Good morning, everyone. It's early. It's 5.37 a.m. I didn't really stick to at late. Well, I always go to bed early anyway. I was in bed by 5.30. I stayed up for about an hour, and then I went to bed. So today is August the 5th, 2025. We're on Tuesday, so we're in the beginning of the work week for all those out there. what's going okay yesterday we spent a whole day with Tandy 1000 EX

from looking at some of the things I had some of the expansions I had three different kinds of expansions to I decided to tear it all down list all the parts all the main parts everything

pretty much took me all day to do that a lot of work Oh, and I also got a good accomplishment on my YouTube page. I've hit 2 million views for my videos, so that's pretty exciting. And I think I might have just surpassed 60,000 subscribers. We'll find out in a few minutes. So it's pretty cool if you think about it. Of all my videos, I have maybe 9,000 or so.

First 1,200, I think I wasn't speaking because I just started doing it. I wasn't sure how we were going to do it, so I just did it as videos. you can just watch what else and then i started uh speaking and uh 10 9000 plus videos later had too many views it's pretty cool it doesn't really it doesn't really generate um any extra income for me a little bit i'm spending more than i'm making i'm i keep saying i'm paying my way to the top i've already promoted like another hundred and some bucks this month uh but we're hopefully someday it will it will pay off i think not positive well let's see what's going on yeah so the whole day yesterday was all about

my attendee 1 000 yeah which is really fun it's really clean inside so uh check the news out here this morning another shooting uh was a shooting pretty much every day now We turn out to talk about all the doom and gloom. It's concentrated on all the good stuff. something else in the news that really was just get rid of business this morning at sea i had a couple orders on at sea something came back i don't know if it's that order we have another order i'd see if we have any feedback uh favorite of my shop light six a very good item excellent seller huh so he must have got his very good item excellent seller that's interesting

and make sure the address is the same and I thought one with them was coming back but that's right now I don't see that happen so pretty cool I haven't seen any more messages from them so we'll just keep open that would be awesome save me all the time and the cost of trying to return one of those will that be fun all right so let's look at pushmark we put that in my daily morning routine just to see how many followers I have I'd be shocked one day if I actually have a sale I gave up on thinking I'm gonna get a sale here more excited about 1,120 followers so it's a little social media site with sales on it and again I said I had that

one offer one time I was like oh I got an offer I thought maybe I'd be consistently get an offer but no not good But, sorry. All right, let's look at my RSS feed. So what I've been doing, my podcast here, going forward and I've been doing it for the last few days or so, that I'll put two links of two videos that I did the day before on the podcast of today. So that way you can see what I was up to. It's how to talk about everything.

So now you can actually see what I was. I'll make note of what things I did the day before, and then I'll put a video to two links. I can do a lot more. What? Something crazy just happened today. How is that possible? It's in a good way, everyone. What?

That's got to be a misprint. It says here I have, in the last 24 hours, I had 351 downloads. That is insane. saying in a good way last 30 days I had 418 all-time 1,097 why did my I usually get one or two that is flippin awesome what did I do to cause that something I must have done who downloaded that many of them doesn't show anybody oh Of anybody's downloading all that, that is really exciting.

It's got to be a misprint, right? Awesome is all heck, but that is so unexpected. I put a lot of time and effort into my podcast every morning. So three, it says in the last 24 hours, I've had 351 downloads for my podcast. And this is monetized now, too, which would be awesome. I would love to see my podcast turn into, can we always talk about it? First is the side quest, I mean, side hustle, just you have a job and you do another something else on the side to make some extra money.

Then there's the survival hustle, which I always do. eBay is my survival hustle, where that's all you do, and that's how you survive. And then there's the far outreached where I've never even got close to. I call it a thrive hustle. that's where you're you know making these these people that say they make it's thousands of dollars a month and videos that's what my goal is really I can't believe that that is so flippantly exciting 351 downloads wow that's pretty awesome I don't know how it's going to I wonder what caused that India is my

96% of my Podcasts are download from India. The United States is only 3%. Maybe we just had a big download. Well, thank you for everyone that I downloaded with you. They're really exciting. So I will keep putting those two links. Maybe that link, putting those links helped.

I know. Speaking of YouTube, let's see if we made the mark. So we did get the 2000. Two million. I'm sorry. Two million. I got two million of years. and I'm not not quite didn't quite make the 60,000 I'm at 59,948 so we're growing all over the place here

oh my revenue went up a little bit too or YouTube I'm at $356. My views have gone significantly up to 253.1k watched hours are up 1.1k so everything we've got a couple of comments that don't seem to make much sense I left for dead n64 I had 20 download 20 views of that but my cool day when I was cleaning up my I started the Tandy 1000 project the other day that 2.1k views buying parts of 1.9k for buying parts it's been a month of eBay selling 1.7 I'll been a few months, so that that's what the, that was with, oh, my bad feedback I got. Everything I possibly could do right, but I still got bad feedback.

That wasn't going to give more money back. Demolition a year later at a down, down the street. to record this is fun journey to record I need them I need them slim PS power supply I think

I sold power supply I still am I expect this the one day to have a few more views than all this episodes so where is it saying at 351 pages and pages of them somebody like download like all my episodes it's really awesome thank you for ever did that it really makes me feel like I'm really accomplishing something although I I feel like I do that every day, working as hard as I do, to know that somehow somebody went back and it looks like maybe I downloaded every one of my podcasts. Plus, I also have a couple of a Project Journeyman, too.

I started doing that. We'll start a Project Journeyman again in the fall. Like it's a little cooler. I don't have the air conditioner on. I've got to get myself a brain skin so I can watch my brain skins on the, um, on the, um, got a little projector put on the wall we're going to do a lot more fun stuff with that it's a little bit more of pain to try to sleep with all that going on i have to use a face mask for all but it's pretty fun so you can see all my project journey man uh just chronicle on my night

uh while i sleep um i wanted to see if i can find something spooky a night time when i'm sleeping but i toss and turn and snore about it's about it all right let's go back to um youtube here yeah so my accomplishment came yesterday it says um two million views achieved on August 4th 2025 and very close I thought maybe I got a little excited I thought I would hit that 60,000 subscribers not subs subs are under the water you eat them subscribers I thought I'd hit that today when I woke up but we're close though to 9,950 more and as I say we paid my way to the top here I said it's the top I'm still a small little YouTube channel, but I do a lot for, and I've invested probably $1,000, probably, I want to say, into pay promotions from going from maybe like 1,800 subscribers to almost 60,000 subscribers.

So between from then to now, that's probably what I've spent. promotions I've made since during that time I got monetized and I've made one hundred two hundred and twenty dollars so minus that from the thousand I probably spent so I'm a negative at eight hundred dollars and right now I'm at thirty five dollars and fifty six cents so again you have to get to one hundred dollars in order to get paid again so I was hoping at some time, someday my YouTube will be my next survival hustle. I could make at least $100.

I was hoping for way before now that I would make at least $100 a week. I really was like $100 a day. Because if you look at the way the ad revenue goes, it's just from zero cents to a dollar. And my average duration is only 24 seconds. That's my bugaboo. Nobody sits and watches my whole videos. Most of them are like 20 to a minute, 20 minutes to an hour long.

Lots of my videos, but I just don't have attention. But you can only do you. So you just do keep doing you and whatever happens happens. That's what I'm looking at. That's what I've been doing. And invests a little bit, upfront invest. And I do that all the time with eBay. I'm upfront invest on systems

and then try to make my money back goal. try to make my money back later and selling parts off so it's basically the same thing at youtube here up front events investing with promotions hoping that i'll get to the point where it'll break even and then i'll start actually not having to promote anymore i am subscribing to everyone that i see that i can see i do that every morning because it's only it seems the logical thing to do and i'm still waiting for the button that says auto subscribe and I want to be able to auto subscribe to everyone

is tens of thousands of people that I can't subscribe to because I can't see them and that's not fair I should be able to be on their side too even if they don't want to be shown on my side I want to be showing right? It seemed like the right thing you should be to fix that

I don't know who the powers would be but I can give them some good other good advice on how to help us little guys that are putting the time the effort and the in the creativity and oh I watched the other thing on the news yesterday this really aggravated crap out of me it's all about YouTube I don't know if you see YouTube he's a content creator uses AI to make fake good advertised good stories they're not real and he gets then he gets like millions of views and

$65,000 a month in income and all that and it's all fake news he uses AI to make fake news even even he's even happy with it but it's supposed to be good good news that people can feel good about but it's not real so at least all my stuff I do is real and no no no AI creations here although I have done some stop-motion things kind of for fun but that's still real I don't think a other. There's a couple things I would like AI to help me to do. So now I'm at $59,955.

So we should be able to hit that $60,000 a month today. I hope. Very exciting. Yeah, so AI, there's a couple ideas I want to use it for for some videos to add a little AI to it, but not to really, just to modify a video, a couple things I want to do. But not to actually make a whole video, it's just completely AI generally completely AI generated I don't see that being in my podcast oh you never know I'm like I'm all as real as genuine as possible every video playing good no I think every

supplies and the cartridge slot was the first one i sold cool uh nintendo mario all the exact games I had. It was one of my maths listings of gaming lots. I've just throwing them up as is you need to fix them. Thanks, great seller. So that's pretty cool. All right. So I have a couple things coming in. Oh, that N64. Let's find out where that is. Let's look first through messages. I might have some. Okay, so Ben Hugh. and it's not a cute still selling that stuff awesome no I don't hold up on that no let's see well I have this controller for it it's got a burn mark on it's untested once half walk really don't want to do a half hacker I'm gonna say no I'll

think I'm all right for sales for now is I will not do the half hacker of course half Acker and one one hit wonder go hand in me so super Mario sluggers there's five dollars I may take that one so I'm gonna take that I had somebody else in that decline to 25 yeah we'll take that that one I'll take so four discs we I didn't I did really really good with all no Wii games not a lot I have so many more list. I just sold a whole thing of rock band, DJ and all that for Wii. I whole bunch.

I'm not a whole bunch. I had seven discs in some of the cases. I sold that set yesterday. So you don't know. We games for some reason are really popular. So I sold that one. Climb that one. 1750, Nintendo.

six oh eight oh oh no oh no oh no it's my oh wait so you see i have 30% off people are still hacking me down but um yeah took the game though the game i was like all right yeah i'll go with that It's just four discs, $30 a show. So let's see. And then I also throw another 5% at my, you get 35% off, but it just really matters. I invest off, and so people just throw whatever they want out there.

But not often, well, I've taken anything further. But I do, because we got lots of bills to pay. And as I always say, this is my survival hustle right here, eBay. really the only place that I make money but maybe someday my YouTube will be in the positive but as of right now it's still way negative but really the only way that I could find it grow all right so let's take let's see look at what we got for sales here anything good oh we got a couple of things so we sold those Mario so that was Mario's Mario sluggers paper sports mix and party 8

I sold Atari's 26 Defective Donor of Motherboards Broken Two of them Find out where those are I sold an N64 cartridge slot

So those are all been listed I don't buy a specific cartridge slot So it's 7446B Which has a number on it So I sold one of those I sold A Xbox 360 the S-1439 trim set.

That's for the top. So the fan, Xbox 360 fan, it's the good fan, the N-I-D-C fan. You don't see the whites of the eyes in the back of the cover on the Xbox 360 fat, it's a good fan. But it has black cover. It has black label, I should say,

and all the rest are void labels. or the green labels the sun on and then I sold a Sony PlayStation side rubber cover and only the ones that have the original model A, V, or E have the little plug that covers the screw hole and that plug does not have a little teeny square on it therefore that makes them the original and you can get to use the other ones the teeny square The plug is the same for every other model. Remember on a Sony PS3 fat, there's a whole alphabet suit, the Sony alphabet suit, A, B, E, then there's a G, an H, K, an L, an M, and a P, all the different models, and all of them have that plug, a couple of screw, but only the A, the B, and the E have the original plug. that has no teeny screw.

So for anybody it's a collector and wants the exact ones that are in there, you don't want the little screw, little teeny square off. That makes it not an original one. Just a fun fact, something I've learned along the way. Always line these things

just from doing stuff all these years. All right, so that's my order. So the pretty basic stuff to pull and ship. Nothing I have to really dig out, except for the Atari 2,600 exact motherboards. I can know where I put those. Those are two. And then I don't know where those are.

Let's see what else we got here. So that gives me a good, good chunk of change to help pay the bill for a month. I've got lots of... So I didn't sell anything from my Tandies project yesterday, but that'll come around. But it's one of those things where you want to get things listed. And then everything else just will happen when it happens.

so that's what we do so we'll send that out and hopefully next month I'm going to invest in a switch to maybe next month well I'll let a couple of the first series get run through and I'll get one that's a little bit newer

I have my Xbox my meta quest 3-S-X-box edition that I've only turned to only put it on my head once I may resell that at some point it's a really cool collective thing so I haven't finished paying that all I break all my payments in order to be able to do all this stuff

into my four payments with that app there K-L-A-R-N-A do for everything over $100 which makes life a lot easier for me if I only make it X amount small per day therefore I can break up payments so right now I'm still in payment mode on there I owe a bunch I'll take that's all done we'll get the switch to then there's some

sort of a rogue thing coming out for ASUS I think for the Xbox but those are really expensive too and I don't think I'll be able to get one of those those will come out in the fall I mean it's coming out around Christmas I think be like a handheld Xbox basically but the you can only use cloud games there's only certain you can't use all your games same with my meta quest that I have the 3S it only does anything that's cloud gaming and not all games will cloud game that you have in your in your library actually I only have two games that could actually play though good games Star Wars games but not everyone's cloud game so therefore

you can't use it on that on your head set it's not you can just pull your inventory and just play any game you want that you own not like that you know I only get three months of the of the Xbox again I haven't built use it at all and even though even then all the Xbox live there there's not many games that are cloud game that you can use it's not the whole library so really really restrict you so all right so let's see about it this morning get a really big bump I mean a huge bump I'm still I'm really pumped about it last 24 hours it says 351 downloads

it doesn't say it doesn't show me anyone of course so if we look at the downloads from I'm back over at my RSSV I'm very excited about it bumped Ashburn, always there with me, six downloads. Israel had one King, United States. Lindale is always there too. McKinney, there. He just says one download, but somebody mustn't download all of them. That's something I can think of.

But pretty fine. I hope everybody enjoys my podcast. I try to keep it real.
