I am trying to find new ways to be creative on my YouTube channel.

Good morning everyone. It is now just about 7 o'clock. 6.55. Again, I slept in a little bit. I still went to bed early last night. Probably like 5. I went to bed at 5. So I got up at 7. So I've been sleeping a little bit later. Again, we'll get into the end of the winter. Blahs. But like I said, pretty much for the whole winter I know it was really cold and not much snow. I got a lot done all winter long. So I'm always doing stuff inside.

So it's not like I don't have enough projects to do. Just in the last week or so, I've been kind of a little bit of a rut. So I've just kind of been doing a little bit less. Yesterday, I... What did I do yesterday? Oh, I was working on my eBay store for a little while. I had to raise some prices up to... My minimum now is at $13. I was working on my eBay store for a little while. But I still take best offers and I still knock off 5%. But everything is at least $13 now. Just like skin. Again, it's up to about $8 now to ship things out. Even if it's just one ounce. So I have to start at $13, and then I can go down for an offer. I'll take another $1 or $2 off here and there. But it's just something I needed to do. It took me a while because hopefully at some point I'll be able to say to AI, there is a little bit of AI interaction with eBay.

I haven't tried it. You're supposed to be able to just send it, give it photos, and it's supposed to make you a listing. At some point, maybe I will try it. But what I want to do is be able to say what I had to do yesterday is sit there and update each listing one by one. So I could say to AI, hey, I want to take every listing that says eleven

dollars and make it thirteen dollars and it could automatically do it for me because it took me a couple hours to do what i had to do eleven and twelve dollars went up to thirteen and fourteen dollars so that would be great in the future and i want to be able to get ai to crop my video uh crop my photos uh some of the photos i have on there really crappy when i had my other phone but i'd like to be able to at least crop them down a little bit and to do each one one by one takes forever and there's many multiple photos so that's another thing i'd like to say to my hey e ebay um ai crop my photos. Kind of show it how I want it done.

Have them do a couple for me. Make sure they're the way I want them. And then just say go. And then just crop them all. So things that I'm sure will improve. AI will definitely integrate and make selling a little bit easier. Listing stuff.

Haven't found a huge use for it yet. But I'm hoping in the very near future uh there'll be more stuff i can do with an ai interactive interaction of an ebay even etsy same thing etsy is usually pretty up to uh i haven't seen anything about etsy uh for ai interaction yet however i'm sure that'll change and i'm thinking i'm looking for another place to sell some stuff i'm trying to put a store connected to my youtube page i've got a couple things uh my store but they're nothing's really selling but some ideas i had and i always have new ideas oh yesterday i started to do i decided to decided to do a stop motion short video came out pretty fun just something i was thinking about and and i have some other ideas for it so we gave

it a whirl it's like 30 seconds long it's a ds possessed i called it so it's pretty fun so i was doing that at the end of the day just got to mix it. I'm going to find some more stuff to do other than just selling gaming parts and talking about gaming parts. I want to do other stuff. I have no idea what that is or how, if I can even do it, but we want to branch out to something a little bit different. So we'll see what we come up with. All right. So let's check out the morning here. I didn't really do anything else besides that. I didn't list anything. I'm going to start listing again.

I got all those, speaking of DSs, I have all the DSs I need to get listed. I have four that don't work, and then I have like 10 that do to some degree. Some of those are broken screens, but the other ones I think might work. So we're just more testing on those and I'm gonna list those. So, let's see. Let's see if there's any news here this morning. It's jumping out, I heard something about another plane

crash of some kind. So it just seems to be in a role right now but they're planes you know they're things go wrong it's just like a car it's no different uh sterile sterile state of play oh that must be a new game i did play a little of another game called devil within me which I it's pretty cool it's one of those supermassive games kind of walk around and just kind of make choices pretty basic stuff sometimes just into something simple Oh, Elon Musk. No, it's not saying anything in here. All right, so let's go right on to my RSS feed here.

I've really had only a download or two lately because I've been trying to come up with new ideas, but I still haven't quite got there yet for mid-afternoon. I will, though. Or just for now, I just do my my check-in in the morning so you guys can see what's going on my groundhog check-in which i do pretty i will can say stay consistent it helps me wake up to um sitting here talking about it uh yeah i just had one download and the last 30 days i've only had 79 downloads. I've gone down 50%. So, and I'm down to just Ashburn, which has always been there for me, and I appreciate it.

Philippines is one, and one in San Francisco. So, only four dots now. So, I'll try to come up with some more stuff, guys, as I go here. Guys and girls, I should say. Guests. I'm sure I could, but it's kind of hard to really nail that down, how I could do that. But we'll try to incorporate as much gaming into my early morning one here as I can. Because everything pretty much that I do is related to gaming from selling on eBay or Etsy to YouTube so it's all kind of incorporated in the same thing all right so let's go to Etsy and have any sales yesterday I'd see not seeing anything today let's see if I got any sort of feedback. I'm waiting for something to hit me pretty hard.

But I haven't seen it yet. Nope, I haven't seen it yet. And I haven't seen Etsy force me to do that return, which is the way it should be. Because that was done as fair and as honest as possible. Alright, so let's go right

to YouTube so nothing going on that see oh I am gonna do cart to cart which is a migration program from I need to bring more items to to I need to bring more items to Etsy. And I have to migrate them from... I have to migrate them from eBay. But I had to use a program called Cart2Cart. Because it's not a one-for-one. I have to migrate it to Cart2Cart. And then I have to each individually add to Etsy. Because I have to add certain things or take away certain things

that eBay has on their listing so it's a real pain I haven't done in a while but I want to add more stuff to my Etsy store so that's it's the same store as would be as eBay just a different place to sell stuff and tend to get better customers sometimes although lately on etsy it's been a little bit of a grind all right so we were up to 18 816 subscribers i've been doing significantly less stuff on youtube just because i can't been in a rut with that as well because really it's going nowhere for me financially. $28.74. So I could do 600 videos or I could do one video and it would still be the same. So you know what I mean? After a while, I'm pretty motivated, but I kind of lost my motivation a little bit. So my view hours went down, way down to $79.6K.

Watch time went down to 800 hours. I was up to 1k on both of those before but again it's just i'm kind of spinning my wheels so i just kind of backed off i'm like i'll just do one thing a day maybe two uh i made that fun little thing yesterday that was fun which is my first short I ever did. I had eight views on it. I thought it was pretty funny. It's called DS Possessed. I learned how to stop motion.

And then I added a little buddy to it. I had and made him look kind of spooky. I wanted to do something spooky. I have some other ideas for stop motion. But, well, I need more things to do it. Plus, anything some other ideas for stop motion. But, well, I need more things to do it. Plus, anything of you

come up with an idea that involves stuff that I've never done, if or do I have time to motivate myself to do that? Maybe, but not right away.

All right, so nothing there. Well, it's still growing. I'm almost at 19,000. I'm very happy about that. Subscribers.

And I really stopped promoting. I stopped doing a lot of things right now on my youtube but today i'm going to do some listing i want to get all that ds stuff done so we'll get those up i'll do some shorts on the ds and and things to that nature all right so let's go look at eBay. Let's see. I've had some offers on some big items. But they've been really like cutting. Like three quarters. I wasn't doing that. $ that 25 and this is like another one 30 or the speaker oh yeah i'll do the speaker so this is the color classic um the speaker i've sold lots of parts off that i have the trinitron monitor that i'm assuming could be worth a little bit, but I have no way to test it.

And I really don't want to ship a monitor. It's just the monitor head pulled out of the Color Classic. So the Apple Macintosh Color Classic is really expensive to try to find on eBay I had one that the battery blew out of the bottom of the motherboard so I just decided to start selling parts off of it and I sold a bunch of parts off of it I got a good amount of price too that really helped me out which is cool let's see what my feedback is a couple also I have a couple orders cool let's see what my feedback is a couple also I have a couple orders here let's see what the orders are yeah a couple things going on

another month bills and everything so pretty much caught up a little bit i'm still a little behind i'm not behind this month usually i'm behind but i'm really trying not to purchase anything else if i can help it so we're just i wanted this one thing i was gonna pay a lot for it but But I lost it on auction. Right at the end. I knew I was going to lose it. But I can only go so far. I'm glad I didn't get it.

But I missed it by just a little bit. Alright. So that means I have just two orders. Let's see what we got going on here this morning. So. PS. on here this morning so PS 3 2 5 0 1 8 so ps3 slim the 2 5 0 1 2 5 0 1 a yeah The front power board. I need. A. Defective donor. Motherboard. For the Xbox. One 1540.

I have my power issues. I got a bunch of those. And then. My super fan com. The three button set. It's the. It's like a super nintendo except it's a lot better design the super fan comm inside the motherboards are basically the same looking there's a sound box the original and then the no sound box however the uh the outer case is designed better. And it's a little bit different. So I sold the three buttons set off of that.

So that's cool. And then I have some other Xbox One 1540 motherboards that are, I got to make a listing for that. Those are 68% stuck. So it's a common issue. Mostly, I originally saw it on the Xbox One X 1681. It's 68% stuck. When you're going through the offline update, you'd get the 68% and it would never finish.

Because there's a component where the connection to the disk drive is. It's the fuse or something. That's not right. Therefore, it never reads the disk drive to finish the update. And it just stays at 68% and eventually kicks out. I still have that.

I still have the one board for sale at 68% stuck. And then later, I came across 1540s with basically the same problem, except also they wouldn't shut off. But they would get to that certain percentage. It wasn't quite 60.

I think it was like 63% stuck. Yeah, I think it's 63. And they wouldn't finish. And then my assumption was that it's the same concept of the connection where the disk drive is on the board. Some component over there in that area has an issue. Therefore, it's not reading. It's not the cables.

You can change the cables. It's not going to make a difference. A lot of people change the cables thinking they'll fix it, but it's not the cables. It's a component there in that area. Mostly the S1681s. I've seen hundreds of those. 68% stuck over the years. I used to have. I used to do so many 1681s. I used to do a lot of systems, but I've kind of changed my way about doing things. I really haven't gotten anything in a while.

Eventually I will, though. But I've just kind of branched out to other stuff and just keep concentrating more on things I already have instead of just getting more stuff. Because my house is full of stuff from head to toe. Top to bottom, inside out. There's not a place I don't have gaming stuff. And we'll start doing videos this summer when I start doing a mass recycle.

I'm not sure how it's going to go. I'm not going to rush to get it done. Everything's stored underneath stuff, so it's not like it's all just hanging out in my backyard or in the front yard. Everything that's piled up is in my gazebo. It's piled not to the ceiling, but it's pretty high. I showed a few videos of all the... It's all metal and plastic,

so it's nothing that you have to worry about catching fire or anything like that. It's just metal and plastic. It's got to get separated. All about catching fire or anything like that. I had to put it somewhere. And then I have half pulled apart Xbox 360 fats.

Stacks of them. I have Wii balance boards. I got about 100 of them uh i have we um we uh balance boards i got about 100 of them those are stacked up all those things take so much space and right now everything's in somewhere under something so but we need to start doing something with them we'll figure out i'm probably gonna pull the motherboards off the wh's this summer. There's a little board on it because I already got all the battery compartments out of them. I'll take the motherboard off, the main

board, and then I'll start stacking them and bring them to the dump. I mean, I have all the other parts but I really hardly ever sell anything else in those. Alright, so that's it. Let's go back to let's take a look here at my etsy again nothing going on today youtube's just plugging away again i've really cut back on doing

much a lot of stuff and i'm going to continue to try to find some new ideas. Other than just. The continuing of the. Doing stuff on gaming. Still be gaming related. I don't see me changing. I'd like to change it into something different. I'm not sure what that would be. I haven't done a one on one. Yet in a while.

I'm waiting for my next silly hat to come in. I bought it overseas. And I'll probably never get it. It's a Zelda. Cosplay. It's a Zelda cosplay. It's got the ears. And it's like an ear muff with ears on it. I was going to use that as my next one-on-one. Because I'll do another one-on-one.

But it's hard to keep doing one-on-ones. And those I do in regards to how eBay is going. I mean, not eBay. Well, I can talk about eBay too, but how my Etsy has been since I've been monetized. And fortunately, I'll talk about it again, but it really hasn't changed. I haven't gotten any better. If anything, I've gotten worse only because I kind of cut down on what I was doing.

Things like I was doing live feeds every day and i was putting hundreds of hours in there and i found out that live feeds weren't generating not even a dollar for all those hundreds of hours so i just kind of like so so i think the next one if i will talk it, will be a talk about being over-YouTubed. And maybe I'm just doing it wrong or too much. I see lots of the professionals on YouTube saying that you shouldn't promote all the times. I mean, you shouldn't. So I don't know.

I've already been at a point now where I've decided that no matter what I do or how I change it, it's really not going to affect my YouTube in a positive way. Monetarily wise, that is. Unless I change it to something completely different structure or format or something. But I haven't decided what that is yet.

But we'll think about it. I'd like to do little mini movies or something. But it's only me. So it's kind of hard to do that. So that's why I tried to play around with a little stop motion yesterday. And I have a couple other ideas for stop motion. That might be pretty cool. But I only had 8 views. So it was only 30 seconds long.
