Yesterday, Video Recap: Tearing Down my Tandy 1000HX

Morning, everyone. It is now 537. Today is September. No, I keep thinking of September. Today's October, the 15th, 2025, and we're on Wednesday. It's a hump day. So yesterday was the weather finally calmed down with a little nor'ista, but it was kind of wimpy. It didn't really do a lot. We didn't get a lot of wind or anything. A little bit, but nothing.

Which is great because I don't want anything to blow around. the weather started to clear up yesterday. It's still rainy, but it's going to clear it up. Today is probably going to be clear. But we have more cold days now. But there is actually a 70-degree weather day on Sunday. Yeah. So, so, it's still hanging around.

October can still be pretty warm at points. But it will shift at some, it will shift also. All right. So yesterday we worked on, what did we do yesterday? I can't remember again. Well, boy, my mind's going these days. We did something yesterday for about an hour. I was playing around with something I was planning around.

But we also invested in some fun things coming in, because I'm going to try to do more things, pulling components and stuff, or what's try to teach myself how to do that. So I picked up a handy helping hand desktop thing all these little clippy things that go with it and a magnifying glass and all kinds of fun stuff

and it's on a magnet pad called a helping hand and you can attach boards to it and then I bought another sort of a desoldering station thing of course anytime I get anything I break it to poor payments so it makes it a little bit easier so we got some fun things

coming up down the road we'll try to see if we can learn how to pull components because I just pulled a heat sink from an Xbox 360 the fat and I can see right inside the motherboard I had to pull the motherboard off although all the caps are blown I can see it's pretty simple I don't know electronics do board work but I can pretty much say that well there's like it's that rail on 360 fats of caps that always blow so We get all these goodies in. We're going to actually do a video of me trying to pull all those caps off and replacing them. And let's see if I get it to work. I got millions of them. I literally have so many of those. So I can't think what I did yesterday.

Oh, I took apart my Tandy 1000 HX. I broke it all down. Yesterday we did a tear down video. I'm going to sell all the parts off of that too. So I don't have any more. That was my last one. i sold both the bottom cover case in the top cover just recently uh so we're gonna sell those two as well and then that was the only thing of course we went back to zelda

breath of the while this all i'm playing now i got to the the bird i'm inside the bird now so that's my first uh place to go the bird and then i'll go back and try to do the the water one and then I have to try to sneak around and try to grab the helmet so I can get to the camel after. So fun. We're going to do this. We're going to keep your Zelda all winter.

It's all I'm going to do. Until a Resident Evil comes out. We'll play that when that comes up to. On Switch. I'm all on Switch 2. For now. Actually, probably for a while. I don't need more than one computer system

I've got a few downloads each morning or during the day, I should say, so that's pretty cool. I'm consistent here, I try to be. If you had anybody yesterday. except 72 000 526 i've lost 226 followers subscribers rather over here all my numbers are Rock bottom, 106.106K for views, 475, 475, and my S revenue is under 20 bucks, $19.85 and $85. And I only had, usually, I had three views yesterday, no, 13 views. And I'm consistently not promoting. I'm using that for my car payment and other stuff we're doing. to try to build it up but we just let my youtube ride as it's been but we're still consistently doing least i do at least one video a day choose about an hour i break it into a live feed uh overview feed and then i do it in flash 15 seconds a quick three minutes so

uh we'll do more as we go along at least consistently one per day is plenty i would mean if it was paying off i would do more it's all i would do is videos but I'd rather sit and play Zelda than do more videos. It doesn't do anything. You know what I'm saying? I mean, I can do a video while I'm playing Zelda, but that doesn't really get me any views either. So really no sense of doing it.

I did the Zelda when I first set it up, going to the four shrines. I did it. The four shrines in less than two hours. That was pretty good. All right. So let's get to business. Let's get to the...

Let's get to where we're at. We've been having pretty good. We had a lot of orders. Oh, lots of good actions going on, yeah. Yeah, that's why I picked up a couple of things I wanted to get because things have been a little bit better here on you day. I've been taking a lot of lower offers too. Just moving some stuff along that's been sitting forever.

So this guy here, I did get his, I won an auction yesterday. I was a day before. And it was like $2 and something, but he had it for $34. for shipping and then as soon as that auction ended the guy canceled it and he said he dropped he said he dropped him you can drop and of course i replied right back called him dishonest said no you can drop me just you're you're not being uh you're honoring your your your auction

i never do auctions auctions are uh so i told me wasn't even bad feedback but then he had he had done it the cancelation so fast there was no that showed up, but now there is. So I could slam this guy with feedback, but I'm not going to. Because I don't want my name out there. As and as described. And all full five-five-style feedback,

even though this guy don't know. I can understand. It was $34 he had for shipping. It was for two Mac 6160s. And the actual auction ended at $2,25 cents. He had at 99 cents. That's like 1980 doing something like that. Who does that?

99 cents now. Even with $34, you've got to assume that $34 may be the only thing that. So we're going to give him a fast and as described, positive feedback, although he doinkly. So, no thanks. So he got his feedback because I won't do it. This would have been one that I would have done negative, but I won't bring negative in. A buyer wants to cancel an order.

Odyssey I just did that yesterday the other day and Nintendo Switch batteries Cool. And then a Sega Saturn bottom metal piece and a top piece. The Sega Saturn original. Metal liner. Pretty exciting.
