Good morning, everyone. It's a little bit later today. 737. Today is August 8th. We are on Friday. So it's the last day of the work week and we're going to another weekend. We had a super cool overnight. We're seasonable right now with the weather. That's a very extreme one. Watching like everybody else, west is just crazy. Down south. I always say that us here in Rhode Island and the East Coast is probably the safest place in the country. as these years go by, things just seem to get worse. Canada, I can't believe it only fires up in Canada now. The world's all burned out between the water and fire. I don't know what's worse.

It's probably most like a big jungle of all of us at some point, I believe. So yesterday, we unboxed. First, I did a few returns. Most of them just didn't want anymore. So try it before you buy it. Kind of deal, I paid a ship to you, and then I paid a shipwit. back now so it's kind of a bummer just wasted money so kind of bugged out and the last one he said the motherboard didn't work it was the only motherboard of the PS3 fat L model that I sold

the first one I sold and it gets returned said the chips got hot or something I'm not sure what's going on with that I probably will retest it or I just will not just say it doesn't work so that's a parts board my little stickers were on it so it should be the same board but not necessarily doesn't mean anything or maybe Maybe somehow something weren't wrong. It's all old electronics, so I think you can go wrong somewhere along the way. But it just seemed like a weird return. Usually if somebody, if something doesn't work, they'll contact me first.

And then they'll also ask maybe to get a replacement, which I don't know what. It's at most of the time I'll do it. But if a buyer just opens a return out of nowhere and I have to go out of my way to find them, figure out what's going on. They still never asked for any replacement that's usually a red flag for something else is going on, but I just don't know what it is. I just get back what I get. They get the return. They get the refund. Then I did some, oh, I got three systems came in. So we did, we opened, we do, of course I always do a video open the box up.

And unfortunately the packing was not quite right. A couple of them got banged up. Although they are parts of things, but there's lots of damage you've smashed around. One of them was already a little bit broken, but now it was really broken. So we played around with those. We tore down the Super Nintendo. That motherboard does not work. So now I have two motherboards that don't work.

We've got lots of other good parts. The cartridge slot is good. The soundbox is good. And some other parts in the top cover, purple buttons. So lots of good stuff anyway. So we'll make do with that. The other two, the N64s, I had an O3 motherboard and an O5.

Those were clean inside, unlike that other one. I keep putting a link to the other ones. You can see how rusted and corrobor that one was. These two were, I haven't tested the motherboard because I misplaced by power adapter. We have an O3 and O5 motherboard, and they're both clean. Cartier stock looked pretty clean, so all that's going to get tested as soon as I figure out where that power adapter. so then we ended up the day with a video taken apart to two N64s

decided to do a phone mobile phone live feed sometimes on YouTube and you get a lot of views I had significantly also every time I do a live feed with just my little webcam I barely get home to get anybody so we had a lot of people for a little bit and then we did the tear down on both N64s and then I finished and then I started

to pull over my Super Nintendo that does work on the board. And we play a little Super Metroid, which is really awesome. I played Super Metroid in years. I haven't got that far yet, but pretty awesome. I don't know if I saved it, though. So we did that, and then that was pretty much end of the day. So let's see what's going on today. And of course, every day.

Days going two, yay, cool. Days gone two. It's going to be a, I got the remastered days going on. I never really finished the game or even got halfway. So I wanted to replay the whole thing with the remaster. Not yet. The only game that I played in the last month is Super Metroid yesterday. Preseason games are on the show, so that's pretty exciting.

All new teams, I think, at the beginning of the season, because all the teams are all pretty much brand new. Nothing's like it was. Even the Super Bowl team. I'm not really a Philadelphia fan, but and the city's alright too. So days gone to unveiled. I think it's Bent Studio.

So we're looking through the news, some tragic stuff here. It's hard to see. The world in general is just doom and gloom previews, weapons. Freaky Friday looks be funny. a little bit let's see alright so let's go right into some business here

so we get on Etsy maybe I have an order so I've got a few orders here and there at sea that's cool it's nothing like my eBay but I get a few water here there. Etsy I have not taken away free shipping it oh two more

my Sega Dreamcast power buttons cool so I got two more like that's about the last the ones I have left. I am going to invest. I can't get it right now. It's my Sega Dreamcast. Maybe I'll buy a couple of them, but they're really expensive, unique parts. And that really has to be a Model 1 to really do anything. So we'll see. And then I can get some more Powerboards. I do have a Powerboard. I have a Model, a VA1 motherboard. I'm going to sell Powerboard all on one that I have my own. I'm going to sell all that. I've got a black

and bottom top cover, bottom cover, and the side black modem cover, and they put all that for a listing, because we're still working on, and we're going to continue on my mass listings for eBay. I'm up to now almost 1,300 listing. I was that 800, from 800 to 300 took me a long time to get, and I'm pushing up, I'm pushing all this listings up. It's still really hard if you don't know yourself but I found a way to do it pretty quick it's a little bit cutting some corners but as long as it's up then I can worry about it after all right so let's look at Paschmark let's see how many followers I have I just come here for the social media follower we never know if it like I actually got a sale

I don't even know where it would pop up to say that somebody bought something. 1,125 followers. I'm following 141 people and I have no idea why. Or how. I didn't really add to follow anybody. Of course, this is some sort of an auto following. All right, so let's go. Of course, let me just check and make sure.

But it's really exciting Anytime I see things Go out of the norm of what I've been on Both my YouTube And my podcast I get really excited to I put a lot of work at my store daily, you know, daily grind and trying to see if I can really get it to pop.

So I haven't got any of the pop yet. A 351 download, you get, pretty excited. That's a pop. So I had three downloads yesterday. 421. Yeah, so for whatever reason, I had that big jump. Our last seven days, we had Ashburn, always there, of course. Toronto, or Moscow.

See, in Moscow, Lincoln. McKinney, Chicago. So I'm a message in a bottle over the internet ocean wherever I'm going to go. So it was exciting. So that was yesterday and downloads. We're on Friday today. And this is, my podcast is monetized now. So sorry, there's a couple of commercials, but I'm trying to make an extra buck somewhere other than just on eBay.

So let's check YouTube. YouTube's climbing. And again, I did promote another video, another $20. another $20 yesterday but I'm not just going broke trying to get it to pop oh that's not not eBay um let's see sold a couple of things yesterday oh I sold my Xbox 360 Halo 4 slim uh it's the only thing I really put back together I tried to rebuild. It was left for dead and it worked. I sold it for a lot cheaper than I was opening yet, but I still sold it. So we're on YouTube now. 63,118 subscribers. Remember, subs are under the water. We eat them.

There are subscribers. We've had 13,262 in the last 28 days, and that's all because I've promoted about $500 in the last two months that I can't really afford to do but I like to see it grow so it's really in a way I can get it to grow

although yesterday I did do that one live feed with my phone and I had $452 views that were in and out so that's pretty big from

so we can get this one and we can get that one that one So let me go on my phone is the live feed's not working on one. But my live feed, so when you do it on a phone live feed, you don't get a thumbnail. You have to go back in the next day to change the thumbnail. I'm sure why that is. If I start doing live feeds all the time, on my phone, then things go way down.

It's got to be, you can't do them all the time. So we'll put a thumbnail now. of course it's vertical on your phone so you're only seeing the sides as if it was a short so we'll add that to that was so we'll try to update it i have playlist so i try to take every video and put it into a category i wasn't doing them for the first 1,200 videos i didn't realize what playlist was i just had it in my mind there's some sort of a song place, but they're just categories. They call them playlist, but they're categories. You can have 12 of them on your main page or YouTube, and then you can

have a category that's got more categories in it, which I do. I've got about 16, 15 categories. And I try to shoot the videos all over to different categories. I don't want to get a lot of people that look through my stuff. But if you did, or if you do, make sure, instead of just I have over 9,000 videos, 9,200, I think I'm not now. Let's see how I have 9.2K videos. So instead of them just being a one big giant list, if I categorize them a little bit, it breaks them up into where they should be. I'm hoping that AI will have a really big control over YouTube at some point, or I can just say to

AI, go in and reorganize this for me. here's my categories because there's a lot of them they're not in categories I would have to spend tons of tons of hours trying to I just found one the other day

it was a tandy computer one I pulled up to show to a potential buyer and that wasn't categorized so that's what I mean I have to go back to all 9,000 AI word to understand what I needed to do

So that's the guy that returned it. That's the video I did the other day where he said the C wasn't the right one. We contacted by really, if I was sent through even doing so handling your turn. You don't need to take care of anything. So that's what he did. we did a little bugger I got a long video on that too and doing that it's was the the exact motherboard model $45 yeah I think I'll take that that sounds all right so we'll take so it goes against my account said I shipped their own one but the

first one was just I don't have to pay for that return but it's not what I was selling not at that point and then then the next three I sent them all the minus 32 and then he still pulled the crap and then he took the 30 and the minus 21 of the first and and turned it on me. The first one I was just selling the COK-O-O-1 motherboards. There's a whole video on that. It's just crazy.

These guys, they have specific boards that I didn't know. I don't read minds. Thank you for Nintendo Game Hero, the games. That was a lot. Potterized safely wrapped in shore. So that was my sound box. No soundbox.

we're all that, I use a scammer all day, the gaming part, Somebody else got hit with that guy. Usename all day 90. Scammers, GameCube mod solving. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.

So, oh, so the same one was two different people. Oh, that makes sense. So same problem? problem was two different accounts uh see that we're going to talk about that today that and this other thing is all about these returns same same problem there's two there's two different accounts that mailed me I'm not submitting Submitting

Submitting Submitting anything I am however going to talk about it on my YouTube channel That's what it is That's what it is. Twice I got wrecked with those things,

and there was two different set buyers, and this guy... Just confirmed something that I wasn't thinking about, that these two accounts... I'm not going to say the accounts. Didn't mean to, but I did. These guys are connected. ah that just is that just confirmed something so i've got four hard negative

feedbacks and according to this other a different buyer those two accounts are actually the same person and he's got some sort of problems with whatever he got I don't know. He's showing me some photos and stuff. I don't want nothing to do it. I don't want nothing to do it. Whatever you're doing. Ah, that's weird.

So something he says, uh, the scammers is escape Q mod seller named. Oh, he's a mod seller. That is named account. Oh. Oh, scamp by your username. Yep, yep. Ah, yeah, I got a wreck for that guy.

He's pulling all my parts is what he's doing. doing ah that made me feel good that's one of a couple of my four main hard negative feedbacks and then my other two hard negative feedbacks of the other mcle head they just got a free free board all kinds of stuff going on this morning so you never know when i wake up on i'm gonna be into usually it all happens on on eBay. That's what I mean chaos is. But compared to lots of other people are there isn't that much. All right, so let's see. So I had a few orders. That's cool. Feedback other than the two negatives. So eBay, if you have an international shipping, they

just automatically refund the buyer. And it goes against me. And I'm not doing $10, but that's a whole inner frame for $10. And you live in California. That's a heck no. Again, I don't do counters. I was going to start doing connoisse, and then I was like, yeah. What a dirt bag. I did everything possible for that guy, but it is what it is.

It can't be perfect. I just don't put up with the crap. All right, so we sold a couple things. Oh, so we sold one of my Phillips CDI controllers. It's the DVS one. Sold a couple of the Nintendo GameCube power button bullets. And then I sold, oh, I sold those two. Cool.

I sold Game Boy, I'm sorry, GameCube. all the inner metal you know the set of those and then I had four Xbox 360 S or the E S 1439 or E 1538 lot of working 128

generic hard drives in the 250 that have errors so some of the errors and some of them don't work because there's a lot of four of those and I'm still at my 30% off so we're getting good discounts but and then of course I have my best off on top of that but I'm not taking a lot of stuff went a lot lower on best off and I'll take it but I did take the one yesterday

for the the 360 S 1439 hill 4 took a little offer on that including 30% off already and then I did just did the remote today so I'll do something so I can generate a little bit ribbon however I won't and then we have one sale on it's so that's pretty awesome ah so that's what happened yesterday I can't believe it's the same guy oh we're gonna have to talk about that in some way you're gonna bring all that up again to according to this guy Oh, bugger. Yeah, that's a little bugger.

I have many videos I have many videos of talking about every negative or negative or neutral. neutral back. I would never want to get it removed. I reply. to each for all to see and decide. It is part of selling. I have many videos. Let's see if I can get him a video. The last video we had was the guy that the game of

this was the last knuckle and then you just got a free board out of of course I always take all the punishment and the returns and all that it goes against my account the V2 video looking for the last problem where I sat and talk about all my my negative feedback in the crew just did that because of that guy that just got me trying to help them out oh here it is it's been months of full good ebex yeah let's see if i can this is it here i can hold on negative neutral feedback oh yeah yeah yeah there it is that's why i love to have videos because then i can shoot them over to other people i don't know if it let me do it or not let's see

I don't have no idea what the dislikes are about, but of course you get them. of course you get them but you don't I don't really skip many dislikes comments

once in a while it's something really weird sometimes when I'm doing a live video just said something yesterday that was a really weird comment on my live what is that all time from that kind of silly stuff all right everyone so that's pretty interesting this morning I woke me right up well I'm always awake anyway so let's see yeah we've been doing a video that almost half hour now I got four sales I had a cancellation on on something didn't want it so I need to get that relisted I had that refund international from the guy with the last two negative feedbacks finally got back what he wanted so because it goes against my count and then I

found out something really interesting today I didn't put two and two together The last two, because there's four negative feedbacks. And they're all about the Nintendo GameCube lens assemblies. Now, I was selling them as an effective donor. And the guy first bought a whole bunch of them, a different seller. And then he wanted to return because something had a marker spot on. No, just take the marker off. And then that ended up with two negative feedbacks.

And then down the line, somebody else started buying them. And now I know it's the same person with a different account. because I blocked him on the other account. Oh, I didn't see that. I got him to find out what the address is for both of those. So for some reason, that address pops up again? Well, no. If somebody orders a bunch of them again for any reason,

I even now had to put them as returned, unknown, they probably picked apart, crappy parts put back on. All the things I would assume was going on with those is probably what happened, especially if you're talking about two different accounts, two different accounts of the same person probably doing the same mess twice and he's already doing somebody else down the road here now i'm pretty much right on where i was so

and i want to bring that up again or no what's it what we're talking about here so all right so we'll we'll put a couple video i'll make a couple links on my youtube channel we'll do the negative one so you'll see the ones that that there's two different sellers of those gaming game boy on assemblies for four total negative feedbacks and they're all the same person on different accounts and they just don't somebody out so go figure there I always have to take all the damage and there's no way to fight it on eBay no but eBay doesn't I get back in any way you know I mean until I know what I did but it's a bummer yeah so we're not quite up to

1,300 listings yet I got 1,292 I want to get to 2,000 list because of the no more free shipping and no free returns although I have to take the turn if you say it did some wrong I have to kind of agree with you I think But so my sales have gotten a lot less, so we have to have a lot more stuff up. And I can't just rely. I used to rely on just little gaming parts and stuff. I used to be great for them in the first three, four, five years. Because shipping was really cheap, and I can sell it pretty cheap, but now I can't.

Those days are done now. The world just getting more expensive tariffs and everything. So I have to keep coming up with new ways to do it. Although I do lots of 30% sales and stuff like that. with the $4 flat shipping on top of it helps out I can do my little guys so if it's a $13 listing which is my minimum after the 30% it's down to like nine plus I have the four so when I'm at around 12 or 13 per order I can do it but if you're gonna half act me down to six dollars for one of those I'm just gonna apply because it's just then we're back to

where I started I'm at $10 and it's too low I to make at least four or five dollars for this stuff i'm doing here all this nonsense and all the uh things i got to take over over time most things go pretty good and i try to be correct every time but of course remember the most of the nonsense that you see in my negative news of feedback are nonsense buyers it's pretty obvious uh but it doesn't look that way unless uh i explain because it's definitely two sides of the story but once in a while i just make sense okay everyone so that's a little excitement that will open me up we're going to leave it at that I'll put a couple links I'll show you that all you can look through
