Rats! Those Dreaded Ebay Returns on Something that Shipped Fully working. I even have a 1 Hour Video Testing one Before sending out.

Good morning everyone. It is now a little after five, 5.15 to be exact. So we're on Sunday, Sunday. There was some playoff football yesterday. We'll see what happened with that in a minute. I don't stay up for any of that. I'm in bed by 4.30. So we'll see that.

I think there's a game on today. Oh, I want to see the... Today I want to see the Bills and the Broncos. I'd like to see the Broncos beat the Bills. That'd be awesome. Knock them right out of the first round. It's very possible. Sean Payton's got a good team. There was that new quarterback, Hicks, I think his name is.

So we'll check that out. So I'll watch that as my football game today. I think it's an early game. If it's an early game, I'll watch it. So yesterday was a very busy day. I didn't have any orders. So I put in about seven hours of just listing some really bigger stuff.

I left my live feed open for 7 hours the view of my desktop so I had a few people coming in and out but I opened it oh and yesterday I also got myself a new little buddy

he's called Rocket he's a little teeny guy I wanted a really small one I almost lost him I ran out on the desktop while I was trying to get them set up so during the video i have a video of it and also during that live stream he climbed right up through the top and i i thought i had him and then all of a sudden he went through my hands and he was on it was on my desktop and i'm running on

i'm chasing him trying to catch up my hands it's. I'm going to try to cut a piece of the video that I did of just that section. I've never edited a video. I've learned how to connect two sound videos together with a program, but I've never cut a video. So I'm going to see if i can figure that out later and then just do like a little short of me uh trying to catch the my little buddy i thought i lost him for a second there and then i got him back in the cage uh he's cute he's a little little little teen thing big black eyes a little little i call him rocket because he's so fast super fast

uh all right so let's see what's going on this morning so today we'll continue on my uh listing i'll put the whole day again and today probably not as much as yesterday uh I will... I'm going to put some Texas Instrument. I'm going to go back to testing my Colecos because I found some Coleco games. So we'll do that later on today. And then we'll list a few other things. I'm not going to do a mass listing like I did yesterday.

So, yep, the Ravens beat their... Both teams I wanted to win lost yesterday. Bummer. I figured that Ravens beat the Steelers. Not that I'm a Steelers fan, but I thought maybe they'd have a chance against the Ravens, but no. And the Texans beat up on the

Chargers. I wanted the Chargers to win, but no go there either. And that thing. So, that ends that thing. So, we'll see. Now I'm rooting for the Broncos. I always want the opposite teams. So, let's

see what else is in the news here this morning. Alright, so, let's see. I won't say anything, see if it catches my eye. I started out with the original NES cartridges. Got a little coding kind of history of it, how it kind of works, and places you can go to make your own code through assembly language. Again, I've never tried to do assembly language. I don't know. I would be a good coder, though, if I really...

If I had done that when I was though if I really if I had done that when I was younger I wanted to do programming and then I got sidetracked with puberty and girls and alcohol and then that was all over I had five downloads last night pretty cool

So today I think I'm going to continue with my cartridges. I may look at Famicom, which is the equivalent to Nintendo. First I'll go to Super Nintendo, probably. And then we'll do Famicom, Super Famicom. See how the cartridges go. See what kind of places I can go to look at. See what I can look for different places to do something.

And eventually I'll try to do some of that kind of stuff. But right now we're just kind of doing some history of it. Alright, so we're going to go to YouTube. All right, let's see where we're at here. So I was going up yesterday. Again, I put a seven-hour live feed up. I didn't really have a lot of people, but a few were coming in and out.

Just wanted to run it and see how it would go. All right, and so for subscribers I'm at eleven thousand seven hundred and sixteen so I've gone up a whole bunch my hours of watch time actually went to 1k my revenue is an unfortunate thirty eight dollars and seventy76. So I made zero money. Even with a seven-hour running live feed. He, she is zippy. It is zippy. I put it.

It has zippy it is zippy so in my I put the pronouns in in my main page on YouTube uh just fun so it says I have so my pronoun I don't have a she though, I don't think I did. Should be he, yeah, he, him, his, or it. I had he, him, his, or it. So I added that. So it was he, him, his, and it. Were the pronouns. Pronouns I added. yeah he him his it were the pronouns added because it just seemed like

something to add alright so average duration 23 seconds view 63 I had did a all the cartridge at all we talked about the way the cartridge for NES we talked about the original robot that was out and then I was asking Zippy how we could make the robot into a modern robot and he gave me all kinds of ideas on how to modernize it. Pretty fun. Not that I could do any of that, but things like that will easily be able to happen in not too distant future. I'm thinking some sort of an AI worm. That's what I'm hoping for,

where you can put it through some port of an old computer or something and then have AI go in and do its thing and modernize it somehow. Just some kind of silly idea I got. It would be fun. Make it come to life. Well, I actually haven't really do anything. You just go into the components and make them work better somehow.

Seems like a possibility. At least it's fun for me anyway all right so that's where i'm there can always growing i've been i have been promoting uh i promoted my listing yesterday i mean my uh video of me with my little buddy my little buddy rocket for for just really cheap stuff ten dollars here ten dollars there so it keeps increasing uh my subscribers yet it doesn't really do much for uh any sort of an income so getting more subscribers which i'll take as many as i can get just because it's fun to have them you know it's a lot of work i put into this so um oh and then i was working on my categories also so

i significantly uh my tandy category with tandy computers and on trs80 i'm actually going to cut that and i think i'm going to put trs-80 separate but for now it's TRS-80 I have over 50 videos that I made over time here yesterday I was doing Apple so I've got about 50 videos now over time of all the Apple stuff that I got so I'm going to continue on that trend with other videos oh then I did my best one with my hidden and unknown rare gaming systems category now I have 52 videos in there and that's kind of a quick synopsis of all of the rare video systems that I've had I don't have any more I think I pretty much sold all of them and I'll find some more to put in there but things you would never have seen

or i never knew about until i actually went out got one so that's cool so my three my three daily adventures now in categories uh the hidden adventures unknown rare gaming systems my apple vintage computing's got about 50 and then my tandy 1000 and radio shacks got 36 so those ones I'm working on. I'm going to do some more. I'm going to continue on my category. Because again, I have 7.4 thousand videos. But I want to

put more into categories. So, I don't know. Someone wants to check out some stuff like that. They can find it easier as opposed to just in the 7 thousand videos that you would never find again. Unless you knew how to find them. That kind of thing.

That's what I'm hoping anyway. I should have done it as I was going along, but I just missed out. I missed the whole playlist thing. But we're doing it now. All right. So let's see what. little offers so that robot it's called a Nintendo ROB Rob the robot there's one for 85 bucks doesn't work But it's pretty cool looking. I don't have any money. You can get a new one that works with a spinner that I have somewhere that I didn't know that goes with the Rob the Robot. I've got to find that. I could sell that.

It's a spinner and I had no idea what it was for. But I kept it though. Oh, spinner. 50 bucks for the spinner. It's Rob the Robot with the game. You can spin something. It uses the

infer off the TV to read what the game says. Ah, return request. Ah, you gotta be kidding me. Ah, bummer I'm already starting out on a negative ah I probably ordered the wrong one

ah oh god the disk unit is grabbing and feeding inside the driver I fully tested that that exact drive. It worked fine. I even made a video of testing your exact one you would be returning it for no reason

so this is where the trouble starts now with me be returning it for no reason I fully tested that gosh darn it all all right I need to confirm that the keyboard that you were selling is the apps keyboard and not one of the variants there are multiple keyboards which I had no idea

until right now this is about a Texas instrument and if actually not all keep its equivalent okay I would have no idea about that until right now how do I tell the difference. I will need to now have two I will need How do I tell the difference? I will need to now have two different listings detailing either or once I know what you're saying.

Okay, so two questions and a return. Ah, darn it all. So that specifically is what I would like to obtain. So, yeah, so it says, I need to confirm that the keyboard that you're selling is the app's keyboard and not one of the other variants. There were multiple keyboard manufacturers and not all keyboards are equivalent. The keyboard apps is widely recognized as the best of the bunch. See, these are things I don't know until someone tells me that.

So that's specifically what I'm asking for. I would have no idea about that until right now. How do I tell the difference? I will now have two different listings detailing either or once I know what you're saying. And this guy is returning that disc for no reason. Alright, so, this is the video of me testing all the model PL I had and the first one that fully worked, that fully worked. I tested the drive with a game then pulled it to ship to you. It is clearly shown fully working. You might have a drive board issue or or motherboard. Maybe you put the drive, put your, make sure you put the drive board in. You put your drive board in it as you need to. Mine shipped. Fully working. mine shipped

fully working you would be returning returning it for no reason this usually gets me in trouble but i don't care someone tells me i didn't do something or i ship something that i know i did especially if i have a video that's why i do it this is the video sorry i forgot to do the link there oh is it gonna do that again oh no good let me do it. Sometimes eBay lets me through the link.

It says, this is a video of me testing all my Model L. I had, it says, no, I had. And the first one that fully worked, I tested the drive with a game and pulled it and shipped it to you. It's clearly showing fully working. You might have a drive board or a motherboard issue. You put your drive board in it as you need to. Mine shipped fully working. You'd be returning it for no reason.

There's probably something wrong with this thing. But the problem is what happens with this, and it's frustrating for me as a seller, especially all the time and effort I put into getting a disk drive out. If you look at my negative feedbacks, I have two of them, but it was the backwards compatible ones. But I stand my ground. I mean, I just videoed it.

I just did those. That's why I spend all the time. And then what happens is they open a return as not as described or defective donor and it's not and it's it's frustrating because me as a seller i can't fight that that that that return claim and then it goes against my account so then ebay is always for us to be like oh you're doing this wrong i said dude i'm not doing anything wrong it's they don't that's the thing about ebay is they never really go for the seller at all you're doing this wrong. I said, dude, I'm not doing anything wrong.

The thing about eBay is they never really go for the seller at all. I have no way to... I wish I could give a video for each time one of these knuckleheads tell me that I ship something that's not true at all. So, I have a return. I aggravated about it this morning. Especially when, like I said, it gets done as defective let's see how he let's see how he opened the return return approved buyers are turning it issue let's see what he says see details

it doesn't work it doesn't work I had to't work. I had to install it. I had this item installed. It does not take disks in it. That works fine. I hope you put the disk drive in it. People are so frustrating. That's why it's so hard to sell. Gaming ports.

Drives especially. It doesn't even look like. This item does not work. I don't work exactly. So. It's my days when selling on eBay is not fun. That's a lot of

money to ship those. They're really heavy and bulky. So the round trip on that is. And the worst part is it goes under my defective. When he puts it in defective it goes on my account as goes under my defective. When he puts it in defective, it goes on my account as something I sold defective. And it's not true. And I even just recently tried to fight some of those.

And eBay doesn't let you do any of that. It's really frustrating. Trust your seller first. The person that's making you the money on your eBay. I can't tell you how much money eBay's made off of me. In the, since 2016, I think I started. Oh, eBay's made so much money. I only make one quarter.

So if I sell something for $10, I make, you know, maybe three. And then three goes to eBay, and then three goes to shipping. That's $3.69. Four goes to and then three goes to shipping. That's three, six, nine. Four goes to eBay and three goes to shipping. So times that by over six or seven years.

So it's frustrating that I have no way to be able to say, no, you're wrong. I can do that to the seller to the i mean to the buyer but always gets me in trouble so make sure you check my negative feedback you'll see the two about the uh two different uh disk drives for these ps3 fads but that was a back about backwards compatible but what i learned later just recently actually that the Model E is not a true backwards compatible.

So he was saying a lot of his PS2 games weren't working, and now I know why. So if you read those two negative feedbacks, the reason why his probably weren't working was because he has a Model E. Therefore, it doesn't have the EE chip on it. The COK001 has the EE chip, which is the original PS2 chip. And the COK-001 is only on the backwards compatible A or B.

The Model E is an emulator chip, and a lot of games don't play the PS2. So that's why a lot of his games weren't playing, I bet. Well, it had nothing to do with my disk drive. Or, I don't know. So that's why a lot of his games weren't playing I bet and what I had not do with my disk drive Or Then we said somebody swapped the lens and some more work, but either way Alright, so I have one order So it was a slow actually was a pretty much a dead weekend and again I put a lot of time yesterday Trying to muster up some stuff So now I have to find out pretty much a dead weekend and again I put a lot of time yesterday trying to

I'll maybe I'll talk about that later so I just have one order feedback is good so far so that's about it for this morning so unfortunately little things like that kind of ticked me off a little bit so I had to even though it's nothing more I can really do about it I tried to um again if you look you can see the video just the other day when we tested all my model l's it was only a few days ago I decided to pull them all and test them while I was um doing um other stuff while I was doing other stuff. While I was looking for the Model L disk drive, I figured, hey, I had a bunch of them left.

I decided to pull them all out. And I made a nice, about an hour-long video doing all that. I still have lots of Ls that work. My Ls all work. I think almost all of them. It's my Hs that don't work. But my Ls work. So, well, worst case, it's just a return. I'll just think almost all of them it's my h's that don't work my l's work so well worst case it's just a return i'll just and see how it goes from there all right so that's my morning

again that's why you never know when i get up what i'm gonna encounter and it's usually uh that's why we save ebay for last because that's all where all the problems usually go when I've been pretty good with you haven't had any returns in a while I'm not gonna would but discharge is so hard to sell especially when you got to put the drive board of your own drive board in and buyers don't get that motherboards this drives so I will continue with cartridges later we'll go to Super Nintendo wow so I'll talk to you guys later
