morning everyone it is now 505 today is Sunday really love my Sundays it's uh January 4th and we're on 2026 cool so yesterday we did unbox some stuff a couple things came in yesterday and then a couple more things but after these unboxings and a few more things I'm done I have to really settle down for a while I want to get a bunch of stuff to play around with for the winter and then that'll be about it. So we'll get some more sun stuff to un-box. Move my desktop around my workbench so that we're going to start working on Tandy 1,000s.

I think I have four or five and then we'll retest each one. And then we're going to tear them all down and sew all the parts. A couple things that came in yesterday is a really fun thing for the Omega 2000, which is the bridgeboard. It's a 2088 bridgeboard. What that does is it turns. the Omega 2000 with DOS machine as well

so pretty fun but real expensive but we'll check all that. It came out of floppy and it came on everything with the whole kit. It was pretty cool. So we did that with the unboxing yesterday and I had a camcorder that came in something random.

I played around camcorders last week. I thought I had a whole bunch of them. I decided to invest in a couple of the ones I already had just to see if I can get on them to work. I'll do that once in a while as a little passion project inside and then eventually i'll just sell that but i had all the when i opened up that cam quarter bought it had all that um starphone that disintegrated it's a mess inside we cleaned it up uh i haven't tested any that he said it worked but we'll find

out i'm gonna get a battery at some point not quite yet but um again i have two boxes one box and a few little um envelopes and i think something else that's coming in but wait and for a couple more things and that's about it all so let's see what's going on this morning oh so I told you eBay yesterday had two returns got to the point where I could have them step in and I gave them all the information showed them all the videos gave them the links with videos and of course what did they do they make they're making the um we take the return I told you that uh bucks one game yesterday and I didn't know those football on yesterday what was yesterday Saturday

The ball's on all weird places now. I like the days when it was just on Sundays. Now it's all over the place. And it's all different days. So I wouldn't watch it anyway. So Seattle beat San Francisco. This is the final week of knowing good playoffs. Patriots got some issues going on with some of the players.

I'm not sure what's going on with that. But it's the other play this weekend. They really need to beat Miami. Miami always finds a way to win. We're at home when it plays good at home. all right so let's see we're going on the news lots of major things going on in the news big stuff. I watched most of the

interview with our president yesterday. It's pretty interesting stuff that they did out there. Pretty interesting. Again, as always, I keep it neutral. all right so let's see what's going on in my little world this morning yeah so i'll like to take those two returns that i was going to fight it right to the end normally i don't usually i'll just take the return but because he said it it it's the way he did it i wasn't i was going to wait to the end

and eBay always favors the buyer so let's see we had a sale yesterday to N64 jump packs. I had those. We'll get those out. Tomorrow. I have an order. I don't know where it is yet. It's an Apple Color Classic.

I had one of the Apple Color Classic. If you go on eBay, those are really expensive. I had one that didn't work. I sold just everything off of it. I got to go down and look for another part this morning. Normally, I would have shipped out yesterday. I had plenty of time to get it out. I just don't know where it is.

So it's one of those ones that is a Saturday, so I'm technically going to only have to get out as much as I could. Every other order got out except for that one. I've got to go down and hunt for it tonight. Today, rather. All right, so nothing going on at sea. Just that one order yesterday. Work. Check my parchment.

that for uh promoting for subscribers we're still at 103 000 239 239 is still falling i was at peak i was at 600 something so slowly we're losing uh subscribers my view hours of going down little bit 1.6 million still is me phenomenal and then my watch hours are 13.4k at the end of the day my revenue is $25.45 and I was I did just hit a new I hit 5 million views just I think yesterday so it's pretty awesome so I want to say I did that within the last year. So the views, they do click review amounts to know. So my top three videos right now are Etsy,

And after five million views, we talked about trying to get, trying to add some kind of affiliate to my page, you want to get that little teeny window for buyers can click on something without hitting read more. So when you click read more,

then it goes back to the video, and then you have to click read more again and then finally get to the read more so that's that's useless to get it's too many steps has to be great on that window so yesterday I only had 20 views yeah I only had 20 views and I just well if I if I promote something like my after five million views I had 21,000 views but I can't I just I'm buried right now so it's like break and everything at the second. That's pretty much the YouTube.

We had a little bit of sales yesterday. one cents and I had already paid I think $30 some dollars or something so I got really wrecked on that underpaid FedEx but it's done nothing I can do about it

these days that's the thing about shipping big bulk of things thought it had it priced kind of right but it was I was all a set of 16 n pounds Luckily, I haven't heard anything good or bad on that, so that's good. No, there was good news. I've got a couple things going on and trying to resolve, so there's always something going on.

I can't be perfect. I try to be, but I'm just not. But I come pretty close, though. Give myself a good, you know, thumbs up for trying to be as once in a while I miss something or make a mistake. so I now have a few returns. Somebody else is returning a motherboard should just

get rid of it. Just pay him off. And the other guy is going to send that return back. Just going to refund the buyer the guy who should back. So do that and get that out of there. I like to get it back. Let me be depth, um.

just didn't like it know what that means i had one i've always put a security sticker on it but it was one that i didn't and that's the first time i've seen that where you can deduct the return fee hey i'll do that every day like i had to pay that way so if i have a four dollar shipping fee he's returning it i I'm not going to give him the $4 that I charge to ship it to him because that was part of shipping.

And then if you're returning, you should be paying for it on the way back to. But I have it almost down to no return shipping at all. But, I mean, no returns, but still, if there's something that I make a mistake on, then I have to do it. Those two cartridge slots for the N64 were not my mistake at all. And I still had no return, but what the buyer did is. He opened it as not described and put it in his nonsense. My slot's causing problems with his thing when it's actually, he has a bad motherboard. He did it to me not once, but twice.

And I put all that information in my file in a claim, and eBay didn't hear any of it. It's all auto. It just goes by some sort of AI or something. They don't really, probably never looked at my videos and checked to see it. didn't because it happens within minutes of me having them step in I know what they were going to do but I made the buyer wait for as long

as I could because he opened up as not described filed a complaint against him did all that and it still didn't matter I still have to go to her but you gotta do what we got to normally I don't fight and scream that much about it but that was

because the way he did it to me and then he had no if you were contacting me in the beginning he first got the first one and then it didn't fix his problem. I never would have let him board us buy a second one for this exact reason. But I didn't know. I didn't notice that.

He was the same buyer twice. And at no point was I getting any communication of a problem on his end. So everything blew up in my face after. And it's all on him. And then that's just not fair. The way it goes with eBay.

Pretty much I knew it. which I usually can deal most of the time myself so I'm not really worried about it just a few bucks I got a return it's just how it went down I wasn't happy with it

I tried to haven't gotten a negative feedback about that but the buyer was blocked so I'll never deal with them again so I'll take back what I got we'll talk about it when it comes back of course I do that my YouTube channel

is where I vent so we'll and that comes back in we'll go over that I'll pull out a board we'll retest them again we'll do all that So it'll be a video.

So I'll turn something bad into a video, which I normally do. I've got to flip it into something productive. I've got to pay for the return there and back. I'm sure we're going to try to make a video out of it. Other people can see that. The difficulty of trying to sell gaming parts or vintage parts now, archive parts. And I'm going to say gaming parts in there.

Because my store now is FF Archive. we sell all kinds of stuff before the word archive all right everyone so that'll be it we have ups and downs this morning got a big hit for some extra shipping costs wow postal service used to do that but I don't get hit that much
