Reopened up my Etsy Store again. Upgrading it from eBay items using Three Colts and ExportYourStore.

Good morning everyone. It is, oh it's December 1st today. Cool, December 1st. Oh, let's go. We're still into the Sunday. I just woke up. It is 5.23 on this long weekend. Thanksgiving weekend for all those that are probably getting ready to head back home good luck with that have safe safe trips back to wherever you need to go uh for me which is just another day but got a lot done yesterday yesterday i turned my etsy store back on i had shut it down just because i just it's kind of distracted with it but i turned it back on uh worked on fixing some of the listings a little bit better and then we um found a transfer because uh site that i could transfer my some of my ebay stuff

over into etsy it's hard to find one. But I did find one that's pretty easy to work with. Of course you have to subscribe to it. But just to do. Just so I could do about 100 things. I'm not moving everything over from. Or copying over. I'm still going to have my eBay store.

But what I'm doing is. Bringing over. For Etsy you can do uh anything that's 20 years or older so we're at 2004 that gets me like the original xbox uh error so although other people list everything from from every system so it doesn't really matter but um i started pulling some stuff over it uh i do it one by one uh what it does is it pulled all my listings over to this site and then from that site i picked the ones that i want uh i gotta do a couple modifications because the transfers uh etsy is different uh setup than ebay however it went pretty it's pretty easy once i figured out how to do it so i'll work on that so now i'll

have my etsy store i was going to do a shopify store but it was just it was too complicated to start whereas my etsy store was easy because I just opened it back up again. Everything was still there. And then we just streamlined. I've been working on the streamline at Etsy. So, basically the same stuff. However, I have some 3D printing ideas that I have yet to do. But that may come into play for my an Etsy store. At some point.

So that was another reason why I wanted to turn it back on. So now I got that store open. And we're just trying to. Generate a little bit more income. Going forward here. So Etsy is always good to me. I didn't really sell a lot of stuff there. But I sold some stuff.

But we're going to make it more fun. Going forward. Alright. So let's see. Let's check out the local news. So let's see. Oh, today's football. Patriots are

terrible. But Miami lost the other day so that's exciting Miami's not really that good either I really know a really good team I like Detroit and of course the Chiefs are pretty cool big fan of the Chiefs alright so let's see

I don't see anything in the news that's other than the normal chaos out there let's see anything else I'm seeing in here well actually I see lots of stuff but I try to keep it all positive on my end here it's just better that way

It's better that way. Alright, so let's look at my Etsy. So now I turn my Etsy on. So now Etsy will be another place to look at my store. Not that I sold anything there yet, but I'm going to work on it today too. But now I can see what kind of.

So I had some views. 33 total views. 23 visits. So it has a little overview of. Now I have 148 items. Listed there. Somebody's starting to. Shows you some of your favorites.

Favorites some of your stuff. So. And then all my feedback is still there. So at my Etsy store, I have 749 feedback. Most of it's good. I mean, I had a few little bumps in the road, but you just always do. It's just a part of it. I had 1,999 sales there. But like I said, I shut it down probably two or three months ago.

But now I'm ready to come back, which was pretty easy. I spent most of the day kind of working on it. And then I have a, my website is connected to what it's called. It's called Pattern. It's just real, real basic. I added that to back on. So. So we'll stop there that's pretty fun let's work on that a little bit let's go to so no sales all the hard work no sales yet but we're gonna do lots of fun stuff with Etsy.

And it's going to be involved with my 3D printing. So that's something I'm going to work on very soon. And other stuff. I get lots of other stuff that I could sell on Etsy that I couldn't on eBay. So it's definitely going to come into play going forward. All right. So now we're on YouTube. Let's see what's going on with YouTube. Let's see.

I did a few things yesterday. So my subs are going up 3,392. That's pretty cool. Very exciting. My revenue has not... $25. I'm still at $28. I have not gotten out of the $25 revenue.

Although it's saying here that my average duration was 18 minutes. View times is down, but I'm getting views, but they're just I don't know. I'm not really sure. So that's where my YouTube is. It's pretty much at the same pace that it's

been at, which is fun. I did add the IQ, which I'm not really sure what it does, but it was for a dollar. So I'll keep it IQ. Which. I'm not really sure what it does. But it was for a dollar. So I'll keep it for another month. Because I had to add. A fee.

For my. Transfer store. Transfer website. I feel like it's called. Something that's a weird name. So we'll go there. Alright, so let's go to eBay. Let's see if there's anything going on there.

So eBay, I've had a 40% off sale. But it has not really generated anything. So. Actually, I only got a couple orders here. like oh let's see one order two orders so a couple orders here a couple of best a couple offers which are really low but nine dollars no i'm not gonna do that so it's for a xbox original xbox um metal plate for the top cover i have it at fifteen dollars he's offering me nine that's gonna cost me

nine to ship it so it's not worth it obviously it's not worth it so those are the kind of things that buyers just don't kind of get that because free shipping is there doesn't mean there's no way that i can do it because if i can't make two or three dollars yeah i'll do that one it's all the um second offer was for ten dollars on my listing that's $12 and it's for all the outside screws and the battery compartment with a battery for the Nintendo Wii

so I guess I'll just take that so at least I get one order today so I'll take that and I think I have one other sale maybe because after that I'm just going to go down to only maybe 5% off

and that's it everything will go back to the way I used to have it just by best offers I'm not going to promote anything anymore because it was just taking more money through eBay I think it will go back to the way I used to have it. I just saw a bunch of those. So the only thing I did sell was two original Xbox. 01,105. The front metal covers for the disc drives. They have those metal plate cover things. I'm unsure what they're for, yet they're on there. So I sold those. That was my big sale for today.

I thought maybe this weekend I'd get some some of my bigger items that I had 40% off. I'd sell some stuff, but not the case. So, let's see what else is going on here. We'll print out my one order in a minute.

And then we'll go from there. Oh, it's only a couple dollars anyway, actually, I'm gonna wait, I should be alright, so let's just print out this order, so yesterday I did Sega, Sega Systems yesterday, which was fun, But I only got as far as the dream. Game Gear. So we did Sega. Started out with the. 1601s. There's two different models.

The high def and the not high def. And I didn't realize that port in the back. Was not. EXT extra port for video. It was supposed to be for other expansions that never happened. I didn't know that. And then there's the

one that doesn't have high def and there's a VA7 board. But she was saying there was a VA 3 board in the 1601 that's a better board. But I know the va7 is the one that has the port that the power port that's not detachable so it's a different version but as they progressed they made things cheaper and things weren't quality wasn't as good

so then you get to the 1631 and that's when everything gets all messed up. There was a whole bunch of boards. VA0, VA1, VA2. There's a VA2.3 and then the dreaded, the very dread the VA-3 and the VA-4 would be the last two boards. Those are the boards you want. So I did that, and then I went into the 32 times real quick. And you've got to have the extra jumper cable and you gotta power each each item so i did that that was kind of in that same era oh then i also did the sega um genesis 3 the little one little guy i have a couple of those one of those is supposed to one of those two different motherboards in those. One of them is supposed to play

Sega Master Games. So I have my one order. And then I finished up with Sega CDs and some Game Gear action. But there's more Sega stuff after that. A little bit more expensive stuff too. And I had at least one of each one of those at one point.

I've sold all that stuff now. Except for Sega CDs. I have lots of Sega CDs. I have a Sega 32 left. Which actually maybe I'll play around with that today. And I have a Sega 32 left. It was the adapter. And then I had Sega Power Bases at one time too. So. I can at least say I've had at least one of each thing that way I can know I'll always know what it's about that was my goal when I started doing this gaming is to

kind of get one of everything I could find and alright so we'll take that one and that one so that's all my orders today I'm going to continue to work on my Etsy it's going to be my fun little project today

later on we'll play around with something today there's always something to do try to mix it up the best I can and then it's getting cold out now it's really cold this morning

alright so alright so I got two orders now yay yeah so a lot of a lot of today we'll be transferring stuff from that website all the listings are now on that website as able to transfer over to etsy but I have to pick the ones that I want to use ones that are 2004 and older system parts oh and then I also do is ps2 um slim the 9000 models I was working on those yesterday so I have to get some of that all of that listed lots of that and I have a then I have the Sega talking about Sega Genesis model the VA3 board that works so I'm gonna get that listed and I got I found all there's also a VA 2.3 board I have one

one or two of those to look at so there's always I can my day pretty much will go once I get up to see what kind of orders and stuff I have. Which I really haven't had that many. And I haven't had that many actually. It's been like getting really quiet. So we'll bring, I'm going to add more stuff to eBay. And then at the same time we're also going to keep rebuilding etsy uh and i scratched shopify because it would have been just another uh price i'd have to pay per month and that was real expensive i i decided to invest it all back into

etsy instead because etsy is a great place to find gaming stuff i it's my always been my go-to for anything homemade gaming it's so I'm gonna use that maybe make my own self this makes myself some homemade gaming stuff to sell that see at some point to use my 3d printer you can get all kinds of 3d printing stuff there too so that's then maybe, now that I have a website back, I can do some other stuff, that's, that I could just put on my website, uh, that I may not be able to put on, uh, eBay, like, I have a, um, I found out that my, I have a, um, Pokemon DS card that's not the original. It's a fake. So you can't really sell it on eBay. It's fake.

You'll get, uh, but I could just sell it as fake on Etsy or something. Somebody might want it because it's still the same game. It's just not, it doesn't have the little sensor on it or anything like that. So things like that I could put if it's my own website and uh, I'm not being regulated. Or anything like that. I'm not being regulated. And then I have some other copies of stuff. Other fun stuff that may not sell on Etsy or Ebay. However, I could sell it myself. Somebody wants a copy. I've got three discs. I've got all the Sega Dreamcast games on them. I keep moving them around.

I think I have them on my computer too. So I may do some sort of SD card loaded with games on it. And I need to finish the Sega Dreamcast mod thing for what those are for as well. So, let's see. That's pretty much it this morning. Going into my Sunday pretty easy peasy. So, if I don't have a lot of orders,

I will already decide what I'm doing today. Again, like I said, I've got to get a new photo on my Etsy page. I've got to do some other stuff there, which will take me most of the afternoon, I think. Integration. You can't find, I couldn't find any integration through Etsy. I had to go look around on the website.

And it's called Three Kings or Three something. What's it called again? Let me find the name of it. If you want to integrate from eBay to Etsy, there's other places that you can do it, but they want one big lump sum to do it all at one

time. I didn't want to do that. I didn't have the money to do that anyway. It's at hundreds of dollars. It's called the three Colts that's the name of the website three Colts and then you log into three Colts and then there is uh let's see what's it would log into three Colts so it's definitely and always called export your store that's one of the services through 3Cults. There's a whole bunch of other services here too. InventorLab.

Hemi. There's all kinds of data. Spark. Something with Amazon. So there's all other apps within it. Of course these are all you have to pay for them. But to get to 3Cults. I just found it at random. But I remember it's kind of the one i had before so i go to three cults and

then it's cool and then i go to export your store it's the only one i could find that was pretty easy i could pick it would import all my stores from all my all my items from eBay to here on Export Your Store, the Magic Sync. It's pretty magical, actually. Works for me. And then I've listed 15 items so far. And with the subscription that I signed up, which is the cheapest, because that's all I can afford. I can pull over 100 items from...

It gives me the whole list of all 900 items I have from eBay. They're all on this website. All on my sync page here. And now from here I stop pulling stuff over. And it only gave you 10 for free. And then you had to sign up. X amount per month. Which isn't too bad.

But what I'm wondering is. If once I pull my 100. I shouldn't need to use it anymore. But I don't know. We'll see. Because I don't want to keep getting. Paying X amount a month. Because I'm not going to. Keep pulling hundreds over.

I mean I may do it once or twice, but that's about it. So that's where I'm at today. So Three Colts, which is a weird name. I'm like, three what? Three Colts is the site that it came from and then within Three Colts is

export your store. And it works perfectly. i had to manipulate some stuff you have to uh find the category for the the import export to go to you have to merge it so that takes a couple of minutes to figure that out uh because it's not a quick it's not a one for one it doesn't go right from eBay to Etsy. There's a process. You got to add weights because Etsy wants weights and you've got to merge certain categories.

But I got it to work. So now it's quick. Now it's easy peasy. Now I'm better just picking the ones I want, fixing them. I have to go into that item, fix the weight. I got to add into that item. Fix the weight. I gotta add a weight to it.

And then it'll transfer to Etsy. Within seconds. So it's really cool. So I'm on my way. Let's see where we go with this. So export your store. Three colts and export your store. I'll make that note for anybody
