My Orders and Messages Always keep me busy as soon as I Wake up.

6am let's do a little news, let's check a little news this morning, I always do, as soon as I turn my computer on, as soon as I get out of bed, I turn my computer on, and then I kind of get a quick overview of the news overnight, to see if there's anything extremely tragic or catastrophic that happened. It's the same. Well, it's not the same, but it's the same kind of stuff going on. It's crazy. Unstoppable missiles and all kinds of crazy stuff. So I look up quick new checks and football scores

and I see who won, who lost. It's about the extent of me liking football now. I just see the scores the following day. I'm like, ah, cool. So, let's see what we got going on here. So, it's 6 o'clock. Something a little bit.

Yesterday was a good day. I got my truck back. Thank God. It makes life a lot easier for me and my mother. Especially for my mother. She went out and did her thing for a while. Got to go out and about. So, let's see.

Let's check YouTube first this morning. Yeah, so I missed my story last night. I was kind of bummed. I was into it. Every night. I'll get back to it tomorrow. Tonight, rather. I just need to fix my other computer.

I found a smaller mic so I can talk while lying down. I'm pretty much getting ready to go to bed. But for some reason, I couldn't get it to get on the internet. So we'll figure that out. How's my subs doing? So we've increased a little bit. So we're at 2,754 subs. And I appreciate anybody that comes along and adds on. I'm at $19.22. so we're going to keep track of

that so anybody out there that's just uh has the goal of getting their 3 000 and then their 4 000 uh understand be careful what you wish for or uh don't expect much What you wish for I should say. So. I. I see a lot of. YouTube. Videos about getting to 4000. 3000.

It's great. It took me. It was really really hard for me. Because I. My attention is only. Retention is only for a few minutes for my videos therefore it is i have to do so many of them but i'm doing stuff anyway so i just do do videos just because i'm doing stuff so the point is uh when you finally get to the 4 000 you're going to be hugely disappointed you're only making cents if that per any sort of monetizing so unless there's something i'm missing uh because

i'm still doing lots of videos since being monetized and again i have19.22 for hours and more hours of videos I've done since then. So it's a huge disappointment. It's not what I was expecting at all. I thought it was going to be a little bit more of a revenue maker for me, you know, for all the hard work and stuff. I even have a GoFundMe page now for anybody who wants to contribute for all my hard work. They have a creative, you can do my hard work good they have a creative you can you can do a goal fund me as a creative uh section so i added that as well just because

it seems like i'm doing lots and lots of stuff with uh no actual results but it is what it is so it's fun that at least i made it i beat beat the 3,000 mark. And then I really, really worked hard to get to the 4,000. So I'm in now. I'm doing my thing. I'm doing my podcast now. I added that as well. So I'll always add new stuff. So let's see.

All right. So YouTube, that's where I'm at. Basically, I got a few more subs that I had yesterday. My IQ attachment here, it's something I found here on YouTube. I had a trial period that ended, and I haven't upgraded it yet. I may. I just couldn't afford to do it, especially if they want to do it for the whole year. It was really expensive so now I'm just I guess I'm on the

still on the free so I still get stats and stuff although my subs went down since I stopped using it so it may have had a contributing factor to that not really positive alright so we are now going to go to

eBay let's see what we got going on so my shop is open store is open as soon as i get out of bed and then i'm doing all kinds of stuff damage control we'll see i have a negative feedback that's looming uh let's see we've got a few more orders today maybe i've been putting lots of stuff on eBay. And I've got to continue that run. I have a little over 900 things on eBay. I need to crank that up now to a few thousand. It's not going to be easy to do.

Orders are. I made a few bucks. One, two, three, four. Okay. So that's good. Alright, so. Alright, so. They're all small little orders.

Okay. I had a disk drive. I was trying to see what the disk drive was. I didn't even know I had that. okay disk drive I was trying to see what the disk drive was I didn't even know I had that okay so we got six orders

nothing great let's see what we got messages now oh I always dread messages because you never it's either going to be something I did wrong

or something someone didn't like so let's see what happens here and they changed his message system which is terrible now. It confuses the crap out of me. It says,

Hi. You still have this? I'm going to buy it but I want to be sure you include everything as I need it for it. So, yes.

It would only come only college will get the exact one to show you so someone's asking about a disk drive that they purchased to show you a bit later i'm gonna find it first what the heck it is i think i know where it is i gotta go dig it out say disk drive for ps sling slim i'm not if it's for the Slim or for the Pro. I wasn't sure. Therefore, it was the parts untested.

Another one I'll show you. Someone's asking me about something specific. I'll always say, yeah, I'll show you what I'm going to ship you if you ask. See, that's the thing if i know someone needs something specific or needs to be clean or needs on in that if you contact me first i can easily make sure you i have what you need before you go crazy for the return over a metal heat sink could i buy this for $10, no, no, so it's Atari defective donor motherboard, I sell them for $31, after all my discounts, it's like 20 something, so this guy wants it for $10, so absolutely not, I'm going to say no, Free shipping is not free for me. I say this all the time because free shipping is not free for me.

So he wanted it for $10. I'm selling it for $20, $28. So this is when I was really lowball off is that it's not going to happen. So I wrote. No. Free shipping is not free for me. After all. Fees.

This. Cost me. Fifteen dollars. My cost. Of the door. Door. I would have to pay you. You.

Five dollars. Yeah, five dollars. To ship it. So. You ask me. I just. I can't deal with these kind of uh questions but so i'm a little bit uh fun with the reply so he said can i buy it for ten dollars i said no free shipping is not free for me after all the fees this cost me 15 mine cost out the door. I'm going to have to pay you $5 to ship it.

So that's a no. And lots of times I'll never hear from a buyer again. Because they just don't get that part. Plus I don't want to sell it for $10. They're hard to find those. Anything that's hard to find most motherboards working or otherwise

so let's see that's about it for today so I'm going to print out my orders then we'll yeah so that's always my fun i caught my groundhog day because basically i'm doing kind of the same thing each morning. However, completely different. Even though it's the same, I wake up to completely different messages and orders and all kinds of stuff. But it's always kind of the same routine.

It's how I get my day going. So let's see. Before I do that though i need to save up a little bit of money this week trying to come up with cool yay so ebay you can do uh takes you when you sell stuff within a day or actually two days your money will be available. You have an option on eBay. You can do the standard through the bank, which is usually one day. So the next day it would go in. Or you can do Express, which is a $2 fee.

So unfortunately, I usually do Express because I kind of need stuff in my account now. And that goes in within minutes. They had earlier it was by a percent so that was getting wrecked so if you wanted to do within 30 minutes or within um and you can do it over the weekend so go right into your account when you're short like i am right now so uh it was on percent so if i had a some hundred a hundred dollars or something to send in there it was taking a lot out then they change it to just two dollars which is much more fair because ebay takes fees of everything again three quarters of of something i sell is gone so I say for every $10. That I sell.

I make $3. I think I'm actually down to $2 now. So for every $10 I make $2. That's the way you look at it. But there's really no other place. I can sell. This much stuff. I did open a Shopify. But I haven't gone back to it.

But I need to. Because there's a fee for that per month i don't know if i can afford that right now so i gotta i gotta go back to working on that this weekend shopify you have to you will have to pull stuff from ebay to bring it over to shopify and of course that's another company and that's more costs to do that you only get to do like five pullovers transfers from ebay uh it's not a complete transfer it's just a copy transfer to shopify and of course they want a subscription price so therefore that costs money too so all these and i've been doing all these things with um my podcast here and all those

are prescription subscriptions rather uh so everywhere you go to try to improve stuff or add new things to your um youtube everybody wants a piece and that would be great if if at the end of the day my youtube was generating cash and then i wouldn't mind adding all these other stuff but it's just not i mean it's not even in the realm of where i thought it was going to be it's pretty sad but we still add them anyway so let's see let's print it we'll print out my orders here so e shipping on eBay is the way I go directly from eBay I've always done that it's just easier they have discounts it's a little bit cheaper than it's actually it's a lot cheaper than doing it through postal service

you get the eBay discount so I do get a discount there so that helps and I can print right out real quick I always print out things as soon as I can because as soon as you print them out then any money that you've made after all that's taken out

starts to clear within the day. And you've got to get sure that you're printing your labels right out. As soon as you see it. I do them as soon as I get up in the morning. So at 6.15 a.m. right now, I'm printing out my labels. And today's Saturday, so I will be jumping on getting the orders in my mailbox my mailman comes saturday sometimes as late as two or three where the post office closes at one

and actually really the main post office closes at 12. But I have one other post office that's closest at 1. But I can still get packages out if my mailman comes later. So, another good reason, too. Oh, this is the guy that wanted to... He wanted $9 for the caps, for the screw caps. I wasn't going to go $9. Oops. So, I've got to make sure he's got nice good clean

caps i'm even going to send him a photo of those caps it's for the silver ps2 slim it's the caps and screws so i've had many messages with him and and then actually i got another huge this is the message that he left me hi please send me the complete set and the best possible uh aesthetic condition and don't forget to check the images i sent you by message so you know which plastic buttons i'm missing the ones that fit the screw in the back of the cover even if you sell me the complete set i i assume they all go there thanks so i'm not sure what all that means but so i'm gonna send him a picture of exactly the ones i'm shipping him so

there's no because it's these little things like this if i make a mistake on it uh blows up on me and it's only for you know a couple bucks order pretty much but i still doesn't matter how small the order is or or how big it is i still same routine of getting it out as quickly as possible. Each order goes in my queue, more of a mental queue and then I just start getting them done. Because my first goal usually is to get my orders going as quickly as possible. So that's what we're doing all right next one is inner fan housing metal plate oh i gotta find one of those housing metal plate oh i think i know what that is so the ps4 slim uh ps4 slim the 2015a has a a removable metal cover for the fan.

Therefore, it has a long screw and a bunch of screws around it. I need that set for a sale. So, screw sets. Especially significant. I mean, specific. One's hard to find. A set. Often sell. But now I've got to go find A set. Often sell.

But now I got to go find out where I put them. That's the key. Selling game parts is so hard. Because there's so many micro things. That could be put anywhere. In a box. And then I have to find that box. And in that box.

Is a ziplock bag. With those specific screws in it. Because most things like that. Are already been torn down. So that's one of them. I think I know what those are. But I'm not positive. Try to.

I've been trying to organize all my boxes. Specific boxes. Have certain system stuff in it. Especially the little stuff. like the screws and stuff. Oh, then I sold another Wii Wii U. We'll do that motherboard. I gotta pull that. So then I have to test

some Wii U's. I found some more. So we're gonna pull a Wii U motherboard later. Those are, um, a pain. But we'll get it done. we'll go the Wii U motherboard so that's my only real order so far that I see that I actually have to test retest and pull which that takes the longest therefore that order is usually like the last thing I'll do only because I got gotta put a lot of work into it.

The other things I want to get in the mailbox so that for any reason that the mailman were to come earlier, I can get out as many things as possible. And if I can't get to the one that I have to pull, then I don't. Because I require

a lot more labor. And I can't mess it up so I've got I don't know about 10 wheeze to go through yet so we're doing 6 orders now it's a power supply of the 5 pin this was the one

the guy left me a message just a little while I mean yeah a little while ago about making sure it's a gray something or something so I gotta see what he's talking about I got some more to test too those are the five pin those are fine found on the seven I mean the 5001 the 7001 model 7501 or the 9001 It's the power supply for the ps1 the 1001 has seven pins the rest of our five pins Lots of stuff you need to know I've kind of learned as I've gone here in order to do this efficiently, I need to keep track here.

Keep pace. That's the key. I have to always keep pace with orders. That's why I'm up at 6 in the morning. Well, I get up anyway, but that's why I'm doing this first so that things are done. Because I never want to fall behind,

especially on a Saturday. Oh. because I never want to fall behind, especially on a Saturday, so now I just do my little podcast here this morning, as I'm doing all this, because it kind of works out, because I can sit here and chat about it, and not have to video it or anything, I got message okay that's from that guy then i had my last order is a n64 top cover logo that front logo on the n64 top cover pops off there's two little holes way in the bottom in the front that you push the little screwdrivers in i'll do one later and it pops off you want to get it off cleanly so i got one of those so we'll do those next yeah some other people are up this early in the morning

i reply to messages now that as soon as i get up here and then sometimes i'm in rhode island all people reply from what you know from california and reply it so they'll be three hours earlier and they'll be replying to my message it's pretty crazy but always reply to any messages good or bad damage control or just

a reference I try to recover from damage control the best I can, but lots of times I fail. Not lots, I only have a few

neutral feedback. Most of the time I can recover. Sometimes it just doesn't happen. Alright, so that's all my orders orders let's see what this guy has to say for a message this morning and then all right and can you get it out sometime today yes yes yes it will ship today. Alright.
