Morning, everyone. It is now 428. Today is December the 26th, 2025, and we are on Friday. So Christmas yesterday is in the books. Hopefully everyone got all the gifts they wanted, got to go to places and share all the family time as well. For me, it's always a nice, quiet, peaceful here. But luckily, thank goodness. Best gift of all is the fact that I was healthy. My mother is healthy. All my little animals are healthy. So that's all I can ask for.

Time is so precious now, I think. As we've talked about many times, things are changing, but we're still all doing okay. So that's great. That's all I asked for. So I'd give my mother a card and I took some, I took pictures all the time. So I went to CBS and printed out some pictures for her to have.

have. I put them in the card. So that's basically what we do. And she gave me a card. Some little cute little things, like a little dinosaur thing I got. So it's pretty, pretty. And that's about it. You know, just enjoy the day. She was up for a while. And then she, she sleeps a lot more now. So in mind, she's got the best dogs, both of Roxie and Rainier. They, they sleep with her all the time. So if she gets up, they get up. Then when she goes in her bed, even take a nap in the afternoon, they go with her. So that's pretty awesome. that they're there for so that's pretty cool

so that was my Christmas we didn't have any sort of a white Christmas here was cold though got really cold um so yesterday what did we do oh I worked on my apple apple

I got two of those the M-O-O-O-1-1 the 512K and then the Macandash classic M 1420 so we toured We retested the rest of the M-O-1E, and then I tore it down.

I had a test of in. I listed the parts for that. And then after that, I think that's all I did. Oh, I had an issue with my first neutral feedback in quite some time. So we did a video on that as well, so you'll see that. This was all about because I didn't want to give another dollar or two. Actually, the guy was trying to get another three bucks off an offer, offered a listing that already had a discount.

I just didn't want to deal with it. And I just kept declining him. So he purchased it, and then he gave me a brutal negative feedback. Call me condescending. So the word condescending, I'm not real. I looked it up a little bit. So I don't know.

I could be condescending, I guess. I guess I could say I can't be, but I just stick to my guns. If I've already had a listing discounted, I don't want to take more. I just don't want to. because it's only a few bucks that I'm making as it is, so the more you keep chopping away at my listing with an offer,

the less I make. We're talking down to the dollar bills here, people. This is all about dollar bills. I, it's great for every dollar bill. I'm sure everybody out there does the same, but I'm not going to take off more dollar bills because at the end of the day, it's a service. Somebody's paying me a service to,

pack and ship and get something out I do it the same day according to the neutral feedback shipping things out the same day is not special but for me buddy really special because it's super hard to do I do everything myself every day and it's not just that one order there's other hundreds other orders sometimes thousands a month that I do and to get them all shipped out same day requires most of my day just doing that and then if I go out at any point to the main post office is always one of my stops my last stop is to bring packages so eBay packages is always my number one priority so yes that makes it very very special to

do in one day so we replied to that neutral feedback and of course I made a video and I talk about it and I also talk about all the other ones I have but I don't really have that many right now, which is pretty awesome. Thousands of, thousands of either good feedback or just nobody leaves feedback and a handful of neutral and negative feedback. And of course, each one has a story to it and therefore the story is in the reply. And then I also rehash them when I do a video like I did yesterday. All right, so let's see what's going on those football on yesterday football was on Netflix just so weird I was like where's the football games are they are oh Broncos beat the chiefs the chiefs are

just they're in that big pre-fall mm-so couldn't win again the Vikings beat the lions lines are not doing that well at the end here and the Cowboys actually won a game they beat the commanders but it's the commander so so those are all those are all on Netflix I think like one was on prime uh so we'll see so that's interesting i didn't watch any of the games yesterday i was just oh and then of course at the end of the day and jack black and pull were like in a weird and a cotter trailer movie out looks really weird i don't really quite understand it there was some really uh really movies going out right now

Nothing I would want to go out and see. All right, so I had a train of thought and I just lost it. All right, so let's keep looking through. So eliminate, a lion's eliminated out golf. at the end, gives you a spiel about how some people pay $850 for a logo. And so he wants a tip. And then he sends you, then you click on the link, and it goes to a place where you can give him a tip. That is the most insane thing ever. All right, so obviously am I tipping for a logo? And that's the whole port purpose of me paying $29 a month for it.

So it's really weird. All right. So looking on Etsy, nothing going on there. So the lions got beat up. Cowboys are not in the playoffs either. You know all the commanders and all the Vikings? I don't think the Vikings are. What they might be.

All right. None of the teams out, although I like the Broncos, though. Big fan of the Broncos. Chiefs are. It's time to go down. All teams go up and then they go down. I'm in New England, so I know all about that. So we're in the playoffs this year, so it's really exciting.

We have this little special team. I'll watch out for this little special team that we had this year. Came out of nowhere, and there's Josh McDaniels is the key. Never really did good as a head coach before he knows how to do as office coordinator with a new quarterback. He's looking pretty good there. I'm really excited about that. just to see us in the playoffs would be awesome all right we'll probably have to play at buffalo at buffalo

all right so let's go on to pushmark so of course yesterday i had lots of orders so on christmas day i was filling orders as i always do again very special to get things out the same day so all those orders are ready to go this morning. So there's a lot of things going on to get things out. And I still had, I think, at three to four orders, and we'll see if we had any orders overnight here. Most of the stuff always happens overnight. All right, so Parshmark, we still at 1,287 followers.

That has not changed. I haven't done anything with Parshmark because it hasn't really done anything for me. And just a one order, and that's why. So it just kind of sits there in limbo. So we'll keep up the new logo, which just says 2026, until after 2026, and then we'll put up a new, I always feel like I'm being solicited by ChatGPT. When I want to make a new logo, feel guilty about it. Oh, I had $9.00 yesterday. 280 in the last 30 days, which is 367% higher than my average. I want to say I've been doing this for maybe six months or so, the podcast. I only started it to add to my YouTube page. And then I just started doing this each morning, and it really helps me wake up.

And then when I have issues going on, I can kind of like vent. That's how we vent. Here in YouTube is where I vent. As a seller, doing it for over 10 years. It's hardened my soul, as I say. So I just really need a place to vent. So I just share it with people. And people can either learn from it or watch or whatever.

So let's go to YouTube. let's see what we got let's see if we had any action I did promote that video about the so I went under four thousand or one hundred three thousand three hundred ninety six hours so now I'm a three hundred ninety six that's the key back there the highest I had was six fifty five but I'm not promoting for not promoting I'm not promoting for more subscribers. And then there's the second one for viewers, but that doesn't really get one. But it's the third one that's been key for me. It is a promotion that gives you a link to your website, which is my eBay page. So we have had 36,000. 2003 for my make.com. That was a fun video. I did a video trying to help people. I've learned how to make a, it's an automated flowchart that when I put up a video, I still don't know

if it's working correctly yet or not. But when I do a video, it'll automatically send it to all those places. Of course, it's a little bit of a fee to it and they do by credits. But it was cool to learn. I haven't quite learned all of it. So we did a video explaining it. Put it under my YouTube insight because maybe it helps other people that have a small channel like mine and want to find new ways to get the videos out there other than on YouTube every Christmas uh lots of gifts open them and Jerry great awesome awesome awesome so I get one comment about Christmas awesome mine was Quiet and peaceful.

I know I talk about it probably too much, but it's kind of a bummer. I feel like I put a lot of time this. A view hours, 1.4 million. yet I only have $36.99. This doesn't make any sense to me. Watch hours, 11.7K.

These numbers are way up for me. But yet, I don't see any reward from it. It's really a long. I'm not asking for like $10,000, but I'd like to make at least $1,000 a month. Even $100 a month at this point would be fantastic. So my number one video now, These are all because I promoted using website views.

363,180. That is like out of the ballpark compared to what I used to have. I think my highest numbers were like 8,000. 203,000. That's for my first podcast after YouTube. That was my first one-on-one after COVID. 55,000. And then I did one podcast.

54,057, 2. So all these are in the 50s. They've got a lot of in the 50s now. These are numbers I never had before. But I thought the revenue would follow higher numbers. Higher numbers, higher revenue? No. Not at all.

Very discouraging. But what are you going to do? All right, so let's get the business then.
