Death Stranding 2.0 Progress update. I am Just about to start my Track across Australia, Now this Game is Everything I hoped for with a Fun New Story and Characters.Life and A Double Shave Outside Window 🪟 Edition Summer 2025

Good morning everyone. It is now 728 and we've finally reached July, July 1st. Fourth of July weekend is coming fast. It's on Friday, Fourth of July, so the weekend starts earlier. And everyone has a nice short work week, which is pretty cool. Everybody that's working somewhere, I mean, fortunately I should say, I work from home. So every day is a work week, but it I should say, I work from home. So every day is a work week, but it's from home. So you can't beat that. So yesterday we did, um, what did we do yesterday? I was outside for a little while and then we were working on some eBay listings. Oh, so we're going to give you a daily Death Stranding update, but we'll keep it without

doing any sort of spoiler alert. So now I'm in Epilogue 3, and I'm in Australia. I'm just about to start my journey through Australia, and now Death Stranding 2.0 has got significantly better. Lots of new characters, really fun actually. Really happy with it now. So that first whole section until you get to Australia, there's a cool ship you go on, so we'll just leave it at that.

So Epilogue 3, that's where I'm at now, Death Stranding 2.0, and it's gotten really fun. It's still the same, but there's all kinds of new characters and it's really really cool. So we'll see, I'm excited to see where it goes from here. I haven't started my trip across Australia yet, but it's pretty interesting. We went from Mexico and then you'll see how you get from Mexico to Australia. It's pretty wild.

The graphics are phenomenal. Now it's gotten really really cool. Some reason just in the beginning it just, it starts out slow. You get confused, but I kind of knew that it was going to be a major change somewhere. And obviously the story is significantly better. Everything is cool now. So we're happy with it. That's pretty much everything I play now. I only do a little bit a day. I like to search around and build stuff and do all that good stuff. And of course I have it on story mode so I don't worry about anybody killing me or anything.

You don't really die anyway so that's not a cool thing about it. So that's my Death Stranding 2.0 update today. Today, oh I'm gonna do a Life and a Double Shave because I need to shave my head so we'll do that maybe later on that's early this morning I have an idea I'll see if I can make it come fruition but then that's pretty much it today it's raining out today too we got some rains cooled off a little bit so I'm waiting for my meta quest s to come in probably since July 10th so we'll get some time next week from Best Buy well at least that's where I bought it from and I also

was looking at the rogue as an Xbox thing coming out in the fall not really a handheld person although you have been using my my portal which I really like my ps5 portal pretty awesome I sit with my dogs I can play the game on the couch with it of course just playing Death Stranding 2 right now so kind of keep an eye on that's where those Rogues are really expensive they're super expensive but you can do a lot with them so it could be something I think about if I can afford to get this after I may not keep this VR on.

I really have a hard time using VRs for any time. I can only put it on for a few minutes, but they are really cool. So we'll see what the news is here. Some major doom and gloom updates. I really don't get into that but I mean you can see that yourself there's some major stuff happening Jurassic Park is out the review looks different after evolving in the wrong direction for a decade the dino franchise maybe is going the right

direction it's a lot of the dinosaurs are in the water. So I'm not sure what that's all about. I don't think I... I haven't seen a movie that I would want to go to the cinemas to see. I'll watch it some day. Oh, you know what I watched last night? Watch out, I'm a big fan. Close Encounters, the third guy.

I normally don't watch old movies, but I like that one. Because I had two laptops that I redid. Factory set them. So both of those ones I was using to watch movies. So we're going to get those listed. And I got some couple HP computers I want to get listed that are a little bit older. The other ones are HP Elite Books. But they both have iCore 5's and they both run really

good. But I was going to play Avatar 2, but my display won't play it. So I'm thinking the disc is too new, maybe the old disc drives display can't play newer movies, I'm not real sure. So we're going to look at some sort of a newer entertainment center. There's gotta be a portable blu-ray thing too. I got some blu-rays as well. So we'll see. Alright, so let's look at Etsy. So I just said that one order, that'd be $4 in some sense.

Let's check my activity thing. I purchased those two little... So that's normally what I make on Etsy on a sale. Four bucks. It was four, I don't know, actually it was four and a something. It's not too bad. So if you make four or five bucks per order then it's okay. If I'm down on making just one dollar or two dollars per order then it's not okay. So we significantly changed how we do eBay.

So we'll check on that in a minute. But we started a sale on eBay, it's 25% off. No coupon, just straight. You go to the listing, it's 25% off. And of course, we said buyers want the best offer on top of that, so. And I'm not doing that. 25% is enough.

No matter how much you do, it's always not enough. And because I have the extra $4 now as flat fee, I can do that on my little guys too. So everything's got... So I think my little guys, meaning my smallest things, that are $13 is my minimum. So 25% off, it gets at $9.75. And then I add the full bucks so then we're okay. Then I can handle that.

I can't go any lower than that though. So basically it comes out the same. It's got to be around $13. I just changed the approach to it all just to see if it would make a difference. In some ways it has and in some ways good and bad of course. But you have to switch things up after a while. And I have had free shipping since I started about 8-9 years ago. But no more.

Free returns, same thing, no more. We're always going to have to take returns, but we'll just let people open a return, figure out what's going on, and then decide whether I don't want to return it or not. Depending on what the problem is. Things go wrong wrong so it's gonna happen but it's just better just to do straight no returns and then just go from there. Alright so let's go to Poshmark. We had my first offer on Poshmark. It was a wicked significant low offer. An offer that made sense but what

it would cost me to try to ship it was what the offer was for. So it was for a keyboard. So let's see my offers. That was the only thing I've had. I may never get any sales on Poshmark. Let's see what my closet is. But there's a lot of things I can do on social media. I'm at a thousand followers. So therefore that just makes this into a second social media.

So pretty awesome. There's always people sending your I got new people following me and all kinds of stuff. This is the most of a social media upgrade I've had since YouTube or tick tock so it's pretty cool. It wasn't unexpected. Little twist to it. Macari, I set that up. I had to get the app for Macari

and then I had to use my face and my driver's license to register. And now I'm active on Macari. So that'll be next thing we'll do as we go along here. Cause Etsy obviously decided to just dud it out and nothing. but we're gonna leave it the more I think the more things you have a little stores a better it means all the same stuff but try mix it up you know you get people buy stuff in different places all right so let's look

at my RSS feed Okay. And let's see what that is. I didn't have any downloads yesterday. Let's see what we had today. It's always fun to look. Nope, two days, no downloads. Mud bummer. Ah, well everyone that comes along, Ashburn, Helsinki, those are all a few days ago. Parker, United States, Brooklyn, oh so actually Barcelona. So I'm saying no downloads but I don't know what day that was. But I always do this consistently every morning. I change my sleeping pattern now. I stay up till

7 so therefore I don't get up until like 6 37 now For the summer, which is much better. I was going to bed at 4 30 forever, so I watch movies and just fun things like that So when this my VR gets in here, we're gonna fire up my project journeyman, which is my overnight thing And we're gonna use my headset and I think I have to get a Google cast to see if I can put the game on the wall so we'll do some fun stuff with project Journeyman again but with a headset that's one reason why I got the VR because I can cast it out onto the wall

I have a projector that I used through my other project Journeyman so I was doing I have a Raspberry Pi 5 I was used to project stuff on so we're going to try something different with that at some point so that'll be fun all right let's see let's go to tick tock I mean not tick tock I know I'm gonna bring tick tock into my my podcast I should tell you what's going on with that I'm not gonna do that today. I'm gonna bring tik tok in here too. All right, so Let's see what we got here. So we're now on YouTube end of the day I did a couple small little videos and today with my Roxy and Ranger try to get my Roxy into as many videos possible

She's doing much better but she's still getting older. I had some comments. House is super cozy. Can you interchange the hard drive? Let's find out what that is in a second. So we're back up to $30 for revenue. I'm close to getting to my next $100. You have to get to a hundred bucks in order to get paid through Google. So we're pretty close, but not I have got my first hundred and we haven't promoted we went the whole month of June without promoting a dollar the month before I did almost $300 in promotions So we're hanging forty46,000 still there. The $524 is where I've gone down from the $655, but not too much.

I mean, I've gained some subscribers just from doing videos. So let's look at the video. Let's look at the, uh, let's take a look at, uh, houses cozy. Yes, yes. Thank you. at houses cozy yes thank you okay all right it says can you change the hard drive from there which is said to be oh yeah yeah any any hard drive. Hard drive is a completely different animal Oh, hard drive. I'm going to put hard drive.

Let's reply to things. I don't get that many comments here and there. There's a time I didn't have comments. So we've had 106 views. Oh, for my Roxy Ranger sitting in the day yesterday. I just did that video and I think I just did one other one minute video. So today we're going to maybe do some longer videos today. Look at some laptops. I did a couple HPb older hbs that are pretty cool all right so let's go on to um oh let's pick up tick tock let's just check some pickdacks so tick tock i'm at let's see if i'm still logged in i i have 3712 followers it says I'm following 6768 not sure what when that happened I

Was clicking on followers for a while my likes are 26.3 K. So pretty much the same videos I Is the same videos that I do on? YouTube I bring them to tik-tok. However, I can only do up to 60 minutes. So if I do an hour video I Don't bring them over to TikTok. And I wasn't getting a lot more videos on views on TikTok, but they average around 114.95 around there. Some are just zero, but I get a few here and there. So TikTok, I got my picture of my Ranger as the dog there.

I have a link to YouTube, of course, and mention eBay. So it's just another social media. Mirror back to my store, if possible. So whatever I can do, I try to do that. Seems like the logical thing to do. And I do livestream once in a while. I put TikTok in a different livestream area, but it was too high up.

I gotta put it lower. So I got a lower view for my YouTube now for the live stream for the webcam. So that's my TikTok. It's not really doing anything and who knows who's gonna buy it and what's gonna happen with it. But it's there. I really haven't put much time into it to try to figure out how to make money off of that. But YouTube is my main one but of course we haven't really made much there not like I was hoping all

right so let's go on to my lifeline here and my mr. eBay couple of things I had two sales pretty cool I get probably less sales than I was getting because I changed things over a little bit. But it was just time. But I get a little bit more per sale which helps me out. So it kind of comes out. So two different things. I had Sega Dreamcast, the screws and latch and I had a Wi-Fi board which I had one left yeah so we use that so those are the two I sold and again that extra four dollars on that really helps me out so it's just two orders and again I have a 30 what am I doing I'm doing all weekend doing all the way till Monday 25% off

Pretty much it man. That's Somebody wanted to do even more off or something. I just didn't want to do it. I was like I'll just pass I Try to be as low so defective all this is the guy that's gotten bought in all my disk drives the PS3 fat drives I gave him everything I had left so I got a great thank you twice which is awesome that was a big box luckily he's not that far away so pretty cool. Alright so let's see just a couple orders today but we sold some other things so a few bigger things which helped me out so anything I can do as I always say I live pretty much sale by sale just enough to cover bills

per week per month I Never really get ahead not really buying anything. I didn't get a couple things I got that to sheep a laptop coming in which would be fun because I already have one, but I need a disc I need to disc drive Caddy and I don't just go out and buy a part. Oh, it's funny cuz I sell gaming parts if I need the disk drive caddy and I don't just go out and buy a part although it's funny because I sell gaming parts if I need something I'm not gonna just buy that part plus I couldn't find it anyway I might have actually but I just I'd rather just go out and get a whole other one and then you upfront invest in that and then take what you need and you can always resell the rest

I can easily make my money back or maybe a profit on that maybe. But all my little vintage computer, the Shiba's and all those are all for my personal fun for now. And then later on we'll sell some more stuff. Oh, I sold another thing off my Apple color classic. Boy, I sold lots of stuff off of that. That was a nice, and it didn't work either. It had a blasted battery on the motherboard, but I even sold that motherboard. I sold everything off of that, except the back cover.

Oh, this was the, there's a really weird looking attachment cable set inside of the Color Classic. This is an Apple Macintosh Color Classic. Look on eBay, those are real expensive. I got one and I pretty much sold it, but mostly everything off of it. Vintage computing is big, big, big stuff. I do it too. I look for stuff that I get in. I just spent a good amount on that computer that's coming in for vintage Toshiba, but those are the best ones. All right, so thanks about it for this morning.

And then we're gonna go do my life in a double shave in a little bit. I'm gonna try something different. I think, I'm not positive yet. Either way, I'm gonna do it because I need to shave my head, so we're overdue. So we'll go and work on that in a little bit. While it's cooler out right now.
