So let's move that back a little bit more.
Let's see where I put my technical equipment.
Camera gets where I'm at, I think right here.
Yeah, that should be on. that
should be on
make sure my camera is on again
I have to double check it here
alright
so we'll get situated here and we'll
that one is some sort of cold the the Sunday today is the uh,
in the March
and it's like uh, zero degrees out this morning
really really really cold
we went from nice warm weather
not so nice
but then we're gonna get back into the warm
let me see if I can set
change the the the the the
the
the
the
the
the
the
the
the
the the the time to get there but we did. Thousands and thousands of hours so we'll go
through my YouTube here. So I'm at 20,011 subscribers.
Of course they always say subscribers. My viewing hours have gone way down.
I'm doing a little bit less videos. Try to keep it consistent on a daily basis as best I can. the the So we'll look at my numbers here. You know, I'm always on the other end of YouTubers.
I'm the small channel that could, but it doesn't produce anything monetarily wise.
However, I did get my first $100 payment after four months.
But as of today, the last month I was only at $27.43.
So it takes me four months to make $100.
It doesn't seem to matter how many subscribers you get.
It's basically just content. If you don't have really good content or things that people really want to watch, and for an hour live feed people coming out but it didn't stay too long. I usually try to
get as fresh as possible. So I will go through my numbers and compared to maybe
other people out there that are trying to make a living on YouTube. Which to me is impossible.
Thank goodness I have my eBay store,
which is my lifeline.
Look, I got my eBay store, I got my Etsy store.
eBay store, so that's where I sell stuff.
Etsy's my smaller store.
Here's my Etsy store.
I'll go promote on here.
So I use YouTube as a way to promote stuff.
I can't really make money on YouTube.
So I have been, when I do my eBay store listings,
I do a 60-minute video, put it up on the eBay listing, and
then I put it as a short on YouTube.
Kind of like a mirror back and forth, try to run some more business to the store.
It's really the only way I can use YouTube as any sort of...
This is my eBay store here.
More orders too.
I've got more orders too.
That's cool. That's a few orders.
This is my eBay store here.
Pretty fun.
I've been doing... I got 27k, 27,000...
Parts sold. 1.4k subscribers on here. the the I'm doing a little one-on-one. We'll go through YouTube, show you where I'm at.
My revenue has, again, we'll go to my channel analysis here.
my peaks in value are going way down my view average is 68.3k
watch hours is 740.8
this is significantly lower than it probably was a month ago
revenue $27.43
so it doesn't seem to matter how many subscribers you get
it doesn't seem to matter how many subscribers you get, it doesn't actually reflect.
And I think most of these subscribers are zero.
A lot of them you can't see, so you don't even know who they are.
So I'm not really sure how it even helps.
So my Wacky Wizard, I started doing my second...
I started doing my second... I started doing my second...
It's a little stop motion, trying to do some other fun creative things for...
gaming related, kind of, sort of.
For here.
So that one got me 2270 views.
And...
I just did that last week. Pretty fun.
You'll learn how to do more of those.
I did one with my Yotas too. My Yotasity do more of those. I did one with my Yoda's too, my Yodicity I called it.
I did it at long angle, but I'm gonna do another one
on the opposite way.
I have so many more Yoda's over here.
You like to...
And these are all the different ones I've had.
For reviews.
So the revenue is always the key.
Actually, revenue is more of a bonus.
Now I can see in October,
you can see here,
October, when I first started,
when I first got monetized, the Reality sets in pretty much That you're really nothing you only everything is incense from zero
to a dollar
It's kind of where?
these sort of revenues made or
even her video
Now you're mostly you don't get any live feeds. I'm getting any
any revenue at all. So if we look here October, $2.60. November was my full month $27.85.
December for some reason I had $41 which is big for me $41.87. It was like my big month. I don't know what I was doing different. I've significantly put more videos up since then
January went down to $34.75 and then February
tanked down to $20.60
So the revenue of the first one two three four
Four months finally got me over the hundred dollar mark
Therefore I got my first Google plan.
However as I told before most of my videos I have to promote. Small promotions. I'm down to five dollar promotion. What I'll do is I'll take a long video that I'm doing, it seems pretty cool, and then I'll throw a five hour promotion,
cut it down to the shortest amount of time.
So a good example is,
this last video I did here,
which was yesterday, I was doing,
yesterday I was doing,
oh, MagniVox 2, I'm working on MagniBox 2 motherboard and promoted it for about an hour video for $5.
If I don't promote it, maybe I'll get 12 or 15 views.
But if I even put $5 as a promotion, it could run up to 173.
I mean, obviously I could do a lot more.
So I think still overall, this month I know I spent over $100 on promotions.
So I got $100 back.
So this month was a push for what I got paid for Google promotions and what I spent.
It's kind of a push, as they call it.
The prior months, I'm still negative
about 300, 400 bucks promotions.
But it's really wrong with that.
I mean, unless you have significantly ways
you can attract people, it's all about,
and I always go through, it's not showing right now, It's all about, and I always go through,
it's not showing right now,
it's all about the average duration.
My duration is 30 seconds, 40 seconds,
which doesn't even really get you into a commercial,
therefore you never really make revenue.
And it's that weird loop, you get in this loop
of once you do get monetized,
then you get commercials on your videos and
then nobody wants to watch them because they could get top-up commercial. You know what I'm saying? So then you kind of don't win there.
Which, no. But we'll go through some, I've got lots of, I also use IQ, which is this right here, which is a,
I use IQ which is this right here which is a it is some sort of a helper for your channel not sure how it's actually helped my channel but I use it anyway and of
course it's a subscription IQ here but I can use IQ it's mostly more just gives
you the stats down below it says 37 seconds of
average duration so for it then I use go through this all the all the you go to
content I always go to all the tabs I've hit them all videos got tons and tons of
videos shorts do shorts all the time, mostly the 60 seconds still.
But I still do a few of the 30, I mean, three minutes rather.
So we have tons and tons.
So and then live feed, I do at least one live feed a day,
at least, mostly an overview from that angle.
I don't really go over my desk this way. The live feed has to be vertical and has to be on your phone or any sort of
retention. Then posts or you can repost your videos to all your
subscribers. Playlists is the last thing I learned how to do.
It's basically just categories.
So I've got 12 categories, you can put 12 categories.
Playlists on your main page.
And then kind of separate stuff
so people can find it a little bit better.
So that's helped a little bit.
And then podcasts, podcasts I've been doing now
for a couple months.
I started out doing three of them,
then I went down to two, now I'm just doing one.
One still, my Groundhog Day.
Kind of a wake up of what's going on for the day.
Basically, usually I get up every day,
some of them out of my bed, right there.
I turn my computer on, my stores open, shops
up, and I'm ready to go. I'm already doing work at it. We have like this morning I got
to five. It's five o'clock, we're doing answering messages. This is for eBay, answering messages, printing out all my orders. And then I spent the day doing orders. It's
a Sunday so I can kind of not do it. And then promotions. This is the key for me. The only
way I probably have gotten this far is through promotions. But even like I said, so if you
look here, I've been doing doing average my promotions went way down average
down to $5.00 promotions
but they add up after a while
and it'll still even so a promotion pretty much does is just help you jump the line just a little bit
just to maybe get some views and then hopefully you can bring a few people in
and I get to do it,. If I do $20, I significantly will get more views.
But I can't really do it. So down to five bucks. But it does help. So my last view,
my last promotion right now, my 89 cents I spent.
It says, uh, 247.
And yesterday, uh, the day before I was doing, um, television to motherboards.
I did that. I promoted that video by books.
I'm at $2 and 27 cents spent.
And then it just kind of goes where it goes.
You have no control over it.
It shows you how many.
And with promotions, I always use audience growth.
Video views doesn't seem to really help at all.
Audience growth is the only one that
seems to view obviously more subscribers, which is always
nice.
So that's where all my promotions are so we go back to analysis
here so my my overall since way back in February I was up to hit six thousand thousand four hundred five now I'm way down
I was down to like one thousand five hundred seventy seven
these are around the same amount
trying to mix up
doing different things I can think of so here's shorts
new viewers 21.9 videos, 24.9k, live streams, 6.7, return viewers,
shorts, subscribers, shorts, plus 22, 224. and And then maybe a little bit of other stuff. But it's kind of really what I do.
And then, like I said, my eBay store.
eBay's time to integrate some more AI stuff here.
Let's see what that is here.
And then some feedback on my eBay.
It's been pretty good. Feedback's been good. I try to do everything
perfect as I go along with every order. However, sometimes things go wrong. Usually when they
go wrong, they go very wrong. So I have zero negative or zero neutral feedback in the last month.
However, I've had seven, 12 months, I've had seven,
so most of that, seven neutral and five negatives.
Some of them are really, really negative.
But the only good thing is after one year, those go away.
Usually any of those are buyers that since blocked
wanted to that kind of problem that buyer again everything else is pretty good
that's we like to see a lot of fun positive again, if I can go through some of the ones, I'd like to talk about the negative ones, because they're kind of interesting.
It's just kind of my selling history of what's going on. of them were things that either... normally something I did, but once in a while I did something. Mostly it's something that the buyer says something doesn't work and I sent it working.
I did not describe... so this was the ports, Gamecube ports. Port 2, 3, and 4 are hardly ever used used and I cleaned them all out. They were all tested one port
You know a bit more and
This guy's had fit about it
Product was fine as described the customer service. Oh, this is enough overhead
Return things that weren't supposed to return
It's a mock on it
like the mock-all turn things that weren't supposed to be returned. Was that a mock on it? I'll need to do a click to mock off.
It's really stuff like that.
This one, I had two disc drives issues
with PS3 Fats
that were fine when I shipped them.
And then this guy told me that
the hard drive that I
sold in bad sectors
and didn't ship to.
Those are the kind of things you get.
Selling gaming parts is extremely hard. bad sectors and ship doing. Those are the kind of things you get.
Selling gaming parts is extremely hard.
So Etsy's been pretty much really better.
So Etsy, 2,400 sales since I shut it down
for about three months and I reopened it
a couple months ago.
A month ago, I think.
It's like my little, I call it my side quest, Etsy store.
It's the same stuff, just different place.
Smaller mountain, but Etsy's supposed to be $20 or,
I'm 20 years or older.
So, no, I can't put everything on the Etsy store. In order to put things
on Etsy, I have to use a migration program from eBay. It's not called Cart2Cart, it's
called EasyCart or something. You migrate all your eBay to that website, and then you
website, and then you literally have to take one listing at a time to migrate to eBay because it's not one for one. It's a little different. So you have to do it by each individual individual
thing. So I've only added a few things, but I'm going to add more to my Etsy store. Again, it also has to be 20 years old.
Lots of things on my eBay are not 20 years old.
So that's the feedback there.
The store.
Feedback's been pretty good good Etsy's and pretty good feedback. I haven't had many
I just had one major one. I hadn't heard about
from that one. So,
those are all some feedback right there. So, lots of
screw sets and stuff like that. So, that
PS1 top cover. Lots of screw sets and stuff like that.
PS1 top cover.
Top covers, bottom covers, all those things are just
sell more than they do these stuff inside.
Screws, gain flaps, stuff like that.
All these things sell.
All these things are actually working.
Plus they sell motherboards and they sell things that either work or they don't.
Lots of buyers can use the motherboards for defective donor.
Take parts off them. Or it might work.
Let's go back through Seagull. through... see what we're going to do. Alright, so we're going on to... my audiences
is turned
4.4K
viewers, see most of the time I'll get a
view and then I'll not see a view.
Or we'll have sometimes I have, oh, so this is another one of these subscribers.
So although it says I have 20,000 subscribers, many of them are, it says only includes users
who have made their subscriptions public.
There's lots of people that have their subscriptions hidden.
Not sure why that is.
So, I don't really, it really can't,
there's not 20,000 here.
Usually I'll click on subscribe.
Somebody subscribes to me, I'll subscribe to them.
There's no auto subscribe for some reason.
You have to kind of go see them and go through.
Check them out.
Check them out.
Make sure that I'm missing.
There's not 20,000 on my list here.
Maybe there might be 1,000 if that.
So that's why I think a lot of these subscribers that shows are
just fake ones
Yes, these are posts here you can go to posts you can go to posts you can
Take one of your videos and then repost it to all your subscribers
These ones are doing is I'll just put like a short word
into something
Every posting I hit all the things we'll go through some of the
so I go to
Down here I use IQ, which is what gives me achievements.
IQ is more of an achievement thing.
So you can look at some achievements.
In this last month, 20,000 subscribers achieved on March 2nd.
One million views achieved on pasted to get 1. 1 million views achieved on PaceTube.
You get 1.5 million views.
So if I can get one penny for every view,
that'd be cool.
That would make sense.
Not so fair.
And 20,000, 20K likes achieved on February 17th.
So IQ is more of a place to get to.
To see how things are going.
12.5k hours watched.
On pace to be 15k hours watched by April 25th.
So April 8th, my birthday, I'll be 57, 600 comments, and then top performing month is in January at 8.3k subscribers, 123k views. So you can see what some of your accomplishments have been. It's more of a
status thing really. Unless you can figure a way to... I'm on the other spectrum of all the videos you see the top and high-end
Professional youtubers where making all the money or supposedly and
reaching
4,000 hours in two days or
months and
Thousands and thousands of videos you but again, it's the reality of what you get there little depressing but the And trying to come up with some new ideas going forward. I wouldn't be going outside now, it would be nice outside.
So we'll always have some videos doing the wall and silly stuff like that.
Try to keep it as fresh as possible.
And of course always be nice.
And speaking of gaming, I just picked up, we'll do a quick review. I picked up, oh Monster Wilds.
Monster Hunter Wilds?
We used to have the original Monster Hunters.
The thing I didn't like about it back then, now I still don't like about it now, is when
you actually fight with the actual monster, your weapons are a wimp, and you just die.
So I like the new Monster Wiles,
pretty cool, Monster Hunter Wiles,
except you can't kill anything.
It's own, the fighting part of it is,
it's a little piece of art, I understand.
Well, I'll try some more,
we'll plan a little bit, yeah, It's got a cool story.
I never even tried Monster Hunter Rise.
I did download it the other day, but I haven't played it.
But you're in Monster Hunter Wild, you're in the camp, the encampment,
where you're set up there, and then the premise is basically all the same.
You just have to create stuff, and find stuff,
and kill stuff, and after that, it's basically
the same game over and over again.
But it's a good time.
A little expensive.
The thing we did a shot.
Really been playing, actually the game I wrote,
and this takes place in the desert sea
it reminds me of the Dune
it has a ship that floats in the sand
sand creatures
so that's a good picture, graphics are pretty good
story is really neat the Plus there's no way to just buy games anymore. I have a PS5 that's all digital, so once you get the game it's yours to keep forever, like it or not.
I can't really sell games anymore. I do have lots of PS4 games for sale. along with me. So let's go in. Let's go back to my YouTube here.
Talking about food and food.
Oh, community.
Let's talk about community.
This is fun.
I put my comments back on a couple months ago.
And one of the main reasons why I took comments off
is because of the hamster mafia, as I call that.
Over the years, I've done tons of videos
of all my hamsters, my guinea pigs, my bird,
cleaning them, doing all kinds of fun stuff.
I enjoy them.
They're great for you.
You get a sense of caring and all that good stuff,
which I really enjoy. They're great for you. You get that sense of caring and all that good stuff, which I really enjoy.
Good for me.
It gets you up, and they depend on you 110%.
So it's good when you get up first thing in the morning,
make sure you get fresh food, water,
and all that good stuff every day.
And then at night, time before you go to bed.
I enjoy that.
And then, well, so,
I started getting these comments way back when the
Hampstead Mafia I started calling. Saying no matter what you do, it's not the right way to do it.
The cage is too big, the cage is too small, the stuffing is not thick enough, too high. It's like a
never-ending nonsense. So let's go back to that. So hamster mafia. I put my comments back on a few months ago
and I really haven't done much hamster. I just seen that my buddy Rocket the other day and then I got the hamster mafia.
So let's read about this. So this is from Silver, Silver Flamebird. I love that you want to give the little guy the best life
he can have.
Might want to give more bedding to borrow
in a little more space through because his cage feels,
so from his,
my cage, his cage feels small from where he is.
There's a YouTuber called Victoria Rachel.
She wants a place to start.
So I need to go to her.
She knows very much about hamsters.
And then I was like, oh, the hamster mafia has arrived, blah, blah, blah, blah.
And then Silverflame Bird was, what do you mean the hamster mafia?
I was trying to be helpful.
I just, I used to keep a hamster like that
back when I was young.
Because that shop told me to do.
So again, anything that I'm doing is not good enough.
That means you're putting your business
where it doesn't belong.
You have to ask me what the hamster mafia meant.
Like you say, it's like my mother used to say,
if you have nothing good to say, don't say it.
My buddy says, I got all kinds of tubes in there.
Plus my little rocket, he's a little,
so he's like the size of a peanut.
The little guy flies around.
He's got tubes, and he says,
oh, and then he says, the tubes are okay,
but the borrowing, you need to have 25 centimeters.
And I was like, in the United States, they only use inches.
I don't know what 20 or something is.
But again, just not thick enough.
No, what you do is not enough.
Forks and diptych cage are really bad for amateurs.
So the cage that he's in is bad.
Tubes are bad.
Height is bad. And this is why I call it the amps
and monitors, it's just never ending.
And I told them to go away and I haven't had that so that's good.
Sometimes if you go way back to my really early videos, all the comments came back on,
I'd shut them off and go away.
So when I turn the comments back on,
all my old comments were way, way in the beginning.
So my hamster was getting beat up by this hamster model.
Now I'm surprised I hadn't heard you.
Just do this.
So that's comments.
So comments I've had for a while.
All pretty cool.
You want to ask questions or anything? I'll reply if I see it.
Get weird. And then I'll get a little snippy back.
Call it rude if you want. It seems like it's something that you're degrading me or saying I'm doing other than what I am. I
Know my buddy's nice
And I just think I was keen to do my little rocket so fast
after I cleaned his cape
Anybody else that would have gotten him would have probably lost him
So fast. I mean I made that little short
When I first got my buddy rocket rocket I didn't realize how fast
it was and he got it out of the cave back in on my cat like reflexes able to
catch him get it back in I cut that long video I'm there a little short out of it
that will see it's unexpected you did it once or two, one time after that. I was cleaning the mouth out there.
So I got to be really careful. So I take very good care of my mouth.
I just recently lost one of my guinea pigs, which I was really sad about.
It's a brownie.
Recently lost one of my other hamsters. The other of their life cycle is very short. the Rockets. And they're just me.
You can't really like my buddy rocket.
I can't take them out.
I just meant to look at and take care.
I tried to get him out.
Alright, so that's my eBay.
eBay's got something new going on. So, you start to see a little bit more integration of AI into eBay.
There's some sort of a new carousel. eBay stores redesigned many details. There's some sort of a carousel.
More images.
So carousel billboard on your store page.
Press shoppers receive luggages.
There's carousel. It's great AI.
See AI you can write.
What I want AI to be able to do for
eBay
is first crop my photos.
Not black, back up to black.
Background is
cropable.
And other things like that.
The only thing really you can
integrate with AI on eBay is
store the data.
Alright, so we're going to...
It also says you can put photos, photos onto eBay AI will make your
list I get to try it I wrote something and do it my own way
so some of this is known there
our cell
Aerocell. Something interesting.
No, opposite.
Just putting a video.
So just adding a video and redesigning
something. Ebay is my lifeline basically.
And Google's through that.
So we're videoing.
So something new for eBay.
I haven't seen any integration of AI at all for Etsy.
And for YouTube there really isn't much integration of AI either.
If you go to earn here, like I said we're going to earn they have what they call brand contents but I
figured out how to use that. We're supposed to just talk about someone's
product and then you get a percentage. It doesn't really specify how to do it.
Then the shopping, I have a couple of shopping that I've sold. Super and gifts that really hasn't done anything. I did have one time I had a super chat where I made nine dollars.
It was on a live feed.
That's something you probably can do.
I'm just looking for ways to obviously make a little more, a few more bucks.
And I really haven't put any time into TikTok.
Or I'm not sure why that's going.
Although it's funny because initially,
my YouTube only had a few subscribers when it started.
2030.
My TikTok was at like 1,000.
And that was growing to like 3,000.
And my YouTube was only just a 200.
And all of a sudden, it just kind of went a lot
higher.
Now it's at 20,000.
But my TikTok, they stopped putting anything on there.
Still not 4,000.
So, just going to go through and see what else I can show you guys.
If you're interested, you know what's going on, how I do things.
It's probably not the way to do it, but it's the way to do it.
I tried to hit all the, I don't know, copyright problems.
I often see people with copyright problems. The only time I have a copyright problem is if I'm testing, I'm doing a video
testing like a GameCube and while I'm doing a video I turn one of the games on to test it.
For some reason that game causes a copyright. So I can't do anything with that because of video,
I can't do anything with that, there's a video game or anything, copyright. Community here, that's all your comments.
So many.
Analysis gives you that overview.
My podcast, which I still do every day, every morning, has 623 views, 13.2 hours.
Now I'm going down to one now, just my early morning one.
I was doing a mid-afternoon system podcast.
And I used to do them for like 20 minutes.
However, I ran out of ideas.
I went through all the systems.
I'm going to re-go through things again, pick a system, talk about it, and I usually bring AI and my buddy Zippy in
and get some really detailed information about it.
I was doing it.
And then I kind of stopped.
And then the night time I was doing some stories.
Have an AI create some stories for me.
That's pretty fun.
A little bit smaller. So that's my analysis here. Have an AI create some stories for me.
So it's my analysis here.
So I have peaks and valleys.
Most of the ones I've seen you see all these Hasn't yes, yes without advertising
Yeah, I only get to like
Short feet
Us age is usually around I don't pay attention much to any of the analysis actually.
Bottom line is if you're actually getting revenue or not.
That's usually the telltale. You're getting something or not.
Mostly in general, not.
That's cool though. I made it to 20,000 subscribers. Now we'll go on to the next one.
We'll just keep building.
At the end of the day I started YouTube as a supplement to my eBay just because I was
doing videos.
I mean I was always doing gaming stuff.
I went and said let's make some videos while I'm doing it.
We go way back to my earliest videos.
The space was small. Over the last year or so I've
really upgraded. That's the key. I'm kind of at the pinnacle that I can upgrade. I don't have any
bigger space or anything. I'll use the best camera I can find. And then we just go from there.
And then we just go from there.
Let's go subscribe if you live there. There's places that teach you how to do stuff.
But you can only just do you, you know what I mean?
So whatever that is, just do it and see what happens.
It's kind of how I am. Just throw things against the wall and see what sticks.
Most things do not. Some do.
And if they do, they do a little bit.
Let's see.
Oh, I want to show you where the range of the revenue is.
For my end.
This is for my end. So the range of revenue is down here. So it goes from zero
75 cents that's by the range of or
Whenever I would make any sort of revenue on any sort of video
my peak
Is two dollars and.18 or something like that.
My low is $0.49.
So I can say so from $0.49 to $2.18, my high and low.
And everything is in cents. You often see, I really don't want to watch other people's videos.
I'll look. They're showing hundreds of dollars of range.
I have 89 cents to a dollar and 90. It's kind of my range. Down to $1.06.
My lull was $0.49. It does add up, but it takes
four months to make $100.
$0.74.
You can see those.
see those. So, so some like one video was two cents, made two cents on the open video. Someone watching seven cents, one dollar and thirty four cents. This is a day where I want to meet $2. There's no rhyme or reason of where. $0.11,
$0.00. And then another one I made $1.01. So these are the key ones to understand what's going on.
You're only in the zero to two dollar range,
but this one is zero to a dollar.
Three cents, seven cents.
Even with all the videos I have, it doesn't matter.
Usually once you put a video up, it's actually, if you go back to it, it's pretty slim.
Get one shot at it. Although I do have categories and
playlists to help you kind of look back. It doesn't work that way. Even that people's small change in pocket, I mean cents, pennies, areas.
So we see when it views here, when we added the Wi-Fi card, and I got all 76 cents there. $1.48.
It takes you thousands of views to get into that much.
Unless there's something you can do that somebody sits and watches the whole thing.
A lot of people watch it.
So now when I do live feeds, like I'm doing over here, I'll get a lot more views on live feed.
More people come in and out.
My live feed has been like this.
Come in and out.
When I end the live feed, it'll show me how many people came in and out.
It'll also say how many hours are watched
because if a lot of people are watching it out it will add up quickly for the amount of hours
however I never make really any money at all in my feeds
according to my analysis ever
unless you do that some kind of a question and answer which I've tried to open up to that, but I never got anything.
Doesn't seem like it would be relevant for me.
So like I said, when I'm done with the live feed, I'll do this for a little bit longer, and I'll check to see how many I got. It does. And then I put that obviously goes into my playlist of live feeds.
Same with the video here.
This will go up with this up.
I'll promote it maybe for $10 today.
Just a little bit more promotion for it.
Just kind of do my little one on one today.
I used to do one an hour.
Just kind of go through anybody that's trying to figure out
how to get their store to come in there,
take them off the ground.
Three cities, actually my number one city, I believe,
is India.
Actually, all my number one cities are in India.
I never knew that until just recently. All of those cities are in India. I never knew that, so it's just recently.
All those are all Indian. Interesting. U.S. is not all the way down to Chicago.
What was that? Thank you India. Appreciate it.
I get lots of emails. Places I've never even heard of in India. Watched hours, 15% of hours in India.
I'll give them an idea.
So that's pretty cool.
So yeah, that's my time.
I'll use it to my advantage.
Watched hours, 3.7 hours in India.
39 seconds, see there's my duration.
22 seconds, it goes down from there.
But I'm always going to keep doing it.
It's fun. See where it goes.
Amsterdam, it stands in there.
Another place I've never heard, Italy, Poland.
So I also have a place on my RSS.
Ignore RSS.
This is what you have to use.
I had to learn how to do a podcast.
And I just do one simple.
And it's another subscription.
You have to pay for obviously this is called
the RSS feed I had to learn how to and get them already had a mic but then I had to
figure out how to do it. I've been doing it for a little while now so let's go to my analysis This one. This also has monetized here. So I had two downloads since this morning.
That 83 in the last 30 days, I've had 420 downloads. This is just my podcast.
Morning gaming guests. Then you get a couple graphs here and it'll tell you
these are the last downloads that I got. Atomic, America, Ashburn, Australia,
The United Kingdom, Clickwitch, Ashburn. Then you get this, the United Kingdom, of the Flickbridge, Ashburg, and then you get this, it's the best part,
all these dots, red dots, some of them show over here and then down here, way down here
in Australia, see where there's some waves, so this is fun, I call this the message in
a bottle over the Indian Ocean. Sometimes, I used to have lots of dots all
from Asia that's what tells you the breakdown yeah
Kingdom 3 Russia Hong Kong failure different graphs of parts of the country
people who have listened to your podcast and I do them just on their own.
I do it so far, I'm still doing it just in the morning.
Groundhog Day, I call it.
Basically, each morning when I get up,
it's basically the same routine.
It's different, but still working.
They're called the Groundhog Day.
Do that every morning.
Give you an idea of what's going on for the day.
So this is another place where you can get some analysis.
That's in the last seven days.
180 days.
So this is my analysis. So I had a peak November here.
That's when I was doing like three podcasts.
November. That's when I was doing three podcasts in November, and then we went way down.
It's hard to stay motivated.
We just keep doing more bad ideas.
So yeah, it's a peak in the valley of the air, as I started in September.
So September again.
339 listeners.
Ashburn has been my most downloaded, 110.
Mendel's 35.
So yeah, something else I added to it.
And then you can also add,
oh, distribute to Spotify, they're going to all these places.
You know, I have it on Apple Podcasts,
I just don't have a big draw to it.
And of course, it also goes to my YouTube too.
So I can add that.
So this is pretty cool.
And it's a subscription.
Supposed to be able to monetize the idea to
see Nadam.
Although I do have
my GoFundMe for all my creative work.
If anybody wants to contribute.
There's another thing here that I talked about.
Dynamic ad inserts.
Now it's saying it's coming in March.
It said coming in January.
Then it said it was coming in February.
Now it's coming in I assume and I said it was coming in February.
I assume it's some sort of commercial when you're on a podcast.
Because it turns people off.
Just kind of like with the YouTube here, have commercials,
and then they interrupt whatever video is.
I know for me, I just click off. I'm sure other people do the same.
Alright, so that's pretty much it for about an hour or so.
Just going through all my ways of
I call it the survival hustle. All the ways that I've survived.
I'm trying to come up with new ideas.
I'm looking at a up with new ideas.
I'm looking at a different store.
I'm going to get a Shopify.
I'm selling more vintage computing stuff too.
I'm really into all my vintage computing even more so.
Gaming, I've kind of been there, done that with all the gaming systems.
You get tons and tons of stuff.
But, so vintage computing, I'm willing to that.
It's a really old, like the original stuff.
The TNDs and the original IBM and stuff like that.
So we'll do, you know, old Apple, anything fun, anything old Apple, really fun.
I'm a fan of old Apple stuff.
I've never had any of that when I was a kid.
So to be able to go back to it now is pretty fun.
So I like to do that.
And continue to do that.
Actually, today I made some of these three hard drives
from early T&Ds that I wanted to test.
So I can set them up.
Plus now I have my buddy Zippy, which
can help me actually get numbers off of chips
and figure out where a chip is.
I was already doing gaming well, years of gaming,
learning on my own.
And also, it's just computing before I
knew I had any of my AI come along. And since AI's come along, it's just computing before I knew any of my AI come along.
And since AI's come along, it's really helped me dig deeper.
Like, so I was going to learn how to do some basic programming and stuff like that.
Like, when I was a kid, I got the books and everything.
I was going to read and do all that. Not going to happen. But now I have AI.
Give the AI an idea of a program.
Let's see if I can work.
And I'll do some more stuff with stop motion
and some other kind of videos and libraries.
In the future.
But mostly it's just gaming. It's just game
now do it said I do live one on one
want to watch in a date so
this one will probably wait to see where my next
my next those
was like no no I'll just keep building on whatever I do.
On a daily basis.
Because again, everything related to revivals around my eBay stores.
I'll try to promote that as much as possible.
But selling gaming parts alone isn't just enough anymore.
Things around us that you can see just keep going up and up. Add data just
increased my prices. I have free shipping, which I've always had. Free returns.
Unfortunately, free shipping and free returns is not free for me. So shipping
costs are just going crazy. So selling little gaming parts actually worked out great for the longest time.
Then taxes came in and then shipping, even shipping one ounce now.
Say you want a special screw, one screw.
My minimum is $13 now, for shipping.
It would cost me eight dollars to ship that screw out the door.
I'm saying I have to make at least three or four bucks per order.
Or why am I doing it?
So that's really changed the amount of stuff.
And there's a lot more people selling parts now. If you want to know what it is, what it is?
Let's look at things. Cool.
Keyfax.
Today's Sunday, so
Sport, Virtues, Miniky, 5 Star Keyfax.
Good news. I bought, purchased, and I bought those for the tweezers.
I ordered a few things.
I didn't learn how to remove components better.
Or I had the sucker gun over there.
220 volt sucker gun that just didn't seem to help me out. I went back to
the original little pad thing to push down and try to take solder off. Learned how to
try to fit some boards. Although yesterday, the day before, I had to swap out the socketed
chip. So if the chip is socketed, I can take it off. Twice now, in two days, I've swapped chips and made it work.
So four pin.
Yeah, so yeah, so good positive.
So good, fun, positive.
I'll try to stay away from anything negative or let or see what the world around us is.
What I'm just going to do about it for today, I've put about an hour in, just kind of chit chat and show you what I'm at. that. Analysis. Everything going on today. Everything other than
subscribers, everything else is pretty much the same. Nothing really I can say oh wow. This is what it is.
It's still fun though.
I've already gone up a few subscribers since I've been in chat.
That's cool.
Appreciate anybody that comes along.
Of course I would say subscribers, not subs.
Subs are underwater.
Subscribers are respectful. subs subs are underwater subscribers respectful but yeah comes in to say hang
out he goes I'm tactic directly
that
