Today Me my Mother and the Dogs are going to get a photo taken at with Santa at Local Agway.

Good morning everyone. It is Saturday. So I got something fun today to do with me and my mother. Today is Santa Day over at Agway. It's a thing we do every year. I take the dogs. We get in line, dress up a little bit, find any ugly Christmas shirts and sweatpants, whatever I can find. And we go see Santa. So we'll do that this morning around 9 or 10. And it goes until like 4.

So today is Santa. And I've been doing that for oh god let's see it's gotta have been 15 15 years or so way back when molly my miss molly was my beagle when we first had her that was back in 2007 no no 2011 so it's been a while we're doing every year since 2011 i want to say uh and i never did take rusty i had a dog named rusty um another beagle but no we didn't i never took him it started with molly and i believe and we go every year and then in the last few years we've also gone over to pet smart they have a little santa thing as well but so I'll take some videos I'll have all kinds of stuff going on for that so that's exciting that's fun try to get every year I can

get in on doing that with my mother and me and the dogs because time goes by so fast you just don't know how much time you have with anything even your own time you don't know how much you have so we'll uh we'll go there today that'll be fun all right so let's kind of so it breaks up my weekend a little bit because today is saturday and it's like i said it says 12 7 so december's already uh plugging along here next week is the pet smartmart one next Saturday I got a RSVP so I can get in there and go to that too so we'll get pictures taken and then they usually even a few days the email you the photos and then I can put them on my mother's Facebook and and and whatnot so let's see what my morning is going to be like. So let's see.

As I say every day, there's always chaos and craziness going on. even take it to a totally different idea than what i initially thought i'm not positive yet and it's it's a it more of just a working thing. I don't think it'll ever get together but it'll just be more fun to do periodically to just have fun with it. So I might change it to a direction.

So that's exciting. Even though it was only a few downloads, it's still fun for me. I've really enjoyed doing the podcast i mean i'd like to upgrade it to some video but i mean nobody really wants to see me just as i get older something like this i can do when i'm 90 if i make it that long but and i can always it doesn't matter that's why i try to do everything that's not directed at me in directly yeah it's not focused on me directly that's what i want to therefore there's things i can do on my own for till for whenever because i'm in for the long term here all right so we had some

fights most i've had so i had five five downloads it's exciting because i did a story last night i did it in my bed it's hard to really talk in the bed but i try to do the best i can and i worked a little teeny bit on my cartoon i just started that my french fry freddy cartoon which would be fun. as I do every day for my Groundhog Day. And we're going to so go to Etsy. Etsy's been my store that I... Maybe I get a sale. That'd be nice. I reopened Etsy.

I've been working on it. Although I didn't yesterday. So let's see. If I get my first order, I'd be... No, I didn't. Ah, bum. Still no orders. I got lots of views.

But no orders I got lots of views but no orders yet so I had to open a start a program those called three Colts I switch a really weird name but under that they have a a migration program that you can bring from ebay to etsy of course there's a subscription involved not too too bad and right now i put a lot of time into it i've moved stuff stuff over now i'm not doing not migrating everything at once you can do that but it doesn't really cost a lot more money but Etsy is different only 20 years or older basically supposed to use do for parts that get you at 2004 which is like an original Xbox so anything later than that really technically shouldn't be listing any parts for or any other things but although people do it all the

time on uh etsy is the best place for anything homemade uh gaming that's where i found all my homemade stuff uh like baccarat and ever drives and stuff like that although i might resell some of mine on there as well so nothing on on Etsy. I got excited I saw a baby potential. So we're up to 175 active listings. I actually added best offers and as a sale.

Small one, but still a sale. So hopefully this will come back around. I never really had much. I mean, I had a lot of sales. I've had 1,999 sales. Before I shut it down. A few months ago. Because I needed to do some work on it.

Change everything to a different category. And stop migrating stuff from eBay. So. Therefore I lost all my customers. But we'll see how it goes in the future so it's a little upfront investment hasn't paid off yet I just need a couple good sales and then we'll be good to go all right so we went to there let's uh go to ebay so youtube I'm going to save last because yesterday I did a major move on YouTube. And it's going to affect my YouTube.

Good or bad, I'm not sure. But it will bring a whole new conversation at some point. So we'll see what we're... let's see what messages are on eBay decided it was time to 950 I'm still going to be a client because I'm like, damn it. Yeah, I might as well just take it. Somebody yesterday wanted to offer me, there's something I have for sale that I won't ship. I mean, the price was fairly reasonable it's the whole top head of a trs 80 total the whole top head of a trs 80 model for three or four with the monitor with the screen the monitor included in it i have for sale but i have it as not shipping it you have to come pick it up and this guy wanted me to ship it to

offer me x amount plus shipping i just told him i'll just i just normally say i will pass i don't even want to think about trying to ship that. I will get things shipped to me. Although I'm not doing it anymore. But I had lots of monitors and fun stuff shipped to me. And luckily knock on wood. Just about everything made it. Except for one time. I always like to talk about that time. The guy was in Washington State.

I'm in Rhode Island. He shipped the monitor. The TRS-80 monitor, original one, way back then. The computer and the printer all in one box at 60 pounds to me in Rhode Island.

That's a nightmare. I would have never done that. Luckily, it all made it here except the computer, the power supply got damaged on the bottom. So it took me a while to get some shipping damage cost from that but I finally did it's because I had to go out and find another power supply that was for the Tandy 1000sx that was the first one I got I got a couple other ones one was

broken but had a good power supply. And then I have another one that I'm going to resell. I'm looking for something local to do my computer stuff. Big, big computers. Lots of the old computers are really big. However, I did sell two of my

Apple computers yesterday. So that was exciting. I kind of needed it. Actually, I really needed it so actually I really needed it so I got three orders here so let me see what we got for our quarters this morning no I have four orders now because I just took the other guys offer so let's see what we sold also the nine dollars and fifty cents so as opposed to ten It was for the 01 through 05 original Xbox.

Long screws and the pads. I sold a port. I'm going to test some more ports and get them listed. The GameCube. I sold a PS2. We were just talking about PS2 Fats from the other guy. But this is the 10 bottom screw PS2 fat has a small board a power board on top I sold one of those

and I sold a I have to find that sound box the SNS sound box motherboard somewhere that is so I have four orders this morning I mean they are they add up after a while just not as many as I used to get but oh but we do have a little something I can, uh... Selling those two laptops really helped me out. Kind of gave me a little bit of a breathing room. Because I've got lots of... Mostly just bills to pay and stuff. So, we'll get that out now.

Okay. And now we'll go to YouTube. So, let's talk YouTube. I finally yesterday decided to open up comments. It's the only thing I hadn't done. And I promoted a listing showing that I kind of crazy but I really didn't want to do it but I just it's my room my last hope with YouTube for maybe generating some some more some more out better algorithm I guess not having comments took me forever to get to 4,000 because of that but I did make it there myself oh the thing remastered looks pretty fun available now that's pretty cool all right so let's see what happened so now I have to kind of mitigate or keep an eye on so since I promoted let's see I

see hasn't changed at all so since I promoted my listings I went up to three thousand and four hundred ninety two subs however still my revenue hasn't changed at all it's twenty seven dollars and sixty six cents and I added comments which I'm going to find out what those are so I promoted a couple things so it's just in general just trying to find where those comments are oh here we go oh so I only had a couple from yesterday this one guy wrote so I've three I've had three comments since I opened it up. Oh, no, no. Actually, I have more now.

I have actually a lot more comments. Oh, I have tons more now. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Wow, I get a lot of comments. So I knew they would help. I can't sit and watch all of them. But your comment section on a lot of your videos are turned off and part of the type of contact people questions. A question about how... Now I forgot. Maybe I'll remember it later.

So now I have a new thing to talk about. Comments. They should always be on. Humans are not nice. Oh yeah. I remember that now oh back of Sarah happy birthday maybe this is old comments oh I must have put all my old comments back on seven months ago oh yeah so that's good and bad 24 subscribers eight months ago oh i see what it did i'm like wow i got all quote all new comments but no this is some really old stuff not good stuff either some one of the reasons why i shut it off was because of these old comments bummer I Didn't think about that, but I kind of tossed and turned about a little bit But I think I'm just gonna let it fly now

So it just opens up new conversations um yeah these are the, I was gonna say wow there's all all these comments from last night but it's nine months ago uh there's no way I can really keep track of what's going on here

And that was two months ago so that's my morning I got a few orders to print out so this would be a new second the only thing I didn't have still left on on YouTube to to initiate so I guess it's just one thing it just it'll just be what it is let's let it fly all right so that's my morning so far so we have some fun stuff to do or later with my mother we're gonna go to my holiday uh santa we'll see santa he's always the one i

was really cool dressed up good he looks just like santa if there was such a thing uh so we'll go do that with my dogs my mother again every year is becoming more important and i don't know what my future is as nobody does but we will uh keep my keep my tradition going i don't have other traditions but that's kind of one that we've been doing for many years and then i print out my orders here. And then we'll go from there. All right. I'll talk to you guys later on.
