Good morning everyone it is now six oh one Four seven 2025 and realize it's actually tomorrow that my birthday is April 8th, I was born in 1968 That'll make me an older 57 Some days I feel really young 57 57 but some days that I feel really young, 57. 57, but some days I feel really old.

More old lately. Body has definitely changed significantly even in the last few years age-wise. I find aging very fascinating actually. It is at the end, a means to an end for all of us Where it goes from where I'm at now. I'm not really sure but it's uh, it's changing But I'm trying to document it as I go here, so it makes a little more fun. to put my 1 through 6 which gives me almost 20 minutes of audio will be my first project journeyman It'll be the recap podcast. So you'll have another podcast today. That'll be that And So, oh yesterday I worked on so let's get back to living living world here yesterday. I worked on here. Yesterday I worked on, I was really excited that it kind of worked out good. My Retron 5, I had two of them, I finally got the 5 volt adapter I needed and I was psyched to find out that the only reason the first one was giving me an error code was inside the board, which just has a little cartridge slots. The clip is missing. Therefore, the cable wasn't in correctly.

The second one I had had a good board. And I swapped it, and then it fully worked. And then I was able to take the motherboard, the little mini board there, and swap that with the good one. And that one works, too. So really, the only thing that didn't work was that cartridge slot board where one of the cartridge slots is also damaged. They damage pretty easy on those things. But

the rest of the slots are still good so I'm going to sell that board but it has no clip to lock that ribbon cable in. And then later on I went to Finally I was dreading doing it and it was a lot harder than I thought which was my ps vita There's a video of me doing that I drew a close one-on-one on that one not a one-on-one, but a close-up and The cables were a real nightmare, and then there's a cable for the back There's a cable for the back. There's a touch on the back of the really weird touch board for the back of the thing. I'm not really sure how to use that yet. But that cable was almost completely impossible to get it on. And then I finally figured out I had a little tab that made it a little bit easier to get

on. And then I got it on finally. And then I realized I forgot the two top buttons. So's where I stopped on that but we made it so we did those two videos yesterday of course a lot of live feed for the RetroN 5 and of course now project journeyman is every night as well so I'm on all the time now so it's kind of if you don't like my voice and don't come around it but I enjoy kind of stretching this out I had 12 hours of sleep time I decided to use it for another project all right let's see so I'm at Etsy now. Oh, let's look at

It just breaks your payment down I got a midnight black PS5 portal and I also got a side CDD side DVD player which was the original price and they had some on I bought them both on PlayStation directly and I wanted to get them before there was any sort of tariffs added or anything but and there wasn't so those should be in a couple days of course for my birthday you know and just so we can look we can look at them so I can take my ps5 slim is which I have and I can

add the hard the disk drive to the side I want to see what that's all about that sounds exciting actually and they were double the price on eBay I still was gonna get one but then yesterday I decided to go to PlayStation directly because that's where I've got my other PS5 I go over directly to PlayStation and then they had some of those and they were all no they were the normal price So I'm like, yeah, I'm gonna get this and this So that should be in a couple days Actually, it might even be in a day. I might have before my birthday. That would be really exciting All right. Uh, so every birthday now going forward is significant

As you get older here because you see many people that don't make it past 50 something So everyone now is very important Of course, I'll be logging it Yearly daily anyway, so we have a message here. I got two of them first one coming in has cat eyes on it So that would be pretty cool, and then I have another one with frog eyes. Like a frog mask. It's not anything weird like that.

That's what I used to sleep with. I don't want just a black mask, that's no fun. All right, so let's go to RSS feed. So that'll be in, I think, this one, I think that's coming in today. I don't know if I can wear a mask, but if I can at least get it on for a little bit of the night to get me into to sleep

It's a sleeping mask. I've never put a sleeping mask out in my life. I usually sleep in the dark, but now I'm like in half in the light, and it's making it a little difficult to sleep a little bit. But I do take good medicine to help me sleep. It's called Remeron. It's a great, it's like almost like an antidepressant and it's

a sleeping medicine so you always wake up ready to go so always worked for me I used to use trazodone but that used to give me a terrible hangover then I was introduced to Remeron which is much better and I don't have any hangover but between the two of them you get really wild and crazy dreams all night long Very vivid so therefore. That's why I started my project journey man With that medicine it's like a it's like an entry into some crazy world so Hence the this the series Alright, so let's see

Nothing else go. Oh, I got those three compact flash in. They're over here on my shelf. I want to turn one of my, I got one compact flash to IDE. I want to turn that into a hard drive. I'm gonna learn how to do that. So we'll do something like that. Midday, once I get the orders done. And now I spent some, I spent a good hour or so game get the orders done.

And now I spent a good hour or so game planning the overnight thing. Not only did I always love going to sleep, now I even have more fun reasons to go to sleep. So I'm looking forward to 4 o'clock. I could have been early, 4, 4.30. And then we sleep 12 hours. I must get at least 12 hours of sleep in. So now I'm even more excited about it because now I turned it into something other than just sleeping.

But I'm adjusting to the light right now. If I put it in the dark then nobody can see anything. But we'll see how it comes out. You never know what's gonna happen. All right. So we'll flip that one over to there. Alright, so we'll put that one. And then I take it and I will put it, put my overnight one as my main photo. I mean my main here on YouTube. And then I'll add it to my, I post it to my subscribers down here, post. So let's, if anybody wants to watch me sleep overnight and see if there's anything

Oh I added a tube to my, I have a shelf in my little area, I call it my pod, I have a shelf on my pod where I put all kinds of little symbolic stuff on, I put a tube from my Macintosh M1540, no 1420 and it moved around a lot last night pretty cool. Alright so I'm gonna do another stop motion too I haven't got back to that. My next idea is there I just need to take some time and get it done. Day 6. So we'll post that too. So according to that I had 303 views, which is more than I had 162 for day 5.
