Starting point is 00:00:00 A list-naf production. Activate your internet. Cause the hay mission and the podcast starts in three, two. Sorry, still buffering. One. Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! Ahoi-oh! One. Ahoy all! Ahoy to you, Hayne. Ahoy sir. Ahoy to you, Jacko. Ahoy. And I believe we've got Will to say Ahoy too, who's used the website to upload what he's been up to this week. Another brave soul making it to the end of the Minotaur's Labyrinth. Many die, many die in the Labyrinth,
Starting point is 00:00:43 but very few make it to the end to upload their audio file and so we salute you well. It's actually quite simple, not at all. Hello, I'm Will Barnard from the US. Yeah. I am currently up to episode 40, so I don't know if you're still doing this introduction. But I thought I'd say, hello, what's up?
Starting point is 00:01:02 I'm having a great day. And also I'm actually from Australia. Bona, you mungrel. I never have we built more betrayed, Bona. Bona, I was up with Veronica Chikki, and now I know that I was a Zen. He probably is current. He probably is up to date by now,
Starting point is 00:01:22 because you have to think he recorded that at 40. And then he began the process of trying to upload it. And I would say about 55 episodes. Would have passed. Before we got it up. I'm excited to get into this one because we talked on the phone a little while ago, Jackson. I was actually surprised that this peaked my interest.
Starting point is 00:01:42 Yeah. It's a special skill based around we. We've had a few that we've blocked in the past. We're not afraid of a we-based challenge. We've done it ourselves. But they have to be high class. Gotta be high class. And this one did tick that box.
Starting point is 00:01:58 This is a man that believes he can accurately estimate the correct volume of we that he's able to produce before he produces it. Jackson is his name. He joins us now. Jackson, how are you, Ed? A holy voice. Now Jackson, big day for you. I mean, we're waiting really. We're on call today because we don't want to force you. You don't tell me you've just gone like before this call. Because we were called.
Starting point is 00:02:24 It takes us about, you know, 45 minutes to record the podcast. When was your last way? It was about an hour ago. Oh, it's okay. You went an hour ago. Oh, actually. Have you been jamming and then have you been
Starting point is 00:02:35 for five minutes? I've been seven, seven, seven, the beverage of choice water. Great. Okay. So an hour ago, that's, that's recent. Yeah. Well, how many weeds are you drinking at a day? Three, three.
Starting point is 00:02:46 Three. Rule of three. Well how many do you do a day the day? Oh, I think keep track of him, but I try to say hi, I try to. I can't. I think you'd be so upset at three. Three and a poo is usually the rule of thumb,
Starting point is 00:03:00 although keep your thumbs clear, as they teach you early on. One of the key rules. Okay, rules, we're going to block it. We're going to have a little box. We didn't want to, but Jackson, you say that you can, you can measure and know the exact volume in milliliters of we before you're innate. When we talked to you, you, you mentioned that you've been using, and you tenseil from the kitchen, like a measuring jug. Is that what we're using today? Yeah, yeah, we are. But I do have to say it's not before our wee, but our wee, then I can say how much it
Starting point is 00:03:36 was afterwards. But are you looking at a bee killer who has gone through a blindfolded? Okay. Was that what it's just discussed? I don't remember it that way. I think I remember it wrong. I think I remember it was a pre-war estimation. Or are we confusing it?
Starting point is 00:03:52 Okay, Jack and Nango. Judges are talking. Just projects and on to all for a second. We can't see. Are we conflating this skill with the guy that said he can guess how long the way he's gonna pick? I think we are. Well, I think he wrote from memory,
Starting point is 00:04:05 he said he used to paint or bucket. And then he would get in and he would transfer it to the big screen. Yeah, that's fair enough. Okay, okay. But we sort of make sure that it's the same bucket over and over again. But that's why we've got the next element,
Starting point is 00:04:16 which is his girlfriend kind of acting for us. I'd just think that having a blindfolded we are is just brought with danger. Thankfully it's in his own house. Let's get back to Jackson. Jackson, are you there? Yes, I'm here. Now that was our bed. Fair enough. Today, do you want to pee in a bucket, then pour that bucket into the measuring jugger? Are you just peeing blindfolded into the jug?
Starting point is 00:04:35 I'm happy to pee blindfolded, strained to the jug. We've also got your girlfriend on standby, Harlier. Yeah. Would you mind putting her on? Yep. Sure. I'll pass her over. Mind the flight. Pass the phone. Hi. Hi, Tara.
Starting point is 00:04:49 Thanks so much for doing this. So I know it's probably not your best way to spend enough to do. Yeah, better things I can do. Yeah, there are. That's why we want to make it work for you while, Talia. Talia, we need you to be sort of our government official on the ground.
Starting point is 00:05:02 Yeah. We need you to make sure that Jackson really is blindfolded when he pees into the jug. You're happy to be present for our government official on the ground. Yeah. We need you to make sure that Jackson really is blindfolded when he pays into the jug. You're happy to be present for the pain. That's not an issue. You've probably seen him doing this. Yeah. Seeing and heard regularly. Yep. Okay. So you've seen him break the thing. Here's the thing. Obviously you know and love Jackson, you could theoretically lie and just go, yeah, you've got it guys.
Starting point is 00:05:23 He's got it bang on. And we'll have no way of knowing if that's true or not. So we need to incentivize you slightly to be honest. Talia, we're gonna pay you, we're gonna give you a $30 Uber voucher or an Uber it's voucher, I mean, he use it for anything. Okay, so now you're on our side. Now it's 30 about the right. We didn't want
Starting point is 00:05:45 to give you too much because then you, you just lie. Yeah. Okay. He hasn't done it. Oh, actually, no, you only get the 30 if he fails. Isn't that? No, I think she should just be, she should get it regardless. But then she can do a win-win. All right. Put it on hold, Jack. Jack, we actually can only give it to her if he fails. We have to incentivize her to be honest to go, he hasn't got it. Because if we just give you to a regardless, she's a good point. They're going to absolutely clean us up. You'll like Bonnie and Clyde. Okay.
Starting point is 00:06:12 They walk away with $30.00. Bring it back. Tally, yeah. You actually get the $30.00.00.00. If Jackson fails. So it incentivizes you to be honest. Do you want Jackson to win it now without any incentivizing going on. Um, I don't mind, I don't mind either way.
Starting point is 00:06:28 I say that's the vibe I'm getting. Like, no, we, it doesn't mind either way. That's good. And then so the kicker is, hey, if you are honest on top of this great attitude, you get a $30 voucher. Okay, okay, okay. I'm just going for me. But I don't worry that she wants him to fail now and it's going to be harder on him.
Starting point is 00:06:44 No, we just, we just need to split up any kind of like lovers alliance. Yeah. Now if we offer a $200 voucher, you're like, he could get it to the mill later. Yeah. She'll throw it in his face and you can't prove a thing. You know, we don't want that. I wouldn't. I mean, my wife would do that to me.
Starting point is 00:07:01 So $30 is about right, I think. Yes, she won't betray him, but she'll be honest. Would you betray your boyfriend for $30, Talia? On the fence. Yeah, perfect. That's exactly the right way, fam. You wanted to be just the right amount for someone to be not sure if they'd betray or not.
Starting point is 00:07:18 All right, thank you, Talia. Let's put to Jackson one more time. Jackson, you've got to produce his number. What we thought is best. Why don't we let you build up ahead of steam a little bit more? And then it is text us when you're ready to go. And we'll pop it in the show wherever. That's it.
Starting point is 00:07:40 Hey, by the way, it has to be over a hundred meals. Yeah, yeah. Because I do think like a cheat when it comes to competitive sports. And that can be an asset on this side of things. So, yeah, as the governing body, we didn't have to be over a hundred meals. You can't just do one drip and guess one meal. And it has to be completed evacuation, Eric. Well, we won't know that. We won't know, but if there's any, you know, holding on, I mean sportsmen shop. You'll probably be able to hear the trickle at the end. Sport?
Starting point is 00:08:10 Yeah, that's too much. Oh, we were going live, aren't we? We hear the pace coming off. Yes, if we just hear a sharp end. And, and, and we can hear the squeaking of a rigorous pinch. Yeah. We'll know. He just knows exactly how to do 150 or something. Yeah, yeah,
Starting point is 00:08:26 because at a flow rate, when it's at full Pell, you'd be out of measure that. It's trying to adjust as the flow rate changes. Yeah, very great. There's a lot of science to it, but I think we're clear and I think we've kind of plugged all the avenues for cheating. Okay. I know we're going to get a good solid contest. We look forward to your text. Jackson Talia doesn't. She won't look forward to it, but we really do appreciate it and we will hear from you guys soon. All right, thanks. You guys are good. This is great. Guys, we talked a few weeks ago on the show about an impulse purchase battle that I'm having with myself and Instagram who keeps presenting
Starting point is 00:09:08 me with the ad. Yes. They know the copper ball. The copper ball. The sphere. The copper, perfect copper sphere. Perfect copper sphere. 99.99.
Starting point is 00:09:16 So it's like you're a spear that you're up here. Yeah. No, copper spear. That's interesting. The perfectly round. 99.99999% pure ball of copper. That's beautiful. That's beautiful. That's beautiful. That's beautiful. That's beautiful. That's beautiful. That's beautiful. That's beautiful.
Starting point is 00:09:28 That's beautiful. That's beautiful. That's beautiful. That's beautiful. That's beautiful. That's beautiful. That's beautiful. That's beautiful.

No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no Perfectly polished. He's actually shy that I feel as good as. Got some at a nibble. No, no, no. I Instagram must be at a tail when you spend a long time on an ad. I've never, I like, you know, I don't go and click through. I'm not like going to the website or anything, but I, but I, it knows. I'm close. It knows because it keeps coming up in my feed going. Come on, mate. Yeah. Here you go. I'll give you the, I'll mate. Yeah, here you go. Oh, Jack, I'm not crazy here.
Starting point is 00:10:25 You, I'll give you the, I'll hand the Instagram ad to you. Just read out some of the benefits here. I mean, you might have to like refresh it to get it back to the start over the ad. Exactly one kilogram. Yeah. Kills germs on contact.
Starting point is 00:10:39 Look at that. Right. Copper. With an aerospace grade finish, it's mesmerizing. Mesmerizing. Click to learn how it works. Copper. With an aerospace grade finish, it's mesmerizing. Mesmerizing. Click to learn how it works.
Starting point is 00:10:48 Yeah. There is more to this copper ball that meets the eye. That's the thing, it's sort of like, it's so beautiful. And actually, Jack, I'll get it up. I think there was a testimonial. You'll listen to this, and I mean, I can see you're not sold 100%. No, no, I won't be purchasing the copper ball. I'm working at the comments here. I don't think you should
Starting point is 00:11:05 um, it appears we'll just buy anything that you say. It's not those comments there was a isn't it? Not that one specifically. Let me just read you this testimony on your I can't because it's then you begin to realize okay they're they're not mucking around here. I received my one kilo copper sphere and I absolutely love it. I cannot believe how heavy it is. For the size. I cannot believe how heavy it is.
Starting point is 00:11:40 One of the key was the third advertising point. I cannot believe how heavy it is for the size. I can't imagine what the tungsten sphere feels like, but some day I plan to add that to my collection as well. So this company specializes in sort of well-made spheres. Like pure spheres. Here's the thing, you know, it's got a sense of inevitability about it. I know I've got you two guys sitting here
Starting point is 00:12:02 as the voice of reason. It's, they're not cheap. No, obviously. And for good reason, you can tell a lot of effort. I'd rather not say that they're not there up there. But you've got to understand what you're paying for. This is not, they haven't just found balls of copper. This is a very deliberate sphere, well polished, exactly one key. Absolutely well engineered, you think. More than meets the eye, benefits are limitless. So I find myself at a juncture. I'm touring and frying, and I thought, as we often do on this show, when there's a big emotional
Starting point is 00:12:36 decision for one of us to make, it might help to do it through music. Yes, got the guitar. OK, OK, OK, we're ready to do this. Yes, OK, here we go. That solid copper ball Hmm, solid copper ball No, no, hey, you need to be strong or at least try But check, there's more to the ball That meets the eye
Starting point is 00:13:18 It's a solid ball with nothing inside There might actually be less than meets the eye But how do you know Who are about weight Inside there might actually be less than meets the eye But how do you know? What about wait? One kilo in your hands? Wouldn't that be great? But you get the same thing from a bag of rice
Starting point is 00:13:36 Or half a bag of servicetion ice The only thing it does is make your bank account empty What if it makes me feel like I'm horny and twentier? Oh, hey, please come down, it's a useless ball I bought it! I bought it! I bought it! I've bought it!
Starting point is 00:14:01 Sorry, I bought it! It's done. And I might have bought a little something extra. For you guys. Really? Are you cards right? Who's getting the other ball? Oh, it's going to be brother.
Starting point is 00:14:14 We all know it's direction is going. You're playing cards right though, I know. It hasn't been decided yet. Good luck boys. Good luck. All right, Ando. What's up, Set-you? No. Can I show it before you?
Starting point is 00:14:32 You're great because Jack wasn't ready with the sauce. Yeah, the sauce helping him out. But can I tell you one thing that I really loved? Yeah, just a little bit of a... What was I? There's a new blender that back bought right. And by the design of it, when you put the blender upside down in the dishwasher,
Starting point is 00:14:54 normally the base will fill up with water. You know how you get that, same with a glass, it has a dip at the top of it. It had drainage holes. Doesn't matter. It fills up with water, and you take it, you just chuck the water back in the dishwasher.
Starting point is 00:15:07 I know, but it just drains out nicely. Yeah, but it's got time to, you know, at the factory to drill the holes in. You just splash it out. All I'm saying is, do you not like it when you open the dishwasher and the puddles gathered? I hate it on the top of plates and stuff.
Starting point is 00:15:20 It's flicked down. Do you think I had a you feel that? Yeah, but you just flicked the water off. All right. I just flicked down. Jack, how do you feel about that? Yeah, but you just flicked the water off. I don't know. LAUGHTER Everything is neat and practical, because that's the way it likes it. But what if it wasn't?
Starting point is 00:15:35 Imagine what else they could have. Sorry. What else they could have accomplished at the Blender factory if they weren't worrying about drilling holes in it? Well, not upset people like that. Well, I'm very... I'm going to personally recommend it.
Starting point is 00:15:45 Well, I'm going to recommend it. Look at the time it's now taken up in, it's actually wasting everyone's time. But I'll personally recommend it to people if I see them in the street. That's a lot. Because of the drainage holes. Because the drainage holes. I, Billy, you've got something to upset Andy, my friend. Oh, who is that?
Starting point is 00:15:58 Yeah, who is that? Oh, who is that? Good Bill. Yeah, Dream come true. Mate, it's lovely to have you all. It's true. Yeah. I mean, you're about to ruin Andy's day, but for me, it's a dream come true. No, it's lovely to have you live too. Yeah, I mean, you're about to ruin Andy's day, but that's for me, it's a big difference.
Starting point is 00:16:07 I know. What have you got, Bill? So yeah, in my bathroom at home, we have a set of three lights. Instead of having the same three glows, we have three separate glows. Three different glows. Oh, yeah. Are they clustered together like one of those bathroom lights,
Starting point is 00:16:23 like the heater lamp lights or are they separate lights? No, we know itustered together like one of those bathroom lights like the heater light lamp lights or are they Separate lights. No, we know it's more like in one corner. You got a bit of yellow That's good effect But if you're trying to be out of it, we have a little drawer like miscellaneous bulbs and you know to go in one blow You grab another one He cares if this is no-me for lamps doesn't matter 40 watts 200 watts Lights light light light in my right bill. Well, it's it's less Fastened on the better chin light light baby. Hey, it's on his grave stone Less fastened loose to have a draw full of glow no loose clothes remember loose clothes
Starting point is 00:17:00 Fastened loose clothes Maddie Maddie Maddie have you got something to say? Very good I'm laughing loose clothes. Got you built. Maddie. Maddie, have you got something to upset Andy? Oh, I'm going. I'm going. Very good. So the story was, I wasn't work. And the salt ground needed a refill. I tried to open it, and then I just wouldn't come off. You know, too hard.
Starting point is 00:17:16 I tried the pepper grind, which is also empty. Leads came straight off. So the salt goes straight into the pepper grind. No, I'm peppered that a little. No, it's fast and loose, baby. Yeah, most of it would be salt, wouldn't it, Maddie? I mean, there'd be a bit of trace elements of pepper in there, but there's trace elements of pepper
Starting point is 00:17:31 all over the place. You're probably breathing something now. Please. It's a very light mineral. All you needed was a quick rinse out, you find there. Oh, who's got time to rinse things out, Maddie? I've got to eat quick to get to lunch, quiz. She's working on it, Andrew.
Starting point is 00:17:44 Okay, Maddie. Well done, maybe very good. So, love for you. Ever? Oh, hi to you. Hi, boys. Emma, um, do you got something to upset, Andy? Um, so whenever I get a cut on my finger, I usually just get a bit of toilet paper folded up and um, just sticky tape in one. Oh, I don't like that. No, you don't. Well, what do you use? Band-Aids? Yeah. Oh, houses must be very nice. Must, you don't. Well, what do you use? Band-Aids. Oh, how's it? Yes, I think that. Must be very nice. Must be so, must be very nice
Starting point is 00:18:08 to have access to all those band-Aids. I wish. As you have seen, as you would have seen him staying at my place, what you would have gone to the cupboard. And there's a medical tupperware. Take it out the box that says medical, I'm a... Next to bits and bobs.
Starting point is 00:18:20 Yeah. My label at bits and bobs. That's the, that's every box. Every box is bits and bobs. You don't have to write bits and bobs. Yeah. My label of bits and bobs. That's the, that's every box. Every box is bits and bobs. You don't have to write bits and bobs box on. But you would have failed it helpful. Didn't need it. Yeah, I'm sure.
Starting point is 00:18:31 What have found it helped you. Yeah, no, I mean, that's the thing. I mean, Erwin, if you've got an odd sock nearby or any sock, just tear a strip off of with your tea, like you're dressing up with. You don't even have band-aid until you need a band-aid. That's it. I mean, yeah, who's going, I'll tell you who is Andy, every go around the supermarket going just in case. Better get five sizes of band-aid.
Starting point is 00:18:48 No, you got sticky tape, you got toilet paper, you set. You see the one size and I like the material fabric ones. Oh, must be so nice. So, who are you? Oh, hi fellas. Oh, hi, Joe. Joe, have you got something to say, Andy? Yeah, so my opposite, Andy, is fellas. Oh, hi, Joe. Um, Joe, have you got something to upset Andy? Yeah, so my absolute Andy is, uh, you know, when you're at the store, after you've bought your items,
Starting point is 00:19:11 using your card, um, normally rather than spending the time to stuck your card into that, the little sleafing. Yeah, well, I just put them all in the big card section. Yeah. Yeah. In the cash section. Yeah. So cash cards. I mean, that's what a wall is for, cash and cards. Yeah, they're meant to. I just put them all in the big card section. Yeah. Yeah. In the cash section. Yeah. So cash cards, I mean, that's what a wall, it's full of cash and cards. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:30 Why does a card need its own little house? Because it's easier to find it. I think you're going to be less efficient because then we just, who's got the time? When you get it, well, this is saving him time. No, but I mean to why. Here you go, little mouse. Here's where you live in this special little.
Starting point is 00:19:43 You're a little bit off. Exactly. I mean, you have the whole time walking around the shop to find your card. Yeah. And then straight up to your page and just get out of this. You're on your way onto the next mission, that's all right Joe. Now, it's guys like us that are just jumping straight into the next thing the day is throwing at us. It's Andy, sit down, probably got to a park which almost like Forest Cump, sit down. Where do you live, Chief Out, Sandwich?
Starting point is 00:20:04 Yep. Where do you live chief out sandwich? Yep, where do I live? At the moment I live in a little place called Canaver. Where's that which is like just on the south of Australia Victorian border? Yeah, right. Too tough to set up. I was just gonna throw a challenge to him that I can take my wallet out Get the car out get money out quicker than he could My special skill. Yeah, I'm happy to he could. I'm happy to do a virtual challenge here. Okay. I'll say go and you guys each say done. Imagine doing it in your head or you want to actually do it, Andy. Imagine opening while I'm taking card out, tap and paying and putting it back and just say done when you're done. All right, Joe, you ready?
Starting point is 00:20:45 Yeah, yeah, I'm good. Here we go. Ready, set, go. Yeah, I'm done. Oh, I think you just beat me. Yeah. I think you just beat you. And I got the sense, Joe, that you finished early
Starting point is 00:21:00 and sort of had to enjoy it a little bit of a moment while you're out in front before you were in. I don't think you even did it. I've got the ending for a bit. It was while you're at in front of where you are. I don't think he even did it. I've got caught up spectating at that. No, because he couldn't believe someone's saying that like that long. I know that it is. Bye, Joe. And I'm always excited to get any kind of correspondence. You don't have to write in with a special skill or a power move, whatever. Any idea or any thought you've got, that's what we're here for as a show.
Starting point is 00:21:31 Young man that did that, Joshua Fernandez wrote in with a great idea. Okay. And he said, look, there's chicken salt out there that everyone knows and loves on chicken. Love chicken salt. Why don't we have beef salt? Because I would be very interested in eating beef salt because think about it. It's just the same as chicken salt. Why don't we have beef salt? Because I would be very interested in eating beef salt because think about it. It's just the same as chicken salt, just as many people love beef because seriously, make this happen, Hamish Nani, this is a billion dollar idea right here, which brings
Starting point is 00:21:55 me to a new segment called... The billion dollar idea. Oh, where we test to see if things really are a billion dollar idea. Yeah, Now a billion dollars is a lot. It's a lot of money, but sometimes an idea can be small and you don't realize it's a billion dollar idea. A couple of ways, so I sat down and went like, let's crunch some numbers here. Let's say, and this is nice of Joshua, let's assume he's just handed over this idea to us. It's now our job to generate one billion dollars from beef salt.
Starting point is 00:22:22 Can I throw my first worry in? There will be some, yes. Okay, first question is, is chicken salt a billion dollar idea? That's a great question. Let's say it is. Well, let's investigate. That's a great question because I started doing some salt investigating. Because if it's not, if chicken's not a chicken salt,
Starting point is 00:22:44 if the incumbent isn't a billion dollar market, it's going to be tough to come and create a whole new billion dollar market. Let's say it is. So it seems to be quite popular around the world. Yeah. The way I see it is we're a three-man operation trying to make a billion dollar company. We're going to have to divide and conquer some tasks. And you're probably in charge of sort of accounts logistics. Jack, I want
Starting point is 00:23:06 you in charge of like supplies, getting supplies, relationships with our suppliers. Okay. Like the jars that we sell it in. Yep. Printing, getting the beef seasoning, getting the salt. That's a lot. Yeah, you're kind of, you're kind of the product. You're like, I suppose, your product generation and logistics. Yeah. And, and are you the money side of things? Yeah. Make sure that the budget's a nice and tight.
Starting point is 00:23:32 And it's especially a bit of a razor man. Yep. And I'll sort of do a big picture marketing, branding, that kind of thing. But first question is, Jack, where do you want to manufacture it? So, I have to... I'm in charge of getting the beef salt into... I don't want to excuse this. Into I have to, I'm in charge of getting the beef salt into, I don't want to excuse this. Into the jars, I just want to. Just for the ends of the side. Well, actually, don't know.
Starting point is 00:23:49 Is chicken salt made from chicken or is it chicken flavor? Like, first question for the real cheese sauce guy. Oh no, he's asking the right question. Well, I thought, I thought fantastic. It's a lot of flavoring in it. I did some research for you. So let's say this is our first company, man. Well, I would say it's like a reduction,
Starting point is 00:24:05 like beef stock and then we'd add it to a salt. That would be maybe more organic, find it at a country fair type situation. You commercially available chicken salt seems to have a lot of preservatives, flavors. No real chickens in it. Can vegans eat chicken salt? It's like crab sticks or prawn crackers.
Starting point is 00:24:21 Don't have a lot of prawns in the kind of thing. It's a lot of numbers and a lot of preservatives. So I did a bit of investigating, how much would you expect to pay for 200 gram jar at the supermarket of chicken salt? $3. Spot on. Very touching common man.
Starting point is 00:24:35 Very touching common man. Well done Jack. $3.200 gram jar, not master foods, like just entry level, which puts it at 15 bucks a kilo. Okay, retail. Of that, I think it's saved which puts it at 15 bucks a kilo. Okay, retail. Of that, I think it's saved as those $10 profit in every kilo. Okay.
Starting point is 00:24:50 So now this is not research anymore. This is just what you think. Well, this is my, the assumptions. You got it. I thought you were going to tell us the hard stats on what they make from chicken salt. No, I mean, I didn't. I think I'm interested in chicken salt. I'm interested in beef salt.
Starting point is 00:25:03 That's my business. So we're suggesting that they're making a kilo for five bucks, but it's selling for 15. That's exactly right. So a cup of $10. So for every kilo, we make 10 bucks. Yeah. So, for my mind, to be a billion dollar business, I think you have to be making about $100 million a year profit.
Starting point is 00:25:20 Yeah. And then we'd sell the business, going, well look, we're making $100 million a year, and you might sell the business for a billion on a ten times earnings. Yeah, I mean ten times is generous. Well, five times earnings as well. Even less to say we get a good say. Okay. Let's say Google buys us. Okay. Which I've got to be honest with you guys, if you want to be a unicorn and that's what we're talking about here being a billion dollar startup, you need a Google.
Starting point is 00:25:42 You need someone to come in and pay a billion. And people are getting scared of tech a bit at the moment. It's something you can touch and taste. That will be our picture Google. You want this in the portfolio because it's a real thing. Touch and taste. And you'll like the taste. So go to your own Amazon or someone.
Starting point is 00:25:57 Yeah. So they're going, yeah, we've got like a lot of, because Google's got a lot of tech stuff and services. And a lot of billions. A lot of billions, so many billions. And you just want to, do you have a salt? Yeah, no. Would you like one?
Starting point is 00:26:07 Yeah. Would you like a beef salt? So anyway, that's not today. That's not today. That's down the trip where we meet with Google. Yep. Tricky thing is, if we want to make $100 million clear profit a year, we've got to invest that $50 million in the salt.
Starting point is 00:26:20 Oh, yeah, yeah. You know, and you've got to spend five to $8, 10. Yep. That's probably one of the big probs with kicking off the idea is the 50 million. I mean, we're struggling with the loyalty card covering costs there. Yes. 50 million's a big investment and that's without any of us taking a salary. But we, that's the assumption.
Starting point is 00:26:38 That's the assumption. But that's the assumption that we are wanted to be a billion dollar company from when we launch. I think we'll add the bills to drag on for years. I don't. I don't either. I mean, I just used to be up and sold in a week. OK, wow.
Starting point is 00:26:55 Every single shark tank episode, they start low and then they work up year by year. They never come in and go, it's worth a billion dollars already. Well, I mean, that's what just for a finan, is it saying he's saying it's a billion dollars is not? You know, I had a couple of problems. First one was the question about, I think if we are, sorry, my last bit on the numbers is we're selling, if we want to make 100 million a year, we're selling 10 million kilograms
Starting point is 00:27:16 of beef salty. Oh, that's a lot. That's my maths. Yeah, it's a lot of those questions. So I went, how much salt is everyone, you know, eating? Because we're actually in the added salt market. Yeah, it's no Not just a regular. People eat about three grams of salt a day, which is too high But this is the average American. They're the biggest eaters
Starting point is 00:27:33 But only one gram of that is added salt But that's that's a lot if they're if people are only eating one gram a day and we're trying to sell 10 million kilograms a year Yeah, what is it? You don't know this? Well, it's 10,000 times 10 million. So what's that? 100 billion sales. 100 billion servings. Servings, yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:55 We're trying to sell. That gets tricky. Here's my other question there. I think people like chicken salt because you have chicken and chips. Yeah. This is what I mean. because you have chicken and chips. Yeah. But you have second prize. Hang on.
Starting point is 00:28:08 Are you... I mean, sorry, can I... I've got to be an issue with this. We've seemed for a three-man operation that's trying to create a billion-dollar business here. Yeah. Like, don't know if we can have one-third of our staff being such a naysay. It's like, it was questioned in the product.
Starting point is 00:28:22 But there's just, obviously, great chicken and chips shops. We salute them. We have on this show. I know, I understand that. There's not too many beef and chicken, the best of beef and chips shops. That's true. And I don't think you, I don't think people are going to like the taste of the beef chip. Some will. So as much as much as they do a chicken chip. Okay, but it's a preference thing and And we, look, don't give me wrong. I'm not here to have a go at chicken soup. I know they're our competitors now because we're talking they're both meat-based salts. But we all acknowledge chicken salt exists.
Starting point is 00:28:55 They've got there. We can't take them on. There's a lot of big chicken salt companies. The tricky thing is, you're right. I think people, it's fair to say some people will prefer chicken salt. So we really want to target those beef salt lovers. And that's why my marketing side of things,
Starting point is 00:29:11 I think we need to come up with something like, I've got a friend that makes different salts, like. Yeah. What are you saying? What are you saying? What are you saying? What are you saying? What are you doing, girl?
Starting point is 00:29:22 I'm saying Fisker. She makes salt. She makes different salt. She makes different salt. She makes different salt. sorry, I'm sorry. She makes salt. She makes different salt stationery. She does that as well, but she does like little salt stationery. She does like, did I go up here? My director call. I'd like some salty paper.
Starting point is 00:29:33 That's both of that departments. That's both of that departments. So if it makes up different salt mixes and things to like, so she'll lay out the sauce and see if she can get us a beef salt happening. Well, and we'll get a taste of it next week. Yeah, hold that for it. Tell me what you think of this though.
Starting point is 00:29:51 I mean, sorry, I don't want to go full circle here and then sing the coming before it's begun. But I think if we're any kind of shot on the marketing front, we need to, because people are only eating one gram a day, and I think we need to get that right up. Just not a healthy thing to need to get that right up. Just not a healthy thing to do, but that's business. Yep. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:30:09 That's the killer. That's killing. Yeah. There's money in it. I reckon we go, you know how we big has, how many we big stew, how many we big stew do you do here? I reckon we go like beef salt, like how many kilos can you do? How many kilos can you do for dinner?
Starting point is 00:30:23 Yeah, I think athletes to say that they do. Oh, you know, after a team of guys, I know you're five killers. I do five killers of beef salt after a run. Yeah, when I come over a run, you sweat out a lot of salt. Yeah, and I'll do five killers of beef salt. I don't know, you know, you know, Tams and Bullets. I'll do 12. I don't know, we need more people like you. Steve Monakin.
Starting point is 00:30:45 Oh, don't do, you know, I'll go for long and I'll do 25 kilos of beef salt. No, I'll do it. My body weight in beef salt. So it's one of the things. So it has been made. Oh. So, someone does make it.
Starting point is 00:30:59 The End Hey, we've got some pretty tough news table table table it to give to you when we've always said oh to me No, I reckon we could probably It feels like we have a long head wrap it up here. You need to know it right it hurt so much when I came across it All right table it It's it really is gonna dig deep into our sides, you and I, and a little bit of salt in there after the wound was gushing. We've been through a lot, we've been through a lot, and we will try and whether this storm,
Starting point is 00:31:33 I don't know if we'll be able to, of course, we're not invincible. And with every blow that batters our armor, eventually one will pierce our hearts, will this be the piercing? Hey, nearly a year ago, you offered up a show to Jack. Oh, television show. A television show for him to take. I've been it up to the group. Yeah, but Jack, for all of, flagged that since we earned the intellectual property,
Starting point is 00:32:00 could we do no legwork? Yeah. Which is actually not an uncommon split in the television world. And all true stories coming in in France, I think this week, it will be very long and I'll gut you out on it. So yeah, that's a great example of one idea, endless results.
Starting point is 00:32:19 There was a rough battle to remind people because it was some time ago. Can you tell the show? The show idea was called Celebrity Medicine Cabinets and it perfectly mixed interesting anecdotes by well-known celebrities and a voyeuristic touch as we, the viewer, was taken through the celebrities medicine cabinet, Gopnachemador, Angela Najoli answers,
Starting point is 00:32:41 oh hi, Angela, oh my god, is that today? Up to the bathroom, have a look at her creams her potions, her pills. Of course it's up to her to disclose what she wants, but the spirit of the show is. Come on, we all got stuff. We've all got stuff in our medicine cabinet. Show us the real you, Angel.
Starting point is 00:32:56 Why have you got a fungal cream and a quarter zone? Exactly. Did you not know what the rash was? That's me speaking from experience. I've got the say, that would be my cabinet at the moment. Yeah, I've got this arm rash. Yeah. Why isn't it going for me?
Starting point is 00:33:07 There are those. I don't know. I got it when I fell off my bike in the mountains. I think I've got some bacteria in my arm. See that coming back after this. So that's a fun back and forth. Yeah. That quit existence celebrity medicine cabinet.
Starting point is 00:33:18 I was excited about the format. You're excited about the format. This was pre-COVID days too. So my ultimate dream was we end up in Khan and the South of France with this big television. That's where people go to sell TV formats. Yeah. Look, the only thing missing here is all the rest of the work. You build up the...
Starting point is 00:33:34 Just a treatment. There's basically one document. So you get ever an excited. A PDF and some sales. And then... To Jacko, you take care of that. You're in for... Do we offer from 49%? that. You're in for, do we offer him 49%.
Starting point is 00:33:45 Yeah. You're in 49%. So if it ever gets legal, we still kind of have a leg to stand on. Yeah. Not that we expected it to. We were hoping it runs for 10 seasons. You get the paperwork done, get it made up into some binders and stuff. Man, Andy, you'll book the hotel in France.
Starting point is 00:33:58 Exactly. And this should actually take care of itself. What he said, he's... He's... He's... What he said, he's... He's... Well, Jack said, he said, give me a week to think about it. And he came back and this happened.
Starting point is 00:34:08 Because you have no written documentation of a TV format. Wrong. You don't, do you have it? Yeah. Of course. You think we wouldn't have written this down before we gave it to you? Well, who has celebritymedicinecabinet.com? According to the internet, I own it.
Starting point is 00:34:21 Ha ha ha ha. We like to call for the internet as a witness. Go to celebritymedicincabinet.com. He actually has a website. He's celebrity medicine cabinet, a TV show owned by Jack Post. May it. Copyright 2019 Jack Posts All Rights Reserve. So that was her full.
Starting point is 00:34:39 Someone had taken an idea and run off with it. Funny, because now we're in a beard boys' alliance. Yeah. You must think, look back at that and go, how'd I get over that? Yeah. How did that snake grow beard? That seems like a million years ago to get over here.
Starting point is 00:34:51 Yeah, that's true. The only reptile to sprout mammalian facial features, he somehow grew a snake beard. It must be sort of like, you know, countries do this all the time. Well, you know, America and Japan, working hand in hand, building technology.
Starting point is 00:35:06 Seven years ago, not the best of friends. Yeah, it happens. So, I mean, to my horror, I got a direct message saying, the show's out there. It's been done. It's been done. And I don't think so. It's not Jack.
Starting point is 00:35:21 It's a Dr. Rita Linkner. So, she's got the authority to go around. Interesting. She's going into celebrity's houses and looking at their medicine cards. Of course she is. This is a bloody good idea. I've got a grab for you here. I've got a grab for you here.
Starting point is 00:35:32 Here today was one of my favorite people ever. We have a cleaning. So we're going to do the big reveal. We're going to open up the Asmedezic cabinet and search and deconstruct it and then put together her. Unbelievable. So go for it. I'll let you do the bang. Here we go. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:47 This is a real house legs, but it's in Kansas. Real house, wasn't it? We're gonna have, Jack, that could be us. Instead of infighting, if you just got down to brass texts and made the format, we would have been in Khan, shaken hands of Bravo Network, or one of the big US stations.
Starting point is 00:36:02 Yeah. And we would be, we'd have, we'd be with the ring club on our books. And we'd be talking to Leah Sminking and look at her and all those big names you just heard. And that'd be us, maybe fat cats behind that idea. And I guess the only leverage I had was that, the domain name, celebritymedicinecavenet.com,
Starting point is 00:36:19 which last month they called me and asked if I want to renew and they said no. They said no. They waited for me at 1, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no Genie from the future came back and said oh by the way guys someone on the team. Yeah for the sake of saving $12 costs you guys 10 million who do you think it is? hesitation pointing at Jack for a $12 saving it wasn't even really a renewal They they automatically renewed it the night to go down and I say money back So you spent time I spent an hour on doing those things. It wasn't easy. We could have that doctor at the
Starting point is 00:37:08 high court for international, we could have him in the hage, which I know is usually for war crimes there, but I think they make an exception for this level of theft. What's the show called? What's so many medias? It literally could. So I've been chatting to Rita, the doctor, I reached out to her on Instagram. Yeah, I said, I said, hi, on Instagram. I said, hi, Rita, I hope you're well. I noticed you're doing medicine, you know, hers is called medicine cabinet detox, sorry.
Starting point is 00:37:32 She said, I noticed you're doing medicine cabinet detox show. It's great. Great. So I wanted to give you a heads up on an acquaintance of mine called Jack Post. He actually owns the concept of this show. Good. It's called Celebrity Medicine Cammots. I don't think he will come after you legally because
Starting point is 00:37:50 he's pretty lazy and he hates admin. But if he does let me know. I've got some good dirt on him and I can give him a scare off for you. And this is the man you want to be in an alliance with. I just wanted to help you as he screwed a mate of mine and I over on a business deal back in the past. This is the ugly side of TV. He's a nice you as he screwed a mate of mine and I over on a business deal back in the past This is the ugly side of TV. He's a nice guy, but he's a bit of a business rat Love your work Andy. She writes back. Hi you. Thanks for the heads She's not getting a lot of DMs if this gets a right back This isn't this is gone. No, we this goes straight to the loony folder
Starting point is 00:38:24 She said no idea you could even own the concept. Right, so she's found that man gone. Said, yeah, he used some dirty tricks to steal it off us. He's also lost my big Bitcoin. He's a real piece of work. Anyway, I'm still playing a band with him in its fun. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha She would love to have a look at the medicine camera within the show. If this show was a medicine camera, that would be some fascinating ointments. It right up the back.
Starting point is 00:38:53 The Texas coming. Here we go. I'm waiting for it all show. Everyone has been on the edge of their seat. Jackson has been on the edge of the toilet seat. And he is ready to we live down the phone for us. Jackson, are you there? Are you on speaker phone?
Starting point is 00:39:12 No, I just normal phone. I think we should probably go to speaker now for sure. Sure. So we can hear Taliah there as well. And you'll need your hands free. I assume. I might just be me. The two handed. Taliah, are you there? Click that's on the SP home. Thank you very much. I don I might just be me. Um, the two handed grids.
Starting point is 00:39:25 Talia, are you there? Click that's on the SP home. Thank you very much. I don't talk about this. Sorry, Talia. Yeah. Talia, can you describe Jackson's demeanor to us at the moment? Is he focused?
Starting point is 00:39:36 Is he nervous? Never. Okay. Is he blindfolded? There's, there's never been. Not yet. There's never been a more nervous way. Is he?
Starting point is 00:39:43 He's in the box in the evening. shaved or unsheathed at this stage? What does that mean? Where is he? He's having a penance. Has he taken... Oh, sorry. He's taking a penance. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:54 Yeah. Okay, Talia, so you've got the responsibility of blindfolding him? Yeah. Get in. Get in. Thank you. And then he's gonna hold the beaker as the beaker in a set position. It's gonna, going to be in a set position.
Starting point is 00:40:12 I'm worried, I'm on a chair. Okay. So I'm so sorry, Talia. You think he can peek? No, I'm just worried he's gonna miss it. He won't miss it. She'll be there to guide him in. I'm not sure if that's her role.
Starting point is 00:40:23 Talia, you got to see what she will say to him. Do not fire until you're inserted, sir. No. I'm not sure if that's all, I'm not sure that's her role. Tally, have you got this? Well, she will say to him, do not fire until you're inserted, sir. No, I'm not sure. Maybe we'll hold it. The beaker. She's gonna touch it. I don't know what she's, I don't know which aspect she's talking about. We're talking about.
Starting point is 00:40:38 We've got the jug in the hand. Okay, great. And we've got to blindfold on. I mean, goes without saying obviously, tell you don't have to do anything you don't want to do, it does not like you're willingly participating in this and you negotiating well with Jackson I'm just I'm just confused by what's going on there so The way I understand it it's the Elephants trunk will be at the watering hole. Yeah, just dangled in. Yeah. And then once you can see the elephant's trunk in there,
Starting point is 00:41:06 atelier, as the gamekeeper, as the safari guard, you'll say, go, elephant, go. Yeah. And then Jackson will also still blindfold it's heavy's guess. He has to. He has to stay blindfolded for the guess. Okay. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:22 Okay. We've got a little opener. Let's get into it. The Let MP and we will see if Jackson picks the volume easily. As long as he's girl is honest with the world. Let MP. Let MP. Beautiful. Off you go. Ready? Oh, she's such a big girl. And we're winged. We're winged. Look at us go. Okay. You chuck in anything that you can see here. It's all going well, stream wise or...
Starting point is 00:42:02 Yep. Clear? I mean, since he's been drinking a lot of water. Hydrated. Very hydrated. What do you do professionally, Talia? Are you a nurse or someone that does this? So you seem very calm in this situation. I don't, like, I work in admin, nothing to do.
Starting point is 00:42:17 What are you sort of doing admin now? Yeah, yeah, more. Talia, Drick and this is, you closer or further away? Oh, the slow one. Well, okay, good. Oh, the slow one. Well, slow one. OK, good, there we go. OK. Is putting on the bench.
Starting point is 00:42:30 Yep. Don't chip it, please, don't chip it. OK, he's still blind-fotted, I assume. Still blind-fotted. And has he packed himself away? And he said that's a big one. LAUGHTER Um...
Starting point is 00:42:42 Oh, that's biggest soda, I think. That's probably going to be close to, oh, I'm so good. So, uh, 750 mils. 750 mils, you're, you got three quarters of a liter at that time, must have been like a bloody jet. It's like a Formula One refueling. That's the official, that's the official,
Starting point is 00:43:02 750, okay. And it was 10 mil over side, wasn't it? 10 mil on the side, plus or minus 10 mils. So anyway okay. And it was 10m below the side, wasn't it? 10m below the side, plus or minus 10m. So anybody else in it? I think it was 20 in total, plus or minus 10. So 740 to 760.
