Episode Date: August 10, 2025

Got it — so Pray’s for Pounds could focus on removing or reducing adoption fees so more animals find homes. That’s a powerful niche, because you’re solving one of the biggest real-world barrier...s to adoption, especially for families or individuals with limited income. Here’s how that could shape your nonprofit’s mission and model:Mission ConceptTo increase animal adoptions by covering or reducing adoption fees for shelter pets, while raising awareness about responsible pet ownership and the joy of rescue. How It Could WorkFundraising for Adoption Fee GrantsYou collect donations year-round.Partner with local shelters or pounds to sponsor adoption fees for approved adopters.Donations can be targeted (“Sponsor Max the dog for $85”) to build emotional connection.Faith & Community Tie-InPrayer circles or community blessings for animals before they’re adopted.Church and faith group partnerships for fundraising drives.Community events (pet fairs, blessing days) to raise both awareness and money.Partnership with SheltersWork directly with municipal and private shelters to identify long-stay animals who need fee sponsorships.Negotiate reduced rates with shelters so donations stretch further.Marketing AngleShare before-and-after adoption stories on social media.Use donor spotlights (“Jane sponsored Bella’s adoption and now she has a loving home!”).Create a “Pounds to Homes” campaign. If you like, I can design a turnkey launch plan that includes:IRS-compliant mission statement for your nonprofit paperwork.Example sponsorship program structure.First fundraiser idea that could be up and running in 30 days.Do you want me to build that launch plan for Pray’s for Pounds? You said:Also those who Foster animals can get so reliefChatGPT said:Ah — so Pray’s for Pounds wouldn’t just help with adoption fees, but also give financial relief to foster families who take in animals before adoption. That’s a smart expansion — fostering saves shelters money, opens up space, and often improves an animal’s chances of adoption, but foster families sometimes struggle with costs (food, vet care, supplies). Here’s how your mission could now be framed:Refined MissionTo remove financial barriers to pet adoption and fostering by sponsoring adoption fees and providing relief to foster caregivers, ensuring more animals find safe, loving homes.Program Structure1. Adoption Fee SponsorshipPartner with local shelters to cover partial or full adoption fees.Target long-term shelter residents first to increase their adoption chances.2. Foster Caregiver ReliefProvide small grants or supply packages to foster homes (pet food, bedding, toys, vet care help).Possibly create a “Foster Relief Fund” where donors can directly sponsor a foster family.3. Community EngagementFaith-based or community blessing events for animals and their new families.“Sponsor-a-Shelter-Pet” program where donors choose a specific animal to support.Social media campaigns showcasing the transformation from pound → foster → forever home.

Starting point is 00:00:00 All right, so we're going to do a end of the Sunday podcast. It seems like my podcasts are starting to do pretty good. Unfortunately, I mean, there are commercials on with them too as well, but maybe that'll help me out long term. So it might have to deal with a couple commercials here and there. So we're going to wind down the day. Instead of doing a video, I decided to do a podcast. I spent a day outside, and I worked on
Starting point is 00:00:29 my I weed back a little bit in the back so it was a video for that and then I started working on my truck in the front the vacuum that I was going to use ended up not working so we
Starting point is 00:00:44 changed my game plan so I just did a short video out there doing that and then I spent the next two hours cleaning every piece of panel inside the truck head to toe inside all around then I went over to the local
Starting point is 00:00:58 car wash that you put the coins in hosed it all down I also wiped on the outside too and then I also vacuumed over there and got rid of all the things so I was a good I'd say a three-hour project out there plus another hour I was out there
Starting point is 00:01:13 we'd whack and so about four hours we spent outside today so it was a good day good Sunday to get some stuff done so what I'm going to talk about is what I want to start doing I don't know I'm going to go to chat GPT I want to start a nonprofit.
Starting point is 00:01:32 I have no idea how to do it. So my, in the name of my nonprofit, it's going to be called prayers for pounds. And what it's going to be, it's going to be for anybody that wants to donate, I mean, anybody that wants to adopt, my nonprofit will pay the donation fee.
Starting point is 00:01:52 That's my goal. So I have to find something that I can do and send give all of whatever I have left over at the end of my life cycle so I'm going to build and be a nonprofit and then I'll start feeding it some money somehow promote it and then God if something happens to me
Starting point is 00:02:13 everything will be willed to that nonprofit so that way I'm giving back to animals and I was going to do prayers for pause but I want to make sure that all animals in the pound are included to prayers for pounds and it also would help fund people
Starting point is 00:02:33 to foster. I don't think you get any money. You don't get paid to foster dogs that I'm aware. I think about fostering all the time but I just it's just not in my cards right now. So I don't know how that goes. I know they pay like the vet bills and stuff
Starting point is 00:02:49 but I'm assuming when you're fostering you're basically taking the dog and you just don't own it unless I'm in that unless you change your mind and buy it. So maybe we can do some sort of a fund for those people as well, the motivation to foster if they can't adopt. So prayers for pound, that's my goal. So now we're at ChatGBTGPT introducing ChatGPT 5.
Starting point is 00:03:10 Let's see what you're about. I have not paid. I stopped my paying for both ChatGPT and Gemini. I don't pay for anything. I really don't think you need to pay. So I only get to use ChatGPT for a few minutes. and then I'll just jump to Gemini. But first, let's click the chat, GPT.
Starting point is 00:03:29 And think about getting plus. Let's see how much is it. How much is it a plus? Going up, still 20 bucks. Access for advanced reasoning. Access to cheap. Expanding messages uploading. I don't do that.
Starting point is 00:03:44 Not really codexing memory content. I am going to go back to my other little series. I do Project Journeyman, which is up in my bed a night. I want to do that again. I need to get a brain sensor yet. I have my Raspberry Pi, the little projector that will run through it.
Starting point is 00:04:03 And so then I need ChatGPT to help me code the Raspberry Pi. I come up with the ideas and then it gives me the code and work on it. It takes a little while again. So I learned a little bit about coding Raspberry Pi. But I wanted to introduce a brain scanner that you put on your head. Check your brainwaves at night.
Starting point is 00:04:22 So I'm dreaming. I can't show you what I'm dreaming, but maybe I can give you some visuals and we were going to do it in some sort of a graphical way. So I have like really crazy dreams. The graphs would go up or down or something. We haven't got that for you. So I may pay for chat GPT again sooner than later. Maybe today. Well, let's first see to see. I'm going to start out with I want to to start a non-profit so it's not I don't think it would just be like a go-fund me page
Starting point is 00:04:59 I do have a go-fund me for me and all my creativity although I've yet to make a dollar because it's not really but you do you do have that option to do that for creativity you do a lot of stuff and I hardly make any money off of it although my YouTube is getting better as today since this morning I went up almost 680 dollars
Starting point is 00:05:22 I promoted the I promoted the back-haired weed whacking for 20 bucks so now I think I'm over 200 bucks this month so that's what chat GPT would help me do I mean that's what my nonprofit my GoFundMe page for my creativity But when it comes to pours for pounds, oops, set around, prayers for pounds. That's exciting.
Starting point is 00:05:53 It's incredible rewarding. Define your mission. Okay. So it will be called prayers for pounds. Priests for pounds. Helping people lose weight. No. No.
Starting point is 00:06:13 No. This is helping a potential, helping potential, dog. Which I'm trying to explain to them. See, I print in prayers for pounds, and chat GPT thinks it's helping people lose weight, raising money pounds for charity. through prayer and that's so not what i'm doing i'm going to write so not that so not that okay
Starting point is 00:06:56 let's see if i can guess uh keep guessing let's see if i can get them to guess what i'm trying to do all right machine detective path faith-based animal rescue there is pounds yes yes pounds animal shelter so we'll play a little game with uh jopt yes pounds prayers for pounds mission to now all right so this is the biggest obstacle obstacle of adopting adopting a dog adopting a dog adopting a animal
Starting point is 00:07:57 is the feet the biggest option in the price for pounds and focused by removing and reducing dog yes yes so Also, those who foster animals can get some relief.
Starting point is 00:08:34 So those are the two goals of that. Prezor pounds won't just help adoption fees. It also finance relief for foster families who take animals in for adoption. There we go. Refined emission, a refined mission, to remove financial barriers to pet adoption and foster by sponsoring adoption fees and provide relief to foster caretakers, ensuring more animals find safe, loving home. Yes, that's the goal. Okay. So, program structure. This is all chat, GVT now. Adoption fee sponsor. partner with local shelters to cover target long-term shelters to increase
Starting point is 00:09:19 their adoption chances foster caretaking relief provide small grants and supplies forced home yep possibility force through relief fund yes faith-based or community blessed by animals of the dream no it's not faith-based prayers just must so now so not not faith-based just prayers as in hope for all animals so i'm not saying that's not faith-based it's all about hope for all animals and pounds not religion there's nothing to religion it's non-faith-based to give every shelter fighting chance not that i don't believe in something more so now than I ever did
Starting point is 00:10:10 but I'm not I can't say that I'm religious in any way I'm more alienist than I am atheist alienist meaning I think we come from the different
Starting point is 00:10:24 planet or something for like some sort of we're in a multiverse of our own so that's more where I think of than I think of God and hell and heaven and all that it's not my thoughts a small monthly donation programs 10-month covers of one-time sponsor so let me ask this question now I heard there
Starting point is 00:10:49 there must be already there must be many of these out there already we're not really gonna get we're not really starting to do anything we're just doing a little While I'm doing a podcast, yes, you're absolutely right. So now let's see what's out there. These are several nonprofit programs out there tackling adoption fees and supporting forced families in meaningful ways. I didn't think it was a new concept at all. I didn't, I knew that.
Starting point is 00:11:24 Well, let's check it out. So individual shelters with fee wave promotions, the Animal Foundation in Las Vegas, pretty cool. The MSPCA, Angela, Angel, in Massachusetts leave a certain event while maintaining various shelters clear the shelters I've seen that it's a program here we're down clear the shelters well I'm not directly named like prayers for pounds several orders support for care really Mutt Nation Foundation pretty cool Miranda Lambert
Starting point is 00:12:02 awards grants the shelters for us so that's cool uh who's it uh betty white was a really big animal person red rover is a relief program financial aid virgin vet care so vet care is another thing pause p.a. w. s that's our wonderful support offers subsidized food that care and supplies of course that care is the other thing that emergencies uh my my my molly who passed away a couple years ago we had her a little spleen removed. It was like $5,000. I had to take out a small loan
Starting point is 00:12:43 to keep her going. I got another year and a half out of her after that. Then she passed away from the rest of her. She was a beagle. She was really fun. I love my Miss Molly. Okay. Broader support programs, best friends,
Starting point is 00:12:59 Animal Society. Name your own fee and success. And then there's Roar Ridgefield Operation of Animal Roe. rescue. What makes prayers for pound unique, or many of you focus on adoption events and burdens relief, your visual, offering ongoing assistance for both fees and adoption and support. It's still quite unique. Many programs focus on either whether be waivers or forest or aid, or combine them creating a hostile, holostic, elastic, I can't say that word,
Starting point is 00:13:35 model that addresses in a welfare that will probably just keep i would say i would say it would be all of road island where i live believe i'm not positive about that perfect praise of pounds would be road island wide covering yes round small enough that you could realistically reach all majors say I hit my thing so you know what to do I'm going to get plus let's let's up I'm going to update and I'm going to start using chat gpt so let's see we can may have to hold on here so we're going to I'm going to add plus I'm going to bring chat GPT together I want and then we'll we'll have to have so we're going to subscribe for the month not necessarily means I'm going to keep on it well I'll do it for this month
Starting point is 00:14:46 okay and I will subscribe for this month and I will subscribe for this month I think that card works I'm going to change credit cards I don't think it's processing if we get to the credit card if not I need to go oh there we go it's a check mark so that's cool all right so now you are now subscribed so as of today August 10th I've subscribed back to chat GPT introducing agent mode chat team now can do work on its own computer research, not now. Back to where it just was. What happened?
Starting point is 00:15:31 Starting on a property, okay. All right, so, what is the first step? The first step. The first step. Official form of your nonprofit state level. That way. You'll have legal standard, collect donations,
Starting point is 00:15:51 partner with shelters. Okay. So, okay. So in Rhode Island, I need to. This is done to the Rhode Island Department of State. Prepare and file your articles of incorporation. Okay, so this is going to be a little bit more. You can't just call something a nonprofit. Go to Rhode Island Secretary of State Business Services site.
Starting point is 00:16:16 File the articles of incorporation for a nonprofit corporate, form 200 online by mail. includes IRS required wording for non-profits so you won't have to tender a mid later get your ENI in the IRS after final round apply for your employee identification number yin and so let's see it you'll need to open your bank account applying for 501 status so there's a lot of work right here. So I just kind of basically stop right here for now. I'm going to kind of figure out. So I would need to first go to round a part of state. All right, so in the short term, what other, say, go fund? ideas are there keeping it true and honest so if I had a go-fund-me for prayers for pores it would just be for the dogs right and then I already have a
Starting point is 00:17:45 go-fund me for me which again we've talked about I have made a dime but we sleep up there anyway if somebody will throw some cash one these days use it okay so if you want short-term honest go-fund me campaign while you're still setting up the legal profit nonprofit you can keep it very transparent explain that press pounds is the process of becoming official nonprofit so would it have to be i'd have to be going through the process i wouldn't just open their non-profit uh new go-foney page anyway catch everyone's dollar removes adoption fee around shelter debts so they can go Home Sooner, host of animals, the shelter permission, track those.
Starting point is 00:18:29 So I'm not really good with people. I am, but I ain't. So this would be a lot more interaction with people, which is possible. Not right away, though. Forced a hero, starter kits, pitch. You're providing Rhode Islanders who forced animals with dogs betting supplies, share real life stories. Long-timer liftoff. Some dogs and cats, many pounds from ones, you know, those poor things.
Starting point is 00:18:56 A lot of the big dogs. I can't even go to the pounds and check them out because it's very sad. Senior, second chance, I'm all about the senior dogs. Anything senior and handicapped or anything, I'll take them all day long. I'd have 50 of me if I could. Pounds to homes, day one rescue fund. If you're building around the first, non-product days solely to adoption of view relief and force of support we need your help now be clear that it's a launch fund of prayers for
Starting point is 00:19:28 pounds so uh tips to keep in honest and effective uh say your paperwork is pending to go directly draw receipts from the shelter i mean i have somewhat long ago this is just an idea i have lots of ideas this one i really like all right so Say, God, say I have a small estate, my house. Say I have a small steak. I am the last one left. So it's just me. There's nobody else after me and my mother.
Starting point is 00:20:11 My brother has his own thing going on. Say I have a small estate. I want to set up everything I have as last to go to this fund. so now we're talking about the state setting a price for pounds so that when you pass away your estate automatically funds it basically creating a legacy gift yes that's what we want legacy gift i like that idea even an endowment for your mission
Starting point is 00:20:54 you keep ownership of your assets during your lifetime the will a living trust well we're going to get those are updated all part of the state goes to prayers for pounds wording example for the will i give advice and bequeath all rest residue and arranged my estate to prayers for pounds a nonprofit corporation organized and close the laws of around you'll need prayers for found
Starting point is 00:21:31 officially incorporate and have the idea setting up to the living nonprofit now your form prayer for pounds is nonprofit transfer all states cash into your life
Starting point is 00:21:46 upon passing your remaining asset is left to the nonprofit this allows you to start seeing the impact now build a board of directors to continue your mission after you're going. So say, say I am doing this life on my own.
Starting point is 00:22:15 So I don't really see you having any sort of board or anything like that. Incorporate legally, create the nonprofit. Even with you in cooperation, you'll need at least three board members. And that is my problem. I don't have anybody. You'll need at least three board members to meet IRS and state rules. This is a question I was going to ask. Automatic continuity to the structure.
Starting point is 00:22:43 Since you're playing the long run, create bylaws that state mission. Can't change without the amendment board approval. What do I find board members? work with the estate planner attorney state planning attorney so that's all done setting up the state work with an estate planning attorney
Starting point is 00:23:06 making credit for the sole benefit of the sole beneficiary trust name the profit start operations while you're alive much a go fund make a small fence now build awareness
Starting point is 00:23:19 keep good records of joining trusts and legal transparency that's key because all my YouTube and eBay and all that's one thing but this was going to be completely its own thing if it works out I have to find board members I don't have anybody you can set up an endowment so your state so your state money is invested only only the yearly interest is used this way British grounds can run for decades after you're gone I lost some endowment.
Starting point is 00:23:59 Okay, so reality check. If you're truly going solo, the most important thing in your early stages, get the nonprofit legally formed. Recruit at least two trustworthy board members who follow your mission after you're going. Block your wishes into legal. It's mostly doable. If you want it, I can give you a stipend down solo. launch plan yes yes let's do solo okay so here's a solo launch plan for prayers for pounds built so it works in Rhode Island goal make prayers found is a legal
Starting point is 00:24:50 recognized nonprofit so you can fundraise partner and shelter, and write it into your estate. So first I have to go, and we'll go back to the Articles of Incorporation, non-profit, it's $35, IRS required purpose, and dissolved language. I can give you the exact wording. You must list three board members on paper. You don't have to involve just people you can trust such things. have that get your E&I number apply to ERA so let me ask a good I'll let's continue on
Starting point is 00:25:37 this your budget is under 50k use 4 yeah it's up you under 50k my whole board and buy the nights weeks 4 and 8 right by laws that that say mission adoption fund no further board can change the mission hold your first board meeting there we go that's authorized opening bank account I don't know so that's a lot of stuff any other any other ways this can be done solo solo I mean I have no one
Starting point is 00:26:34 to rely on. You truly know to rely on. There are still other ways that set up prayer for pounds so it works during a lifetime and after without requiring a personal network to manage. Partnering with the existing
Starting point is 00:26:59 non-profit, fiscal. Fiscal sponsor ship. Instead of building a full nonprofit from scratch, oh, maybe here we go. Maybe this is what I mean.
Starting point is 00:27:13 I have all that to do. Find an established what I own animal rescue or humane society. Find an establish where I own animal rescue or remain society have them act as your fiscal sponsor meaning they handle legal tax oh yes this this is a much better idea you raise funds under the special project name grass for pounds your
Starting point is 00:27:40 will and estate can can leave funds directly to their nonprofit earmark for your program no board required no annual filing immediate tax exemption status cons You won't have 100% control forever. The sponsor has final say. So, yeah, that's all right. I set up the donor advisor fund, DAF in your lifetime. A DAF is like your own mini charitable fund, but managed by a bank or charity. You put money in now or through your will.
Starting point is 00:28:20 You recommend where the money goes each year. It's handled by places, squads, pros. No need for board a nonprofit and cons. You're not operating a brand nonprofit, just funding causes. It's kind of more I'm looking at. I don't think I have what it takes to do all the other stuff. Create a legacy fund through Community Foundation. Example, Word Island Foundation.
Starting point is 00:28:54 You set up prayers for pounds fund. You can give them instructions. Each year you use the funds to pay, shelters, fees. Oh, I like that idea. 100% pros, 100% managed by professionals. Last, definitely, legal protection in place. Cons. Less personal control over day-to-day decisions.
Starting point is 00:29:18 Not really working. Taking the decisions. And then number four is personal, charitable, trust and will your estate becomes the trust after you pass your name name a bank attorney and trustee pro very controllable every penny
Starting point is 00:29:38 must follow your rules cons legal set up now trust fees can apply there's a lot options there minimal non-profit and paid administrator can create prayers of pound officially You hire even part-time an administrator or bookkeeper to handle reporting.
Starting point is 00:30:00 After you pass your state, you know the mission. Full ownership of your brand flexibility. Cons, you must have some of the trust. If you have no person, no one, you know, things. The safe to sole option is usually setting up mission to a community foundation of this. sponsorship leave your state leave your estate to that entity with binding instructions so so I so say I pass all in my is auctioned off to a final fund amount after bills i.e. a mortgage. I have a he lot. Right. So in your
Starting point is 00:31:24 scenario you pass away your house possessions and any investments are sold auction bills debts mortgages are paid off I'm working on I'm in my third and a half year debt consolidation to national debt consolidation so I still still have a student loan for like 20 grand but I did count consolidations on this done whatever's left the net estate goes directly into the press for pounds that's completely doable the key is making sure the transfer is automatic airtight it can't be contested no no court or executed decides to use the funds anything else I work with the state planning attorney now to
Starting point is 00:32:06 create either a option a direct bequeathed in your will wording I give there my residence to prayers for pounds executor outwork sector the sales so I guess in short term I could just get my will. Charitable trust. Option B, charitable trust in your will. Your state is conferred into a charitable trust at death. The trustee's sole beneficiary appraised for pounds. You name a trustee.
Starting point is 00:32:39 It can be a bank lawyer, managed to distribute. Your instructions become legally binding forever. You can specify amounts. No more than 5% can be used. and refer illustration the preys for foundations must remain in all programs legacy is an option C legacy fund be a Rhode Island Foundation so we're taking a lot today to understand instead of building the nonprofit yourself you set up the
Starting point is 00:33:09 pressure pounds fund under the Rhode Island Foundation now you will say residue of my estate now goes to the Brown Foundation to be held and the prayers for pounds fund they invested handle grants to where our job is keep your mission alive you want that so it's probably going to be more something like that idea that I would probably try to do to set up the mission first no board no IRS fully manageable forever key sole steps to do now decide whether Pristfinal will be the formal nonprofit you run during life or a management or fund or a fund managed by someone else after life death right into the
Starting point is 00:34:01 will or trust with exact wording name a legal administrator document your mission if you want to draft the state state okay so all right so let's let's take a step back take a step back step back yeah let's take a step five percent all right so now let's talk let's talk getting the funds to get together then how do it does do i start getting it out kind of a kind of a so now i'm talking about are let's talk funds in funds out plan steps funds getting the funds in whether the money coming from your state or safe place you track it if you start now create a dedicated account before a nonprofit or opening nonprofit bank account
Starting point is 00:35:10 if you don't form a nonprofit open a separate savings account grass for pounds keeps it clean so it would bring in money go fund me pay PayPal, Vermal, direct donations from friends, local businesses, which I haven't either. A small fundraiser, which I probably wouldn't do. The fundraised through my eBay and through YouTube, which is in my plan. To state later, money lands in the nonprofit fund after you pass and getting funds in, Step is handled by the extra. They deposit into the product. getting the funds out helping animals so this is where i'm not this is one looking for
Starting point is 00:35:55 what i've been on for see oh i've been on probably this is really interesting learned a lot so i decided to add to read to read to chat ch pt today easiest method works solo pick one to two partnering shelters in rhode island you start with example providence potter league agree to the on the rules you pay adoption fees directly shelter never to adopters right you can also buy supplies for forces through the shelters vendor or pet store everything is through the shelter beside the limits for example will spawns up to $100,000 per animal and cover five adoptions per month shelter send you an invoice or receipt you pay them
Starting point is 00:36:50 Interesting. So that's really the first thing. This month, we sponsored three adoptions and supported and provided supplies to force to families totaling $620. Even if it's the first, even if it's small, for us, people love seeing proof. Right, true. so now now let's now let now let's add in my YouTube channel jump over 60 let's check my YouTube channel as of just now I've ticked up to I paid my way up to to get to the top here but it's up front investing that's 64,685 subs. all right so now let's add in my YouTube channel growing at 65 oh no 64,000 over at 64,685 64,000 645 64,000 just say 64,000 685 685 685
Starting point is 00:38:09 Okay So we want to add that in Now you're complying your growing YouTube channel Subs they're subscribers they're not subs It's a strong base subscriber With pressure pounds you to both bring in funds and show your impact Yeah, it's kind of what I want it kind of goes hand in hand you give you a you a self-sustained fun loop YouTube views ad revenue goes into fun video
Starting point is 00:38:42 show the EMS help right yeah exactly name the branding keep the channel name in line of press pounds every channel every video refere reinforces the mission use consistent thumbnails tiles contact types that work for your core for and after highlight shelters a lot of this is going to be me interacting and I just don't know how much I can do with that but maybe I could let's see if we're seeing more I think right now just maybe just setting up an estate to go somewhere
Starting point is 00:39:30 I can design a YouTube to fund flow workflow showing exactly how money goes from your channel into the cause back into the content. So there's zero confusion and maximum trust. Yes. So there's a loop that he's going to build on it. If we can combine, okay, yes, it. Loop it. Loop it. Loop.
Starting point is 00:39:54 everybody says loop loop loop I can uh me I can design I showed you a cool channel too yeah so loop it
Starting point is 00:40:13 I try to try to get us about loop from it there loop it all right so YouTube loop continuous funding loop content creation audience growth post videos of shelters monetized sources you to absent or i'm already monetized although i haven't i uh in and out is i've made 226 dollars that's monetized in last october
Starting point is 00:40:45 and i've put in uh over 1200 into promotions on google so i'm not negative still direct donations go fund me all income flows directly into the PayPal fund annual impact money used to fund adoption piece impact content film is contact more audience bringing vision flow videos views YouTube revenue revenue press for pounds fund stories a lot to have There's a lot I just did just in this last half hour. But I have to start, like, really kind of. But the idea is there, though.
Starting point is 00:41:33 You get to, everyone probably gets the idea what I'm talking about. That's what I want to kind of do. So let's see. I think it's about it for today. That's my late afternoon podcast here, talking about prayers for pounds. Pretty much confident I would stick with that. and to do a whole legal non-profit by myself probably not going to happen. However, here you can find somebody to help me.
Starting point is 00:42:06 What about reaching out to others as some kind of co-op? Co-op. God, you're thinking turning prayers upon to a cooperative-style network, so you're not doing everything alone. That could be powerful, especially if you pull in another small YouTube creator, around shelters, rescue show, volunteers. Multiple creative shelters and volunteers agree to work together under the loose, under the loose prayers for pound network. That's actually a cool idea, too. Everyone shares content, fundraising, shelter partnership, the fund. So I'd like to be, what do they call that?
Starting point is 00:43:05 When you're not, you're not the one doing it, but you're the one, like, a secret. Oh, what do they call that? Oh, there's a name for it. I can't take it right now. So what's the name, so it's shelters? What's the name? what what is the term what is the term a silent partner I guess it is this is a silent partner silent partner silent partner silent partner pretty about a silent
Starting point is 00:43:41 part of her those do data data so I would merge back keep legal so you yes yes I would maybe visit shelters yes all is done without any human interaction I just don't like humans, man. I'm all about the animal, but I'm not a human fan. Yes, all is done without human interaction. I am not a fan. Fan, not a fan. A fellow humans.
Starting point is 00:44:44 Judge you thinks I'm crazy. Understood. Absolutely doable. If you structure the automatic pipeline where no human action is required, primary sources, you two absents. So I already have. I am all ready, monetized, but only made $226. $1,200 in Google. Promotions. So income, $26.0. You're down $900.
Starting point is 00:45:34 That's actually very common when you're in the growth stage. Ad, spend, optimal outweighs revenue. The trick now is to stop losing money while still growing, right? bring more high quality video viewers monetize works that's what you're turning engaging stop and reduce paid ads I'm kind of I'm not really addicted to them but I like see to grow direct funds to animals $1,200 could instead be direct funds to animals says use audience growth so I am using this whole whole conversation with you as a podcast with you as a podcast which is also now monetized
Starting point is 00:46:46 to channel. So now this conversation itself is part of the monetized content pipeline format. You record, narrate this chat as a podcast, distribute, monetize, okay, building a nonprofit to save show. monetize patron or buy me a carpet for support mission thunder allows and still know why this works for a solo non-human approach conversations like just as scripted without being scripted yeah it's natural content exactly what we're doing you can record alone edit alone publish one that's what I'm all about being alone but and happily if you want I can
Starting point is 00:47:44 adopt everything we discussed in the season one no just I just do me I just do me I just do me see where it goes goes actually no chasing I've come a long way I have come a long way I have come a long way in a short time on YouTube that's quickly is no small feet oh you know the other thing I'm going to tell also I have had two million views two million views but my but my bugaboo is a duration is about 30 seconds most videos
Starting point is 00:49:18 videos and daily podcasts are over 30 minutes ah the gap your average watch duration is only 30 seconds most of your videos are 30 minutes that's classic YouTube and audience retention problem
Starting point is 00:49:43 It's a big reason your 2 million views haven't turned into stronger ad revenue, deeper engagement yet. Add revenue impact, yeah. CPM drops analogical, the algorithm impact, low retention, viewers aren't interested, fundraising impact. How to fix this without losing your style. hook in the first five seconds start video and test shorter videos okay so
Starting point is 00:50:21 yes I do flash oh yes I take say a 20 minute video I take say a 20 minute video
Starting point is 00:50:39 I do first a flash 15 second and then a quick three minute of that video which in turn which in turn which in turn which in turn is posted full posted full
Starting point is 00:51:19 in that order so 15 seconds bread crumbs as I call them breadcrumbs bread crumbs right for outcome last 15 seconds so extra solo trick when you're posted 15 seconds I do so now let's add in another factor my eBay
Starting point is 00:52:15 selling site into the mix so that's YouTube podcasts I also I have a also have a small Etsy shop
Starting point is 00:52:38 each is gaming parts but growing to other things now you got four income streams four income all right so now I'm gonna tell them I'm gonna talk about let's talk about the hustle this is the four stages of the hustle all right I hit back oh oh okay first the insight hustle I've always he's telling the hold hold takes off on me second is the often term side hustle hold hold still doesn't hold
Starting point is 00:54:06 welcome to him side hustle next third is survival hustle hold and finally unrealized by me yet is the thrive hustle bolt there inside hustle all for turn side hustle no do so it's just just just just just side hustle as often as often heard side hustle so so get rid of of this is to get rid of overturned just side hustle there we go now you're now you're now I'm with you right so my so insight YouTube still is my insight hustle and not even to a side hustle yet hold I would say hold but he never does it
Starting point is 00:56:18 all right so you choose is harsh mark archmark is new for me and still insight I mean I have lots things in Parchmark so now the side hustle is you do a hobby to make extra Extra money, but still have a job. I still have a job. Clex and side hustle is something you do on the side, right? eBay was a side hustle. Etsy still is.
Starting point is 00:57:37 Okay, now, survival hustle is your passion is paying off and you can be. be your own boss as eBay is for me now at sometimes, not always. Survival hustle, your passion project, and then we all strive, finally, we all strive. for the Thrive Hustle where money is flowing when is flowing at thousands of dollars a month on one month on one day One video.
Starting point is 00:59:05 Final. TRIE Puzzles, that stage where the machine is running so well, take a single action and post of a video in thousands of dollars. Right. For you, Thrive, means YouTube, high performance, eBay, Parchmark, podcast. So I think the only thing is, I don't think YouTube, I do, I do have. have TikTok also so if you want to give you a TikTok to YouTube funnel plan yeah I only have I think we have 3,700 on TikTok never promoted
Starting point is 00:59:59 same videos as I post to YouTube good side fellow here without promotion means you're getting organic traction so the TITDAQ or algorithm shows your content to new people without ads yeah I have no I have no idea I have
Starting point is 01:00:29 no idea where TikTok is going so no investment no idea where TikTok is going makes sense your exposure to so so much so tick tech has so much weird messages and uh spam filled boxes i never read tictock it's honestly an honest of youtube i don't get any of that i don't have any of that i don't have any of that i don't have any of that i don't have any of that on any of them on YouTube only a few comments daily so you're not not being abused oh no I get some abuse so or you know human interaction style yeah you want i can show you how to filter out spammy comments so that was a lot for today hand i'm pretty awesome that's what my brain's always thinking about
Starting point is 01:02:17 to do the next thing but this is a really big one or one for pounds so we'll uh we'll leave it at that I have a lot, a lot to look over. All right, got it. We're giving you two comments. All right, so I'm going to end there, everyone. That's my little idea. Oh, an hour-long podcast. Pretty awesome.
Starting point is 01:02:59 hopefully you get some good information on it all right everyone i'll see you guys in the morning all right bye
