With that, everybody, let us jump straight back into the game.
You find yourselves, you have all been summoned through various divine powers to defeat a problem, an obstacle, a threat that not only is a danger to your own world,
worlds but to various others.
The Kronoboros, a creature that devours fate
and is created by the malignant evil energy
of villains whose destinies were unfulfilled.
You have traveled into the realm between worlds,
passing through a place called Null Home
to come to Void Watch Bastion, a former citadel
of an ancient order whose name and identity
has long been lost to the eons, where you have
come face to face with not only the Kronoboros, a great hungering, worm-like draconic creature,
but also three villains from the pasts of Arois, Iraq, and Althea, Crown Rend, Zarkhira, and Sir Eldrach
Eakness, former villains whose destinies and fates were certainly put to an end by your actions.
We jump in. We have pre-rolled initiative because there are 16 player characters,
let alone all of the villains.
So we did it in the break.
We begin.
The Kronoboros is the master of this realm and always acts first.
So it will always activate.
And its first action is going to be to call
Oh, in fact, actually no, there is something I need to do before that.
If you have some custom...
No, custom house rules, and this is very important.
Okay.
So, one thing, first thing, team up attacks.
Yeah.
So, you can spend a point of fate on your turn,
and as an action, perform a team-up attack.
It has to be conceivable,
so the person has to be, you know, not incapacitated,
they have to be present,
you know, mele arrange if they're a melee fighter
or have spell slots if they're gonna use a spell.
But you on your turn, so say for example, Century's turn,
you could spend a point of fate to perform a team-up attack.
You can only perform team-up attacks
with people from different Nexus realms.
So not the Eerois characters cannot team up attack together,
but Century and, for example, Trelemark could perform
a team-up attack together.
Or Cam Buckland and Daisy could perform a team-up attack together.
Team up attacks are going to be basically a little bit of improv.
You're going to describe what they do,
but there will always be a beneficial reason to do so.
The person that you used as the team up attack partner
will skip their next initiative.
This is also a way to make it manageable
when you have 16 player characters on the initiative.
It's encouraged, and they will be very powerful as well.
Next thing, and this is a bit of a narrative thing,
you see that as you face this deadly, you know,
quadruple of villains, this monster in the...
these villains from your past.
You notice that around Void Watch Bastion,
there are little fragments of glittering crystal.
And you would hear in your minds a voice that of Nightreith.
Fate has coalesced here.
These fragments, these fate shards, you can use them.
They will help you.
They will bring power from your worlds to this place,
if only briefly.
And you will see on the battle map, we have one up here on the top left, no, top right, my right, over in these ruins here in the top left as well.
And then one on each of the platforms in the middle.
There are five in total currently.
You can use a bonus action to interact with them, and they will have a powerful and beneficial effect.
I will tell you that for free.
The last one, and this is something familiar from the days of Eroes,
as a bonus action, any of you can do basically a bonus action
to try and analyze an enemy ability.
So if they have like a strange power or like a debuff
or something like that, you can use a bonus action
to try and figure out what it does.
Okay?
With that, Chronoboros takes their first turn.
And they will call forth a shadow, a fate shadow,
to call forth a new villain, a lesser villain.
A lesser villain.
Shadow-e formed.
Oh, yeah, the three biggest from our campaign so far.
You see, great.
You see manifesting on one of these central platforms,
you see the tall, impressive figure of a cloud giant woman.
Oh, what the hell?
As Yohanna will appear crackling.
No big issue.
You, and she points to the heroes of Talis Val.
You denied me my right.
And that is gonna be his action,
the Chronoboss's action this turn.
I've got so many things I need to check.
Yeah, and that is gonna be the Chronoboros' first turn.
The next on the initiative, though,
is not any of you heroes.

For Zarkirah, Shadow of Fate will activate.
And I think that she is going to,
sensing that there is powerful enemies present,
she's going to fly up to one of these ruins,
take a defensive stance,
and she is going to cast a warding spell around herself.
So she will conjure a sort of protective 10-foot aura,
of which you don't know what it does.
Yeah, you'll have to try and figure out what that does.
Which brings us to the very first player character
to activate Juto.
The highest initiative of us all.
Oh boy.
So I need to get to somebody.

As the creature, it kind of roars once again.
You all take 30 points of damage as it kind of lets out this pulse,
but that's quickly resolved as a centaur unicorn,

And cast this massive healing spell,
healing all of you.
Sir Greal, obviously the Knight of Alfea marches in
and fires his crossbow.
As does, a trampling dinosaur, Rodry,
comes scorching across the thing
and trample some of your enemies.

And finally, an old ancient master of the elements.
Master Guan Yin arrives from the world of Lightfall.
Duto's old master plunging fists made of ice
and rock and flame and air as they slam down.

And that's one thing as well.
Over the years, we've heard so many stories
of you guys going out and finding your own friends
and finding your own tables to sit and tell stories at.
And ultimately, that's what we're doing here.
And for you guys to be a part of that,
We are so proud of you and we are so thankful to you
for everything.

Whenever we do live events, whenever we do anything
and you guys like Kim says, come together and support each other
and the venues that have hosted us have said.

We are all just nerds who wanted to hang out and share our story with all of you.
And to still be doing that 10 years.
