Good morning, everyone. It is now 6.53. Today is August the 12th, 2025. And it is Tuesday, right? Yeah, Tuesday. Yeah. So yesterday we, um, I did yesterday. Oh, I got my MetaQuest 3S Xbox edition.

Um, we talked about it for a little while. I did a quick podcast towards the end of the day about it. My pros and cons from my perspective. And we did a couple of videos just getting it set up, getting it ready. I listed on eBay. Let's see if we had any luck with it. Around the price that I paid for it with discounts. Because I have a Switch 2 coming in.

Switch 2 comes in on Wednesday, supposedly. Best Buy. I had gotten this from Best Buy, too. So we'll get that. And we'll go from one. I can't really put it to keep it down yet. So I'm still paying on this MetaQuest thing. I break them into those four payments.

I do that for everything. The K-L-A-R-N-A app there. So I'm able to get some stuff a little bit quicker, easier. And so we're ready to check out the Nintendo Switch 2. I was able to get it at the original price at Best Buy, which is pretty awesome, which is still but real expensive. So we had to decide that the MetaQuest, 3S Xbox Edition was ready to be moving on.

I'm never really going to use it. It's really fun, though. I like the best part about it, there's two things I like about that. First is that there's a screen inside your headset, so you play it, like having a screen, and the other one is you can see through it, so you can walk around with it on, so that's cool. And then the best part is you don't need to handheld controllers.

Once your hands get acclimated to it, then you just use your hands, so it's really cool. And it was fun, but I'm never really going to sit and use it for anything. I tried to use it in my bed, as we've talked about, but lying down, I thought maybe I could have the headset lying down and have a screen. My little loft bed area, seemed like a great concept, but it doesn't work. No, it does work, but the back head thing just digs into your head and you really can't move around correctly.

I did get it situated where I had the screen and I was playing a game lying down. So it was pretty cool. But it's just not comfortable at all at all. So what else did we do yesterday? We did, I think that was it. I did a little thing with my birds. I got small bird cakes. Made a little stand for all the bird cakes.

I seemed like those. So that's pretty cool. I did a quick little video on that. And then we think I was it yesterday. I worked on my GoFundMe page. I do have a GoFundMe page for anybody that wants to, it's just for me, from all my creativity. I haven't yet made a dollar all for that,

but I fixed that up a little bit, put a video on it and stuff. Eventually, we're going to work on my prayers for pounds. I'm going to open an account for a separate thing for that. Can't really do a GoFundMe for that, but we'll figure out what we're going to do. I'm just taking for my baby steps. we're just talking about it right now again it's going to definitely going to get all of my estate put into some sort of a fund like that that is definitely that fund so that would

if i pass for whatever reason after my mother passes god forbid then uh we'll all just go to that so we'll get that setup it's going to take quite some time to do it i want to do it the official way so we'll get there we'll talk about it a lot though how to do it non-profit all right so let's see what's going on this morning here oh a first hurricane Aaron so I have a feeling iron hurricane is gonna hit it's gonna hit it's direct path of course we and I keep saying this and maybe I'm jinxing myself but it's kind of want to just get it over with we're due here in New England for a direct hit it's just it's just gonna happen sooner later like 20 years due and there's that kind of track that

would go down or go over to the east coast. Usually they go to the east coast and they hit like Carolina and they go up the coast. And they hit directly into one long. So we'll keep an eye on that one. The actual hurricane season peak is now to September the 10th, I mean she said.

My news lady, uh, or weather lady this morning. Setting views of the third interstellary views. We're looking at the news here. Alien Earth Well, I watched the rest of Evil Dead Rising Pretty graphic.

Cool, that was fun. It was fun. Of course, there's a new movie Weapons. I don't know what that's about. That's doing really good in the box office. Weapons too. Teased by Resident Evil director. We'll have to check. that out another new con and that's the director that wants to uh do Resident Evil but completely different I like the one I have that Resident Evil it's almost like the original game it wasn't as popular but in February Resident Evil um Ractam

comes out so it's not even a few months away that's pretty awesome trying I'm not buying any games right now although I did get Switch 2 I got the one that has the Mario cart in it I believe it's a code and not not a cartridge yeah actually I'm looking at another one here I see it's a code so the code I would try I'm gonna try to resell the code they got cheaper you don't didn't even give you the cartridge to sell to resell so when I get the switch to in I will try to sell the code for the Mario I bought a code for split faction which is more of an adult game that I would play on on switch two and then we'll sleep with it and then

wait for the next Zelda game and switch to me I don't know how long I'll have it meaning I may sell it once I check it out it's a very very possible but we'll see all right so no orders I did get a little payment from Etsy a few bucks my my payments when I get any payments from that say it like $10. I had a $4 payment last week. This week I had a $19 payment, so I was a little bit better. So it's not even quite the side quest here on that C, but it is just about a side quest. I think for the average year, maybe I make $2,000 on Etsy. I think that was my payment for my taxes, $2,769 last year. Total sales was $193. So that was last year.

compared to my eBay, which is, so for every two or three hundred sales on eBay, I get one and Etsy. And I had closed Etsy down for a while as well. I wasn't going to use it at all, but then I reopened it and added more stuff. But they do charge you 20 cents per listing. Lots of stuff I never sell, so it's, but if you add up, I have 127 listings times 20 cents. That adds up every few months you get hit with that fee, which is a bummer. all right so let's go to there's actually an Etsy plus that you can get some extra ten bucks may invest in that so let's go to oh Parshmark which is my social

media site with listing as I call it see what that is my closet 326 listings here 1,136 followers and I have no idea I have even one follower I don't even know where they came from or why they're there something they want you to list up you so all of a sudden you just start getting followers so I really would like to put some more stuff up here on Etsy i mean on a pushmark doesn't cost me to be here so that's a good thing i wouldn't put 326 listings just to sit here i was getting charged 20 cents like etzy i wouldn't do it that would make no sense it would make zero cents actually he's going well in the negative but it seemed to me there is positive here and that is the followers or whatever that may bring me

come in not bring me anything but gets my name out there pretty awesome for free and i had things to sell so it's all all pluses there let's go to rs s feed so two days in a row now i did two podcasts i am seeing some action with my podcast here i really enjoyed doing it in the morning and i'll try to keep doing some mid-afternoon ones not every day but my switch to comes in we'll do a whole podcast just on that opening it while doing videos I did quick pros and cons of MetaQuest 3 S Xbox. It was a short one, 10 minutes or so. And I did my little pause one.

There's not a place I can play stuff. So I have three downloads yesterday. 416 in the last 30 days. It's for that one day. It's 351 downloads. I don't know, but just had to catch up with itself. I don't know. So we have Ashburn, who's always there with me.

and you will get some commercials i apologize for that but i need to try to make trying to build another survival quest survival hustle um but i haven't quite got there i'm still at a side well actually between the podcast and youtube i'm not even at a side hustle yet eBay is my only survival hustle In my lifelong, basically. Okay, so let's segue into YouTube. Growing, but we're paying all the way up.

Paying, I don't know. I'm paying a lot, but I've paid enough. I like to see it grow, though. It's really fun. 65,545 subscribers. I passed the 65,000 mark. My average, so this is what's exciting for me. You don't know how pumped I am now. After all these months, even though it's not much, $41.88 is my estimated revenue. That is exciting for me.

For the last three or four, since I got monetized, the best I can get was maybe $30 a month. Then I checked right on Google Adsense, and I'm actually at $60. So I may actually make $100 within two months. That would be so cool. that's an accomplishment and a half from me all the hours of videos and podcasts and everything so my views are 262.2k which is up still that that's where at my but the watch hours are up 1.2k they've been staying way up in the 1.2k as opposed to forever they were in just like 900,000 800,000 they used to be 700,000 so they're going

those are going up 700 so that's that's what's making everything else go up although my bugaboo as we always talk about the average duration 45 seconds so if everyone would watch so when you look at all the subscribers and i talk about this all the time 65 000 545 most them are fake subscribers or they're they're zero they're never going to actually look at what you do they're just kind of click on subscribe and that's it so this is really not really relevant it is and it is from what I from my perspective that I figured out yesterday I was able to click on course I go to recent subscribers and I will subscribe to anybody that subscribe to me most of them are zeros or three so if I'm

looking at the ones now I'm subscribing to these are newer ones zero three three subscribers is what they have for subscribers 27 one with 43 one with five one with zero one with six with five to you see what I'm saying they mostly another zero no somewhat 21 I never see any of the huge subscribers it's one for zero as I'm saying this I'm clicking and subscribing to them 11 subscribers zero zero five subscribers these are all ones still asking YouTube for an auto subscribe button but what I want is all subscribe to subscribe to all ones I can't see fair how can you peek into my my my world but I can't I I may not know who you

are but at least I would I like to get my if you're looking on my end if you're in my little world here I want to be on your as you're subscribed right just gets many so here's more four there's a 1.5k subscriber so that's a bigger one one subscriber zero hundred and twelve so I'll sit here and just click all these these are all the ones ones and fives say we've seen one it's more than 90 and of course I have not subscribed to all 65,000 because most of them are hidden these are all ones and zeros is 17 we'll just look for ones that are bigger oh here's a one hundred eighty seven subscribers yeah I think this is just a fault on YouTube's they're missing

on something here not having a little subscribe because all it will do is that help us little guys get out there. And what happens is, I think a lot of the big, big guys are out there. And they're hiding their subscription so they can check out or check out all the little guys and what they're doing. That's like a little cheat in a way. That's what I think.

And I at least like to be able to subscribe to that. But we just do what we do. Again, you can only do you. Whatever that is, you just do it. and just see where it goes that's what i do try to mix it up add some new fun stuff but you can only do you so my podcast yesterday 23 views for my uh meta quest so now let's see and we did some videos with the uh meta quest 3 s Xbox edition so now drum roll please oh there is no let's go to ebay and see if we did any action with that i'm assuming i'm gonna have some really low

Yeah, so we have, I also have two things here on eBay. First, I just have one thing that's coming in that I purchased. I have to hold the brakes on. No more gaming systems right for a while. Split faction, it's called. It's a Nintendo Switch, too. There's already a lot of games out for Netflix. to switch two I didn't realize that so that kind of pumps me up now well and then I was

looking around oh that's pretty cool but split faction I didn't even know it was out yet is more of a adult game that I would play so we'll check that out out I don't know what's about or anything and that's my only sale but I also have a item not received case that I open about a adapter that this guy still has not doesn't reply to me uh the shipping label just says created but it's never actually been picked up by the uh shipping company by the it'll say accepted by the u.s postal service and his tracking still does not show that so it's just kind of ghost near whatever you want to call it so I opened I had to open a claim on that so I'm going to get them to step in at some point here so that I can get

my money back. It says, yes. It says, you should hear from the cell soon. The issue is it still unresolved by August 15th. You can ask us to step in. So three days more, I've got to wait to get my money back. My mother had this sharp power back thing in any of the special adapter. So I ordered here on eBay and I don't know what happened.

The guy just disappeared. I don't know. Really weird. And I also opened a, uh... I think that's it. I thought I did. Maybe I never did. Maybe I never did.
