I took the Long Weekend off to Play 15 Hours of Atlas Fallen Reigns of Sand.

Good morning everyone. It is now 6.20 a.m. The long holiday weekend is over. I kind of took a little holiday myself basically this weekend. Played some lots of games. One game I really like. And then yesterday I had to take my mother to her doctor appointment. And then after that I started working. I i had lots of orders i gotta get done i'm gonna finish it up today to get them out for over the weekend because it was that extra day where i couldn't ship out anything normally i would have already shipped it out because today's tuesday so i finally finished up my day, my long weekend, by putting orders together last night until I went to sleep.

So we'll do some more today, see what else is going on here. But yeah, for the weekend I just kind of, I didn't really do any, I did no listings at all. I didn't do any videos. I just kind of hung out. I was really into the game. And then I, which is atlas fallen uh rains of sand pretty cool i'm a i'm a good big fan of it uh it's not it's it's kind of getting repetitive now so i usually i guess this is at this point when i'm into maybe 10 hours or so uh i started to

get bored with it so i finally put that one aside. And I was playing some Alan Wake 2. Which is a pretty interesting game. Completely different. I haven't really got that far in there. And then there was some other sort of a night shift segment that jumped in there. Out of nowhere. So that was pretty interesting. I played that for a little bit.

Night shift. that was pretty interesting i played that for a little bit a waitress with a shotgun uh night shift it was pretty funny uh but it was somehow it's it's it's part of the the game uh it's really weird so uh yeah so i was going i was playing with that for a little while just wanted to melt down for a little bit uh And then I started working on all of my orders. So that's where I'm at now. Finished up my orders this morning. And then we'll get back on track a little bit. I wasn't really off track. I just took a break.

Lots of things I got to list. Other stuff. Videos. I've kind of wind down videos right now. I'll go back to doing a lot of them again i just uh really hadn't um didn't really feel like doing anything over the weekend pretty much so we'll see what's gonna go on from here all right let's see let's go check the news here so anything else news of the weekend nothing really that's jumped out I do keep an eye on news and stuff on TV my mother watches the news we watch the news

a little bit I'll look in on it but I didn't see anything i checked the weather we didn't we should have a lot of wind yesterday we really didn't know or we were here in rhode island that was really our only weather event and i'm starting to see maybe by next week i see some 40s coming in 40 45 so that's a sign of early spring or just just pre-spring, I guess you'd call it. So that's exciting. I've got to get my buns outside and I've got to start doing some stuff. I've been cooped up in the house too long. So I need to get out.

As we all do after a long, long winter. So. Let's see. We'll see. Not seeing anything. I was really talking about quantum state. I was really into that. Measured for the first time. Interesting. Quantum computing. Hopefully I'll see that in my lifetime.

Keep talking about an asteroid that's going to hit the earth in 2032 but the size of um mansion size could be a significant impact so that's interesting to watch 30 2032 which really isn't that far away if you think about it we're in 2025 so it's amazing that they can track something that far away and have it as a potential impact here but we'll see what happens in 2032 god knows where i'll be then my goodness we'll all be in 2032 all right so let's go to uh let's look at etsy i sold a couple things i mean pretty much selling something pretty much daily now etsy just one little So let's go to Etsy. I sold a couple things.

I'm pretty much selling something pretty much daily now on Etsy. Just one little thing. They're little stuff. A little order here and there. Oh, another little order. Cool. So Etsy's starting to pick up for me. Thank goodness.

I almost gave up on Etsy. So this is Nintendo GameCube. The port covers with the matching flaps I used Brillo to clean those up pretty nice and then I need a silver top door parts and buttons it's going to the same seller, buyer

rather, so that's one fun order there, so that'll be fun to do luckily I started catching up my orders yesterday. I had a whole bunch of them piled up. But today we'll finish up what I started and then go on to the new ones. Alright, so my RSS feed. I only did a really short 10 minute podcast yesterday morning.

Because I really didn't have anything going on. And there wasn't really much. But today we'll do maybe a little bit longer. I'll try to get you an idea. I've really only had one download. At least I've had one. My motivation has a little bit changed

on the podcast. I'm trying to get back into it. I'm going to be consistent if I can. Especially in the morning. It's trying to get something for the afternoon. So I've got some new dots. I like seeing I've got San Juan, Philippines. That's pretty cool. Ashburn.

I always get Ashburn. Which I always appreciate. I try to do it every day. I haven't missed a day since I started doing it. Although I've gone down to just like one a day. And like yesterday it was really short. But we'll see what else we can come up with. There's plenty of stuff to do.

And we'll keep doing it as we go along here. Try to keep it as gaming related as possible. And other things that are related to selling on eBay. And things to that. My YouTube channel obviously. We talk about that always. Let's see what we're speaking to YouTube. As we transition.

Oh, this. A buyer from eBay. Told me that one of my Atari. Power supplies. They call it an ugly clunker and it said it was useless but i disagree with being useless even though the power adapter side of it has six seven pins on it it's for the um atari 600 xl uh 800 xl and i think he said something about the 130EX also so his comment was that the message was that it's

useless and I should take it down so I did, I took it down and then I made a little video about it talking about and then I've had a lot of comments about it since then so interesting, so if someone tells me something I like to share it especially if it's something that could be of a conversation piece So, interesting. So, if someone tells me something, I like to share it.

If you had lots of comments That's when more people are interacting with a lot more your your videos

and of course, unfortunately for me, I don't really get that many comments because Most people are just here for a few minutes and they're gone And as you can see here my hours have gone my view times going down 83 Point My view time is going down 83.0K. Watch hours are going down to 856.7K. But I haven't really been motivated for it. As I've been saying lately, it's just me spinning my wheels because my estimated revenue is $29.01.

So I went down. So I've kind of lost my steam here on YouTube. I'll put more stuff up. But I've just been doing like one a day now. My live feeds, I haven't done those in a few days. But those don't generate any income at all. Not even like a few cents. And I've been running those for hours.

I was doing a few hours of i've been running those for hours i was doing an hour a few hours of uh like an hour or so of um live feeds i'll continue to do them but they just don't generate nothing which is but that's where i get the most views but yet it has no income at all all right so let's go to ebay so we got lots to do this morning still, but I caught up. Thank goodness, or I would have been really buried. I had a President's Day sale for two days. Nobody really took advantage of it. Which I had it at 30% off.

Anything that was over $85. So nobody was in the buying business for sale. I think I did that. Did I not do that? Oh, yeah, I did that. I got to print that out, though. So I just got a couple orders.

Comments. I haven't seen any. Let's see if anything's changed for comments down here. No, nothing yet. I have a couple little orders coming in, I bought some little chips to try to upgrade my Amiga 500, and also my Atari 1040STF, but that'll be a while before I see those, let's see what else we got going on here. I'll have two orders. Let's see what my two orders are. Just a small order.

Oh, another front door. Front door for the PSP. And also the cover. And then the other one is for the GameCube. It's the drive assembly front base. It's what the lens assembly sits on. That metal plate. And the screws.

So those two. I get those two orders there. So I have three orders. Which is cool. I'm going to finish catching up for what I already have over the weekend. And then we'll have a couple of these and that'll be cool there was something I really wanted

that I auctioned and I put it really high auction and I still lost it but it's alright we'll look around something will come

wrong so I gotta get some out. Something will come wrong. So. I gotta get some. Although the weekend was pretty good for her. I sold one bigger thing which helped me out. And lots of little. There's always lots of little stuff. Once in a blue moon I

get something bigger, but mostly it's just little, like four or five dollars, I make per order, kind of thing, so I just need a lot of them, and that's normally, how I survive,

on the little, little orders, and hopefully once in a while, I get something big, all right, so let's see, that should be it for the morning, let's see where we're at here, all right,

60 minutes, so we're a little bit longer today, let's take a little bit more look around a little bit let's go back to etsy for a minute i'm still waiting for something from etsy which was going to be a return but hopefully they they stuck in my favor and i haven't seen any sort of message from etsy directly uh but it doesn't mean it won't happen sooner or later. Shouldn't happen because I shipped him exactly as was agreed. And it worked.

And since then I haven't seen anything. So. I did my part as a good honest seller. The price was sold as agreed and that should have been it. And then he was trying to say something different

and I wasn't having it. So, all right. So, let's check here on my YouTube. I had 273 views for my three-minute little... on my three minute little on my three minute video only because I

promoted for five bucks just so I could at least get some views probably up to almost a hundred dollars now in promotions but it's the only way I really get anything moving along so

There was nobody there. It's because it was a holiday yesterday, that's why. I was wondering why. There's nobody in the doctor's office. It's because of that. For some reason, we still had to go

which was fine it was again a little bit windy yesterday but the weather had cleared we had a couple storms over the weekend but neither one of them amounted to anything it turned to all rain and then it was all gone so pretty cool alright so we're slowly going

I haven't done any Apple in a while. I've got lots of fun Apple stuff to pull out. I've got a really cool uh the apple color classic i sold some big parts off i have the monitor it's a trinitron a sony trinitron monitor those are worth money i don't know if it works though because it never never was tested so we may i'll do a video about that and we'll list we'll list that maybe although i don't really want to sell them on although it's really small so i think i could safely ship that without a problem i'm positive but we should be able to so i think my coupon i had a coupon for two days that should have ended let's see if that ended let's check here it was for president's day coupon i had 30 off anything over $85 but I

didn't really sell anything I thought maybe I would but I only do coupons now because discounts actually this time I might do a discount coupons all discounts coupons we just had the one coupon it's still active February 16th to the 18th so it's still good for a little while longer so we'll let that run out and then I'll do something else for tomorrow

actually we're going to do like a few months we'll do some sort of a spring but not that much, maybe 5%. Just a small little spring promotion. Oh, I don't do promotion. I just do coupons because if you do promotions and stuff through eBay, they charge you. I was doing it for a while, and I was just getting wrecked with charges.

Especially if you promote each listing, I'll forget it. I was just, you know, a thousand listings, they were shaking, you know, 20, 30 cents per listing. I was getting, it was terrible. I'll never do that again. Coupons, they don't charge me for coupons. So I can do a coupon and it's still basically just a promotion. You can put it towards the listing and you get an X amount percentage off, depending on what I decide to do. And like I said, I'm still at 30%, but I'm going to, as soon as that ends, I only did it for a couple days just for President's Day.

Just for fun. You know, like all the cars are on sale for President's Day. I decided to do, I try to follow other holidays if I can. And I lowered a couple other things. I lowered the price of two. But that's about it yeah no more paid uh ebay promotions or uh anything like that there's a whole bunch of stuff you can do with ebay for promotions but everything is a charge so they can charge you even more on top of all the other things they

charge you and the amount of stuff i would sell is not doesn't it doesn't come out to be i mean i sell more stuff maybe but i also lose out all that extra you can do it as it as per sale through a promotion they take out a percentage so that means they lose more off of that sale plus they already take out their other percentage there's really no other place that I could sell like I do on eBay. Etsy's been a little bit better. So eventually I'll build some other kind of store, I think. But for now we're content with my eBay. And now my Etsy's back.

YouTube was hopefully going to be my third source of income. But that crashed and burned and i just don't see what else i could do to really get that to do anything other than make 29 a month so it just is with this but i like my youtube i use it for everything communicating with buyers and a place to go to a place to vent when I have an issue on eBay. And just to chronicle my life pretty much. So that's why I like YouTube. I'll continue to always do it. Obviously, I will always do it.

But I just have to be more realistic of the fact that it's not really going anywhere financially for me. But we'll just keep it at that. All right, so that's my morning. I'm sticking to it. I stayed on for a little bit longer today. So later on we're going to get all my orders done. And then we'll do some video or something later on today.
