Starting point is 00:00:00 Hi everyone, today is February 13, 2022. Today's Bible, we selected Genesis 1 and verse 1. God's creation is the heaven and the earth. Elohim, pharah, hashamayim, ha'aretz. This is for the Hebrews. I recall that when I was in the theology school, we have to learn the Hebrews and the Halas, both languages. So because of theology, we needed to know more about biblical means. So anyway, today I wanted to talk about still America still have a hope or not. So California still have hope and America still have hope or not. So we have so many political leaders we have in this world. have in this world. So I want to just talk about today's, what kind of political leaders we should have, what kind of leaderships we have. First, we need to find out who our personal values, you know, creation, this world, God, always, you know, give us when first times creation had them in error,
Starting point is 00:01:57 there is a core personal values people's like equal opportunity. Or like, you know like personal core values, we need to find out those under God's creation. First, we can find out compassion. We had a compassion when people who are doing something, they need a compassion, motivations. People, you know, when you are working, when you are serve God, when you are serve your family and neighborhood, all there is a compassion is basic. As well as, you know, even you have compassion, if you don't commitment, there is no really happen real compassions in the world.
Starting point is 00:02:53 So commitment, even you have a commitment, you do not have development skills. So you cannot creation your core personal value. So development skills is so important. As well as when you develop your skill, you know, you went to several training and schools and experience. You have developed your skill, but you are not public considerations.
Starting point is 00:03:24 That's not make your core personal value. You need to public considerations. When you see that something, when you're involved in something, you always need to think about your public considerations. Like it is good for public. It is good for public value, only my value. So this is very important. So baseball, baseball is also very important. You know, human is very limited to do something is if we have
Starting point is 00:03:56 belief God, if we have baseball life, it's better for us to because of those base make us able to uh to do more things we can do than uh without base and with the base so that is uh you know another thing service mind so do you have really service mind or not That is so service mind is so important because of those service mind sometimes, you know, in a people's make better like value, public values. So today's many leadership style is there, but still is, you know, today's, we need more like real leaderships in through our life and relations and public work. And any, you know, any foundation of our society, we need leaderships.
Starting point is 00:05:09 So talk about, think about your core personal value. What is your core personal value to do something? So, you know, there is a morale leaders, there is an enthotic leaders. Enthotic leaders means they have a real true life story experience they shared. Like example, there's many many political leaders, they always talk about their success story because they never talk about true their life or their failed story. So as much as they talk about success story, the voter or follower or supporter, they question only, is this true life experience or it's make-believe? So we have the empathic leadership,
Starting point is 00:06:02 meaning true, they need to talk about real life story, good or not only successful story, but also failed story needed to sell, then many people, they can connect it as a real, this guy or this woman, this lady, orthod empathic leaders, they can follow. That's what needs to make your core personal value better. As we are created by God, we have, everyone has a core personal value. God's creations, heaven and earth, those, you know, those day, last day,
Starting point is 00:06:44 that six God's creations, you know, those are day, last day, that six of God's creations, you know, the woman, it's for prepare all those, you know, and those are God's creations, include our core personal value and 30 leaderships really needed because people have compassion, commitment, developed skills, public consideration, base beliefs, service mind. They are good moral leaders, but they are not sometimes empathetic leaders because they don't have a true life story shared. So that is, we can be more like a core personal and public value to be more moral leaders and be more authentic leaders in God, not I, me.
Starting point is 00:07:45 We should talk we, because the we is bring value together. So if we emphasize on always I, me, and then there is only a core personal value for him, for everything is for yourself, not for talk about focus on the public. So we have to have it, the talking always we is better sounds, you know, is more public values you are considers. So that is big values, big more big bigger values than for our personal values is when we talk together together is so important so also uh 30 things i wanna uh study things i want to talk to you you be more like
Starting point is 00:08:37 leaders models superhero like we have supermans we have have, you know, those supermans, they always have a superhero story, but the true life is not really everything is a super, you know, superhero stories. There is a behind the personal life and behind the public life, always there is something unable to talk or truly, but the real leaders, real Antarctic leaders needed to talk about
Starting point is 00:09:29 those true life story whenever not fake story. And not to make too much superheroes theology, because if you had those super, your core values, you always focus superhero, then your responsibility and moral leaders and superpower, like a superman, you always, you know, have to be super powerful, but it's not like really great power by yourself. You are only for personal value. We have to, you know, creation those together,
Starting point is 00:10:12 make a great come together. That is really, we have to make public values, you know, to do your own life story, that is power, that is real message, there is real value. But however, the true and just story, American ways and true and just should need requires when you, you know, authentic leadership. So that is the, you know, moral leadership and Antarctic leadership. So we can review, of course, common leadership style. I think there is many leaders in our
Starting point is 00:10:54 society. Some leaders, they are, you know, carrying many, many core values like compassion, commitment, balance, develop skills, public considerations, faithfulness, service mind. Everyone has a different core personal value. Those core personal values make a common leadership style. What leadership style do you have? So, for example, coaching. the leadership style you have. So, for example, coaches, mentors, those persons who have leadership values to motivate others. And there is a visionary, so progressions, focus on the inspirations. Those people who are visionary people, their core values, they can be progressed and focused, you know, inspire people.
Starting point is 00:11:49 And there is another servant leaderships that are humble and, you know, they are very, very humble, you know, promotive, others to follow because of servant mind like Jesus Christ who washed their disciples' feet. Who the leader Jesus was washing the disciples' feet. That is one of humble because even Jesus was Son of God and do not need to do those humble actions, but he did a show like servant leaderships. Another leadership is, you know, we call, you know, there is a base set, like a peace set, meaning the helpful and the motivations. And then there is also autocratic, you know, leadership is like only those who,
Starting point is 00:12:55 like many people who are, they follow autocratic leaders, you know, everything they want to control by themselves so there is uh many many other leaderships uh we have it uh you know uh let's just say pay this is a pay uh fair and handle of leadership so that those is a very variety, diversity, you know, very freedoms leadership. Anyway, all those leaderships we have it that are, you know, power, still have a business, still have, you know, right? like those who make great America, how we can make a great America, we need to find our true justice politics that American founding fathers do,
Starting point is 00:14:15 like values, public values, public like creation those more public value than through our core values. so today's uh you know the uh the the today's many many leaders in there so america uh needed to really think about this uh to today's like so many inflations and so many like corruptions, education corruptions, business corruptions and immigration corruptions. Although those corruptions because of maybe
Starting point is 00:14:56 there is not really responsibility by political leader or our personal core value values not really reachable to the public, those are true and justice. Many people's not true, many people's not justice. So we need to really change this world. So how we can change those America to go back to the biblical value, go back to the American conservative views. So that is more like God's creation, this world. First, we should think about what is God's creation, the contemplative views,
Starting point is 00:15:46 and Christians' value and biblical value. First, we see in creation, chapter 1 and verse 1 through all those creations, that God was a creation equal opportunity to woman and the man, but many, you know, our public figures that woman is less valued than man. We need to fix those changes. Woman is equal creation by God. That is we needed to really think about that is today's, you know, many places
Starting point is 00:16:27 is a discrimination, men and women, boys and girls. So those are, you know, those are their women core values. Those are, you know, boys and girls, their core values is very important to grow, that are, you know, to be visible to this community together. So more vision of, more like really motivation to them to participation in this world. However, there are, you know, the discrimination for, you know, genders, discrimination for genders, discrimination for race, discrimination for workers.
Starting point is 00:17:10 You know, there is many discriminations. We need to fight for them because of in creation chapters, first creations that is God's equal core values. We are all the values equal under God. So we have to really understand those core values. We'll find out Jesus' creations. All we have the same core values. And, you know, what God made all this world.
Starting point is 00:17:44 We still have hope because of under all the our circumstance right now inflation homeless crime everything and then as well as every corruption is under control by god so the things is uh you know, when God was creations, this world said, so beautiful world, so wonderful world. But you know, once we, we are, we have to really measure us to real good, you know, measure every day. But our life is always to, there is gaps, performance gaps. What God does not like to us to change the rule of God. But now it's science, you know, many science, they now changed by human power, human knowledge, human inventions, you know, against God. Those ones we also need to think about the public value through our core values. So we need to really find out those, you know, through the Bible.
Starting point is 00:19:10 We need to go back to the biblical values. We need to go back to the conservative values to, you know, equal opportunity, red and white, yellows. We cannot just say to, you know, yellows, we cannot just say their value is different. No, their value under God is the same. We need to see that those movements to Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King, they all fight for those equal opportunity to know racism. So today's world is so far away from the goddess, those core values, goddess leaders, goddess balancing. We have to really scolding the leaders needed to have those scolding
Starting point is 00:19:58 that go to the conservative value and go to their uh you know their uh like a public value through the god's creations the the god who is master or master plan that uh we have our through life you know always build a core values yourself as well as a core value to the public values, not I, not me, we. Always think about we, that is the, we can, like we, if we think about we, you know, that is really, we will have those who are valued together. We have authentic leaderships, moral leaderships, you know, older common leadership styles we adopted through our life creations through and just the
Starting point is 00:20:55 American ways, our founding fathers way to weekend creations, our life better, like what God creation first. We are not, you know, create, we are not, you know, we are not creator, we are creators, you know, which is we are, God was a creation us, not, you know, ourself. Today is also many, many things, human, they creation themselves, but they, but we have to go back to the God's master plan that equipped needy God, joined needy God, and, you know, working needy God proper, God make those proper times. God give us according
Starting point is 00:21:49 what we doing, He give fruit through the really public values. But many, many in the Jesus Christ also, he died on the cross because for public value, which is God's value and, you know, through his own value, which is the core personal value of Jesus Christ. He had a compassion to, you know, who are, you know, those who are sinners. And he has a commitment. He died on the cross for them. And development skill himself, he did a lot of miracles. He did a lot of training, discipling, preaching the gospel. He's considered public,
Starting point is 00:22:36 consideration public, you know, based in God, needed God for God, and service mind that he had. in God, need God for God, and service mind that he had. So those are, you know, our personal, Jesus, those personal core values, more that we can adopt it every daily life, then this life can be changed. This, you know, this America can be changed, California, you know this uh america is can be changed uh california and uh california needed to go back to the you know the biblical values california needed to go back to the really god's uh values and christian values and uh you know everything's we really needed to go back to those power in god for god when we have a core personal value as well as those core values not just i and me you know we have to using those
Starting point is 00:23:36 your core value to think about we and the big values together for public values through our life, get a responsibility, get a moral leaders, get more super power through those your core personal values. We can be more athletic leadership or moral leadership. So today's I wanna just conclude my, you know, each political leaders, each faithful, you know, church members, we have all, we have core personal value. Think about what is your core personal value.
Starting point is 00:24:15 You know, different persons, different position, different person has a different core value. So write down your core values and how you can contribute or make those your personal core values to make those not I, me, or we. Go to we and make your true life experience so that you can make more specific core values that are, you know, to share the friend or family, what was, you know, your core personal values, contributions, public values, and what kind of leaderships you have, like you are a poaching or a visionary or a servant or, you know, peace visionary or a servant or a peace setter or autocratics. You are the leadership styles through those you are creation power that through your core personal value.
Starting point is 00:25:16 Without those check of your core personal value, you don't know what you have, what kind of personality, what kind of leadership you you have what kind of personality what kind of leadership you style you have it what kind of you know power you have through your own life so find out your core personal value as well as find out those through core personal value what can do for God for church for the community for the non-profit so your public leaders, like, for example, like who working at a city council, city at the, working at the, you know, public office,
Starting point is 00:25:53 whatever, they need more like practice their core value, finding themselves there, you know, and I thought the personal core value is so important, like compassion, commitment, develop skill, like public consideration, baseball, service mind, all those things check of your, how much you have a passion, compassion. So you need to practice your compassion and commitment. How much your commitment, you find out how much you develop skill, how much you consider public, not I or me, we.
Starting point is 00:26:32 How much you have a service mind like Jesus Christ. That is today's my consideration when we go back to the creations, those, you know, the Bible creation chapter one and one, God's creation, this world and earth and heaven, that are, you know, we, whatever you have core values from God, we need to use them for that, for God, for public value, because the person is not survival themselves alone. We have to really community core values, community values. We need to read theology is so important because our true life is God made those rules that we need to build, you know, common, you know, leaderships that together, work together to, you know, really develop together, not just I or me. We have to do, we, theology. So today, Scott, you know, think about how God was giving us your core values through your life,
Starting point is 00:27:49 through your groups, through your church, through your older society you are involved in. Think about how you can develop you through your core values? How you can develop your family members, your co-workers, your church members, your community to make public values through your life? That is our today's message. Let's pray.
