Officially Small Business Saturday!

Good morning everyone. Yesterday I just had a day where I was helping my mother with a bunch of stuff and I just never got back to doing any podcasts yesterday. So, we'll do the morning one. Definitely always do the morning one, but sometimes in the midday and then at night I just never got a chance to get back to it so let's see what's going on we're going into today's saturday it is 5 34 so let's see what my morning is going to bring today so i started a yesterday for my ebay store i started a black friday weekend 40 off sale i learned how to change it so the only 30 and up would be 40 off because my tail and my little guy sale uh listings i can't take any discounts off of those so so that that's going on for the weekend i got my pillows yesterday which is exciting i got two uh but i think i'm going to return one because the other one i have is pretty cool i'm going to try it out again one more night but it seemed to do what i needed to

do so or either that or just keep the other one for a backup. But the other one was a more expensive one. So the cheaper one was actually pretty comfortable for me. I need a perfect kind of pillow so that I can sleep well. Pillows are important. Again, that's my tradition every year. I go over to JCPenney for Black Friday and pick up a half- sale pillow although they're even more expensive now even at half off but that's what i i like to do and then i went around did some other stuff and but yeah i was out and about helping out my mother and then doing other stuff and before i know the day was over and i was even too tired to even do any sort of a story or anything.

So we just skipped it all together. I just went to bed. So we'll see what we got going on here today. Let's check the news first this morning. So let's see what's going on here. Let's see. The Chiefs beat the Raiders. Barely, but they did.

as much as possible and or if I am doing selling my stuff on eBay that's kind of like gaming anyway I'm still selling gaming stuff alright so let's um go to youtube here that's where we start i start with my news then i go to

youtube let's see what we got going on oh so yesterday i signed up there's a black friday for there's a there's that i IQ thing that's kind of connected to YouTube but not and I had a trial period that ended and I just couldn't really afford to get on to do it but then I looked yesterday on for Black Friday and it had I could get a month for a dollar. So I signed up again. So my subs now are at 3,343. So I'm significantly going up. My average duration went up a little bit today.

Nine minutes and 53 seconds. So we're on the incline. I mean, decrease, rather. However, our estimated revenue, $25. so everything else is going is going significantly higher although the one thing i kind of really need is the income and i don't know i don't get it i don't know what but we'll just keep plugging away as i always do so we did the end of the day yesterday i did did the end of the day. I was playing around with some 1991 wireless controllers

from Acclaim. Playing Simpsons. We're trying to play a Simpsons game. Those original remotes. I think those were like the first remotes. I got some. Some of them actually work. I have a cool one in the box that works. And then that's the other style and then there's a two-player style a couple of those kind of work

But not really so that was fun. We're playing around that today last night rather So I did that as a video because I really didn't have any videos up yesterday But even something like that. I only only get nine views from it So oh let me change I need to change my live feed from yesterday I did a live feed for a little while

try to do at least one or two when I can so we're going into the weekend, so I'm going to work on PS2 Slims. Keep talking about them. But they're coming. We'll get a whole bunch of stuff listed for those. Alright, so we'll play around with those.

So I want to add a thumbnail from the video so we're gonna do that so this IQ is a something that comes from one of the persons on YouTube i'm not sure if what helped increase everything but it definitely helped in some way uh because i went significantly higher and then all i was doing lots of promotions and that all just came out of my account 50 bucks worth of promotion so i can't really afford to do that anymore but i should have enough subs now i just need to retain some attention but again i can't really reinvent myself i'm not really going to do anything

differently that i'm aware of i may try to concentrate on i don't know yet but we'll see it's high yeah i kind of been doing the same kind of thing and it seems to work just doesn't generate the many people to stay on for a while although I do, my live feed when I do that, vertical

that's really my best shot at any some watching that's how i end up getting to go over that hump of 3 000 and then to the 4 000 but as if anybody's listening to this once you get there it's it's not what you expect at least not for me anyway all right so let's go on to ebay that's the other half of what i do. Actually, three quarters of what I do is eBay. A quarter is my YouTube. Oh, I also have a TikTok too, which is increasing.

I haven't put much time into that because I really don't know how to try to make money off of there. But I am going to. I'm afraid it's going to go away. I think you have to get to 5,000 subscribers on there. I think I have 3,700. But I haven't really done anything else with it. Alright, so let's go to messages. I'm on eBay.

2001. 1.0 original. Xbox. Is that. That's the only one that had the fan. And the CPU. But that fan was really noisy. However. I do sell them once in a while so you take the fan heat sink out and then you use the regular heat sink that's found in every other

model and it quiets your 1.0 right down gets rid of that fan and obviously I guess it doesn't the heat doesn't really matter. It's not... It doesn't make any cooler having the fan thing on there. So you want to print out your orders as quickly as possible for two reasons.

One eBay wants you to get things shipped out as quickly as possible. So the first thing you have to do is print out your labels. The second thing is once you print out your labels then it starts processing whatever that amount is uh so that you can actually withdraw that money whatever's left over at some time at some point so for this one here i'm just going to market this ship because i don't think i have it bummer so it's really only three orders. Xbox, the fat Xbox 360 side panels. This is the one that has the HDMI port to it. The white ones. I sell those once in a while. But they're really expensive to ship, therefore, um, I have to, um, price them a little bit higher, which I just, I have no way or else to do it with those, I want to see if that's the same guy, no, different

guy, so I sold two different panels for the Xbox 360. Yesterday I sold the white serial panel. Which can be on any of them. And I sold a PS3 Slim 3000 model. Power and eject button. KSW-001. So those were yesterday. Those ones I printed out last night. And then I'm doing my order.

Today. Because today is Saturday. So. I can still get those shipped out. And I'm. Kind of off. It feels like a Sunday. Because yesterday was technically Friday.

But it felt like a Saturday. Because it's a long Thanksgiving weekend here everything I ship now is ground advantage but it's basically the same price as priority used to be so you kind of did just change the name the price is the So priority. I don't use priority that much anymore. Because ground advantage. It used to be that. With eBay. Well postal service. If you use first class.

Mail. It was 13 ounce. Up to 13 ounces. With eBay you got up to 16 ounces. Which is a pound. So most things were. Under. Pounds. you got up to 16 ounces which is a pound so most things were under pound so I could do first class most of the time but I did priority everything that's above a pound and it used to be really a lot cheaper but it's not anymore then

they got rid of first class and they renamed it to ground advantage which now you can do that at over a pound. So now I converted everything to ground advantage. And I hardly use priority. Because priority just got so expensive. Like I said for free shipping isn't free for me. So for every $10 that I sell something, my minimum is $11. After all fees and everything, it's almost $8 now gone.

So I'm going to make a couple bucks. That's kind of a bummer. I am working on, I haven't really started today or tomorrow. I'm going to start working on my Shopify store I think I know so I can only use those two anyway I had to think about so these are ps1 the bottom six screws they're basically similar to the PS Too Slim. So my 40% sale yesterday didn't really do much. I just have a coupon. That's only for the weekend. Then I'm going to knock it down to like a 10% discount. I'm just going to leave it at that. I have best offers anyway, so it doesn't really matter. It doesn't matter what I put for a price. I'm always going to get some sort of a best offer.

Sometimes they're fairly decent and sometimes they're not. So if it's a not so decent offer, I just decline it. Pretty basic stuff see what else we got going on here so we're back basically on the same routine this morning I'll try to do something midday today. And then I'm gonna... Work on a system... For this afternoon. And then go into the weekend here. So that one's done.

oh yeah yesterday I went to the pet store to see if they have a chinchilla over there oh they always have chinchillas but they're really expensive like a couple hundred bucks. And they do. They had a 50 off. 50 cent. 50 percent off sale. But none of the little guys were 50 percent off.

Or was it Chinchilla. Just the guinea pigs. But I got two guinea pigs. I definitely don't want another one. So I was going to get. Maybe I was going to get another little guy. But I probably can't afford him. So we skipped that idea.
