Our 7th Rainy Saturday in a Round but Now Hot with Summer here.

Good morning everyone it is now 644 on June 7th 2025 it is Saturday It's a rainy Saturday. I think we just I just heard that it's been six Saturdays in a row or seven even that we've had rain So we were gonna do a yard sale, but now it's getting too hot so I don't Last thing I'll do is to a yard sale. We're gonna do it this weekend, but then it rained today know if that's gonna happen or not. The last thing I want to do is do a yard sale. We were gonna do it this weekend but then it rained today so that was a no-go and next week's gonna be 80 all weekend so I really don't think we want to do that

but we'll see we'll see if we have to get it done we'll get it done. Yesterday I worked on some more outdoor 360 tear downs I pulled another four down and then later on I went inside and did a video what I'm doing now is testing each one a couple of and I finally figured out or the last piece of the Microsoft puzzle that I needed to learn between the Falcon and the Zelfon or Zeleron I just call it Z or F. So the F is the Falcon 175 watt which I have a power adapter so and then I know that one doesn't have the blocker on it in the power plug and then it does Z has the blocker and only use the 203 watt so I have both power adapters so I, using each one for the exact one so that way I can tell.

Then we test it to work, and if it does, then I write down the serial number. So we're gonna do that for all the, at least 75 that have left. So we've already got four more heat sinks, and two of those, those work, and it seems those are in the Falcon, and not in the Xeon, or whatever they call it, the Zref. So, kind of learned a little bit yesterday, I always learn that it's my last really system

that I didn't know every ins and outs of them, other than modding stuff additionally. Most systems I know the basics for modding and what's needed but I don't know like what firmware for each thing. I have to look it up and research it. But the actual system, the Xbox 360, of the ones that I have the most of over the years by far and it's the least I knew about them slowly I've pretty much got it down now so that's how we're gonna do this going forward we're gonna outside tear down a few at a time and then bring them inside and then we'll mark them as I did yesterday between if they are with what the Firmware is some of them the firmware was older, but the Logo was newer so it's confusing I

Did find a 736 so that should be in line and it has the old blades or logo and the screen there so It's gotta be between difference between the logo and the firmware of the kernel I'm gonna figure out which is which and how why it's different that I don't know yet So it confuses me so I'll make sure I check each one each one will be marked as we go along here so today will Rain and now all ps2's slims That's this the next in line of the most I have that I haven't really done much with Meaning I need to get all the motherboards for every model. start out with Etsy and any orders on Etsy Parchmark I haven't had any orders yet, but something else is happening that I'm actually more interested in. It's almost like a social media account. Unexpected, I didn't know that. I have 811 followers now. 141. It says I'm following 141, but I have 28 listings.

I didn't get a chance to list anything. It seems like every time I list something, it adds more subscribers. So that's pretty cool. I'll take it. And then of course I have my... You can put your website on your profile, but I use my YouTube page as my website, because basically that's my website really. 65.

Didn't say anything about anything sold though. I may never sell anything on here but it's not costing me to be on here so that's a good thing. I mean I do have clothes I could sell some clothes and maybe potential. My mother has a lot of pocketbooks. I have a cool pocketbook that's DC Comics. I'm not in a rush to do that one. I would like to sell some stuff. I did open and start a new sale on eBay. My normal 30% off anything $24 or above and then anything $23 and below is 8%. I was doing coupons, they weren't really moving much, so I changed it to a sale. Sales are automatic, you don't have to do anything, so you can just see it. Coupons I can kind of give them out in a way. I thought that would throw them up better, but it seems like the sale is the best thing.

So I had two downloads yesterday we're up to 72 72 it's pretty cool somebody new Apex Ashburn Lindale Manola all my ones I count on every day I appreciate it a constant coming back I always try to well oh well my morning is usually basically the same but they try to keep it interesting as I possibly can Canada Toronto had a couple there. So that's pretty cool All right, so let's see. So let's go to YouTube. So what's happening with YouTube is I had to stop promoting we've talked about a few times now

Last month it was like just about three hundred dollars. I can't I just can't afford three hundred dollars So we're trying new ways to do it. Oh, there's also a movie coming I mean a game that we for cold us from Capcom school PRA GMA Ta I've been seeing advertised for the last few years, but now there's a trailer for it looks pretty cool It's a Capcom of course. It's gonna be fun Looks like you're a recovered guy and you have a AI girl as a sidekick or something. It's pretty cool. It was supposed to come out a couple years ago and they're still now in 2026. So alright

so let's go to oh so YouTube I just saw something that's why got me talking about that game so we're not we're actually going down on subscribers now I'm losing subscribers yeah going down 46,651 so I think I got as high as 46,654 and then I stopped promoting. And if you stop promoting, it changes everything for me anyway.

So what I tried to do, which has really helped, is I take a long video, I break it down to a 15 second flash a three minute quick three minute of it and then the long video itself see my watch hours are down 709 views are down I mean up 114 so if you're going up because I'm also doing the 15 second again just trying to see if I can get more views but it doesn't necessarily. Obviously shorts and 15 second shorts aren't going to give you any sort of auto tagging is now using AI to help you save time tagging products. But I may accidentally make mistakes. I don't know what that means.

Tagging products. I've got a lot of products so hopefully AI will help somehow, so my revenue again is still $32.34 I've not crossed the $100 mark for the second time yet, or into the fourth month now and like I said I just gave up $300 last month so I think negative since I started promoting way back in October probably in like $900 probably that I promoted and that's got me up to $46,651 subscribers and I've made a hundred dollars so I'm still negative about eight hundred dollars and as we've

learned now and there's really no sense to keep doing that the promotions no matter how many subscribers I have it has no bearing on revenue although my average view time went to 456 so of course as I always do I just have to mix it up and try something different that's what we're doing now, something new again we always say that the repeating the same thing expecting different results we know the answer to that one so it's not working but we're still
