Good morning everyone it is now almost seven o'clock six fifty one it is 2 28 2025 and I believe this is the last day of February so yay We blasted through this month. I can't believe how fast it went by Which is great because now we're gonna get into some spring action, which is what we've been waiting for Uh, another kind of warm day today a a little bit, in the late upper 40s, 50s. Same with tomorrow, but then Sunday and Monday are gonna be really cold again.

But then after that, if you look to forecast down the road, we lots of 40s and 50s, so yay. Very exciting, I'm not looking forward to summer, summer, but I like spring. Anything up to about 60 degrees or so, maybe 70 is pretty cool. When you start getting to the hot muggy stuff, that's when it's yucky. But at least we're getting there. So yesterday we went to breakfast with my mother.

I took a quick little video, took a few photos. That was fun for her 84th birthday and then I was doing working on my Atari 1040 STF yesterday I didn't realize until after I bought the rainbow chipset that it doesn't seem to work in it my board version is version D so I just doesn't I don't think it works for it So I put that chip set and I took the chips out and replaced them a couple times Really for nothing, but I learned a lot while I was doing it. So it's what I'm always learning something Yeah, it doesn't work out as long as I could go back and put the chips back in and I got it to work again So that's cool. So for now I'm just gonna

leave it like that. I think what else I'm gonna do in the future. I'm gonna look around see if maybe I missed something. I talked about jumpers but I don't this this board version doesn't have any of those jumpers that they're talking about so they may just go back to the way it is. Although Bitcoin is interesting to learn about, I was going to get myself an Ant Miner, I think that they call it, but I don't understand, it does equations or something, so I didn't

quite understand that whole concept of in order to make money it has to do so many equations. So money is basically all in regards to work. You do something and then you get something for it it's at the end of the day same dollar bills same with you know coins bitcoins all that so for bitcoins this computer the ant miners they call it is doing millions of equations over and over again and after a while it it gets paid for something like that I was gonna get get one, they take a lot of energy, and that's the big thing with them. So money to me is just not relevant at all. Literally, money does grow on trees because it's just paper.

So if you look at it that way, we could have any sort of something else other than green dollar bills as payment for work. So Bitcoin was just another new thing that they added for payment for work. Although it's not work that we do, it's work that the computer does. It's very strange. And again, if we took all that nonsense and brought it to a different world they would just you know just burn it. It would have no it would mean nothing right or if someone came here other than us and we handed them you know a billion here's a million dollars

that alien crafted and the people in it would be like this isn't worth anything what does it mean you know what I mean so so a Bitcoin I'm interested to see how it goes up and down but I think people have lost lots and lots of money on that and now it's just tumbling again so nothing I would ever do definitely alright so let's see what's going on this morning at sea. delivery for empty defective donor motherboard. Ink toner, I have the same ink jet that I've been using forever, which is, no not ink jet, I'm sorry, it's a laser printer. HP one, luckily. HP used to be junk, but they've gotten better with computers and stuff. So I've had the same HP printer and the scanner doesn't work anymore. So I've got boxes coming in. Oh, I did order a... The other day I did a Tandy... The original Radio Shack 26-101. 1001 I should say.

It was a 4K computer. I have a monitor which is a 261201 but it doesn't work. It won't hold the screen in. I can't get the words to stay stable. So I invested in a second one. I wasn't going to get one. It's coming all the way from Oregon. And it wasn't cheap but the guy gave me a little bit of a deal

so we'll see what that's going to be about. So when that comes in we'll test those other because I have two of them. I had to get two in order to I had to get a second one because I didn't have a power adapter and they're almost impossible to find. So my goal is to test them both on a working monitor and then resell one of them. And then the other monitor, see if I can somehow learn how to fix it. I should be able to swap parts from the second monitor because I believe they're the same. And I already have that down too. So we just have the one order and I took one order for $10 which I really don't want to

do anymore but I guess a few dollars is better than no dollars. So I just had the one order and that was... Let's see what this order is. Oh another screw set. See I was getting two screw sets again. Gamecube screw sets. I was just putting some more of them together too. So I do, I have a big bin of screws. I literally

have to sit there and pick out, I know the screw set by heart. So a complete screw set of Gamecube is a lot of screws and they're all different. But I've done it so many times. I have a giant bin and I literally have to sit there and pick out each sets of each Set of the screws to make the whole complete set Maybe I'll do as a video. I haven't done that a while. I'll do a video later on Me just sitting there picking out one screw set. It's a real pain in the buns But it's a few bucks here and there I get off of those We'll take that so later on maybe I'll do a screw side a couple bins

we'll pull screws out and just talk about because I sell lots of them and the things like that the Outer cover the cases that's all much I sell much more of that than I do say a motherboard or anything working inside of a gaming system. So is all the outer stuff. That's the most important guys want. I mean buyers want a new case to replace the broken case. They need screws because they don't have the screws and you can only get them original like N64 the inside, inner metal, that whole set.

There's nowhere else to get it unless you actually have it for sale. Same with the screws for the N64 inside, Gamecube, nowhere else you're going to get this exact correct, I mean you could probably stuff other screws in there, sure, but if you want an exact screw set replacement, we, lots of, I sold lots, just all we screw set in, in our outer case and then all the inner Same very hard to find So those are things that keep me going here when I'm not really selling a lot other stuff I sell a few of those here and there and make a few bucks So Let's see

Let's see. We got another offer here. No six eligible. I'll throw another 5% off of that So that'll get it down to a little bit more This guy wants this e d64 plus. I've got it down to 103 dollars I'm gonna add another 5% off of it get it to 98 dollars. but I put the discounts and all, it cuts it way down. My Atari 5200s, I've got a few of those cut way down too. But that's about it. So let's see what else we got. So we got the two orders here. I found the, there's one motherboard that has optional, I mean they're the

external controllers as opposed to the other ones that are inside. I found those so we can go back and retest that. So and then I can sell those controllers, both the ones that for the internal connection, and then I have two that are external. For the one motherboard set that's external. So lots of fun stuff to go through. And I can just add a new category to my store, sell some more stuff.
