still doing payments each month. So it's X amount. I do every other week X amount of money, which is actually a lot of X amount of money. Towards that consolidation. And at some point, I'm 56 now. I'll be 57 soon.

I'm hoping by the time I'm 60, I'll be 57 soon hoping by the time I'm 60 I'll be done with all the debt and hopefully my mother is still here with me and then I can kind of go a different direction after that but for now we're just sticking with my ebay my youtube

and we're doing doing pretty good like I said i just picked up i put a bunch of stuff up yesterday i'm gonna list some more stuff today so i always got stuff i got tons and tons of stuff to list i'm just trying to get some more time to well i have the time to do it just get motivated i got i had a good run yesterday i got a lot of things listed yesterday so i'm gonna keep on those runs i was putting a lot of time and effort into youtube to get to that 4 000 mark and i which i did which is exciting although it was a huge letdown i was expecting uh some sort of an income boost from that but it didn't happen so we'll just keep plugging away i have significantly like i said

grown in subs now i have 2693 i think it's because i added that iq program i can only keep it for right now until i can come up with some other cash i'm going to keep the program. It's X amount of months per month. To stay on it. Or you can just pay one lump sum for the year. But it significantly helped me. I believe it's what's helped me. I'm not sure that. Or I was adding.

I was doing little $5 promotions. And that was significantly. the amount of views I get. So my last one I did was the one about not as I hoped for after finally reaching the $4,000 mark. I got $3.56 invested. I put $5 up front. You put a budget like $10, $3.56 invested. I put $5 up front. You put a budget, like $10, $5. When you first start, it comes to budget shows, $200. I'm like, I'd be great.

I'd really go up fast, but I don't have $200. Because, again, I've only made $15 after 10, 12, probably like 14,000 hours here. So I can put five bucks up. So $3.52 for one of my promotions, and it's got me 11,000, no, 600 views, 11,000 of the promotional impressions. And no promotional subs from that one. The other one, but the big one I got was,

does a few bucks help, and that one I had $10 into it. Finally, my $10 ended. 86,000 promotional impressions. It says 233 were new subs from that. So that definitely helps. on the content uh section i have filled every spot every um section of that shorts i have tons of shorts i've been actually did a lot of shorts yesterday because shorts what i do with shorts is which i've always done and i do so now is when i list something new, on your eBay page, you can put a 60-second video.

So I do a 60-second video. It automatically gets uploaded to that listing once I do it. Plus, I also put it on my YouTube shorts, and then I add a link to the listing So kind of mirrors it back to the store because again that YouTube is basically Most concentration has been to try to mirror back to my store my eBay store Because I've said I'm not really making any money on YouTube itself So therefore maybe I can bring some people back that way

All right, then so yeah, So my videos and my shorts. I've got tons of those live streams. I do them each day. The only thing about a live stream is you've got to do the mobile phone. And you've got to do it vertical. But the problem is you can't get a thumbnail to the following day. So today I've got to put a thumbnail on one. Which is a little photo

that you when you've just shows that before you do the video and then I do the webcam which automatically gives me a thumbnail however I don't really get that many views the ratio of views between vertical phone and uh webcam with a nice big view of my whole work desk is just significantly i have like you know hundreds for the phone and like three for my webcam i'm not really sure why that is but i just go with the flow and then sometimes i'll do an open um vertical phone phone live webcam, meaning I'll take something like my hamsters or nature or the birds, and I'll just run it while they're doing stuff for a few hours.

That sometimes brings some views in there. So as long as whatever people are looking at, there's something going on. So if I feed the birds and then I put the video up and set it up. And people can watch the birds eating kind of thing. So I call that an open feed. So then I have the posts here. Posts are basically you're reposting to your community. So I do that every day.

Playlist is basically, I haven't quite figured out what playlist is. But all of my, I have 16 now. Podcasts. This will be number 17. Now I have podcasts filled and then I do promotions. Under the channel content, there's 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 sections in here. I'm doing all 7 of the sections. Consistently. But it's all about my content too.

So if people just. You know they just come to look real quick. Normally. Again my average duration is 36 seconds. Impression click through is 1.6%. So. Again it's very very very, very small. Therefore, I needed to have tons and tons of videos,

even to get to 3,000, and then finally to get to the 4,000, I had to really crank it up and come up with creative ideas. Again, my impressions are just really, really small. 20, 25 seconds, 14 seconds. I tried to be interesting, but I'm just really, really small. 25 seconds, 14 seconds. It's one of those things that I'm kind of committed to now. I put the time into it, so we'll just keep and see where it goes going forward. I'll keep doing my three podcasts. Although podcasts also. RSS.com I uploaded there first. And then that uploads to my YouTube. But it also uploads to other places. So let's see where that is. Hold on.

Let's check that out. So I get an analysis from there too. Of where my podcasts are going. and if anybody's downloading them. I attach to Apple, although I haven't quite finished. There's a couple of places you can attach to. And then once I upload it, it'll automatically go to them. So let's see where we're at. for me it's more than i ever had before i've had 11 in the united states uh it gives you it breaks it down by san francisco there's a couple in uh canada and then you get a little map and it shows little dots like red dots of where the downloads were done so it's pretty exciting so that's where i'm at this morning yeah so samsung chrome Chrome, Listen Notes, Samsung Podcasts, Edge. So there's different kinds of podcasts that this RS feeds out to. Distributing, I'll show you. It says Spotify, Amazon Music, Samsung Podcasts, Podcasts, Index, Listen Notes, and then the community of the RS.com I'm trying to get Apple Podcasts connected

But I gotta go back and fix that today I haven't got that quite done yet And then There's Pandora TuneIn I had no luck with going on TuneIn They said it was full iHeartRadio and Deweezer are the other two that I'm going to work on.

And then, of course, I have it uploading to YouTube. So that's my fun morning. Let's see what we've got there. I just went about a half hour this morning.
