Good morning everyone. It is now after 6 o'clock, so almost 6.30, 6.23 to be exact. So we are in the deepest, coldest part of winter right now. Where we've been in like 6 degrees this morning I think it is. We haven't really had any snow. We had a little bit of snow the other day. But I think February we're going to get walloped with a lot any snow. It was a little bit snowy the other day. But I think February we're going to get a wallop with a lot of snow. That's what I heard of forecasts. That February is going to be very snowy. So.

This is it. We're in it. So. And it's just really, really cold. So I slept in a little bit because of all that. And I had some pretty cool dreams too. So. It's always fun.

When you got a good dream at nighttime while you're sleeping so let's see what's going on today all right i'm up i'm ready to go all my orders done yesterday what did i do yesterday oh i did a little quick little uh live one-on-one stream i put my uh i have another camera holder i found, a phone holder. So I put it in a straight on angle. So I got that one now. So I did that for about an hour. Kind of opened up to questions and answers.

Didn't really get any, but I think we'll try it. Let's see. And I was working on some GameCube stuff earlier. So I continued on that while I was doing the hour one-on-one feed and I also uh oh I tested my Sega Genesis cartridges that I have they're they're they're remakes but they're ones that are really really expensive so it's really cool that I have now I have some I don't really care if it's an original or not that is zero relevance for me. I'd rather have the remake for a few dollars than a sealed original for thousands of dollars.

No thank you. Makes no sense. It would just sit on your shelf. You'd want to play it, wouldn't you? At least I would. I don't know. I don't quite get the whole collecting. I was collecting stuff for a while uh as i was working on getting one of every system

didn't quite make every system but i had a lot of fun stuff uh but eyeballs i've so once i've got once i got them i did some videos kind of went through them a little bit uh it's kind of a been there done that and then i traded them all away uh so i'd go on to more computer stuff instead so yeah i'm not a collector uh except for i do have my little collection of um mandalorian uh yodas that i like so that's kind of a collection. But anything that I'm not going to, I'm not going to invest in $800 for a sealed cartridge game. There's lots of them that I've been cross-referencing while I'm doing games in cartridges that are in the eights, the nines, the thousands. I would never in a million years invest in any of that kind of stuff just to put on your shelf I don't get it all right so let's see what the

morning brings here so breaking news pressure looks like he said lawsuit so we have the two main football games this weekend Washington and Eagles and then bills and Chiefs of course as it was going to end up building Chiefs so we'll see. And let's see. So I'm already starting to see some history. This says U.S. Coast Guard deploys special forces to Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii. Under the new orders of our leader. Tell you, that's what I said, you gotta hold on to your hats.

It's gonna get crazy, crazy, crazy. Hopefully for the good way. But we'll see. Alright, so it looks like it's saying something about Netflix explodes into a new error so let's get the new error what is that about and 18.9 million viewers there's so many movies you can watch forever I I don't really watch movies anymore. I should. I have Netflix.

I have the cheap version. The $67. $67. So. We'll see. Looks like the Patriots are going to bring back Josh McDaniels, which is cool. He was really good, actually.

He didn't really get a fair chance at the Raiders. And they got rid of him and the Raiders got ten times worse. So, that was, you know, bonehead moving. They often do that. Coaches fire coaches thinking, and then it gets worse. Kind of like

Alright, so let's go get some this morning oh two more now last time i said two it wasn't that do i have orders or not let's see i do not it's that finance thing let's get rid of that nonsense gets me excited i get a pop-up of something that shows I might have orders but they're not. They're just offering me other things

that I don't need. So. Okay. So we got out of that. So nothing in the Etsy this morning. Although I did get a few dollars

in a payment today from Etsy which really, really helped. Let's see if I get more downloads oh I did uh we went on to Nintendo Wii and Wii U yesterday. A little brief overview of the games, the discs and whatnot.

So Wii U had more games than I thought, over 700 Wii U games. Although the lifespan was really small because Switch came out and then they transferred a lot of games right over to Switch. I was going to do switch 2 yesterday switch and switch 2 but i i uh i just stopped at wii and wii u it's about 20 minutes it's good enough so i had four uploads last night so i'm over 300 uh all time for my podcast here which is very exciting for me

i find it very fat interesting and uh I always like to see where it goes. As I always say. It's the. Message in a bottle over the internet ocean. Somewhere way out. I wonder where that is. So the dots. That's the thing I love.

Looking at the dots. To see where it pops up around the world. Maybe that's Portugal. Yeah Portugal. That must be where that world. Maybe that's Portugal. Yeah, Portugal. That must be where that is. I don't know. It doesn't give you... It just shows the map itself.

I don't know the regions of the world at all. I just see a dot that I haven't seen. And I believe that's coming up as Portugal. So that's pretty cool. The world is actually pretty big if you think about it so

we're there, alright so let's see let's go on to YouTube so YouTube again I did I did a live stream earlier while I was doing my GameCube stuff, testing some power boards and I was then I tore down my

little screen set and then after I did all my power boards I rebuilt it so I got my own little purple reset and oh my my purple steering wheel works so I was doing road rage but I was doing it backwards so I couldn't really see it while I was trying to do another live stream so we're going to come up with another plan I have a multi port out HDMI somewhere well I found one but I don't think it works meaning I can

port out have a screen where I can see it and then have it turn towards the live stream and then do some stuff like that maybe Have a screen where I can see it. And then have it turn towards. The live stream. And then. Do some stuff like that maybe. Although I did try doing some. While gameplay.

While doing live stream. Or. And it didn't really seem that. Popular. So I haven't really done it. Alright. So let's see Where we're going to go here Oh we're going to YouTube See how we're doing Big fan of my YouTube

It's growing It's definitely growing But I just can't get any Help Financially wise Oh it's worth going but I just can't get any help financially wise. Oh it's worth it. 13,545 subscribers. Revenue has not changed. It actually went down again.

$36.55. Let's see. Oh, I did the second angle of me catching my hamster, my buddy Rocket. So I had some good views for that. Of course, I promoted it, which helps. Always helps. I just do like $10 promotions or AI bias I'm not sure what that means yes thank you so some guy wrote AI and then BS awesome I'm sure what that means sure it's not good. I try to stay positive

and upbeat as possible. Awesome. I just put awesome. I like to reply if I see a comment. I've had a lot of comments lately, which is cool. Views are about the same. Watch time is about the same.

Subscribers have gone up a little bit since yesterday. Not significantly. But we're well into the 13,000 subscribers. So that's where I appreciate every single one I get. Everyone's very important.

And I hope they find a lot of fun stuff to watch here. See, if I don't promote something, I did my youtube uh my video of um gamecube playing around with my purple gamecube yesterday and i only had 10 views so if i promote it i'll get maybe i'll get a few hundred views but i just can't keep i'm just going negative more into negative keep promoting stuff so kind of have to chill out on that now. So I'm just going to put up what I do and that's it for now.

I have one other one I promoted and let's see what that one's doing. That one was the one I did the, oh, the one-on-one of talking about YouTube Honest Reality Check. So that's the one I did. I put $20 into that one. And $10 was on my other live angle. And that is it for the month. So I said, I think YouTube should give you like a $200 credit towards promotions. And then you can mix up, send out some promotions like I do,

like $10 here and there. Ones that you think are good videos, and it'll rack up more views for you. And it's a win-win for everybody, I think. But right now it's me investing. But I'll almost maybe at the end of this month have $100. So maybe I get my first $100, which is just going to offset about $300 in promotions. So it gives me the negative.

But it is what it is. So we're just trying to make the best of it and see where I can go with it. It's come a long way. When I was doing these stats the other day. What did I say? I was at like 200 and something in 2023. And then even November 2024. I was at only 1,185 subscribers. And then I just flew up now to where I'm at.

so that's the question about that let's see what this order is I've won $23 oh yeah I can do that all right so that's a bottom cover case rather for the uh ps3 slim uh the super slim rather i should call i should put super slim in there just this slim uh 4001b i've sold a lot of the top slider covers uh but not many i just think it's the first bottom case i've sold so we'll definitely take that so just only he took a couple dollars off of what i had the listing for

as an offer and that's what an offer is for i'll do that if you do uh if you give me a half of what i have my listing for i will decline it uh any i don't do half offs and plus i also have some discounts anyway so i decline 90 99.9 percent of the time uh and i only accept a little bit and that's and the reason why is most times offers are really really low and i don't do any counters because it's just a waste of their time and definitely wasting my time so it's a pretty basic concept if you sent me an offer like this next offer is seven dollars i'm gonna decline it because i i what am i to do with $7? Now it costs me $8. It's the Xbox One 1787 hard drive, the Caddy. I have it for $13, which is basically now my minimum order is $13. He offered me $7.

Now, post office is going up again. Even if I shipped one screw, and i kind of say this all the time but i just kind of wanted to make you understand it a little better is even if i ship one screw i put it i have to put it in a little box i don't use padded envelopes normally uh so even a screw if i put it in that little box and it's going to be about two ounces maybe once in a while you get something one but usually it's two ounces. So two ounces shipped anywhere in the country from here in Rhode Island is well over $4 now. eBay fees are another buck and a half.

Then the box and stuff. So it's almost eight bucks now. And it's still going up. It keeps going up. That's why I'm trying to find other ways to sell stuff other than small parts because it used to be great but now it's the shipping cost is just chipping away at any few bucks that i could make so therefore my minimum order has gone it used to be at ten dollars and then my minimum order went up to twelve12, but now I'm actually going to go up to $13.

So this guy's getting declined. So there's one. I accepted one, but I'm not accepting $7 because I'd have to pay him $1 to ship it, and that's not happening. So, again, I have free shipping, but free shipping is not free for me. And I'll always have free shipping because it's just a lot easier to do listings as free shipping. I just decline everything. Pretty simple stuff. And normally I'll see that offer.

I'll decline it and then I'll never hear from the buyer again. Which is kind of great because I couldn't afford them anyway. Once in a while I'll get another offer like another dollar. Or sometimes people throw change at me. Oh, don't throw change at me. Don't give me an offer with change in it i don't want to hear that so the next thing i'll get is like a seven dollar and fifty cent offer so then that really gets me going i decline that and then maybe i'll get eight so then what'll happen is after like a few more offers of these little change or dollar once in a while i'll get a buyer uh contact me what's

going on how can we not take my offers and then i just kind of let them have it and then i never hear from again because uh because i don't i don't want to deal with it because i'm done with change offers and all that so for so if you need so the way i look at it this is a service i'm giving you you're ordering something from me. You're getting a door-to-door service. And I normally ship the same day. And you're telling me that you can't buy that for $13. Where do you get door-to-door service for $7?

So what I've always said is you take, all right, so you take your $7. And you go to the store your local store or you can even go to a convenience store take your seven bucks go to the convenience store and go in there and see what you can buy but before you go there it's going to cost you eight dollars to get there then see what you can buy that's how i look at it again for door-to-door service if i can't i need to pull out at least uh one or two dollars per order i gotta have that at least i mean i think i earned that door-to-door service from me in rhode island to you what most things i ship are in texas and cal. You get them in a couple days.

I mean, I'm cheaper than Timu. Pretty much. Alright, so let's see my orders. That was my little ramble this morning. I sold my Neo Geo disk drive. Yeah, cool. It's the front loader. The disk drive assembly.

I sold that. So that'll help me out. I sold Nintendo Wii. Two different Wii U actually. Two different things from Wii U. One's the side the two side grills. And then one's the for the console

long back panel that slides off too. Different buyers. And then I sold a Xbox One S 1681 fin fan.

So the 1681 the S had two different kinds of fans in them. The original one was the copper fin fan 2016 and 2017 they went cheaper with a different kind of metal fan. I hope I can find those.

It's one of those things I haven't done in a while. I have no idea where it is. And then I just sold this thing for the bottom case for the slim. So that's my little thing for this morning. I'm sticking to it. So later on today we're going to do Nintendo Switch.

We'll go through the Switch cartridges. And then we'll look at. We'll look at. Nintendo Switch 2. See if I can get some specs on it uh i'm assuming all the newer stuff 4k 8k hdmi 2 wi-fi 7 new bluetooth stuff like that should all be there we'll find out so we'll do that later on today i'm not sure if the specs are out yet and usually my buddy Zippy AI is behind so if something new comes out it doesn't know about it yet so it's not
