I am going to see how TikTok does in court today.

Good morning everyone. It is a little after 6 o'clock, 6.18. So yesterday was a pretty good day. Crappy weather, but as always I've got a lot of stuff done. Oh, I worked on my Apple laptops, so I've got those listed. We'll see if I had a 5300 CE Both are now listed A little expensive, but just kind of what they're worth Apple and they've seen the both work Other than not tests in the back ports and the disk drive. But they both boot up to the OS 8.1. And then the other one OS is 8.6.

Which seems like a significant upgrade from the 8.1. So, let's see what's going on this morning. Up and ready to go. Let's see what we got going on, let's, again, do I kind of stick with the same routine, therefore, that's why it's always called Groundhog Day for my early morning, uh, podcast, because it's pretty much the same routine, looks like, uh, Detroit beat the Packers for Thursday night football. I sleep, so again, I go to bed quickly. I did see somewhere that Peacemaker 2 is coming out. Big fan of Peacemaker.

kind of worried about it overall for our world, but we'll see what chaos ensues I try not to talk about anything that's crazy and worldly often because it's just not worth talking about I just get up and live

my little simple life do my thing if something were to happen tomorrow I'll never know it'll just happen and it'll be over pretty simple so uh let's see so we're gonna start out with etsy oh so i was transferring some more stuff over to etsy although i have not gotten a sale yet which is kind of a bummer but i'm kind of up front investing in it. Etsy was a store I had along with eBay.

And I don't know, three or four months ago I shut it down. Because I needed to do work with it. And it really wasn't going anywhere. So I just turned it back on. I don't know, 3 or 4 days ago. I found a transfer. Website. Where I can send things from. Ebay over to Etsy. But I have to do it one at a time.

So it's time consuming. But I have added a lot of stuff. 30 or 40 things. I can do 100 per month. I had to subscribe to that. So I had to upfront a few hundred bucks. Between that. 100 per month i had to subscribe to that so i had up front a few hundred bucks between between that uh website just getting our etsy back up so so far no go on any orders yet so kind of a bummer but i'm hoping it'll long term it'll pay off i think because i was selling spare out uh um sparingly on etsy for maybe every uh one thing i

sold on etsy i sold like 200 on ebay that's kind of how it was going i thought but what i did with etsy now is i've added best offers which i didn't have before and I also have a sale on Etsy. And then some sort of a coupon or something. After you purchase something you get another coupon. So I added some more. I'm up to 175 listings. I'm going to keep increasing that. However on Etsy it's 20 cents per listing.

So even as I list more stuff. It means I'm getting charged more. And I haven't made anything yet and then i have a uh pattern website link to it uh which um it's just such such a basic basic uh website but it's at least it's something so i got that going now too again i so slowly working on that i was originally going to open a shopify actually i went through the whole all the loops hoops and and but then i couldn't get it to connect to my youtube correctly it would require another subscription and that was even more and I'd have to start from scratch and I'd probably have to use the same sort of uh transfer uh website

from eBay to YouTube to Shopify so I decided to niche that for now and go back to I'll reopen my Etsy which I'm glad I did so hasn't paid off yet, but maybe well, maybe it won't I'm gonna stick with this time. I'm now I kind of I added some stuff and I'll continue to Bring more stuff over to it. All right, so I see is quiet. Let's go to even YouTube here this morning so looks like I lost somebody three three nine five I'm at twenty seven dollars and sixty cents I'm gonna do another uh i want to promote another listing i mean another uh video and this is going to be talking again i'm on the opposite side of most of the videos i see where everyone's touting how you can get to so many hours really quick and

all this and others are touting you can make all this money once you get monetized but i don't see it i want to be in the realism of it's not that i'm not trying to do it maybe i'm just my videos are just not watchable average duration four seconds so that's obvious why uh two views. So, I don't know. Yeah, I'm going to do another video today. Actually, early today. I think I will. In regards to...

To me, it's really, really hard. I obviously couldn't make a living on YouTube unless I significantly come up with some other kind of creative idea. However, YouTube did actually, under content, there is now an inspiration tab. Which is new. You can go, again, everything is AI now. So you can type in some AI to get an inspiration. But I can't redo myself. I can only do what I always inspiration. But I kind of can't.

Redo myself. I can only do what I always do. It's obviously not working. I mean I am still getting views. And what not. So I can't reinvent myself. That's the word I was looking for. Reinvent. Kind of to keep on the same path that I'm on.

Trying to mix the videos up along with this podcast. Which I do get some views for the podcast though. So let's look at my podcast. Then I'll look at my RSS feed. So for my podcast, I've had 1,300k views views and 25 hours so it's worth it so i i enjoy doing it especially for my early one-on-ones because i can kind of go through everything and i can um see what's going on and i can talk about at the same time so it's kind of fun so i had some ups and downs there i've made a dollar 96 revenue for 25 hours off of uh my podcast it's really funny

actually sad but funny uh let's see so my game and then then it gives me a breakdown of the podcasts the newer gaming systems seem to be the most views in most of the world. Yesterday I did, what was I doing? Oh, PC laptops. So my systems and stuff seem to be much better views than my morning one, this one here. But I like to do the morning one for me. It's fun. So this is my podcast there. Which i'm a real big fan it does go

other places though so let's go to my rs rss.com feed and see where uh it took me a while to learn how to make a podcast and i don't even know if i'm doing it right but it seems like I am lots of podcasts I see that are with video and they have some sort of a co-host but I use Zippy as my co-host and I haven't done anything with a video podcast mostly

Let's see my analysis. I've had two views last night, so I have 81 views, but it's cool because it shows you a map of around the world of where people have downloaded your um podcasts

one was in Australia so that's pretty cool so it's exciting and it goes to other places like I have everything on Shopify I added it to Apple Podcast I had to pay just a little bit to get on to that but not too bad. Then there's Spotify.

So, little by little, we're just putting it out there. Pod Addicts. All kinds of different stuff. So I figure the more stuff I put out there, the better. Long term. So I'm kind of in for the long term here. Which I've always been anyways for my gaming

stuff. Alright. So let's get back to reality. Which should be eBay. So. Let's see if we had any. Action. Because that's basically my lifeline.

Cool. I sold that pretty quick. Fun. I had a feeling I could sell that. Good. I needed to sell that. So it looks like my 53. Let's see.

because I normally don't sell complete stuff however I need to kind of start doing that because just selling gaming parts now just doesn't seem I normally don't sell complete stuff. So I have to go into some full complete stuff. But the problem with that is a lot of times something goes wrong then you're in you had a big amount to refund that hurts and sometimes it's very difficult

all right so my second one second one is a Xbox one 1697 controller an empty shell. Top and bottom. Cool. I got more of those. So, well. So, I don't really sell controls. Although, I have sold a few batches of broken controllers. And I'm going to do more of those. I've got a bunch of

Sega Genesis controllers to do. Let's see what that is. So we'll print that one out and then... So I had three orders this morning but luckily one was a kind of helped me out here all ounces for an empty shell okay mostly everything I ship goes ground advantage and you know I have to charge a few bucks for an empty shell just to get it out the door like I always say is you know a few bucks for me all right so let's do that one printing going on so all this is done first thing is as soon as i get out of bed uh i have my shop open

do all my messages all my print all my orders out because as soon as you get the orders printed out then it gets you in the pro gets your uh whatever you made processed and it takes about a day to actually um be able to download it i mean to be able to transfer it to your bank account. But you can use it as. To buy right away. They want you to just reuse the money again. Right on eBay. So that is. I haven't been buying anything.

And I'm probably not going to. I just can't. Things are tight these days. I need to save. Although I do want to get some fun stuff but not quite yet need a few months maybe i'd like to go to kadokis and get some fun stuff but i can't get any the problems with kadokis as long as i don't look if i look at stuff. Listings for good okies. Okies is a place where they have all kinds of. Lots of. Broken stuff.

Like. Cubes and. Dreamcasts and all that kind of stuff. So once I start seeing them. Then I'm going to want to bid on them. I can't. I just can't. I just can't do it.

So I just don't look. As long as I don't look. I don't know. Right. So there's tons and tons of stuff. And it'll always be there. I'm not really doing anything local. Purchasing.

I'm just working on it. I've got lots of vintage computer stuff. And then I have lots of... I used to be in the salvage business. Like for liquidation.com and stuff. And the TV parts business. I used to get truckloads of TVs. And tear them down to sell them on the board. So I had boxes and boxes of those stuff.

Downstairs. That I could try to sell. So I got tons of other stuff. Whereas gaming parts. And a few. Pretty much. Up until just last year, was always plenty. I could make plenty of income, but not anymore.

So that's why I added YouTube, as I thought that would be my next income source. Once I got over the two humps, 3,000, 4,000 hours, but I was so disappointed that it's not even close to what I thought I was going to do. So that's a bummer. Etsy was my little shop that could. I'd make a few bucks here and there per month, but I'd sell enough so that I wasn't negative. So hopefully that'll come back around again. And then TikTok, I think something about today that's supposed to talk about TikTok getting abandoned all over the country. I can't see how that could happen,

but although my TikTok is going up, let's look at my TikTok for a minute. Let's see where we're at for people on TikTok. Oh, there we go. So I really haven't concentrated on trying to see how I can make money on TikTok. TikTok feature. Join. Oh, I've heard that. subscription once you find subscription uh you're going to be able to have this feature you need to have at least 1 000 followers oh i'll do that for at least 30 minutes in the last 28 days and then

follow the community guidelines and have live subscription huh so i may look on tiktok to see maybe i can join subscription to monetize your content huh wow yeah right so i gotta find a way to monetize my uh so if want to know how to make money on tiktok just comment i'm interested in the comments to show you how. When you tap on more, you go to tap on more you go to add when you go to add you scroll until you find live are we together live you tap on live center after tapping live center you scroll down so i'm listening to how to so there it's fine subscription uh it says go to more I got enough followers so my tiktok let's take a look at my tiktok

for a bit I have 3705 followers 23.9k likes and I have done some live stuff with tiktok not lately

I was putting all my eggs in one basket with youtube because i just didn't know what so tiktok normally i get three to seven hundred views per per listing although i had some i've had a lot more whereas on youtube I get three, no, I'm sorry, on TikTok it's like 100, like 200 to about 600 views per listing, and it's the same, I mean not listing, but uploads, the same exact ones that I upload on YouTube. YouTube, I get maybe 3 to 20 views. So there's significantly more views on TikTok. And I actually even have the most popular one. I had a 50K view, 9,000 view.

Just two different ones that were really but that's significantly more I could ever get so far on YouTube so let's so he said to go to live feed I know how to go to live feed I'll have to check that out just kind of popped up in front of me I was like yeah so that's my youtube as well haven't really i just upload to it i don't really pay attention to what it's doing but i think i might actually because i need a little bit extra here all right so that's my morning uh we'll pick something for this afternoon again i have to find things because i run out of stuff by just going by system so we'll pick something else oh i had something else i wanted to do
