Good morning, everyone. It's early this morning. It's 543. Today's August the 2nd, 2025. So yesterday was the first day of August. So we're into August. We have now cooled off significantly compared to the, we had that heat wave

at the end of July so so yesterday was an interesting day I finally well we've had a good one of good positive feedback on eBay until yesterday so I made a video about it I'm not looking to go to details again but ended up getting two negative feedbacks. And of course, each one I replied to, and you can see those in the video. What I did, when I get a negative feedback, I like to talk about it.

Gives me a place to vent here. Recap all the other negative feedbacks I have and neutral ones. Neutrals are just as bad as negative. But out of the thousands of things I sell, I hardly ever get into problems. But problems happen. I usually react to the way a situation is as a buyer gives me. So that's how the reaction usually is.

It's not perfect, but I'm not just going to fold over. And if it's something I didn't do, if someone tells me I didn't ship a certain thing when I know what I shipped. So it's not about saying that the buyer's a liar, just knowing what, I'm a one minute shop so I do everything myself. So if you're telling me that something I shipped you is not what you got and something's up. I have an L board for a PS3 fat come back in as a return so that's another one where he said he got it not working and then I pulled it from our working system so I have no idea why he says it doesn't work. So we'll check that out. I have a couple of returns piled up. We'll do a whole return thing. I like to show that. It's important for people

to see. And for anybody else out there that sells stuff online consistently. Gaming parts is so hard to sell. And this whole thing yesterday was all about specific board models and they use them for mods and Big mess, but besides that we did that video at the end of the day But we were working on some other stuff earlier And we continued to do oh, I was doing N64 stuff yesterday fun stuff. That's what I like good fun positive. That's all So I broke down all the accessories for N64 I had, kind of organized them a little bit. I put all of the transfer packs up for sale, a little bundle. I'm going to go onto my other off-brand Tremor packs and and tremor pack pluses those are all going to get listed and then I have some more original stuff of the tremor packs for Nintendo a

couple of them are the marble colored first I didn't know first I thought someone did that and then I realized I have two of them they really were the special features special made ones that I have of the marbles. Don't see any listed though, so those will be worth a little bit more. And then we, so we kind of worked on that for a while. And then after that I finished the video about the negative feedbacks, big overview of that, and then that was it for the day. But then I organized my room and found a bunch more stuff. Still on my mass blitz of listings for eBay.

I listed a bunch of shells yesterday, bottom covers for Sega Saturn. Black ones, I had seven of them. Each one's individually listed. Again, I try to list everything as detailed as possible in the exact ones if needed. Many times it's a bulk listing, with many of the same, a multi-listing rather.

Then I just have that one main photo, but sometimes I miss something that's in the photo that I don't see. That's what happened with the motherboards, the first listing. The motherboard was just a COK-001, that's what I was selling, but I didn't realize the board itself

that was in the picture had a minus 32 at the end of the board model. I had no idea at that time it was a minus 32 and a minus 22. And that's what started all that mess. So nothing I'm doing on purpose. Give it everything I have each and every order, but just sometimes I overlook something or just don't see it or don't know about it.

Now I know. I even updated the listing to minus 22 and minus 32 boards and I shipped them all minus 32 and then what he did is he took that minus 22 from the first order and turned it on me, turned it against me, saying that it was one of the, another minus 22 was in the ones I just shipped, and that's not true at all. So, alright, so let's look at Etsy. I called and they told me they don't. Now I got a problem.

Now I have a problem on Etsy. I'll put an order. I called. I called and they told me they don't have the packages or delivered to the address. But I had the packages not there. So it seems I will have to open a case, yeah? Sure.

Yes. delivered, you will need to again go to the main post office and find out what happened. The mailman hand scans each package as he puts it into the mailbox. Find that exact mailman and ask him personally. So that's another problem. It's a point of delivery issue, but this was the one, I don't know if this is the first package, it's gotta be the first package. It's the second package.

So now what he's gonna want is he's gonna wanna refund for that first package saying it was delivered, but he never got it. And unfortunately I don't do that. I'm not gonna just tracking, I don't do that. I'm not just tracking. I pay for tracking and shipping. So if it says it's delivered, it's delivered. But I was on a different address and it's saying it's,

yeah, it's just the first one was from mass. We'll figure out. And the other one, I don't know, he's giving me Spanish, but I don't know what it says. Please, English to Spanish. So I don't know what's going on with this. Alright. So let's, so a couple things going on.

I would have liked to promote it, but I'm not gonna. Actually, no, I think I actually am gonna promote that one. So I paid my bill for Google promotions for the month,

almost 300300. Let's see, my YouTube update 101, 1.5 views using my Nintendo Game Boy Advance. It got me 1.4K views. Life in a Double Shape ticked up again to 1.4K views, all the ones, the last ones I promoted. And then cost my revenues only at $32.70 so it never goes up a little bit. By change, zero to a dollar per day. Would have liked to show it functioning on the console. Yes, there's another way to use the Game Boy player without the start of disk.

So this was yesterday. I did one of my mass listings yesterday was to do Game Boy Player. I had two memory cards, specific memory cards that I got from Etsy. You use them along with a certain game and have to do a certain function when the game comes on. I have a Wind Waker game. I always call it Wind Waker. And two of those memory cards No need Never seen it. Oh, yeah

Yes, it is awesome. It's my It's the my N64 has a Madcatz Scoop on the hood and high res pack. I found it was on one of the ones that got from Kadoke actually It's pretty awesome. I thought you that that's on my my N64 So you're going oh, yeah, so we are gonna that, so let's go there. So I cleared the board for the amount of promotions last month. Really can't afford to do more, but I'll start. I like to spread, I like to show my negative feedback ones.

I think it's important that not only I want to talk about it. So we'll just put like 20 bucks on that. Yeah, so when something goes wrong, most of the time things are good, but sometimes they're not. So when they're not, I like to make light of it. Have one understand the both sides to the story because if you just I don't understand anybody on eBay that does not reply to negative feedback because there's always the other side of the story and it's sometimes more important than the side that all you're seeing is one side. So I don't get that at all.

But I always do. Even sometimes my negative, my positive feedback that has a little ding to it, to something that I may or may have not done, I always reply to that too. So we're just going to do 20 bucks for this one and then we'll start. For August we'll just do a short one meaning I do it $20 and I put it to the shortest amount of time only a few days and it'll run. So that's my first one. Gotta try not to spend $300 again. But what I'm trying to do, and I just can't seem to get to that point where I would have enough subscribers, so I would think 56,753 subscribers would be plenty.

And then I would offset and I would start making a lot more revenue. Because my view hours are 234.9K. that's a lot of view hours right it's way up more than I have been getting and I watch hours have gone up to 999.8 hours everything's going up but the revenue never does it's a realmer. I was hoping that this could at least be a side hustle but I can't even get this to be a side hustle. I'm spending more than I'm making but we're growing so there is a plus side to it. Just keep growing. Then eventually I thought, well I thought way before now that we would be seeing estimated revenue of like $100 because I can't get paid until I get 200 bucks and it's taking me three or four months to get to $100. My last payment was

$129 which felt really nice but I was already negative like $800. Now I'm just kind of gambling here in a way. I like to watch it grow though it's really fun to see it grow. I want to see what I can do with it and it's something I'm gonna do long term so I'm investing in it now just to see because it's kind of like chronicling my life at the same time. It's exactly what I'm doing. Chronicling my life so it's the highs and lows of my life and with my podcast. I'm also monetized in my podcast. Sorry for the commercials but I have to see what else we can do there as well. So if I can make a few bucks off

the podcast that'd be cool too. I'm not asking for a million here just needed enough to pay the bills and something else other than eBay. Sometimes I get worried that eBay is going to go away on me. I just had two offers this morning, in other words, segueing to eBay. Let's see if we had enough feedback. Fast shipping a real lifesaver. So since my two negative feedbacks, I've had two good positive feedbacks. First one just says thank you, and the second one said fast shipper, real lifesaver.

That's what I'm all about. And then before then is the two negative ones. So make sure you check out all my negative feedback. There's a story for every single one, and I went through each story really quick. And the neutral ones. I'm at 99%. That's the lowest I've ever been. But none I can do. I'm not just gonna roll over for buyers so they can get some extra money back so

that I may not get a negative feedback. I'd rather take the negative feedback and be able to talk about it. Oh, I would always do that. I always want to do that instead. Nothing's ever perfect. $30 VA. I'm gonna take that one. Yeah, that one I'll take. I need to make some bucks now. So I'll take that one. It's a little bit lower, but I gotta start taking. I'm not gonna do half off sale, but I'll take that. That makes sense. It's a little bit better. It's a little bit better. Alright, so we'll go take, we'll get that one to sale. We're going to continue as always, putting more stuff up. Let's see what the other offer was.

$15.64, $21. Yeah, kind of have to take that too. So we'll take that too. Give me a couple orders. So I accept a couple more hours. If it's within range, because remember I do have the $4, so that does help me out. It's a huge difference. Good and bad. I think it probably really hurt my sales. Not having free shipping. But at the end of the day a lot of things I was selling were only, I was only making a dollar off it free shipping after all said and done. So it was one of those things where I was like you know

what it's time. So I just put a lot more stuff up kind of try to offset that. So I just put a lot more stuff up, kind of try to offset that. Plus I also do sales. I have 20% straight off the listing. And then I have 10% for a coupon. That's 30%. And then I can throw five more percent as a promotion on the listing itself. That's 35%.

So it's hard for me to want to take another offer after that That's enough But that's another except so I got two orders now And so that's where we're at this moment everyone see Get about 20 minutes in just a So we're back on back on the positive feedback track. There's a return coming in. I refunded the guy already. I was going to wait until he got here.

When he gets here, we'll do some returns. We'll retest that motherboard, see what I got back, see what I get back. I already refunded him. I'm expecting some sort of neutral or negative feedback from that. And then there's other ones out there I just don't know about. But I give it everything I have each and every order as I always say. That's all I can do. And I go even above and beyond that. But I don't take any crap either at the end. If you're going to be difficult then I use a difficult back.

And then that's where those feedback comes in, the negative ones. Or just stand my ground. I think everybody else would too, right? If you're doing something and you ship something a certain way and then somebody on another end, and this is actually international,

one of those places where they ship down to Florida and then from Florida goes to a different country like Cuba or something. So it's somewhere over there and that person is telling you no you didn't ship this. Yes I did. And that's how it all starts. So you just have to back up what you know you did. It's only me. So I can't tell my eyes. But what I didn't do with this whole fiasco is I was going to take a picture of the three minus 32 boards that I shipped. And I didn't to cover my ass. I wanted to have that extra security in case this happened.

I said, no, these are the ones I shipped to. Here's the picture. But I didn't. I was kind of, as as always trying to get things out quickly as possible for the seller, for the buyer rather, help them out, trying to help them out, and I gave him a huge discount on each one. Although the the shipping cost because it went international was very high. So he was just trying to get money back off the high shipping costs by saying the first night minus 22 was now in with the minus 32 3 that I shipped and that's

not true he was he was put in the first one against me at that time was only the COK-001 motherboard I had no idea about a minus 32 or minus 22. It's so hard. Oh my goodness. All right so that's my little spiel. I'm using MoveOn pretty quickly. I like to talk about it, I'll promote it, and next time, hopefully it won't be for a while, but if they happen I just can't not have things go wrong. Yeah all right so today we're gonna go on to... I bought it off a seller on eBay and he's saying that it's only good for Wi-Fi and parts only but it's

sealed so you can pretty much figure out what that means without me saying so we haven't opened it I haven't decided what I'm gonna do let's think about see if I could send this to Samsung and trade it in for one that I can but or I have a T-Mobile here in town it's also says it's a T-Mobile I can bring over the T-Mobile and see what they say what I could do trade it in because it would technically wouldn't be damaged but if the number is no good for whatever reason maybe I can trade it in I don't know I haven't decided yet I am not opening it Maybe I can trade it in. I don't know. I haven't decided yet. I'm not opening it though. I can easily open it and we can test it. I'm kind of more curious

about how the seller would sell it like that. It can really only mean one thing, right? If you get something and they're telling you the number, what is the I am e number or whatever it is it's no good why would it be no good if it's sealed don't want to read about that but I got out of a pretty good discount probably a quarter of what it would have been worth so that's what I got and worst case there I open up and I use them as little handheld computers and that has 12 gigabytes of RAM they gotta have a phone to have I have an ultra 24 I don't really want to see the difference between the ultra 24 and this isn't an ulcer it's just a s25 but I

want to see the difference so I got it it's only 128 gigabytes which is fine I don't own that it's the it's the 12 gigabyte RAM to process that you need can't be any lower than that I have an a16 that's only like 6 RAM it's really slow but you get to 12 my s24 is pretty fast I can because I'm taking pictures doing videos quickly all day long every day and most things have to be instant for me between the time I'm taking the pictures to upload into YouTube or the pictures listing pictures to Etsy I mean Etsy or to eBay rather so with my s24 I can do everything pretty much instantly the upload takes a little bit besides that everything's pretty fast s my a16 I can only do it slower I'm
