Good morning everyone. It is now 6.33. Slept in a little bit. Today is the 3rd of February. Cool. We want February to go by real fast so we can get some spring action. Yesterday I did a lot of stuff. I took all my sound bars. I found a TV. All those from the basement. Brought them all up. Did a nice cool video about when I used to be in the TV business, parts business. And put it all in my truck and today it's going to the dump. Well, you bring it over to the transfer station, they call it a dump. And then they have a place where you can put all your electronics and it all gets recycled.

So it's all going to go there yeah uh today my truck is not full of all that stuff but it gave me a big nice space downstairs so i'll have some some more space to move some stuff around organize i still have lots and lots of recycling to do but that was a nice little chunk i pulled out yesterday and we did a fun video on pulling the tv board power board and the main board basically it's all it's really good if you get lucky it was a stand but it's a really old tv so i'm not even gonna i just pulled it just for fun for the video. And then we did some other stuff too. Oh, GameCube. I found a whole box of lens assemblies. We spent a lot of time on that.

I did a nice long video. And I retested the rest of my Atari 5200s. Those all work to their best ability. Each one needs the RF switch replaced, but besides that they seem to work. So that was pretty much my day. Oh, let's see what's going on this morning here. It's Monday today, right?

All right, so let's look at... Oh, no one's look at... Alright, so let's check the news for a few minutes. Unfortunately, my new computer I got, the screen's gotten really bad now, which is a bummer. But I just send it through my HDMI to my little mini TV screen. And so this is eventually I'll need a new screen. Or no, I'll just leave it the way it is. So just checking the news, see if anything.

And I gave her the video about it. she wanted to get some more information about it so i gave her the video so that's cool and it looks like she bought it so that was a good and she bought it at the price that i had listed which is awesome so i need to go to ebay in a minute and sell that out so we'll get that out. So we're going to get

Cool. That's it. And I got a couple other orders from yesterday. I'm going to see what else kind of orders I got today. So we got a good amount of orders over the weekend. I didn't do anything with orders yesterday. Usually I start packing them up. Or at least get them organized.

And I did Sega Game Gear, which I learned there is an adapter, a Game Master, that you can put on there and play Sega Master games on Sega Game Gear. That was something new I learned yesterday. Kind of the same regions it looks like all right so let's go right on to YouTube oh I did a live 101 yesterday and a video for 101 so let's check how that came out so I was a busy video day yesterday tried to a lot so I actually did a lot of videos yesterday but I was doing stuff while doing videos except for the one-on-one nose so I went up a little bit 16,000 181 subscribers so that's pretty cool final for Atari motherboards and a lot of that one to be 200 so that was a

good video there I don't see any messages comments in pretty quiet so that's cool I want to see if those got promoted or not they did and I'm doing little i call them little squirts uh so i had 8 230 subscribers in in one month in january so that's pretty cool but i but i promoted about 200 actually it was 200 so that's why and my revenue is as as of today, $28.54. So. All right, so let's go over to eBay. Let's see what we got going on here.

Yeah, I can pretty much still use it it's almost like black and white but it was significantly cheaper than trying to get one fully working so I just you know I just hook up as HDMI output so I want to cancel that I got a couple questions from a buyer. So again, the first thing I do in the morning is to do all my messages, print out my orders. So I canceled his order. So that's done.

All right, so let's go see what the questions were. I had two questions from the same potential buyer. Is the one pictured already cleaned? I don't know. Usually, buttons. It says, it would not be the

one, the one pictured. It would not be the one pictured. That is a stock photo. I do Windex. See, this could be someone of its real want something specifically perfect I don't I don't do perfect so sounds I do index before shipping because

nothing on the outer of a this is for Nintendo GameCube it's the the top disc door with the button black one so i do uh windex eats before shipping okay that was this and he wants one a lot of times these guys they want which is you know they want a perfect one and because this is uh 2001 when GameCube came out, there's no such thing as anything really perfect on the outer shell. Is the one picture the one I'm buying? No. Not at all. I can show you the exact one shipping as needed. So, he was asking me, he was thinking, see, if I have a listing that's a bulk listing, listing more than one,

it would mean that that picture was just a stock photo unless if i had a listing that said uh this exact one then that main photo is key whatever your main photo is on ebay has to be uh first what is it you're selling? If I'm not saying the exact one, then it's a it's just a stock photo. So when I have a listing that says the exact one, the main photo will be the picture of the exact one shipping

usually. So sometimes, once in a while I can't find that exact one and then i have to contact the buyer and say hey sorry i don't have the exact one pictured here as it should be but this is the one shipping and usually it's a either confirm it it's all right or no cancel wasn't as good as the one in the photo so it's very important there that that because buyers like this one here want exact things and they so i'm glad he asked first a lot of times buyers don't ask and then i'll ship them just a random one and they'll be like hey this isn't the one in the picture and i'm like yeah

because it wasn't saying that was one in the picture so it's really hard to communicate because buyers assume that you know what they're thinking and i know it makes it's really hard to communicate because buyers assume that you know what they're thinking and I know. I know it makes it really, really hard to sell. And especially on outer stuff, stuff on the outer shell because they wanna make their cube or whatever system it is look really nice on the outside. And I just don't have

perfect. I always put, I don't do I never use the words perfect, mint, like new. I never use any of those words. Just okay is probably at best I can offer because it's just really old stuff and it's, and most

of the time I get broken things and they tend to be more banged up so i've had things get returned because i especially the gamecube the orange i had a bottom case a couple times now it's happened to me. An empty bottom case. It looked as clean as I thought it was. And then somehow they zoomed in on one little doink of a little ding or something.

And it got returned twice. That happened to me. So that's things can get returned if they don't like the way they look. That's a bummer. Alright. So I have a port for PS1. I can do that. Got lots of those. So just a couple orders but I still have lots of orders from yesterday. So I have a good

plate of orders today to do. Which will take me most of the day. Nothing really testing. Oh I gotta pull one Nintendo Wii motherboard. So we'll do that. So this is a port for the PS1. Let's see what else we have here. And... Oh, the second one is the slider, the top slider for the PS3 Fat Model A, B, or E. It has a specific locking clip that you need the metal pin, middle lock clip, middle, I mean the side lock clip for, the torque screw. But this is just the slider itself. I never really used to count on bigger items to sell, but now I kind of have to, because I just can't put a lot of $2 orders together to make enough to pay the bills, basically. What did I say that was? Oh. It's Nintendo Wii Mini. The Wii Mini, which is the RVL-201, has a little battery. It's red. Those are red. Those are little mini Wiis. They're cute.

I sold the battery compartment. I took a few bucks off. So, that's my orders for this morning. Plus everything else. So later on, I'll probably get to a system. Probably earlier. I'll probably do it earlier in the day. I'm going to figure out what I'm going to do next.

I haven't quite decided what I'm doing next. But we'll come up with some idea. Keep it gaming related. I could go into vintage computing too, but I'd really rather stay with gaming, so at least I'm staying on track of my podcast name here. So we'll see.

Feedback's been good except for that neutral one I had the other day. Which was, I don't know. He got everything he's supposed to really fast. Yet he still complained about it. So let's check if I had any other feedbacks. I check every single feedback as they come in. Good or bad.

People will give that really quickly. They can.

I've had people rush to give me a negative feedback on a positive because you have to wait seven days. You're supposed to wait. There's a waiting period between seven days for neutral and negative feedbacks. So if someone gives me a neutral and negative feedback, they waited that time until they could, till they could bash me for whatever reason. But some people are such in a rush to bash me that they throw negative, uh, words, lots of words on, on a positive feedback because they can't do it right away on a negative one

so so the the whole point is getting feedback is really hard but if it's negative or neutral it comes really quick if they can get it out uh but trying to get buyers so i have had uh two thousand uh twenty six thousand k parts sold. 26,000 parts. And I'm still not at a true. My feedback says 10,597. However, it's not a true seller 10,000. That's including things I've bought. The true seller is not even quite to 10,000 yet for sellers.

So it's really hard to get buyers to send you feedback and i never you can do where you can send out a thing to remind people but that only causes you trouble because if you did something wrong and a buyer just decided not to give you feedback because he didn't like what he got or whatever. And then you start giving him messages saying, hey, where's my feedback, where's my feedback? Then you're going to get blasted. So I do not do that. Either you give it on your own or you don't.

And I leave it at that. Because that's just asking for trouble. What do they call those? Feedback reminders. That's a big heck no. Because, again, there's things that will go wrong that I don't know about. Or they just don't like what they got.

And most people are nice and do like our mothers used to say. If you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all. So a lot of those probably happen. Again, I'm not perfect. And I do lots of stuff every day. And I just miss some stuff here and there. So no feedback reminders. eBay does it on its own.

I even get them. Even though I do my feedbacks soon as my order comes in. I give feedback like within minutes. I'm on there giving my feedback. And it's always a full five star feedback no matter what even my last couple of knucklehead sellers that canceled order on orders on me even though I didn't ask to I still gave them five full star feedback because I would always want it and I feel like I'm sending off that uh good positive vibe Plus, if someone comes across my name

or my eBay name on a negative feedback, it makes my account look terrible. I'd rather have it always positive. So if you're looking at someone else's feedback on a seller's, it'll just see minus positive, not in their negative or neutral. So that's another key reason not to do it. You want to do it, but it doesn't really just hurt you all right so that's about it a little more feedback
