Starting point is 00:00:00 Tucker Carlson said Ray Dalio is one of the world's smartest investors, but more important, he's likely the wisest. Make yourself read this book. That book is how countries go broke, the big cycle. In it, Dalio explains the mechanics behind big debt cycles, and what they mean for countries with big and increasing debts like the U.S. and what you should do to protect yourself. You can find it wherever books are sold,
Starting point is 00:00:24 or read a five-minute summary of the book at economic principles.org. Thank you. Are you clapping for me or the fact that you're missing Jesse's show? Happy Thursday, everyone. So it's official. The UFC will host the first ever White House fight on July 4th. It's the first violent beat down to take place at the White House since Hillary discovered the blue dress. Meanwhile, the Democrats also want to participate.
Starting point is 00:01:05 And so far, they've already suggested these bouts. Jasmine Crockett versus a book. Jerry Nadler versus soap. Rashida Taleb versus a razor. And J.B. Pritzker versus a narrow hallway. Yes. All right. New Jersey parents are outraged over a new law that could put them in prison for their kids' bad behavior. It's designed to keep families intact since most New Jersey parents are already in prison.
Starting point is 00:01:48 After Trump deployed the National Guard to D.C., Chuck Schumer says that Republicans who are scared to walk outside are full of it. And by it, he means bullets. Meanwhile, Donald Trump is challenging the media to a ride-along to accompany law enforcement on the crackdown on crime. One CNN analysts already took the offer on the condition that they first hit the drive-thru. Thanks, fat. The D.C. man has been charged with felony assault after hitting a federal agent with a subway sandwich. The agent is fine, but the accused is heading to jail where he'll be the main. meat in many sandwiches.
Starting point is 00:02:35 And there's only one topping. Don't worry, it's protein. Spirit Airlines is warning that it may soon cease operations within the next year. Customers can expect no change in service. And finally, the man with the world's largest penis broke his arm after slipping and falling in the shower. By the way, thank you for the cards and letters. All right.

It's like when Nirvana came around and suddenly I could book Motley Crew for my birthday party. For years, the left owned the culture. They told us what was funny and what was offensive. At any moment, you'd be canceled for outlandish opinions. Like maybe that Miss America shouldn't be able to pee standing up.
Starting point is 00:04:09 But then it happened, the flip. Together we told the woke left to stick their scolding where the sun don't shine. You know, Michael Moore's feet. And it's more than satisfying. It's liberating because America is fun. again. For instance, Trump's planning a UFC fight at the White House. I hear, I hear, all right, twice. I hear they're going to make Nancy Pelosi the ring girl. Yeah. And hold up the number of facelifts she had
Starting point is 00:04:42 this week. Then there's the Kennedy Center honors where Trump honored kiss and Slice Stallone. You know, if it were still Joe Biden, he would have picked his favorite band, The Visiting Angels. They do a killer rendition of stairway to heaven. Hollywood must feel like a cannibal at potluck because they keep getting served middle fingers. Director Taylor Sheridan is making anti-woke shows that dominate the ratings. Yellowstone became a huge series
Starting point is 00:05:21 that spawned two prequels and five spinoffs. And who can forget this moment from Landman. You wanna guess how much oil it takes to lubricate that thing or winterize it? And it's 20 year lifespan. It won't offset the carbon footprint of making it. We have 120 year petroleum-based infrastructure.
Starting point is 00:05:41 Our whole lives depend on it. And hell, it's in everything. That road we came in on, the wheels on every car ever made, including yours, it's in tennis rackets, and lipstick, and refrigerators, and antihistamines, soap, hand lotion, garbage bags, fishing boats, you name it. Every thing. Wow.
Starting point is 00:06:07 On Netflix, a defense of fossil fuels, which is something Joe Biden will be when he's cremated. And the Sidney-Sweeney American Eagle controversy, instead of the bitter taste of cancellation, America chose big racks and biological facts. A woman who's bulges are in her sweater, not between her legs. Now, even Chuck can't deny the flip in Trump's impact. Look, I don't think we've had anybody have this much impact on the country since FDR. I mean, culturally in particular, certainly in how even our politics is conducted in that sense. I think the question is, does it have, does he have impact on policy for decades to come?
Starting point is 00:06:56 But I think culturally, in particular, and certainly on our political identity, I think he's had, not since FDR, we had this kind of a president with, look, he wants to involve himself in everything. FDR involved himself in almost everything. So deep, Chuck. You could have mentioned all that while you worked for MSNBC when you showed all the critical thinking of a goateeeming. Then there's comedy, wet blanket, Mark Marin, admitting PC humor is over.
Starting point is 00:07:31 There is no real progressive pushback anymore. They've won, right? So that side has won. They've won culture, and they've won the presidency. And now you have a lot of frightened people that believe in what was once democracy in terms of respecting all types of people. that's kind of gone.
Starting point is 00:07:50 Hey, Bozo, the only people who should be frightened are the ones who bought non-refundable Mark Maren tickets. Of course, there's Colbert whose dancing COVID shots made his credibility die suddenly. Then I went on the Tonight Show. Every day. And Fallon's raced. ratings jumped faster than Joy Behar's pulse at an all-you-can-eat-all-you-can-eat-all-you-eat-all-you-eat-all-you-eat-all-you-eat-all-you-eat-all-you-a-chrimped.
Starting point is 00:08:24 This is the cultural shift, from misery to mirth. For years, the Dems sold this worldview, where everything was an existential threat. The weather, your jokes, your lunch order. They made Jack Kavorki-earned look like Tony Robbins. They acted like achievement, confidence, and fun were oppressive to people who weren't participating. And they got away with it because we let them shame us one by one. But then something happened. But then something happened, we decided to share the risk. When somebody got targeted for cancellation, others stepped in and said, nope, not today, Don Lemon. All it took was standing up to a bully. Like when I finally got the courage to say, no, Dana, I won't do meth with you. And just like that, the shame weapon was
Starting point is 00:09:11 gone. The people who thought they could mind read your intent and always assumed the worst, they lost their theoretical superpower, and the result, a new golden age of America, where wanting good things to happen leads to good things happening. And the left can't process this. They're trapped at a psych ward of their own making. Their brains broke, and they wake up every day angry at Americans for not feeling the same. And the rest of us, we're as free as my pool boys when they turn 18. The days of being told you're evil for wanting to laugh are over. The grown-ups are back in charge of the party and we're turning the music up louder than ever. And those who hated us, you're welcome to join us.
