The day has Finally come. No more Free Shipping or Returns. Flat $4 fee on all listings. However, I will continue to do Sale events, and I still have best offers. In the end it comes out the same as I have now. Just a new approach. I will also start countering on all offers. I will still take some return, but they need to be approved for just the right reason as intended. No longer try it before you buy it or you pay to return it.

Good morning, everyone. It is now 7 11 today is June 20th 2025 and we are on Friday I think we're on Friday now. Yeah, so yesterday was our first really hot day. It's not a lot nice and cool I get the lawn done early in the morning and Then it just cranked right up. but luckily I actually left the ignition on Partly last night. I keep it at the low. It's right behind my head, but I can turn it so it's not on me So we let that on for a few hours, then I got cold it cooled off so today

It's a little much cooler, but next week. We got our first heat wave which is almost a week like Three or four days of around 90 degree weather and then the humidity is gonna be yucky So I guess summer actually officially starts now 21st would be yeah June 21st, right? Oh, PS1s, the actual PS1, the smaller one.

And all the ones I had didn't work, I retested them. And then I went to Japan, PS1s, which I've been meaning to get to. So now we had somebody made an offer yesterday for nine dollars, no, for eight dollars.

But that's when I saw it free shipping. And I said, you know what? And then I had somebody that had another offer and I was like I think it's time I'm actually way over due time so he offered eight dollars I declined it made the call figured out how to bulk change everything to four dollars flat fee. And then he re-offered $9. So now I'm like, all right, so now I can do it.

If you offer me $9, now I can take, take that because I have $4 for covered shipping. And of course the buyer never paid because then he realized that I was charging shipping now and wanted just me to ship free shipping. Same day door-to-door service for nine dollars I just can't do that anymore I need to make a few more so it'll affect things in some way however I also decided another factor that I'm

gonna do is now I'm gonna counter I wasn't doing that before but I will so if I see an offer because I know I got the $4 as a little bit of a cushion I can counter a little bit so we'll try that and this isn't doesn't really affect any of my bigger or things that I sell This is all about most of my orders most of my listings, which are all little guys which my minimum is $13, but now $13 is gonna change. I'm not gonna change the minimum, but I'll continue to have sales. So it knocks it down to like $12 or $11 plus the $4 for the shipping flat fee. I just have to do it now. And then the second thing we decided to do was I've decided to end all returns.

No returns. I mean, I'm still going to take returns that you always have to. I don't really get them, but a buyer will have to contact me. Open a return and explain why he wants to return it. Instead of just saying I don't want it anymore. I will never send it back. Those days are also over because I've just been getting wrecked. Although I don't get many but two in a row I just had for buy it before you try it. A set of screws. It's

10 bucks round trip for me and then a front panel, a side panel which is another probably 15 dollars so that's 25 bucks. I lost and I'm like I can't do that anymore and I've been doing that for years both free shipping and free returns but it's time to go to a different direction.
