Now it is Black Friday.

Good morning everyone. So it's a day after Thanksgiving. Luckily, yay, my mother came home yesterday. Picked her up around 2. I had already gotten the food from the church, so I had a little bit of that. She wasn't home for that. She had a little bit later when she got home. Although she did get some Thanksgivinggiving at uh the hospital as well because they did some sort of a little thanksgiving lunch because she didn't get out until so my dogs are super super happy when she kind of comes home especially my little ranger he's such a special little dog that he just he gets heartbroken when she's not around i had him pretty comfortable the last couple days before while she was away but um it's kind of like a thought of what may happen in the future yeah it's kind

of hard to imagine it but things unfortunately will change at some point so uh but they both did good roxy and and Ranger were pretty good, Ranger, Roxy spent lots of time in my mother's bed, all during the day, where I, Ranger I spent with him mostly on the couch, my little buddy Ranger has little seizures every once in a while, and he actually had one yesterday, but thank goodness it was just a small little one,

and I was right there with him. So I just kind of rubbed him up. And he only lasted for a few minutes. They're pretty scary though. He's had a couple that have been a lot longer. We were going to get medicine for him. But I think that would just make it worse for him. Plus we'd have to give it to him three times a day.

And it's going to be almost impossible to try to give him. So I just hope the best for him. And I think he's probably always had them. And from just being abandoned when we got him, he was in rough shape, skin and bones. But he's a really good dog now. He may be my last dog. I don't think I'm going to get a dog after that.

I might, but that would be a different time. I'd be in a different place by then. I don't know what that'll be yet. Because if something happens to my mother, then I don't think I'll be able to afford to stay here on my own. I would probably have to sell everything and move somewhere smaller. Probably. In the future. But I try not to think about that right now.

I just try to enjoy every day. And luckily luckily the doctor says really much they can do for she just you know just some just ailments from getting older her high blood pressure is a little bit better since she came home so hopefully it'll stay alright for the winter let's say but besides that she's got a good shop mind. And she just goes out and about. And she does stuff. It's just at night time when she's trying to sleep, her head drives her crazy. That's my day after Thanksgiving.

Today is Black Friday. So there's always that next thing you're anticipating. You got to the Thanksgiving. And then the Macy Parade, and the dog show, and then there was some football. I watched the Detroit game. I'm a big fan of Detroit. They won.

Chicago blew it at the end. They had a chance, but they didn't get it. So, yeah, the next anticipation now today is Black Friday. So my thing that I usually do is I usually go over to JCPenney and get a pillow. Because they're half price. I get the really good ones that are really expensive. But at half price, I can afford it. But this year, I don't think I can afford to get one. That's usually what I do for Black Friday.

Let's see. All right, let's see what's going on in the world first let's see if there's anything that looks crazy so, we'll see I don't see anything that stands out except for all the chaos going on the other side of the world here. It's pretty bad. let's check out my so i did all all day yesterday uh with ranger podcast and then last night i played around with my um baccarat i changed it i i took my i9 g6 and put that my baccarat uh hard drive in there it runs a little bit better. It's not as slow. It seems about normal now. So I'll probably run that one from there. So,

looks good. My subs keep going up though, which is really fun. So yesterday I did Back of Saron HP Elite Desk. And then after I finished the video, I sat down and pulled down my G9 G6 with I9 in it and switched hard drives set up that one so I'm going to put my computer back on the I7 one I have

G6 and use that doesn't really make a difference that you can't really tell the difference it's expensive to get an I9 this is an early i9 it's not even like the newer stuff so all anticipation for windows 12 uh it has 13 i mean it has 32 gigabytes of hard drive of ram in them so it should be all set for windows 12 and i have that windows inside a program so I usually always get the newest update so my subs are 3256 to significantly went up since yesterday which is awesome so that's not a problem that's great average duration now is 10 minutes today it very fluctuates depending on what I do each day but unfortunately my revenue is $24.61 so I've actually only made a few cents yesterday so that's a bummer really was counting on that but so my back of Sarah video it looks like it had

12 12 views that's normal 12 24 all I gotta do I did a live stream doing the back Sarah yesterday and now I need to change that thumbnail I need to put one in there because right now it's on so let's see yes I got to change that to some so one of the thumbnails that's actually from the video hmm I really don't have any good ones the only only you only get like a choice of three really doesn't really give me anything okay I guess I got to use that one and again it's on the phone so it's vertical so it's only really hacked the screen yet the although I did have like 15 people on my webcam uh screen last night because usually i do

the phone vertical i'll do a webcam uh overview and that way you can see the desktop when i'm working on much better but that one like said, I hardly ever get any videos. Alright, let's see what the day after Thanksgiving eBay is going to be. I'm not expecting anything, actually. But I had a sale that's been going on, and I think I ended it yesterday. Which was at 20%, so that was a real killer. Oh yeah, I only had two. So eBay's been extremely slow so one

thing I have an offer so let's see feedback so far and I've seen it let's and see what feedback is fast shipping good packing good trade so nothing else there I think I have a few bucks I can put in my account and one sale and the other one is an offer see what that is so again everything happens overnight while I sleep but lately there really hasn't been much of anything happening but you gotta go to flow so let's see it will so we'll take that so I got lots of those like I have to take those so I think my issue there's an issue processing your request see what's going on try that... okay there it goes I'm smelling like I got some kind of weird error

while I'm doing some sort of thing for my ebay here so that was a request so that'll give me two sales and then I gotta started pulling out my uh... ps2 oh I did ps2 Slims yesterday for my system. So today I'm going to work on the 9000 models.

So that's what I'm going to do this afternoon. I'm going to start getting lots of PS2 stuff up. I need to get more stuff up, basically. I do have a lot of stuff already up and then I need to put a new sale for the holiday up if the other sale has ended it won't be as much as I was doing I added up once at 20% which was just bigger items is fine but my little most of my little guys that my minimum order is $11 so to take 20% of $11 leaves me like a buck left over after shipping and all the fees I just couldn't do it so if I can't even sell it 20% off it's kind of a bummer but we'll see I'll put other stuff up too so let's we need to do that I have one order to print out it is a shell to figure out what that is so that's 16 so thank goodness we have

FedEx has economy now, ground economy USPS has ground saver, it's I still use postal service ground advantage it's a lot more expensive buck or two but for me a buck or two is a big big difference in the coupled buck or two that I would make as opposed to not making but to try to go to UPS to ship out stuff is kind of hard I just kind of leave that postal service is just they pick up directly and all that I'll have to go to hunt around a place busy FedEx I don't even know where the FedEx place around here oh I think

there's one at Walgreens but it's not really professionally logged in you just give to somebody and they log it in and you hope for the best I only do that with big packages but I'm to FedEx I'll do you I'll use GPS I do anything big but then they real big items in a while Alright, so that's the orders out there. Let's see what else we got going on here from my eBay today. So that's pretty much it this morning, it looks like. Just a couple of orders. Black Friday.

Yeah. So everything ended. Yay. Cool.

So. I had a Thanksgiving 20% off sales feast. That ended yesterday. Cool. Which ended all the coupon sales. Yeah. So you can do all kinds of sales. Unfortunately the problem is. It takes so much more money out of your account.

So eBay wants you to do. they're always trying to promote you to do sales, promote off-site, do all this and that. But it's just more money that comes out. I need to, I have a Shopify that I started. I've got to get all my stuff copied over this this website you can use to bring over your items from eBay which I'm gonna do and try to start selling there as well and connect it to this YouTube store maybe less feasible I don't have any fees actually so I gotta get on that because I'm not really selling much here on eBay anyway these days but we're

gonna start a new sale today for Christmas and I'll run to Christmas but it's not gonna be 20% and I'm just gonna do one coupon maybe like 5%. And then just go from there. But I think I still have something else going on here. Let's see. 10% off. So I must have sold off a 10% off discount. I wonder what that is. So I must have another sale.

I might just leave it at that then for now. Just do 10% off. I got a sale going on. Good enough. I have best offers anyways. It doesn't really matter. Even with the 20% and the 10% and then I was throwing another 5% as send offers. I was still getting

best offers for half of all that. It doesn't really matter. Because I have best offers. Sales are fun and coupons and all that to help out but if you're going to just best offer me even lower uh it's not really worth it and it takes money out of my account for the uh promotions coupon coupons i don't think so but the promotions do so it's kind of

and I'll regroup put new stuff up that always helps the more stuff you put up new the more it kind of generates more interest because I have the same stuff I have lots of watchers

and people sit on it, but nothing ever happens. Not even an offer. People just sit on it. So we'll go from there. I'm going to work on my Shopify store. So let's go on to that let's i really like i said i was really hoping that my uh youtube would help me out but not not so much but we'll keep plugging away i'm always going to do it now because it's just part of my routine i enjoy especially the podcast these in the morning i like to do it, because I can sit here and actually

chat with, well, not with anybody, but just kind of, to anybody that's listening, and just kind of understand the highs and lows of selling, selling gaming parts, or just selling in general. There's definitely,

so my YouTube's looking great I'm just going to significantly I remember when I had 23 subs when I first started doing YouTube about a year. It's been about a year now. I think last winter I started playing around with it. If you can look at my really first videos, you can go all the way back and see my first videos. It was a real small space. It was dark.

I was just trying to figure out something to do with it and then i it kind of grew over time as i tried to make it better to the point now where it's about as best as i can get including it including adding the podcast here that is significantly new and i do see like i get a little bit of use from it and i was able to connect so the podcast is through rss.com which is really fun and easy to use i'm a big fan i was able to add different distributors of my podcast. And I will try to make it better as I go here. Doing it three times a day in the morning, system in the afternoon

and I've been playing the text game at night. And so we'll see what else we can add to it. That's pretty much everything I can possibly put on YouTube. Try to do 20 minutes in the morning i'll give you a quick overview of how my groundhog days usually go although i was off schedule for a couple days but we still did different things and then god forbid something going forward happens and my my schedule would change again uh just something else but we'll keep plugging away at this pace and see how we go all right you guys have a good afternoon enjoy black
