So the MTV Video Music Awards aired last night. Snoop Dog was the host, which means they have to stop midway through the show to open the windows.
Starting point is 00:01:09 And I'm not sure if this has anything to do with Madonna's performance, but my TV now adds crabs. But it was touching when the in-memorium segment featured her face. So Ukraine is considering lifting bands on creating porn to help pay for the war against Russia,
Starting point is 00:01:36 which is great. Great. Now when my wife asks why I've locked the bathroom door, I can say I'm furiously defending democracy. New York City is still recovering from this weekend's Northeaster. In fact, my Uber driver this morning had to pull over three times to ring out his goat. And Mayor Mammondani is still blowdrying his eyebrows. Speaking of, a new report shows that under Mayor Moundani, prostitution has multiplied in New York. One customer claims that Chinese women charge $60 for sex, $40 for oral, and $20 for dry cleaning. Judge Judy claimed more people long for the 1950s than for the 2030s.
Starting point is 00:02:31 True, the 2030s will have better medicine, but 1950s had double the water fountains. Oh, racist Watson. Yeah. Disgusting. A Wendy's worker was sentenced to 12 years in prison for stabbing a coworker while telling her, I'm going to kill you. The sentence would have been higher if the victim wasn't working at Wendy's. Sometimes reality isn't funny. 81-year-old rock star Rod Stewart has retired.
Starting point is 00:03:13 Apparently, he became frustrated on tour when he would sing, do you think I'm sexy? the crowd would shout no. Finally, scientists are using AI to de-extinct the woolly mammoth. Here's a picture of what they would look like. We'll be back with more Gutfeld. Peace contact connects Ontario at 1-866-531-2,600 to speak to an advisor, free of charge. BetMGM operates pursuant to an operating agreement with Eye Gaming, Ontario. So you guys know Louisville Slugger, right?
Starting point is 00:04:16 It's one of the most popular bats in the major leagues, but it's got competition. So what would be your sales pitch to a team that you're the greatest bat of all time, or that this bat could bash your brains in. Because that seems to be the strategy of some of these AI companies. And Bill Gates, who believes AI is deadlier than Jerry Nadler not lysoling the bathroom after a bowl of cabbage soup. Feels the same way, roll it. Do you believe AI is powerful enough to end all of humanity? AI is certainly powerful enough to drive events that cause a billion deaths.
Starting point is 00:05:04 So even though it's pretty hard to get to 100%, there's never been a weapon as powerful as the combination of people with ill intent using the latest AI tools. What did he just say? One billion deaths, really? Dude, if you're going to scare the hell out of us, maybe back it up with some facts? But then I remember, this is the same clown who said climate change was going to kill us all. The Syrian War was a 20th of what climate migration will look like. So the deaths per year are way 10 times greater than what we've experienced in the pandemic.
Starting point is 00:05:48 And the unrest would be global in nature. So you've got to start work now to avoid those terrible consequences much later. Of course, he since walked back the hysteria that he helped create, probably because he now needs power for his data centers. But for years, Gates led the crowd who said you need aggressive climate policy or it's going to be a global disaster. Heat waves, droughts, hurricanes. Hell, one day you're going to have to commute to work in a submarine.
Starting point is 00:06:19 Or what I call a boat captain by a submarine. a woman. A sexist would say. I didn't really say that. Turns out his climate dooming was as sincere as his wedding vows last year. He admitted his doomsday view is wrong and that human innovation shouldn't be sacrificed to a climate theory. So if the same person could spend years screaming the apocalypse and then announced, just kidding, why listen to him? One billion deaths? How? Designing a bioweapon? Infrastructure sabotage? Hacking our GPS so we all end up at Hillary's house? He doesn't say.
Starting point is 00:06:59 He just predicts disaster knowing the media laps it up like they did with nuclear, climate, or the pandemic. Yet they were quieter than Beagles in Fauci's labs when Biden was doing cartwheels down Air Force One stairs. So who stands to gain from this alarm? Not upstarts that could dethrone the top players. If you pause it right now, the companies that benefit are those. leading the pack and who are also the most liberal. And you also slow the economy, the one currently under Trump. But if you allow AI to proceed, it goes to every single person in the country.
Starting point is 00:07:37 It is exactly what progress is, improving all lives, like the Industrial Revolution, electricity, antibiotics, or the mute button on your remote. But Dems seem to want the dark ages. Look at Bernie's bill, which would outline. AI and imprison its users. Could you imagine the outcome? Companies would move, either offshore to other countries. We'd lose everything as the rest of the world takes off, especially China, and no one wants that. So why are people peddling fear? Well, to get a liability waiver so they can move faster. So I say, let's give it to them. At a cost. What if Trump turns America
Starting point is 00:08:19 into an AI insurance company? Meaning the U.S. offers no liability unless you take out of a policy with Trump insurance. I'm just going out on a limb that he would call it that. You pay 20% of your profits every year? That's going to add up to trillions. And that will cover the rare events that these AI guys are warning about. Now, if the AI companies laugh at the idea of insurance, then that tells you they really weren't worried about catastrophes at all. They just wanted a waiver so they could take more risks faster, which I get. I pay. I pay, Allstate, a huge premium in case something goes wrong in my dynamite factory next to the daycare center. But if Trump offers them insurance and they refuse, then we know what they were up to all along,
Starting point is 00:09:10 just using fear and lies to get what they wanted. But I guess we shouldn't be surprised when dams want to put the brakes on intelligence. They do it every time they open their damn mouths. Let's poke up.
