I Rescued a New Furry Friends Yesterday From PetSmart Now Named Precious

Good morning everyone. It is now 621-318-2025. I hope everyone survived St. Patrick's Day. Nothing I celebrate, of course, I always say, because it's alcohol related. If you know me, I've been sober since 2011, so... It was a life changer, a lifesaver actually so I hope for everyone that Indulged yesterday there Recovering I don't miss all those good days of trying to recover after a big indulgement So what another good reason to be sober?

Alright, so I'd like to welcome my new buddy His name is my mother named him precious so yesterday I went out to the store to do some stuff and I had to get some pickup I'm always picking up things for my little furry friends and my feathered friends over at PetSmart and When I went in there there was So before that recently I lost my first guinea pig my buddy Brownie had him for three or four years Heartbroken wasn't really gonna look to get I wasn't getting it on so my buddy my other buddy spots in a little bit smaller cage and

and you know he's just by himself now and he was a little lonely really after Brownie passed away but then he's gotten a little bit better if you can tell he's just kind of heartbroken I feel for them, but I try to keep them entertained as much as possible. So yesterday I decided to go, well I was going to the pet store to get some hay, because guinea pigs just need hay, lots of hay. And when I went in the store I happened to notice a little buddy on the bottom with a big note saying, please rescue me basically. Something about his urinary tract infection or something and they gave him some medicine They say he should be alright. It was really cute

And it was for free Also, sure I'll take him for free. I have a little cage for him So we did that we rescued a little guinea pig yesterday pretty funny So I took a video when you can see the little post thing on there saying please rescue me special needs but I don't know if he's being any really special needs and he's pretty cool so we got him home picked him up I went back and picked him up got him for free and I set up a cage for him and he's doing pretty cool he's pretty friendly I get him out trying to see if I can get him out more I got him for free and I set up a cage for him and he's doing pretty cool. He's pretty friendly, I get him out, I'm trying to see if I can get him out more. I got a little thing that I used to put, I am going to put brownie, well I was putting

brownie in spot in a little outdoor pen to walk around a little bit more because they don't really walk around a lot. So we're going to get that outdoor pen out and then it says not to put them with another guinea pig so they're gonna stay separate and not gonna go together. Spot was always aggressive anyway so they stay separate but I can take each one of them out and put them in a little pen. Maybe I'll try to put them together just to see if they can not just live together but maybe just to hang out and have a friend.

So we'll see. So it'll be fun. I didn't really plan on buying guinea pig, but I didn't have to buy it was free Those are expensive. I think there's a tag on him was 60 bucks And he was really cute. He's got pink eyes Kind of reminds me of mr. Browner really friendly I can put him on I can put him on my lap and he'll sit there let you pet him so pretty cool That's a good thing about guinea pigs, they're a little bit more, they're bigger,

they're slower, so they don't really, you can handle them as opposed to my buddy Rocket. I love my little buddy Rocket, he's my little hamster, but there's no way to handle him. He's just, you just, kinda, he's more of a caretaker thing. You can't really, just kinda observe him. You clean him up, make sure you've got good fresh food and water So now I have a fourth body again. I was down to three and now I have four but that's plenty

Oh again, I wouldn't have gotten him if it wasn't for free. I would have looked at him a few more times It was really cute So that's so I did my good deed yesterday and I rest he'll be big I'm sorry somebody else would have swept him up. He's really cute, but I'm really happy about that. So that was a fun little extra project that took some of my day. Yesterday morning I worked on Super Fancoms. I pulled the rest of the boards I have. You can't really test stuff unless you get Super Fancoms.

Any board, you gotta get them out of all that stuff. I always test things to the bare bone as possible. Stranger Things 5 is coming out. I never even finished Stranger Things 4, but I'm interested in that. I like Stranger Things. Well the first one was obviously the best one. And so yeah, so we worked on Super Fancom. Actually some of them work. Cartridge is a lot. I realized that the GPM

O2 is the one that's don't come off the GPM. Oh ones do come off So I was able to take some cartridge slots off and get some elements of work So that was a fun project and then after that that was about an hour So that's when my day started I have lots of backup orders and then my whole new guinea pig Project came in there. So I worked on that for a while. I had to get his cage I had in the back. I had to clean it out and get them all set up. It's pretty cool So we'll take lots of videos. I'm gonna be really funny You know my mother wanted to name him precious because he looks really precious. So

That's what we named him. That's my new little thing. It's unexpected. Unexpected little treat. But those little guys bring joy though. I like them. So that's why we do it. And they're great for the sense of caretaking and all that good stuff.

Because they depend on you 110%. So small animals without you, you they would they wouldn't survive so I always make sure I just change all their water this morning I sat with my little buddy and I am I am on the floor with me and I put my lap in that he lets me pet him because he's still skittish but you know it's a new home he's only been here not even a whole day yet but he's got a good food good water he's already got some lettuce and They always get fresh Little veggie plate at the end of the night before I go to bed and first thing I do actually

before I do my podcasts This morning was to I wanted to go rush out and clean them change his cage I take them out check them out so it was pretty cool and of course I do all my other guys as well and I give them the same kind of care you know they all get cleaned and everything so pretty cool alright so I thought maybe I had some Etsy's things going on but now it's just some sort of other stuff so nothing on Etsy this morning let's see if I have any Feedback I Always look for feedback either good or otherwise

Only once in a while I make a mistake. It does happen try not to I do pretty good though. I Hate to tout myself, but I do I do pretty good trying to Get things out as fast as possible. I was buried because my little guinea pig adventure put me way behind, so I had to get him done and then get all the orders done before the mailman, but I managed to make it. That's why I always want me if you're gonna buy parts, because I'll get it out as quickly as possible. It's normally, that's usually mostly what I do,

but when I get something extra, I'll'll do that too plus also get your orders out And now I have a little buddy alright, so that's Etsy nothing going on there. Let's go to RSS feed so we've had steady orders Overall nothing spectacular enough to pay the bills as I always say, I'm not a money guy at all. I don't need money for anything other than just to pay my overhead and to get some goodies here and there to video and play around with. That's about it for me.

I had two downloads yesterday, let's see what we got here. So my RSSPs. Another one from Brazil. Pretty cool. Meridian United States. Hattiesburg. Awesome. So we got a few little less dots. Sometimes I get lots of red dots from around the world. Sometimes I just get a few. But as I always say this is my message in a bottle to over the internet ocean for anybody that would like to listen. And like I said, always go to my YouTube page. Tons of videos.

I mix it up all the time. Try not to just do gaming and vintage computing, although most of it is. I'm trying to branch out. Summer's here or summer's coming, so I'll do some outdoor stuff, just silly fun stuff outside. So you get a little taste of where I live and all that fun stuff. So yeah, come check it out. We've been growing pretty significantly. And of course, it's only because I'm promoting but they're very small promotions and it actually worked Doing five dollar promotions really I'm at 27,992 subscribers and My oh my revenue went up twenty seven dollars and eighty nine cents. It's going up It was just kept going down. I was like what the flip My views are 90,000 4K so my views are going up significantly.

My watch hours are 911 hours so that's awesome. But my average duration is usually only a few minutes. Any comments? I did promote even, no I didn't promote but I community posted both my little furry friends I read so they're they're quick little shorts one is when I was at the pet store showing the sign on the cage I thought he'd be there when I got there but the girl knew I was gonna buy him so she already had him ready for me to go so So that was pretty fun.

Cause I go there all the time. Cause I'm always buying. Guys probably spent so much money on my other buddies. But they're worth it though. They give you, like I said, they give you that little sense of joy and caring. That's really fun. When you kinda like doing life on your own here. It's just one other thing that really helps out.

All right, so YouTube we're climbing, I made a couple bucks overnight. We're not making a million yet, but maybe someday. Not a million, I just need to make, I need a little, I need another survive hustle. This was supposed to be what I call a survival hustle. You'll often hear it called a side hustle, but for me these are survival hustles,

where this is the only thing I count on is all this stuff I do from home. My eBay is by far my survival hustle. It's pretty much my thrive hustle, as I call it. I don't make a million, but it helps me pay the bills. So I want YouTube to be my next thrive hustle. Right now, it's not even a side hustle. It's three stages.

You go from the side hustle where you're making $27. If I can make $100 a month, then I could say this is a side hustle. If I was making $1,000 a month, then I could say it's a survival hustle, almost a Thrive hustle. But we're not there when I'm close actually but I did get my first hundred dollars I'm very excited about that takes took me four months but we just keep plugging away because that's what I do. Alright so let me go to eBay I'll get the rest of the parts to finish my sink. I have a couple more things to do I'll message all that's hope he doesn't want to return

It's not not that bad of a thing

Though you really always need them at least I do Because they're only a few I only make a few dollars per order. So if I can, um, I have to rack, string a whole bunch of orders together to orders together to make it. So I make a few bucks. I mean overall lots of things are sold, but by the time I get some money out of it there's not much left. It's pretty small. I basically fund eBay and the postal service. But maybe a few bucks. Enough I think that will cover my... And then eBay just changed

the shipping, I mean payment, for instant payment within 30 minutes to free. It went from, first they had a 2% of whatever your total was, they were taking another 2% if you wanted to ship it. And a lot of times, I mean not ship it, instantly put it into your bank, they had a 2%. I did that for a while, because sometimes you have to have money in the bank as soon as possible.

The other option is through the bank, which is free, and that usually takes a day. Sometimes you're in a bind and you're like, oh, something's going to bounce if I don't get some money in. And then, so then they changed it to $2, which was, so no matter how much I may have which never is usually more than maybe a hundred or so At a time that I deposit if that it's a lot less sometimes like 40 bucks It's all I have for my payment from eBay So there was they knocked it down to two dollars So still so if I have $40 and I get them two more bucks

I only get $38 in my bank account. But for some reason just in the last couple of days, they must have hooked up with a different service or maybe they haven't complained. Definitely people must have complained about the 2%. That really hurt. So there's a new service now. It says free.

So I can do directly in a few minutes for free. Some other services. It's not using my, the $2 and the 2% was using my credit card as a deposit, as opposed to sending to the bank. But they must have came up with a new form of a send-in service directly to the bank without any credit card or debit card needed so that's cool so I saved two bucks per fast download alright so it gives me just one

order this morning which is fine and then we'll go on to, oh I got three things that came in today. Two of them are for my Dell Inspiron S530-1 desktop. I believe it's a video card and an upgraded CPU. And then I got a new cordless wall, W-A-H-L. Clip her in today. It's for my life in a double shave. The razor I've been using for 10 years is really wrecking my head. And this one's cordless too,

which is gonna be so exciting. So when I do my life in a double shave the next one, I'll have this nice new cordless one, so that'll be fun All right, so I think it's about it for this morning. Had one return I already refunded that So that should be coming back those lenses from the Xbox 360. I sent it working I don't know what happened, but I need to That'll become back, but I already funded the guy so that's out of my way. He was saying that he likes that one better. And I was telling him, I just learned you can play the Super Nintendo on that game. Just like the N64. Oh yeah, so. I don't really see anything else. So I'm on the cusp of 28,000. That means I've almost had, it says there I've had 9,337 subscribers in the last 28 days. So that's pretty awesome. And I've been really working hard for it.

And of course, I'm paying for it too, because I'm doing promotions. To get my videos from, even like I said, I used the $5 trick, it seems to work. But it still cost me money. You add a lot of $5 together and they add up quick. And my top videos are still my Gotham Goonies. That was my last stop motion I had fun with that one took me a while to do that one. I tied a couple of Batman

Cave things and I just put I have some random characters around and I just kind of moves around and just made it fun Took me a couple hours to do that. I had to get 300 frames in it's gonna be at least 300 frames It gets me in about a minute and Something for any sort of I got my next idea. It's ready to go. I just have to sit down and do it So I'll be always doing stop motions Just random funny silly things try to make them spooky and I don't know just just something different just try to mix it up I'd like to do something more with videoing or film or something.

I haven't met all, so I have other ideas. But it has to be something I can do on my own because I'm pretty much just a one man shop with everything that I do. So in order to do anything like that, it has to be something. I can set it up and do it myself. Stop Motion came into my idea.
