The Nintendo Switch 2 Videos are out. It Does Look Nice and Big. Rats. I wanted a Switch Box or a Completely Different Nintendo Console.

Good morning everyone. It is now almost 6. I stayed up late last night. Late for me is funny because I was actually almost till 7 which is way past my bedtime. Because I was waiting for a monitor from eBay to come UPS and UPS always drops off really late like at the end of the night. So it finally came and I was shocked to see that the box was really small because i ordered a monitor i'm like wow but i didn't really look at it until this morning so we already took it out it's a little mini me uh monitor it's an rf only i have one other rf only monitor that doesn't work i don't think this one works either uh it does turn on but there's something rattling around in it uh i wanted one dedicated rf tv for my few uh vintage apple stuff i have i have one 2c i decided to not sell it yet until i got this

monitor and see if it would work but now I don't think this monitor works but it's pretty cool it's a box and everything so it's a collectible thing uh it was a little pricey uh I wasn't really gonna do it but then I decided to go for it so pretty exciting so yesterday we worked on oh superfancom uh we found out there was a kiosk for that too. It's called the Nintendo Power Kiosk. And then I ended up doing some of the N64. And N64 also had what they called the 64DD. 64DD, which was a disk drive.

Which is extremely expensive on eBay to try to find. I think they said there was only a few games made i can't remember now how many not many so that was the special thing about this the n64 i never had one way out of my price range uh so yeah and then yesterday oh then while i was waiting for the monitor to get dropped off i spent a lot of time on my eBay, I mean on my YouTube, breaking down my categories. I was able to do 12, I can do categories are dedicated to just themselves. And others, I put multiples. And I will keep on that trend. I'm trying to do some things like with my life and all my gaming stuff, computers.

So I'm breaking it down. It's coming out good. I've got a lot to go. And I have 7,500. Obviously, I'm not going to have nearly any of those that many in the categories but at least I'll get the categories set up a little bit going forward so that was fun I did that

and let's see that's really about it yesterday what else was I doing yesterday um oh I did Sega CDs so we worked on Sega CD for a while broke it down there's two different motherboard types and then the disk drives are different Oh, I did Sega CDs. And then the disk drives are different. The Model A. MK-4102. And then the MK-4102A. So some of them powered on. I don't know where my disk is. So I couldn't test the disk drives. I know I have at least one or two. And then some did not powered on. I don't know where my disc is, so I couldn't test the disc drives. I know I have at least one or two.

And then some did not power on. So the disc drives, you would assume, might still be good. So I've got a lot of work to do. I'm just kind of getting a little more acclimated with them for a little while. So that's where I spent. That was my video pretty much yesterday. I. Not sure what I'm doing today. I will bring up my Apple portable 2C and see if I'll plug it into this little Apple thing here. I have this little mini monitor, which is really cool looking. I'm a big fan now.

And I also started setting up my Tandy station because I have some Tandy 1000s. Right now I have my Tandy monitor which is this CM-11 is the better one, on top of a Tandy 1000 SL that I got. So we'll play around with all that stuff at some point. Alright, so let's see what's going on this morning.

So I slept in a little bit. I didn't go to bed until like 7, which is way, way past my bedtime. hardly ever, I do stuff, that's related to, either my YouTube, or my eBay, just trying to, set myself up, to survive,

on my own, in the future, oh nintendo switch is out not out but the commercials it's pretty neat just a huge bigger very uh looks like there's magnets that connect the uh j the uh joy cons on either side as opposed to slide and click. You just put the magnet and it locks it in. Quick view is a lot bigger. They're black. But it's still the same dock. I was really disappointed.

I wanted switch box. But nobody would listen to me. Switch box what I meant was like a dedicated system. That you could just plug your. Switch cartridges. So it says it's backwards compatible too. So that's pretty neat. So you'll be able to play Switch.

And I didn't see any specs about the actual hardware. But I'm sure it's got to be 4K. HDMI 2. What's it, Bluetooth 2 or 3? Wi-Fi 7. Those are all the newer stuff. So I'm assuming it would have all that uh better screen i'm sure coming out in july i mean not july coming out in april let's see the price tag and i think of course we'll try to get one but and it'd probably be impossible to find one so that's it that's cool and then i'm waiting for oh we we heard that the xbox next gen is xbox prime

but that's they're saying not till 2026 and ps6 i'm sure we won't see that for around that same time so the next big thing although i was hoping nintendo would have something completely different than the switch but i guess it's just riding it Just upgrading that made a lot bigger. It looks like more like an iPod iPad now and a handheld but they had a cool way that they Introduced it so I suggest watching one of the videos on YouTube is millions of now probably so switch to It's that's just what it's even on the dock it says switch and it has a big two on it so it's pretty neat it's lots of commercials for that already

all right so let's get my morning going here let's go to yeah so lots of categories now i'm getting there breaking down i only can do so many but i can add more within i can make a multiple i only get 12 spots on my youtube page there but i broke it down pretty good i think i wanted to do some of my you know what i do at home and stuff like that i do a lot of DIY stuff, so I made a category. I started that. Oh, my carport saga. You can see a little bit about that.

And stuff like that. Plus all my other gaming and stuff. Let's see. So let's go to RSS feed. Oh, so I did a video early this morning. Normally I don't. Usually I do podcasts and all that first. But I was so excited about opening up this box because I couldn't understand why it was so small.

And then, so I did a video. So that's already up about my little mini-me monitor, which is really cool doesn't i don't think it works but so i had two uploads yesterday let's see one more dots a couple in canada some way out in the ocean somewhere so that's always exciting i look forward to seeing where else uh My message in a bottle. Over the internet ocean goes. It's pretty.

It's exciting. Alright so nothing there. I gotta go. So YouTube. I'm gonna go hit that now. Because I need to. I already uploaded the videos. As soon as I do a video.

think it does but um something i've got one other one that's not as small as this one and we want to find somebody to fix them not now someday maybe i get a little revenue going here on youtube i can send these out somewhere or Or not send them out. But bring them somewhere. Local. Find a monitor guy. There's always a guy somewhere. But you got to be able to pay. To do it.

And something like that. Will be really expensive. But at least I have one. And it came in the box. Which is cool. That was. That's the other reason. I wanted it to get.

I paid the price price of probably what it would have cost uh working or not so as long as you're happy what you get it doesn't really matter i'm not really worried about like i said if it doesn't work that's only that's only an extra bonus i could just resell it for basically what I paid for anyway, not working so that's, but

Like I said, that'll be something we'll do today. And then do some other vintage computing. And then I've got to double back to Intellivision. I've got to get parts listed for that. My Magnavox, I was working on the other day. Motherboards working or not.

Same with television. And then I'll go to the Sega CDs and put some stuff up too for that. So we'll have all new stuff listed soon. So yesterday I was at $40. Now I'm at $39. How many times can I ever get past $39? I wonder where that is. I must be missing something.

My hour views were about the same. Achievements. something my our views were about the same achievements oh I hit 1 million 100,000 views that's pretty exciting pretty awesome it doesn't really do much for me monetarily wise but it is exciting to see that it I get some in like I said I really worked on my categories yesterday so kind of break it down and then i'm gonna actually i have a gaming section now broken down into like nintendo xbox uh my hidden gems is my number one one so you can see all the rare stuff that i've had there's more more I'm going to put up on there. But I'm going to have just a GameCube section in there

because I've spent thousands and tens of thousands of hours on just GameCube. Number one part seller by far. And especially the lens assembly. So we'll get a GameCube and then probably Dreamcast. I spent a lot of time on Dreamcast too. So we'll do some of the really ones I used a lot. Same with PlayStation.

I'll do like PS2. I put a lot of hours in there. And Xbox. Probably the original Xbox. So within those there'll be other ones. And then I did my daily life. I have furry and feathered friends. and then I did my adventures just things around and around and then I have one that's called home based which is my ebay selling life the dreaded ebay returns is it's own category because I got all kinds returns some were really

nasty and I have my YouTube channel Insight. And I also have. I just started a DIY for me. Just some things I try to do at home. Never really that good. But I get them done. Alright.

So let's go to eBay. Let's see what we've got going on here. This morning. Seems like this day, I felt like I just wanted to sleep. I'm already up. It is 6 a.m. I got off schedule. It messed me up

a little bit. Again, it's really cold here in Rhode Island. It's going to continue that. A little bit of snow. We haven't had any sort of really snow at all, actually. So I had two orders, one message. Part right quickly. So let's see what that is. I always check everything. The guy will get a good feedback for the thing, even though he shipped it a week late.

Perfect part. I've got my game up and running. So as soon as I get my item, which is my Apple monitor here, I go right to that seller and I leave my positive feedback. Always positive. Even if things go really bad, I just like to share positive. There's too much negative out there. Fast and as described. And I keep it simple.

And this guy just had them as reproductions. And they're supposed to be like Zelda, the Crusade of Century. So we'll see what that's about. And then I have a Tandy 200 portable coming in. Anything I...

Oh, out for delivery. So that's on Johnston truck. It's FedEx, so we'll get that earlier today, UPS always comes late, and then, uh, FedEx comes, like, midday, and then there's one other thing here, where is it, that's, Oh. My original TRS-80. 16 megabyte. Computer. I had the monitor.

I already have this one. But I didn't have a power adapter. So I couldn't do it. So I had to. Up front invest. In a second. Computer. So it's in Connecticut.

So maybe tomorrow we'll get that that so we can test that whole system I needed the plug so what I'll do is I'll sell one of the two I have once I test both of them with the monitor and I don't know if that monitor works it's an original TRS-80 monitor but

we will do that so once in a while I'll invest in something like that just to try to complete something because at some point, it doesn't matter. I can always resell it. All right, so I had two orders. Let's see what those are.

And then my morning will go. I've got a few dollars. Let's see what we've got for orders this morning. So eBay's been kind of slow. i've been putting lots of stuff up i got lots of big stuff up but nobody's really buying big stuff these days so just screw sets that's all i have two two sets of screws one is for all the outer screws for nintendo wii and the battery compartment. With a battery. A working battery. And then a screw set. A complete screw set.

Inside the GameCube. That's why I always say. Screw sets always give back. Way after you sell everything else. I'm still selling screw sets. Years later. I don't have any of the bigger pots left So

That's That's always good So those are a few bucks here and there Cause like It only Cost me about eight dollars Even if I would have shipped just one screw So

I have to charge at least My minimum order now is $12. Because I have free shipping, but it's not free for me. So if it's $8, it might cost myself $12. I make a few bucks off the back end, and that's about it. Try to make it as cheap as possible, but it's really hard to do. The problem is the. I'm not sure.

That's another reason why I'm trying to. Diversify into YouTube and other ways to make money. Because selling gaming parts is so hard now. Because you just. You have to charge a lot more than. Because you just. The cost of shipping just even an ounce is expensive. More than you would think a part would be worth.

It's kind of a pickle. But we keep doing it. And I'm not going to not have free shipping. It would be just, it would be too much of a pain to try to figure out all that. So my little profit goes little or little or basically or then i just add an extra dollar to all my listings that way

that's just what it comes down to i haven't done it yet but i may do it soon because it uh as of the first issue uh didn't even say it anymore, but the shipping costs went up again. I'm doing two ounces now at almost five bucks. Ground advantage. I remember it used to be two-something, then it was three-something. Then four-something, and now it's almost five. Plus, you get to remember the eBay fee, too. The box and the tape and all that. So, that's another buck there. Again, I remember the eBay fee too. The box and the tape and all that.
