Starting point is 00:00:00 Thank you. Welcome back to The Quantum Truth, Sherry and Shara Unleashed. And today, we are going to talk about how human energy works and how it doesn't work. So first off, what is human energy? Well, energy is energy. Energy is a byproduct. That's all it is. It's a byproduct. It's a byproduct of either being conscious, non-duality, or it's a byproduct of limitations
Starting point is 00:01:03 of the belief systems of duality, or it's a byproduct of limitations of the belief systems of duality. So when we are conscious, that's what we have, is then we get involved in what we're doing. And it's very, very productive. And so our energy is, as this byproduct, it becomes the foundation to create, to implement, to manifest, and now to actualize what it is you're doing. It's your source. It is your power. But in duality, it's done through force. Force is through the left computer brain, forcing you to be stupid, forcing you, you can't do this, forcing you, force, force, force. You know what? How many Star Wars movies does it take to the force be with you? Like what the hell? It's the same war. But when you are in your power, your energy is now expansive. And that's when you can
Starting point is 00:02:08 bilocate. That's when you can remote view. That's when you can create your life on how you choose to create it instead of being forced to make a decision based on somebody else's belief system. So that power within you, that mobilizes your energy, and that becomes the foundation of how you create, implement, manifest, and actualize something. So if somebody has low energy, right, sleeping all the time, how do they sleep? Like my wife, for instance, I'm just throwing it out there. She's always tired, always working, love her to death, but she's always asleep every time, you know, comes home and yeah, I was kidding, exhaustion, things like that, work and everything
Starting point is 00:02:54 like that. But how does one actualize that energy? How does one be like, look, I don't want to be sleeping 12 to 14 hours a day? Well, there's a belief system running in there. I'm not kidding you. No, I believe you. There is a belief system that you have to work hard. Right. And if you have to work hard, hard is like hard. It's tough. It's smart. And so that gets stuck in your cells and your cells harden. What do you think hardening of the arteries is? Oh, because all illness, disease is emotional. I don't care what they say, it's emotional. And so she might be running some sort of belief system that she's not getting enough rest.
Starting point is 00:03:40 I'll give you an example. This is no joke. A couple weeks ago, I actually worked. This is not about me. I'm not bragging. But I got so involved in what I was doing. And then I had to be on this interview at midnight. And then, you know, whatever, there was some stuff going on and I think I slept about seven or eight hours, which is pretty long for me. And then I got up the next day and I was raring to go because I don't think that something is going to make me tired. It's not that sometimes I don't get tired or I don't get crabby or whatever, but I don't think that this is a crazy day. You know, it's just it's just a natural crazy day. It's just a natural crazy day. And so the idea, when we have low energy, we are not caring for ourselves. See, we've been programmed to be caregivers. I don't care, givers right i don't care give i give care give care and you have to give care to yourself so basically for me i'm the similar schedule i i basically work ridiculous hours i go home
Starting point is 00:04:54 spend like two hours my wife and then i go right back on my computer until i pass out i'm either typing doing paperwork or contracts or something right and and which is funny because we all have the same kind of pathway of that but i'm the same way sometimes i'll just i'll go like two days straight and then i'll just but i need i what i found is that if i don't take that time to just literally put out everything from my mind and just take time to be to exist in the present to live to. To live, right. To live in this present. Then if I worry too much about the future, then and not live in or be in the present, that's when I start having issues. That's when I start really succumbing to those victim mentalities. Like, man, I'm not working hard enough. I'm not doing this hard enough. And just those pauses, when I take those strong pauses
Starting point is 00:05:41 in my life and allow that energy to, or sit with that energy, that's when it really becomes effective. Then I'm getting the calls of these actualization calls of like, wow, did I just make this happen in my mind? You did, but not in your mind. And so when we, I would not judging your wife, but I would say she thinks too much. Yeah, she is. She's introverted and she's stuck in her head all the time. And so that's what created an introvert. Well, that is not natural to being a real human. It's not natural. It's programmed. So someone might have said to her as a child, you're more introverted. Right. Or, you know, I don't know what introvert and extrovert means. That's baloney. It's because someone assigns us a label
Starting point is 00:06:25 and then we become that. We become that label through what we think that, okay, cool. You told me I'm introverted, so that's what I am. Yes. And so it's not the truth. So when you stay in the moment, you're utilizing the exact amount of energy that you require for that moment. And so this is a funny, I had a really busy day on Friday. It was like crazy. And then I get a call from this lady, what's whatever. And I was getting a little, I said, I get a little crabby. I apologize, but I'm really tired. So after I hung up and I thought I'm going to go to bed, then somebody else called and they were having a nervous breakdown. So now it's like 1030 at night. And so I'm sitting there, this is on, you know, whatever I can say. So it's
Starting point is 00:07:11 30 at night. And so I thought, I thinkied, I could go to sleep by intuition. My body says, you know what, let's do one thing. So I wrote an article. And so now it was midnight. I said, now I got to go to bed because I knew what time it was. But I started laughing about all this craziness that went on during the day, including a client that showed up that wasn't even on the appointment, you know, at five o'clock. And she just, you know, like, I'm not going to help you. I'm going to assist you. And so then after that, I started looking through it, and it made me laugh, which energized me. So I wrote an article. Wow.
Starting point is 00:07:49 And so if we think we can't do something and we're caught in the past on somebody else's belief system, that's how you drain your energy. Wow. So just a little note on laughter. So laughing, you you said energized you so is it is laughing really kind of the key here because all you know you really think about it and the more you laugh with that friend you actually like you're laughing with a friend a big group of people that just makes you feel good right because of that because of that energy and it kind of refills you it does because you can't run out of energy because you are energy right so i was
Starting point is 00:08:32 telling a friend of mine i'm sitting now you know after going back and forth on the computer and getting all this stuff done and then somebody else calls me and then i thought oh crap and so i just sat there remember it's unleashed so i sat there screaming and yelling and laughing about probably 50 times the F word. Right, right. And I'm just yelling it out in all different ways. Right. And then it just, the more I yelled it out, the funnier it got. Right.
Starting point is 00:08:57 And then the funnier it got, the more energized. And then I said, oh, shit, I think I'll just write an article. And I did. And I was so happy because I have to, and I send it to the VA, but I had to pick out the graphics. So I had to then pick out the graphics, which made it even funnier to me of why I was picking out the graphics. And then I sent it and I go, it's midnight. But when I look through the day, even though it was a crazy, insane day, I actually cleared a property remotely, three solid hours of clearing a property to get these ickies off this property.
Starting point is 00:09:33 And then this other gal that flew in to see me, and it went longer. So laughter, I swear to you, is the best medicine. And if the F word took me saying it a bunch of times, my energy expanded. I got really excited and I got creative. Nice. All right. Well, that's all the time we have today.
