History Was Made Yesterday All Day.

Good morning everyone. It is now almost 6 o'clock. It's 5.47 now it just turned. Alright, so yesterday was a holiday. A lot of history was made yesterday. We'll see what happens going forward. I'll just leave it at that. I'm not really going to say anything else about it. So, this should be interesting. Like I always say, hold say hold on to your hats because it's gonna be pretty wild uh it's gonna be it's gonna be extremely wild uh which is probably a good thing i think we kind of need to mix it up i always said 2025 was gonna be pretty much uh history making anyway so we'll see what it actually really brings now that things are set in motion i guess you could say so really interesting stuff uh good or bad i'm not really sure what it's going to be but hopefully we'll see what happens so yesterday i did a long not a long one but about an hour

i did another one-on-one give you a little update of what's going on with YouTube. And I always put a silly hat on. I just kind of added that as something else. So I just ordered my next silly hat, which is a Mario hat. It's got floppy ears and stuff. So when that comes in, we'll do another one-on-one. I don't mind doing them. I just, I'm more interested in doing videos of stuff I'm doing. Other than sitting and talking about

YouTube however sitting and talking about YouTube one-on-one usually brings me lots of views and stuff so but at least I know that I'm only doing that as a little bit extra it's not all I'm doing as opposed to you know some of the professionals out there and i always say you should just be doing you whatever it takes you to get you to the you know the the 4 000 hours on youtube and all that stuff just do that way i mean it's good to check just see what other people are doing but you got to do you that's what i say it's just very important at least i know for me i did me and it took me forever to get there but there's no uh gold at the end of the rainbow

either uh again as i talked about yesterday when i was doing my one-on-one my range is from zero to one dollar uh for the amount made per a watch i guess you could say so so everything is um is incense so once you get that 4 000 hours so so again don't don't expect a lot you need to hit you need like millions of views to kind of rack that up but if you're just getting a few views like a normal station small one like mine it's just only going to be a few bucks here and there maybe after three or four months you make 100 bucks maybe but it was fun i like to do that way i did a live a live feed that way and i had my camera so you get two views of it uh i had my silly hat on but it was got really that hat got the hat got really hot

but I was just using it outside for the winter because we had some snow so I just decided to make that my silly hat but I got Mario coming in and I'll continue to find some silly hats and if anybody has any silly hats they want to donate I'm more than welcome to

I'll put them on next time I do my one on one we won't just do YouTube we'll put them on. Next time I do my one-on-one. We won't just do YouTube. We'll do one-on-one. Some gaming stuff too. Alright. So let's see. What else did I do?

Oh. I was going to get the GameCube. I'm going to play around with that today. Got my purple stuff out. The screen. I found I have a GameCube steering wheel. So I was going to look at that. But I got to finish orders over the weekend.

I did most of them. Well, some of them. The bigger ones. I must do orders this morning to catch up. To get them out. And then we'll do something with GameCube today. And for discs yesterday, I did PS2 discs. And that was interesting. Each disc has its own

encode or wobble groove or some kind of a groove or sector on the disc that the PlayStation reads in order to look for copyright. So that has been interesting. I'm going to figure that out. I was wondering how

the difference between a disc and and a regular disc the game disc and a regular disc well unfortunately there's always mods to bypass that so that's good and but it doesn't last usually all right so let's see what's going on this morning. Let's see if anything in the world... Let's see. So we got the four teams set up for next weekend. We'll see what happens with that. For football-wise. Looking around for anything.

I used to just do a quick MSN to see what's going on. Let's see if anything really catches my eye. Other than the major history yesterday and across Patriots we we have a new coach Mike variable so let's see what happens that's what he should have done the beginning but I'm not sure why he waited a year but all right so let's jump right into Etsy. So I had a couple orders over the weekend.

But no more than done right now. But I think I'm finally in the positive. Which is cool. Put a lot of work into redoing Etsy. I've got to do more work with it. But my days are short. So I only have... I got to do more work with it. But my days are short so I only have, I have to put as much

as I can into different things throughout the day. Because it's easier for me to keep it a short day. I keep a day in half. I'll do a half a day and then I sleep a half a day. That works for me. So I can do a lot in a half a day. Pretty much.

When it comes to my eBay and YouTube. A little podcast action. Good for the long hair. Alright, so let's see. Downloads last night. I had four. Oh, that's cool. So I got four more downloads they go

up and down this is my podcast we're talking about here um not really sure where they're going but mostly in the united states a couple are in the in europe and stuff so it's always fun again it's my message in a bottle over the internet ocean as i like to call it okay so that's cool there and then it also goes to my youtube so speaking of youtube let's hit that let's see what we got oh so i uh promoted my one-on-one and i finally cut out the small scene with my little buddy rocket but at the live view i had two views going on at the same time when that my little buddy escaped but at the live view. and I put it up for 50 seconds. So it's a different view showing me trying to catch my little buddy on my desk. It was really funny. And I had lots of views for that so that was awesome. So I decided to do a take two from a different angle.

So let's see where we're at. All right. So good news. We got some good news. I went up to 13,290 subscribers. Because I always make sure to make that point. But my revenue goes down. Now it's down to $36.82.

How is that possible? So now I look over where I'm at on. I've had 735 views. 40.5%. 64 likes. So I had a really good night. But it has no bearing at all on any sort of revenue. So that's a pretty bummer.

Let's see if I had any comments. No, I don't see any comments. Let's see which one was the... Do I should... So I did a live feed also when I was doing the 101. So I had it two angles. So let's see what we had. My buddy up yesterday. I'm it two angles. So let's see what we had. My buddy up yesterday.

I'm doing that one. Yeah, that's the one I had the most views. I did a different angle of my buddy and I had 746 views on that. But it's considered a short, so you're in the short. So you don't really get a lot of, well, you't really get a lot of income anyway. So yeah, that one worked out well.

And I promoted that one too. So I've probably almost promoted about $200 this month. But it's really the only way. I've gotten to $13,290. So that's pretty cool. I'm excited about that. Let's check my... So the two I promoted was my one-on-one,

and I promoted my live angle. So those are the ones that are going on right now. My other one is still active. I swapped out the fan comms, and then all the rest of mine ended. I think I'm pretty sure I spent at least $200 I'll continue to promote but again small $10 here

um I was even doing $5 but I gotta do at least $10 and then I bring the time that it's in with the $10 to the shortest amount of time so it's just kind of like a little splurt people get over it and then I put something else. But I just can't keep promoting all the time.

That may be it for a while. So we'll see. All right, so let's go to eBay. I had that issue yesterday with a seller. Let's see what we got here. Okay. seller let's see we got here a few hours over the weekend nothing crazy let's see if this I sent that guy a message of course he didn't reply back sure thing Okay, cool. Alright, hi. Is this board fully functional without any problems? Yes. Alright.

And then I ordered some new Dallas chips. Because I believe I might have the wrong kind on my compact portable 3. I didn't realize there's different styles. I think I have the wrong kind. There's a 1-2-8-8-7, and then there's a DS 1-2-8-8-7, a DS 1-2-8-8-7 Plus, and then I have a D-8-7. So I think maybe my problem with my... I can't seem to get my C drive to show up.

It might be the chip might be the wrong one. So hopefully that's it. Great. Thank you. Okay. So I ordered two different lots of those. Two per. One of each kind.

They weren't that real expensive. And the guy's going to ship them together. And I get a little bit of a. Some sort of a shipping discount maybe. That'd be cool. Alright so I don't think I have. Let's see what we got. Some order.

I decided to to ship all, to sell them all together to someone right here in Massachusetts. So it was actually worth a little bit cheaper than I would have done it, but I decided that it's time for those to go. They all work, as far

as I know. There may be other issues. I'm not sure, but. So we'll do one eBay order. far as I know I mean maybe other issues up I'm not sure finish my orders for the morning and then I'll get to my GameCube midday. I got a steering wheel. It's an N-A-K-I steering wheel. It's purple. And I have a

purple setup for my GameCube, which includes the LCD screen and the bottom battery pack. It's really cool. I have a black one too that kind of works. But the purple one works better. And so I'm going to

sell the other one. I don't need to. So maybe I'll list. Oh, and then I also was tearing down. I tore down my Panasonic Q GameCube. So I got a box full of parts.

There were so many parts in there. I got a special design board, GameCube motherboard that came out of it. And also a special, well, no, the power board's the same. I need to test that power board. So this Q that I had gotten, the Panasonic Q, I i also have a remote too but it's got like a burn mark on the side none of it was ever tested because i got it as a partial it was missing the whole front panel i just wanted one but i didn't want to spend crazy money and it was fairly reasonable i guess you could say just for what i got so uh it's been sitting up on a shelf.

I did a video just the other day. I tore it all down. So many boards in there and cables and ribbons. Oh my goodness. What a jungle inside that thing. I would never be able to put that thing back together. So it's all apart. And eventually, very soon,

I'm going to start listing parts for it. But I don't know. The outer shell and everything is nice and clean. So that's great. But I have no idea about any of the parts inside. I really don't have a way I can test it. Even the motherboard I can't really test. Because it's got a special connector.

Two connectors in the back. We'll go through that again you'll see some more videos of that i'm gonna when i do my gamecube we're gonna look at that special board uh there the power board on the bottom was its original like all the others so i'm going to test that first on just a different uh motherboard that and it's the model is four different models in the bottom from the tender GameCube for the DOL 001 and the one in this one at the bottom was the worst one the one that has the most issues it's also the one that was in them the most and then there's another kind that's usually the better kind is usually never has a problem but But once in a while that one does too.

So any power board can have an issue. It can cause weird issues. No sound. No video. Most of the times that no sound no video is the motherboard. So we're going to play around with that today. I was going to get to it yesterday. I just kind of ran out of time.

I was watching history for a while. Actually, for a couple hours, I watched history. I can't just sit down and watch something. I'll come in and watch for a few minutes, grab something to eat, and then I was doing other stuff, then I came back in and watched a little bit more.

I just call it history. It's just easier that way. So I mention anything, and then it kind of goes against my youtube here so um all right so that's what we're going to do a game cube definitely going to get on i got some more power boards i found i'm going to test those i'm going to do my orders that's pretty much my morning here, let's see, so Etsy,

I think like I said, I think I have a few bucks, that I made off of Etsy, not much, I got to add, I think I have 170, 171 things listed on Etsy, I need to add some more stuff,

oh yeah, I got a couple bucks to go in there, so that'll help me out, so I actually have a net profit this month so that's pretty cool last month i was negative so if i can just get a little here it'll grow again it usually does well i've always had it on then i shut it off for a good three months changed a little bit of stuff i added best offers but i haven't had any best offer yet so that's kind of cool but it's there i didn't have that before i have a sale so that's there too and i did promote when i first started and i just got uh wrecked with fees that's why it's same with ebay ebay you can promote all kinds of stuff.

If you do it as a coupon, it doesn't cost you anything, but they always want you to do their promotions and they just take money out of everything. Especially if you do per listing, which I did by accident. Oh my God, I was getting just wiped out. Anything I made,

anything I made was getting wiped out from the promotions of of lots of stuff that just never would sell anyway. But on eBay, you can sell everything. You can list unless you're on an auction. And it costs you $0.15. Unless it's special auctions, then it's free. But for eBay, anything you list, you don't have to pay a fee to list it. Etsy, however, is the opposite. At Etsy, you've got to pay $0 a fee to list it. Etsy, however, is the opposite. Etsy, you've got to pay 20 cents to list it.

And it doesn't seem like a lot, but if I have 171 listings, 20 cents per, it adds up. You know what I mean? So I think it's per month, too. So that's kind of a bummer. I can't just – I really – a lot of the stuff I should just take down. It's not going to sell. I need to go through it. But you never know when

something might sell or something might not it's really because of what i sell gaming parts it's so random that you never know on any given day when i wake up what i might have sold and as always everything happens overnight while I sleep because normal people stay up all night and do all their stuff at nighttime. I do not. So when I wake up, this is why my podcast in the morning will always be Groundhog Day because I'm basically just doing all the same stuff each morning once I wake up. And what's the fun part about working from home and being home-based is I just literally get out of my bed, turn my computer on, and I'm up and going. My shop is open, and I'm doing my stuff. Everything I need is right here.

So that's great. That's why it's great to be home-based. That's one of my live feed I had as why you should be home-based in 2025. That was my live feed yesterday. I kind of talked about it a little bit for all the reasons, like I said. Even if you just start out with a side hustle, my things were really never a side hustle.

They were just kind of to survive hustle. That's more like it. Yeah, I like that. So to survive hustle is what I've been doing. So home-based, to survive hustle. Yeah, I'll been doing. So home base, to survive a hustle. Yeah, I'll use that next time. I like that. But if you start out with, if you have a job and then you start out with a side hustle,

maybe you can make it into, because everything is going towards being at home from getting your food delivered to your house and everything pretty much. Soon I won't even need a car i could just call up a auto someone to pick me up and go to the grocery store if i wanted to that's kind of where it's going i mean it's always been going that way but now it's really starting to go that way ai is going to be more integrated for at home everything's going to be at home so you want to build a home base now find something i'm well there i'm already well into my home base so i'm i'm pretty comfortable now i got a lot of stuff uh store's good so i'm pretty good and then especially when coven hit

i always talk about this i was all set when coven, my store went crazy with orders. It was nuts. I could just sit back. Everything I needed was right here. I could avoid people and do all that and never got sick or anything. Again, who knows when the next pandemic comes?

Probably sooner than later. Keep an eye on that bird flu. Alright, so that's about it for this morning. We've got some good action over here on my YouTube. Very excited. I like to see views. It's very fun.
