My being is Ashley Davis, also known as Mother of Five Girls, on a mission to bring more communities together and save lives. At my core, I am a brand and marketing strategist who partners with CEOs, executives, and solopreneurs to grow their personal and professional brands. I am the founder and innovator of the Global Collective LLC, where I'm honored to work with amazing people and companies doing amazing things around the world to empower community leaders to take action, make change, and pave the way towards a better tomorrow for everyone. I am also honored to sit on the Global Advisory Council for the Crisis Ready Institute, founded by Melissa Agnes, bestselling author of Crisis Ready, Building an Invincible Brand in an Uncertain World, where we focus on raising the bar in crisis communication skills,

issue management, and crisis management. Let's face it, crises aren't just pandemics and hurricanes anymore, right? They are everyday crises that we deal with. So why not be better prepared and obviously create more resilient leaders? As you can tell, I'm passionate. Currently, I am hyper focused on creating better relationships and ultra high performing teams in less time. So I partnered with the Champions Institute, who is committed to helping you achieve champion results and join a community of global champions where together we all thrive. Through my work with the Global Collective and all of our strategic partners and stakeholders, we are aligned in our mission to empower communities to elevate global collaboration.

Our vision is to advocate for social, educational, and economic opportunities worldwide because everybody deserves a chance. Global Collective Initiative and Career Exploration Program is something that the Global Collective is very proud to say. We are committed to empowering our youth to having a seat at the table and to learn from hands-on and real business experiences with our vetted partners from global leaders to organizations. How does really the collective elevate your organization or you as an individual? Well, we bridge the gap between entrepreneurial career skill building, really building curriculum into real life application and everything in between.

And we do this by collaborating with business professionals, true thought leaders. They are located in various regions around the world. They're familiar with certain markets, industries, and sectors, so the true influencers and the true experts, and they truly have a global skill set along with resources and a multitude of talents. In this program, we engage with community partners to mentor and prepare emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality, and operations, just to name a few, from high schools and colleges around the globe. But really, I mean, I've met eight-year-olds that are ready to be interns too. So what is in it for the interns and the mentees?

Well, as you can imagine, collaborating with businesses to design very specialized courses. They get to have hands-on experience with how they learn, how they choose to learn and teach themselves and also gain insight from these experts. This will allow them to build life skills by doing and exploring, having that first hand with industry, thought leaders, mentors, and influencers. Now students can develop their personal and professional profiles by highlighting their their learning journey filled with their real-world experiences and they get to partner with like-minded educational institutions around the globe so they don't just learn from one school they learn from a plethora of schools around the globe offering the ability to connect in person while youective Initiative and really their career exploration program?

Well, I think it's essential to develop our young leaders into entrepreneurs, into innovators for a global business world. I think it's important to advocate for and provide supportive services to innovative products and solutions from around the globe. And these interns and mentees and experts and global community are solving pain points. They're empowering community leaders to take action, make change, and truly pave the way towards a better tomorrow for everyone. and truly pave the way towards a better tomorrow for everyone. As you can imagine, our global collective community has access to amazing global leaders and emerging leaders around the world taking action and making change, engaging with their communities in the most magical ways you have ever seen, you've never seen before.

And how fun would it be to follow them on their journey, to gain first-hand insight into their real-world experiences and wisdom, so that we can all make educated decisions and thrive better together? This Go Global podcast series is the journey we will all take together.
