Starting point is 00:00:00 Tucker Carlson said Ray Dalio is one of the world's smartest investors, but more important, he's likely the wisest. Make yourself read this book. That book is how countries go broke, the big cycle. In it, Dalio explains the mechanics behind big debt cycles, and what they mean for countries with big and increasing debts like the U.S. and what you should do to protect yourself. You can find it wherever books are sold,
Starting point is 00:00:24 or read a five-minute summary of the book at economic principles.org. Okay, I know. Yeah, I know. Okay. My goodness. All right. All right. Just don't expect me to return the favor.
Starting point is 00:01:00 Happy Tuesday, everyone. Rosie O'Donnell told CNN, it's heartbreaking to watch Donald Trump destroy the country from her new home of Ireland. Meanwhile, Ireland told CNN it's heartbreaking that there's not enough Guinness to make Rosie O'Donnell look pretty. The Vatican has published images of the Pope laying in an open casket. A surprise, Jill Biden said, I'd hit that. It's a joke about Jill, not about the Pope. Send your letters to Jill. The funeral will be held Saturday for people who want to see something less depressing than SNL.
Starting point is 00:01:52 I'll laugh at it. Oh, thank you. Former Democrats went to El Salvador to visit Kilmar Abrago Garcia. Mr. Garcia will now make the very difficult decision on who he wants to give a rose to. Michelle and Barack Obama were seen dining together at a D.C. restaurant. Well, it was ladies' night.
Starting point is 00:02:24 Today, of course, is Earth Day. Yeah. Nancy Pelosi said, I remember the first one. Seven billion years ago. DNC co-chair David Hogg told Politico that J.B. Pritzker is a fighter. True. Right now he's battling diabetes, heart disease, and the thousand pound limit on his condo's elevator. Fat jackass. Ageing actor.
Starting point is 00:02:57 Robert De Niro was sent, my goodness, can't even complete the joke. Robert De Niro was censored on the view for cursing while talking about his dogs. Yeah, apparently the co-host took his comments personally. And finally, Trump's Golden Dome missile defense system could soon become a reality now that frontrunners have emerged to build it. I believe we have a picture of the Golden Dome. All right, let's do a monologue. So you know the Democrats have gone too far
Starting point is 00:03:40 when they get a wake-up call from San Francisco? Yeah, yesterday local Dems there called on the National Party to move towards the center, claiming there's a reckoning to be had in the party. And they aim to save it by rejecting what they deride as performative politics and virtue signaling, and embracing quality of life issues. Now, I know what you're thinking.
Starting point is 00:04:01 San Francisco? The hotbed of progressivism long mired by rampant homelessness, drug use, crime, and Jefferson Starship. The same deep blue city that became the breeding ground for such brilliant political minds like Nancy Pelosi, Kamala Harris, Gavin Newsom, and the Unabomber. We're talking about the same San Francisco, right? Well, let this be a warning for Dems.
Starting point is 00:04:28 If SF is telling you that you have a problem, you better listen. It's like if Kamala told you, hey, maybe you don't need another shot of Jameson. Or Jay Pritzker saying, hey, go easy on the nacho G's. Or Trey Gowdy telling you, yeah, you need a new barber. Look at him. He is a cartoon. Now, if the left truly wants to move to the center, they don't need a lecture from a city whose sidewalks are as full of shit as Jimmy Kimmel after a rubber cement enema.
Starting point is 00:05:07 First, they got to drop the identity politics. It's an issue that feeds the false dead-end sense of oppression. Dems cater to victimhood and talk around the edges on every issue while Donald Trump gets to the heart of them. He told the truth. The border's wide open. Inflation's at a record high. Rosie O'Donnell has a mild gravitational pull.
Starting point is 00:05:29 Meanwhile, the left remained a hollowed-out party, nurturing the identity politics cult until it ate them from within. Then Dems now need to stop supporting the bad guys. Not everyone is a lionized victim that will magically move the masses in opposition to Trump. People relate to Robin Hood
Starting point is 00:05:46 because he fought corrupt politicians in high taxes, not because he looted Nike. We'll be back with more Gutfeld. If you're thirsting for asphalt's melting your work boots, tape measure has anger issues, nail guns talking smack again, and hard hat baked onto head-level refreshments, we definitely have that. Cool off with Gatorade Summer Blaze, available only at Circle K.
Starting point is 00:06:19 When you're feeling the heat, Circle K makes your day. This is easy. Nearly home. Isn't home where we all want to be? Starting point is 00:06:49 Make it real with Realtor.com. Pro's number one most trusted app based on August 20, 2024 proprietary survey. Take the Maryland Dad, which is the equivalent of calling Bin Laden a Saudi influencer. Yesterday, four more Dems landed in El Salvador to greet their favorite gangbanger. I haven't seen so many Democrats excited to travel since Epstein Island. I'm surprised they didn't discover his gang tattoos themselves while they kissed his ass. But he's just the latest in the DEM's long list of false martyrs. Take Luigi,
Starting point is 00:07:31 who the left elevated to folk hero status, or Mahmoud Khalil, the anti-West hobgoblin, who the left treats like Gandhi and a paraglider. Not to mention Michael Brown, Smollett, George Floyd. If Jeffrey Dahmer were alive today, the left would call him an environmentalist for reducing the carbon footprint. Lastly, if the Dems truly want to fix things, they got to drop the act. because Dems are desperately attempting a rebrand, and like Jesse's hair, it's fake. They're calling it dark woke. It's an attitude the New York Times calls provocative and edgy,
Starting point is 00:08:05 and it's why you have most Dems cursing like they just discovered the two live crew. They see this as a way to win back voters and connect with Trump's bluntness. But if you have to act edgy, you're not. Being provocative works for Trump, because that's who he is. Well, that and you created a world so PC,
Starting point is 00:08:22 we desperately needed him. So you can't be woke and provocative. That's like being a marathon runner and interesting. But this dark woke BS reveals once again the Dems are his loss as Biden coming back from a bowling alley's men's room. They still want trans kids. They still want open borders.
Starting point is 00:08:44 They still want to burn down police stations. Just now they've added swearing. Because they're out of ideas. And why? Well, look under the hood. What's the engine for their idea creation? It's identity politics, which both prevents you from thinking beyond you're already doomed but shared assumptions, but acts as a barrier against thinking of new ideas and escaping that prison.
Starting point is 00:09:08 This is why a new idea can't get out of bed. It's strapped to the gurney with a cast of the view sitting on its chest. It's kind of like a drug addiction, one that demands all of you. So what if you lost your job? and your wife. All you need is me, and if you ever leave me, you will die. That's identity politics. It shrinks your world to a small, confined space, convincing you that the beautiful world outside is the threat. So for the Dems, this isn't a difficult challenge. It's a shift in thinking. You know, where you look at every failed idea you had and see what they have in
Starting point is 00:09:42 common. You know, for a drunk, it's always that first drink. For a Democrat, it's fear. A fear that their entire mindset is wrong. It's hard to let go of that.
