Morning everyone. It is now 512 a.m. Today is December the 11th, 2025. We're on Thursday. So we're going to be flying by, as always. I was sad to say that yesterday my little buddy treasure, my little guinea pig, he passed away on me. I know he was sick the day before. He wasn't moving around a lot. Yesterday morning when I got up, when I got up, I picked him up, put him on my lap and he was still a little bit going alive. And then I get them all really comfortable and he passed away. So we have to do something with my little buddy. I usually put a nice box for him and I'll find a place to bury him in the backyard. So I had him about a year or so. But when I got him, I got him at PetSmart. They were giving him away. They said he had health issues, but it seemed like he was sick at all.

He got along great with my other little buddy, my two guinea pigs. I had a long video I just did recently. just did recently of them feeding them and all that and he's been really good just he just got sick i don't know maybe because of my colding i was hoping i wouldn't give it to any of my animals i don't know maybe he caught that but he got really sick and within a day he was uh when i got up he was still like and still a little bit alive i sat with him on the couch for a little bit on my chest there and then i put him down to get him all nice and comfortable and then he passed away so It's right now too cool to do anything, but we've got them in a little box for now and we'll get a little burial for him at some point.

I'm a little sad about that. I love my little buddies, but they're such heartbreakers. They're great for caretaking and all, and I couldn't have done anything more to take care of. They just get sick and their lifespan is shorter. My hamp's life span is really short. But I've learned a lot about letting go with things and caretaking and all that from my little guys. so they're very helpful for me um long term so unfortunately i didn't want to let him go but he passed so now i just got my one little buddy and just kept him i'm gonna keep in the big cage so

he's i know i'm putting a small cage he's the one i've had for four or five years i call him spot my brother called him sunshine he's black and he's got some markings of my dog that passed away a few years ago molly so lines you by miss molly so it's pretty cool you know a little buddy for a while and he's really sad now they didn't have a buddy but i'm not going to get another one so i just got that my little hamster and my bird that's probably pretty much it for now all right so let's see what also yesterday we did ps4 that's what we went out to yesterday worked on PS4s for some time i had the big three i had one one o one a which the motherboard inside is s AA-001 and then I had the dreaded 1115A the motherboard inside that is S-A-B-O-O-1

and then I had a 1215A which is SAC-O-O-1 with three different motherboards and I actually had a dreaded 1115A that really works so I can test some drives two different types of drives in those but only by that middle cable one's wider once an hour I had the one I think it's an hour we'll go through that I listed all those boards that didn't work and I'm gonna list a drive today I'm gonna test the other one they always go in really slow now so let's see what's going on this morning here I had that weird issue yesterday with a feedback so we took care of that problem and

few orders yesterday up then I had a couple more later in the day I never know it's gonna go on today I wake up it's a fresh start out with an order on Etsy awesome I'll take it some some memory flaps for the antenna game cube in the I got some those memory flaps and the little flaps for the for the port and the memory flaps are the set so we got one only got one set of those cool so and that's it we've got a couple orders here and there again 2026 we turns into 20th anniversary so I can start listing some new parts on Etsy I'm going to put a whole bunch of stuff there at some point but cost to be an Etsy or 20 cents per listing

doesn't seem like a lot, but when you add a lot of them together, 20 cents per listing adds up. All right, so we're going to go to Etsy. Let's look at a partial order. so let's go to YouTube we did promote more I found out by accident I had promoted $200 for that one that really really high numbers that's fine I hit so I was hitting 20 I hit 200 just getting a regular amount of subscribers I mean the yeah all right but we just keep doing it so one thousand one hundred thousand two hundred nine hundred eighty seven subscribers going up fourteen thousand the last twenty days I'm not really promoting I just did a little promotion for my little buddy three-minute video I voted that my view hours at 1.1 million that's pretty awesome watch hours 8.3k estimate revenue

fifty six dollars and twenty-three cents blah my go I go way in deep was that one that was the video and that one was in the in the over three hundred dollars and that's why I realized I had that two hundred dollars oh shit I there James that I can afford that much. I getting more $20. So I knocked it down to $1.150 and that was just should be ending now. They had $300,000, $363,233,000 for that. Because I promoted it for $150 by accident.

so that one comment from us a video i did a while ago and those are the ones that i sold to somebody us two sets of them and then they returned them without a box of one set so we had 5.1k views for my big three PS4 and i've known that just for 20 bucks but i'm getting a lot more that way by point one K so pretty awesome and that's one that's promoted going to my website which is my eBay page check so maybe some drag some people there so I listed the three so all my numbers are up except my estimated revenue we always talk about that but it's just one of those things we have to make mention or let's let's get busy

I learned from a buyer that there's different controller models. It's all by a little mark on the back, and then it says C.E. There's a C.E and a dot on it. That makes it a T1 controller, which is the better, I guess. So I was able to label those, but there was three T-1s that I had, and I couldn't find them.

But I had others, but I contacted the buyer and say, hey, I don't know where these are, but I get something that's a little bit better, still parts, but they're T1, so that's where I sent it. $6. Oh, I don't know, $6. $6. and you know what we're going to do for you that six dollars you're just one less person I have to in the future have to deal with that somebody's going to offer me six dollars and something it's not going to do it then my block list is growing cool cool so we have we have a big
